Yes, I can confirm that it shutters while 3D Vision is activated. Every 10-20 seconds it shutters BAD for about 3-5 seconds. I hope they fix this ASAP.
But the shuttering only occurs with Nvidia Laser Sight on. When you turn it off, it goes away.
Anyway the 3D is fine, IMHO better than Call of Duty WAW.

In COD you're mostly looking down the sights or scope anyway, so is it still playable?

I have a i7 870 and 285 gtx, 4GB RAM, works fine for me with max settings. No shuttering, only problems with crosshair. Anybody knows how to turn off the in-game crosshair?

The crosshair setting helped and so did turning on V sync, but it's still not a good enough framerate for me. I'm also not using any AA but can't see the difference unlike most games anyway. Other than that it's all the settings on the highest and a resolution of 1200x whatever ish (so not too high a resolution).
That said I know my card's not the best now but I would have expected much better performance. Is there a way of getting FPS and I can find out how much the FPS drops by. It must be more than half...
I'm considering putting in another 8800 GTS 640mb which should mean any game should run in 3D like it'd run in 2D now, right?
Edit: I'm also using 4GB RAM, and running Windows 7 64 bit edition.

without the cursor its really hard to aim because the cursor is in 2d and not 3d. iron sights and the new holo sights work fine though.

I really hope they sort this out with better driver/game support.

i find that SLI, even with x 2 8800GT's is great for 3D vision.

Did you disabled nvidia laser sight? Because it is on by default and it causes the shuttering.
Anyway, here the fps is fine with a GTX295.
