280.26 drivers 3d vision and mits DLP desktop resize problem
I have a 3d ready mits wd-60737 that i have been using with 3d vision for a couple of years now with no problem.
I recently noticed that the 280.26 drivers comes with a new desktop resizing gui
HOWEVER
when i try to resize the desktop to remove my overscan like i normally do
when i run the set up wizard , the left and right images blend together.
If i dont enable the resizing, every thing is ok.
I suspect the issue is that since my display uses checkerboard format, it REQUIRES that the pixels are mapped 1:1
somehow nvidia, have borked the driver so that scaling checkerboards the left and right eye BEFORE the scaling takes place, which means the pixels no longer line up 1:1
can this be fixed? As of now i cannot use my display because of the terrible overscan, with 3d on.

Thank you for replying. I was beginning to think that this issue was not going to be looked at.
While I was waiting for a response i managed to get it working, by Resizing the desktop, which created a custom resolution, but as long as scaling was enabled 3d didnt work.
When i disabled the scaling, the custom resolution remained there for some reason, so i chose it and it must have mapped 1:1 at that point, so my 3d then worked. Anyway
it was a hack, and a bit of a fluke, i'd prefer if it simply worked as it did before. I will try the hotfix, a bit later hopefully it will solve everything.
Will these install for me? as I am on windows 7 not vista.

I tried em, didn't work for me, eff'd up the resizing even more now I can't even apply a custom resolution to the desktop. I try to set it to 1804x1014 and nothing happens and if I leave resizing enabled it screws up 3dvision making the stereoscopic images out of sync with the glasses. So that being said it is completely failing to map 1920x1080 to the resized desktop instead it's squishing the picture down destroying the 1:1 pixel map dysyncing the glasses and guess I'll try an older driver or maybe I'll just leave the glasses off since they're nothing but a pain in the ass with a Mit's tv anyways.

Andrew, is there a way that this DLP hotfix can be integrated into the Geforce drivers so we don't have to install it every single time after we do a driver update? This hotfix has been around for a year or longer, and it seems like it should be already a part of the Geforce driver set for those who have DLP displays. Thanks.
