I have just bought a new built Desktop
But I am having problems with my 3D. Its just not 3D.
When I try and do any tests I get this error message at the bottom in red
attempt to run stereoscopic 3d in non-stereo 3d mode, please change to an acceptable mode. See documentation for acceptable stereoscopic 3d modes
I have been serching the internet for anyone in a simalar problem and there seems to be many people with this problem, all it seems with different ideas to what to do.
Most though say to delete the drivers and start again, others say that its linked to another lesser screen added that is run at under 120hz other than the 3D monitor.
Which is what I did, I added my Bravia but that is only 50Hz
Anyway I also had problems regarding installing the 3D products, much to do with Drivers.
Below are my programmes and I wish to reinstall my drivers, in other words start all over again. I have read this but would like help to clarify I am uninstalling the right stuff
Can I get help talking me through what to do. On a scale of 1 to 10 on computer knowledge, I'd say I was a 3.

had this problem too. while I'm not sure what I did fixed it specifically you can try both and see if any fix your problem.
First make sure you are using the DVI cable that came with it the thicker then normal DVI one... forgot the name for dual something or other.
if thats not it try installing the 3d agian and make sure the device is not plugged into your usb like it says

I get this on my new Acer H5360 projector but only when the game is loading up in a resolution that cant be done in 3D, the H5360 can only do 720p in 3D and some of my games are set to 1680x1050 because i also play on a 3D monitor, so as soon as i go into the game options and change the res to 1280x720 the message goes away and 3D kicks in.
I dont know if this is similar problem to yours but thought i would just mention it.

Wahoooo, got it sorted and then the demo pictures load and I am like WOW thats well impressive!
Anyway this is what I did...
First went to the uninstall
Double click NVIDIA DRIVERS
Uninstall all display drivers, this will remove everything
Then I went and downloaded another Driver pack, this was
notice that I downloaded the international version which is 158mb whereas the one I was using was the same 258.96 but the US version which is lesser in size at only 126mb
Once I did that I thought that the problem stemed from the USB driver when puting in the pyramid thing. So I looked for something called STEREO USB DRIVER
once installed, I plugged in the pyramid transmitter when prompted when enabling the 3D, then all of a sudden there was no red message, closing the left and closing the right eye test worked, although the white square didn't still it went onto the demo pictures and I got to say I am knocked away by them. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS THE UK/INTERNATIONAL VERSION

Can I get help talking me through what to do. On a scale of 1 to 10 on computer knowledge, I'd say I was a 3.
Thanks for any advice given.
