I have the issue of support 3D-content.

I have began to connect the said instructions. Video signal goes to the projector via cable HDMi 1.4 (AudioQuest Pearl 1m).
IR-transmitter NVIDIA plugged into the computer via USB-cable that was supplied with a set of 3D-glasses. Then I met a problem - VESA stereo cable port, which is set in the NVIDIA 3D Vision Kit can not be connected to the projector, because the last does not contain (VESA 3-pin) port. Accordingly, the installation wizard of stereoscopic mode has not been completed and item «3D-glasses - NVIDIA 3D Vision» unavailable:

Unfortunately 3D ready doesn't equate to 3D vision compatible.
That projector is not on NVidias compatability list, so you would have to use a work around, usually this involves using a hacked .inf file or a DVI connector with a pin pulled out.
I don't think the sync cable needs to be plugged in for it to work.

the nec np-v300w-x is 3d vision supported and uses 1280x800 to match your PJ.
I would try to find a .inf for the nec PJ.

The youtube vid has h5360 .inf with 1280x720@120 and would not be optimal, but may work. The basic idea is to make windows think it is connected to a PJ on that supported 3d projectors list.

I would try to find a .inf for the nec PJ.
The youtube vid has h5360 .inf with 1280x720@120 and would not be optimal, but may work. The basic idea is to make windows think it is connected to a PJ on that supported 3d projectors list.

You can never rely on the manual, they are wrong so often, due to the fact that the companies that sell these projectors do not make them. So the guys writing the manuals are often clueless about new and removed features.
The Acer is supposedly only capable of 1024x768 3D, I'd be interested if you could indeed get it to do 1280x720. It should be quite capable, seeing that it uses the 0.45 DMD chip, the same as the Qumi and PLED-W500, which can both do 1280x720 3D.
The fact that it's limited to 1024x768 3D makes it incompatible with both the Viewsonic VP3D1 and Optoma 3D-XL 3D converters as far as I know, but you could maybe try them, as long as you purchased them from a place with a return policy. If one of the converters would work with it, you'd be able to use a standalone 3D Blu-ray player, Cable TV box or PS3/XBox for gaming. <------these converters do not work with Nvidia glasses.
