I've already posted this in the helix and bethesda forums but thought I'd share here as well...
Shadows are now properly fixed in Skyrim 1.6! Just change bDeferredShadows=0 in your skyrimPrefs.ini to use the pre-1.5 shadow rending method:
bDeferredShadows=0
This will work for new worldspaces from mods which the helix fix does not cover. And last I checked helix's mod did miss a few vanilla areas. Off course that fix is still required for water (and sky, stars, moons, aurora).
Then you can remove these three files in ShaderOverride\PixelShaders\ from the helix fix:
0DD4E031.txt
54548D09.txt
F25ADF18.txt
@Arioch
Although ENB and helix fix can be run together that still seems to result in issues with one or the other. Are you certain for example that you have sunrays working at the same time as helix's water fix? I've done a lot of testing with ENB v0.113 with both the injector and wrapper versions and with one or the other acting as the proxy library and there was always an issue. It wasn't just sunrays either, sometimes there were more subtle issues with how distant land appeared with ENB enabled. Here's what I found:
Perhaps there is something different in your enbseries.ini that would cause the helix fix to not get overridden. Would be great to determine what it is if that turns out to be true.
Also it's not necessary to turn off MSI afterburner / Precision when running both helix and ENB, you need to leave the modified dll compatibility mode off and disable the overlay for TESV.exe, take a look at the steps in the post above.

Did anyone try this with Helix fix? It is a performance booster using a dx9.dll (like an ENB).

I have just installed it and I get a black screen, with or without helix fix. I'm using windows 7 64bits + Skyrim v1.6.87 patch.

This is GREAT news... as awesome as the helix shadow fix was, a speed hit is still a speed hit. Even if minor, in an Elder Scrolls game it all adds up as you pour on more mods and graphic updates. Niiiice.

Here's how to enable both an FXAA injector with Helix'es 3D Vision fix... Because of the above post, I'm going to go pretty step by step (In the end you should be seeing graphics that look just like the 2D mode, no alternate textures, etc). ...and keep in mind, I'm on like 3 hours of sleep...
Essentially you're just going to combine the two sets of files together. In the case of Realistic Colors and Nights, Id just recommend downloading the manual install version.
Unpack the files somewhere, pick which version you want to use (Legacy, Classic, Pure, etc).. move those to the main Skyrim directory (note the majority of the files go in the main directory where the Skyrim.exe is, not the data directory where the mods go).
Choose a new name for the d3d9.dll that's included with the FXAA injector. I changed mine to d3d9rcrn.dll for example.
Now unpack Helix'es mod to the same directory. He'll have a file in there called DX9Settings.ini
Open the file, and add a line somewhere under the [General] section that has the full file path to your renamed d3d9.dll
Sir, thank you. I did that. I thought the game was already perfect 3D + Realistic Lighting. But with this tip you gave the game is unbelievably perfect!
I gave up trying to ENB because they all left the black screen. I could only hear the sound. But with RCR not miss the ENB and had no loss of performance.
The mod is incompatible with Realistic Lighting. Tested with RL on and off, but I did not notice differences. So I leave off now.
Thanks again!

Yes, I love RCRN because they took so much care in maintaining the cold environment feel of Skyrim. Most of the others use too much saturation and give the place a spring time like look.. though some are pretty cool otherwise in what they do.

yeah, i tried a lot of stuff but the end result had always problems.
its a real shame. i was playing ENB skyirm before i got the 3d vision set. now when i play in 3d (with helix) i love the effect but without ENB the game looks like oblivion, just crappy graphics.
all those fxaa/lightning mods are nothing compared to a good ENB with DoF and SSAO.
as much as i love playing skyrim in 3d - without ENB working its only half the fun.

@Arioch
Here's what I found:
http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1381016-trying-to-get-3d-vision-helix-fix-working-with-enb/page__fromsearch__1

Mine looks like this...
ProxyLib=C:\valve\steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\d3d9rcrn.dll
And blam, you get both in one.

I using only Deadly Dragons now. But I love how they look like in diversified dragons.

I´ll give a try to SkyRe and Interesting NPCs.
