@sawyertom5911 Umm are you using a Pirated version?? If not, try a driver reinstall using DDU What GPU do you have? The last generations of Nvidia GPUs have had various integrations of dx12 support.

Hi TimFx7 Can you explain this step please: "When starting the game and the monitor starts to flicker or the 3D Vision glasses don't sync then you have to delete the 144hz resolution of your EDID via CRU. Otherwise SOTTR tries to launch the game in 144hz which won't work for 3D. SpecialK didn't work for me in SOTTR." I don't understand how it works CRU etc.. thanks ;)

I'm not knowledgeable about this. on my monitor no need to make such a setting. The game always starts. only sometimes sync does not work properly. (glasses ---> monitor) I solved it in the following way. monitor screen began to flicker. In-game 3D options, "side by side" I tried to activate the option.but I did not activate I canceled the operation. the flicker in the image disappeared. 3d vision began to work properly.

Yes, the Steam version I have has full VR support. I knew about the 3D support when I bought it. VR support was a sweet surprise.
I can't see any VR support in SOTTR. All I see is SBS and On as options... where exactly do you find this VR enable option?
I am sorry, referring to Rise of the tomb raider. In Steam if you right click on the game in your library, the second choice should be "Launch in Steam VR mode" I learned of Rise of the tomb raider being native 3D from the VR app Big Screen page. No mention of "Shadow.." I got them confused, but glad there is yet another with SBS support I can buy.
Eutility, that's what I saw until I ran the game with Pauldusler's 3DFixManager. I selected the game in there, ran it from it's menu option, and the game has worked great ever since! Thanks for the reply Zloth. I assume you are on 425.31? (still part of the 418 fork or build line) I tried reinstalling the driver with a clean install and had the latest 3d fix manager. I will have to try it again. No clue what is wrong but Helifax mentioned changing some profile lines in post 395 I believe. In any case it sounds like that is no longer necessary if you and others are using 425.31 and it works. I downgraded to 417 something and it worked again. Not ideal.

Is there a way to get Directx12 working with 3d vision in SOTTR, without using an older version of the game?
