GLDirect unlocks 3D Vision support for older OpenGL titles

Tried all 3 of the penumbras this morning, but as soon as I drop the new dll in, it gives a "Your card does not support vertex shaders warning", so no dice. Gutted.

Just tried this with Descent 2 (The OpenGL port), and it works AMAZINGLY. One of the best games I have seen in 3d Vision. This is way too awesome.
Microsoft has. You figure out the rest. ;)
Yeah, I kind of figured... no surprise. Microsoft is the necessary devil right now...
SiN works great. game options -> handedness: center (off) and increase convergence until it looks "immersive".
useful console commands: intensity 1.5 (needs vid_restart), gl_modulate 2, s_eax_reverblevel 0 (when using creative alchemy)

Anyone know if it works with Soldier of Fortune 2?
sof2 works, but not sof1.

Has anybody gotten GLDirect to work with C#/Tao Framework applications? Putting the dll inside my application directories has no effect. I wish I could just replace the system OpenGL dll, but Windows 7 doesn't want to allow it. May need to boot in Linux and replace it manually. Why can't they include this in the drivers? I don't know what MS is doing to NV to crush OpenGL support but this is sad.
I may need to make a custom build of the Tao Framework...?

you may want to get a DLP display (TV or projector) , with DLP Link glasses with windows XP & older videocard. Perfectly valid way to get it work, cuz these displays are better than the rest anyway.

Tried City of Heroes. It warns you that something is horribly wrong, but it lets you try anyway. Trying results in a very fast crash - you never even get to the login screen.

I tried Kotor I and II and they both would just crash. Still this is pretty amazing though, Kudos to the OP. :)
