The problem is that Myst V is not a 3D game ( as in 3d objects rendered over wireframe) . The backdrops and scenery are just flat art work. Uru which preceded it is a true 3d rendered game.

Myst 5 end of ages is a fully real time 3D game engine and it does work in stereo.
Also installed latest nVidia & stereo drivers 78.01
There is no entry for MystV in the Stereo Properties / Stereo Game Configuration dropdown list.
Tried changing the Myst III demo to associate with MystV but that did not work.
Although configuration settings are stored in the registry, the actual game names
are compiled into a DLL.
How do I setup a Stereo Game Configuration for a new game???

It works for new games, but you can´t see it in the control-panel.

Ctl+F7 does save settings, even though I could not find them with regedit.
However the REAL problems are with the cursor and the menu items.
The cursor appears about half way between the the screen and my nose.
and the menu items appear as far away as the furthest objects.
Reducing the stereo seperation Ctl+F3 moves the cursor and the menu items
towards the screen along with everything else, not what you want.
Using the Convergence key Ctl+F5 will move the cursor to the screen,
but pushes everything else away as well, not what you want.
I tried to use Ctl-F10 to move the cursor to the screen,
and Alt+F9 to move the menu items to the screen, but this did not work.
Neither the Backplane nor the Screen Depth keys appear to do anything!!!
