No 3D on my JVC 3D Projector
I'm running a GTX480 card via the mini HDMI output over a 1.4 mini to a large hdmi cable to a Onkyo TX-SR308 receiver and from there to a JVC DLA-X3 3D projector. If I run a 3D blu-ray and or 3D file using Power DVD then I can get a side by side picture which if I then select manually from the projector menu side by side format will play although not perfect as there is a slight edge to most things. The Power DVD is set to HDMI 1.4 enabled 3D TV (1080P 24hZ). The Nvidia control setup shows the receiver (TX-SR308) in the display list and is set at 1080P native. If I use the Nvidia stereoscopic player it won't work at all and comes up with - warning: attempt to run stereoscopic 3D in non-stereo display mode, please change to a acceptable mode. etc. As both my card, receiver and projector are all covered in the 3D compatable lisy and I bought and installed the 3d TV play I'm now a bit stuck to get it to work correctly given so far as I can see it should no problem at all. OS is windows 7 64bit.
Can anyone please suggest anything to try?
Thanks

Richard

I've seen that error when the ingame video options the resolution was set too high, - changed it back to the native projector res and it all worked.

Ok saga continues - would appreciate some help from a Nvidia guy please!

I have now however found I can play a side by side 3D mp4 local file using power dvd 11 ultra with drivers 270 (only - the newer 275 one doesn't work) and then when it appears on screen side by side in 2D I can then select the side by side option in the JVC 3D Projector menu and hey presto it works!!!!!!!!!!!
Shame I can't get a 3D bluray disk to play. Surely someone has had this issue before or can please give me some hints? To convert all my 3D blurays to side by side mp4s in order to play them seems more than a bit extream! This should I read on the Nvidia 3D site all work perfectly but it doesn't please help.
Thanks
