AOC Monitors, Is Mine 3d Ready?
The 3d vision website doesn't' even have my manufacturer listed at all. It lists a whole bunch of other ones. I already enabled 3D Stereoscopic in Tomb Raider and it appeared to work. I just dont want to play the game cross eyed, so I'm considering getting the glasses from NVIDIA. My question is my monitor going to work? I just want to make sure before the glasses/nvidia software decides my monitor isn't compatible with it. My monitor is an AOC2778VQE. I am running windows 10 and have a GTX 1060 card.

If it had G-Sync, there's a chance that it support 3DV. So probably it doesn't support 3DV. The two side by side images you see can be displayed in any monitor or TV. So it doesn't mean that your monitor have 3D Vision or S3D capability.

That monitor is only 60Hz and does not support 3D Vision. http://eu.aoc.com/en/products/q2778vqe/specs It could work with 3D Vision Discover or TriDef's anaglyph. I'd recommend getting yourself a 3D Vision supported monitor, if you play anything other than FPS competitive shooters. But if you played those, you wouldn't be using a 60Hz display. Be sure to check out http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/10/game-list-automatically-updated.html and take your gaming immersion, to the next level.

Thanks for your responses, they are really helping me figure out this whole 3D thing. I feel like I'm so late to the party (Partly because I was a mac gamer up until last year). I dont like how there are so little options for 3D ready monitors (since the industry for it seems like its on its last leg and so much information out there is dated). I also dont like the fact that you lose so much resolution on the monitors. I like my 2560 X 1440 :P That said I may try 3D Vision discover but sounds like its not the best experience. I would love to learn if the VR headsets could also do 3D Vision (on non vr games etc). Really hard to sort this all out but I'll get there. Thanks again.

You can see my replies about 3D Vision supported displays from last week at https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/1042912/3d-vision/future-iterations-of-3d-vision-hardware-/post/5314606/#5314606 I posted several helpful links
I like my 2560 X 1440 :P
There are several 2560x1440P monitors that support 3D Vision. You can also do 2560x1080 3D on them, albeit with black bars and a somewhat small screen, if you so desire for some games.
