Nice that the poolsize trick helped :)
Today I tried the dynamic shadows off trick and voila, the game suddenly is almost Excellent in terms of Nvidia rating, the only problem is that a few shadow spots here and there have issues that prevent it to be 3d ready, other than that, it's great on 3d. Turning xengine dynamic shadows off didn't do anything apparently, but turning it off in the game options made it work. I'm very early in the game, so I'm going to restart it again to enjoy it in near perfect 3d, thanks for everything DHR!

No problem!! im starting to feel bad that (apparently) im the only one enjoying this game in 3D....i think all the info to make this game work great in 3D its in this thread. Remember use Sweetfx, the performance hits its almost 0 and visual its amazing.
Yes, fortunately, the game can be rated "Excellent" with Tridef....that shadows spot issues are produced by lights (not 100% of the lights are fixed, but i think its kind of minor issue). i think im in the half way of the game and Art its simply amazing....in some parts i stay 10-15 minutes only seeing the enviroment.
Cheers!

I've downloaded a BI sweetfx profile from the web, I'll check it out later and see how well it works. I had to turn off AA since it took too much of a hit and at 1080p the aliasing is decent anyway, if sweetfx can help without dropping performance, so much better.
lucky guy... ;)
Yeah, it's a pity no more people can enjoy tridef, but considering the current state of 3d vision support (non-existant) and that apparently tridef is the only 3d manufacturer supporting the technology on PC and making DX10/11 games work, sooner or later 3d fans out there will have to look for a tridef + 3dtv play compatible monitor / tv to take advantage of both, that or wait for oculus rift and cross fingers that support will be good.
Offtopic, I tried Deadlight too and it works like a charm with tridef, this game was really broken with 3d vision.

I am enjoying it too :D although the ultra low textures keep kicking in from time to time which is frustrating. If I set pool size such that texture detail is LOW then it lasts a lot longer (DHR's original settings), any other setting (like birthright's for example) that enables ULTRA texture detail gives no more than about 10 minutes before the muddy textures appear.
I end up with LOW texture detail which is playable. The difference between LOW and ULTRA is nothing like the difference between LOW and ULTRA LOW. Those ULTRA LOW textures are ridiculous.
Hopefully there ends up being a fix for the texture detail because the game is very enjoyable in 3D when it works. Cheers to everyone contributing info btw.

Totally agree, its a must have this (2) "matures" softwares....Oculus Rift its still on diapers, but i have high hopes on it.
@BazzaLB,
The low texture issue its a bug of the engine, try using anothers values for poolsize (1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000) and others 2 parameters....depends of the PC specs. At least for me the values that post birthright works perfect, even Micro-stutter its reduced.

Ok,I'll try to gather everything essential in one post. Bioshock Infinte plays quite good with the DHR profile http://www.tridef.com/forum/download/file.php?id=2346 and the following settings:
--DefaultEngine.ini--
UseTextureFileCache=FALSE
TexturePoolSizeReductionMB=2500
PoolSize=5000
LowPCTexturePoolSizeMB=2500
--XEngine.ini--
DepthofField=False
DynamicShadows=False
I also used the posted crosshair hide http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3100550 and SweetFX http://gsngaming.com/topic/9039-bioshock-infinite-sweetfx-v14/
Anything else to remember?
Also after installing all this and Tridef, my 3D Vision doesn't turn on automatically like before (I have to use Ctrl+T). How can I change it back to automatically turn on when 3D content is displayed?

I'll check that sweetfx profile later on, thanks Daragorn, I've tried one already but it looked awful with incredibly saturated colors and deleted it inmediately.
I'm no expert on tridef so hopefully someone else can help you out

Keep in mind sweetfx profiles will be different for each user depending on depthoffield = true / false. False really gives a different pallete. Like someones settings with false will look wrong then a person with true. It disables all post processing, its hard to explain just check out link. Change StereoDefaultOn = 0 to StereoDefaultOn = 1
Try to enable 3D stereo in NVCP before power off PC.

Tried 6000 for poolsize and 3000 for other values and now I seem to have ultra texture detail and played for about an hour without issues :D

Congratulations for those who made it work, vut unforntunatelly I will not buy Tridef and a 1.4 HDMI cable just to play this game. I keep thinking it's a shame this game has no 3d vision support.
