Hey Bo3d does this help with the QTE issues Or is that still driver specific issue?
Driver specific. For what it's worth, trying this on my Win10 box with Driver 381.78 (pretty recent) I did not have a problem with the QTE or it going invisible. Got killed a couple of times, cuz... rusty.

SLI Scaling with the latest fix and 3D Migoto is around 50-60% that means I get around 30-40 fps in Surround. In 2D it is around 90-99%. With Older fix Version I get good SLI Scaling but game is crashing to desktop within 1-2 minutes without any error. 2D is working fine. I am Playing in 2D Surround now. Any solution?

Comment out this line in the d3dx.ini:
run = CustomShader3DVision2SBS
@All Shaderhackers, please don't ship any fixes with this enabled - leave that to users to enable it if they want it. The SBS output modes rely on using the reverse stereo blit (stereo2mono), which doesn't scale well in SLI at resolutions above 1920x1080 because we hit the bandwidth limit on the SLI bus, and this performance hit will be incurred if the shader is enabled, even if the output mode is set to normal. A future version of 3DMigoto will improve this so the performance hit is only incurred when an alternate output mode is enabled, and the performance hit will be halved (eliminating it entirely is not possible), but for now keep the option off when shipping fixes.
This works! Thank you very much. Now running in 3D Surround 6000x1080 with 3D fix and Ultra settings with 45-60 fps and SLI Scaling 90-99%. Thank you "DarkStarSword". oh my god, I was running SLI 1080ti and got such shitty FPS for 3D Surround (26-37 fps in benchmark at high preset). I was searching high and low, trying to figure out wtf went wrong. How could my beastly system got sub-30fps on an old game :( with DarkStarSword and Andyy's above comments, I "comment out" the line in the d3dx.ini: run = CustomShader3DVision2SBS and got over 160 fps in benchmark high preset Yay!!!!! So anyone who tried out the fix on Helifax might want to comment out that line to re-gain FPS.
