All E6 input lag discussions I have read (for example, see http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/e6) mention around 34 msec for PC mode. I ordered the "17mili sec per frame lag free 2016 MODEL" (extra $ for unverified claim??)...
Note that I already have a 55EF9500, so I am not expecting much visual change. I plan to keep the EF9500 as a display backup, since these 3D OLED displays may be difficult to find in the future.

[.]Before getting HDMI Ultra HD Deep / 4:4:4 / better HDMI cable, I had annoying issues in 3D in Trine 2 where certain red and blue colors were highly ghosted. It wasn't obvious the extent of the problem until I fixed it and suddenly the overall picture quality was dramatically improved. Now there is no ghosting other than what happens naturally due viewing the screen off-center[/.]
That is such good news for me, new C6 owner here, and I have these issues & also failed a 4:4:4 test (it was a cheap store-bought hdmi lead) Have now ordered a 2.0b certified kenable lead, guaranteed up to 18gbs so that should be fixed tomorrow. wooop

Hopefully the new cable does the trick. I haven't had any issues since resolving the 4:4:4 issue with a better HDMI cable. The 3D picture quality is amazing once you get it working properly!

If you did an Edid override, this might be the reason why HDR isn't working.
In this case a modification of your original Edid might be necessary.

It sounds exactly like the same problem, reds & blues were off.

I went to Kenable - https://www.kenable.co.uk/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=hdmi+2.0b&osCsid=19ed4eaf080e979a44ce3f87b3b761e7&x=0&y=0 - I have used them before and if it says 2.0b it should be up to spec. I am waiting to receive it now, will let you know how it is

I will wait for the cable to show up, hopefully its that! (the current cable is the cheapest of the cheap rubbish)
I also just want to say nice one to the active members here for keeping 3D going, I know how has been for ever with this tech not working correctly & having to hack all the time....
But currently I have a giant 3D monitor in 4k & a VR headset all working fine except for this blue/red issue. I'll be very very happy when the monitor works! To anyone like me wanting to grab the 3D monitors before they get phased out & looking at the LGs, they really are amazing. if you are used to shutterglasses this is definitely 'no ghosting' :P

If a new cable does not fix it, it's possible that the HDMI out on your GPU is defective. My GTX 980ti would only work at 48Hz max, anything above that would cause issues. I solved it by using a Display Port adapter and couldn't be happier. It saved me from playing the RMA lottery with my GPU and I wanted the HDMI output to use for my projector anyways.

Also another problem I am having - change EDID between the original Acer one and the 4K one, every time I get different resolution options - now both of them wont let me view at 4k
I have no idea why but it seems really erratic - why oh why oh why cant Nvidia just allow us to set our own resolutions & refresh rates
This is like a step backwards, they always used to let us be able to specify what we wanted

Does the length of cable matter ?
i dont think so, unless you are talking major amounts (20 feet or something? then you need active *i think*)
not my forte, so please google
