Using Nvidia 3D Vision with a full HD HDMI 144hz monitor?
Hey y'all, I have an old set of Nvidia glasses kit with the emitter, I haven't used it for awhile as awhile ago I bought a bigger 60hz monitor, now I am getting a new monitor that runs at 144hz 2560x1080 34". Am I going to be able to use the 3D glasses and emitter? If so is there anything I should know first? thanks

The situation regarding 3D Vision and screen compatibility has not changed. In order to use 3D Vision glasses, you need a 3D Vision certified monitor. The high refresh rate isn't sufficient, the age of simple dumb CRT monitors is over. You cannot convert a non-3D display into 3D. Check the specs and manual (online manual if needed) of your new monitor. If you can't find any mention of 3D Vision, it isn't compatible.

Roger that, thanks man. Nothing about 3D, just (up to) 144hz, FreeSync, Advanced gaming features (modes, lighting etc), motion blur reduction, pretty much everything BUT 3D.
