Nvidia Fast Sync is a new technology introduced with the Pascal GPU.
I've no idea if this will work with Nvidia's stereoscopic drivers at anytime in the future, it was just recently introduced in the drivers and is available in the Nvidia Control Panel for Pascal GPUs.

In driver 368.39 it's the un-named v-sync option. In 368.51 hot driver, the name has been added.

I think its advertised for the people who are "competitive" gamers.
Competitive gamers for online tend to even always use lowest graphical settings to use 120 hz/144 hz displays. They even turn off VSYNC cause of the tiny bit of delay. So I guess this is the solution.

Hi, at the moment for me it was impossible to activate NV [i]Fast Sync[/i] method on these games: Quake 4, Doom 3 BFG and DOOM (2106). The [b]DOOM case[/b] it's quite strange because I have it enabled and working perfectly on The Witcher 3, Fallout 4, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Skyrim and GTA-V...
