I know this is an obvious thing, ie you can change your setting to whatever you want. It's just I have found these the most useful controls so far. And if anyone has a better idea for controls they should post theirs!
I use these currently:

I'm not sure that these are "best" in any way, but here's what I've come to use. Mostly, I tried to use keys that I was unlikely to use otherwise, were physically close to each other, had some "meaning" (to me at least) and also grouped similar functions by alternating Ctrl and Alt.
Ctrl + ] "increase depth (the brackets represent increase/decrease to me)"
Ctrl + [ "decrease depth"
Alt + ] "increase convergence (the alternate of above)"
Alt + [ "decrease convergence"
Ctrl + \ "Show/hide stereo 3D (picked this because it's next to the keys above)"
Alt + \ "Toggle 3D compatibility mode (sort of an alternate of above--in my head)"
Ctrl + = "Show/hide 3D sight (the '+' is sort of like a sight (on the equal key))"
Alt + = "Save in-game changes (I think of this like 'add a save' with the plus)"
Ctrl + - "Show/hide in-game compatibility (the '-' make me think of 'remove' message)"
Alt + - "Cycle frustum (I rarely use...just added here to use the same key)"

Yes thanks for that SoundBlstr! I see your config but sometimes those keys are used in emulators or mmo's or ELITE for instance so handy to keep all on numerical keyboard, because those are used with GTA and Arma 2/3. So using ctrl and numerical that is not commonly used in any game normally so far ie 0 conflicts with games :)
In games where convergence is not officially locked, you can always use Nvidia's emitter to adjust it, if the game's input controls are crippling Nvidia's hotkeys. {of course, this requires that you own one)
"Hold down" the green light/button on the front and turn the wheel on the back.
