I have ordered another glasses but wanted to no that in united arab emirates its 240 V power in the socket my computer is having 600 Watt power supply which is essential without which the card wont work. Therefore i hope this is the not the problem because of which the glasses will face. I have not charged through wall i have been charging from computer the power in computer is maintained, am i right.

Please advice on this issue as i have spend a lot of money just for it to be delivered to where i live and have been waiting for 3 weeks for my kit to come and am very dissapointed because of this issue.

Have you tried either a new USB port on your PC or a different USB cable. It could well be either or the glasses themselves. Until you have tried those options, it's hard to say.

Yes man i have tried. i got two usb cable with the kit one for emiter and one for the glasses i have tried them both before i though may be i was doing something wrong but with usb connected to the computer the glasses was working properly only not charging but even with usb connected to the computer it is not switching on.

Secondly bro do you have any idea on the power like in US it is 110 V and in UAE it is 240 v does this effect the glasses as i did not see anything regarding this on the package.

Guys your help is deeply appreciated.

The power difference in Country's makes no difference. It is all done by the PSU.

It does sound like you have a problem with the Glasses themselves. Time to RMA them.

Is it possible you're just not getting enough power from the USB port to charge/recharge? Do you have peripherals plugged in to other USB ports. I've had a similar problem with other devices not being detected (external drives) or being charged (mp3 player) because of this. Muppet's suggestion of using another USB port was what I would have suggested as well. Do you have another computer you can hook them up to? If you have other devices hooked up through USB, unplug them so that the glasses are the only thing plugged in. Sounds like the glasses are completely drained and will need a full charge if you can get them some power somehow. Unless someone else has any other ideas, a return to Nvidia might be in order. Good luck!

I have got the new glasses today i know it was fast but its not the replacement my friend has actually ordered 2 units and when he came to know that mine is not working he gave me his unit still packed and send mine for replacement. Secondly i have put them on charge for 3 hours as in the manual it says " Must charge minimum 3 hours" and after two hours i would try them out i hope they work. i have removed other usb devices except the wireless keyboard and mouse otherwise i would not be writing this mail. Take care guys i would update you today on how things go about.

Sounds like you're gold! And you're correct, the glasses will turn themselves off. I've never worried about overcharging. I just plug them in at night and they're ready to go the next day. The amber light will go out once the charge is complete. If they're fully charged and you plug them in, no light will come on. Have fun!
