Netflix in 3D? Microsoft silverlight
It should be possible right? It runs of M.S. I am hoping for more options for 3D

Who doesn't, the problem is hollywood can sell blurays that are 3D for a high profit margin. My opinion is the market isn't big enough to loose the disk market to the downloading market.

In Australia were paying about $30 to $45 for 3D blurays and downloads compete with DVD rentals so prices there are about $2 to $5. The difference for hollywood at the moment is obvious.
The 3D movie market is relatively small (compared to 2D bluray and DVD),and as a result it operates on high margins (measured against expenses) until it grows in popularity, which makes lowering margins equal higher profit.

It will happen, but don't expect it until glasses free 3D tv's are cheap or standard as the glasses has been a big issue in the mass consumer market (as well as available content).(I would say 2 years on that, screens are becoming available but they have to come down in price in a huge way).

As far as movies are concerned I would suggest going to a theater is still the best option at the moment, just avoid the 2D to 3D conversions, they just don't work.
