Well I haven't really tested any, so I can't be sure. Considering Boris' fix for s-3d is based on ENB I suppose that any ENB mod should work, but testing is easy, just extract in skyrim's main dir and launch the game through the exe as you would normally.
You may experience problems with realistic water and enb profiles, but water is problematic in general as far as s-3d goes.

I've tried a few of them. Performance hit I've noticed is significant (60 FPS down to 30-45 FPS), however I read somewhere else (I think someone posted on SkyrimNexus details with his 'version' of the ENB profile) that the performance hit comes from the ENB implementation of SSAO, and this can be *turned off* in one of the ENB "ini" files (not sure which one). I did not go as far as to try this out, since I am happy with some other implementation (some post process injector or other), but if you like the ENB effect and are suffering performance, try this and see what effect it has. You'd have to do a bit of research to see which settings to disable. Note that AO can be enabled anyway in the Nvidia Control Panel, so you don't even need to lose out on this graphical effect. Note the ENB S-3D fix is almost certainly not using any fancy SSAO stuff, so there is no comparable performance hit (hardly) with that. Having said that I also prefer Dorkits fix to the sky meshes - because there is really absolutely no performance hit to that whatsoever since there is no additional processing required.

You guys can use ENBSeries graphic enhancement with Boris' 3D fix. The original AntiFreeze patch was just his custom DX9 wrapper/injector with a few performance tweaks but using it was the easiest way to run the 3D Vision shader fixes without the rest of the ENB graphics mods. Most of the early FXAA injectors and ENB-based shader mods just used and credited this wrapper.
As noted, the ENBSeries full graphic enhancement mod uses Boris' custom SSAO implementation which is very performance expensive and he documents in the notes to disable it if you are concerned about performance. You can disable this by opening ENBSeries.ini and changing this setting:
EnableAmbientOcclusion=false
Also, the Nvidia driver-level SSAO does not work in 3D Vision, its most likely forced off in the driver when 3D Vision is enabled. We did a few tests in this thread, and I posted 3 easy steps to compare and verify AO is not working:
If you prefer Dorkirt's sky and star mesh fixes but still want the fixed water, you can disable Boris' shader fixes using this fix documented by Arioch here: http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=219045&view=findpost&p=1346393

I've also switched to SkyBoost instead of TESVal, which resulted in even more gain in FPS for me in towns/cities, so that's worth checking out if you haven't already. I'm currently playing through other games atm, put Skyrim on hold hoping we get the last few fixes from Boris for water. Or the Creation Kit gets released, which may allow us to fix the water and other minor issues ourselves. Would love to be able to play this game in full 3D, HUD elements and all, but don't want to get my hopes up too much. :D

Sorry for my english, I don't know if I understand well. I'm using at this moment the "3d Stereo fix" http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4350 , and I don't know if I can load also (at the same time) any other enb mod. I've tried with http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5138 (overwritting the previous .dll), but 3D elements (moon, water, etc) do not render properly.
Also (it's an offtopic) I would like to be able to force to load the enb patch into any directx 9 game (not only Skyrim). I would like to improve, in particular, the graphics of a concrete game, M&B Warband, but I get black screen. There are a lot of different versions of enb patches, and I can't try with all (none of the version tested work with this game).
I think these kind of things should be considered by the Nvidia people who works developing the drivers. Maybe not such a complex utility included in the driver, with a lot of variables that may cause erros or bugs, but at least basic control IN THE FLY about the brighness, saturation, contrast..., and why not, some different visual effect. We have powerfull video cards, and they could handle a lot of improves with old games (sorry for my english, I hope to be understood).

It is a bit off topic, but I point you to Boris' ENB home page (http://enbdev.com/index_en.html). This kind of work has been done for other games - notably Grand Theft Auto 4 - so I suggest asking them over at that site.
Whether Nvidia could/should pick this kind of thing up is another topic, but one that is less important to me than being able to have more than one depth/convergence setting for each game that I play, so I'd like to encourage that first ;-)

This should still work if its based on ENBseries, unless there's some other custom injector in the mod you linked. You still have all the files from Shaderinput folder in you Skyrim directory? If there are some conflicts in your mod that are overriding the 3D stereo fixes, that could be the issue as well, but you would have to try and track these down yourself since these shader mods are now a dime a dozen.

Yeah your best bet here would be to post on ENBdev.com and see if there is potential for support for other games. Generally, the more popular and mod friendly games are given the most attention.

I'd disagree here as the IHVs are generally expected to adhere to the reference renderings of the dev's vision and implementation. In the past, IHVs have actually been criticized with accusations of "cheating" and cutting corners on image quality when they start introducing their own tweaks, so its best to leave mods like this to the devs or 3rd party mods like ENBseries. An important consideration is that not everyone is going to appreciate custom mods that fall too far out of the norm, for example, with music, you wouldn't want to change the source composition or how your equipment played the source material, you'd want your equipment to produce as close a replication of the source as possible and if the listener wanted to change the sound profile, they could adjust to their own taste using an equalizer.

The only 3d fix that works for me with water, sky, and stars is this one: http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=789
The water in Boris ENB 3d fix causes the water edging to become dark and where the shoreline meets the land it is not transparent, this is with ENB SSAO on and off. See here for a pic:

Is it possible to use Boris ENB fix and somehow have the edging of water sorted? My moons are still stuffed as well.

Is there a way to remove the letterbox for resolution 1280x720 in Skyrim? The screen gets all streched out, and the black spaces above and beneath the screen/picture are anoying. I´m waiting for my HMZ-T1 and that is the max res for thaT device. I want to Play Skyrim in full screen, without letterbox. How can I do this?

I just received my New monitor today VG278H
I am able to play other games in 3D like BF3 on High but when i launch Skyrim on High (or even medium) i get 5 FPS and cause of that i have to wait around 1 minute for the game to load and it still doesnt work.
My System Specs:

Do you have a lot of high-res texture mods installed and high levels of AA set? My bet is that 1GB VRAM is holding you back. You can free up quite a bit of VRAM by making sure all browser windows are closed prior to launching Skyrim and disabling Aero/desktop composition in skyrim.exe. Just right-click on the file, and disable desktop composition/themes under compatibility. Disabling Aero alone can free up ~100MB VRAM and I've seen browsers use up ~300-400MB of VRAM depending on how many different Windows I have open. I'd also dial back AA to 2xMSAA and just rely on FXAA in conjunction.
After that, you can look into Skyboost or OC'ing that CPU to get a bit more performance, but a 560Ti is probably going to be GPU limited in Skyrim most of the time in 3D Vision.

I do not have any mods installed.
I will put disable the aero theme and try again. just spent £520 on Monitor so no money for new GFX at the moment.

Also make sure to reduce MSAA level accordingly, I'm pretty sure it goes to 8xMSAA if you use Ultra preset which is a lot for even high end SLI rigs. MSAA also has a huge impact on VRAM usage with Skyrim which can be more of a problem with 1GB VRAM. I don't think you'll need to upgrade your GPU for a good 3D Vision experience, I think you can probably expect 30-40FPS with a single GTX 560Ti at 1080p with mostly Ultra settings and 0-2xMSAA+FXAA, but 5-10FPS tells me something else is wrong, probably total framebuffer exceeding VRAM. You can download a program like MSI AfterBurner or Nvidia Inspector to monitor your GPU VRAM usage to get an idea if that's the problem or not.

Nothing directly related to 3D Vision unfortunately, but it looks as if Bethesda implemented many of the compiler optimizations revealed by the TESVal and SkyBoost community fixes:

General optimizations for memory and performance

Improved compiler optimization settings
I briefly tested the patch and can confirm a significant difference in performance on my machine, even greater than SkyBoost which was already a tremendous improvement. Now looking up at the Drunken Huntsman I get ~50-55FPS with 3D sight enabled, and looking down from Dragonsreach I get 45FPS. That's 5-10FPS greater than with SkyBoost. Running through Whiterun is silky smooth now too, almost 60FPS capped throughout.
As welcome as these fixes are from Bethesda, I think the real credit goes to the community members that exposed these issues not just with complaints (as valid as they were) but by actual performance boosting fixes that forced Bethesda's hand (again).

Great news, thanks for the info, I'm currently using the Skyboost "patch", it's nice that Bethesda made an effort to fix their mistakes.
Too bad I can't use the latest beta from Nvidia, due to inability to correctly switch to 23/24hz, since it also delivers quite the performance increase. BTW I do get a problem with the previous game patch, a really annoying stutter in inner areas, which wasn't there with the second patch.

You may experience problems with realistic water and enb profiles, but water is problematic in general as far as s-3d goes.

As noted, the ENBSeries full graphic enhancement mod uses Boris' custom SSAO implementation which is very performance expensive and he documents in the notes to disable it if you are concerned about performance. You can disable this by opening ENBSeries.ini and changing this setting:
EnableAmbientOcclusion=false

The water in Boris ENB 3d fix causes the water edging to become dark and where the shoreline meets the land it is not transparent, this is with ENB SSAO on and off. See here for a pic:

Is there a way to remove the letterbox for resolution 1280x720 in Skyrim? The screen gets all streched out, and the black spaces above and beneath the screen/picture are anoying. I´m waiting for my HMZ-T1 and that is the max res for thaT device. I want to Play Skyrim in full screen, without letterbox. How can I do this?
That shouldn't happen with the HMZ-T1 since its 1280x720 natively. It shouldn't happen on your display either. What display are you using?

Patch notes here: http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1337259-steam-beta-1415-release-notes/

Too bad I can't use the latest beta from Nvidia, due to inability to correctly switch to 23/24hz, since it also delivers quite the performance increase. BTW I do get a problem with the previous game patch, a really annoying stutter in inner areas, which wasn't there with the second patch.
