There's a Dolphin thread about that, in it they say that they could only get SbS working. One of the developers suggests that they might be dropping dx12 support for now. https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-directx-12-crashes-immediately-in-stereo-3d?page=2
All the DX12 improvements are good but 3D Vision doesn't work with DX12. So are there going to update 3D Vision ?
Never say never and all that but in all seriousness, I think you have more chance of the virgin Mary coming down on a chariot of fire and implementing it than Nvidia! :D I nearly spat my coffee out at that optimistic, almost rhetorical question from someone who should ought to know better :D Nvidia update 3d vision indeed, chuckle chuckle. :D They are too busy designing Jungs next leather jacket.

I was at GDC this year so I decided to try to hunt down someone at the nvidia booth to ask about some of these things. It wasn't easy. Went on a bit of a wild goose chase just to get a canned response about how nvidia makes business decisions based on the current trajectory of the industry. So, sadly, it seems unlikely that we'll see a lot of 3dvision support in the future. Only thing that would change that is if there was suddenly a big boom in demand for stereoscopy, which is kind of hard to imagine.

Thanks for asking It's still hands down an awesome overlooked technology that should at the very least be maintained, if not promoted and expanded.

So much for the customer is always right. What a load of shit. All they have to do is take the resolution limit off FFS. That would keep it going a lot longer.
