Some areas are worse than others, but I found the game to be very playable in 3d thus far (about 10 hours in). The fog is somewhat annoying due to the outline problem, dynamic character shadows are messed up, though most shadows work, the lens flare is a bit off but the reflections seemed to look just fine. I renamed the exe to use ME1's profile.

seconded. Game looks decent with the convergence turned down to 3 lines on the scroll wheel in the IR reciever..buuuut then there's virtually NO popup, so what's the point -_-

Really? And here I was this whole time thinking that scroll wheel on the IR receiver controlled DEPTH. Doh.

Mirror's Edge is amazing in 3DVision on the Acer235HZ with GTX285x2.
Physx effects are also great, however game will only use 285's in sli for physx will not recognize gts250 that i use on many other games for dedicated physx.
Everyone with 3D vision should try mirrors edge. USE gametrainer from cheathappens because shooting aspect of game (which is very minimal) is whacked.

Dark Void!
As many have said in this forum, Dark void is an outstanding game when played in 3DVision and with PhysX!
This is one of the most amazing flying experiences, and the particle systems for the jetpack and the weapon pyrotechnics are excellent.
( and 360 controller implementation on pc is great.)
Reviewers reviewing this game clearly did not play it The Way It's Meant to Be Played.
Nvidia thanks for these two outstanding technologies, and bring on those Fermis!

I thought the game itself sucked ass though? Got terrible reviews.
For me Batman is probably the best 3D effects. I thought tombraider sucked ass. Although that was more the game than the 3D effect.
Just played DoW2 and it was horrible in 3D. Unfortunatly with an RTS the 2D retticle is just too hard to aim so often. If someone brings out an RTS with good 3D support though it'll be fantastic 'cause the rest of the game looked awesome.

I disagree with the reviews (not the first time). There's a thread here on the game and most of the people who bought the final game really like it. Maybe 3D makes it better.

Winner of best experience: Team Fortress 2. Though I totally suck at online shooters, it was so much fun and so pretty I didn't care. Went looking for soldiers so I could watch rockets shoot straight at me.
I've got some tweaking to do with some titles, so I don't really want to impugne anything right now. There was some flaw to every other game I tried.

Gonna give a shout out to Killing Floor. It's a frantic FPS with zombies exploding and popping right up in your face, quite a visceral experience in s3D. It also features a lack of 2D aiming reticule. You're expected to look down the sights and again this works perfectly in s3D.
Burnout Paradise is stunning in s3D. You'll spend the first twenty minutes just crashing around the city to get the coolest slomo replays. If you've got depth and convergence cranked up the "tumble towards the camera" crash never fails to be a great crowd pleaser. Most people duck!

hello,
what is your opinion about Burnout vs Flatout2 in S3D ?,
ive play both games, my choice is flatout2, more impressive!, with a dlp projector and 72 inches screen is amazing!
