Only major problem I found was the 3D mouse behaving strangely around the main character (easily solved by using 360 controller), but otherwise I found this game to be an awesome 3D Vision title. Only other thing I would tweak is the depth of the UI with HeliX mod but unfortunately it doesn't work with DS3.

Thanks D-Man for the heads up, somehow I had missed playing this game, and it's quite fun and 3D ready.
I had some difficulties making it play, as it would crash to desktop as soon as the main menu appeared, and the comments on the internet about a similar issue did not help me. In case someone has the same issue, what worked for me was to switch from SLI to single card. This is the first game I see that refuses to launch due to SLI, but there you go, hope it helps someone.

I actually had forgot about this game myself. Until I started playing an "Old ma's Journey" which didn't look like it would work in 3D. When I saw it did, I thought wait! Will Stick of Truth work in 3D? When I looked to see which game engine it was using, it said Onyx. Which is what this uses.
In the ini for Stick of Truth, there was this
s3d_ar_multiplier= 1.3 ;aspect ratio multplier used to adjust the culling frustum for 3D.
I knew this game had 3D support and checked it's ini to see if there was anything I could use. Unfortunately, nothing that helped. But it now kinda makes me think that SouthPark might work in a Papercut style 3D. So was that setting being used by the devs to make SouthPark 3D during development and it was later dropped? Or was this setting simply mistakenly left/put in there from another project?
BTW, no crash issues here.

The driver mentions a shadow problem that I have yet to pinpoint.
