I have seen people saying that, for 3D vision, we need powerful 3D card. Currently, I only have 7600 GS and I was planing to buy a new one as soon as 3D vision is available in UK.
Now I am confused about one thing. Should I buy one card that will worth around $250 or should I get 2 card $120 or so each?
If I go with 2 cards then I will buy a SLI board otherwise I will get a normal board. I am planing to get a whole new system.
Anyone can suggest what is best option?

Well, it depends on what you could get for your money. Comparing apples to apples, for the most part dual-gpu's in SLI don't quite stack up to a single gpu of the same power -- the bridge for the information and the lack of universal support for SLI make it inherently "ify"er than a single gpu. For example, a single gtx285 > dual gtx-260's even though the 260 has more than half the power of the 285. Dual-gpu's also generate more heat (& noise) inside your case, so that's something to keep in mind too.
However, 3d Vision does basically use double the graphics processing and generally thus bites your fps in half -- I'm not sure if the software or hardware is smart enough to make use of dual gpu's so each rendering is basically using it's own graphics card? Maybe 3d Vision makes better use of SLI than a standard setup? I don't know that much about it yet as I just got mine.
That said, if you happen to find a really good deal on a decent card and you can get 2 for the same price or less than a single higher-end card, then that might make more sense in your scenario.

Good purchasing decision for her. SLI is only worth it when a single card can't do the job. There really isn't a point into getting two midrange cards for SLI when a GTX 275 or 285 can the the job just as well. Its only when a single 285 doesn't cut it anymore (gaming at ultra high resolutions with 3D vision and insane amounts of AA, etc) that you would make the jump to SLI. (Although getting dual 275s is kind of pointless also when you can get a GTX 295, which the 275 is basically one half of).

Yep, I'm running 3D vision on the Samsung 2233RZ at 1680x1050. Even at a medium resolution like that, cranking visuals all the way up along with 3D Vision does put the hurt on a single GTX 280, which is why I went SLI.
