Wish there was a way to disable the crosshair - it really distracts me when playing in 3D.

I still can't get the game to start in 3D: -nVidea control panel is set to "Only while 3D programs run" -with nVidea Inspector i deleted my current "Elder Scrolls Online" profile -added the ESO.exe to the "World of Warcraft" profile with the "Add application to current profile" (wow.exe, wow-64.exe, eso.exe) -UserSettings.txt from Documents/EOS/Live folder already has the line: SET GraphicsDriver.7 "D3D9" -added administrator compatibility to eso.exe -the game is set to Fullscreen (which is actually windowed fullscreen) It refuses to start in 3D. I have 3d Vision 2 with DVI cable, latest video driver and DirectX 11 installed, what am i doing wrong? Later Edit: I did it!! ...nVidea control panel had to be set on "Always" to work ..now it's in 3D (the intro's don't start in 3d, only when you get to character screen you see 3d) ...so the above method works ..thanks you guys!

Works great. Just having to disable water reflection and sunrays. Seft shadows are a little broken though. Also, until we don't have an optimized driver, fps are not really good (using a GTX680 SLI). About the crosshair, Zenimax will allow community addons for HUD, so maybe we could fix it ;)

Ok im gonna try to get this to work with 3DTV Play. I may just end up getting the 23" Asus 3D Vision Monitor instead. 24hz tires me.

Forgive my ignorance, but does anyone have the official Nvidia Inspector download link? I keep getting 3rd party ones, which make me nervous... Also where to find the profile list in Inspector? I didnt see it when i was looking at the one i downloaded, before i deleted it.

Click the spanner/screwdriver next to "driver version". There's no "official" link I'm aware of, I just use the top google result.

Does the usersettings.xml make it work full screen? I use 3dtv play so I wonder if it'll work.

Hi, It seems that all of you that managed to get it work have 3Dvision. Well, is there something wrong with 3DTVplay that prevents it from working? I did follow every steps you described but the game won't launch in 3D. I just can't find "Only while 3D programs run" or "Always run" in my nVidia control panel... (perhaps that option it part of 3Dvidion only) Anyone managed to play ESO with 3DTVplay ?

OK so the game wont even start now, i keep getting error messages regarding DX9 and renderer not initializing. I will undo each change till i figure out how to repair this. Guess i'll have to get 3D Vision after all. UPDATE: I had to change the user settings back to DX11, all i got was sound when it was at DX9.

You are all courageous... I received another email last week for another Beta session and I decided to skip. A few weeks ago it was a first look and was disapointed. Their support is not up to the task, I wasn't able to get a reply about 3D and since this is all that matters to me, well, I decided to not waste my precious time testing this time around. They need to stand up and clearly say if they will support stereoscopic 3D or not instead of remaining deaf to our call. Sometimes I mess around in files to get it to work but guess I was not very attracted to this game to do so. Good luck!

I will try again. Do you enable the Ctrl T before or after the actual game starts, and u are walking in the oblivion plane?
