I'm using 3D Vision on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and a GTX 580, my monitor is the Asus VG236H.
Gfx driver is 266.58, 3D Vision is also 266.58. 3D Vision seems to work great but for this strange occurance:
(Btw, I wonder who have given the 3D ratings in the list in the driver, some of them are pretty much off like being called exellent while being well, less than that.)
According to the 3D Vision driver, Dungeon Siege and Dungeon Siege: Legends of Aranna should work with 3D.
I also have Dungeon Siege II installed which is not listed in the 3D Vision driver.
Strange thing is that:
When I start DS or DS:LoA, 3D Vision is not triggered automatically and also I am unable to start it manually either using the button on the receiver/sender or by pressing CTRL+T
Win7 does throw an error about the game having compatibility problems but I have not had any problems yet (except related to 3D Vision).
When I start Dungeon Siege 2 I get a green 3D Vision message saying the game has not been rated for 3D Vision. Well, 3D Vision works great with only problem being a transparent square around the cursor. With 3D Vision turned down to 5 notches or so this transparent square doesn't bother as it's very difficult to see, the higher the setting the easier to see the square is. Game still looks great in 3D.
So, my question is: Why does the driver list rate DS and DS:LoA while DS 2 is not rated, when DS and DS:LoA does not work in 3D but DS2 does?

Thanks for answering the question related to Dungeon Siege 2. :)
Any plans on adding DS 2 to the rating list? As noted the only problem is the transparent square around the cursor which is easy to ignore on the low 3D setting.
Can you tell me why 3D Vision will not start for Dungeon Siege (rated Satisfactory (or Fair, I'm translating from Danish) and Dungeon Siege: Legend of Aranna (rated Good)?
Edit:
I just checked the 3D Vision Game Support link in your post. How come DS and DS: LoA is rated in the list in the driver while they are not on the list in your link? http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-3d-games.html That's a bit confusing, which list are 3D Vision users supposed to trust? The natural would be the list in the driver as that's where people will look... That's confusing.

Have you found out why DS and DS:LoA are rated in the driver but not in the website link?
Also, why is it impossible to run those two games in 3D? As I wrote in a former post it's not even possible to enable 3D manually, neither CTRL+T or pressing the button on the IR receiver/emitter works.
