Can you show a link to the Lenovo product page? I can't find it.

In order for your laptop to support 3D Vision on it's integrated display, it would require that the display be capable of 120Hz. I see no such option in any of the configurations available to purchase on the product page. •Display15.6" FHD IPS LED Backlight (1920x1080), is the only option

You could also conceivably run 3D through the HDMI output using 3D TV Play, maybe. Laptops tend to use the Optimus technology which ruins the ability to send 3D out. You'll need to look into whether the HDMI comes directly from the video card, or is blocked by the builtin graphics of the CPU. Also worth noting is that a laptop of that form will probably be underpowered for running in 3D, as it's twice as demanding as normal 2D gaming (draw images, once for each eye). You might try setting up the 3D, even in the red/blue Discover mode, to see if it performs well enough for you.
