Dx11. Ok, I will try some tweaking, but it is confusing as this exact game is used in helifax's example at the beginning of this thread so I assume the game will work.

So far the barrel/lens distortion settings made no change. Texture 0x00000001 gives does not engage CM mode. 0x00000023 starts CM but with no depth. I am trying each Texture setting and so far have not found one that engages CM and gives actual depth.

I installed the latest nvidia drivers and still no luck. I took a couple of .jps screenshots to show the issue but I do not know how to attach them. Anyway no matter what texture or 2dHud setting I use I either get 2d or "3d" with no depth, and only on this game. Thanks for all the help and suggestions, but I guess it is time to give up on this one.

Here are the .jps files from RE2. I have tried manually changing the stereotexture and 2ddhud values along with also trying various profiles like AlienIsolation, AC Unity, and AC III and either I get a single image or I get a stereo image with no depth. I have tried taking other games with no CM profiles and enabling CM and I get proper stereo with depth so it is just RE2. I have made sure to have scaling at 90 or 110% along with disabling all post processing setting in game along with turning of AA. I have tried all 3 fullstrum settings. Also CMU does load properly and settings changes in the .ini file do affect the in game separation settings.

Besides manually tweaking the profile, I tried attaching the .exe to other CM profiles I have used for other games. Same 2d paralax. I also set CM Unleashed to create a profile automatically using the settings given by Helifax. I believe 0x10000102 is his default value for that entry. Also to even get 2d paralax I had to set the stereotexture to 0x00000023 (same value as AlienIsolation/AC Unity) from Helifax's default value of 0x00000001 to even get the paralax and not just a mono image. It seems like it should be a simple fix or something I am just overlooking, but this single game is not worth tearing my machine apart to find the cause as regular Geo3d and other CM3d games work perfectly fine.

@Helifax - I have not disabled "fullscreen optimizations" I actually forgot about that setting in W10 as I have not had to disable it on a game for a while. Also the one thing I do not have set in my config are the below variables. UseVendorExtention=Disable UseOptimizeShader=Disable I did delete your profile before and using Nvidia Inspector I tried AC Unity and Alien Isolation profiles and only get 2d paralax with them. I will have to try disabling fullscreen and then setting the above settings as well.
