I`ve just tried it, runs good in 3D on a single GTX480, almost always steady 60 FPS. You just have to disable shadows, which are 2d. Game UI is in 3D also, and the game features stereoscopic trailer for NFS:Shift 2. Do you want to see some screenshots?

Sounds like it just needs a profile to get it going 100% :)

For what it's worth, I tried this tonight through 3D Play TV and it's pretty much totally broken. Works OK via my DVI monitor though.

The 3D was not working very well when I tried it today (Thursday 18th, 1 day before official UK release). Does not look anywhere near as good as games like burnout paradise or NFS Shift. There seems to be a strange problem when inside tunnels. I've tried playing around with depth and convergeance but cant find a suitable setting. Also I noticed this game looks much darker than other when comparing 3D Vision on and off.

Was quite dissapointed with the game itself also. I was expecting an arcade style racer but didnt expect such simple gameplay. There is no option for manual gears and all cars feel the same apart from top speed. The cornering sadly feel just like an Outrun or Ridge Racer game (you can hit a hairpin at top speed and just drift around it). Its still kind of fun but not what I expected at all. If possible try a demo first to check car handling for yourself. My first impressions of NFS:HP have left me wating to play NFS Most Wanted :)

I played the Beta for Test Drive Unlimited 2.

There is an in-game option specifically for stereo 3d. Thats the racer with some promise.

Agree with Perjoss, i expected more from this than the very simple race we got.

shadows and lights have issues with 3D, and also has anyone managed to force AA on? even at 1680x1050 it looks rather jaggy and doesnt look like the control panel can force AA on unless im doing something wrong?

I'm near the end of the game, some levels are seriously hard to get a gold.
Played from the start in 3d using tridef, it has the same problems with lights and shadows as 3dtv play by the sounds of it, yes the the inside of tunnels look funny, this is because the lights from both sides the tunnel only show in 1 eye for each side, well it does for me, apart from this the game is 100% playable.

This is one of those games that has kept me thrilled over and over again, 3d is the mutts nuts :).
Using a depth of 40 and convergence of 45
