Which one of these 3D Vision changes/additions would you want most
  1 / 2
I am trying to make a thread that gives Nvidia an idea of what to focus on next for 3d Vision. Out of all these potential additions what is most important to you as a 3d enthusiast & why? 1. Better S3D Support for DX11 games 2 Tools for the community to fix DX11 games themselves. 3. Better 3d vision glasses 4. Better 3d vision monitors(gsync, 1440p,4K, larger sizes, etc.) 5. Better 3d surround support 6. Support Open GL games 7. More 3D format options (SBS, TB, passive 3d, 2d to 3d conversion) 8. Foucs on the new 3D technology they just released in latest drivers. I'm sure there are others but this is all I could think of. Please choose only 1 that way if one of the above is the overwhelming answer than its obvious what the community wants! Mine would be #4 better 3D vision monitors. I would like a 1440p 120hz lightboost monitor. If GSYNC can work with lightboost that is even better.

Though you have a great list, since I'm to chose only one it would be: 2. Tools for the community to fix DX11 games themselves.

I really don't think we should have to pick and choose ... so I choose 9. ALL of the above ... btw you can edit the title of a thread you've created instead of making another one. :)

I just want to be able to play every game on Steam in realistic stereoscopic 3D. Whichever numbers make that happen :)

Dx11 support and a new monitors. I'm tired of being stuck at 1080P because of 3D. I hope the ROG swift will be 3D.

Support Open GL games. Most of the time they don't need fixes.

In order: 2, 1, 8, 6. I don't really care about new monitors or glasses at the moment. I have three pairs of 3DV 1 glasses and a nice Lightboost monitor that function great.

Let me just rank them the way I think are most important to least important...I had lots of thoughts but in the end, I came up with a list of that...I have also added some to the list... 1. Tools for the community to fix DX11 games themselves. 2. Better S3D Support for DX11 games 3. Enable G-Sync and 3D vision working together at the same time. 4. Enable 3D vision to be used in Oculus Rift together with G-Sync (for now at 1080p) 5. Better 3d vision monitors(gsync, 1440p,4K, larger sizes, etc.) as well as projectors. 6. Better 3d vision glasses 7. Support Open GL games 8. Focus on the new 3D technology they just released in latest drivers. 9. Better 3d surround support 10. More 3D format options (SBS, TB, passive 3d, 2d to 3d conversion)

I don't like the idea of a lot of pc people gaming at 4k in 2 years & Im stuck at 1080 because of 3d. I have been wanting a 1440P monitor for awhile but because I only game in 3D I haven't had any other options. Lightboost is also a must because ghosting or having to go with very low contrast will spoil the 3d picture quality.

No-one even wants to make 3D Vision supported projectors any more, let alone introduce G-Sync into them. The closest we have to True HD is SGSSAA antialiasing... if we can even manage to get it to work :( As it stands, my smartphone's 4" screen has over 2x the resolution as my projector's 150" screen. The current state of 3D Vision on projectors is shameful.

Didn't buy a catleap 120hz 1440p IPS because of 3D. Didn't go 4K because of 3D oh and it has been way too expensive but that is changing. If new 3D monitors don't come out with higher res it is looking like I'll have to have two monitors on my desk, one for 3D and one for 4K. Kinda silly really but like I said I'm tired of 3D holding me back. The ROG swift has everything it needs to be 3D, 120hz tn panel and there was mention of a Low persistence mode which is accomplished by a strobing back-light which is basically what lightboost does. lets hope
