Page not found.[/quote]So you already read that they officially said it wasn't a bug, that it was by design and yet still give Drayth a hard time when all he was trying to do was help ... not my link but if you look at it there's a quotation mark at the end that's making it an invalid address.

I'm assuming you're addressing me ... Lol? Since when did I, or anyone for that matter, say it being disabled was a feature? Don't put words in our mouths and please stop acting like you are personally entitled to a single thing here. Bottom line is if it's disabled then there's probably a way to hack it, you care so much about it go find a way to reenable it. I have a few ideas but I honestly wouldn't waste my time because at this point I don't give a flying #$%^ and like Drayth already pointed out it's most likely for a reason, eg. it's a 2D effect, it's broken in 3D, it adversely affects something, etc.

Honestly PC gamers are given way too many graphics options, I'm glad Nvidia implemented the feature to disable AO when using 3D Vision. It just gives mod developers one fewer depth buffer to need to worry about, and frankly I'm just glad to have one fewer graphic option to fiddle with. I mean, have you guys seen GTAV? It's just like - ughh - no one even messes with those settings. If it doesn't run well at max settings its already an unoptimized turd anyway, so why even give the options?
I'm glad Nvidia looks out for their users by giving more good 3D performance by disabling AO.

Ill take MORE graphic options in my games. I can allways find one or two settings to turn off that have a major impact on performance and little on graphic quality that make the game playable and beautiful at the same time.
I tried for like 2 days to find a way to get AO in Skyrim along with 3D Vision and had no luck. The AO in Skyrim looked great and really complimented its existing graphics capability.
Maybe some ENB mod will do it, but if its 2D then it won't look right anyway.
