For any of us who have been doing stereo 3d from 2 years back especially off a projector (94.24 drivers & edimensional glasses), the good news is that the nvidia 3D vision setup works as well and even better.
For any of you there who think we need 120 hz to play good Stereo 3d you will be surprised that just 85 hz is sufficient for the same experience.
I must commend Nvidia on an excellent quality product. Their drivers (latest) work off the shelf. Some minor glitches in some games. But nothing a few tweaks cannot handle.
What I love is that my old collection of 3D movies (Spy Kids 3d etc.) works like a charm.

You gotta clarify, though. Yes, 85 hz DOES work. It also causes massive brain hemorrhages and kills children in a 120 foot radius of the glasses.
85hz is a nightmare compared to 120. It is the absolute bare minimum for the brain to interpret any sort of 3d image from the shuttering glasses. You should try 75 sometime - save some money on a strobe light!

85Hz on a DLP projector isn't really a problem, that is while looking at the projection while the surroundings are dark. If you happen to look at a wall or something though the shuttering is quite visible and annoying. This is still the case with 120Hz though, albeit a bit less. I just make my surroundings as dark as possible and don't look away from the screen ;)

You are getting 1.20 to recognize your projector? How, as a CRT? I only get Discover on the latest driver releases...

1.20 isn't recognizing my PJD6210-3D projector at all.
I haven't been able to find a solution so I'm on the verge of returning the 3D Vision kit.

Yep I reckon return the 3D kit, I'm stuck with mine but if I could do things differently I wouldn't hesitate.
Vote with our feet, Nvidia 3D vision has been a shambles since it come on the market so lets boycott this crap all together.
I'm stuck and have a lot of dollars spent on this so I can't but I tell ya I deal with enough stress at work I don't need it at home for some simple gaming!

I also have an 85hz projector which no longer works with the new 3dvision drivers - since CD 1.17 - I have to keep the old versions of the drivers on my pc to use 3d at all, so no bugfixes or new game profiles for me.
Why do the devs tease the customers like this? They must understand that the projector experience is one of the best experiences with the driver and yet they have disabled it without warning anyone.
I want to know if they plan to rectify this oversight? After all Ive payed $250 for the product and it used to work fine.
The only help you get is a link saying 'My display is 3d ready but not detected as one' which links you to the nvidia homepage...duh.
I suppose they are trying to honour some agreement with the 3dtv companies so that only NVidia detected displays will work - thereby getting a big kickback - but this was not what I payed for, I payed for the 3dvision kit as I knew it would work with my projector - and it did for a while, but now it's busted. Where can I get a warranty repair?

Odd..
I have the PJ and made a review thread and others have also bought it, everyone mentioned the set up worked perfectly. I have no issues. Make sure 3D Sync is on in the PJ menu. The nVidia Control Panel knew the projector, model-name and all.
Try using the VGA cable that came with it (I have only read online that this seemed to remedy some people's problems).
The 3D Wizard also knew the PJ during the set up. Try installing the disk it came with or some how make sure Windows recognizes the model.
Using Windows 7 or Vista? I've actually heard 3D Vision seems to work better with Vista.

Yes configure as CRT. I agree that 120 hz will certainly be a better option and am in the process of buying a HD66.
