Made a small utility so that you don't have to do all that manual float to hex conversion
It's on the same page as the wrapper

I like the utility and I can finally see some noticeable depth... is the Gun and the environment beign rendered differently .. the gun appears to be 2D just displaced beyond the hud on my system

you still havent confirmed if you are even using the wrapper
you are in dx11 mode, right ? (so gtx285 can run dx11, just no tesselation)
spinning the 3d vision wheel doesn't change anything regarding with separation ?
the intro movies are completely unseparated (even at the lowest wheel setting, they will be like 4px separated if you aren't in hd3d mode) ?
you have a pure white pixel on the top left of your display in the left eye ?

if all those things are true, you are running in hd3d mode

i can't tell you if the gun and environment are being rendered differently, because when i try to run the game under PIX/nSight etc, it just doesn't work

read page, shadows still need to be at normal, not soft
and only nvidia can change sli profiles so thats still broken
and it's not 2d, theres just no pop out, you can adjust the separation to quite extreme values with my utility if you want

Sorry Yes I am using the Wrapper.
I need to upgrade my signature I have SLI GTX 570s now.
With new drivers and new wrapper the wheel or shortcut keys do nothing.

But although the gun is seperated (without the glasses) it looks like it's the same image for both eyes.. thus the gun doesn't appear in 3D for me.

It is excellent work on your part. But from the game developers right now turning off the in game 3d stereo and using low depth high convergence seems to be a more pleasant 3D approach.

Is there any way we could trick this to get SLI working correctly? Modify the profile with Nvidia Inspector? Also does the tool need to be running while in game for the seperation to be implemented or can it be adjusted once and then closed?

wrong, thats for the separation tool
the wrapper is another link, and i suggest NOT linking directly because it will be 404 when i update it and put another version there
just get everything at the page
