Glasses turn on automaticly when you start game or application that supports 3D Vision. You can turn it on permanently using some manupulations but u have no any reason to do that

What Monitor and GPU do you have? Which driver are you using? What OS are you using? What type of connection from the GPU to the monitor? Which game are you trying to play?

Here's Nvidia's official list, some monitors listed are no longer in production. Also some 3D vision monitors currently in production are not listed on there. This Acer is typically the cheapest http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009642 Asus has one for just a little bit more with an adjustable stand. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236313&cm_re=monitor-_-24-236-313-_-Product

The problem is not monitor, 3d it's working in my monitor, I can see the difference between 2D and 3D. IR is working but the problem is glasses, they can't be turned on.

In the setup 3D control panel, is there a green Nvidia 3D vision logo? If there is..then go to where it says 3D Vision Discover. Then in the drop down menu, set it to 120Hz LCD. Discover = red/blue anaglyph mode, it uses red/blue lensed glasses. BTW, go here for game fixes. http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/10/game-list-automatically-updated.html Make sure you enable the hot keys http://3dvision-blog.com/111-changing-the-convergence-level-in-3d-vision/

It might be that your USB port isn't working properly to recharge the glasses, try a different one. Mine blink orange while charging, next to where the cable connects. From the FAQ You must fully charge your 3D Vision™ glasses for at least three hours before using them for the first time. You can check the battery level of your glasses by pressing the ON button on the left temple. •If the light next to the button is green, you have up to 40 hours of battery life remaining. Actual battery life is dependent on the recharge time. •If the light is red, you have less than two hours remaining and it is recommended that you recharge your glasses. •If the light does not turn on, the battery is drained and the glasses must be recharged. •If you are charging 3D Vision glasses by connecting them to your PC using a USB cable, make sure your PC does not go into power save mode. When your PC goes into power save mode, 3D Vision glasses are no longer charging. To fix this, disable any power saving options on your PC under the Windows Control Panel. Alternatively, you can use a USB wall charging device to charge the glasses directly from your wall power outlet without connecting to the PC. You can use your glasses while they are charging. Have a look at this http://3dvision-blog.com/tag/3d-vision-battery/ Those are version 1 glasses, so they may have been on a shelf for awhile. Version 2 have larger lenses, longer battery charge. Some prefer V1
