Hello forum, I recently bought two Asus 144Hz 3D capable monitors and I'm having difficulties setting them up with my laptop (Nvidia G770m GPU and i7-4*** CPU). If anyone can please assist me getting both up and running at 144Hz and 3D I will be very grateful. Thank you in advance!
My laptop has these ports
4x USB
1x Display Port
1x HDMI
1x VGA
My monitors have these ports
1x DVI
1x Display Port
1x HDMI

You must use 3 "matching" Displays for Nvidia 3D Vision surround. Nvidia does not support Dual Monitor gaming even in 2D. Athough in 2D Surround, you can use 3 mismatched monitors.
This thread might give you insight if it's even possible with your laptop.
Also 3D Vision only supports 120Hz.

I'm only planning to use one monitor as 3D,one monitor as 144hz. I use my laptop in a desktop setup,so my screen is off.

For 3D Vision to work on an external monitor when using a laptop, the video output connection must be routed directly from the Nvidia GPU. It is possible that none of your video outputs are off of the Nvidia GPU.

All the listed ports are connected to my Nvidia GPU. I don't have an internal family chipset.

Also do you have the 3D vision Kit (basically emitter and glasses) or is the Laptop sold as having the emitter built in?

You wish. 144hz requires a dual link dvi cable.
HDMI -> DVI is just single link and both have half the bandwith disallowing you to use HDMI port with 144hz. As far as I know you need DP or dual link DVI.

Is it possible to split the DP into two links?

Unfortunately, Nvidia doesn't support Daisy chaining.
You might be able to use a MST Hub, like one of Club 3D's SenseVision products released a few months back.
This would solve the 2 144hz monitor problem, but probably wouldn't work with 3D Vision.
If your DVI output is Dual Link, use it with a Dual Link cable.
No, DP has the bandwith of dual-link DVI but halving it brings it closer to single link meaning no 144hz at all.
I'm guessing a new computer is needed. Or you will have to make a significant tradeoff.
