Notebook not showing "Stereoscopic 3D" option in the NVIDIA Control Panel with R275.33

I got the same problem here, the 275.50 beta driver clean installation (after upgrading from 275.33) did not make the 3d stereoscopic option appear in the nvidia control panel. /crying.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':'(' /> Your assistance on this matter is highly appreciated.

I had the same problem with R275.33, tried to install twice 275.50 beta version, and twice my computer crashed. Each time, I had to use windows system restore to get my computer work again.
I have the following:
Dell XPS17
Windows 7 - 64 bits
Nvidia 550M
What to do now to get the stereoscopic 3d option displayed in the nvidia panel?

i spoke to toshiba tech support and i outlined the problem as it is stated here. the tech told me to download the drivers from the american site because they would be more current. he specifically asked me to download the nvidia drivers for a different series of notebook, with a different gpu. i seemed to know more about the problem then he did, but i thought i would go along with it anyway. it did not work of course, and by this point i had already tried using drivers
275.33 to 275.50 beta; and had pretty much run out of ideas - short of using notepad c++ to rewrite the drivers, which i know little about - and even if i did know more i would probably still want someone else to do it for me.
so nvidia, my problem is:
no stereoscopic 3d tab unless using oem's drivers, in this case they are 267.44.
this means they are not current enough for html5 support
subsequently i have no access to 3d content, which impresses me not at all.

A bug has been reported by a few users on this forum with the current NVIDIA WHQL R275.33 Verde display driver which affects a few 3D Vision notebooks. The bug shows up when a user upgrades the display driver from an OEM provided driver to the NVIDIA R275.33 display driver. In certain cases, the NVIDIA installer may not properly remove the prior 3D Vision components and as a result, the "Stereoscopic 3D" panel in the NVIDIA Control Panel will not appear because the driver branches mismatch. A beta driver is available from NVIDIA which includes a fix for this issue. If you are using a notebook which supports NVIDIA's 3D Vision technology and are missing the Stereoscopic 3D panel, please download the latest beta notebook display drivers from the URL below:
Please Note: If you are still missing the NVIDIA Stereoscopic 3D panel after updating your notebook display drivers from an OEM driver to the latest beta R275.50 driver, please provide us with the following:
1) Notebook make and model
2) Operating system
3) NVIDIA GPU
Thank you.

Hi,
I have the same issue. Installed the drivers mentioned above, as a Clean Install, and still have no 3D Vision on my laptop.
Laptop:
1) Toshiba Qosmio F60-10Z
2) Windows 7 64bits Home Premium
3) Nvidia GeForce GT 330M
With the 275.50 the Nvidia Control Panel doesn't Work. When I open it, it shows "Not Responding" on TOP.
I've tried also the latest drivers from NVIDIA, and still no 3D.
I Would like to have, at least the capability to play the games with 3D Anaglyph. Even that is not working.

My Setup:

- LCD 60 HZ - 30HZ per eye so technically it should work at least for 3D-ready videos
- My USB NVIDIA Stereo Controller is in Green status and I can see its ICON under my "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers"
Thank you for your professional support . Your help will be very important to me after the time and money I have invested in my NVIDIA 3D Solution.
