It's more subdued in that particular area you illustrate as mbloof mentioned. Go to the Beach/Shipwreck section during the day and look towards the sun. It really shows the lens flare beautiful in 3D.

Hes right. Not sure about later game but its missing a sequence. Like it shows beginning of lensflare, disappears, shows end.
I have no idea about actual game though. TBH im not gonna complain, lensflares are overrated[Says man with lensflare in avatar].
Thanks for the response guys. Try to turn 3D vision off, and pause the game when the rainbow effect appears. Turn 3D vision back on and tell me if the lens flare rainbow effect disappears.
Maybe I just need to reinstall drivers.

No problemo. I'm running 80%.
It's amazing to me how Tomb Raider is so gorgeous in 3D and then Bioshock Infinite is totally fubar in 3D.
IMO, I believe we got lucky with TR while BI may spell a bad omen...
