For the hell of it I tried copying everything from the Bin folder to the base/launcher folder and just running Stranger.exe, it ran, hooked but still no 3D... if the game is run directly from the Bin folder it doesn't do anything even w/o the Wrapper just a blck screen... another thing I guess I should mention is that it crashes on exit with the wrapper in place.

Heh;)) That is a bug I fixed in the code but I didn't rebuilt the wrapper just to fix one string;) Basically it says Windows 10 when you are NOT and NOT Windows 10 when you are:)) The strings are up-side-down in the IF logic statement;) Don't worry about it;) So;) Good that you see it in 3D but is 2D:) First step is done:) You are rendering the scene for each eye. Now we need to add stereo to it;) Which needs to be done manually... Hehehe:) Next step: - Did you enable the shader dump? Did it generate any shaders in ShaderDump/Debug folder? (those should be files with extension .hlsl)

This game would be awesome in 3D, no idea how you are doing it TsaebehT , I could never get his wrapper to hook this game. I was recently checking into buying this for the PS3, it turns out that it's only available as a download from the PS3 store. Hmm, I just tried it. The splash screen enables and the emitter is turned on, but I only get a single 2D image. In other words, it only seems to be rendering for one eye. EnableShaderDump = true is set in the ini, but I do not find a dump. I set the log to true and it looks like it's successful. Yeah I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong but I couldn't get it to Dump any Shaders either, or create ShaderDump/Debug folders. I tried EnableShaderDump = true, EnableDevMode = true and LegacyMode = true/false... I even tried VertexAutoStereoInjectionInfo = true and also manually creating the ShaderDump/Debug folders but they remained empty... :(

If you enabled LegacyMode and is not working and you either get any shaders I don't know what to say :( I don't have the game to try it out:(

just woke up, looking at the log file I see that the nip file aborted. I'm launching as administrator. Does you dll generate the nip? If it doesn't, I didn't see one in the zip file I downloaded. Being that I tried it last night before sleeping, I didn't test much. It's indeed rendering 2 views because when I hit control T it defaults to the side by side. So it's either due to the profile not importing or the refresh rate not allowing 120. Edit: I just tried it on a Side by Side capable TV, the image had no separation. It's like I had convergence and depth zeroed out. In other games with the wrapper, I could get stereo in Side by Side Edit2: doesn't seem to be a FPS problem, the game will run in 2D at 120FPS on my VG278HE Edit 3: by saying this.. Yes. The wrapper by defaults doesn't do any stereorization. WE need to manually inject the shaders in order to do this;) I'll see if I can't pick a version from "somewhere" to give it a look;)

I added the log file that the game generates (not your wrapper log), you can see it above in my last post. lol, only took 3 tries to get it uploaded.

Hey Helifax, I am trying to get your Doom3 version of the OpenGL3DVision Wrapper to run properly but am facing multiple issues. In fullscreen mode the rendering goes crazy switching/alternating between rendering the image normally and upside down in very short intervals (like every 500 ms). In windowed mode that issue is fixed but then another issue become apparent. (Doom3, not Doom3 BFG) What you describe there is very weird and I've never seen anything even remotely to that... No real idea what to say...

Are you using Doom3 without mods and the likes ? (Doom3, not Doom3 BFG)
What you describe there is very weird and I've never seen anything even remotely to that... No real idea what to say...

Managed to get my hands on a Gog copy;) Will see what turns out;) Bear in Mind this is not my TOP priority currently (but could change ^_^) so it might take a bit;)
