@Iardas
You arent running http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=9718 ? Its the same layout.
If not all helix fixes go in main game directory/shaderoverride/
main game directory/d3d9.dll

I can't find a folder called "shaderoverride", and wich is the main game directory? Can you please give an exact description?

No. Game crashing when trying load any savegame or quicksave...
ps. Game become playable when I enter "bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072" in CMD. But I am not using HD-Textures, they unchecked in Launcher.
ps2. "Ebony Samurai Plate Armor" from armor mod become invisible(transparent) now.

It will only be there if you've already been using the dll. If you haven't then just copy the folder from the archive.
The main game directory is wherever you've installed the game. For me it's at: D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim. For you, it's probably something different. If you got it from Steam, though, it will be in Steam's directory. It's the same directory that holds TESV.exe.

Hey guys, a quick question, I haven't been active lately and didn't update Skyrim past the initial 1.4 patch (the one, which included cpu optimizations). Do I really have to update, am I missing anything apart from some killmoves. Also, is Helix' awesome shadow fix perfect or is it a temp fix?

Another new beta just came out. Just a minor one but the talk about underwater issues may be important: http://www.bethblog.com/2012/03/20/skyrim-1-5-available-on-steam/
Anyway someone can create an all in one for 1.5 like chiz did for the previous Helix mod. I am a lot less likely to screw things up that way.
or set me up with some detailed instructions. I have a hard time understanding Helix directions (no offense Helix, I am not so good understanding mods)

Doesn't seem to work with EVGA Precision running. Even the new version. I checked the use modified runtime libraries as well. It worked with the old fix but not with this one. When I disable Precision, it works but I don't want to burn out my cards. Any suggestions?

I did a quick fix for EVGA.
Try this dll.
It should work with EVGA overlay(modified runtime libraries should be checked of course) at least with SKYRIM.
