3D Vision + PowerDVD 11
I have myself one of those spiffy ACER GD235HZ's and I also have Powerdvd 11.

I'm trying to play Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs via bluray and all, but when I press the 3D button i receive the error "Content or device does not support this mode"

I've tried other videos as well with the same error. This happens with SBS, OAU and Full Screen 3D blurays.

NOW. It may just be because I've yet to get my 3D Vision stuff in the mail yet. For all I know I may plug that in and the error will go away.

Insight?

What version of PowerDVD are you using? What is the source that you are trying to view? Blu-ray Disc or File on your Hard drive? Have you successfully ran the stereoscopic setup wizard in the Nvidia control panel? Which Nvidia driver version are you using? What operating system are you using? Are you sure that you have an actual 3D Vision Laptop? Did it come with an integrated emitter and 3D Vision glasses?

The OP said that he hasn't even gotten his 3D Vision kit yet, so no wonder it's not working. Also make sure you're running the latest version (or at least Power DVD 11 which I have and works just fine with all 3D films) of Power DVD when playing 3D Bluray content.
