3DVision USB device unavailable out of sleep mode FYI only - Not a problem report
With all the posts suspecting the USB being the culprit of the flashing problem I thought I should bring up an interesting thing: For about a week now, about 40% of the times when my computer come out of sleep mode, the OS would pop up a warning saying an USB device is not installed and not ready to use, further look into the popup reveals that it is stereoscopic driver that's was the problem. A reboot fixes this.

Note: I don't experience any flasing in any game before or after these incidences. Just think that it might help devs debugging.

I don't know if it has anything to do with the flashing problem (I doubt it does), but I've had problems with 3dV after S3 sleep mode also. After coming out of S3 sleep mode 3dV will not activate when a 3d game/app is started. The glasses will not turn on, and the emitter will not turn green even if I push the button. Then, if I go to the nvidia control panel and try to forcibly disable/re-enable stereoscopic mode (usually by going into the logo test screen, hoping to "jolt" 3dV drivers into working) my system crashes to BSOD. I've only experienced this problem since driver v1.09

I've noticed that whenever my computer comes out of sleep mode, if I try to play a game in 3d, the display freezes. To solve it i've simply had to unplug the mini usb cable from the back of the transmitter desk pyramid thing, and replug it in so it is recognized. No reboot needed. It unfreezes and i can play as normal.
