Hmmm, I just checked (because I also had my eye on this game and thought it might make a good candidate to be fixed) and I see it's an OpenGL based game, so if I'm not mistaken Nvidia driver wouldn't create or pick up any profile for that.

4everAwake thanks for the link. It works perfectly. If only i could just get this annoying tearing fixed. I don´t understand why this game tears, no matter 2d or 3d. i have tried forcing Vsynch on from the control panel but it does not make effect and the game does not have a setting for that.

Did you assign the game to 3D_HubPlayer and set v-sync as neovad instructed? Use Nvidia Inspector to assign the game's EXE (syndrome.exe) to the profile "3D-Hub Player". (For instructions on how to assign profiles, see this guide) Override "Vertical Sync" to "Force on" via Nvidia Inspector or via Nvidia control panel in "3D-Hub Player" profile http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2017/05/syndrome-dx11.html
