Acer H5360 3D can't work in invert position?
Hi, i am using a Acer H5360 on the ceiling upside down, and the Nvidia 3D Vision Video Player, I can see perfectly in 3D videos, but I have to change the option left / right, but the Games can not use this function, I have to turn over my glasses and a is bit uncomfortable. Its possible to swap left / right option in the games?

Even in the Installation Wizard Nvidia 3D when I have to choose which image to see for each eye, gives me error, because I see the image of the triangle to the left eye and the hexagon in the right eye.

The projector has an option to invert 3D, but 3D only works with DLP 3D not with NVIDIA 3D Vision.

Someone can help me???
Thank you.

Sorry, Im spanish, i understand good, but my write english is not good.

I had the exact same problem.

The solution is to use another driver version (before I had 190.62 and now I use 195.81 beta).

With the new driver your Acer Beamer will be recognized correctly with a 3D-Ready-Logo in the nVidia control panel under "3D-stereoscopic function ..." ;)

I too had this excact problem and nvidia would hardware fail me because of the sync trouble but this new driver fixed the error and is now easier to switch between my samsung 2233 and the acer h5360 for 3d mode.

Hello guys,

I got a HP PavillonDV9000 with a Geforce 8600M GS and a Acer H5360 3D linked with VGA and drivers version 195.81.

3d effects are working perfectly even if my videocard is supposed not to be compatible.

First I have the message "Warning, attempting to run ..." in red and installing last drivers didn't solve it.

Second, my eyes are inverted in NVidia test and games using my projector. I think users should be abled to invert eyes in their configuration (if NVidia Drivers are not able to consider the fact that a projector produces a physically inverted image  ).

If someone had the same problems and managed to fix it, I'm leastening to him.

Thanks.

Hi

What driver are you using? Also, does the Setup Wizard say it detected the Acer projector?

Hello,

In my case, Acer projector is detected by the computer as "ACER H5360" and the nVidia logo appears in the Setup Wizard.

To my mind, the inversion and the red message are not acceptable : I bought Acer Projector something like 500€ (650$) and IT DO NOT WORK PROPERLY : half of the screen is ****ed and due to non-inversion, you can only watch movies in 3D <the 3D works with games but inverted>.
Since this topic is not flaged "solved", I advise people not to buy Acer Projector H53360, I did and it's unusable for most of users.

These issues are only software lacks, so please Nvidia (or someone quicker):
- make a patch to allow people using a projector to invert both images
- make a patch to allow people using ACER projectors to remove the red message

charlesf007

PS : "Scan your PC for 3D Vision-Readiness! " told my configuration wasn't enough to use 3D even if it works on my eyes !!
I think there is a problem with NVidia allowing specific Graphic Cards.
Informatic Technologies are binary : things are working or not working. In this case, I can tell : 3D works with GeForce 8600M GS

Just curious. 2 new registry entries are present in 1.20 that weren't present in 1.15.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\Stereo3D]

at the very end you will see the following:
"StereoDisplayID"=
"StereoAnaglyphType"=

what dword values are present for those using the H5360?

I absolutely love this projector... Mine is inverted and working fine and im sure a lot of others are also.
I only see the red message if I forget to change the resolution... other than that... zero problems with this kit.

This forum is a user to user forum from my understanding, perhaps you should contact acer technical support and also Nvidia tech support directly.

Does the hardware invert the view or any software. Without this information, it is useless to know it !

When you said "change the resolution", which one do you mean ? Windows, games, both ???

Thanks for your answer "im sure a lot of others are also" but we see more people with issues on this page than non.

Waiting for support.

Hello,

SWSUK :
StereoDisplayID : 07017204

I think we can invert eyes switching Left and Right filter values even if NVidia drivers should allow us to do so.

About the red message, if somebody has advice ?...
