3D Vision and HDMI audio?
Hi, I'm hoping someone can point me in the direction of the correct card to buy.

I have an HTPC hooked up to a projector and a plasma. I would like to get a 3D vision kit and need to buy a new Nvidia GPU.

My problem is the card that I buy must process the hdmi audio on it's own without the need to have the wires connected to the spidif on the mobo.
My projector will be connected to the DVI port of the card and the audio will be connected via the spidif on the mobo to an amp/receiver. The plasma will be connected via the hdmi on the card. The plasma will not be connected to the amp/receiver. I've been told that if I buy a card that requires to be connected to the internal mobo spidif it will knockout the external spidif going to the amp.

So which card? I was hoping to go for a 240 but I think these need to have the internal audio connected. Are all manufacturers 240 cards the same?
A friend has the PNY GTX 460 and doesn't need the internal connection, are all 460's the same?

I was hoping I didn't need to buy the 460 because of cost as my budget is really tight. Is there a cheaper card that will suit my needs.

It will only be for 3d multimedia content and support dual monitors showing the same desktop.

I hope I've explained my problem correctly and someone can point me in the right direction.

Sorry about all the questions and thanks in advance for any help.
