Crashing
I've had about 9 crashes in the past several days when launching games on Steam with 3D enabled. Seems quite random, but according to the crash dumps it points to the Stereoscopic 3D USB controller driver every time. And that driver should be 100% up to date (unless there's some super secret driver available somewhere), I've triple checked. These are the 3 different errors it has turned up: Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\nvstusb.sys product: Stereoscopic 3D USB controller driver company: NVIDIA Corporation description: Stereoscopic 3D USB controller driver Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: nvstusb.sys (Stereoscopic 3D USB controller driver, NVIDIA Corporation). Google query: NVIDIA Corporation SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\nvstusb.sys product: Stereoscopic 3D USB controller driver company: NVIDIA Corporation description: Stereoscopic 3D USB controller driver Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. Might be worth trying plugging the emitter into a different USB port.

True, I was actually having some issues initially getting the emitter to work during the first setup test. I'm starting to think my hubs are going bad because I've been having all kinds of strange issues with my USB devices. Which really sucks because I love this MOBO lol

You might try reinstalling the drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). If the problem is due to a bad installation, this will often resolve the issue. Also if you are using a community fix in a game, it will sometimes conflict with the Steam Overlay. So if this is a specific to a certain game or two, please mention which ones. Which driver are you using? OS?

Do you have SLI? If yes, are your cards overclocked manually or automatically? If yes try to get to Nvidia default settings for GPU and memory. Also check PSU power

Same here, same bsod. Often when browsing in 2d. WhoCrashed gives the 3d stereo controller as the problem. Latest drivers, no sli, windows 10 64bit.
