Sony HMZ no signal
Hi All,

I am having an issue getting the HMZ to show anything from my PC. (It's works on my TV/DVD player).
I am running a 460 gtx and I have 3d vision.

I have tried the 285.62 with the 3DTV PLAY SUPPORT UPDATE UTILITY and the current beta drivers (which is what I currently have installed).

The HMZ shows up in the NVIDIA control panel.
In the HDCP status it gets a green tick.
I have set the HDMZ display to the main display with my samsung display as a clone.
Under the change resolution options I have tried both 1080p and 720p both at 60hz.
Under Set up Stereoscopic 3D I can see the 3D TV play icon.

If I do the Stereoscopic 3D setup or run the test program nothing appears on the HMZ or at any stage.

Am I doing something obviously wrong??

Help much appreciated.

Edit: Inside the HMZ I get a no signal in the corner and on the Info menu item. (Oh and I hope this is the right forum to post this)

Regards,
Pete

I own an HMZ T1 and have 2 GTX570 cards in SLI. How do you have the HMZT1 connected? I have my main HDMI out from my NVIDIA card going to the HMZT1 box, then from the box to my monitor with no other monitors connected. When I turn on the HMZT1 the picture turns off from my monitor and then passes through the HMD. Nvidia control panel shows the HMD as an HMZT1 and the resolution at 1280x720 60Hz. Everything works 100% like this, games, movies in 2D and 3D. When I power off the HMD, Nvidia control panel resets to my monitors settings. I did find that if I boot the PC with the HMD on it won't recognize my dual 570s. So if I reboot, I ensure my monitor is on and HMD is off. Once everything reboots normal, I turn on HMD.

Hope this helps

Pete,

I'm having the same issue as well, how is your setup configured? Maybe we can narrow down the problem we're having. I have two outgoing signals, HDMI -> HMZ hub and DVI -> ViewSonic PNP monitor. I'm using a GTX 560Ti with current drivers and the 1.0.0.34 version of 3DTV. So far, the HMZ has worked only twice (spontaneously, I cannot recreate a reliable way to even get past the "No Signal" issue).

Have you gotten your setup to work yet? Thanks.

Wolffkran, your post gives me hope that this device is working for somebody!
