I am using a DepthQ 3D projector (stereo3D with 1 frame delay). Hence I need to swap eyes for stereo3D. With Quadro FX board (under OpenGL) I simply swap eyes with the display driver. In my software application I can't swap eyes. Is there a way to swap eyes with GeForce graphics boards when using the consumer 3D stereo driver?

With GeForce stereo drivers you need to have a hardware fix. Checkout:

Why it has to be so damn expensive?
More likely I'd prefer to mod my glasses or use different drivers to make the image look correct than wasting that amount of money.
NVidia doesn't support swapping of right/left signals by software. If you have wired glasses (eg. EDimensional), you could easily solder an adapter that is exchanging left and right signals. I've done this by myself; it is working great.
