Sounds like both fixes have something to offer. I was talking to DarkStarSword and he reports tile lighting clips on the official version, so you guys managed to fix something the devs haven't! :)

Like I was saying... I bet the list doesn't stop there...
DarkStarSword also gave me the fix for PureHair which I'll need to add later on today.
We have DOF and Bloom Fixed (from the profile change)
We have no blackbars on 21:9 and Surround in cinematics.
I wonder if they are rendering the BINK videos in 3D (the avalanche effect).
I am still waiting to see if the Crosshair is in depth;) or fixed like the TR2013. Anyone can comment on this?
Basically I am interested to know how much it differs from our Fix. If is little perhaps I can move some of the features we fixed in our Fix to the official Patch;) Hence the questions;)
(I'm at work till late this evening and so can't test:()

AHA! so the list grows on;))
- Avalanche in 2D
- Tile Lighting Broken
- BLOOM broken (is fixed by swapping the nvidia profile with NvInspector)
- PureHair has the same color inversion, specularity problems. (DSS found a fix for the rendering issue in our fix and will add it later).
- Crosshair is in 3D but probably at fixed DEPTH. You will see it later on when you want to snipe something across the map, that it doesn't line up properly;) Or even in Syria when you want to shoot across great distance.
- I bet the laser sight on rifles is also broken;) Basically both the red DOT and crosshair should perfectly line up (later in the game) and they will not. Showing that the crosshair is at fixed depth. I may be wrong, but based on the other unfixed issues I don't think they spent a lot of time on this;)
Yes Put DOF on ON it will look even better;)
Our Community fix is out, but the PureHair Fix is not inside yet. Will add it later on today;)

Notably I spotted a broken decal in their version - haven't checked the shader but it looks distinctly like what happens if we use a hardcoded FOV instead of using the value from the inverse projection matrix.
Screen space reflections are broken in their version as well. Doesn't look quite the same as ours - theirs are *always* too close, while ours look ok when the camera is horizontal. Neither looks good when the camera is tilted.
They have a severe flickering artefact in AO - did you or Mike touch AO in ours?

If we end up trying to move some of our fixes to this new version we will hit a problem as they are not using 3D Vision Automatic, so the StereoParams texture that 3DMigoto injects will be meaningless (the separation value will be accurate - seems they are sharing that setting with the driver, but it will be missing the eye sign. Convergence is not shared, as you can clearly see as the hotkey has no effect and you have to go through their menu to change it)

Hey guys, the game's own 3D engine is way too shallow for my taste, does your fix allow convergence changes?
That in itself would make your fix a far superior experience.
I remember the previous game also had fixed convergence, but it was borderline bearable. This one seems even lower ...
3rd person games without a modicum of toyfication - that's the Antichrist :-)

I do a quick test with the 3D vision patch (patch#4) and i see the following issues:
- 2D avalanche
- Tile Lights clip
- Some reflections (i noticed on ice and water)
- Purehair looks odd, and the purehair = off option is crap not for the looking (2D or 3D), for the movement of the hair, don't follow the basic rules of physics.
Also when i select the stereo option i have a pop-up saying the profile will be updated. Don't know what fix the updating profile.
I want to test the community fix to compare, but sounds that the community fix is better!
**edit: yes, that locked convergence sucks!!

Yop, just try the community fix :)
So Ao+ seems better on your fix, and yes both convergence and depth are unlocked with your fix :)
BUT I encounter major framerate issue with your fix ( 1/2 ) compared to original game patch with same options... :(
I don't know if it's related to the version for now

They have a severe flickering artefact in AO - did you or Mike touch AO in ours?
[/quote]
Flickering? or more like an Image trail? We haven't touched the AO at all. For most of the part it works perfectly fine. HBAO+ (which is WAAY better in this game) seems to works better than SSAO. Except on rapid movements it seems to produce an image trail. On some surfaces it doesn't line up properly though. (Very very rare). Maybe I missed a few false positives there, but I remember looking at some of the surfaces and no matter what we did the AO was the same: Not lining up properly, yet on the object next to it (with the exact same corrections and shader being 95% same, everything was perfect!).
I never saw the AO not working or flickering though;)
It is possible that we fixed the AO by running the multitude of scripts on the shaders:)) And maybe fixing it was a side-effect. But from what I noticed, the AO is calculated per OBJECT, rather than being a GLOBAL shader responsible for it;) That's why on some geometry it looks of while on other is spot-on. (Damn approximation:P)
I remember in a patch before they "addressed" the AO in some way, cause it was broken and not lining UP in 2D. Our patch is before the AO patch they did for 2D and maybe whatever they did there broke it even more in 3D now... ?
Right... I wonder what happens if we FORCE 3D Vision Automatic through 3DMigoto (like Hitman Absolution). Will their renderer still work like it does? or it will be completely broken (like it was before the patch).
Their proprietary method also explains while Tile-Lighting is busted...
I am glad that at last someone added DYNAMIC crosshair!!!
Sucks that the avalanche & other effects are still 2D. Worked quite a bit on narrowing that one down;)
It would be awesome if we could get in contact with the devs. This way we could move fixes from our fix to the official patch/game. Maybe there is hope, since they are among the only developers to add 3D Support AFTER release;)

It relies on 3D Vision Automatic;) Default convergence is 50 from nvidia driver but you can crank it up to whatever you want;)
There are a couple of cutscenes where you need a low convergence (Syria scene) and there is a hot-key in place for that in the fix;)

The framerate issues look like stuttering or halts? That is because the wrapper is swapping shaders constantly on new areas. There are 27k shaders in the fix (almost 600 Mb of data) ;)
Other than that I don't know what to say. I am playing it in 3D surround 4800x900 with 45FPS (without PureHair which I need to update).
EDIT:
I noticed the game sometimes starts with a lower framerate.
My solution was to DISABLE 3D ON START-UP from registry.
Once the game started and I am seeing the MENU, CTRL+T to enable it and I would have the NORMAL framerate for 3D Vision.

they didn't totally fix purehair, some reflections on different angle are only one eye
Bink video and avalanche effect are in 2d!!!
I didn't play with DOF ON for now but I'll try with ON (not very high) (if it's only in cinematic like you said
So I can't wait to play with your community Fix which could be the Best :) Congrats

Well well... It seems my offer for a "beer" it's being sorely ignored with my gratitude and my help in every post all together. It's sad. Maybe because I'm new here...? Farewell then. Best wishes anyway though. Keep up the good work, mister. bye o/
Sorry if I didn't reply to your post, I must have missed it.

AHA! so the list grows on;))
- Avalanche in 2D

I'm wondering that as well - might go back and take a look.
It adjusts dynamically like ours.
I've posted a couple of differences I noticed here - http://steamcommunity.com/app/391220/discussions/0/405692758724507993/#c405692758725001448

That in itself would make your fix a far superior experience.
I remember the previous game also had fixed convergence, but it was borderline bearable. This one seems even lower ...
3rd person games without a modicum of toyfication - that's the Antichrist :-)
- 2D avalanche
- Tile Lights clip
- Some reflections (i noticed on ice and water)
- Purehair looks odd, and the purehair = off option is crap not for the looking (2D or 3D), for the movement of the hair, don't follow the basic rules of physics.
Also when i select the stereo option i have a pop-up saying the profile will be updated. Don't know what fix the updating profile.
I want to test the community fix to compare, but sounds that the community fix is better!
**edit: yes, that locked convergence sucks!!

So Ao+ seems better on your fix, and yes both convergence and depth are unlocked with your fix :)
BUT I encounter major framerate issue with your fix ( 1/2 ) compared to original game patch with same options... :(
I don't know if it's related to the version for now

Flickering? or more like an Image trail?

YES!
Try it out;)
It relies on 3D Vision Automatic;) Default convergence is 50 from nvidia driver but you can crank it up to whatever you want;)
There are a couple of cutscenes where you need a low convergence (Syria scene) and there is a hot-key in place for that in the fix;)
Nothing is locked in our fix:)
