Club3D Displayport 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 UHD (CAC-1070) or CAC-1080 for 2.0b
Just an FYI for those that might be looking for a solution.
The Club3D Displayport 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 UHD (CAC-1070), is the only adapter currently on the market that supports 3840x2160@60. $28.99
Last I checked, 3DTV Play will not work if using an adapter and requires that you use the HDMI output of the GPU. So keep this in mind, not that 3DTV Play officially supports anything that requires this amount of bandwidth, but there are those 3Dmigoto shaders for SbS/TnB.
However, Optomized for GeForce will work with an adapter.

great, that's what I need if I want to add a Dolby Atmos Amplifier to my set up, because I only have one HDMI port on my KFA2 1080 EXOC, but i need two HDMI: one for my 4k interlieved TV and one for the dolby Atmos amplifier

No idea why I never tried it, other than I just figured that the pixel clock on the DVI output would still be locked to the previous value.
But after seeing another poster in the driver forums mention that he was using 4K@60 4:4:4 via the DVI out, I tried it and was surprised that it worked.
So it seems that the pixel clock on the DVI out was raised, starting with Maxewll GPUs to support HDMI 2.0 as well.
I'm actually using the DVI to HDMI cable that came with my Nvidia glasses :P

There might be quality control issues, some reviews state that it quit working. My Club3D adapter is still working at this time with zero issues.

Great. This what I needed. I had one from work that didn't work. I needed it for my Oculus Rift. Didn't want to keep unplugging my TV and My Oculus back and forth all the time.

Oh man good to know. I almost pulled trigger based on this review form Amazon:

Question: Do you want to run PC games on your 4K TV at 60fps, but you only have display ports left on your video card because your HDMI 2.0 output is already in use by, say, a VR headset or yet another 4K monitor/TV?
Answer: Buy this immediately. This is the only adapter (having tried 2 others) that actually works at 60hz. Open the box, plug in the cable, turn on your set. 4k/60, with no perceptible lag introduced that I can detect."
Maybe I could leave my Rift connected to the HDMI port and connect my Passive 4k LG 3D TV to the adapter and still get full Passive 4k 3D Have you try that Zig?
I also read it adds input lag.

@sebastatu
I have 3 gaming PC and the main one is connect to an LG-8500 and a Samsung HU9000 the adapter works on both TV's 4K/60 but since the adapter is HDMI 2.0 not 2.0b HDR doesn't work on the LG when I plug the rift into adapter I get a black screen when I plug my WMR headset it works this is the one reason I sold my RTX 2080ti which had only one hdmi out and replaced it with the Aorus RTX 2080ti xtreme which has 3 hdmi outs (no adapters are needed.)
I think all the Pascal and Turning video cards are HDMI 2.0b
Purchase the item from Amazon if doesn't work just return it.
