Anyone with a Acer H5360 recommend changes to make to not have things so dark and blurry? Changes in games, projector, vid card, etc? I am open to suggestions....

Some cheap, generic 120" white screen I got off ebay for like 90 bucks. I understand that is a limitation, but is there anything I can do with what I got? Other changes I can make?
If I get a new screen does it really change it that much? Is there anything decently affordable out there that really makes a huge change? I dont want to spend a grand on a screen that SLIGHTLY improves things.

Your only getting about 700lumens out of the projector in 3D mode, you would have to have close to perfect light control for that to be acceptable at 120 inches IMO.
You have several options
Control the light in the room - I'd do this anyway, front projectors really don't work well without good light control.
Reduce your screen size a 90 inch screen would be almost 2x as bright, your projector only puts out so much light, reducing the area you spread it over results in a brighter image.
Use a retroreflective/high gain screen most of these are only about 1.5x gain (your no name white will be 0.9 to 1.0 gain) they work because more of the incident light is reflected to the viewing area, they have the advantage that they also tend to reduce interference from ambient light. However if the screen is retro reflective, you'd pretty much have to floor mount the projector, if it's a high gain silver screen, you'd probably have to ceiling mount it.
Learn to live with it - jack up the gamma on the video card and live with the crappy image.

Try lowering the projector to the middle of the screen.
I do not have a projector yet (I'm going to try one next week...)..so this maybe a stupid question, but did you turn off Eco mode...?

Second line says it all, no personal knowledge or experience. Just so no one thinks this is worth trying, don't. Adjustment to keystone to correct the picture if the projector is not lined up properly (which isn't middle of the screen) leads to a picture with out of focus sections and distortion.
A bright TV image can have a brightness level (luminance) of around 60 foot-Lamberts; LCD TVs may have a slightly higher level of brightness. A projected image in low ambient light should have a luminance level of 12 foot-Lamberts to achieve a minimum image contrast of 5:1 that is necessary for the eye to perceive the image as having adequate brightness. In total darkness, 6 foot-Lamberts may be sufficient ...but keep in mind that it is extremely difficult to achieve total darkness.
nexnix and similar silver stuff works awesome against ambient light , not using white anymore!

You may have to wait for a long time before it's practically realized though. Should hold mode with relatively recent projectors be a problem compared to the undefined motionperception using shutterglasses? /w00twave.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':w00twave:' />
The problem using dual projectors is entirely on driverlevel.

Shutters nowadays are 120Hz. 480Hz when?
Hold time is not related to dual projectors but more specific projectortypes. Anyway today it's not a problem anymore.
I have to see a z-screen in action before making a decision wether it's good or not though.
Also: different passive technologies evolutes faster than the shuttertechnology which has been quite the same for ten years now so the future is indeed interesting..

*don't forget Z screen supposed to be better too.
"problem using dual projectors is entirely on driverlevel."
no its entirely on DIY level, cause fpga hackers would do it for peanuyts
instead you see that *white van speaker scam* level hdmi1.4 splitter thing going on.

those guys can disapear any minute

they could do 480hz this year with Z screen but , I guess they have no qled.
