Hi,
I am trying use 3d tv on my 3d tv using notebook with GeForce 650M.
I think I did everything right, but when I run "nvstwiz.exe" it says "primary adapter does not support 3d vision".
There is possibility that I have an old HDMI cabel, so the question is : "Is possible to see this error message because of old HDMI 1.3 cabel?"
In most cases an old HDMI cvable will work just as good as a new High Speed cable on a "3D HDTV".
TVs only accept a 60Hz input whether in 2D or 3D, so the Bandwidth requirements are the same.
So as long as the old cable is a "Good quality" or is not over a 6ft run, you'll be fine. If the picture quality isn't great, then get a new cable.

But your laptop will not work if the output to the 3D HDTV is not connected directly to the Nvidia GPU.
Wow,
thanks you very much, my HDMI is really connected to the Intel HD graphics. Damn.
So it looks like there is no option how to connect my laptop to 3d hd tv using 3d, right?
A couple of posters in your situation considered going with a 3D Vision projector after seeing that their VGA outputs came directly of off their Nvidia GPU. No idea if they did, they never reposted.
