@Helifax
This is a post I had earlier in the thread about this.
=====================================================================================================
Testing so far for me:
Dark Souls 2 DX 11 = Works perfect in win7 and win10 - TB Looks great
Witcher 3 = Can not get to cycle with F11 win7 and win10
Mad Max = Works but environment glitches in and out win7 and win10
AC4 = Can not get to cycle with F11 win7 and win10
Far Cry 4 = Can not get to cycle with F11 win7 and win10
Still looking for info on how anyone got Witcher 3, AC4 and Far Cry 4 to work.
=====================================================================================================
Also, I tried jokers .ini file that he linked where he had changed the key binding to "m" for witcher 3, which he is correct, that is the in game map key. Anyway, I tried a slew of other key bindings as well. Still could not get Witcher 3, AC4 or Far Cry 4 to cycle through the different modes that DarkSword is trying to bless us with. In answer to your other question, at least for me, yes it is the updated 3dmigoto files and yes everything is in the right place. I can get Dark Souls 2 DX11 to work just fine.
BTW, if anyone else has color issues with Dark Souls 2 DX11 when using this fix, the way to resolve it is, once you fire up the game in checkerboard 1080p or higher, while you are in game, just set the res to 720p (color returns to normal), then switch back to desired resolution.

I have only updated mine to The Witcher version 1.07 recently and is working.
Perhaps, do the re-installation again and start with the patching step-by-step, and see if that helps. :))
If you need $1000 for a license or software package to do this, please remember you are unlikely to make this money back. The demand simply isn't big enough.

I'm not buying a $1000 license for my personal benefit.
My monitor does not support SBS or top-and-bottom and I have never in my life owned a TV.
Unless I get $1000 I will do nothing and it doesn't affect me in the least as I already have 1080p60hz full resolution 3D.
Don't invade the topic with unnecessary posts.

Awesome write-up there! Hopefully this will help DarkStarSword to see what he can do about it!
I asked the questions since the question was so generic I had a feeling he had issues with starting the game in normal 3D Vision.
I wish I could help but I am wondering what happens if I don't have a 3D TV with SBS mode. Can I still use the wrapper to display the game's Window and get a SBS image? (For testing)

I don't see why not, even without being able to actually switch your monitor to SBS or TB, you should still see it cycle through the different modes.

3DMigoto 1.2.32 is out with numerous enhancements designed to make this more reliable:
https://github.com/bo3b/3Dmigoto/releases
The custom shaders are in the 3DMigoto 1.2.32 zip file, as are the necessary sections in the d3dx.ini - copy everything from the [Present] line downwards into the target game and uncomment the 'run = CustomShader3DVision2SBS' line to enable, then use F11 or define a default in the [Constants] section as before.
If a game already uses a [Present] section (e.g. FC4, Witcher 3, The Witness, Firewatch), you should add the 'run = CustomShader3DVision2SBS' line to the existing [Present] section rather than adding a new one (which won't work and 3DMigoto will sound an error beep and log a warning if you try).
- Should no longer break when 3D Vision is disabled
- Aliasing artefacts are reduced
- Glitches in Mad Max resolved
- Works in MGSV
- No longer sensitive to clockwise / counter-clockwise vertex ordering
- Sets an explicit primitive topology
- All render targets / depth targets / UAVs are saved & restored automatically, only the texture is done manually
- Explicitly unbinds tesselation shaders just in case
- Should be able to cope with many more variations that games might throw
Please test this new version, particularly in any games that were not working before.

All I did was average two pixels from the source image to a single pixel on the output - the initial proof of concept dropped every second pixel, which is why it had some bad aliasing effects.

Using this I created a custom resolution starting from 1080p and made it 2560x1440.
It allows me to turn on 3D with Chekerboard so I can use TB. DSS is not allowed but this works
PS: I tried also the 720p supersampled. It is indeed smooth but I just can't handle the lack of detail.
did you edid override your projo or just let the native resolution at 1080p 60hz ?
I would like to try your solution as it seems better than DSR to 720p .
@DarkStarSword : is it possible to finally have in Elite Dangerous a perfect 3D TopBot. with 3DMigoto 1.2.32 without using the (uncomplet) 3dvision fix ? There is already in-game a SBS option but not great
