ME1~ Thats everything. Pinnacle station is crap, serious waste of time.
ME2~ Theres four DLC missing. Kasumi, overlord, shadow broker, and arrival. Kasumi dlc is required imo it adds a character. The others add to me3 because they actually are mentioned/effect tiny bits of story but you can get bye without. Shadow Broker was pretty awesome and adds more to me3 then others though.
ME3~ No dlc is included. Read what I said above.
Basically required is Kasumi/From ashes
"Recommended" required is Kasumi/Shadow Broker/From ashes/ Citadel
Skip all weapons/armor packs. They just make you OP at game start. Alternate appearance stuff is crap.
I talked about textures in above message for me3. He also did some for me2 if you want to check out but the majority of textures done in me2 are by a person named jean luc. (just google jean luc mass effect).
I have no idea about me1 stuff. I dont think there is much.

Thank you!
Well, that means the final word for the HELIX ...
Let's hope he likes BIOSHOCK.
Update on my interactions with Irrational. My parts are paraphrased (they were about a paragraph long):
Support ticket:
ME: It doesn't work!
Irrational: In general Bioshock Infinite will load in 3d if it is an option for your card. You can verify and change this setting under the video card options outside the game. (they then ask me for more info on the problem)
ME: *provides info*
Irrational: Thank you for the information. We are aware of this issue. Although we have no new information as of now, we will update you as soon as more information becomes available. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
Facebook:
Irrational: Hi <name>, we are aware of this issue and are looking into it. Thanks for reaching out.
*I push for more info*
Irrational: As support stated back to you, there is no direct 3D support within BioShock Infinite. There is always a chance this could be corrected in the future, but we are looking at all suggestions coming in from our fans right now, and we'll make announcements in the future.

I try BI with Tridef with the pre-release profile and i have to say still have some lights issues and minor shadows issues (dynamic shadows where removed)...i do some tweak my self and i think if those lighs + shadows are fixed...we have a winner! Also the Low Rez bug have to be fixed, i tweak the ini file of the game and the best i get its 30 minutes without the bug.
I attach some screenshots (view with Nvidia viewer and swap eyes CTRL+W)

Tridef folks are having some success.
Chances of an official fix are looking remote.

Those look AWESOME. I too have played in 2D but when I get to the sky rail riding, I think 'this would be AWESOME in 3D!!!.'
How are you doing that?! I want!

Official support Q&A:
Question: Will BioShock Infinite play in 3D using Nvidia 3D Vision, AMD HD3D, or similar 3D PC gaming technology?
Answer: No, BioShock Infinite does not support 3D modes.

This is so disappointing, hopefully with enough community requests we can get this changed.

Been looking at this in the last hour. I have the setup for DX11, but been using 3D vision. Downloaded the trial version, the community game profile, did suggested config tweaks. Do I need to disable Nvidia driver, or is this for AMD cards or what? Shutter glasses or RealD type lenses? My Viewsonic 3D display is a few years old. Viewsonic is not even listed as an option in Tridef control panel. On game start 3d is not enabled; says driver didn't initialize. Maybe I need to reboot. Gonna try that, but I dunno.

Monitor is DVI so maybe not. It's 3D vision ready so I don't know about side by side. Plus, it was older when I bought it (Viewsonic VX2265WM); the drivers were only supported to Vista, I'm on 7.
