Help! 120hz x4screens New Viewsonic 3Dvision ready screen is all messed up in 120hz
I have contacted tech support with Nvidia and Viewsonic regarding my issue and everyone says, "sorry this product is too new and we can't help you.'

My system is setup exactly as it should be to meet the requirements.
I have Vista 64bit and I believe the Nvidia drivers or 3d Vision driver is bugged for Vista 64bit. If I run the test or enable 3D Vision or do anything that causes the Hertz to go above 60hz, my screen gets split up. If I set the hz to 120, my glasses work in 3d but the screen is split into 4 sections. In each section is a duplicate of what should be 1 full screen. For example: I load up Mirrors edge with 3DV Disabled, all is well. When I load up Mirrors Edge with 3DV enabled, I see 4 games running on my screen.

After all this money spent, I am very frustrated and unhappy. I hope someone knows why this is happening or even if I simply knew that this is a known issue and will be patched soon....otherwise, I need to return something soon. Time is ticking for returns.

I appreciate any help or support.

My Specs:

ViewSonic VX2265wm FuHzion LCD
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260
Vista Home 64bit
System Model P5QL PRO
INtel 2 Quad CPU Q6600 2.4GHz (4 CPUs)

Not sure why you have this problem, except for the brand, it should be a 120 Hz display just like the Samsung. They must have just been released for you to get one, You may be the first one. Did that display come with the Dual DVI cable as well as the normal cable? I would try setting the 2D resolution to the same you use for 3D, including 120 Hz. Unless Viewsonic did something weird, there is no reason for the display to be any different in 3D than the Samsung one. Maybe there is a setting in the monitor UI that can cause that to happen, but it doesn't seem that there could be a driver issue causing it. If you can't find a setting for it, may be best to return it and get the Samsung. If you can get Windows to run properly at 120 Hz, 3D should work as well. I'm assuming you are running in full screen mode, not maximized window mode. I hope you get it figured out, it would be a shame to have to return it and then get the Samsung. Viewsonic makes good monitors.

I've been using Vista 64U with it since day one, definitely not the drivers. I'd try Viewsonic again.
