Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4
This one went totally under my radar (since I am not the greatest Anime/Manga whatever fan). But then I have a weakness for beat'em Ups with flashy Special- and Finishing moves. This game has it all and judging from the reviews it seems to be a great game. Eqzitara posted a fix on the blog for Naruto Shippuden 3 back in 2013 so I would like to know if anyone has already tested Naruto Shippuden 4 in 3D Vision?

Some 2D HUD interface/menu are not placed right. Lots of effects seems flat and misplaced. NSRevolution and NS3 patches won't help.

So would you say it is definitely unplayable in 3D Vision? I am asking because I am very forgiving when it comes to issues in 3D Vision. So if these issues are not gamebreaking I would give it a try.

Everything seems flat, even at 100%, so no there is no point to play 3D yet. You can rename the .jpg in .jps .

A bit late, but I'm fixing this game right now. It must be the strangest game fo fix I have ever seen. Multiple shaders are acting like "layers" that are enormously affected by convergence. I could place most things where they should be (doing a negative typical stereo correction in o0), but there are still issues in story mode and "layers" appear at low convergence levels (effects that I didn't correct yet, I guess). At least shadows were correct from the beginning. For now it's very playable in battle, with very few things wrong.

WIP: https://s3.amazonaws.com/masterotaku/Naruto+Shippuden+UNS4/naruto_shippuden_uns4_WIP2.7z There are people that requested a 21:9 mod, so F5 cycles through 3 aspect ratios: 21:9, 48:9 and 16:9 (default). To do so I'm using the new upscaling feature of 3Dmigoto. You need to go to lines 441 and 442 of d3dx.ini and choose your native resolution (or DSR, whatever you want). By default it's 2560x1440, which is what I use. F1: convergence presets. Currently 8.5 and 160 to 300 are fine. F2: HUD depth presets. One of the HUD shaders flickers when the AR is modified. Delete "1c2a9c1b54fe8794-vs_replace.txt" if you want to get rid of that, but it won't adapt to aspect ratios different than 16:9 and won't be pushed to depth. F3: HUD toggle. F4: bloom + blur/DoF toggle. F5: aspect ratio cycle. R3 in controller: cycle between 160 and 300 convergence. L3 in controller: toggle 8.5 convergence. There's stuff left to fix and other weird things, but it's mostly playable for now.

Get this one instead: https://s3.amazonaws.com/masterotaku/Naruto+Shippuden+UNS4/naruto_shippuden_uns4_WIP2_fix.7z The fix is incomplete but I think I might have some ideas for whenever I go back to it. It can work in 48:9, yes. But it's done via shaders instead of the proper way. You need so use a 16:9 resolution ingame (and your 48:9 one in d3dx.ini). Then use the hotkey I set for aspect ratio. It will look low res, be aware. And some geometry will disappear at the sides.

I'm actively working on this now. With some driver profile tweaks and some shaders, I've apparently solved most of previous problems related to convergence (remaining: Hashirama final attack and character select screen). Although some decals appear only on one eye (I need more profile tweaks). I think the fix will be ready soon.

Still incomplete, but almost done. The last thing I did was trying to figure out good profile settings, because it was very random if the game was going to work or not when you ran it. I'll try to check how it is this week, then. I think I found a working solution but then I got distracted by other games.

I had some time to check: - To avoid a graphics bug, the profile settimgs in the fix will include NOT letting the game start in 3D. It will have to be enabled manually a few seconds after booting it. - I've decided today that I'm going to add depth to cubemaps (fake reflection textures, for water in this case). - I'm still unhappy with how some special effects look. Not being able to pause and check shader changes (it crashes with alt+tab anyway) sucks. - The fix will have automatic convergence, different for final attacks than normal gameplay. Please, have some more patience for this release. I've underestimated the length of Nioh again.

Not sure if there's a limit on it.
