omg... i just tried GTAV and it was a complete mess ! Something happened to the driver (397.64). I'm sorry, i forgot about our simple rule: "if something goes wrong - try DDU". Sorry for bothering, friend.

One of the last patches (I didn't play ESO for some weeks...) has changed the shader for glossy ground (snow, mud, etc.). So my workaround to reduce this broken effect didn't work any more. I have changed the shader so that the hotkey to reduce the gloss (by default "z") works again. If You have have already installed a previous version of my fix just extract this zip https://s3.amazonaws.com/3d4dd/ESO+new+ground+shader.zip into the folder ...\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\ShaderFixes. The shader is now also part of the complete fix (https://s3.amazonaws.com/3d4dd/TESO_3dMigoto_DX11_v4.zip).

Hi ddr0390
I just installed your fix for TESO - "TESO_3dMigoto_DX11_v4"
Everything is working fine but I have a request. I prefer to have the UI render at screen depth not in 3d space.
The cursor is rendering at screen depth already with this fix. Would you please help me so that I can have the UI render at screen depth too?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Unfortunately my gaming PC crashed yesterday with a bluescreen and now the HDD isn't recognized any more. So I can't test it by myself, but this should work:
Edit the file d3dx.ini and change:
[Constants]
; UI depth
z = 0.2
to
[Constants]
; UI depth
z = 0
and
; Disable crosshair filtering - Useful in some menus.
[Key4]
Key = q
z = 0.2
w = 1.0
type = toggle
to
; Disable crosshair filtering - Useful in some menus.
[Key4]
Key = q
z = 0
w = 1.0
type = toggle
Hope it works...

Hi ddr0393
That did the trick, your instructions were clear and accurate. Now all sky elements are rendering at the correct depth and I have the UI and cursor rendering at screen depth just the way I prefer.
Thanks for responding to my post so quickly, and thanks for continuing to support the TESO 3d Fix. It is because of your time and hard work that we get to enjoy playing the game with amazing 3d.

With update 20 (Murkmire) again a lot of shaders has changed. So many earlier fixes got broken: water (environment reflections, sun/moon reflections, caustics), skybox and moon, magic ground effects (decals). Also my workaround to reduce the broken gloss effect of shiny surfaces didn't work any more and it even introduced additional problematic effects. Besides from that there had been new coding issues with 3Dmigoto which could be solved thanks to DarkStarSword.
Finally I can offer an addendum to my earlier fix (see https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/627896/3d-vision/elder-scrolls-online-3d-vision-compatibility/post/5356517/#5356517, download https://s3.amazonaws.com/3d4dd/TESO_3dMigoto_DX11_v4.zip). This addendum addresses most of the new issues caused by update 20. As before some issues like the gloss/glow effects are not really solved but reduced (hotkey "z") and some water surfaces may still be a little off when looked at certain directions. As I'm not ESO Plus member any more there might be some issues I didn't fix as I can't get to the areas any more (like the skybox of Clockwork City).
Installation: download this zip archive https://s3.amazonaws.com/3d4dd/TESO_3dMigoto_DX11_v4_addendum.zip and extract its content into the Shaderfixes folder additionally to the already existing files.
This might be my last update of the 3D fix for ESO. I'm playing ESO like a single player RPG and don't plan to participate in endgame content. Meanwhile I have completed all faction stories and areas and only Summerset and Murkmire are missing. I plan to complete this content as soon as possible as long as 3D vision works - before the next update breaks 3D again. If I have "finished" ESO I won't continue fixing the game (again and again) but of course will help if someone wants to take over. And maybe there will be new solo content that tempts me to return to ESO ;)
BTW: if You log into ESO every day in November You get Murkmire for free.

Thanks to a free ESOPlus offer from 11/15-11/21 I could update my addendum (see above, https://s3.amazonaws.com/3d4dd/TESO_3dMigoto_DX11_v4_addendum.zip) with some more shaders that fix issues in Clockwork City and Hew's Bane. The addendum now also includes a shader that disables the light glow of wayshrines, torches etc. which was always broken in a way that it clipped through walls etc.. If You want to keep the glow remove the file 16cfe28db0377018-ps_replace.txt from ShaderFixes.

Just wanted to ask if the fix is still working and if there's anything broken with it? Looking into getting into this game and would love 3D. According to the research I've done, you don't need plus to play anymore. Does that mean you'll be able to keep up with fixes? Thanks!

Sorry for my very late answer - an evidence that I didn't play ESO for a long time.
I have checked ESO after the Elsweyr patch and was surprised to see that the fix still seems to work. But it was just a glimpse so I can't promise that all aspects of the fix still work and especially that there are no issues on the new Elsweyr map. I will wait some weeks (months?) until I have more time to play ESO again and the DLC is reasonably priced...

Now that You can get the DLC for half price and I just couldn't wait any longer I returned to ESO. I have played some hours in Elsweyr and I'm happy to tell that the fix still works fine (that means with the usual minor issues we had before). Would be great if Zenimax regards their game engine finally as completed and doesn't change it with almost every new patch (breaking the fix again)...
