So, after years long search I've managed to find and order pair of ELSA 3D Revelator Glasses, but only after I've ordered them I started to think about compatibility and have found some strange info by googling...
I have MSI 9800GTX+ OC version, and 21" Sony Trinitron G500 CRT monitor (a lot of refresh rate possibilities) and now waiting for my 3D glasses to arrive.
I guess my question is: would my ELSA work with latest 3D Stereo driver on Vista SP1? Or my hope of playing for cheap in 3D is in vain... :'(

I'm afraid it's true. :(
You can try the iz3d drivers but the ingame fps needs to be higher than the monitor refresh to maintain L/R views (works with your 9800, xp and vista).
If you have an old nvidiacard (up to and including 7950, not GX2!) you can run winxp + 91.31stereocombodrivers or the newer 162.50 with newer forcewares (i have problem with displaydrivers above 169.21).
I'm not familiar with how the elsa-glasses looks like or behaves but i think they're quite similar to the e-dimensional glasses.
