All is fine, I just have a small question regarding shadows on characters - they are one-eyed (see screenshot). I wonder if this is what described by [i]"some near ambient lights on characters are not completely fixed at a short distance viewing"[/i] in readme, or it's something wrong in my setup/settings?

Yes, this is a remaining problem that is left.
The strange thing is that the correction of all the lights will be OK but beeing near a character it is broken. In dialoges it is the same but the fix handle this while switching the correction OF if the black bars appears. But in normal gameplay the correction of those near lights will breake all other lightening.
but there may be a place in the shader that needs the old value not the corrected one. I f i will find some time i will have a look into this last major issue. But i cant promise anything....i have spend a lot of time in this game and i think i cant fix this issue.

I have checked the issue twice for about 5 h now and can remember. The problem is, that the lights on characters will not need the stere correction. This means if you stand near an object the "shader" should switch off the correction and this was not possible within the CS file. I think this is an issue with the near distance clipping or somewhat, that can be found in the respective PS but i was not able to fix it. I was trying the old WIP fixing method from DJ-RK but also here the near light was a problem because i to not need the shader changes to be OK.

Can anyone check the game using game patch 1.5 in several Locations that is everything OK even after the patch? If not please let a post here and will have a look. There are some changes in the game patch that might need some Fixing...may be may be not :-) Please let me know.

unfortunately 1.5 did break some things, I did not realize there was an update and playing today found issues. Tried reinstalling fix, no help - then moved back in 1.4.3 version folder I had saved off, and everything looked perfect again.
so I am terrible at describing 3D issues so let me know if you need screen shots, but pretty easy to see if you go in game anywhere. The Ambient occlusion is different in each eye. So corners of buildings will be much darker in one eye than the other, making things weird in 3D. also noticed the moon was in foreground.

Some of the shadows (or sharers?) are off now. And I noticed using controller the auto convergence will stick on the wait option after moving in and out of some menus. Probably need to check on these

I am so sorry but i am running out of time for a couple of days. I was not able to fix all the issues within the 2hrs i got today. I advice you to roll back to 1.4X until i find some time to finish the corrections for the game fix 1.5. SLI is also not working since 1.5......Ill spent some time as soon as i can ....

No problem Losti, completely understandable. You guys must HATE game updates like this. I've learned the hard way to save off a copy of any 3D game as soon as I get it working, just in case..

OK seems i have fixed everything, also the SLI problem...used old KDC profile...will see if i can implement the changes in the current driver profile via the migoto ini but neet to track down the value that causes problems...
