It seems silly but 4K upscaling works we know. And it has upscaling/ai upscaling. Ive read tech reviews discussing that there is a clear difference between 4k/ upscaled to 8K. If it works then thats kind of nice to improve existing content.

It's strange that they position it for gaming and yet no GPU supports HDMI 2.1 that is needed for 8K. I guess some very old games would've been playable in 8K :)

Yeah I struggle with performance enough in 3D ... No thanks. Ill be stick with 1440p for the foreseeable future. When 3dvision finally dies I guess I'll find a new hobby.

It's possible that it could use Dual Inputs, like some of the very first 4K Displays that ran at 60Hz. But even then, the whole thing seems stupid at this point in time. lol, next gen GPUs will have 40GB of memory on board and cost $3500.00. Gotta Pay to Play :P

That's what I was thinking before they even came out, nothing was going to support them.

It's possible that it could use Dual Inputs, like some of the very first 4K Displays that ran at 60Hz. But even then, the whole thing seems stupid at this point in time.

lol, next gen GPUs will have 40GB of memory on board and cost $3500.00.
