3d rig build... 3d HTPC
Budget = $400(would like to stay under if possible)

My goal is to watch espn 3d with my viewsonic projector 6531w. It needs frame sequential 3d format but directv only outputs side by side 3d format. In order to convert the signal I will need a Avertv HD DVR Capture card with hdmi input($90) and output that via videocard and stereoscopic player software.

I would also like to play 3d blu ray movies through cyberlinks powerdvd and occasionally I would like to play a game or 2 in 3d(probably racing games). But mainly 75% espn 3d and 20% 3d movies.

I'm told I need an amd dual processor at least 2.4ghz. According to cyberlinks site I will need a geforce 9 series/100/200 video card(would like to stay under$150). Other than that I have no idea. I do however have a case and 400w powersupply.

What minimum $ mobo/cpu/ram/videocard can I use to get this to work?
