I've read that dual GTX 460 (w/ the 2GB non-standard version, like the Palit) can beat or come close to dual 470s, at least on 3D Vision Surround. Apparently the extra memory really helps w/ 3D, at least with three screens. I saw some preliminary benches from someone doing a review of the Palit somewhere. So I had one 470, new I needed to go SLI to upgrade in the future to surround, so I've decided to do SLI w/ the 2GB 460s.
I've got two Palits running well so far, and am going to sell that EVGA SC version 470. Maybe if HD audio is a big deal in your scenario you'd consider doing the same? I've got the 460s mildly overclocked now @ 800/1600 and I'm happy thus far, though I can't get these most current 260.63 drivers working (freezes on enabling SLI mode.)

Just set Power DVD 10 and Total Media 3 options for HDTV, don't choose 3D Vision. You may see checkerboard, DLP, don't matters, just set the 3D display as HDTV using those sotwares 3D options.
Then using the TV's remote control, select interlaced option, I don't know if the Panasonic 3D Plasma has those options. I know it has side-by-side, under-over, but I'm not sure if it has the interlaced option. For the Samsung 3DTV, if you connect the TV to the PC using a HDMI cable, you must use the DVI/HDMI input for the TV, so you can have 7 3D layout options instead of only 3. The problem is that I can't neither watch blu-ray 3D. I've already tried to use the most expensive version of PowerDVD 10 and Arcsoft Total Media Theatre 3 with 3D plug-in and I've already tried to activate 3D resolutions from nVidia control panel. The strange fact is that when I activate 3D through nVidia control panel and I execute the 3D test, I can view 3D effect (my system passes 3d test). But I can't still wath blu-ray 3d movies.

Just set Power DVD 10 and Total Media 3 options for HDTV, don't choose 3D Vision. You may see checkerboard, DLP, don't matters, just set the 3D display as HDTV using those sotwares 3D options.
Then using the TV's remote control, select interlaced option, I don't know if the Panasonic 3D Plasma has those options. I know it has side-by-side, under-over, but I'm not sure if it has the interlaced option. For the Samsung 3DTV, if you connect the TV to the PC using a HDMI cable, you must use the DVI/HDMI input for the TV, so you can have 7 3D layout options instead of only 3. It's the 6th layout option, the one that shows a little guy with tiny squares behind him. For Power DVD 10, you must swap sides, left and right, to make the 3D effect work right, for Total Media 3 you don't need to do that.
