I dumped some shaders as I know have a bunch of them in shadercache folder.. I dont understand how to finsd the corresponding Vertex Shader?? this is the Pixel shader for the shadows: 1b63a23ecfeb1190-ps

If you use this settings in the d3dx.ini: [code]export_shaders=1 export_hlsl=2[/code] You can ZIP the shadercache folder and upload here.

I searched the file for the PS it was not in the shaderusage txt file?? what does that mean?? here is the shader cache folde: https://s3.amazonaws.com/nephilim3d/ShaderCache.7z

Remove all the files in the shadercache and also in the shaderfixes (backup them), change this settings in the ini: [code]export_shaders=1 export_hlsl=2[/code] Start the game, enter the stage and quit the game. And then ZIP the shadercache and upload. Also i look the 400e80650a666f15 in the shadercache you attach, and don't seem the type of VS related to shadows/lights in UE4.

I think you grab the wrong shader in the first place, the 1b63a23ecfeb1190 PS is not even in the shadercache. I do a search and i found 3 PS related to shadows/lights and 2 that have wrong model position. Extract all the files in the Shaderfixes folder and let me know if works....if the shadows/light need a VS correction you need to found the main shadows/lights VS (normally all shadows disappear when you hunt). Note that if you type show dynamicshadows with the console command"~", all shadows disappear. This game's shadow rendering issue is associated with dynamicshadows Some shader hunting also removes shadows, but it seems to be dynamicshadows to get rid of all the shadows at once

Well I think that worked DHR. here is a screenshot if someone else can look at this in stereo does it look like the shadows are in Stereo?? For me it is hard to tell but it appears to be working??

I think the left and right sides of the shadow have changed(swaped). If you look closely at the picture, I think that the position of the object and the position of the shadow is different. So even though the shadows are stereo, the whole thing seems strange

Probably also this need the correction in the VS....you need to hunt the VS that make all those shadows disappear and post the hash here... i can search the file in the ShaderCache. *Edit: i think i found it in the ShaderCache. copy (remove the .jpg extension) in the ShaderFixes folder.

Great that works! The game will probably need more fixes...normally UE4 generate more shaders when a new stage is loaded, so eventually more shadows/lights will be broken. You can follow the shader pattern fix looking Little Nightmares for example.
