Bobarr,
9) Change "maximized=0" to "maximized=1"
10) Change "Platform=d3d9" to "Platform=d3d10"
11) Save and close gamerprofile.xml (EDIT: best to change it's properties to "write protected" after you got your setup figured out; in my case it reset to dx9 otherwise)
I just got the game (the full game) and I can't select DX10 inside the game options. I did the changes above but my question is: How do I know the game is really in DX10 mode?

Thanks

It should be highligthed as dx 10 then under ingame options of Avatar (at least with the demo that was the case). Please note that before those tewaks I could only choose dx9, afterwards I had the choice between dx9 and dx10, with dx10 being highlighted (=chosen) at start up.

So it isn't working, under display options it still showing DX9 and I can't select DX10. I already checked the file and it still "Platform=d3d10". Anyway, why can't I choose DX10 in the first place?

Still no fix for DLP/CRT users I guess... Nvidia sucks. $200 set of glasses and theoretically I can't use them anymore. I can only play Avatar w/ the old drivers which has no profile so it's all wonky. It's just ridiculous at this point. I bought 3D Vision *FOR* Avatar... Ironically its the showcasing title for 3D yet I can't play it in 3D. Nice!
