i'am new to the "real" 3D World, so maybe my question is abit noobish. ;)
I can watch 3D games only at the lowest Depth Setting. If i set it higher (at the USB device) i see 2 pictures.
Is it practise (cross eye) or are my settings bad?

Hiya, if you go into the nvidia control panel. choose keyboard shortcuts, enable advanced settings. You will find a set of keyboard shortcuts that allow you to change the convergence values.
ctrl F5 & ctrl F6. If you play with this it should help. You will lose the double picture but keep the depth.
This was the main problem I had with LOTRO {Lord of the Rings Online.} Took me hours of searching the forums to find this out.
Hope it helps. Otherwise it may be you are playing one of the games that is not 3d ready. {Check the list to make sure it is supported :) }

At max depth it takes more effort for my eyes to focus correctly - up to a second or two (before that happens I will see two images).
Once they do, the 3D effect is better. However if the game switches between 2D and 3D often (loading / map / quest screens) then it's usually easier to leave it at a lower setting and save my eyes the effort.

I often have my games set on the min setting due to the double image. I have tested some games with depth setting roughly in the middle and then altering the convergence. I do get more eye strain with deeper depth settings.

Now in some games i can give "more" depth. The convergence setting ir a real help.
