Has anyone in this thread tested 285.62? That works fine for me with SLI and 3D Vision. I'm running GTX 580 SLI right now.

Hi everyone, managed to fix this issue by plugging my emitter into a different usb port. It was originally in a usb 3 socket but since moving over to a usb 2 it's been fine.
The latest whqls still dont work in a usb 3 though.

This is also what I've tested with. Tried uninstalling the IR Emitter through Device Manager and disconnecting and reconnecting to allow the driver to reinstall itself. Also tried uninstalling through Device Manager and reinstalling through the nVidia driver release, and then tried a clean install of the entire driver set - still no luck, though.
I've tried different USB ports as well.
One question, though - in the "Change Resolution" part of the nVidia Control Panel, should it say "Dual Link DVI" under the "Connecter" heading? I can't remember if it used to. Now it just says "DVI - PC Display". I haven't changed cables, and am using the Dual-Link DVI cable that came with 3D Vision.

Same problem. My emitter remains undetected BY NVIDIA'S SOFTWARE (Device manager detects and installs the emitter drivers just fine) after upgrading to 285 version drivers. Geforce GTX 285, Windows 7 AMD64, Mitsubishi DLP 60".
I tricked nvidia software to attempt to configure 3D anyway, but tests did not work as though the screen was displacing right and left images, the shutter glasses were not flipping the shutters.

I have the same problem, no more emitter detection with the newest drivers. Why is there still no answer from NVidia?
I have a GTX 460 SE with Windows 7 64 bit.
Anything new on this? Got a ACER GN245HQ with Nvidia 3D Vision glasses and built in IR today, really wanted to have a look at BF3 in 3D but no go setup wizard wont complete and glasses doesnt even start:\
Had a look inside the folder called "NV3DVisionUSB.Driver" 285.79 dont got a exe but it does have an inf, but it wont run by itself. 280.26 "NV3DVisionUSB.Driver" folder does have an exe and works fine and with those drivers 3D came on like it should.
Is there somehow to install 3dvision usb driver 285.79 without using the nvidia driver installer? cause to me it seems like it doesnt install it at all, just the other 3d vision content
Edit: Just tried enable 120hz to check that out since 3d didnt work with 285.79 drivers in BF3, i dont even get the option up for higher hz than 60. 280.26 gave me the option to set 120hz but they aint bf3 friendly:p

You don't need any USB drivers, since your monitor has a built in emitter that's controlled using the DVI cable.
It seems that you're not using a proper Dual-Link DVI cable. Make sure that you use the cable that was included with the monitor or get a new cable from a dealer, but make 100% sure that it's a dual-link DVI cable.
Then you should be able to set 120 Hz and start the 3DVision wizard.
