was thinking of getting myself a zalman polarized monitor (mainly because it's cheaper than getting a samsung with 3d vision kit (in excess of £400, compared to the zalman with glasses at £190)......but i've just seen this monitor for only £100.
it does says 135Hz, so that should be okay for 3d vision right?
I know it's smaller than the zalman, but i'd probably mount it on my fold-up/portable desk, so i'd be sat quite close to it......
anyways, anyon know any way of telling if it's 3d vision ready..if it is, i might consider saving for this and 2 pairs of 3d vision glasses (for me and my girlfriend to enjoy 3d gaming and films together).

Hi,
This monitor is not 3D-vision ready, it is just a normal 60Hz 17" monitor.
Check the specs again, you misunderstood them.
The Zalman monitor is the best 3D for the money at the moment. Just make sure you fully understand the advantages/disadvantages of this monitor before you buy (especially the very narrow vertical viewing angle).
Get some cushions to sit your girlfriend on, in order to get her eyes at exactly the same height as yours you will need them.

consider saving for the 3d vision bundle with a 22" samsung or viewsonic 120hz lcd.
it might just take you a little longer.. you won't be sorry.
