Long time lurker, first time poster. I just wanted to say thank you to the members of this forum for the help and information shared here. I am new to 3D gaming and was able to get Skyrim looking good because of the info available here pretty easily.
The price was right on an Asus 3D monitor and I can't believe what I've been missing. I don't want to play any games in 2D ever again.
Thanks again.

I'm sure you're aware (being a long time lurker)... but JIC:

[.]Don't forget to unlock convergence in the NVidia control panel[/.]

Have fun B)

GPU: Aurus 1080 TI 2.08 GHZ - 100% Watercooled !

And lots of ram and HD's ;)
To get the most out of this technology as andysonofbob mentions, make sure you enable the advanced options in the control panel so you can adjust convergence, depth etc...
Setting it up correctly and adjusting to your comfort can really make things immersive. Going back to 2D is not an option!

Yes, thanks to everyone in the community for the amazing 3D fixes.
There has been some seriously good fixes being made recently.
If it wasn't for the 3D fixing crew I would have jumped ship to AMD years ago!
Well done!

You are newcomer, I suggest not setting depth at 100% yet, unless you feel really comfortable with it.
As time passes(days and after a while weeks) you will increase it as you get used to it.
All depends of your speed's ability to adjust to 3D and also distance between your eyes.
You will get used to is,just don't rush things.
(andysonofbob, not wise to say to new people to set depth at 100% from first moment..not everyone's same with each other and there is no "fixed" setting for it..)

My experience as I've been showing off 3D Vision to the public is I have to reduce separation to somewhere between 50%-80% to make sure everyone is comfortable with it.

Hey guys, a sincere Thank You :-)
In a couple days, I get the last two weeks off, and for the first time in 12 years, we're going to have "The Family" over, dozens of kids that I have already prepped to see 3D games on a 110"/5360 setup. A few have seen it, now it's show time.
And, the last week, I get to play!
Thank You!
