The thing is I wan't to use my ELSA revelator glasses with my X1 projector, which seems to only accept a 60Hz. signal if I want the get proper image, sync etc. The problem is the glasses don't get active at 60Hz.
At any other higher refresh rates they work without problems, but when I lower to 60Hz they just don't get active, although the image is page flipping ok.
I'm using 71.89 drivers and the card is a Leadtek Geforce4 Ti4400 on a P4 2.8GHz. The older drivers I were using (don't know which ones they were exactly) also did'n work.
Is this a known thing with the drivers or the elsa glasses?
Which drivers are using the people around with projectors to get stereo at 60Hz?

I don't use a projector, but I think I read somewhere that people are using ED -Activator or R3DCTL from razor to activate glasses. I think I downloaded the R3DCTL for free but I can't remember where. Hope this helps.

Yes, but this app doesn't seem activate them. Just the color code bars appear at the top of the screen for a while, but nothing more happens.
The thing now is that I measured the output form the graphic card and the signal is there at 60Hz!!
So it seems that somehow the glasses don't work for <=60Hz. I've never heard about this, and indeed I think they worked at 60Hz. with the old Elsa graphic card I got them with...mmm don't know.
The glasses are the wired version. In short I will try the same setup with a wireless ones ;-).

I had the same problem with my ED glasses, and my old ATI card, when I first got them, I had to install a program called powerstrip to get them to turn on at 60Hz.

mmm... interesting. Did the screen showed both left and right images but the glasses didn't activate, like me?

Yes
If so, how did you activate them with powerstrip?
It has been a few years but if I remember correctly just having it installed and loading on startup solved it. If that don't work I would start a new thread and include somthing like support for ELSA and projectors. If unclebob finds it I think he would be the best person to solve or at least explain whats going on, he has been running a projector setup for sometime now.

Today I'm checkig whether the card is sending the signal to the glasses or not.

Well, I finally got a wireless version of the glasses and they work ok at 60Hz., so the thing seems to be related just to the wired revelator.
Anyway, thanks for your help,
