I had a look on the guide... unfortunately nothing related to 3D Vision. I don't have the time to play around with all the possible configuration settings there...but if someone finds a configuration on which 3D Vision works properly please post it here...

In absence of a Witcher 2 forum, it appears everyone has been piling on the GOG forum to get CDP RED's attention. And they do appear to post there from time to time and answer questions. This thread contains more evidence that they are working on the 3D Vision bugs:
http://www.gog.com/en/forum/the_witcher_2/witcher_2_1_3_patch_schedule_eta_for_next_patch_what_will_it_fix/page4

Someone from CDP RED (marcin360) posted: "We are aware of this issue and are working on resolving it."

Also very good to hear.
I suppose it is a matter of waiting ... hopefully we won't have to wait a year.

I am happy to give CPD RED a chance. It might have taken time, but they were definately proud and stood by The Witcher. Remember how they rereleased it, free, as the enhanced edition? Why would their attitude change now? It took time with the first one, this will likely be the case with the second.

Following the Bioshock 2 debacle, I have chosen to treat 3D Ready titles with EXTREAME caution. Forgetting the other issues, how nVidia failed to notice the unremovable 2D crosshair is beyond me. On that note, the MTBS game analyser rated The Witcher 2 as Uncertified, with 20%; this was despite the only negative the game was marked down on was FPS loss.

Once the FPS is fixed this game will shine.

Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

I am, like many, dissapointed that game was given 3D Ready rating on launch.
I remain optomistic that CD Red and Nvidia will fix the issues.
Though, curiously the first Witcher had framerate issues in 2D in some interior environments when torch lights were present.

Like many, I will not purchase this game until Stereo performance is fixed.
3DVision when implemented properly is so excellent that I no longer purchase or play any games that do not work in Stereo.
In the meantime, Bulletstorme is a fun romp!

I dont remember framerate issues in the first Witcher and I have just replayed it (well replayed the the first bit anyway) but I'll take your word for it.

Bulletstorm!

I just downloaded the demo and it is broken! Only one eye works. I take it the full game is ok?

***edit***

completely agree about not wanting to play game mono now.

This doesn't bode well for playing the game anytime soon:

"3D vision fix is on the list of things we are working on but can't promise you that we will implement it in the 1.3 patch."

That's from the twitter feed at:

Well they better hurry up as I have shelved this game until they do fix 3D, and odds are something better will be out before that day comes along.

or in other words. "we dont care that much for the 3d vision fix, we are working really hard on getting it working on xbox first, then ps3, and then the witcher 3, after that if we have some spare time we will gather a team and think about making a fix"
