3D Vision Problems
I have just bought a BenQ XL2420TX monitor for my computer. I have all the latest drivers for my GTX 670 Graphics card and i have a DVI-D cable attached to my monitor. I only have the drivers for my monitor that came with the cd as i cant find drivers anywhere on their site. All i can find on their site is the user manual and data sheet for the monitor. The games I have tried in 3D are, Diablo, Borderlands and Batman Arkham Asylum, all work in 3D, sometimes. The XL2420Tx Monitor has the IR emitter built in to it and it came with the Nvidia 3dvision 2 set. The 3D works in games and movies if the little green IR light in the bottom of the monitor is on, which means the IR is synced with the glasses i presume? but the problem is, when i click Enable 3D from the nvidia start folder nothing happens. The green light dosent come on. When I start up a game, it sometimes turns on by itself and its all good, but not always. I want to be able to watch 3D videos on youtube and with a player also for blu ray movies but they dont work because the ir emitter light wont turn on when i enable it. Does anyone know if you can actually turn on and off the ir emitter that is embedded into the monitor so that the light actually turns on?
