Displayport to dvi cables for 3d surround?
Hi everyone, Just bought a Titan X. I have 3 identical 120hz 3d ready monitors with a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 each. The problem is they only support DVI connections. I see that the Titan X has 3 display ports. The question is can I run 3 displayport to dvi cables from the card without any active or passive adapters to the monitors at 5760x1080 and get 3d surround? What about 2d surround? Thank you in advance.

AFAIK, the only way is still using Active adapters capable of 330Mhz. The same would be required for 2D unless you are planning to only run them at 60Hz. https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/910352/3d-vision/3d-surround-startech-adapter-monitor-switches-between-2d-3d-several-times-then-stops/ https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/903217/
