3d vision animation creation maya 3d vision
hi i have some questions about the workflow of creating content for 3d vision.

im using maya 2012 with a acer h5360 projector and a quadro4000 card. BTW all this works together great !

what compressor, codec and resolution is recommended to create a 3d stereo animation.

here's my workflow now :

render a hd720 stereo sequence from maya and put the 2 sequences (left and right eye) side by side in a 2560 x 720 composition in after effects. when i try to render the animation in AE i get an error about pixel aspect ratio mismatch when trying to save a .wmv file at that size so it squashes it to 2000x720 instead of the 2580x720 and it therefore doesn't look right on screen.

is there a recommended playback format from the computer i should be using instead of trying to create a 2560x720 wmv file ?

is this even the correct way and resolution of generating animations for 3dvision ?

thank you for any help.
