Wolfenstein: The Old Blood - 3D Vision

I have tried to install this wrapper and the specific [i]Old Blood[/i] fix. I have no idea if I did it correctly. Does the wrapper go into the game's root directory? Unfortunately, the result is only that I now see only a split screen rendering of the game (a left and right eye view rendered side-by-side). What have not done correctly? I am desperate to enjoy this game in 3D!

Are you using Windows 10 ? Start the game with Administrative privileges. It should solve the issue.

I am [b]not[/b] running Windows 10. I'm running Windows 7. I have the WolfOldBlood_x64.exe set to run every time as Administrator. I just ran it again now manually as Administrator. No change.

I think the 3DVisionWrapper.ini isn't being "read". I notice that the ini file is supposed to disable the splash screen but I see it every time the game loads -- just doubled. One for the left eye and one for the right.

The wrapper and all the files needs to go next to the exe file. I don't remember if is the root folder of the game or there is another folder inside where the exe lives. It is strange though.... Are you using a localized version of Windows by any chance?

I still have to play this game before "the new colossus" is released later this month! Trying to play the game with my XBox One gamepad I am somehow struggling with the convergence settings for aiming. As always in FPS-type games I would like to have rather high convergence settings while walking around and extremely toned down convergence settings while aiming/shooting. There is a section in the ini-file where you can dedicate a key or a button (gamepad) for aiming convergence but there aren't any values given for the gamepad's triggers (maybe due to the triggers being analog which means they cover whole value-ranges). Also I don't get why the default key for aiming convergence ("F") is set to "toggle" instead of "press and hold". press and hold would make more sense. For some reason this fix works almost perfectly for me, where new order gave me problems. A few places have some bouncy textures - there was a projector image on a wall that really stood out but other than that, it's great. One thing I can't seem to change is the depth and convergence in the cut-scenes though.

yes, playing with mouse and keyboard lohan - but even with a mouse it would make more sense to hold the zoom than on and off.

Totally right Helifax! Everything you mentioned above works without issues. I even had no problem to switch between Toggle and Hold. Unfortunately my only problem is indeed to get the lower convergence setting assigned to the analog LT-button on the controller...... I even tried the good old XPadder but somehow it didn't work anymore (had no problems when using it years back)!

You Mean the Left Trigger on the XBOX right?
Yeah, I didn't manage to add support for any of the analogue controls yet:) Is not hard, is just I need to find the time to do it.

What I do recommend is to, use a different Key (Keyboard key) and an external tool to map that one to the Xbox. I haven't used Xpadder in ages so I can't comment if it still works.
