I guess this is one of the rare cases where the overall waiting-time for the final fix may be due not only to fixing-obstacles but also to the unforgiving difficulty of the game itself.... ;-)

Great news Helifax! I am sure this fix will be the "Art of War" for 3D fixes! You are truly worthy to be called a Shinobi of the highest honor and rank! ;-)

Sorry for the delay! SEKIRO: Shadows Die Twice - 3D Vision Fix Many thanks goes to Masterotaku and DarkStarSword for helping me when I was making this fix! If any other fixer wants to improve this fix in the future, you have my full support ^_^ ========================================================== Fixed (I tested all graphics presets and all are working): ========================================================== - Lots of Shadows (Thank you Masterotaku for the Regex help. This is very very useful, as the game has quite a few in-game cutsscenes that can't be paused to hunt the shaders). - Reflections on different surfaces. - The whole Particle system (Fog, dust, sparks, fire, snowflakes, rain, etc - Some was wrong, some produced halos or was broken). - Decals (by default they were at wrong depth and produced clipping). - Fixed the COMPUTE SHADER based Tile Lighting System: Fixed both the 3DVision heuristic problem (one eye bug) and extended the tiles in both eyes. - Fixed a lot of Bloom shaders (In some scenes, where there is water, one eye can "overshoot" - have a bigger brightness. I don't have a fix for this atm.) - Fixed lots of Halos generated by the Particle system. - Pushed the Moon/Sun at the correct depth, which broke some other distant "mountains" -_-. I had to rework and filter this problem. - Fixed God Rays on everything except the Moon/Sun. - Fixed reflections. Screen-Space-Reflections are disabled for the time being. (I've only seen them in one place so far anyway). - UI: - Pushed the UI to depth. THIS GAME HAS AROUND 20+ Vertex Shaders for the UI. - I managed to push the Grappling Hook and world interaction markers to a bigger depth (Using Texture Overrides). - However, the enemy health-bars are at the same depth as the UI. For this I added a special Preset, that will push the enemy HP bars to depth while keeping your HP bar at UI Depth. (I spent more than a whole day on trying to filter the enemy HP bars, but the game uses the same textures + shaders for a lot of UI elements which breaks the UI completely.) ==================== Screenshots & Video: ==================== And for my 3D Surround Friends: (Special Thanks goes to "jackfuste" @ WSGF) I made a video at 4k (using Nvidia's Dynamic Super Resolution) that shows the first part of the game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uYtliTG90yw - Download the video to your PC and view it with Nvidia 3DVision Stereoscopic Player. ===================== Download and Install: ===================== - Grab it from here: SEKIRO: Shadows Die Twice - 3D Vision Fix v.1.1 - Copy the content next to the game exe. - Play the game. ============== Key Shortcuts: ============== - F1 - low convergence (for cinematics), high convergence (for gameplay). - F2 (XBOX SELECT/BACK button) - UI toggle: Will push enemy HP bars to bigger depth while keeping your HP bar to low depth. I made a video at 4k (using Nvidia's Dynamic Super Resolution) that shows the first part of the game:

- Download the video to your PC and view it with Nvidia 3DVision Stereoscopic Player.

Download and Install:

- Grab it from here: SEKIRO: Shadows Die Twice - 3D Vision Fix v.1.1
- Copy the content next to the game exe.
- Play the game.

My deepest gratitude for another masterpiece Helifax, Masterotaku and DarkStarSword! I absolutely can't wait to play this one but right now I still hesitate as I am still playing AC:Odyssesy on the PS4. Since those two games share some similarities control-wise (like attack-buttons) I am not sure if it would be wise to play those side-by-side (especially considering the difficulty of Sekiro)..... But then AC:Odyssey is definitely content-overkill and seems to go on forever (currently I am at 99 hours and not nearly finished). So the sheer beauty of your provided 3D screenshots really hurt right now ;-)

Thanks Helifax, Masterotaku, DSS. Looks freaking amazing! In 4K with the mod the game colors are messed up, but I found alt-tab fixes the color issue. However, I tried using Upscaling and it works, but if I alt-tab with upscaling it always crashes the game. Does anyone know how to get rid of the weird blue colors with the 4K mod, without alt tabing?

Thank you Helifax, Masterotaku, DSS! We're so lucky to have you! I'm looking forward to try the fix, for the moment I'm intimidated by what people are saying about the game's difficulty. I think I was foolishly hoping that it would be more geared towards exploration and atmosphere and a special sense of place like the Dark Souls, but if you get your explorations blocked so often by seemingly insurmountable bosses it just shoots itself in the foot at bit. That being said, I'll have to trust their vision and try for myself. And your fix will ensure I do this, versus never buying it and forgetting it existed. Thanks again!

Oh, the game has the color bug? Man ... Cycling the frustum as Zig suggests does not really fix the issue, usually. The colors get back to normal but the image remains stretched :-( Question to the TV gurus who know about the EDID override. Was it ever determined where the color bug was coming from? Is this a product of the EDID itself? More importantly, was it ever fixed, in other EDID versions? I know there was a HDR version at some point. If I change the TV driver to the HDR version, would this by any chance solve the color bug? I remember I had the bug in GTAV, and it could be solved sometimes by restarting, alt-tabbing, etc, but the performance had clear impact. With color bug it seemed perfectly smooth, and after alt-tabbing the performance was reduced, and some shader/ghosting issue appeared.

Cycling Frustrum does work but yeah it's a little stretched. However, if you play in native 4k without using 3Dmigoto for upscaling then you can alt tab just fine and the color is fine. BTW, i get around 30 - 45 FPS in native 4k with my Titan X pascal, which is playable but a bit low for a game like this where reflexes are really important. Maybe someone can play around with the upscaling and see if they can alt tab without crashing. This game plays so well, and looks so damn good in 3D vision! I'm actually thinking of playing dark souls remastered in 3D vision first or should I just skip to darks souls 2 or 3?
