No,I didn't connect to any external monitor.
I just wanted to test the "discover" model.

Apologies for digging up an old topic, but I too am having an issue with the setup wizard. When I run the wizard, I choose discover glasses and click next. On page 2 it crashes with the following errors, repeatedly: Error in Stereo NvAPI, NvAPI_Stereo_CreateHandleFromIUnknown() returned error. And then: Exception in Stereo NvAPI, in NvAPI_Stereo_CreateHandlerFromIUnknown().

What I have noticed is, that when clicking aroung between the different options on the device type selection, the next step changes based on which device you select. In the case of the discover glasses, I wouldn't expect it to try and configure my IR emitter (which I don't have nor should I need), but the next step in the list clearly says IR Emitter and I suspect that it is tring to find/configure it anyway.

My graphics is GeForce 8800 GT, running on Windows 7 32-bit.

I really want this to work correctly...
