3d Vision with Asus Rog Swift and SLI (ETA for FIX)

I've just tweeted Nvidia asking about this. It's so stupid. If they have given up on 3D let people know that it's a dead tech. Stop advertising it on monitors

Does it look like its Dead ? I think it is doing pretty well. Every big game sooner or later is perfect in 3D.
Oh and about this all advertising on Monitors - well, I think they stopped doing it like a year ago.

yep +1 for me moving to amd next time. Bugs are being fixed in their drivers performance stays pretty solid, crossfire worked as soon as windows 10 came out.
Over NVidia never want another piece of their shit in one of my computers. Most lazy lying bunch of assholes I have come across.
Manuel is full of shit about bug fixes he just keeps telling everyone fixes are coming but they never show up.

Hello Klunt,
Below are the steps to provide us the logs.
http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/2244/techpowerup-gpu-z-v0-7-1/
a) Download the GPU-Z utility from the above link and install the utility.
b) Open the utility and click on Sensors on top.
c) At the bottom, put a check mark on "Log to file" and save the file to the desktop.
d) Close the utility and game for about an hour.
e) Now attach the log to this email and reply to us.
Note: Once the logs are saved, please play the game for about an hour and then send the logs.
Also, Please send me a screen shot of " set physX configuration " on NVIDIA control panel.
Let me know if you have tested each card individually as well , and what happens when you use the displays in non surround set up ?
Looking forward for your update,
Best regards,
Abrar,

Thank you for the update.
With reference to the issue you are experiencing.
I suggest that you unplug the graphics cards from the computer and plug in the second card only and check the performance with 3D.
Also check the performance when 3D is disabled.
I will also need additional system information. Please perform the following steps:
a) Press Windows Logo Key + R.
b) Type MSInfo32 and press Enter.
c) This will bring up the Microsoft System Information Utility, click File, then Save as.
d) When the Save As window appears, choose Desktop and save to your hard drive. You may give it any name you choose, but with a '.nfo' file extension
e) Once the file has been saved on your hard drive, attach it to this support request so that we may review your system configuration.
Best regards,
Saleem

I think the money spent on wages would be better off spent on FIXING THE ISSUE as promised!

UPDATE!!
Hi Klunt,
The case was escalated to me. I've review the notes and this is a known issue we are currently investigating and hope to release a fix in a future driver update. We already have a fix pending but it does need to go through internal testing. We are targeting this fix to be released in the 358.xx driver release, unfortunately I don't have any ETA but I will certainly notify you as soon as a driver with the fix is available so you can verify. let me know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Ray

So that's not too bad, they admit it's a driver issue and it will be fixed! :D

Thanks mate for info - sounds promising. Even if I`m not using SLI anymore I would like to know that I still have this option available.

It does not sound promising to me at all.
These clowns keep telling the same story, fix is in testing and will come in a future update. I got told the same thing 6 months back. I cant see this fix ever seeing the light of day. Further more for those of us that have 3 cards or more if we try to enable 3d vision while 3 cards are running in sli it just crashes, even if I disable sli and enable 3d vision then try to run all 3 cards in sli while 3d vision is on still crashes.
On a side note I see they are making driver updates only to be installed through GeForce experience now. So no more downloading drivers off their site. I half wonder if this is to hide the fact they cant be bothered fixing fuck all.
It has to be the worst thing I have ever done buying 3 titan blacks, at the time I bought them everything worked but now nothing hardly works.
I look forward to the day I pull the titan blacks out and get rid of them and it will be goodbye NVidia.
I don't know if amd is going to be better but I looked at their drivers and they are fixing a fair few bugs so that's enough for me to make the jump.
Nvidia is one big steaming pile of green horse shit

Now the new monitor is here and 3d vision is canceled on that monitor. I wonder, maybe ASUS had enough and did not want another monitor with only half supported 3d vision....

Best regards,
Saleem

SLI on it's own without 3D works as it should. Each card on it's own works as it should. The issue is only with SLI and 3D. It's not just me having this problem

I think the money spent on wages would be better off spent on FIXING THE ISSUE as promised!
Hi Klunt,
The case was escalated to me.
