Thanks for the fix.
In my case, everything looks great.
But with the fix the game goes in slow motion.
Without the fix it works perfectly with everything up and the motion blur deactivated.
I do not know why the fix creates some kind of bottleneck somewhere.

@Necropants: OK. Maybe the difference is hardware, or my 391.35 drivers. There is a way to make my latest fix more generic, but I have to test stability in that case. I'll need you around to test something in real time. I'm not at home right now so I don't know what I have to write yet. Damned timezones, lol.
@Isaacvigo 2: the fix doesn't make performance worse for me. Make sure your ingame fps setting is "Variable" and not "60 fps". If that doesn't help, I could suspect the DX11 extensions that can be disabled in the game config file, but I'm not sure.

Necropants and I talked about the fix. It turns out that his browser cache (most probably) made him download an older version of the fix, because some lines in the ini were missing for him. After he downloaded it again, it worked fine.

Yeah, fine on the latest driver using 3dfixmanager beta to update it
I definitely reinstalled the fix clean a number of times from the blog so its a bit odd. haven't had that particular issue before.
