Hi Artox yes I was able to reproduce it but not as severely. It seems to be certain angles at a distance. If you check out the youtube vid after ~6 minute mark I'm at that spot west of Riften and you get the slight shore silhouette render only in one eye. When I was testing the water fix there was a trade-off, some of that slight one-eye silhouette at distance or more translucency for refraction under the water surface. There is a fix but it will make the water completely opaque meaning it will be like staring at chocolate milk. Also since that water is "DefaultWater" the change will apply everywhere it is used including a lot of close-up areas (thieves guild) where the extra translucency was nice.

If you like, I can upload an alternate file for just the water .esp to make it more opaque, or you can load up my mod in the Creation Kit and change the values to your preference. I detail how to get to WaterType and what values to change here: http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=215250&view=findpost&p=1367208
Thanks for your efforts , I think I'll stick with the current version of the mod, chocolate water doesn't sound too great unless I'm playing a Ghostbusters game /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /> .

Thanks for bundling up all the fixes for this game and I want to apologize again for not giving you the appropriate number of 50 for the aurora depth.

@Artox: yep np, or maybe a Willy Wonka game? :) But yeah I remember having to decide on that but ultimately found the water wasn't too bad with rougher surface textures and waves masking it a bit and I definitely like the translucency as much as possible.

@Arioch: lol np at all and no need to apologize, I had it at like 0.30 or something at one point which was definitely too close. /rofl.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

OK guys, I went ahead and made a single mod download package with Dorkirt's permission: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=9718

I also created a new file because the other one had issues and didn't allow for comments (created during high traffic time).

For new people picking up this thread, this download should cover all major 3D Vision compatibility issues and includes:

Uses -=HeliX=- mod to push 2D UI to 3D depths to improve comfort and compatibility.

Ports Boris' ENB 3D stereo fix moon and aurora depths to -=HeliX=- mod.

Includes Dorkirt's 3D Vision Compatibility Project skybox fixes.

Includes chizow's 3D Vision Water Fix using Creation Kit.
Awesome, just gave mine a fresh install and everything is excellent. This game is near perfect in every way. Can't wait for more content, I can't get enough lol. Especially now that there is zero whatsoever distractions, and 100% immersion.

Thank youuuuuu /heart.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

@ Artox ..... About your water issue, try simply disabling "3dvision water.esp" and instead enable "pure waters.esp". Pure waters has no doubling issue whatsoever, but the water is 'still' in comparison.

Also slight update to the download file, corrected directory structure so you can just output to \\Skyrim and everything should fall into place.

Yeah, Willy Wonka would do too, I just remembered the gooey pink sewer water from ghostbusters 2 :)
I currently have the Auroras at 0.12 and find them to be pretty good. It's too bad that the UI can't be divided, but still awesome to finally have a readable dialogue tree when looking at the characters.

Thank you chiz. Great work! /thanks.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':thanks:' />

First i've tried to install your 3D Vision Complete Compatibility Project through Nexus Mod Manager. It was not working because all files were added to the data folder. Then i tried the manual download with corrected directory structure, so i could see the problem. The folder shaderoverride and d3d9.dll were in the data folder too (like meshes and the water fix .esp). Now it works perfect.

Don't know if it was my fault or it does not install properly with NMM. Just want to mention it here in case anyone else experiences the same problem.

The only bad thing i noticed now is some ghosting with 3D Sky UI. I'm using a VG278H on 120 hz. Is there anything i can do regarding reduce ghosting? It is only bad on the loading screen or item menu / favorites. Not that bad, but it is getting quite annoying if you have to use the menu longer. On most other games there isn't any ghosting at all. Tomb Raider (on the boat) was the only game so far.

Hiya, thanks for the kind words and glad you are enjoying it.

Yes you're correct about NMM not installing the mod correctly, I've since removed the option. I also updated the zip with corrected directory structure so glad you got it worked out.

The ghosting issues I think are just worst-case high contrast white on black cases. You may be able to mitigate this somewhat by changing the opacity of the HUD in the options. What makes it worst are any HUD/UI elements near the periphery of the screen as the Nvidia glasses are worst at blocking light around the edges vs. the center, so anything toward the edge of your monitor has more of a chance to bleed/ghost through the lenses. You can also try messing with the monitor's OSD settings and turn down contrast, which is a common fix to reduce ghosting on LCD panels. That Tomb Raider example is a good one where reducing Contrast can all but eliminate it.

Hiya Nexus Mod Manager won't install it properly unfortunately. It will only install the meshes and water fix but not the HUD/UI/Moon/Aurora fixes. You want to unzip/extract it to your Skyrim folder or just copy it in there. I've set up the directory structure so everything should just fall into place. If it starts asking you to merge folders or overwrite existing files then you've done it right. You should also see dxd9.dll in the same folder as TESV.exe and a folder called 'shaderoverride'.

LMK if you still have problems.

It looks like the files are all in right spot but now my skyrim won't even start. Crashes on play button. I can see the new water in the data section and all the meshes and files are in the right spot. Am i missing something?

Edit: ok I got it to start (but it was in windowed mode for some reason) if I disable Evga precision. Weird, I am using an older version of it. Do I need the newest version for this to work?
I did't see that DX9 thing that is highlighted in one of the download pics.

Edit 2: It was precision. I had to find that compatability mode with RSST. Whew...an hour of my life gone. Gonna boot it up now and try. Wish me luck

Hi guys

Thanks for the mod - have got the game running smoothly.

Question though - have the convergence keys (CTRL F5 etc) been affected somehow?

Although convergence keys are switched on in the nVidia console, they don't seem to be having any effect in game at all. The Ctrl F7 works fine - configurations saved a number of times, just not convergence.

Is it mod related, or is Ctrl F5 used in the game somehow, which is conflicting with changing convergence?

Any ideas?
