Just got my 480's today only have 1 in the system atm because I am waiting on my new PSU before I run both cards...
This never happened with my GTX295 but no I am getting a good seconds worth of repeated flickers in what seems to be the right lens of my glasses...
After a little testing I cant come up with solid evidence as to whats happening but just then I was playing Metro 2033 everything max except AA and ah I forgot what ever that other one is and when I looked at certain lights in the game the glasses would flicker?
Could this be my screen?
I have the latest drivers from nVidia and followed the directions as normal...
The only thing different from when I was playing with the GTX295 is that I am running MSI Afterburner with a custom fan profile... I will go test again with that not running but any ideas we be gladly trialed :)

It is the Afterburner making the glasses flicker. Play around with the setting in MSI and change the monitoring update time (default is 900ms). Can't remember exactly what it's called but it's the setting that changes how long in milliseconds the graphs update themselves.

Well not one flicker with MSI Afterburner no running
So I gather this is a known issues?
Is there a setting that will help it work ok... its just I am running 480 sli on air atm till my WC parts arrive and really wanna watch my temps and have that custom fan profile loaded...
anyone know a fix or best setting to stop MSI Afterburner causing flickering in glasses?
I always have Afterburner running for the same reasons and I have set the monitoring refresh rate to 2140milliseconds.
I can 1 flicker every 22 seconds or so and just pit up with it.
