This shouldn't be happening with your System Specs. Maybe something wrong with the game.
I NEVER get anything less than 60 FPS in any game, even with 3D Vision enabled.

SLi and this game don't really get along unless you're using AA, and I can't comment on 3D since I don't have it.

If it worked in previous drivers, but doesn't now, revert drivers to the ones that worked. Simple as that.
