Hi, did someone test this game in stereoscopic 3d?
I loved to play the previous total war games with 3d vision. I know its less popular to play stratecy games with 3d vision, but it is actually amazing to see these huge armies in 3d.
Would be interesting to know how broken the game is...

Hello,
First of all I wanted to thank the community of this forum to allow us to get out of Fix 3d vision.
My question is about the total war games and more specifically Total War Warhammer.
By updating my graphics card drivers (378.92)
I found that Total War Attila is now totally playable in real 3d vision.
The problem of the roads and rivers of the campaign mode and in battle (effect of transparency disappeared)
But that's not the case with Total War Warhammer.
Do you think that the roads and rivers will be fixed in true 3d vision to remove this effect of transparency that hinders the comfort of play?
Thanks in advance.
Sorry my english is not famous :o)

I have been looking at this again recently, especially with the sequel on the horizon which integrates with the orginal game. (warhammer)
A fix was made for this but I and several other people have tried and have never been able to get it to work, or I suspect it was simply abandoned.
Some effects appear to be fixed but the ground in particular makes it unplayable in 3d.
The game works in CM and has a profile though.
Game needs some love from the community, my skills need to improve before it's me =)
Think some people here are interested in the game but CA and SEGA's DLC practices for this franchise throw people off and I do not blame them.

What is incredible is that Total War attila had exactly the same defect as today's total war warhammer in terms of broken shadow
And that now the game Attila is perfectly playable in real 3d vision
Did the drivers and developer improve this?
Can we experiment with the arrival of Total War Warhammer II that it will be playable in 3d vision .. and not in CM

That's is pretty weird. I tested this yesterday and still has the same issue in warhammer. Do not own attila though, so can't really comment there.

Extremely .... Attila is now playable in real 3d vision while Total War Warhammer always has these same defects that at the beginning of Attila (roads and rivers with very unpleasant transparency effect)

Hmm You sure they just didn't add a CM profile?
TW:W has many more problems than those roads as well.

I confirm that Total War Attila is perfectly playable in TRUE 3d Vision
The roads and river and various transparency effect totally disappeared
Which is not the case with Total War Warhammer
Is Attila Dx11?
I wonder if it's worth hooking 3dmigoto into it and taking a look at the shaders, if it's the same engine.

Yes Attila DX11 !!
did not play warhamnmer yet because of this...
I understand you
Difficult to replay at total war without 3d vision
Lack of relief o)
Too bad the community abandoned the idea of correcting the shadows of Total War Warhammer
The latest driver (384.94) does not appear to have Attila working in true 3D mode.
it's possible
But with the helixmod patch
The real 3d is perfectly activatable and no worries of shadows (road and rivers etc ... in battle modes and campaign map
I learned of this by passing drivers 375.70 to 378.92

Ok.. Stfparis You made it sound like it was working natively without a fix. Did not realize you were actually talking about a community fix.
