Try this app by Cybereality: http://www.mtbs3d.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4124 The conversion is quick and works well by simply dropping the images onto it.

I convert all my .mpo files to .jps with sView. Before that I used Stereo Photo Maker. sView is much easier.
