Exactly what happened to me with dark void. so far the game plays fine.
i dont have those other games that dont work for you. I did just try to play batman and its totally not playable now. just freezes up and gpu logging shows a weird pulsing! Avatar used to work great in dx9 and was not playable in dx10- now its totally useless in both dx9 and 10. ill try to reload everything one time and if that does not fix it- im rolling back to the old drivers. ill post more results as i test them out.
i should have just left my system alone- batman was great last drivers and quad sli 3d worked for me. i just really was hoping that aliens vs predator worked better- and guess what- it still looks poor in 3d.

batman it is totally unplayable for me in 3d- it still works great in 2d. i just tried dirt 2 demo and it also has stopped working- its pretty funny the new drivers break old games. the good news for me with these drivers is shattered horizon plays much smoother- now instead of only using 30percent of each gpu the game is using 60percent! i can max out the settings in this game- but its not a 3d title. hopefully a full driver sweep will fix batman for me- but i wont have time until tomorrow.

Wow. I am glad that I am not the only person experiencing the lag in game menus. I experience this pretty bad in Metro 2033 compared to the last set of drivers.

i reloaded my drivers after a driver sweep. the result is still the same for batman and avatar- totally unplayable. Batman used to work great at 1080p and 16xq AA all high settings- now it wont run at all in 3d at any settings during the battle with Bane. if i load another game that is not a boss level i can play the game with lower AA in 3d- but any boss level freezes the computer up. Before these drivers i never had any problem running max AA and settings in 3d.
Avatar would only work in dx9 with 1.20 drivers in 3d- now it does not work at all in dx9 or dx10.
Anyone having these issues with a regular SLI set up- or is just a quad sli issue?
anyone one know of a easy way to switch between driver versions easily? I want to play the new games- but these new drivers that support new games totally ruin my older games.

more games tested on my quad sli system:
the good:
Just cause 2 works perfect- never seen a game scale so well- i get 80% of 4 gpu's utilized! never see above 30-40% in most games with or without 3d.
RE5 benchmark still works well
Bioshock 2 is working well and looks good in 3d- but still not perfect.
Mass Effect 1- still works- dare i say it even seems improved- but maybe my memory is incorrect.
the bad:
Bioshock 1- used to work well in 3d with tweaking- now it has all kinds of weird black artifacts only with 3d enabled
Spore- game is suffering from major slowdown and missing colors with these drivers
Burnout paradise- is suffering from poor performance when 3d is enabled-cant play it anymore in 3d. this was not an issue with the old drivers.
Aliens vs predator 2010- works in 3d now without modding-but the effect is poor at best
Avatar's- framerate drops so low in 3d it is now unplayable in any version of dx
Batman AA- used to work great now is unplayable in 3d with high settings
Dark void- works well in game- but the menu FPS drops so low its hard to select any item.
Crysis- runs super slow and only one side of the glasses work (this is nothing new on my system- this game has never worked in 3d for me)
Alice in wonderland- has also become a stutterfest with slow framerates
Tomb Raider underworld demo- wont get past menu screens- just freezes up- with3d on or off.
dirt 2 demo- is now unplayable with the now typical stuttering (its so slow it seems like it is freezing up!)
wings of prey- well it runs ok and looks ok- but clouds still render at wrong depth.
I really curious to see if other users are having similar problems with regular sli set ups. im guessing that quad sli support is just too complicated for nvidia to get running properly. Im thinking that sli fermi will be the way to go for top quality visuals in 3d without all these serious bugs that quad sli users have to put up with- these latest drivers made most of my games unusable.
These drivers are great if you dont want to play in 3d.....
i hope somebody at nvidia reads this- i just spent 4 hours beta testing their new drivers out on a OC'ed quad sli system.

Unfortunately my GTX 275 has been hitching like crazy in games lately so I took it apart, cleaned it and reapplied the thermal grease and still the problem persists. I put in my old GTS 250 OC edition with the latest drivers and a newly installed Win 7 x64 and no problems except that I can't adjust the fan speed. Man, it's always something.

got some of the games i tested working- i had to lower the graphics settings- mostly the AA settings. batman used to run at 16xq and now starts stuttering above 4x. burnout is only playable with AA off. avatar needs less AA than before also and lower game quality settings.
Needless to say i cant wait to upgrade to a sli fermi- it sucks having new drivers lower my graphics settings- im keeping them installed though because i just got aliens vs P and metro 2033 and they dont work well with the old drivers.
I did a test just for fun- i reinstalled the old drivers and guess what- all the old games work perfect with max AA settings. its official- QUAD SLI SUCKS!!

Haha agree, I also installed the old drivers just to ensure that it was software related and not hardware. And the verdict-all the old games run perfect. I will be getting 3-way SLI 480's on launch, if performance is good I will be adding 2 more monitors for surround 3d.
Danieljoy what is your performance like on jc2, and on what settings?

When I want to start Sims 2 (basic game or with all the addons installed) in fullscreen mode it crashes telling me that no DirectX 9.0c compatible graphic adapter can be found /verymad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':verymad:' /> It only can be started in windowed mode (so without S3D).
The only way to play the game was reinstalling CD 1.20....
I guess that Sims 2 is not a common game for S3D gamers - but if the new driver has problems with supporting DirectX 9.0c fullscreen functions then some other games could be affected, too...

i dont have those other games that dont work for you.
