It works fine (mostly, enough to be a fun experience) in Low Quality rendering if you rename the executable. The details of Rift in 3D are in that thread over there.

Not really; the game is now listed on nVidia's site as SLI and 3D Vision supported, which means full support must be very, very imminent since someone visiting that site is currently being mislead. I'd say within the month it has to happen IMO.
