Nvidia Still not responding to 3D Vision error message
Well if anybody at Nvidia actually even cares anymore, I'M STILL HAVING THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE!!!!!

I NOW HAVE A $500 PAPERWEIGHT AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND!

or just fix it

or just respond

or do something.

These drivers are an absolute nightmare and seem to have affected my system quite negatively.

I can't even install the drivers, a problem that I've NEVER run into before. The install lags very badly and halfway through pops up this error.

Geforce 3D Vision Setup Wizard Error
Error in Stereo NvAPI,
NvAPI_Stereo_IsActivated() return error.

I've tried uninstalling reinstalling. Same thing.

**** I'm running my monitor at its native resolution and at 120 hz and these crappy drivers simply won't install and brings my computer to a standstill for no reason.

crap crap crap drivers, ruined my gaming experience.

I was having the same problem with my Mits 60735. I had the resolution set to a lower setting due to overscan, it worked before but now I have to set it to 1080p and it works fine( with a little overscan). I was looking at the user manual and seen a setting tab that I have not seen and will look for when I get a chance. It is where you can change the refresh rate and 3d resolution settings. I am going to try and mess with those settings and see if I can get it with no overscan.

Try this as a work around.

Run it through untii you get the error, then without closing the error message, start task manager and kill the process.
This worked for me.
Other people seem tombe able to get it to work if the monitor is set to 120hz and it's the only monitor connected.

Have you ever considered providing enough information for them to be able to reproduce your problem?

They have a Driver Quality Assurance page which provides a link to supply the information the developers need in order to do this (labeled Provide Driver Feedback). You don't necessarily have to use that particular link and can opt to post the information here, but if you take a look at the page that loads when you do use the link it will give you a better idea of what they would need to investigate your problem.

Surely you can provide something more than just the model monitor you're trying to use and the message a failed installation throws on your screen...
