3DTV Play activation with ACER HN274HBbmiiid (3D Vision 2)
Hello !
I have a ACER monitor 3D Vision 2, and I bought a new TV 3D (Samsung 46ES6300) but 3DTV Play doesn't activate for free (he ask for a serial number...) :s
I'm on Windows 8, there's an issue (or a feature...^_^) ?
Regards

Are you trying to use 3dtv activator? If so do not. Remove it. Activator is only used if you do not have 3D vision emitter connected(your monitor have it?) and you paid some bucks for the software.
Make sure your TV is supported, this is important.

3DTV Play only enables for free as long as the Nvidia 3D vision emitter is connected.

I don't have a separate emitter, the 3D Vision emitter is in the screen like for the Asus monitor (Asus VG278HE) :)
No need to be connected by USB, but I have a complete 3D Vision 2 solution...
It's s...ck :'(

I'd imagine that as long as the display is connected, 3DTV Play would enable for the Samsung
I think when you use it, you'd just need to make the 3DTV your primary monitor.
Also it needs to show up as that TV not plug and play.
