Next 3D vision driver release date? Windows 7 issues
2 / 2
Are there any problems at all with Windows 7? I'm about to format and I was going to install Windows 7 instead of Vista 64, but if 3D Vision has some problems with it I'll just wait.
As for 3D it is working....but seems like it has been neglected the past couple of months, I am unable to get a few of the newer games (Wolfenstein, NFS Shift, etc) to work so we are all waiting for some update/profiles. Other than I can't think of any other issues, but it does work.

NFS Shift works perfectly to me, at least the demo. Use the Cycle Frustum Adjustment to remove the lighter bars on the sides and remove the HUD, it becomes perfect. /thumbup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Shift is probably one of the best 3D vision games, windows 7 RTM X64, 1.11 drivers, registry keys download in this forum's Shift thread on updated retail Shift, absolutely fantastic. Batman is great also in 3D, RE5, Red Faction on par with source games like L4D, HL2 EP2 Windows 7 does not seem to have any driver or performance issues with my rig.

I guess something is wrong with my setup then. Shift has way too much ghosting for my liking and the fact there is no profile for it doesn't help. It's a very painful play for me in S3D.

I have some minor ghosting only and I didn't even try to tweak the convergence yet. It's mainly on the sky and on some advertising things in Spa track.

Either the beta 191.00 driver (not 3d driver) or the Shift patch seems to have fixed things like the hud, side bars and menu screens for me theres definatly a difference since convergence has no effect on some screen elements within shift now, whereas it did before
I Also noticed things like the brake lights and starting lights are no longer floating out of perspective
I dont know if its do with the driver or patch since I pretty much installed them one after the other
