3D Vision on Notebooks
Well, I just recieved my new M17x, I had some extra money /smile2.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':))' />)), and I love it; except for the fact that I didn't find out that Mobile GPU's weren't supported!!!!!!

Now, I KNOW there is no way that there isn't enough power for this thing to run at least low quality stereoscopic. 4gb ram, 260m SLI, Intel Dual-Core 2.93.

So, I know that I can use a modified INF file, but I'm not sure how to do it and am a bit reserved as I just had to reboot the PC. Can anbody please help me to find a solution, official or unofficial. Thank you, answers here will surely help notebook owners who would love to enjoy the next generation of gaming.

I have the Sammy 2233rz and of course 3d vision, connected by the included HDMI-DVI cable.

Im using 3d vision with DELL M1730 (dual 9800M GT SLI, T9300, 4gb ram) + samsung lcd 120hz + nvidia glasses, and all work perfect. (os: vista x64)
I tested fallout 3, gow, prototype, unreal tournament 3, lineage2, warcraft 3, and all work good, with 50+ fps
With your 260M SLI, you should play really good...

I make 11.500 points at 3d mark 2006 default, and 7.800 at 3d mark 2006 default with stereoscopic vision active.

ragefactory, did it install it without any problems, or you had to modify some INF files etc? Because mobile GPUs are still not listed as 3D Vision compatible by Nvidia.
