Yes I also had this problem.
It needs a new USB driver.
NVidia also posted CD1.44 as a Beta, that includes the new USB driver.
Works for me after installing emitter driver from 1.44 CD.

The emitter USB driver is available separately in Nvidias beta driver page. Just choose 3D vision instead of Geforce and then download the 1.87mb file and run it. I had problems like you did too and after installing this my whole monitor turned off once but intried to run the setup again and hopefully it has worked now. Not had a chance to try any games yet though.

I can't wait to get home and install these drivers! Now I can play TRON the way it was meant to be played!! I can't wait for HAWX 2 to come in the mail!

I can't believe people aren't complaining about the spam on the bottom of the screen when you turn on/off the nvidia 3d crosshair. That spam drives me nuts. Still no way to set convergence & depth instantly with a hotkey. And still capped at 99 screenshots per game, not a big deal but the two issues above would of been nice to fix. I know these are minor issues, but they get annoying after a while. That wheel on the emitter is getting annoying to use. I wish I could just fix these problems myself somehow.

Nowhere near as annoying as you banging on about the same old s**t! It's not enough for you to start a new thread every few days moaning about the same things but you also have to hijack somebody elses!

Whoever programmed these forums knew what they were doing. Each thread contains a "timestamp", this is basic basic crap that every programmer should know.
But do they use a simple timestamp for recording screenshots? No....
This may not be a big deal to someone like you, but to someone with a keen mind it gives you insight into what type of people are developing nvidia 3d vision.
This technology could be twice as developed as it is now if a lot of it's non-critical systems were designed in c# or vb.net with a public API. I'm going to keep complaining about it, over & over again until this basic crap is fixed.
I didn't pay $49.95, I didn't pay $79.95 ... No no. I didn't pay $129.95 ... Not $149.95 ..
I paid $200.00 mother freaking dollars to help nvidia beta test their freaking 3d technology, so don't tell me what I can and can't say.

After Download CD1.44 all is fine now. I can use the new Website. Great.
I can't understand why people so stupid and pay for a new technology and believe then it's all well. All first technology on market is ready for public. But is this technology in market, you get first feedbacks out of testlabour then with many many many other situation where the new technology won't tested. Then you get error and bugs. That's normal and you must learn to buy a new technology one or two years later. You will pay less for it and get a nice chick, not an egg. In Germany we say: This techology is in children's shoes. But it's new it's cool... So then live with it, if you can't wait.
So don't make guys with brain angry here and spend your time in technology's in third or fourth generation. But don't wonder if you get a GameBoy in your hand...

It took me too some time to figure this out but you also have to install the matching 3D vision USB driver.

Ok full CD is ok, too. Then you have all.
What seems to be happen is that in window mode and switch off 3D i get a darker flickering screen.
Workaround: Full screen and back to window mode. Then its fine.
