3D Vision Display Question Please Help Me Vizio XVT423SV
I went out recently and bought the Vizio XVT423SV with 240hz smooth motion. I thought it would be able to support a 120hz signal as required for 3D vision.
I'm looking to buy NVIDIA 3D Vision products to use on this display but I can not find anything about my display to verify it will work. I'm afraid to ask
this but can someone tell me if there is something I can do to make 3D Vision work on this display.. or did I waste my money =(

It's a beautiful tv, but what you want is the XVT3D424SV

or on amazon
http://www.amazon.com/VIZIO-42-Inch-Class-Dimming-Internet/dp/B0045TZF66
or wherever. This will (supposedly) work with 3DTV play software that comes with the newest 3D vision product, you just need to download the support update
http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dtv-play-support-update-utility-driver.html
that addresses vizio tv support (your model included) and you should be good to go. This is just from reading up, as I have the 55 inch model, but unfortunately do not have a compatible graphics card, so make sure you do.
Also here's another thread about someone who had the model I mentioned and his efforts to get it to work. It may take a little work.
