Anyone with a Mitsubishi DLP? I need some help.
I just got my WD-60737 yesterday and have been having trouble running 1920x1080. It seems that no matter what I do I have to use the Nvidia control panel to resize the desktop, which leaves me running a funky resolution of 1800x1020 or something along those lines. Not a deal breaker, but it makes playing games difficult since some games will not allow a weird resolution, and having do edit .ini files for lots of games would suck. There has to be another way...right?

Also, whats the easiest way of using this TV and the glasses? Do I really have to switch TV to 3D Mode each and every time I play a game? Once again, inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. The resolution is the real issue I would like to solve.

I got the Sammy and have the same two issues. No workarounds that I know of. So far had no problem with the new games and the odd res. It would be nice if the TV know when to trigger the 3D mode but it's not that smart yet.

A driver update a while back fixed that problem for me. All games now give the option of 1800x1200 (or something close). If this is not the case for you try adding that resolution to the custom resolutions list.

that's the reason i returned my wd65837 dlp. I couldn't stand it. went back to the 22 viewsonic... guess I gotta wait a little longer for a bigger display to do this right.

I have kept it running at 1920x1080 and just use the remote to switch between full screen and reduced, which has worked out ok so far. I play games and watch movies in full screen and when I need to use the computer I switch it to reduced. Though the new drivers have enabled the custom resolution which is added to most of the games I have tried so far, so its not a big problem. The TV should get the job done for a few more years, at which point I am sure much better displays will be available for much less.
