This card is not bad, it is cool and quiet (28 degrees on idle), I put it in my brothers accounting machine, but it is extremely low end. It can not deliver good fps in 3D Vision.

May I recommend GTX 470?

Yes, GTX 470 is going to deliver decent performance in 3D Vision and generally good FPS in all games.

May I ask what is your idea of nice fps?

"Float" is subjective, for me it is > 40 fps, therefore I am gonna have 2 x GTX 480 for regular gaming.
It depends also which games on what settings ...

What games would you like to play in 3D Vision.

This card is almost same, just more memory, unfortunatelly gameplay in 3D Vision with these cards would be extreme pain and suffering. These cards are good for home theater PC, office machines, ...
I am sorry but you must dig deeper in your pocket.
