AA workarounds not working with 3DTV Play ie compatibility bits
For the third time now, i can get AA compatibility changes to work fine in 2D and give real, proper AA like MSAA using Nvidia Inspector, but it won't work in 3D with Nvidia 3DTV Play. First it was Mass Effect, then Deus Ex:Human Revolution, and now in Dead Space 2.
Twice now, people have said they can get AA working in two of those games with 3D Vision, and i know i can use the workaround in Tridef. On top of that, standard AA works fine with 3DTV Play in games that offer it natively. Why not for 3DTV Play, were the guys that need the AA remember?/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
The native post processing AA that come with these console ports, like FXAA blur the screen way too much causing what i would call major detail loss and still doesn't give great results, especially at 720p sitting this close to a display.
But i wonder if its a simple setting that can be changed, anyone else have luck getting high quality aa with 3DTV Play?

Adding Metro 2033 to the list. The game has something called MSAA, but according to some, the in-game MSAA is not the real thing since it blurs the image. Applying Nvdia's MSAA via the control panel works in 2D.
