This projector has 2x HDMI 1.4a ports so this means that bandwidth is limited to 1080p @60hz. I think the 120hz are for 720p only. The price for this projector is a little bit high when considering that it doesn't support 4k, HDR nor 1080p @ 120hz. Till now only Optoma UHD 40/50 is confirmed to support 1080p @ 120hz for 3D gaming. So either buy this one or wait until Acer sells its new 1080p projector with 1080p@ 120hz in 2019.

Hey Paul, thanks. will wait for acer, i need only a 1080p x120Hz for 3d movies and 3d gaming. no 4k for me until both movies and games are available affordable and playable in 3d or at least games are. probably in couple or three more gtx gens.

BTW, tis the Acer G550. I tried calling Acer America last week to inquire about a release date. I was greatly dis-appointed at the lack of knowledge and professionalism of the numerous people I talked to.

right on, that's what i was looking for but couldn't find on the net, thanks dman. the g550 has 2200lumen similar to my nenq w1070 which is pretty dark with 3d content and that's a bummer.

The Wemax One is supposed to be really really bright. 7000 Lumens Tis a Lazer Ultra Short Throw Projector using the .47 DMD with 18 GBS bandwidth but 1080P only???? Support resolution: 4K??? No idea, only recently saw an article for it. Might be a scam?? https://wccftech.com/wemax-one-ultra-short-throw-7000-ansi-lumens-laser-projector-is-down-to-its-lowest-price-ever-1909/
