The 3D Vision profile for Rage has "Not recommended" attached to it. Rage seems like the kind of game Nvidia would put an engineer on to make sure there is a good 3D vision support, so it is likely this game will never be in 3D.

But my point is that if it IS OpenGL and it works, albeit badly, then that means that Nvidia has come up with some kind of wrapper that translates the OGL calls to DirectX in 3D. Perhaps this will work with other OGL games like Doom 3 if you change the name of the exe so that it uses that profile.

But my point is that if it IS OpenGL and it works, albeit badly, then that means that Nvidia has come up with some kind of wrapper that translates the OGL calls to DirectX in 3D. Perhaps this will work with other OGL games like Doom 3 if you change the name of the exe so that it uses that profile.
