Skyrim I know it's doubtful but?

Btw concerning graphic quality:

I recommend using Nvidia Inspector and then choosing 8x AA and 4x Sparse Supergrid Sampling for Transprency (I have probably uselessly, but nonetheless, enabled Transparency Multisampling, too).

Wow, the world looks sharp now (and still runs great on a gtx 580 even in stereo 3d, 720p@60 using the Sony HMZ-T1 at modded screen size HEX 80).

Just place the unzipped files into your Skyrim install directory, so that they end up in: "installdirectory (that's where the launcher is e.g.)"/data/meshes/sky. Remove the .dds hotfix files that 3d4dd thanksfully provided us with.

I use that nif.xml it's not the same than yesterday but it gives me no problems at all.

After nearly 20 hours of investigation i can't find a way of mod the moon depth.... :( Looking for it after that.

Concerning Water: At first maybe making the water opaque will help on the 3d problem but better will be turn off refraction/reflexion on it and that is on the shader info. Will take a look later.

Hmm, we can just remove the moon from the game altogether, right? Out of all the things in the sky, I think the moon would be missed the least. Clouds and stars are all that's really needed to give the sky a lively look, in my opinion.

Just a note,

Reflection seems to be fine it's refraction that seems to cause the problems. Turn on reflections, and in deep water it renders just fine as long as there is no objects close to the surface.

Dorkirt, have you seen the meshes that are attached to the auroras? They seem more of a distraction right now than the moons. Digging through my old Oblivion install and mods, I don't recall anyone doing a moon fix for Oblivion or Fallout 3 that I can remember.

I attached a picture that has both a moon and aurora in it - :

Thanks Dorkit - great work.

For some reason my stars arent that far away, closer than mountains and the clouds.

just wondering whether its to do with my depth/convergence settings...

Nope. convergence doesnt affect it...

I did have a lot of trouble getting this to work though as I had previously installed the no sky fix.

should deleting the meshes and textures folder just reset things to normal - so that I can then just install this fix?

thanks

Yes, just delete everything in the sky folders for both and then install the new meshes into the sky folder under meshes.

Hmmm, are the stars closer than before the mod ? So it's working ? i doubt it's a convergence problem i have a really high convergence. I think it is an installation problem.
