I sorted out the wrapper:) (on what I wanted to sort out basically)
I gave it another go at trying to duplicate the draw calls + FrameBuffers...
However, since OpenGL internally works as a machine state rather than a COM like DirectX, is close to impossible to effectively duplicate all the textures, framebuffers, bindings etc to draw the same scene twice (modern OpenGL renderers draw to textures and copy information from textures in FBOs. Duplicating the FBOs is not enough as I already saw this. I also need to intercept all the "texture" activity as well...)
So, I am afraid that the wrapper will still work like it works now (drawing consecutive frames). So, as long as you have a high framerate you will notice very little "eye-lag". I know it can be done but currently I am not sure if the big effort is worth it :(
(Now I kinda begin to understand why nvidia dropped the ball on OpenGL support ^_^)
Anyway, I was able to sort out Wolfenstein the Old Blood pretty much already. (At least clean/disable up the stuff that renders bad) and is looking really good if I can say so myself:)

The reason I haven't released a fix yet is because I really wanted this one to be as much as close to "perfect" (or 3D Vision Ready) status as possible!
That's why I re-wrote a very BIG chunk of the wrapper and why it takes so long!!!
First of all I really want to say a LOUD and BIG thank you to Mike_ar69 who helped me understanding (in detail) quite a bit of things on how to fix different broken effects and who helped me figure out quite a few things !!!
So, currently I fixed:
- UI
- Shadows (yey my first fix in which I actually fix shadows instead of disabling them or proximate :)) )
- Decals (like blood spots + bullet holes)
- complete Specularity + Reflections
- Light shafts + "god-rays" effects
- other things that I can't properly name:))

Wow, you fixed shadows? Very impressive! I struggled with the previous Wolfenstein due to the eye sync, but I'll have to give this a shot! It's currently waiting on my wishlist for a sale though, so probably not for a few months.

Fixed even more stuff;)) Overall is looking very sweet! I really like it (some glitches still exist here and there... trying to minimize them currently).
I still keep saying that OpenGL is a very good API and this is on OpenGL 3.2 spec. I can't even imagine what ID Tech 6 will look like (if they keep it on OpenGL that is..with OpenGL 4.x support) ^_^
In any case! I plan to make a first release around the weekend;)) So we have what to play before WT3 comes. Oh and by the way I played around 11% of the game while testing;)) Really like the game/scenery, new mechanics!
