Two Worlds 2 - way to bright with 3D-Vision enabled
Hello there,
Two Worlds 2 appears extremely bright, especially rocks and mountains loose their structure and become extremly bright soon as i enable 3d Vision.
I have tried many different console codes, but the problem must have something to do with 3d-Vision and not the game itself.
Once i turn off 3D-Vision, the brightness fades back to a normal level and structures of rocks ect become visible nicely again.
I dont think the gamesetting have something to do with it, though here is my autoexecGame2.con:
engine.fov 60
Engine.FarPlane 1600
Engine.DstFarPlane 8000
Engine.GrassUserDistance 2.5
Engine.GrassUserMultiplier 1.2
Engine.ParalaxOnTerrain 0
engine.maxanisotrophy 16
Engine.BloomMultiplier 0
graph.enablefog 0
engine.edgeAABlend 0
Engine.UseDOF 0
graph.SetFastRunSpecialEFX 0
cam.bank.move 0
Engine.TShadows 0
Engine.Shadows 0
Engine.UseStencilShadows 0
Engine.FogHazeFactor 1.8
Engine.FogHazePower 3
cam.talk.DOFAmount 0
TwoWorldsCheats 1
anyone knows help ?

If it's bloom brightness, I had that problem in Bayonetta too. As soon as I enabled 3D, bloom was very bright. I multiplied a certain constant in the pixel shader by 0.5 and then the game looked mostly the same as in 2D before. It made it be darker in 2D, so I put a hotkey to restore bloom to the original level.
Apart from that, how is the game in 3D? Broken or (almost) perfect? I have the game on GOG (installer not downloaded at the moment), so if it's broken maybe I can add it to my fixing backlog (a bit big at the moment).

It looks ok in 3D, one or another halo, convergence and depth must be set carefully but for my taste it works good enough to good. Though almost unplayable with that bright environment.
in the beetweentime i found out disabling HDR ingame ( Engine.HDR 0 ) makes the same bright effect without 3D-Vision enabled and stays the same when enabling 3D-Vision . Very strange.

I wonder why i didnt use the helixmod in the first place...
Wrote a quick 3D-Vision fix this evening
Two Worlds 2 3-D-Vision Fix.

with that fixed and convergence and depth carefully adjusted, the graphics look much more natural now.
