I thought I'd give these games a mention in case anyone's interested (mostly side scrollers):
Creavures-
Perfect 3D. Around 3 hours of gameplay on normal difficulty.
http://photos.3dvisionlive.com/4everAwake/image/53ad94ead475fe6a750000a8/
Journey of a Roach-
Excellent 3D. Interact icons are at screen depth (somewhat minor). Took me 4 hours to complete. Nice little adventure game with full controller support.

Explodemon-
Excellent 3D (with Aion profile). Some lights are off.

Antisquad-
Turn-based strategy game. I honestly haven't played much of this yet. But I've read that it's more difficult than X-Com. Looks kind of pretty, though.

-Remaining issues: some icons are at screen depth, some uneven menu item depth

Knock-Knock-
It's weird, but I like it.

-Remaining issue: main character shadow is a bit off in the endless hallway (minor)

Meltdown-
Isometric twin-stick shooter. Great soundtrack.
-Fix for the shadows & hud (updated 9/25/15): https://s3.amazonaws.com/4everAwake/3d_fix_Meltdown.zip
Instructions:
1) Extract the ZIP file into the game directory.
2) Use Nvidia Inspector to add "Meltdown.exe" to the "3D-Hub Player" profile
3) Run the game using the included shortcut "Meltdown- Helixmod.bat"
When in-game, press the Caps Lock key and adjust the depth & convergence to your liking. Press F7 to save.

Life Goes On-
EDIT 1/4/16: fix posted on Helixmod: http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2016/01/life-goes-on.html
*btw, all of the fixes above have convergence presets. Two presets for the 'U' key and one for the 'O' key.

Thanks for this list! I have played a couple of these, but most are titles I haven't come across.
I love how the prospect of a correctly functioning 3D experience is all that is needed to peak my interest in any given game!
A side affect of this is discovering that some of these "3D Hidden Gems" are actually FUN to play and, in some cases, have spun my gaming interests into entirely new genre's!
Thanks again!

No prob, Nutz. I'm the same way, as well. I think I can have fun playing any game genre in stereo 3D. Before stereo 3D, I used to play exclusively first person shooters. Now, I'd rather play a point & click game in 3D than an AAA FPS in 2D.

Yeah, that is terrific! Thanks for taking the effort.
If I could, I like to suggest that you make a HelixMod blog post about these games.
Be great to have them in the main list of fixed games, because when it comes time to play other games, I think there are a lot of us that would play a 3D point N click over a 2D shooter.

This is a great idea. I know the first thing i do with new games is google "*Game name* helixmod and if nothing comes up, *game name* 3D vision.
i bet it would help a lot of people get access.

Giants: Citizen Kabuto and Armed and Dangerous (has the infamous "Land Shark Gun") are two old classics that are fun to play in 3D due to the off humor.
Giants: Citizen Kabuto http://www.gog.com/game/giants_citizen_kabuto
Patch for Giants to make it DX9 http://www.giantswd.org/
Armed and Dangerous http://store.steampowered.com/app/6090/
Although I haven't played it yet, Ceville (point and click) looked very good in 3D and is on sale for $1.99 for the next 2 hours. http://www.gog.com/game/ceville
Oh and thanks 4everAwake for the screenshots, I picked up several of those games.
