A registry key fixes this problem. Stereodefaulton I think it is. easiest way is to use the 3d fix manager app to manually set the flag.

This is a slightly different issue I think. Currently if 3dvision is set to automatically start it messes with yotube when running in full screen when watching 2D format videos. My suggestion solves this problem.
