Can anyoone confirm?
Yupp. I have the same problem.
It seems that once the game starts, it reset the profile to a known one.
However, I did find a workaround for it ... :) (Using my CM "Unleashed" tool. I'll post about it a bit later).
As for DLSS, it doesn't work for me in DX12... Even in Surround is grayed out...
(Cause is not retarded exact 4K resolution as they want... Apparently 5760x1080 is not "demanding" enough... Lazy ass implementation again by DICE. DLSS: Another freaking NVIDIA bullshit gimmick, that only works at a specific 16:9 resolution).

1x Palit RTX 2080Ti Pro Gaming OC(watercooled and overclocked to hell)
3x 3D Vision Ready Asus VG278HE monitors (5760x1080).
Intel i9 9900K (overclocked to 5.3 and watercooled ofc).
Asus Maximus XI Hero Mobo.
16 GB Team Group T-Force Dark Pro DDR4 @ 3600.
Lots of Disks:
- Raid 0 - 256GB Sandisk Extreme SSD.
- Raid 0 - WD Black - 2TB.

Creative Sound Blaster Z.
Windows 10 x64 Pro.

Can confirm the latest game update implemented this "feature" which completely resets the game's profile to its default state on startup. A simple workaround I found:
-Start the game, get to the main menu and tab out
-Open nVidia Profile Inspector and go to the Battlefield 5 profile
-Add your desired CM flags after enabling "Show unknown settings" up top; I'm using:
0x709ADADA=0x10000102
0x709ADADB=0x3F6D11E4 (not sure if this CM convergence flag is needed but I always add it; value doesn't matter since you can change it on the fly once in-game)
-Apply Helifax's CM Unleashed mode
-Alt tab back in the game

Yupp!
That is pretty much it!
But, my "new" tool will do this for you! :)
(You just need to do the alt+tabbing part ^_^).

Do you have the 2D texture issue in real 3D?
The fix will be 200 times better than CM
Due to performance issues I cannot play the game in real 3D. I did the same with Bf1.
It's my "daily" game and I need it to always run over 60fps.
There are also few broken effects, at least last time I checked, and after a few hours it hurts.:)
u should be able to Joker!
And thx for some of your edid files from the past. :-)
just use 4k and resolution scaling to 50%. this will make the game run like 1080p more or less.
it runs smooth on my 2080 even with hdr and all ultra settings on the lg 8500. The system can crash when swithing between hdr though....but it still sets it correct for next startup.
i disabled all the usual ray tracing culprits chromatic vibr etc....

DLSS seems to look worse than regular upscaling for same performance.
my rig cant run the game properly in 4k without dlss. 4k ultra (non dlss) settings and 3d is to much for any 2080 rtx
and i need 4k for the 3d filter to work correctly on my LG.
so no choice really.... and btw the dlss is a passive 3d life saver.
and i didnt see anything looked diff.....but ofc i didnt know at the time it did . :-)
