I would almost certainly Guarantee it mate, same engine as the first one but updated lighting and physics, looks amazing too, night racing in 3d oooooooh.

3D might be a tad whacko through helmut cam with the hud information, although, this view should be immersive. It's obviously not a 3D Vision ready title and no mention of 3D support yet. I find shift a tad weird in 3D, but i'm still getting used to the technology, only recentley updated my system to this tech.
