Xbox 360 is compatible with any 3D format that fits the stereo content within a single frame : these are the Texas Instrument DLP 3D ready TVs (the same rear projection DLP TVs that are compaitble with nvidia 3d vision), and a few polarized 3D monitors and TVs that use Xpol polarized filters (like the zalman monitor but in TV resolution and size).

Two games already use the feature, these games are sold on both X360 and PS3 : Invincible Tiger and AVATAR, and they work in 3D on both consoles.

I do not know about the hdmi 1.4 format that most of the 3DTVs will use next year. The PS3 firmware can be upgraded to support it (sony bragged a lot about it at CES), i do not know about the Xbox 360.
