So RE4 just got a new PC port released on Steam.
Does anyone have it? If so, how is it in 3D? This game could be great if it works well in 3D.
I got terrible fraps drops.Specially in open areas.
Win 7 64,GTX 660ti, I7-2700k,4gb ram, Asus VG28H, Optomna HD66, 3dtv Samsung 46F7500, 3D vision kit.
In case anyone's wondering, the 3D in this game looks great for the most part. I would rate it as "Excellent".
3D issues:
-water reflections are messed up
-HUD convergence is a bit too high
-character shadows are off only during cutscenes
I was also getting intermittent fps drops & slow motion issues. But when I turn 3D off, the game runs great. So I'm assuming that the game is just very graphically demanding (though many people on the Steam forum are experiencing this issue). I'm running this @ 1280x720, 2xAA.

I loved the GC version, the Wii version(right up until they thought it was a 'good' idea to make you aim the sniper rifle with nunchuk's analog stick) and I would have loved the PS2 version had they used Resident Evil: Dead Aim's GunCon2 controls(my absolute favorite light gun game).
