Does anyone know how big group we are ?
Im just wondering does anyone know how many us there is who actively use 3d vision and the fixes ? Im trying to give a reason to the pimax team to come up with a mode for the 8k X to use it also as just a stereo display to play 3d vision games. It propably wont come true but you gotta try.

I think bo3b had the most realistic assessment (I do not remember which discussion topic, sorry), using visitor information from blogspot web site, and his knowledge of overall NVIDIA market areas/sizes. He is another forum member who has not been very active lately, unfortunately. You would probably need to convince NVIDIA to fully embrace pimax to be successful with 3D Vision integration, not just indirectly through this 3D Vision community (mainly for rendering efficiency with 4K/large display sizes - like foveated rendering).

We don't need nvidia for that, demultiplexer is propably enough as long as pimax accepts 1080p@60hz Nvidia have zero interest in anything that does not generate shitload of money

A lot of us are still around even though Nvidia would like to pretend that we are not. Didn't the CEO claim that nobody bought 3D Vision? I must be nobody then because I'm looking at the 3d vision pyramid on my desk right now. I still use the fixes when I test out 3D vision every now and then.

I was just wondering this myself when I saw the forum has 816 pages. Plus I do see the occasional question in Steam forums. 3D Vision didn't sell well but it seems like a lot of us that did buy are still using it. NVIDIA marketed the thing pretty well, if I remember right, so I really don't blame them.

The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. Instead of altering their views to fit the facts, they alter the facts to fit their views ... which can be very uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering.
