Do you know if the new sanyo PLV-Z3000 will work?
Hi Guys,

I am new here and glad I joined,. Lot's of useful information on these boards. I am currently working on a curved 3d projection setup. But first got a question about the new Sanyo PLV-Z3000. This a 3 chip LCD projector and the first LCD projector to have a 5:5 pull down menu. It has a true 120hz refresh rate, two HDMI 1.3 ports, 65,000 : 1 contrast ratio, and full 1080p. I was hoping if as it's got a true 120hz if it will be compatible with the new stereo 3d drivers from Nvidia and their new shutter glasses for active stereo 3d?

This would be really amazing if so!

Many thanks in advance

Hi

Maybe, maybe not. The Nvidia ppl who know the answer to Your question never tell us.
There are lots of 3D solutions (shutter+CRT/planar/polarized projs./HMD's/3D HDTV's) that aren't supported by Nvidia's latest 3D driver unfortunately.

Don't count on it - don't even expect an email answer from Nvidia...
Thx for the info though :) great specs!

PS: Nvidia don't read/post here (user to user forum).
You can try asking them here: http://nvidia.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/nvidia....ser/std_alp.php
