The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

This game is massive... I think the new fix not up yet, but I can also open my eyes tomorrow.
No the fix is not up on HelixMod yet. DarkStarSword will probably update it a bit later on;) (We are on different time-zones as well, so some time differences exist;) ) The game is MASSIVE, yet... I CAN'T HAVE ENOUGH;) Currently playing/testing the expansion on NG+ (Death Match!) with a bit of under-level for the Expansion and get my arse wooped:)) (Dark Souls style hahaha) This game reminds me what games were about 10+ years ago... games that you could play 10001 times and never have enough of them... This game is on PAR with Baldur's Gate, NVN, KOTOR1,2, Witcher 1 (Witcher 2 a bit less) and Mass Effect series as far as re-play ability goes;) (Only it has DAMN AWESOME GRAPHICS even more so in 3D Vision).
I love that this expansion really completes the witcher 3 world space too. Touissaant(?) is just a such a beautifully crafted landscape and really shows us that death and war is not all the witcher world is. As the third major area of the game I think it fits in really well and complements the other two areas with its much more relaxed vibe. I mean, no matter where you fucking are in this game, you can take a kodak moment with every frame. This is really the only game company that has the budget, resources, and man power to make AAA with the most important intention being, from top to bottom of the company, to make a good game for their fans.

Thanks for the fix. It looks absolutely fantastic again ! Been playing CM for a while but man, it`s good to be back on the real thing. EDIT: It looks like stars are little bit closer then clouds at night. This is fantasy story so it`s quite possible :) Please take a look at this mate. I`ll report if I find some more.

Or do you have a save-game?:) I don't think I looked that much at the sky:)) focusing on what is down on the ground to find all the broken shaders:)) So, I might have missed it:) @birthright: Is currently only on Github. I can't post it on HelixMod because I can't modify the post as is not mine:) I am sure DarkStarSword when will have time will update the post with the last release.

I`ve noticed that broken sky at night when playing new Expansion story so I guess it should be all over the place and definitely in that new area. I`ve been just running around that big castle/town next to villages.

That's why a savegame would help. Is it completely broken or "It looks like stars are little bit closer then clouds at night." ? The game has quite a lot of shaders /decals mostly that don't align perfectly in 3D on other geometry. This is because the depth of the shader is not "3D-right", is just an approx that works in 2D but not 3D. Nothing we can do about it :(

I forgot that I`ve changed drivers and didn`t change the profile so it might be messing with the sky as well.

Nop. Nothing changed after swapping profile. this is the savegame with different location point but I can still see that broken sky at night.

1st of all, thank you Helifax for the fix!!!!! And now I want to excuse myself for my impatience, but DarkStarSword could you please share the fix here or on helixmod? I know some here will think or say "wait for it, it's just a matter of time" or "stop asking for it, do it by yourself" or "stop pushing me or I will send you a virus", but it's hard for me to not ask for it since I can read that it's done but not available for me. ;-) But I should not post things like that, 'cause it won't change anything. So finally I say thank you for doing the work that I am not able to do and please give me the chance to find some broken shaders at least.

If DrkStrSwrd is away at the moment and if Helifax will let me I`ll post a link to my upload in here. Ask him and I drop it in a min.

OK, than HELIFAX... I know your privation of spending your time on fixing games for us for free and I know that you deserve more appreciation for your work instead of people asking for better fixes and I would be really happy if you could allow SKAUT to share your fix here. (I hope my english and the dictionary worked well (greetings from the black forest in Germany ;-))
