9unofficial) 3D Vision Pro II Suggestions and Brainstorming 3D Vision Pro v1 was not very different,
The only thing about the Original 3D Vision Pro that was different from standard 3D Vision was the 2.4 GHz Transmitter/Reciever.
Everyone, please brainstorm ideas that will set 3D Vision Pro II apart from the standard 3D Vision II.
To make this thread a little more fun, I will make it kinda like a game. The better your idea, the higher the score on a scale of 1 to 10. 10 means Awesome, 1 means Horrible. Decimals [i]are[/i] allowed.
Here are my ideas:
1) Curved Lenses: Curved Lenses might provide clearer depth perception than flat lenses ([i][font="Palatino Linotype"][size="1"]in the event anyone says that I don't know how any of this works, have them look up "Lenses" on google[/size][/font][/i])
2) Anti-Reflective Coating: It will allow more light to travel through the lenses for a brighter, more vivid image. It might also reduce glare. However, chemicals like the one mentioned can be pretty expensive.
3) 5 GHz Transmitter/Receiver: Slightly faster than the old 2.4 GHz Transmitter/Reciever. It will still need the ability to receive and transmit 2.4 GHz signals though, that way you won't need to junk your old transmitter.
4) Infrared Receiver: A standard Infrared Reciever might also come in handy in the event you don't have a 3D Vision Pro transmitter. Also great if you lose it or are visiting a friend's house.
5) Polarized Lenses: By Polarizing the lenses, you can use it with Passive 3D Displays in addition to Active 3D Displays. You might also be able to use it at the theaters.

The Polarizing Sheet isn't divided into strips, but instead is a single piece. Everytime the frame changes, the polarity changes as well. This will grant Passive 3D users the advantages of Active 3D.
