1. What monitor do you have?
2. What is diplayed on wizzard screen?
After you run wizzard, you should NOT push IR emitter button - 3D mode activates automaticly. Be sure you don't turn 3D mode off.
Inspect your devices in OS - try to reaveal if you have devices marked with (!) in device manager.
1. BenQ XL2411t
2. I can't take screenshot of wizard screen because capture feature is out of function then.
It is a full-screen dialog that has directions like this.
"Connect 3D IR Emitter
"here is a image of connection"
1. Connect the IR Emitter to your computer via attached USB cable.
Using ON/OFF button, start 3D Vision(2). When 3D Vision activates, the light turns brite green.
Move wheel(3) to adapt 3D image to see ....
[back] [next] [quit]"
I can click [back] and [quit] links (and they works) but can't click [next] link which is not high-lighted.
I mean that clicking on [next] link will cause nothing.
I pushed the IR Emitter button DURING wizard (not after wizard) because the wizard is stopped on the above timing.
"stopped" means that NOTHING happened while I waited.
So I pushed the IR emitter button , but NOTHING happened, the IR button light did not change. (Its already green).
3D mode was not ON.
Devices in device manager's windows are all OK, NO (!) marks.
Thanks.

Try a different USB cable better/shorter ... or port ... different video cable ... the 'PrintScreen' key should copy your 'screen' to the clipboard, paste into image software and save ... if al else fails you could try [url=https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/544995/?comment=4077131]bypassing the 'wizard'[/url] ...

The USB cable is USB mini plug http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/2/27/Mini-A.jpg/120px-Mini-A.jpg and USB A cable and I don't have another, but I will try later.
Video cable is Dual-Link DVI cable and I don't have another but I will try later.
I tried other USB port of computer but result is the same.
And "PrintScreen" key doesn't work because of wizard working.
Thanks.

The screen shows that your system does not recognize the emitter.
As mentioned above, you should seek the problem around emitter itself, cable or USB-port. Probably you should check if your USB-drivers are installed properly, but i'm not certain it's is a core of the problem.
Do some USB-devices like flash memory or something work properly?
By the way, your cable connector looks... strange.. May be it's just bad photo.
Could you photo back side of the emitter (without cable plugged)?
P.S. You should't bother yourself with your monitor connection - you don't get to monitor check step, fail on the very first step of IR detection.

Thanks everyone. It worked.
I bought a new USB cable and it worked.
(My photo was wrong, sorry for that.)
I did not think that USB cable was wrong, since "NVIDIA Stereoscopic 3D controller"
was already shown on "Device and Printers" windows of control panel of Windows OS.
But YOU ARE RIGHT ! AND THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH !

Glad it worked! Nah, that's it ... we're mostly just users helping or at least trying to help other users here ... if you haven't 'enabled' convergence yet, unlock it:
http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2943/
... and play around with it in-game, increasing it(and depth if you haven't already also) in some games can make it go from meh 3D to jaw-dropping 3D! :)
