Current 3D requirements?

Witcher 3 .... was mostly at 60fps. Tough I did create a custom ini for settings (i believe the 5th game where did set advanced graphic options through ini. Some even tweaked up, few below. Oh, and the card is OCed with quite good results. Didn't play Batman. Of course - some poorly optimized games with locked frames or things like Prototype - I would never get 60 fps.
