Hello everyone,
I could use some help with my new TV.
I already own the NVIDIA 3D Vision Kit and a suitable 120Hz monitor.
Recently I bought a new television with the new HDMI 1.4a standard and tried to get it work with 3DTV Play. But my Television is not detected by the NVIDIA Control Panel.
When I go to the 3D Section I only can select 3D Vision and 3D Vision Discover.
I had a look to the supported devices section and unfortunately my model is not listed there. But the UE40ES6710 is. That's the same type only with different panel size. (40 inch instead of 50)
Does anybody have a clue ?
Thanks in advance!
Chris

Hi,
There's a good chance that your TV may work if they are indeed from the same family. As long as they have the same product ID. If you don't have 310.90 driver installed, please install it and see if that helps. If not, go to the links below and follow the procedure in the article to submit a report. Once we have this, we can considerate supporting this model in future drivers.

Why do 3D TV's have to be individually supported? They're TVs. It's like supporting one monitor at a time. Do these companies have to pay to have their TVs supported? That's the only thing that makes any sense.

Thanks for your answer. I already had the new driver installed and my TV doesnt work with it :(
I submitted some report and hope that you will support my TV soon.
EDIT: I just figured out, that my home theatre receiver is supported by 3DTV Play. I attached the PC directly to the TV before. So I connected my Pionneer VSX-520-K to the PC and it doesn't work either. Maybe the support of my TV isn't the actual problem. Any clue?
EDIT 2: Aww crap. Actually my home theatre receiver is VSX-521 , so it isn't supported.
