I can't see some of the settings in the 3d section such as the power management mode and other stuff.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (192-bit)

If you game, you should look into getting a stereoscopic display.
It's takes gaming to another level.
I bet you are all are on a Laptop with Optimus Technology:) In which case yes, that is what it shows until you connect an external monitor to the GPU (not intel chip).
If you are not on a Laptop, try DDU and reinstall.

Yupp Got the same on my Alienware M14x (see signature). But works perfectly fine on my M17x where no Optimus...
Funny thing is I can connect to an external monitor, set all my other settings (like Colour) and unplug the monitor and are still applied :)
Don't know of any other workaround :( Sorry...

I'm not on laptop. I already tried reinstalling the drivers.
