I am using the discover aspect of 3D vision. All the other games work well, when I boot them up. I try to play World of Warcraft and nothing happens. There is no helpful compatibility message. The screen looks the same as usual. No red and blue outline. The pictures Nvidia has up show what WOW is supposed to look like. I’m just wondering if I did something wrong. I have the newest Drivers, a Gforce 9800GTX, and I've enabled stereo video in the options. Nothing seems to work.

I had exactly the same problem and here is how you solve it:
You have to run WoW in fullscreen mode, not in windowed or windowed full screen.
You can change this option at Options->Graphics->Display mode.
Yep. I enabled it in the WOW video menu, and still nothing.
