I've just installed the latest version of the 3D Video player but untill now I was not able to set it right apparently.
I'm using a pair of cellophane (Blue/Red) glasses and they worked very well with the Nvidia's logo test and the Assasin's Creed game on my CRT monitor. Now I was trying to watch a XviD movie with the player but I'm experiencing all kinds of image problems. Either the screen is not dimensionally correct (stretched or compressed), or the image colors are too far apart (red form blue) and the end result fails... i don't know. Tried all kinds of configurations but no luck so far has I had with gaming.
Any advices to find the right way? /ermm.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ermm:' />

Hi
Make sure it's a red/blue 3D movie. 2D movies can't be turned into 3D movies during playback. Unlike games.
With Stereoscopic Player You can turn side-by-side 3D videos into red/blue 3D videos, not sure if Nvidia player can do the same?
What should the settings be for the 3D video player when viewing a 3D movie? ie Decoder, which one for play back?, will it play Coraline 3D using Nvidia 3D video player , what are the settings for it to play?

It should work. I recently bought some 3D DVD's and had to install these decoders: http://3dtv.at/Products/Player/DVDPlayback_en.aspx
to get them to work with Stereoscopic Player. Maybe they will work with Nvidia 3D Player also (think they are similar).
Usually 3D DVD's are interlaced 3D and You can swap left/right during playback. Also windowed/fullscreen + aspect ratio + parallax (separation) + 3D type are adjustable (in Stereoscopic Player) during playback. So start playback and adjust until it looks proper 3D...

Freke1, thx for the info, btw Which stereoscopic player do you use and what settings on it do you have? I'm really new to this, I just got my setup ( Samsung 2233rz monitor + Nvidia 3D glasses) a couple months ago, so any advise anyone can give is very much appreciated. Thx

I'm using XP and an older Nvidia 3D driver and a CRT monitor so I can't really help You, sry.
You can try the "3D Content Collection Player" from http://www.3dsession.com/. Should work "straight out of the box" with videos from their gallery http://www.3dsession.com/gallery/index.php. It's a altered version of "Stereoscopic Player". Open the downloaded video file (-link) and hit Alt+Enter to view in fullscreen 3D. Just if You can't get "NVIDIA 3D Vision Video Player" to work.
