3D stereo not working? need help don't know what i'm doing wrong
hi, I got anaglyph glasses (red/blue) and a friend showed me on his pc how he played HL² in 3Dstereo.
I just got my new laptop a week ago and i wanted to try it. Its a dell inspiron9400 with gefore go 7900GS 256MB and core2duo (2,0GHz) and 2x1024MB DDR2 RAM
My driver version is: 8.4.6.3 (i think it's the latest available for my GPU)
I don't just know which version of 3Dstereo i got, I downloaded more of them when i was searching for a solution and i can't find it in "control panel-thing". It should be 77.77 or 91.31. (i think its rather the last one i've installed)
But when I start HL² i don't see any difference, no blue or red... even if I press CTRL+T...
What am I doing wrong?
Can some tell me which version of Forceware i need?
and which version of 3Dstereo? Do I need somthing more?
(I've read somthing about detonatorXP, does it have something to do with it?)
do I need to do something else then to set to "enable with hotkey" and "anaglyph"?

Hi
At the moment NVIDIA stereo drivers do not support dual core or core2duo and there is no word on when new drivers will be released that will fix this problem .
Maybe when the next set of stereo drivers are available this issue will be resolved :">
I do not know of anyone how produces a 3d driver that supports red/blue paper glasses apart from NVIDIA
There is a Proprietary ATI/Universal Drivers Version 4.25 which is supposed to work on any video card but its only for wired or wireless 3d glasses and I still dont know if that supports dual core systems
Lets hope that any new stereo drivers will support any cpu system
