Long time 3D fan - my biggest WOW moment
I have been a 3D user for along time ever since the Elsa glasses and now got the Samsung/Nvidia combo.

My main interest has always been in photographs and video. I wish for a much better viewer software.
I have preordered the new Fuji camera, before this I have mostly done lots of 3D photos. Never cared that much about gaming.

But tonight I started playing CoD4. It is dark outside and I played the 'Hunted' level.
The chopper with Nikolai lands and we need to get our way to the pickup point.

All I can say is 'wow' - this was the most immersive, intense experience I have ever had.

This hour alone (I am a crap player and died a few times due to grenades) has really made the update worthwhile.

I totally get it man. This stuff takes gaming to a whole different level of experience.

And the game is two years old! :)

I have not been a big fan of action games. The linear kind... Bit with 3D they go to a different level...

My fave game are RPG games - System Shock and Deus Ex I played many, many times. Playing COD really changed my attitude about action games. I think the whole loot/assign action takes a back step when you have an immersive experience.
I just wish Infinity Ward would allow to switch difficulty levels, so I can demo the game to friends and colleagues at the easiest level so they can experience it themselves (maybe this works already?).
