[BUG REPORT] 3D Vision driver is broken with release 344.75 onwards (including 347.09)
Game crashes simply having 3D clicked on in the CP regardless of if its on in the game or not.
3D Vision is always on, it's the way it works, if it's enabled ... it's on ... whether you're using it or not.
I'm not saying NVIDIA doesn't have some responsibility ... I'm thinking quite the opposite. :)
No I think you misunderstand what I am getting at. It is not enabled...
I am saying that the game will crash if you have Stereoscopic 3D checked on in the nvidia control panel.
If this is unchecked/off its definitely not "always on" Cause you can't switch it on at all with Ctrl + T if you have it "disabled"
Additionally the game is 100% stable if this flag is off, as soon as you turn it on regardless of actually activating Ctrl + T in game it will crash on zone. (you can almost circumvent this when using Alt + tab to desktop on zone loads but not always)
Also to get around some issues related to this particular problem, I have disabled 3d autostart in the registry when it is enabled. I think this proves its a driver based problem interacting with the game or vise versa. Which ever it is I think Nvidia should be working with the developer to resolve it.
