I quit using this long ago because it miniaturizes everything which I personally don't like in GTAV.
Can someone tell me if it works in CM mode ?
Unfortunately it doesn't ... the earlier versions of CM read/used the MonitorSize Value but somewhere along the line CM seems to be ignoring the Value altogether.
Which games does it work? Anybody could make a list with the top 5?
It should work with pretty much any game that isn't using CM ... as far as a 'top 5' list goes I don't think that's really relevant, some people's setups are perfectly fine at 100% and other people are even playing under 100%. It's more relative to the person and their setup than the game. That said, there are some types of games that may benefit more so than others by using more Depth, like a top-down strategy or dual-stick shooter ... or games that require an extreme amount of Depth to even work in 3D, like Legend of Dungeon, basically games lacking a decent visible range of Depth.

Unlock the Registry key and run anything 3D and it should revert to the default MonitorSize.

I am confused. Does this work in Win? Did anything get changed? Cause I cannot change the value! I run regedit in admin mode and change monitor size. It shows my inserted value. But as soon as I click the value again, it shows me the default one. Also after restart it shows default. So what changed? Not working anymore? Just found this: But don't really understand. Change permission manually?

Could be a few things... iirc when you Run the Block.bat as Admin it can't find the Block.txt because the current directory changes to C:\Windows\system32, there's a few different ways you can get around this. Another issue may be the version of RegIni that's included with the hack ... RegIni is native to Win7 and up so there's no real need to use/include it anymore. Win10 includes an updated version of RegIni so trying to run an older/unsecured version may be causing issues. You could add a Pause to the end of the script so you can catch and read any error messages that pop up before it closes, like so:
RegIni Block.txt Pause

It dosn't work even if i used win10 regini without errors, so i just change permissions manually and it works but it's not practical.. anyway i think i will return to win7. Thank you guys.
I would check whose the owner of the Stereo3D Registry key (right click -> permissions -> Advanced -> Owner There you should see "Administrators(username)" or so. If not you know why you cannot change the key ^^. Then you have to assign the permission to your own username. For me it seems that you executed some bat files or something like that and locked yourself out of the registry key. Don't use such bat files! Tsabeht has found a very good way to apply 3D depth hack without locking the registry: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/930853/
Advanced3DVconfig lets you change the monitor size
Not necessarily if he isn't the owner of the Registry key any more. Other thing is that changing monitor size via Advanced3DVconfig is not recommended any more because this program also works by locking the "Stereo3D" Registry key. Locking the Stereo3D key is generally a bad idea because it can prevent proper driver updates or cause another weird bugs. As said in another thread today TsabehT has found the perfect solution for 3D depth hack without locking the Registry key: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/930853/. Exactly the same method is used when enabling 3D depth hack in 3D Fix Manager. But I won't stop anyone when he thinks that applying depth hack the old way is a good idea.

When I change the value now, it stays, after I gave myself permission..thx to that. BUT: I change 54 to 27,..it stays now. I reclick the value and it shows my changed value. Now if I open Nvidia Testapp to test it, it still looks the same! Then I recheck the value in registry, and it's back to default? It does work for Monitors right?? (Asus ROG Swift PG278Q) I could try and remove permission, BEFORE starting Testapp, BUT I am a bit scared that I really lock myself out...lol.

It does not work because "MonitorSize" is reset as soon as you launch a game, Nvidia test app or whatever. Due to this Advanced3DVconfig gives you the option to lock the Registry key to lock out the Nvidia driver (not a good idea) Better method is to create "MonitorSizeOverride" entry - this won't be reset by Nvidia driver (TsabehT's method) For more details just read his topic or use 3D Fix Manager. Sometimes it's not necessary to reinvent the wheel by experimenting with the Registry by oneself.
