Well, like I said I'm only using either anaglyph settings (Red and Blue glasses =/) or side by side settings with iZ3D. I got side by side to work with crossing your eyes method while running games by pressing ctrl+F8 to reverse the images so it works. I've got iZ3D to work with all the games I mentioned previously, I haven't tried DOOM3 yet but I think I will later today. I don't know exactly why some games are compatible with iZ3D and not with Nvidia, apart from OpenGL that is, but it is true that some Direct X games only work with iZ3D. Take Project 64 nintendo 64 emulator for example, it uses DX9 but you can only get it to work if you're using iZ3D and it doesn't work with Nvid 3D. So I don't really know why but I think it probably has something to do with a dll file, or maybe even just because Nvidia 3D has a different way of handeling convergence than iZ3D does and that might cause a conflict with some games.
