Anyone tried the Viewsonic FuHzion monitor yet?
I've got one on the way along with the glasses. I figured it was $50 less and I prefer Viewsonic monitors over Samsung. I'm curious if anyone else has it yet and can share their opinion of it.

Thanks!

If the review of the viewsonic is any clue, their samsung stance will be less than favorable. The only flaws they cited were lack of connections and movement. It's basically the same display. Worth it only for the 3D Vision. This of course will change once true 120hz LCDs are standard as they are quickly becoming.

I got the monitor this afternoon (that was fast) and I must say, there is quite a bit of bleed through on dark screens on the outside edges.

The cnet review cites that there are better monitors for less money, and that the 3d vision "proved buggy in our tests." so without the 3d vision it's a junk monitor, according to them.

I'm all about the 3d vision, so when the glasses come on Friday I'll be set to check 'em out!

I am using a regular viewsonic 22'' monitor with mediocre review on the net too, but honestly, I am not complaining too much, I guess I am just not that susceptible to whatever they are saying out there~ lol

I'm curious, should I install the CD that comes with the glasses or should I install some different drivers/software? Something that has been updated more recently perhaps? The manual says to uninstall my current drivers and install the ones on the CD.

Do I just install the latest Nvidia graphics driver and the stereo driver that was out on 02/02? Or maybe the beta one, where ever I get that.

the one come with the cd will be older version, so yes, use the one from the download section. I am using the 1.05beta, and it's just fine~ or not you can download the 1.04 version
