Title says pretty much all, since going 3D I feel I am not playing at my usual level. Anyone else feel the same way? And if so, does it go away and you regain your normal skill level after adapting?

Yes, there is some adjustment. But I got just as good (or bad) as I play in 2d eventually. Actually I got a bit better. I've found that it's easier to hide in bushes and grass simply because in 3d I know exactly where I am in the foliage and can see exactly how far my gun sticks out of a bush. I think it's rather an advantage that 3d users have over normal 2d gamers. Not only that but it's easier for the brain to calculate distance to throw a nade. My nade accuracy has increased ten fold after going 3d.
BC2 is one of my absolute favortes. It's not only a badass multiplayer shooter, but works flawlessly in 3d, and runs smoothly and is very immersive!

I couldn't agree more. In my opinion, BFBC 2 is the best looking and most impressive of the '3D Ready' titles. In a lot of ways, it looks as good as Crysis except better since it's made for 3D.
Like you say, I think there really is some adjustment with your reaction time (initially) when you start playing multiplayer in 3D. I think it's because your brain now has more to process since it has much more to take in and analyze, but once you get used to it, you start to see your kill/death ratio improve and back to the benchmark level that you were at on 2D gaming or if not better in some instances as you describe.

Well guys, Metro 2033 looks pretty damn impressive in 3D, but my best experience with 3D Vision has been with a game that nVidia doesn't even rate, and does NOT work flawlessly in 3D. However the flaws (sometimes text that should be in front is located behind) are minute. This game is, in my opinion, the very best game ever made, AND the most incredible experience with 3D Vision. That said with 28 years of gaming behind me... In my book, you haven't fully experienced 3D Vision until you have had a big field battle in Mount & Blade: Warband. Oh. My. God. Seriously guys.
And thanks for the info about the skill, I'll just keep hammering away! :)

I have not played that game but it is on my list. I've heard so many good things about that game in general.

ive tried to play mp on several games and it always ends up the same way.........me being a spung cushion and others racking up the stats. I still play 2d mp because i hate to die. There has been numerus post about this same subject and most agree that 3d mp= death lol. The fps hit you take makes all but the fastest rigs run worse than and average system with out 3d enabled. Each to their own i guess but with that said i love cod bo in 3d mp but not in ranked rooms because i die quickly and my stats go in the toilet
