Don't worry, the same thing happened to me too. I received my order confirmation the following day. I have the monitor and glasses, but I can't test them just yet, coz I haven't built my system yet. I'll start building my PC starting Wed. I can't even test the monitor on my current PC lol coz it's an AGP graphics card not compatible with dvi-d. Going from CRT 17', Pentium 4, AGP graphics....all the way suddenly to 3D monitor, GTX285 and Core i7. It's like fast forwarding the time from stone age suddenly to 21st century /haha.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':haha:' />

Other info:
Thermaltake Armor+ case, Asus Rampage 2, Core i7 940, Noctua NH-C12P CPU cooler, Corsair 6GB DDR3 1333, Dual XFX GTX285 SLI, SB X-Fi Titanium Champ, Dual Velociraptor 300GB, Pc Power Turbo-Cool 1200 PSU, Sony BWU300S BD-RW, Sony DRU865S DVD-RW, Samsung SM2233RZ, Geforce 3D glasses, Tritton AXPro headset, Logitech G15 kb, Logitech G9 mouse, Logitech Z5500 speakers, 6X Scythe Slip Stream fans, Dual boot Vista Ultimate/XP Pro

Hi Guys,

I also wanted to order from Nvidia store since it the only place where it available in Canada.

However, at the bottom of the website it say it doesn't ship hard good to Quebec (just my luck).

I wanted to know if anyone from Quebec had any success in ordering this kit.

Regards,

Benoit

It's now been 2 days since I've placed my order, and still have no confirmation e-mail.......................... /thumbsdown.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Starting to get very worried... since it was about $1000 on my credit card.

It shouldn't take them this long to process an order that's being sent within the U.S.

Does anyone have a contact # for customer service ?

The Nvidia online store customer service # is:
1-866-540-1140
For some reason, they've kept it a secret. It's nowhere in the website; I even googled it and got just 2 or 3 results lol; I had to get it from the headoffice. But don't be anxious, coz they're really slow in processing orders.

Nvidia online store doesn't ship to Quebec unfortunately. When I called thier store to track my order, they mentioned that in person. Wait a few weeks, and the bundle should be available in Tigerdirect.ca. The glasses are already available at Tigerdirect.ca.

I just finished installing and checking my monitor and glasses. Oh man this monitor is so sweet; not a single defective pixel. Picture quality is even better than the Samsung 305TPlus. Movies definitely look better in this monitor than any other monitor I've seen. Black is really black and white is really white. Colors are amazing. Dark scenes look realistic. Gaming is amazing. Playing COD4 in 3D is a different experience, you probably won't go back to 2D when you get used to it. I had purchased the Samsung 275TPlus, and I returned it after 3 weeks for full refund when I learned about this monitor. The best decision I made. On that monitor, movies looked blocky.

The glasses are comfortable, and easy to install. Long battery life, and no headaches when I play COD4 or other games for hours. I play a lot of games, from Flight sims to FPS's.

Thank you, I appreciate the info.

I do not intend to be annoying to the Nvidia crew, I'm just worried cause my credit card has been charged but still no confirmation e-mail.

I will be patient though, and give it a few more days.

Thank you again though, I'm happy you are enjoying your monitor ! Your little mini review makes me want mine even more !

Man I can't wait !! lol

EDIT: Okay I placed my order Sunday evening, tomorrow morning will be Thursday the 29th (4 days). I'm going to call them, I'm seriously worried !

That's right. It's best to give them a call to check if there's been a mistake in address or other information. Double check everything with them. Good luck. When you get it, let us know how you like your bundle lol...I'm sure you'll love it. Make sure to run a dead pixel tester to check for defective pixels.

Well, I discovered you can track your order, on the store webpage, so I entered my e-mail and last 4 digits of
credit card and a page came up with my order !

Now the terrible news it is says Oder Status "Order canceled by System" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, why? Why I wonder..

I've e-mailed customer support and hopefully they get back to me asap so I can figure
out what went wrong.

Boy, what a joke though I've just wasted 3 or 4 days of waiting.. for nothing !! Gah..

Echoing some of the previous experiences here, I placed my order on the 14th, with the site showing a 7-10 day backorder. Around the 19th, it stopped being '7-10 day backorder' on both Nvidia.com and Tiger Direct/CompUSA and showed as being in stock and ready to ship. I waited one more day, and still nothing, no response to emails, so I also called corporate. They put me through to the store. I asked if they were shipping, and the guy wasn't sure. I asked when he might know, and he wasn't sure. I hung up and called Tiger Direct. They assured me that the monitor and glasses were in stock and would ship same day. I called Nvidia back and cancelled. The guy told me this time that it takes 2-3 days for a cancellation to process.

Funny that, since they did the authorization charge to my card almost instantly when I placed the order. I told him I'd be doing a chargeback if they did ship after I cancelled, and he said he would see what he could do. About an hour later, I had the cancellation confirmation email.

I placed the order with Tiger, and lo and behold, next day shipping cost the same as 2 day shipping from Nvidia. I ordered at 4pm EST and UPS delivered the bundle by 9AM the next day.

I'm very happy with the product but the service from the Nvidia store is just not up to snuff.
