New Version of the fix based on 3DMigoto 1.2.40 is out
Changes:
- F1 key to change between Convergence Presets (Previously it was Z) -> New.
- F11 key to disable HBAO -> Existing from initial Release
- Crosshair is NOT dynamic (couldn't make it work properly)
- Middle mouse button and Xbox Right Should have a toggle on HOLD to push the crosshair in-depth to HELP with aiming/targeting -> New.
- Cleaned up some of the shaders and hopefully the performance will be better -> New -> NEEDS TESTING
- If any crashes were generated by the FIX hopefully this is now fixed -> New -> NEEDS TESTING

Let me know if you find things better or worse.
(Uninstall the previous fix if you install this one. All other steps apply and are required as described on HelixMod).
Hold on, am I missing something here?
I haven't experienced any problems with the previous version of the fix and the dynamic cross-hair seems to be working perfectly for me.
If the previous fix works for you (like it does for me) then you can use that one;)
The new fix is on an updated version of 3DMigoto that hopefully will fix any crashes that might have been generated by the wrapper as well as it improves a bit the performance;)
You can give it a test and see if things are better for you as well;)
The new fix uses a static depth value to push the crosshair more into depth and it works very good;) but is not dynamic;)
You can give a test and see which one looks, works, behaves better for you;)

There is a problem with the "Sun at sunset" shader (4f31787e524bfe01-vs_replace.txt) at resolutions of more than 1080 vertical pixels. The light of the sun shoots to the left in the left eye, and to the right with the right eye.
1920x1080 and 2560x1080 are correct (also lower resolutions), but 2560x1200 and 2560x1440 aren't. It happens with the old 1.21 fix and the new fix that uses the latest 3Dmigoto.
I don't know if there is a moon shader affected (I still haven't reached the first night ingame :p).

Yes, SKAUT said about this a while ago as well;)
Problem is I can't fix it as I can't see;)
If you can see what is going on there;) that would be awesome;) (Since you have access to that resolution) ;)
If it needs a different correction for Height > 1080 I know 3DMigoto sends (or used to send) the resolution information in via the IniParams structure (if I remember right).
Or we can use a simple key bind;)
Are the GOD-RAYS working correctly for you at those resolutions? I remember SKAUT having problems with that as well, but I've never seen it (I remember Mike saying the same that he never seen it).

Mmmm, I think they aren't right, but maybe that's caused by the first problem I mentioned.

It is like that in every game for me. Dying Light, Fallout 4, Dark Souls 3. All this games have broken sun light right next to it and light shafts going through trees, mountains etc.
I just learned to live with it.

I can't activate DSR in Surround Mode:) and breaking the config just to enable it is not in my agenda:)
Like I said, if somebody wants to fix it be my guest:)
I am not going to since I will not use it anyway:)
Also the broken thing might come just from the fact that DSR is into place. Is everyone with this problem using DSR? or is somebody using a native resolution monitor and sees this?
.../sigh... can you send me that savegame from the image? I can at least take a quick look.

OK, I'll try, although I don't get 60fps per eye at 2560x1440 anyway xD. I have to play at 1920x1080 with shadows, grass density and grass distance on High. But fixing this will be good for the future, and for current 1440p and 4k TV users.

2560x1440 is my native resolution (Dell S2716DG). And 2560x1200 is a custom resolution, for example.

Now something very interesting:
If I use this mod:
http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/657/?
I can't see the problem and the light is working perfectly fine as it works on lower resolutions! Which tells me something is WRONG with the vanilla game there...
Also is not that VS. that VS is working perfectly fine;) is something else another shader that passes info into quite a few PS.
That VS is responsible only for the Sun/Moon disc positioning not the glow;) but they are tied together.

I just learned to live with it.

Edit: oh, you edited your post. Wait, I'll post again with the save.
