Simple answer: no

Those 2D-TVs only accept inputs at 60Hz(Maybe some smaller resolutions at 75Hz). They don't support higher refresh rates needed for 3D-Vision(100-120Hz).

Internally they calculate some morphed frames and show you 120fps.
All what is called 200Hz, 240Hz, 600Hz is all a consumer-tricking. There won't be much difference to a 120Hz TV.
The LCD-Displays at the moment are barely able to show 120Hz.
Now - to get 240Hz(or more) - the companies let the background-lights of the TV's blink.
This is a humans-perception-strategy. Moving objects will look more crisp and not washy or smudgy.
