I am in the process of building a DIY Home Theater in my extra room. (See video Above) I have ordered a lot of the items I need already but have yet to make a few important orders that I'm hoping the community can help me deside on. As you can see from the video I have my screen @ 110". I also ordered a Acer H5360 projector.. For anyone not hip to this thing it is a 1080p projector that is 3Dvision ready but only at 720p. So keep in mind that all my 3D will be done in 720p vs the 1080p that a lot of you work with now. I also ordered the 3D vision "2" kit & plan to order 2 more single pairs for a total of 3 set of glasses.(for now) My system is duel core 3.0 with 4 gigs of ddr800. What I am lacking so far is the video card & the blu-ray player. This is where I need you guys.
My budget for the video card is like 250/300 ish..To me it looks like I can pull a "GTX 560 1gig" My question to you on this card is will it be ok for gaming at 720p...I have read a lot of reviews say that the 560 is a bit low end for 1080p so I'm hoping since I'm only doing 720p that all will work out fine..What do you guys think?
My other question is for 3D blu-ray play back do I need my internal player to be a regular blu-ray or a 3D blu-ray..I know that sould like a dumb question but if you read the site it say this
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Here's what you need in order to playback Blu-ray 3D movies on your PC:
Compatible NVIDIA GeForce GPU
HDCP-compliant 3D Vision-ready display. Please check the 3D Vision system requirements page for a full list of displays.
Microsoft® Windows® 7 32-bit or 64-bit
2x speed Blu-ray drive
Blu-ray 3D-enabled movie player application*
Notice in bold it say a 2x blu-ray drive..I would have expected it to say a "3D Blu-ray drive" Witch is right? a Reg player or a 3D player...
I'd like to thank everyone in advance for helping me get this right...My budget is getting low & I need to make the right choices the first time.

GTX 560Ti (GF114) should be adequate for 720p 3D, but for that price range of $250-300 you can do significantly better imo. This deal just came back up, its $250 for the GTX 480 which is still a monster of a card. The only major gripes with it was the heat/power consumption but in a single card config its still very reasonable for the performance.
If you want slightly better thermals, you can consider these GTX 560Ti 448 (GF110) that use the same ASIC as the GTX 570/580: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&N=100006662&isNodeId=1&Description=gtx+560ti+448&x=0&y=0
If you can score a GTX 570 at the high-end of your budget ($300), that might be the best of both worlds in terms of thermals and performance, but they generally remain $320+: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&N=100006662&isNodeId=1&Description=gtx+570&x=0&y=0
There's also rumors of Kepler surfacing in the next few months, but that's probably not something you are willing to wait on.
For Blu-Ray drive, any 2x or faster drive should be fine. I have a 1st-gen Blu-Ray + HD-DVD drive that plays 3D Blu-Rays fine.
For software, Cyberlink PowerDVD v10+ has always worked well for me. Some people don't like it but overall I find its the best supported for these fringe features. You can try the 30-day trial for free once you get the rest of your components up and running. Then look for a deal on the actual license. When shopping for a Blu-Ray player they often bundle OEM versions so you may want to pay slightly more up front to get a bundled version: http://www.cyberlink.com/downloads/trials/powerdvd/requirements_en_US.html

Are you saying the 480w/1.5 gig is better then the 560 w/1.0 gig or, just that the 480 is a really good card over all & I might not need to go up to a 560..I my mind the high the # the better but I'm sure that isn't always the case.. I'm about to go sell a bar for 500 & when I get back I want to order the 2 extra sets of glasses, the bluray drive & a video card...Again just to be clear the drive does not need 3D capability, any old internal bluray drive will play 3d disc?

Yes the GTX 480 is hands-down faster than the 560Ti 1GB, right now its still ~4th or 5th fastest single-GPU overall from both Nvidia and AMD. For the cards you are considering performance is roughly as follows, each < represents ~5%:
I guess its also important to mention since you are building an HTPC set-up. Only the GTX 560Ti 1GB (GF114) in that set of cards is capable of bitstreaming HD audio over HDMI. All of the cards do support 8ch LPCM over HDMI however. If that is important to you, you will probably have to go with the GTX 560Ti 1GB even though its a good bit less powerful than the other options listed.
Yes any Blu-Ray reader should be fine as long as it can keep up with the data streaming/reading requirements of Blu-Ray 3D, the actual 3D functionality and playback are tied to the software and not directly to the hardware for PC internal readers. A standalone component player would need the functionality programmed into its firmware however, but this method would circumvent the 3D Vision kit and not what you want.

I got the 480, a lite on player with Cyberlink & two more sets of glasses...Thanks so much man..I'll post an update when it's all together...As for sound I'm not all that worried about it yet since I can't afford to put any real $ towred it..I'm going to just use my Logitech x530's for now & Always use headphones for gaming..

Just a quick note on the projector you purchased. I hear it is a great unit and you should be quite happy at 720p with 3D however it isn't a true 1080p projector. Its native resolution is 720p and while it will accept a 1080p signal, it gets scaled down to 720p when displayed.

Cool let us know how it works out for you.
Also, you should contact Newegg to get some money back on your GTX 480 $219: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130759&Tpk=015-P3-1480-KR
Just use their online chat function for a quick $30 back. Sick deal btw, somewhat tempted to go 3-way but winter is almost over and these price drops are probably clearing stock to make room for Kepler......

Roger that on the 5360. I've had mine since it came out and only had to send it back once for a firmware update when I turned it inverted and heat sensors shut the thing down. Acer paid all shipping and fixed it fine. Cyberlink is the player of choice as they have kept up with bluray 3d and now even raw footage from my Sony 3d vid cam. Highly recommend PowerDVD as the software.
I've been using an Elite Screen but now moving and am definitely going to a painted wall for a screen now. Tired of warping screens and waves. Most people don't see it but once you do it'll drive ya nuts. Just started my research so no recommendations on paint yet...
On the speakers, I used Bose Companion 5. Works pretty good.
