This is a known bug with the current set of drivers - nvidia hope to have a fix in the next driver release - which is due shortly

I have the same problem with Oblivion. However, another problem other than this with the current driver is with Trine, which Nvidia says I'm in the wrong unsupported mode, which I'm not.

I'm kinda pisst about how this keeps happening. The 266 or 265 (can't remember which) drivers worked flawlessly with nearly all 3D. However, they caused Dirt 3 (2D) to run real crappy, so that's why I upgraded.

Get the 270.61 drivers and it will be fixed. The new drivers only add optimizations for gtx 400 and gtx 500 cards anyway.
