Theres an adapter from optoma thats comming out that workes with between any 120hz beamer and ps3, 3d bluray players.

Well, noone did it yet either. What I talked about in that other topic would involve dissection, and complete reassembly. We goin to play with 720p ones first, cuz when it comes to DLP's , 1080p is pretty much as overrated as it gets.

So I've read this thread and I wanted to triple check my understanding if anyone has time to help out...

- the H5360 will give me 3D from my PC (with GTX295)
- i can play 3D blurays via PC
- the H5360 will not display 3D from my PS3
- it may be possible to use a PS3 with this projector in the future by using the Optoma device

Thanks for any help/advice

That is correct.

I had initially hoped to use my PS3 with my projector but ended up selling my PS3 and building a gaming / HTPC.

I can tell you that i dont miss the PS3 for one second. the games are just as playable and in most cases far superior on the PC.
That is correct.

Thanks Cragproductions - I do most of my gaming on the PC these days, but would love to have a projector that can offer 3D on my consoles as well. Having said that, it seems that nothing comes close to the H5360 in terms of 3D for the price.
