Sorry if this was posted already but I want to report that 3D doesn't enable when trying to run 3D content off of sites like 3D Vision Live. In the stereoscopic 3D portion of the control panel the option for "Select when the display is in 3D mode:" is grayed out and is stuck with "Only while 3D programs run."
If I disable SLI the option back opens back up and I can change the settings so that I can see the 3D videos and photos on 3D Vision Live and sites like solutiongaming and 3Dizzy. I don't know if this is a bug but having to enable/disable SLI all the time is not something I want to do.
I already uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled them after a clean install, but I still get the same problem. My system specs are in the signature below.

Couple of bugs ive noticed in different games wth 3d vision:
Arcania / Gothic 4 : Left eye just shows some kind of fog, while right eye displays a normal image (as if 3d vision wasnt enabled)
Eve Online : Cant explain it, but it doesnt work! Wide variety of bugs upon each startup. Sometimes the picture just completely freezes with 3d enabled
Starcraft 2 : On some maps there will be heavy ghosting - this can be fixed by disabling, then re-enabling 3d vision via the games option menu - this is hardly a good solution when playing multiplayer though :D. On other maps there are graphical artifacts and heavy slowdown for about 30 seconds or so, but then it fixes itself / Also, sometimes 3d just disables, then re-enables itself

Simillar problem with F1 2010. The left eye is solid purple and the 3d is.... well, all messed up. Also having bad performance in The Witcher. It lags and FPS drop very low unlike with the beta drivers. My GPU is GTX 560ti

270.61 cannot detect my display resolution even though I tried to force it (customize).
Had to go back to the last working beta driver (260.74 I think).
What is the deal with this WHQL 270.61?
It seems to me that there are too many users are having issue with it
Nvidia gets sloppy. i.e quick & dirty?
It sounds more like a Beta release to me.
Display is Mits 73738 (correct scan is 1768x992)
W 7 U 64
i5 760 cpu
gtx 480
I tried the new driver but went back to 266.58. 3d blueray playback was failing with sync problems. Didn't try games before I reinstalled the older drivers.
Setup is i7 950, gtx460 1gb, windows 7 x64 and a Acer h5360.

SLI doesnt support Window mode so that option would be grayed out if you have SLI.

I would like to know why I see visible tearing with vsync on in a couple of games. One clear example is crysis 2. If I disable SLI there is no tearing whatsoever. It seems there is a sync issue with SLI and my alienware aw2310 where vsync does not get rid of the tearing. Andrew please look into this.

All resolutions and aspect ratios are available in '3x single screen' mode (16:10, 16:9, 4:3), but only 4:3 in Surround mode.
I have tried installing normally and the newer 'clean' way, with the same result.

All digital, 3x DVI cables:
Two outside panels (Samsung SM2443's) connected through two dual link DVI cables to one GTX460(2GB) and one middle panel (Dell U2410) connected through a dual-link DVI cable to the other GTX460(2GB).
(Needless to say it's the same physical setup and connections as with previous drivers that don't produce this ratio problem).

This should create a file called "DispDiag-<timestamp>.dat".

Thought you might find this as odd as I do. Dolphin (the Wii Emulator) works fine in 3D Vision with driver 266.58, but on the 270 drivers, the image for the right eye seems to get vertically stretched.
I had posted this in the emulation thread aswell but I figured it actually had more of a chance of being seen here (still waiting for confirmation though, it's a tad frustrating testing problems with only one 3D capable computer).
Edit: After a bit more testing in 270.61, it's actually weirder than I thought, the new bug seems to be slightly different with different games. While in Wind Waker it stretched the right eye, in Mario Galaxy, it stretches the left. While in Twilight Princess, it only stretches the opening Nintendo logo.

Did anything come of the investigation? I still can't use anything but native res with these drivers.
4:3 ASPECT RATIO BUG
As posted in the beta topic, all my Surround resolutions are messed up.
I can get native resolution across my three 16:10 (1920x1200) monitors, but every other resolution is created in unusable 4:3 ratio.
There is also no work-around for this because trying to create custom resolutions from the ControlPanel fails every time.
(An additional annoyance, that has never been fixed, is that when entering/exiting Surround mode the ControlPanel
always sets my monitor order as 1:3:2 instead of 2:1:3, and resets the bezel correct figure to zero every time).
Can Nvidia please acknowledge this 4:3 problem so I have hope of using Surround mode with the next driver.

Hi
This is the first i have heard of this problem. I will investigate it.

Thanks for the reply Andrew.
All resolutions and aspect ratios are available in '3x single screen' mode (16:10, 16:9, 4:3), but only 4:3 in Surround mode.
I have tried installing normally and the newer 'clean' way, with the same result.

Can you confirm if you are using all digital or analog connectors, or both? Are there digital to analog adapters you are using?

All digital, 3x DVI cables:
Two outside panels (Samsung SM2443's) connected through two dual link DVI cables to one GTX460(2GB) and one middle panel (Dell U2410) connected through a dual-link DVI cable to the other GTX460(2GB).
(Needless to say it's the same physical setup and connections as with previous drivers that don't produce this ratio problem).

Hi
Can you do this for us?
Type dispdiag on the commandline (dispdiag is a tool that should be installed on your operating system).
This should create a file called "DispDiag-<timestamp>.dat".
Please then attach that to the forums or send me a PM and you can email it to me.

Here is the attached zipped DispDiag file - and cheers for the effort in sorting this out.

Thank you I will send it to the SW team.

I had posted this in the emulation thread aswell but I figured it actually had more of a chance of being seen here (still waiting for confirmation though, it's a tad frustrating testing problems with only one 3D capable computer).
Example:

Edit: After a bit more testing in 270.61, it's actually weirder than I thought, the new bug seems to be slightly different with different games. While in Wind Waker it stretched the right eye, in Mario Galaxy, it stretches the left. While in Twilight Princess, it only stretches the opening Nintendo logo.
