Another set of drivers that did nothing to correct my ghosting problems. What are you doing nvidia? It can't be this difficult to implement a sync setting?
Also, in these drivers I can no longer access the settings to choose when to display 3d content. (windowed 3d) It appears to be locked to "only when 3d software is running".

And this driver set still did not fix the DirectX 5 glitch introduced with 27x.xx drivers. Apparently they messed up legacy software again, things were doing so well after the nightmare of 1xx.xx drivers. Rendering problems related to DirectX 5 games are both present in WinXP and Win7. In 7 they are extended to DirectX 6 as well.

World of Tanks is still 'out of memory'. 3D continues but the glasses wont stop shuttering at the desktop and you lose control via the shortcuts to manipulate it /bloated.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':X' />
If they could just make the scenery backgrounds at infinite depth we'd have a near perfect experience!

!?!? I thought 3D Vision only worked with DirectX 9 (or maybe 8) and later?

FWIW I noticed that Everquest 2 got a significant boost in performance with new beta drivers, and I thought that EQ2 was more CPU dependant... Now I can run in most zones with 30-40 FPS in S3D with setting at high quality, which is a pleasant surprise :) Win 7 64 bit.

Any news on Prototype? Does it work with the new drivers?

The 3D works perfect with this drivers, the problems with the right eye are solved.
with newer drivers I have noticed the sound plays too quickly. What's that about?
Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

I started up Red Faction Guerilla today and found that with these beta drivers, all depth is gone. 3d vision turns on, and the glasses do too, but the image is 2d and the depth controls do nothing. Before this game was great, minus shadows.

My original display name is 3d4dd - for some reason Nvidia changed it..?!
