I'm a little confused about all what i'm reading right now on all the sites out there.
I'm trying to develop my own 3d stereoscopic mini engine.
Since i'm used to DX and not to OpenGL i want to use DX.
But i didn't find anything. Isn't it possible to do it in DX?
To make it clear, i don't want to code a simple 3D programm and control the stereo part by the driver, i wanna do all the stereo stuff by myself.
I have all relevant Generations of Geforces at my Disposal 66xx-88xx even some quadros.
I realy like the Idea of making drivers of ones own, because Nvidia is very lazy with them...
Mybe the people here know something... at least they are aiming at the same target. Maybe you should work together?
Yep, got it running..
Well, i can't use the cool things of the Quadro like the two DACs, but at least it works..
btw. it works now with every Card with two monitor outlets ;)
As a matter of fact it is really simple to do, you have just to watch every paramter in the device creation.. if some little thing is wrong your PC will freeze to hell :D
The biggest problem is: there is no example code out there.
As soon as i get really good resluts i will Post somwhere a complete DirectX Stereoscopic tutorial.. i think it's worth it.

Hmm, please do. At work we have created a 3D ship simulator, but a Stereo view would be really cool. I already ordered a set a shutter glasses, but now I need to figure out how to adjust my sources.....
