Whats with the yellow? Yellow World of Warcraft in 3d. Using Anaglyph blue/cyan 3d vision discover &
Ok I did in fact search the forum for this info or question and the search engine returned nothing ,a dn i dug around for an hour or 2 before joining.

Here's my issue and question when either playing games using 3d vision discover (anaglyph red/cyan) or when watching even the enhanced 3d type films in the 3d vision media player I end up with 3 colors for the 3d effect instead of two.

Now when i do the discover setup with the medical test and all that I'm only getting Red/Cyan rendering like a good Anaglyph signal.

Outside of the setup It's rendering a yellow green color too besides the red and cyan.

In World of Warcraft it does this as well, throwing the colors way out of whack. the whole screen is in 3d.. but everything is in shades of yellow.. Its' like wow in nightvision.

Take off the Glasses and you can see the 3 colors Red/Cyan and yellowish shadows being rendered.

Is it Supposed to be rendering a third color ?
Also it does not look at all like the demo photo of your anaglyph WoW on the website. Basically the world goes into 3 color mode. Look at your game shots of wow and its beautiful color with 3d red/cyan only.

Now to make it clear it's not a depth or convergence thing. I know anaglyph 3d ghosting due to misalignment( used to be a motion picture projectionist, back in the simplex days.) It just renders 3 colors for the 3d which is just bizzare considering I have used other 3d systems in the past and have never had this happen.

It might be cause by nvidia's default half color anaglyph mode. In order to prevent games from using colors that do not work well with red/cyan anaglyph encoding, the nvidia 3d driver changes the colors of the game.

You can change this however with a registry hack to full color anaglyph mode and see if that helps.

Thank you sooo much linus. Your link helped me troubleshoot a registry problem.
The problem was simple to solve actually in that for some reason my lens settings (leftanaglyphtype/rightanaglyphtype) color settings were wrong.
For some reason( when i compared codes to those that people have posted to change types of glasses( they were set for amber/Cyan aka colorcode settings.

Works great now in 1/2 color standard.. going to go try Full color anaglyph next.

Thanks again.
