This NVIDIA 3Dvision site has streaming videos that play in the browser in 3D even when not in full screen mode. How do we make youtube 3d do the same?

I'm not sure, but I think the first step is to sell a couple million more 3D Vision setups....

Well, you still can't. The 3D Vision Live uses Silverlight for streaming, we probably need to wait a bit more for Adobe to release update to the Flash player that will offer similar capabilities. Although I've already seen Nvidia demonstrating 3D video playback from YouTube right from the browser.
