PJD6531 projector "flickering". What's up?
I like my projector and it is mostly working well. I always use it in economy mode and lately it has started to flicker after I leave it on for 7-8 hours or so. It will just have a mild flickering of light, nothing to bad. It fixes easily, all I have to do is turn economy mode off and then back on and it fixes right away and stays fine. I have only used 958 hours and it says I can go about 6500 on the bulb if mostly using economy mode.

Any idea what is going on?

Yeah had the same with H5360!!! Looks like you can't really use eco mode after 1000 hours lol!!!

BTW eco mode 3d + white screen is unbearably dark imho. Also after 800hours, bulb brightness drops by about 30%, the eco mode goes out of fashion because the standard becomes eco, as far as lumen output is concerned. So I'd urge everyone to look for silverscreen / alternatives, plus a hush box to act as silencer. ;)
