Currently running the latest Nvidia drivers for both. 258.96 released on the 19th, IIRC.
EDIT: Just did a clean re-install of the drivers, no joy.

I had this happen to me when i was at the end of Resident Evil 5. The whole game ran fine, but then i dropped my keyboard and maybe something got pressed but after that, the eyes were reversed. I played with my glasses on upsidedown for the rest of the game since i only had like 1 chapter left. Oddly enough, every other game and the nvidia 3d test still showed images to the proper eye....
