NVIDIA 3D in Google Earth? Can NVIDIA 3D be used to convert programs such as google earth?
Hi,

I'm about to start my Masters dissertation which will look into the value of stereo-3D beyond movies, gaming etc.

One of the ideas is to implement a modern 3D solution into a Virtual globe such as Google Earth, Nasa World Wind or ArcGIS Explorer.

Does anyone know if the NVIDEA 3D vision technology would be able to render these programs in real-time stereo-3D just as it can for games?

Many thanks for your help,

David

Thanks! I'll have a look at those solutions.

Any idea what the quality is meant to be like in comparison to NVIDEA 3D?
