FS9 + 3D Starting FS9 causes reboots
I am trying to enable 3D for use with FS9.

Downloaded and installed the 3D driver. When I start FS9 with the driver set to enabled, I get a couple of seconds of the opening FS9 splash screen then the system reboots. If I set the driver to enabled by hot key, I get as far as the select a flight opening screen for less than a second, then the system reboots.

Any advice anyone can offer would be much appreciated

I haven't test FS9 yet, but I know for a fact that you have to turn T&L (transfrom and lighting) off in the game.

Can you post your specs?

I know this isn't the hottest system on the planet, but here it is

AMD 3000 64 bit
1 Gb of Adata 400Mhz RAM
Albatron K8M800 PRO SKT 754 motherboard (BIOS updated to current ver)
Albatron GeForce FX 5500 EQ 256Mb DDR, 350Mhz GPU

that's the core hardware, and it's running XP pro SP2 (32 bit) with all current patches
graphics driver is 93.71 and the current 3D .exe is 91.31

(!) you should use the 91.31 + 91.31 stereo driver or 93.71 + 93.71 stereo(beta). (!)

but what is FS9?
