Mass Effect: Andromeda - 3D Vision Fix (3D Vision Partial-fix released)

Also can you please store your files in another place? Not where you are bombarded with adds? :) Also your code is wrong and I see why you get a huge performance drop.. You are sampling the damn texture t120 inside a LOOP! You don't need to do that for the WHOLE LOOP! Just one time before the loop is enough! Let me clean that one up for you... cause is very busted like that;)

Updated the fix to incorporate Losti's changes to v.0.61. Also, added the fix with his Reshader Preset (Losti's MOD 2) to the main page!

I THINK ....annyway, thx for the update !!! I see you have removed the "ld_indexable(texture2d)(float,float,float,float) r40.xyzw, l(0, 0, 0, 0), t125.xyzw" line from the 4ef93cb9ed279c4c-cs.txt. But THIS is fixing one of the square problems (look @ my screenshots from my prev. post in the middle left). I know this is strange but it will fix the shadow and not only in this area ^^) This will bring up some performance issue and brightness, but i can live with it :-) (the register is indifferent, also the tXXX, can also be ld_indexable(texture1d)(float,float,float,float) r50.xyzw, l(0, 0, 0, 0), t120.xyzw ... or what ever....) May you get the clue of it ^^ OK time for bad now ^^ Thx for your effort again !!!!

You didn't apply any stereo correction anywhere! Removing that line has zero effect. -_- Behavior is exactly the same. And it was an older version of the fix as you had missing shaders man. Do a bit more reading on how ASM shaders work;) and a bit of digging on what the instructions work;) If you got a weird effect like that just by defining something, that means the shader didn't compile properly. Hence, the performance impact and missing stuff on the screen.

Yes i know that this is only a declaration but it is working (for me) getting the shadow/squares "fixed" so ill go with it. Will see how it will behave while playing regarding performance and stability/crashes. I can remove it later if this will be a problem but acutally its better than without (FOR ME ^^) Again, THX for your effort and the new update and making things right :-)

The Shadow ähm, the LIGHT that is afflicted and cured by adding the ....ld_indexable(texture1d)(float,float,float,float) r41.xyzw, l(0, 0, 0, 0), t120.xyzw..... whatever to the head of the file after the dlc temps is located in the file 4ef93cb9ed279c4c-cs.txt in the loop from line 849 - 866 Of cause it can be disabled but dont know that other location lights will be also disabled so this should be fixed ^^ any idea? You see this suares in the shader @ the gib screen in the startup andromeda on the bottom of the film playing screen if you have the right angel or some what later on the first planet....

Because all other lights will be generated here so disable this shader will turn of ALL the lights. Annyway, i dont want to add this line even if this will cure the problem because it will costs arround 7 FPS and raise crashes. Just wondering why the square problem is solved by adding this line without breaking the whole shader. This is also curing some other light/shadow squares from lights that are generated in other parts of this shader but NEVEr turn it of... strang ??? This is when adding the declaration BEFORE dcl_thread_group 8, 4, 1 after it is ok (but even makes no sence this is clear ^^) Dont think im stupid. Just try to deal with issues and may understand some things or find or raise some ideas. I will add another key to disable this light and i will see how often it is realy a problem. So i can disable it if it occures or just ignore if this is not often. --------------------------------- One last question: is it normal that some reflections are broken ? even screenspace reflection are not ok for both eyes. (Just want to figure out if this is a problem of my PC/driver etc or Windows or if this is a issue left)

Sorry my friend! I didn't want to attack your intellect in shape or form! I was just trying to tell you what is happening and that you are aware of what is truly happening there! If you want to see, like bo3b said, you can take the offline compiler from 3DMigoto and manually re-assemble the shader to see how it looks like! You'll see why is broken. g0 is the buffer that has some position for the tiles. If the tiles go missing the lights go missing. Exactly what you see. By declaring the t120 there you basically break the bindings and g0 is never populated! I'm not going to look into more hacks for this game. I am more interested in actually fixing it...it ever somebody will be willing to take a look and help me out:)

Sadly..... :-( And I havn't the time at the moment to get into it and i think...yay...to reach your level it will take a lot .... A LOT of time ^^ BUT I think I can be proud finding a way getting rid of some annoying squares arroung the lights. YES OF CAUSE this is just something lucky based on my hacking arround BUT it helps....so it was worth the effort ^^...........even if I do not have played the game yet BUT this....I think....is something you know. Spending a lot of time for...may nothing but it will be a huge pleasure to reach some...may be little....progress.

YEAH I am willing but I am out of knowledge as you can see. Sadly..... :-( And I havn't the time at the moment to get into it and i think...yay...to reach your level it will take a lot .... A LOT of time ^^

HM, i have noticd that the Brightness Override will not be applyed when loading a game. I have to ALT+ENTER and back to get it enabled. Is this normal? Cant remember if this was a problem before but .... could it be that this is due to the driver update ? //solved, dont ask me how. After DDU and turn of and on my PC it is working again
