Just to be perfectly clear...
The original Quake runs in DOS and is software rendered.
It is the only version on my original disc.
You definitely wont be able to run that version with 3D Vision it
doesn't even support any hardware acceleration.
The original Quake was also "officially" ported to Windows ...
