Van Helsing
  2 / 3
Yeah, for the most part. I suppose I could change the convergence enough to the point where it looks good in 3D. I did that in Diablo 3. The game is cheap and I have read a lot of positive feeback on it so I may purchase it soon.

The game is quite slow at the beginning but it picks up brutally when you get xp lvl 10. Its not like Diablo where you charge at enemies - here you have to use strategy. You always play with your additional skills and yours partner (lady ghost). She actually is pretty useful (not plain like in Diablo 3). Here you have a lot of abilities to change and skills to deal with. I am pumped up. The best choice before RoS Expansion:)

It looks interesting, I'll have to check the demo out and see how it plays with a controller.

it might be good experience with the controller, I remember that I enjoyed Dungeon Siege 3 controls (despite the fact that the game itself was crap). I still put PoE as my ARPG of choice.

Weird I didnt even know it had controller support. I cant even imagine it being played on controller. Well that kind of makes it like 3d vision ready, only real problem was cursor from what I remember. I really dont see how controller would work well on it though but I could be wrong. You fight such massive amounts of enemies. I dont see how you can easily target a particular enemy.

Looks pretty similiar tbh. Not that the first looked bad but almost identical. I also remember lots of talk about how Helsing 1 was a nightmare for a long time [buggy/tech issues]. Though it might be better this time since its almost the same everything probably.

I think all "effects". It was viable without fix, though it will probably need the same thing. It seriously looks identical. Even the hud.

It was buggy for a few weeks, but that's not unusual for a small studio game. It's fun as hell with some great characters.

Looks like renewed Van Helsing works great with latest 3D fix. Still downloading new texture DLC so it might turn into total mess. Still have to use DX9 to get it to work. Remember - if you got all previous ones then you`ll get this one for free.

Does anybody remember what was that app to switch off Steam Overlay ? Edit: never mind - I found what was going on.
