3DTV play. Can I use my Sony VPLVW-90ES projector for movies? Not listed as supported, but it shoul
I just bought the Sony VPLVW90ES 3D projector and I should have it friday. Will 3DTV play work with it? I know it's not listed in the supported device list but Im assuming that it should work right? All it needs to do is send a frame packed 1080p 24hz signal to the projector. It's not like every 3D BD player has to be constantly updated with drivers to send a signal. I don't understand why their are even drivers that list compatible Displays. Is it just for gaming that specific drivers are needed?

This has nothing to do with nVidia. Just set it to the correct 3D output in PowerDVD or Total Media Theater.

I'd buy a standalone 3D blu-ray player instead of using a PC. They work way better and are just plug in and your done.

thats what I thought. Why does Nvidia need to have supported displays updated to their new drivers? Is 3DTV play only applicable to games? Would I even need 3DTV play for just watching blurays from Powerdvd 10?
