Below is a video and check the discord server SuperDepth3d

I'm gonna try rolling back then. I'm not getting most of those options. I've had some success with a couple games, but man, I'd like all the options I see in a video like this. He starts by switching to DM 28. Not only are there only 0 - 5 in the version I'm using (and really, it's only 1 with technical variations to it), but then he goes over to Custom to create his own. That option is also completely missing. My version may have been the latest, but it kinda sucks versus what he's doing.
I'll watch the rest later. My brain can't handle more. I'm literally wearing reading glasses and sticking my face right to the monitor to read the couple pixels that make up the menus. And then you have to focus on hearing him over the in-game noise that blares over everything. You need a clear mind for this:) To late in the day for that.
EDIT: I'm sure there's a good reason for why he did it, I'll guess I just have to read that 65 page thread and see what the reasoning is. Most of the games I want this for don't have configs, though, so I need the tools to create.

Look in the SuperDepth folder for game_setting.txt
Are you using SuperDepth3D_v1.9.9.fx ?
I can give you a few tips.
SuperDepth 3D only works with single player most games that are on-line, EAC, won't work this is reshade problem not SuperDepth.
The way to setup a depth-map is close to you is black and white is distance the more shades of grey you have in between depthmap the better the 3D. (look at the video)
Most Unreal 4 engine games require the first setting to be set to normal.
Most Battlefield engine games are Normal Revesred.
Then fool around with Slider in Depth map adjustment.

I downloaded the latest folder from github, although the files listed in the readmes and comments are 1.9.8.
I'm only trying to do single player. I get how you operate it, it's just I only have a single depth map (that's usable) and kind of sucks for the game's I've been attempting (granted, none of these have been first person 3D games). I can't choose from a bunch of different depth maps or create an option for a custom depth map.
Pinball Arcade, for example, is probably the most successful of the games I've tried so far. To get it to something respectable, however, I had to overwrite Depth Map Adjustment max (50) and change it to 1400. I only have one truly workable Depth Map to work with and it's less than ideal so far.
Need to go through that big thread an figure out where and why the changes were made. Later versions switch to three different viewpoints in Show Depth Map. In that big thread they're are to choose a Depth Map that has incredible definition to all three viewpoints. That never occurs with my Depth Map adjustments. My top lefts, for example, always have zero definition to it.
Here's an example of how those images should look:
https://reshade.me/forum/shader-presentation/2128-3d-depth-map-based-stereoscopic-shader?start=960
I'm not getting anything close to those. I was just hoping I could short-cut the learning process.

My suggestion would be try a game which has the setting in game_setting text file and see if you get a good DepthMap if so fool around with the settings and see if the depthmap changes also in the experimental folder is a newer version of SuperDepth3d which is easier to use.
Most of those images are from me and I was just fooling around with superdepth3D it's really user friendly once you get the hang of it and it's alot better than CM mode in most cases.

OMFG!
So I rolled back to 1.9.6. Not only did this seem to fix a lot of my issues, but it also allowed a game like Renegade Ops, which flat out wouldn't work before, to finally show the 3D Depth Map and actually work.
Optimizing the Depth Map + cranking the perspective to max = OMG! Absolutely amazing on the big screen in the Vive. Spent a bunch of time in Pinball FX2, Pinball Arcade, and Renegade Ops. All three of these completely surpass what I used to experience with 3D Vision on my little monitor.
Amazing program BlueSkyDefender. Quite difficult to get the hang of, but SO worth the effort. Just floored.

@zig
Yeah. I was definitely wondering about that. Had the suspicion that was the case. I've got a huge list of things I want to further explore with this.
EDIT: Nevermind. Think I fixed it.
Sorry for bothering you again. Think I only have one last issue I'm struggling with:
I was never able to ever get this working with setting super sampling in the Nvidia control panel. So I put that aside.
Tried getting this to work with Cemu and I was stumped. Only after reading this:
https://helixmod.blogspot.com/2017/07/zelda-breath-of-wild-3d-vision-fix.html
Did I realize my Graphics Pack was set higher than my monitor resolution. Once I matched the native res of my monitor, depth was again visible in the depth maps.
Do you know if super sampling is possible with this? And how? That link tells you how to do it with the 3D Vision wrapper, but I'm just outputting SBS onto the Vive. I tried raising the depth map division, but that didn't help.

Does anyone know if there is way to get Superdepth 3D working with HDR? I got it working for Assasins Creed Origins for 3D, but HDR is clearly turned off once I toggle 3D on. Its hard to go back to non-HDR on this title, as it is truly amazing looking once set up right.

Shift-E how is the performance in Assasins Creed Origins with SuperDepth 3d and what settings do you use ?

I decided to stick with 2D + HDR, but while I was testing superdepth 3D it ran great. there's usually very little of a performance hit with superdepth/reshade, so I was maxed out on 4k at about 50-60 FPS on a 1080ti. Origins runs much easier than recent ubisoft open world games (wildlands, WD2) despite how great it looks.

For all other idiots out there, just want to point out that you will not get a 3D depth map to show unless the in-game resolution matches your desktop resolution.
I discovered this when I struggled getting in-game super sampling to work.
Think this was also why I was having issues with the latest versions. I had to do a complete re-install of Steam a while ago and I think some of those I was initially testing with somehow defaulted to a lower resolution. That was the true source of the issue.
Also, in case anyone is wondering why the older versions had more depth maps, reading through the main thread, it also seems like with Reshade 2.0, you couldn't adjust a depth map in real time? If that was true, it would have certainly been helpful to have premade settings. Not really necessary when real-time adjustments are doable. (EDIT: Finally made it to the end of that thread. He actually automated the process for depth maps.)

3d vision and superdepth 3d are two totally seperate things. Why are you interested in superdepth 3d? If you can say what you're trying to achieve we should be able to give you some advice.
