3D Vision lowering resolution?
I am new to 3D vision and noticed that when I load WoW my resolution is horrible, although the 3D effects are great. 1920 x 1080 is my normal gaming resolution. In the settings of WoW it says I am at 1920 x 1080 but it appears to be half. The same thing happens when I view youtube's 3d vision site. Any help appreciated.

That really belongs in the parent forum (3D Vision Live is a website that uses 3D Vision) but what the hay...

It depends on what you are using to do your 3D. If you've got 3D Vision glasses and you're looking at a monitor that's hooked up with a DVI cable then the resolution isn't changed at all. If you're using a TV set and 3D Play then maybe not - honestly, those things have so many different schemes going on that I've lost track. You'll have to ask on the main forum and be sure to say which TV you are using.

Make sure the refresh rate is set to 120hz, it will normally default to 60 which can give you a muddy picture.

It's most likely a bad Dual link DVI cable.
If they aren't good enough to work at 120HZ, you often get doubled up pixels.
Are you using the cable that came with the monitor?

If you are using any kind of TV that has a "Checkerboard" format, then yes you are getting half resolution with 3dVision enabled. Checkerboard is a technique similar to interlacing, that squeezes the bandwidth down to fit through an HDMI cable. The rendering resolution will still be 1080p; however, you simply won't be seeing all the information as part of each frame is being dumped. This limitation is a directed result of the shortsitedness of the HDMI spec, even the 1.4a spec, cannot support full 1080p by 120hz refresh rates :( Dual-DVI, and Display Port are really your only options for that.

Any other type of setup (Dual-DVI, VGa, OR Display Port) does not dump any data; however, enabling 3d will cut your refresh rate in half, so that may be what your experiencing also.
