Hi

I have a series of questions to ask
- are you using SLI?
- This only occurs on DX10 and DX11 apps?
- This repro on 720p60 and 1080p24?

I need as much info as I can to try to get a repro in house.

OP has already stated he does not speak English as a primary language. You should avoid the use of abbreviations in such a case. Indeed, as Tech sp you should always avoid them to ensure clarity. Time and time again I see frustrated forum users because the explanations assume a level of knowledge and education that, often, just does not exist. Customer support should be based on the assumption that the reader is starting from scratch and needs all necessary background. This observation is applicable to most sites. I will state that your english is far better than most support sites these days. Most sites are written in what I can only describe as "Chinglish".

It's funny though I have a Samsung PL63C7000 ( US model PN63C8000 Samsung 3D Ready Plasma) and once I enable Vsync I get no tearing at all. It's perfect, but If I disable Vsync, it's unplayable due to tearing issues. The Vsync disable is even worst at 1920x1080 24hz, it makes the 3D experience horrible, once you walk arroud or move the mouse you just see the background tearing apart and it makes you feel dizzy, very unconfortable. At 1280x720 60hz Vsync disabled also shows tearing, but not as much as 24hz mode. It's strange that when I'm using my Alienware 120hz display with 3D Vision, there's no problem to disable Vsync, it really doesn't matter much, and there's little tearing. But that makes sence 120hz is not 24hz, it's way smoother.

Anyway I always play games with Vsync on, no matter if it's 3DTV Play or 3D Vision. It's strange that you're getting tearing with Vsync on, if it was off then it would be OK. I have a GTX 480 in SLI and a Samsung plasma 3D ready TV, so I don't get it why you're suffering from tearing with Vsync enabled??? I play games in DX9, DX10 and DX11 and don't see this issue you are suffering.

yes 100% same here, in 3dtv without vsync enable ,can not play all games at all

yes same here
u r correct
especially nvidia?
when u test this issue , u have to do like this,u have to move mouse from left to right, from right to left
then u will find tearing
this is very important testing point

yes 100% same here, 24Hz has more tearing, 60hz is less than 24hz

but i v checked this is not only my issue
i v received mail from samsung electronics HQ ,in their email , they said that they had found same issue in samsung and sony 3dtv which they had tested
and my friend who using LG lx 9500 3dtv , he has same issue

and 1 more
i had tested with using gtx260,gtx570,gtx480,gtx580
and with using samsung 3dtv 46c7000,46c8000,55c8000
in all case tearing appeared

I have to say the original poster is totally incoherent, but in a nutshell 3DTV Play and 3DTV Play are supposed to force vsync. But I've noticed in games that I play that in certain cases I still have to enable vsync manually for it to work.
