Does Acer GD235 improve ghosting problem over Samsung 2233?
I just got my 3D kit yesterday with the samsung 2233 and have persistent ghosting across all games on the top 1/5th of my screen. I've heard the acer GD235 alleviates this to some degree and would readily exchange the samsung for the acer if this is true. Any insight?

Yes it is a significant improvement. It is also brighter, sharper, and just feels more "solid" when it comes to the 3D effect. 2D performance is just "ok". Definetely Acer is better then the Samsung I had.

That sounds great. I also remember reading in another thread that the Acer is HDMI 1.3 as opposed to 1.4, and this could present a problem with 3D Bluray viewing? Don't know what to make of that.
Anyone have any experience with TigerDirects returns? I'm sure they wouldn't mind me returning a monitor to buy a more expensive one. I was hoping to order the new one and return this one as soon as it arrived, so I could squeeze in some 3D over the weekend.

Yeah 3d vision cant be used with the HDMI in this monitor, so dont plan on it. You have to use a dual link DVI cable.
