Pretty sure this happens even without the fix installed, as long as you are showing true-3D.
Would be worth experimenting with different profiles.[/quote]
No, it happens only with the 3D patch installed. You can easily fix the disappearing objects by uninstalling the fix (uninstall.bat) and relaunch the game in 3D. Then of course you get more effects with wrong depth, but all objects stay in place then, almost prefer playing it that way.
A good example is the beginning of the 5th mission (aftermath), where the big containers on the left are disappearing and will pop back depending on the viewing angle. Happens with/without SLI enabled.
Perhaps DHR can do something about that, maybe only some special shader corrections, which are causing the problems.

If I relaunch the game, it works normally. It's like the shaders don't always load properly. Usually an alt-tab will fix that sort of thing, but it doesn't on this game.
Fairly certain this is not caused by the fix, and doesn't happen every time. Although I'm not running latest drivers. All I can tell you is that it runs flawlessly on 320.49. No glitches, no missing boxes, no bad launches, SLI works. If the fix were broken, I wouldn't expect it to work there.
Since you are running a 690, why are you fighting it? Just run that known good driver.
I might be confused, as this thread has bifurcated. Are we talking WatchDogs problems or CoD?
Edit: to clarify, I only know that 320.49 is flawless on WatchDogs.

So I tried 320.49 driver as you suggested. Unfortunately the same problems like before. I even tried the newest driver 344.65 which at least gives me the best measured Sli performance of all drivers I tried. Will try other games with this driver tonight in 3D Vision, will possibly keep it.
But the culprit is clearly the 3d patch, because as soon the patch is uninstalled, the missing objects problems vanishes.
With this patch installed, even in 2D (3D off in Nvidia control panel) these problems are showing.

Sorry guys for the delay.....i was doing some test with the game and drivers.
The good news is i think i fix the damn issue, so please re-download the fix and try.....i test with different drivers and different stages in the game (when i saw the issue) and now is not happens once...so please test, i need some feeback.

The issue was one shader i dump, but i never touched (not a single line of code)....removing that shader solve the issue....first time i saw this in a game using 3dmigoto....very strange issue (@bo3b, i don't know is worth the time tracking this, but is important to register somewhere if happens in another game, to know what to do).

Thanks for taking another look at it. I was also having issues with things popping in and out, but this patch seems to completely fix that.
The only issue im having is with the shadows. When im outside i seem to have no issues at all. Its when im indoors they kind of get wonked. Im think im on mission 4 right now. The one that you land in the camp atlas setup, jump on the bikes in detroit and go inside that building. Everything is fine until i go inside that building. But once im out into the street again everything looks perfect.
Im using the newest drivers, the one they released for unity. I also turned the shader cache off in the nvidia control panel and the two in game.

For me the shadows in this building are fine. On 337.88 drivers. Ingame options texture options on 'high'. Dynamic light limit on '8'.
Only smaller problems I have is that I cannot save convergence settings with strg+F7. Switches always back to default.
Edit: Solved by uninstalling Nvidia drivers (DDU) and reinstalling drivers.
Some light reflections (e.g. from flashlights, light beamers) have wrong depth, not a big issue.
Edit: tested with textures on 'Extra' also fine.

I have the same issue when i start playing, but disable "Shader Cache" in Nvidia Control Panel fix the issue for me. It's like shadows are not engaging in 3D for some reason....maybe some driver issue.
For testing:
1) It's possible to try using Shadows = Normal.
2) Remove the COD profile with Nvidia control panel....maybe using another profile (example COD Ghost)

So i think i figured out my issue, but i havent figured out how to resolve it yet. I just realized none of my settings are saving in the nvidia control panel.
The only thing that seems to be saving is the DSR setting. But my Vsync, shader cache and power management settings keep reverting back.
So im going to assume thats my issue. Now i just need to figure what is going on, since this is something new ive never had a problem with.

Okay i fix the settings not saving issue. @chitiblue if your screens look like mine did that might be your issue too. I have to use driver sweeper and completely remove the nvidia folder in safe mode. Then install the lastest driver from nvidias site and just it as admin. Now my nvidia control panel is working. I guess its a bug that can happen, since i came across a 10 page thread about people with the same issue.
Now thats resolved my game seems to be running fine. I went though the same level i took those screen shots in and none of those issues were there. You might want to consider updating the helix site DHR just to be safe on the shadow setting. If i set my "Shadow Map Resolution" to high or extra the shadows are bugged. Normal seems to be working great. You might want to put that setting in the description too just to be safe. I see someone else seems to be having the same issue on there in the comments. So they might want to give that a try.
Thanks for the 3d fix and the help DHR. If you didnt respond to my comment i probably would have never figured out my issue.

Good news!!.... great that now is working :)
Installing any nvidia drivers is a challenge....i recommend not use the GeForce Experience s**t or automatic update....always something wrong happens. Since i recall i always use driver sweeper (now Display Driver Uninstaller) to update (and always check custom install).
