To start off lets look at my build.
Seagate barracuda st31000524AS 1tb 7200 RPM data 6.0 gb/s 3.5
G.skill ripjaws x series 8gb 240pin DDR 3 1600
Gigabite GA 990xa-ud3 amd3+ 990x data
Antec lanboy air
AMD Phenom 2 1100T black edition thousand 3.3ghz 3.7ghz Turbo Amd3 125w 6 core
2x galaxy geforce GTX 465 femi 1gb 256-bit DDR5 pci express 2.0 x16 HDCP ready in SLI
Ps3 3d TV (24 inch led 240ghz) 2 Sony 3d universal glasses
One mini HDMI to HDMI 1.4a Cable
The facts.
1.4a HDMI can run 3d in 1080p 120hz previous 1.3a can only run 720p 120hz or 1080p 60hz (note for active shutter only half go to each eye)
Both the 3d tv and graphics card are 1.4a ready
The 3d ps3 TV is 240hz due to this it "can be" 120hz true atleast as u can only artificially double frames thru TV programs
DVI duel link can run 1080p 120hz
Nvidia currently only supports 1080p 24hz and 720p 60hz thru HDMI
The question.
How to get my PC to do 3d in 1080p 120hz
I spent all last night trying to find a answer but could only find slightly related topics.
Let me know if I missed any vital information.
Any help would be great as the TV is led 1080p 3d 240hz and looks amazing and I'd like to keep it as a monitor the same specs would be over 500 dollars. Thank you.

You'll need a Dual link DVI connection or Displayport 1.2. Although HDMI1.4/1.3 has sufficient raw bandwidth for 1920x1080 /120, the VESA commitee has not published an EDID for that config.

HDMI to Dvi doesn't do duel Dvi I know that so is there no other option?
I know Dvi to HDMI or vice.versa can't do duel dvi quality.

Displayport 1.2 will do 1920x1080 /120

I'm not sure, but doesn't the PS3 Display, only accept a 60Hz input signal?
I'm pretty sure it's not even made by Sony, but is a monitor that was rebadged by their PS3 Department.

Yep PS3 monitor is the same as every other 3D TV out there, will only take a 60Hz input signale and only supports the standard 720P@60Hz or 1080P@24Hz
The 240Hz is just internal interpolation.
