Excellent, thanks.
[quote="Stein3x"]How can i bind a key to enable/disable a pixel/vertex shader?I found the shaders that disables the HUD and the "rings" around the weapons in Lost Planet but it also disables the menu , so is there a guide or some basic info on how to bind keys to toggle all of them on/off?
Anyway if someone can help me here's the link with the shader file :

I think I got the hang of it now thanks to eqzitara, try if this works:

Thanks Jan-Itor , unfortunately it doesn't work well ,the screen is constantly blinking with weird grain.I left only the pixel shader and while it worked the shader is replaced with white color on the HUD making it not invisible

the greates problem is the shadows that make Might & Magic Heroes VI unplayable.
After read the guide again :) and try I manage to disable the shadows.
Now Might & Magic Heroes VI is playable in 3D.
But there are other problems like wrong depth on some elements, but I don't know how to fix them :(
I make some screenshots:

Hi - I did actually look at this, but not had much chance to get very far. The game has two main problems, which as you note are shadows, and also lights, both rendering at screen depth. The fog of war is also screen depth but that's not a problem really. I was able to mostly fix most of the shadows, but because of the way it's done had issues with introducing additional graphical artifacts which make the game unplayable. The lights I have had no luck with. I'll chip away at it over time, but after telling myself at the weekend that I have to take a break from these fixes I've spent quite some time on this and Payday2 already so will be taking a break. Turning shadows off (as you have done) makes this game look really nice though and quite playable (good job by the way ;-).

I might be disabling anonymous posting soon. Anonymous spam bots have been kind of ridiculous last couple of weeks.
Just posting it here so its not a surprise or if helix wants it to stay on or whatever.
Helix's wrapper is actually the only injector that could work with MK9 ironically. I am not sure if there are any other games like this one and why it behaves this way. Some people say its to prevent DLL injectors/ others a bad DX9 check [supposed to check if your on windows 7 and have dx9 or something].
Regardless I got it to work by using the HOOK method [helix labels it injection]
Then putting the..
UseExtInterfaceOnly=true
in my dx9settings.ini. You need to use the newest dll's for this. I guessed it needed extended interface lines because in log it said.. Direct3DCreate9Ex Created
Just saying it incase there are more games or whatever.

Anyone understand/know a solution for when the mouse in a game stops working when the helix dll is loaded?
I am looking at Risen 2 right now - the mouse works in the menus, and the wheel on the mouse works in game, but the normal mouse movement does not work in game, so it's impossible to play. Someone told me the game does work with a controller.
I have used every dll available with the following results: all '12 DLLs (release and debug) crash the game on start. The '13 DLLs (release and debug) start the game but the mouse does not work. The "hook" version of the dlls also start the game, but mouse does not work in game.

I always miss that cause I use controller or in window = /
It works in windowed mode weirdly enough. I dont know why new dlls do that. I thought it has to do with initmouse command but it doesnt do anything for me *shrug*

Thanks, good to knwo about window mode. I've been looking at the demo, which is lacking window mode and controller support, so I missed this.

Well I bought the full game now... There is no windowed mode in the menus, I think it has to be set in a config file (which I subsequently found out). Shadows and lighting are weird in this game, they are not 2D, just 'off' by an amount. Many of the shaders have samplers and constants in for stereo correction as well, not sure if that is screwing stuff up. I plan on looking at it 'eventually', too busy with work right now.

It wouldnt surprise me if has messed up stereo correction. I think NVIDIA sometimes makes it seem like they are going to sponsor a game then change their mind/cancel.
