I have applied this fix several times over the past several months, the hud problem just happens seemingly random after a while. Even when not updating drivers.

Do you have GFE installed?
If you do:
- Either uninstall it
or
- Be sure to disable Automatic Download recommended settings or stuff like that. Otherwise it will overwrite the profiles.

Does 1.22 break the 3D fix again? followed all the instructions, but it looks pretty bad with CM off and when restoring a save I get a white screen. I am using a more recent NVDIA driver version (362.72) though.

Looks normal for me. I am on NG+ so I have no idea how it look in new areas but it really shouldn`t matter. Game looks normal at the very beginning - shadows, lighting, environment all good.
HUD disappear for me without reason but I think this is related to one of the mods I`m using.
I`m using 365.10 and I`m on Win10. Sometimes when switching modes you have to wait a little bit for shaders to set themselves down. I had that a few times.

Fix works perfectly fine witn version 1.22 in all locations.
Nothing changed in this patch related to the renderer.
@shappy1010: It sounds like your game is corrupted.

I tried with other old saves (previous version of w3, not latest) and sometimes it appears to hold on, with others it crashes as fast as the kaer morhen one. Anyway, I just can't look through that window. Tried also to lower te settings to minimum, nothing changed

There is open area outside that window/balcony and that might be related to your PC not being able to handle this. What is your spec ?
Try to play it without fix or with 3D switched off in Nvidia CtrlPanel. Go past that area and then restart game in 3D.

White Orchard works apparently flawlessly, even on the highest settings (low fps of course on my rig with those settings, but still it was stable). Tried to start a new game and still, that window causes CTD. If I go downstairs without looking towards it, it's ok, but then it crashes during the video with Vesemir. Also, it happened even in 2d (with the fix installed), all god in 2d without the fix installed, so it seems to be somehow related to the fix I suppose. Am I the first to report this kind of ctd?

Did that crash happen with 3D switched off in Control Panel and without fix in game folder ?
