I strongly suggest cleanly uninstalling your drivers with DDU (google it) and installing the latest driver. That looks like a classic driver conflict, problem.

It could actually suggest a faulty piece of hardware. Usually it's driver related but not always. =(

That is an issue a lot of people have been experiencing on all Windows versions. This is where I posted my issue although there are other forums where people have been complaining about the same thing

So check if the BSOD occurs when the IR emitter is off because apparently this is what causes the problem in the first place.
