Yesterday i get this game and is a very bizarre and gore game, you can say is a different type of game...now i understand the "WTF?" expression made by Metal-O-Holic. I suppose a lot of people will not like this, hence the reviews.
I play like 1.5 hours and don't found any bugs.
If you can tolerate all those gore, nude and bizarre stuff is an insteresting and different game. Have is own Art style considering the above.
@mrorange55
You can low the Post Processing to remove all those effects if you don't like it.
About 3D, the game looks pretty nice!! A lot of details....i make 1 tweak to the universal fix to include some reflections and have to manually fix 2 shaders. I'm not home, but later i will upload a couple of screenshots.
playing in 3D...it's the closest you'll be to hell in life :)
Nice hehe. any chance your updated fix will be uploaded to Helixmod? I dont have this game. But will probably pick it up later during the year.
Thanks DHR!

Tried this game with universal fix and it's great 3d, but the the same game I really liked and don't know why so many negative reviews.

I will try to upload the fix today night....i tweak 1 regex to add a variant of reflections and fix manually 2 shaders. Also want to update the Universal Fix with those variant for reflections. Yesterday when i finish "Illusion A Tale of the Mind" i start to look another game and forgot to upload this fix...

Thank you DHR for fixing this one, but I've got a weird issue. The game works fine @ 1920 x 1080 - But when I change the resolution to my native @ 5860 x 1080 - 3D is broken - also, the res doesn't seem to stick after restart. If I restart the game, it will start @ 1920 x 1080, but if I go to the options the res SAYS it's @ 5860 x 1080 but it isn't - only toggling the res back and forth does it actually become the proper res. Now toggling the res is no big deal, I only mentioned it in case it's part of the issue with 3D. Which I doubt. But look forward to some input from anyone that might know what's what. Thanks!

Agony Unrated is coming out this Halloween
Dind`t play the original , but the Art-style seems interesting
Gonna give it a try i think in the evening
Is it smarter to use Universal fix, or the fix from Agony the original?

I am very very interested in this game, looks like a perfect experience for 3dvision even if the game itself is not that good.
i7-4790K CPU 4.8Ghz stable overclock.
16 GB RAM Corsair
EVGA 1080TI SLI
Samsung SSD 840Pro
ASUS Z97-WS
3D Surround ASUS Rog Swift PG278Q(R), 2x PG278Q (yes it works)
Obutto R3volution.
Windows 10 pro 64x (Windows 7 Dual boot)
Tried it yesterday evening.
Played for about a hour and found it quite interesting
Though it`s not like "scary" more just F** up settings
Fix seem to work perfectly, thank you again DHR!
I had a quick look at the Unrated version, and it seems like there are some nasty issues with volumetric lighting, though it is quite playable with DHR's fix (the specific fix & universal fix seemed roughly equivalent, though I did not compare them side by side).
It seems like this game uses some form of temporal anti-aliasing, which looks bad in 3D Vision (everything distorts in the wrong direction when moving) - that's an issue I know my other universal UE4 technique (the one I used on Senua's Sacrifice) solves, so I might revive my work on that at some point (don't wait for me for this game though).
As for the game itself, I found the traps (which I believe are a new addition to the unrated version) tended to result in some pretty cheap deaths (crawling under a spinning blade and some divet on the floor bumped my height up just enough to end me). Succubus mode seemed a lot more fun, though after playing for a few hours I don't think I will continue with the game.
