samsung UN40C7000 3D overrides nvidia 3D glasses. i got both samsung and nvidia glasses
A few months ago I got the Samsung tv, un40c7000 and the glasses. I could get the 3D to work in only a few games. But only at 1280x768... It would say " current resolution not Suported by HDMI 1920X1080 @60hz. I read Herr that to solve that I need the true nvision kit. So last night, I got the nvision kit. But it seemed when going thru the setup wizard, the Samsung would see a 3D signal and flip down to 1280x768. And the glasses wouldn't activate. The setup has the green octagon and blue triangle overlapping, and when closing left and right eyes it would show one or the other. Well, you see both colored shapes and the 3d isn't kicking in. But the resolution is crap and 3D isn't working. I'm at work now, and will be home later. I'm hoping someone can help. Glasses are charged, I have the latest drivers. The nvision is enabled from the start menu. What am I doing wrong?

Nvidia glasses won't work with Samsung HDTV, you must use Samsung glasses. Also, you must use rollermod_2 to convert 3DTV Play into 3D Vision so that you can game in native resolution 1920x1080 per frame instead of ugly scaled 720P framepacking.
