Yesterday, Star Wars Episode I Racer was released on GOG. I bought it right away and I'm fixing it (using dgVoodoo for DX11 as many other old games, instead of the default DX9 wrapper). I could also make it 16:9 via shaders. The game is awesome in 3D with all the camera modes it has.
Shadows may be impossible to fix, though. But I'll try.

Also for Star Wars fans, consider Disney Infinity 3.0 Gold Edition, DHR made a fix that works pretty good with it.

That 16:9 mod and video are for the N64 version using an emulator. It also has a LOD mod that we can't use :(.
Pcgamingwiki mentions a 16:9 method using a hex editor, but it's "vert-" (cuts from top and bottom instead of extending the view at the sides) and it stretches the HUD, so what I'm doing is better. At least for most situations in races.
Hey Guys, i'm also working on making XWA run in 3D Vision Stereo,
so far i've made a fix using 3Dmigoto, but after playing several missions i've got unplayable drop in FPS in stereo mode, and i've found out the cause is stereo driver auto mode, so i've hacked ddraw.dll to implement direct stereo mode and it fixed the FPS drop, now the game is playable in stereo as without it.
i'll need to implement 3Dmigito fixes into ddraw.dll and it's ready to share.
I think "Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order" will be a showcase for the new Raytracing supported in UE4...if is only DX12...yep...3D will not work or will be totally broken (without a tool for DX12 to fix it)....Hope i'm wrong or at least devs add the possibility to play in DX11.....i'm still on win7 + RTX 2080.
PS: BTW i download the RayTracing version of Quake II, and works wonder in win7....why make RayTracing win10 only.

Ughhh
It's terrible to think that some of the upcoming games may not be playable in 3D. But one can always hope and sometimes patience pays off. I had almost given up hope for Arkham Knight, but thanks to DHR and other contributors, we were finally able to play it, "the way it should be played"
