I don't believe that monitor is 3d capable, it even says its not in the review you linked to. However there are 3d ready 120Hz monitors that are supported by Nvidia 3D Vision, check the list here:

look at this, quoted from nvidia site LG W2363D 120Hz LCD display, so, is compatible, or is it?.
And,what is a good 3d alternative. I read that there is a zalmann hd screen, or alienware?

Yes, but your tread headline says W2363V.... the "D" variant should be compatible with nvidia 3d vision. Good alternatives...hmmm... concerning format (16:9), resolution (1920x1080), and size (23") it basically boils down to the Alienware/Dell (more expensive), or the Acer (more avordable and even a 23.6"er). The (new) Zalman is based on the same concept as the former models and will reduce to 540 lines in 3D, not sure whether you want this...

victorjr, it seems you misunderstood what they've meant in the review regarding the monitor and 3D, please read that quote again:
What these numbers mean to the user is that games look incredibly intense and dynamic, and images have an almost 3D-like depth. The latter effect isn't the same as you'll get with a proper 3D-capable monitor, but you won't have to wear any funny glasses to enjoy it.
