Thanks again to everyone. This is the way it was meant to be played, at least until VR comes out anyway!
Will these 3D fixes in games work with VR?
Does VR use the same 3D standards and principles as 3D vision / 3DTV Play?

Played like a dozen hours so far and have only found a single broken shader, posting here as requested. It's really minor. On the Walker Assault map with the stream of lava running down the middle, during the middle of the three sets of objectives, inside at one of the objectives, the shadow of the vent coming through the floor appears to be incorrect. Screens below. Otherwise has been completely flawless fix! :)

I'll shoot you a PM with my game info. Sorry forgot to mention everything is on Ultra. When you're facing in the direction of up the hill, it's the left of the two objectives.

Looks like I am the only one having black screen crashes in this game? Sometimes I can load in fine, somtimes not.
I'm not having issues in any other game and contrary to my sig am now using the .91 driver.
I guess I disable surround and see if its still an issue next.

I tried uninstalling the fix to play in 2D but when I'm in the hangar on the snow level all the gfx are messed up.
It looks all negative with no colour or lighting.
Any advice on how to fix this without a reinstall?
Also check this star wars mod out. It looks amazing.

Don't know what to say... I know from the past you had massive issues with the frostbyte 3 engine:(
Have no clue what is happening there...

Interesting mod! Looking really nice;)
I disable the mod and I don't have any issue... (uninstall.bat)
I think you also need to delete user.cfg that disables the precompute lighthing calculations.;) Maybe this one is screwing the things up?
I thought that is what it was supposed to look like hahaha:))
Mod looks nice, however with no public release... the guys is just bragging about how awesome he is;)) He still needs to demonstrate it and then I believe him ^_^ :))

So I found if I just use the stadard profile and add the flag only that resolves the SLI flickering, the game almost stays stable.
I can play a few matches but it will eventually crash after about an hour, and always the moment I die on a new map. So, it's kind of wierd. (have to restart PC)
Otherwise its a great fix. is kinda breathtaking in surround at max detai. The only problem is often on map transition I get that same issue that DA:I had where some elements fail to stereoize correctly.
Did anyone ever find a solution for this? (generally the guns and power up drops like the probe droid.)

I'm experiencing the exact same issues you describe, the broken gun shaders usually happen after a completed round goes on to the next map (it doesn't break if I go back to the main menu between rounds and join a different game lobby though so that's what I've been doing to avoid that) and then after 2-3 rounds the hard lockups start usually right after the camera switches view upon a death. Usually it's just a total black screen freeze requiring a restart but sometimes I can see this direct x error message and recover: Directx function "hr1" has failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED

Not sure if those are separate crashing issues but just wanted to report I was experiencing the same bugs, almost like a memory leak where it gets less stable over time until it crashes.

Yupp,
For me this only happens in Surround though.. I also noticed a "weird bug" when running in Surround.
- Starting the game 2D I have 60fps
- Switching 3D I get 15 fps.
- Switching off 3D I get 30 fps and stays at 30 fps until I reboot the game...
Very weird... On Windows 7 it doesn't have this weirdness...(I get 60 fps in 2D and 40-60 fps in 3D...again capped by User.cfg file)
Regarding the crash:
- The way I was able to "workaround" it, is to:
a) Match is ended
b) Disable 3D (CTRL+T)
c) Wait until next match start and I AM IN THE GAME
d) Enable 3D (CTRL+T)
Now, I can't guarantee this will work for every 3D Surround user, but is what has worked for me so far:)
Again, in Single Monitor/SLI have no issue what so ever... this only happens to me in 3D Surround (Windows 10 only also...go figure... same "hr1" error as above!).

CAN YOU PLEASE STOP SPAMMING WITH your pictures and Tridef ?
YES I WANT TO EXPERIENCE A STEREO GUN AND A STEREO WORLD! IF YOU CAN'T THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM:)
Tridef is a piece of crappy software IMO. You like it? I am really glad! You use it!
Now, We don't care about half botched stereo that Tridef is using... and we never will!
So...
GO AWAY!

(generally the guns and power up drops like the probe droid.)
i7-4790K CPU 4.8Ghz stable overclock.
16 GB RAM Corsair
EVGA 1080TI SLI
Samsung SSD 840Pro
ASUS Z97-WS
3D Surround ASUS Rog Swift PG278Q(R), 2x PG278Q (yes it works)
Obutto R3volution.
Windows 10 pro 64x (Windows 7 Dual boot)
Core System Specs: CPU: i7 3960k @ 4.5, Rampage IV Extreme MB, PSU: Ultra X4 1200w, GPU: 2x GTX 980ti sli, 2x OCZ Vertex 3 240 SSD in raid 0 system drive, 2tb WD green storage, 16gb Ram, Win 7 64 & Win 10 dual boot. 3X Planar SA2311w monitors. 3x Acer 5360 projectors + immersive display pro blending, DK2
Again, in Single Monitor/SLI have no issue what so ever... this only happens to me in 3D Surround (Windows 10 only also...go figure... same "hr1" error as above!).

you fix is great!
but this is other game screenshot i need you to have a look
this 2 image is screenshot from metro2033 with tridef 3d,high convergence in scene and gungone in 2d
i think this is the best experience in stereo fps game (normal view, not aimming view)
all fix are great in this forums
,but all you fps convergencelike this screenshot
play whole game just to experience a stereo gun?
CAN YOU PLEASE STOP SPAMMING WITH your pictures and Tridef ?
YES I WANT TO EXPERIENCE A STEREO GUN AND A STEREO WORLD! IF YOU CAN'T THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM:)
Tridef is a piece of crappy software IMO. You like it? I am really glad! You use it!
Now, We don't care about half botched stereo that Tridef is using... and we never will!
So...
GO AWAY!
