I figured it's high time that we make a list of games that DO NOT work - so people don't buy the glasses thinking they could play their old favorites.
Any unreal engine 1 game - unreal tournament, unreal, deus ex, wheel of time, undying, etc. The glasses turn on, but no separation.
System shock 2 - no separation.
Any non-profile d3d applications - examples include every n64 and every graphics plugin combination I can think of. Doom 1/2 sourceports into direct3d don't work - doomsday and risen3d tested.
Cryostasis won't work for me in dx10, but that's probably because of my CRT. I have to screw around with refresh rates like crazy because of Vista. Thanks for not supporting XP, nvidia!
Aside from every opengl game ever, those are the only games I've 100 percent tested not to work.

This is a great idea for a topic but it's important when you guys put this data together to say what card/driver/OS you tried the game under. This is what's wrong with nvidia's list. It has no details about the systems the games worked under. Unreal engined games - Unreal 1,2, Thief 3 (Deadly Shadows) , Klingon Honor Guard - all work for me with the old 3d system as well as Wheel of Time, System Shock 2, Paper Mario using Project64, jHeretic, jDoom, etc. Anyway, don't make the same mistake nvidia did. If they had included more details in their gamelist, it would still be somewhat usefull now.
I'll post more details on those games if you want. I took notes so that I could share them since I saw nvidia wasn't keeping a good database. You may want to put together/scavenge an old system. Heck I'll bet many people have old systems just sitting in a closet or storage room.
Anyway, I'll add some of my no-3d games to this list sometime.
Oh yeah, I think you guys should borrow some of my terms when describing 3d. These are some of the terms I've made up to use in my notes to describe things:
mono: glasses turn on but screen only shows one eye's view. Usually it's the left-eye, you can tell by increasing convergence. If you increase convergence and the view shifts right, then it's the left-eye-view.
dual-mono: glasses turn on and each eye sees it's own view but the two views are identical so that there's no depth perception other than a flat view at some adjustable perceived distance.
flicker: irregular shuttering

I really really hope that is no permanent status, cause the game is not as old as the normal "won't work" games.
