evga geforce gts 250 1gb-which is running on PCI express 16 not 2.0. Is it worth getting a new mobo for 2.0 and SLI?
4 gb of ram (3.2 on 32bit)- probably go up to 8gb once windows 7 officially launches
intel quad 2 core q6600 (dont have it yet)
I am currently waiting/hoping for a new 120hz monitor which has HDMI and DVI b/c I want to use my 360 on it as well. I think LG said they were developing one.
How well would this PC be able to run WOW in 3d vision FPS wise?

You should be fine with that setup.
