Wizard Resolution
Anyone know why we have to run the stupid wizard to turn on 3D support... is there a way to run the wizard at less than 1600x1200 like in previous drivers?

Is there just a registry setting I can change to enable it without doing the stupid wizard?

My problem is my CRT which is a GREAT CRT will only do 100Hz at 1600x1200 and when I set up the monitor for that resolution it is still trying to do some crazy resolution probably cause it assumes I bought one of those dual link LCDs.

We use the Wizard to ensure everything is working.

Let me understand your problem though. The wizard isnt running at your native resolution of 16x12 @120Hz, so it doesnt complete?

exactly... I think its just cause I have to use a generic monitor driver cause I use a monitor with BNC cables instead of a VGA cable so it doesnt get the EDID. Ive been able to get the wizard to run in the past at 85 or 100HZ and just enabled the 120Hz lock..but now its like the lock is still on and I cant get it run at any other refresh rates. I wish there was just a simple hotkey to increase or decrease the RR. Maybe there is a different program that can do that in the tray?

unfortunately the driver uses native resolution rather than current resolution to test 3d vision. Screws up my projector as well since native is 1280x800 while it will only do 3d at 1280x720.

Huh... interesting... Do you know of a program or way I can write my own driver with custom refresh rates.... or how I can chance the naitive to something else.. ill start fooling with drivers and see if I can get it working.

Man I wish things would just work they way you wanted them to work.... well the VGA cable is working but it's causing 1280x960 to look like crap...

Oh and I cant get the right clickon the wizard to set the refresh lock to 120 with the new drivers....

I really wish Nvidia would stop F*%&n around with the parts of the drivers that actually work and just fix bugs!
