So, this is the third time this has happened to me now.
On certain games the screen is entirely broken while being played in 3D, it flickers between both the left and right image for both eyes while also having half of the screen stretched vertically overlaid on top of the flickering image.
This happens on both of my 3D displays, it does not seem to occur when in windowed mode 3d or in anaglyph mode on a 2d screen though.
Would anyone have any idea what is causing this?

You have FXAA enabled in your Nvidia control panel. Just disable FXAA. This bug happens with 300+ drivers in 3D with FXAA on. It has been reported already.
