3D Photo Viewer/ Video Player output over/under
I just recently bought a system with 3D vision. I have it hooked up to my 2011 Samsung 3D Plasma and have been able to play back 3D Blu Rays with PowerDVD.

However I have an issue that applies Nvidia 3D photo viewer, Nvidia 3D video player and also Stereoscopic Player. I couldn't find anyone else with a similar issue after extensive Google searching.

When I go to view a 3D photo or play a video in them and go full screen 3D mode activates on my TV but the image displayed is displayed as a split screen over/under. I haven't sent the software to output it this way which I know is an option at least in Stereoscopic Player, and the fact that 3D mode actives on my tv suggests that it should be in the correct mode.

Since this affects three different bits of software it seems likely this is a problem with Nvidia 3D Vision itself?? Is this a simple setting that's set incorrectly somewhere?

I think this happens when the Nvidia 3D driver doesn't "connect" to the source correctly. I have seen this happen before. In my case, I think it was because I also had the IZ3D driver running (to test anaglyph). So I just disabled the IZ3D driver, then went into the Nvidia panel and (first disabled 3D) then re-enabled 3D. After that I tried the Nvidia "Stereoscopic test" to make sure that things were working.
