I get this message, too when enabling upscale shader. It disappears if pressing CTRL + T twice.

Using the original acermod4k.inf on a LG 65UH8500. With this edid I get physical problems with the picture on the TV, repeating black blanking, a white speckle pixel type issue after 30min or so of use, and a pop noise seeming to be coming from the hdmi port of the TV (Very strange I know), none of this occurs with the original monitor driver windows uses. I have tried to install some of the other edid overrides but windows comes up with an error that they do not contain valid information?
Any ideas on why this may be happening?
Thanks

So ... since the new 2000 series GPU's aren't much of an upgrade to 1080 ti, I am wondering which upgrade path I should take. My system is 1080ti , 4790k(not oc) , 1600mhz ram(16gb). The upcoming intel cpu's look good, but also so does SLI. Should I consider cpu upgrade or SLI? Also side question, I am using Afterburner to see gpu/cpu usage, I am no expert but I am getting between 50-60fps in 1 game so far that I tested, and the cpu/gpu usage are not maxed, they are around the 60-70% usage range. Another game I tested was getting about 40-60 fps , and the CPU usage was 4%, while GPU at 100%. Any tips/tricks on how I can maximize performance running 4k3d?

If you have the money SLI is a must if you want to get the most out of 3D vision on 4K.
Of course most games need tweaking to get SLI working.. and some of them
Don’t work at all. But it worth for the games that do work (mostly AAA games).

Hello!
I was a 3DVision fan for years and I still hop that one day nvidia will come awake and give stereovision the priority it deserves. Now I have been searching for improving my 3D-Vision experience for some years now, but still couldn't find the optimal solution. I want a better display, that's 4K passive (vs my old LG-25"-FullHD-Monitor).
What I need to know:
What display would you guys recommend, for having 4K-passive-3D in a realistic size (so it fits onto my desktop and isn't too big for productivity). So I am searching for the smallest 4K-passive-3D TV would work with 3D Vision through DVI.
Dou ou have any recommendations, be it new or used?
Thank you! :)

For those of you with the HDR Tv's, do you have issues with windows 10 activating HDR in games? I have a few games that use HDR like Forza Horizon4 and Resident evil 2 remake, in settings the HDR display is not detected. Any suggestions?
Also a seperate issue I have is with the colors/brightness on my 55C6P seem dimmmer sometimes, I am unsure if it is the auto brightness or the NVidia color settings bug. Anyone else get this? I usually try random things like opening up windows that show bright white or switching HDMI ports to get it to show brighter and more colors to pop. The problem is somewhat subtle, but I can see the difference.

jhgator1777 - are you using joker18's EDID referenced in a recent ReCore discussion (see https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/1070811/3d-vision/recore-on-steam/post/5977048/#5977048)?
I am using a modified one but have tried several with same problem, I think the problem I am having is either tv TV auto dimming or the Nvidia color settings bug, but the nvidia color is always selected and not default, the problem is kinda subtle but what is most noticeable is the brightness or contrast of the screen seems dimm at times.

Whenever I enable Windows 10 HDR, desktop and SDR game colors look dim or washed out. However, HDR supported games like ReCore look great. Unless I am playing a game supporting HDR, I normally leave HDR Off...

windows 10 and hdr are pretty rough still. myself i get more ghosting in my games with hdr on. plus many hdr pc games require dx12 which is not 3d vision compatible anyways
