Does the laptop have optomius (automatic switching between 660 and onboard gpu)? I dont own a gaming laptop but ive read online optomius and 3d vision can cause issues. I remember there being a post on here somewhere that if you go into the nvidia control panel and look under physx it will tell you which connections go into the 660m and which go into the onboard graphics. To get 3D you need to be plugged into the 660m since the intel graphics doesnt support 3d.

it wont let me edit the post above for some reason. But check out this thread https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/571045/-tutorial-review-3d-vision-on-laptop-or-surround-but-my-gpu-has-2-dvi-and-1-dp-what-to-do/ go to the laptop section and see if it helps.

I have the G75VW (see my signature) and works fine for 3d. I'm using 320.14. Which driver are you using?

Are you trying to use the integrated display or an external one? If external what connection are you using? Do you have a Nvidia emitter and glasses?

internal, the laptop has a built in emitter. but even without one the option should show up in the control panel anyways

Click the "Start" button, navigate through the installed programs find "Nvidia", is there an enable 3D option there? Some laptops have an a hotkey off to the side somewhere to enable 3D, is this the case? The setup 3D tab does not arbitrarily show up all of the time in the Nvidia control panel.

Your enable 3D should be that button that is just to the left of the power button.
