I'm having the frame-drop problem:

2. did the shadowplaytrick

Didn't have this problem without the wrapper.
ShadowPlay works only on one monitor (is not supported on Surround anyway).
The Framerate drop is present in Surround no matter what you and on what game. If you check your GPUs you'll see something around 30%-40% usage and very low clocks. Now this is handled by the drivers as is the OGL-DX inter-operability. Try it on one Screen and you will get a constant 60fps (when ShadowPlay is enabled). Like I said before, I am not aware of any game so far using the OGL->DX Interoperability layer and most likely nVidia stopped developing and improving it:)
Also, you can grab a pair of Red/Blue Glasses and play it in discover:)) You will not have the huge fps drop;))

Just checking in to see if this thread is still alive. I noticed steam has a sale for the Star War games. Any possibility of Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic (Kotor 1 & 2) working in the future? Just asking and irrespective what happens, thanks for your terrific work on Amnesia Helifax. It works like a charm!
I noticed that Return to Castle Wolfenstein is on this list. In case anyone is interested, this game works completely fine with GLDirect 5.0. I have played several levels.
Here is the link http://sourceforge.net/projects/gldirect/
Simply drop the opengl32.dll in the directory. Also, RTCW is easily configurable for custom resolution and FOV. You can find info on this here

It's pretty clean in 3D. The only issue that I noticed is the outdoor levels and sky depth. Not enough to detract from the experience, at least not for me.
Cheers

Probably we all are waiting for new Wolfenstine. Anyway i think that was a hell of a job to get all those titles work in 3D and now it will take a while to get through them.
I am hyped up for SOMA - big time! It probably will be easy for Helifax since it is the same (updated) engine.

Hey there,
I had a look at Kotor. I have the wrapper enabling 3D Vision when the game starts. However, the shader managed from my wrapper currently only supports GLSL. The game uses a very old engine and ARB (assembly) shaders. Therefor, at the moment I am stuck on inserting stereoscopy at shader creation time. I am not that familiar with ARB shaders so I am still experimenting around to see how to properly do this. When it will be done (will it be done?) I have no idea. I certainly want to do it though:)
Atm, the wrapper and other projects are on a Todo wait list since I am busy with other things unfortunately. However, none of the projects are abandoned:) (WideScreenFixer and OGL Wrapper)
So, I don't want to say buy the game or not. That is up to you, but is an awesome game nevertheless :)

A small update:
- SW KOTOR:
-Wrapper works
- 3D Vision enables
- Game is NOT rendering in STEREO(yet)/just same image for both eyes.
Looking:
- For somebody who has ARB shader Knowledge (NOT HLSL/GLSL) to do the magic Stereo Rending in there:)) It is ASM but not GLSL->ASM and I am interested in the OpenGL API creation/loading/usage/params of ARB shaders as well as the actual shaders themselves (I did some digging around and was able to get to a point but it still requires alot of time to figure stuff out - sadly I don't have that time around:( ) .
Anyone around here who knows this??
TESO (The Elder Scrolls Online):
- I don't know if you know but TESO comes with 3 renderers: DX9, DX11, OGL. I put the game rendering in OGL and tested my wrapper on it. After some tweaking around I was able to enable 3D Vision and get some Stereo 3D Rendering ;))
Question:
- Anyone actually interested in this approach? Now that Mike Released a fix under DX9 ?
Let me know what you think:)

Helifax, is there any hope you can fix one old and not extreme popular game named Crysis?
Personally i always dream to play it in 3D with maxed graphics, but the game has huge problems with shadows, water and some others effects in 3D..

Sorry to hear that,
You have all the other wrappers installed?
Hmm, it appears that the installer thinks that is already installed. Which means it didn't get a new productID during the package build.
- Can you try to uninstall all the other wrappers one by one and see exactly which one is conflicting?
- Try Amnesia the Dark Descent 1st
- Try to install Amnesia a Machine for pigs
- if still doesn't want try with the others
Once you found it please do report back so I can rebuild that package in order to avoid this for other people ^_^
Thank you

Personally i always dream to play it in 3D with maxed graphics, but the game has huge problems with shadows, water and some others effects in 3D..
Hmm... Is Crysis an OpenGL game? Oo?

No, i think no.. I'm sure it's DX.
But i don't know where i can ask you about it =D
Other wrappers work fine The Dark Descent, Riddick and Rage all installed without a problem.

Once you found it please do report back so I can rebuild that package in order to avoid this for other people ^_^
Thank you

^_^ This is an OpenGL ony wrapper. I cannot use if for DX. Try using HelixMod Debug Version to dump the shaders and correct/disable them ^_^
