Could someone post up their geforce profile settings, I'd appreciate it? I am getting abysmal performance in this game using 359.00 but have big issues with other things with the latest driver. Performance is absolutely terrible. Not sure I am even hitting 30 fps in 3d at this point.

Be sure to have presentinterval=0 in fallout4.ini and in fallout4prefs.ini, both two To me was the point. (also i disable vert sync. in nvidia panel)... Makes a really big difference

is anyone having this ? some lights appear in one eye
Did you set "bComputeShaderDeferredTiledLighting=0" ? Actually, i must say it happens occasionally, some lights (just same in differents places) look ok but they dont have galos, and i dunno why the same lights have or have not galos in different places, mb it depends on current weather (rain, fog) i forgot, sometimes during the fog it is looking a bit weird as well

I tried it long time ago and it was just as horrible as vsync off. Im under the impression that adaptive turns off vsync as soon as the game drops from 60 and i rarely get stable 60fps in 3d gaming which result basically vsync being off most of the time.

I need to try again. Is there a chance that adaptive vsync turns on normal vsync when 3d vision is enabled in the drivers?

Some think this makes the game look crap, but after 5 minutes you can't remember the difference anyway - and you get visible pop-in even on higher LOD settings. I am using quite a few texture packs as well to make the wasteland less brown and boring, and this helps offset the low LOD. Regardless, I still get the same momentary loading stutters, even though I am running the game on an SSD now, but otherwise I am 60 FPS in interior and exterior locations.
Is there a chance that adaptive vsync turns on normal vsync when 3d vision is enabled in the drivers?
Nop - it doesn`t work like that. It suppose to fill the gap between Vsync on and off. You getting vsync "on" when you reach max frame rate for refresh rate and then going "off" when frame rate drops below. That is all to avoid stuttering in games. The fact is that when this option is on (instead of regular vsync on or off) you get that frame lag away from it. It just feel like the mouse movement is steady and doesn't make you feel like your head is about to crack in half. Doesn`t make your brain struggle because he`s trying to comprehend what eyes looking at.

I know others have mentioned this, but i'll say it again for completness, when setting iPresentinterval = 0 in Fallout4Prefs.ini (and Fallout4.ini as well, but it's not really necessary), you must make the file readonly else everytime you play the game it gets rest back to "1". I had read about threading issues and bugs in the game and the following link shows how to ensure that multi-threading really is running properly: http://gearnuke.com/fallout-4-heres-toggle-multithreading-pc-improve-performance/#. I have no idea if it works though, but I am going to try it tonight myself. I am running the latest drivers (359.06) and am not having issues as far as I know.

Yeah that's why I was asking for the 0.6 profile settings (unfortunately the suggested driver thread stopped getting updated), as it seemed to be working ok before. But I have to go back for some other reasons with the new driver playing up for me when I try and run some things in surround. I guess I could reinstall the 06 driver and export them myself but was hoping someone could just post them up for me as my PC is otherwise nice and stable at this point on .oo ;) thanks though I will check that out. (Already have the settings correct and red only)
