3D vision not triggering when it used to
Hi, I've been a 3D vision 2 user for a couple years now and I've done a forum search and I couldn't find an instance exactly like this. Up until recently the 3D vision would activate any time a 3d program would run, which is how I had it set in the stereoscopic options in the control panel. However, now it will not activate when it used to. I first noticed it when I started a hearthstone game. I didn't usually play that game in 3D but it would trigger the 120hz dual picture on my monitor when the game started and I would just push the emitter button to deactivate it. Now it doesn't. However, the 3D vision does work when I go through the setup wizard, and it works in WoW when I manually activate the stereoscopic 3D in the in-game options. It just doesn't automatically do it for games that don't explicitly have options for it in-game (which are most games). Even though it is set to do so, and has done so in the past until recently. I did just recently update to the newest driver (337.88), and my previous driver was '314.22'. I just wanted to see if anyone here has had this issue, I really don't want to have to use old drivers to make this work correctly. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Any chance you have Tridef installed? That can change the behaviour of 3d vision somewhat. Wouldn't hurt to use this tool to completely remove your drivers, and reinstall clean. http://www.guru3d.com/content_page/guru3d_driver_sweeper.html
