I would like to thank Helix Mod , the fixes allowed for one of the most terrifying experiences I have ever had in a video game. I would also like to thank my editor Eincrou for creating this amazing piece of entertainment and injecting so much life back into a game that may have been long forgotten.

S3DGamerZone is very proud of having Dead Space reviewed and in such a way that you can experience yourself what adding 3D can do to even older games.

I am getting part 1 and 2 now. Is there any issues with using the latest patches + helix fixes? or should I just leave it at v1.0 when I drop the helix mod on it?

I bought the game for 2,50 on Steam. As it looked mighty unoriginal in the reviews I didn't buy it when it was released, but I'm quite suprised at the quality of the game and in 3D it's an awesome experience. The opening scene when the shutter opens in the spaceship is breathtaking, it's like you are actualy there looking out into space. I like how they build up the suspense in the game, and the zero gravity/vaccuum bits are a nice touch.

I wouldn't rate it as one of my favorite games, but it sure is one of my favorite 3D games.

Good question , I'm not 100% sure but you should be fine with updating.

This game has such added value when playing in 3D that it would have been a missed opportunity to not review it. when I first started playing games in 3D Dead Space was the one game that I hoped would work out of the box, unfortunately it didn't at the time. It really is great to be able to dust off an older game that you wished you could have played in full 3D and now finally be able to.
