[quote name='baragon' post='1027146' date='Mar 25 2010, 07:49 PM']Found a good fix.
Disable motion blur in main settings screen.
Now seems to be working pretty good with 2xaa 1920x1080 most things high except ssao. getting fps34-60 average high 40's sli working.
This game seems to have good visuals on first inspection of night scene.
May be another reason to upgrade to fermi x2, turn all effects up!

what are your hardware specks? I can't get it above 20fps with SLI enabled:( and iu'm using 2 GTX285s

yes disabling motion blur seems to make sli work.
my specs are in sig.
I am also running a gts250 for physx (cuda in this app which seems to be working card temp goes up) as well as 2gtx285s overclocked.
In second episode, first daytime scene, I am only getting framerates in the 20's and 30's in most areas (though when I look at ground fps instantly up to 60, which
generally indicates that sli is working okay.
I think this game is quite demanding for 3DVision at 1920x1080, & my gtx285s in sli just do not have the horsepower to run this game.
Another title awaiting FermiSLI to play TWIMTBP.

How about running some of the built in Benchmarks guys so we have an idea of what everyone is getting. Of course name the driver and gear.
Will report back on a benchmark, just wanted to add the information that my drivers are 197.13 with CD 1.23 and I'm having these problems. Haven't yet tested disabling motion blur. Will report back.

I renamed the exe to "BFBC2Game.exe" and now everything works just fine! I can't really figure out why though since the profile for Battlefield 2 is being loaded and used, but I guess these games are more similar to eachother than the other way around.

Downloaded the demo, but I found that convergeance has no effect on the subtitle text or the ring around the minimap, so if I increase the depth above minimum they diverge.
Am I doing something wrong, or are "3D Vision Ready" games not supposed to have the depth tweaked at all?

I actually think that the latter are to be true. That 3D Vision Ready titles are working, but have all form of customization totally disabled, and I think it's a pity.

Forgot to add before that after renaming the exe my FPS jumped up to an average of 34 in the dark tower benchmark test. Hence I gained about a third in FPS just by changing the exe's name.

No need to rename. I had only renamed it when I was havign problems with the one black screen. once you take off the motion blur it fixes it. there will be osme ghosting in the game but it plays fine with the 1.23 CD

I gotta say that I am loving this game in 3d. Its a lot like Mercs 2 (which I also loved). the 3d does make the FPS take a hit but I have not had this much pure fun with a sandbox game in ages. Highly recommended!
