I've searched everywhere (well, everywhere besides the right place) and I can't find anything that actually gives me the option of just turning on 3d.
I have two monitors, shutter glasses, anaglyph glasses. How do I get it to work!

i guess you have this new nvidia panel. There is an option to use old-looking panel (right on screen--properties--settings--advanced--nvidia card). Only old one have stereo settings

Noobie ... ;)
but jokes aside, welcome to the world of real 3D !
You need a gfx driver and a matching Stereo3D driver
the latest officially supported ones are these:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_91.31.html
http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dstereo_91.31
but I'd recommend to use the 94.24 set of drivers ...
for your gfx card:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_94.24_2.html
and then you can head over to mtbs.com, register and download the 94.24 beta Stereo3D driver in the download section
Once it's all setup, you should disable your secondary monitor and hook your shutterglasses' connector between the gfx card output for vga1 and your monitor.
Reboot, launch NV control panel, find a new section for Stereo setup and configure to your needs

7600 GS card.
Downloaded the two most recent drivers (I think)
91.73 or something like that.
NOW WHAT!?!?!?
I've searched everywhere (well, everywhere besides the right place) and I can't find anything that actually gives me the option of just turning on 3d.
