I don't have the 3D Vision emitter that's why I can't make it work. Sorry for the trouble I'll be waiting for the november relase of the software.
P.S. One more thing, Will it be downloadable from http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dtv-play-buy.html? Because I live in Venezuela and getting the retail version here is a real pain
Thanks
It will available for sale from our NVIDIA.com store.

Ok, it's now Late December...my 3D glasses are here now...and still no 3DTV Play...update?
Looks like I'll be buying either iZ3D or TriDef if I hit the end of the two trials and there's still no official nVidia app...
I'm getting a Sony KDL-40HX800 today, and I wanna test 3DTV Play as soon as possible.
First things - for all of you that do not have a 3D Vision, I apologize in advance that we cannot provide this Beta for you to try 3DTV Play. It is not our intention to require you to buy 3D Vision to test 3DTV Play, its just that due to software schedules, 3D Vision customers can try it first. Rest assured that we will have a Trial period for 3DTV Play, so we will allow you to try it before you buy it.
I don't have 3D Vision Kit, so I can't test the 3DTV Play right?
I don't own a display that support 3D Vision.
But if I buy the 3D Vision Kit, can I start testing?

I currently have a Dell Precision M6500. It has an FX 3800M. I also just bought a beautifull Panasonic TC-P54VT25. Will/does 3DTV Play work with my setup? It would be a shame if top of the line laptop doesn't work with a top of the line 3DTV. Should I have held off on the purchase of this generation 3DTV? Yes, I run Open GL apps on my laptop and I would like to run these on my new TV?? Will this be possible somehow?????
It may not be too late for me to return this tv, which would break my heart, but I need to know.

When I go to samsung's website they don't even list this tv. They do list a un40c7000wf, which is what i have. However, the compatibility program Nvidia has says this tv is not compatible. What's the true story here? Also the program says the Geforce 9800gt WILL work ,and it isn't listed on the requirements you posted. What gives?
Hi
I think the model for the Samsung is a typo.
Regarding 9800 GT, it is not supported. What program are you referring to? Are you referring to the 3D Vision system scan? That checks for 3D Vision support, not 3D TV support. The 9800 GT does not support HDMI 1.4 timings.

The monitor requirements you show have a samsung un40c700wf listed as being compatible. Hi
The 9800 GT does not support HDMI 1.4 timings. If I use a dvi to hdmi1.4 adapter and connect with a hdmi1.4 to 3dtv, would it work on 3dtv play? thx
