UPDATE: 10 minutes into game. I'd rate it.....EXCELLENT so far. Except that fmv's are not ingame =*(
Uses Bulletstorm engine. Actually looks better imo due to shadows issues I had. Turn Shadows to lowest and your golden. Unfortunately ingame graphics are kind of poor(console port bad).0 anti-aliasing options very jagged.

eeeeh I wouldn't call this excellent.
You got your typical unreal engine problems, similar to the issues in games like Transformers and Bioshock 2.
Weird lighting halo around characters, glitchy shadows and water rendered wrong. Turning shadows to lowest,[s] didn't do much in my opinion.[/s] does get rid of the glitchy shadows on the characters.
That said, it's still very playable in 3d and the game is pretty fun from the bit that I've played so far.

Please let us know how good it looks in 3D.
Based on this gameplay video, it looks like it could be very fun to play in 3D.

Looks like garbage for me with 3dtvplay on all settings, who ever luckily enough tridef plays it perfect with its default TRON profile with shadows tuned down.
For me this game maxes at 60fps in 3d and around 40% gpu usage in 2d mode, very nicely optimized compared to some of the terribbly trashing games that have been released lately.

The newest version of the unreal engine should support S3D - but this game doesn't. If found "AllowNvidiaStereo3d=False" in the ini-files. Changing to "AllowNvidiaStereo3d=True" results in heavy stuttering making the game unplayable.
The good news is that the game is as good (or bad) as other unreal engine games.
With tweaking the ini-files some issues can be solved.
Edit the file DFEngine.ini in the folder ...\Users\...\Documents\My Games\Hunted\DFGame\Config and change:
DynamicShadows=False
LightEnvironmentShadows=False
CompositeDynamicLights=False
SHSecondaryLighting=False
MotionBlur=False
MotionBlurPause=False
DepthOfField=False
AmbientOcclusion=False
Bloom=False
UseHighQualityBloom=False
LensFlares=False
FogVolumes=False
AllowRadialBlur=False
(not sure if all of these changings are necessary but it worked for me; there are also many other parameters I didn't try...)
There are still some issues remaining that are typical for unreal engine games (fog, water surfaces, flames). Depending on the environment they are more or less present and disturbing. So the S3D quality varies between fair and good. Until now (just at the beginning of the 2nd chapter) I didn't have permanent problems like a halo around the character (apart from the first minutes with the torch). Most of the issues You will only notice along the way. If there are to many issues with halo You can use the trick with minimum depth and increased convergence.
So to me the game is worth playing it in S3D. IMHO the graphics are quite good for an unreal engine game.
As I had very good experiences with The Ball using the experimental iZ3D drivers (no more problems with halo caused by water surfaces and fog, see http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=184142 ) I would love to try Hunted also with this method. But unfortunately the trial period is over and there is no way to get a license for the beta driver...

Update: Rushing through the game to see if there are areas with lots of S3D issues I just completed the game. I'm glad to tell You that there were only a few minutes I had to turn off 3D because of water covering the ground and causing a disturbing halo around the characters. In chapter 4 I reduced sometimes depth from 100 to 50% because there was a lot of flames (this level takes place in a burning city), but simply reducing depth helped. If You play E'lara the sight will be at the wrong depth level (as usually...) and also the Nvidia laser sight didn't work. But I've got used to aim between the sight and using autoaiming solves this problem, too. Regarding S3D I would rate the game as "almost good". And I had a lot of fun playing the game. Especially loved the cynical comments from E'lara /biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':biggrin:' />
Interesting fact: not all of the water surfaces cause halo effects. When I tried the level editor there were no issues with water or fog within the created levels...

The good news is that the game is as good (or bad) as other unreal engine games.
With tweaking the ini-files some issues can be solved.
Edit the file DFEngine.ini in the folder ...\Users\...\Documents\My Games\Hunted\DFGame\Config and change:
DynamicShadows=False
LightEnvironmentShadows=False
CompositeDynamicLights=False
SHSecondaryLighting=False
MotionBlur=False
MotionBlurPause=False
DepthOfField=False
AmbientOcclusion=False
Bloom=False
UseHighQualityBloom=False
LensFlares=False
FogVolumes=False
AllowRadialBlur=False

Yep, concur having played a little more myself, 3D works throughout the game with annoyances as mentioned previously. A longer video is now live on solutiongaming here
Update: Rushing through the game to see if there are areas with lots of S3D issues I just completed the game. Especially loved the cynical comments from E'lara
