Hmm thought it supports 3d vision (120hz 1080p) but from what i see its 1080p 24hz. I could be wrong.

I was told that the dot pitch makes this a very bad monitor: "Pixel pitch: 0.3114mm".

Is that a true statement?

importance of things in 3d:

brightness > contrast > framerate&behavior > whatever > resolution > whatever > dot pitch

IMHO:
(fake) > (fake) > (ghosting) > (surround) > (blurred anyway) > (bad technology just like plasma) > (bad tech to begin with)

This Monitor is capable to do both: 3D (like 3D TV with 1.4 Standard) and 120 Hz. Also this Monitor comes with 3D Vision glasses and "build-in" 3D Vision receiver.
The discription is not the best. I'm from germany and here the display will be available on 14.4. and the store discription is much better :).

yeah I see , its all fake. /haha.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':haha:' />
Helligkeit 300 cd/qm
the real question is , can it do over 40 cd/m2 after the glasses. The contrast will be killed very bad.

But... if it's in London, won't they use the metric system? Will it suddenly turn into a "85 centimeta"? /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

Ok, so this monitor has an emitter built in?

If this is the case, can I just buy a pair of glasses without the emitter on amazon and save money?
