Ah nice - so wireless VR finally arrived. How is it? Does it add any noticeable input lag? It would be great to translate at least the basic things - the short texts or words. The tooltips are much more work to translate - only second priority I would say :)
great update, love some of the new fixes. Can I ask what this feature is/does? New: Option for adding global driver profiles via .nip files in 'Nvida 3D Settings Tab'
In Nvidia 3D Settings Tab there are two new options: "2D driver profile" and "3D driver profile". It expects you to add a .nip file which you can create via Nvidia Profile Inspector by adjusting and exporting driver profiles there. What is it good for? Some users wanted to set Adaptive Sync for the global driver profile automatically when playing in 3d mode and setting Fast Sync mode when playing in 2d mode. Till now they had to do this manually in Nvidia Control Panel. This is only 1 example how you can use this new feature. You can also change other settings in driver profiles and export them as .nip file.

This is a really great tool. I really appreciate that you are putting in the effort to maintain it. The most important thing for any tool is the maintenance (as stuff like FCU comes by and blows stuff up). I've also made it more prominent on the blog in the Installation section. And it's the first item on the GameList (we'll make it more clear/prominent.) One user feedback- it was confusing to me that I had to download, and then also install. I would recommend making it automatically install the fix, as that is the entire reason I am using the program. That is the 90% case. The 10% case is wanting the fix removed, but downloaded, which can still be found after an uninstall.

Actually I don't know any more why I did the install process like this xD. I think I over-complicated things here. I've just played around with the code and made it automatic. I'll release this with the next patch. For the upcoming updates I want to take a look at the following topics:
[.]writing an own ini parser which is more tolerant to non-conform ini files[/.] [.]adding more options for configuring 3dmigoto[/.] [.]helixmod API for retrieving blog texts automatically[/.] [.]image support for rich text editor[/.] [.]change logs in rich text format[/.]
@bo3b: how is your VR project progressing? any news about it? :)

@paul hi paul, you do a wonderful job with 3Dfix manager. it reminds me about WinUAE, the Amiga emulator, the emulator seems perfect for years but there is always regular updates :) more than perfect :) do you think to add a means to have automatic updates when a new fix is available ? maybe to find a way with shaderhackers in order it's not necessary you update manually the new fixes available. i mean than in a while, you can be annoyed to always use your personal time to add one by one all new fixes. it should be good to make available an "online database" in order each shaderhacker can add their fixes. According the translation, i'm learning how to pull request, i just put a little change to test in 3D-Fix-Manager---Localizations) https://github.com/Pauldusler/3D-Fix-Manager---Localizations/pulls My home if you are interested ^^ https://vimeo.com/243474429?activityReferer=1

Normally I just manually do stuff, but I'll keep using it and give feedback. Project is coming along. Slower and harder than I'd like. Solved 3 out of my 4 hardest problems, and have it drawing a DX9 game in the Unity VR test app. This also converts from 32 bit game to 64 bit VR Unity app. The reason I use this test case is because it's the hardest to solve, the remaining ones will be easier to add. Right now my performance is 2x tridef's version. Current problem is getting 3D to display in VR, although the game is running 3D Vision. reverse blit is not working in DX9 for unclear reasons.

At least I just updated the fix profiles which were added to helix blog recently. DarkStarSword told me that there is an API for helix-blog so maybe I can automate the process for adding fixes. I've confirmed your pull request in GitHub. Thx for helping with the translation! @bo3b: sounds very promising. I keep my fingers crossed. Please tell me if any changes have to be made in order that 3D Fix Manager is able to install you VR mods.
