I have an ASUS G73SW with a builtin emitter on Windows 7 Ultimate. I have 280.26 drivers cleanly installed. I can setup successfully and watch a 3D wmv using NVIDIA Vision 3D Video Player (when the emitter comes on).
But if I watch the same wmv with WMP or watch Youtube 3D webm videos with Mozilla Firefox 6 I get a dual screen with no emitter on. The Youtube site confirms that I can watch 3D vision videos using HTML5 (I am on the trial).
I have tried settings for when the display is in 3D mode - having it on always, when a 3d program runs (and also when in full screen). None of these enables the 3D vision.
Is there something I need to understand? Can WMP play 3D movies? Are there further settings in Mozilla Firefox that I need to set in order for the html5 3D movies to play (I have MPO, JPS and PNS as opening with 3D Vision in Firefox).
