is it possible to update only 3d vision drivers from the package ?
i just remember i once tried and i sucseeded uninstalling everything but only the drivers i was trying to update

To the best of my knowledge, it is not possible. Up until driver 275.XX the 3D Vision drivers were a separate download and you could just update them most of the time. After 275.XX, they combined them into a single driver package and also mandated that the versions must match and can no longer differ. But you can always try. Unzip the driver and swap out the desired parts, rezip and try it. Be sure to use DDU to help rule out a corrupted installation as to the reason why 3D is not working
