Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster

I have just bought the game, although I won't be able to download it yet (Sunday at the earliest). [s]I think they run at 30fps, which I don't like. But this is the only chance we have to play them in 3D. Looking at the requirements, I'm 99% sure this is a DX9 game. Let's hope it isn't too broken.[/s] Taking advantage of owning the first post, I'll post here the latest version of the fix so it can be found faster: https://www.dropbox.com/s/k6mwq1zkxmk79ss/ffx_3D_fix14.7z?dl=0

Thanks! I am very excited for this game too. :P I've tried this game on the pcsx2 with the 3D plugin and the 3D looks fantastic. :)) Still exciting for the pc version though.

I am also interested in this;) I remember playing this on the PS2...ages ago;)) and always wanted to play it on the PC (like FF7/8 at the time). Which reminds me that I still have all the other PC released FF games in my back-log...lol....

Oh wow, totally didn't know they were releasing this. Too bad the cinematic moments are prerendered, but still will be a nice 3D experience. Thanks for the heads up that you'll be working on this. Good luck!

There arent that many cinematics in FFX , I beat it like a year ago again on PS4 and half of it is beginning/ending. Like 30 mins of a 40+ hour game. I think even Max Payne 3 had longer and it was like 8-10 hours. 13 is where it gets crazy.

Yeah, I didn't think there was a sh*t ton of them, but still a few. Thankfully the Tidus/Yuna romance scene was one of them, IIRC. It was cringe worthy enough in 2D, don't need that 'enhanced' at all in 3D. I imagine, following this trend, FFXII will be next. Wonder if that'll be reason enough for me to finally play that game to completion before I get too bored of it.

I just barely beat FF12 [same with FF13]. The only pro about it is that the old fighting system is gone. Im struggling to keep playing JRPGS with standard combat format nowadays. I play them for nostalgia then I just struggle from there. Though if I remember correctly 12 wants you to grind ALOT and its still not a great system. Id probably play it for like an hour and say oh yeah Dragon Age Origins does this actually well and go play that.

I've tested both games and the 3D works beautifully out of the box. I used NvidiaInspector and AC4 profile to active the 3D. It's DX11. :)) I really like the new Special features have been asked to the game. It's like a trainer or cheat engine. It's really cool. :P

I have Nvidia Inspector but I'm not sure exactly how to do what you described. Would you mind walking me through it?

I've tried Assassin Creed IV profile, but the game does not switch into stereo-mode. Tried both fullscreen and borderless at 1920x1080. I'm using win7x64, driver ver. 365.10, gtx980.

Ok I think I figured it out. I just added the FFX.exe to AC4's profile and I assume that's how it's done. But it also does not seem to be working for me either. Windows 10 with the latest drivers here

All I did was just added these 3 files to AC4 profile. FFX&X-2_LAUNCHER.exe, FFX.exe and FFX-2.exe I am on windows 10 and driver ver 365.10, gtx660. I also did a test on TriDef and it works beautifully. :P

I added those three as well and still nothing :/ How are you launching the game? Through Steam and then through the SE launcher, or are you using FFX.exe directly? I've tried both methods, neither work lol. 3D is on and is working for other games so I can rule that out at least. Have you made changes in the past to your AC4 profile (I assume we're talking about the AC4(sp) profile too) that would maybe be necessary for 3D to work? You're not using the the 3Dmigoto wrapper too are you? Just trying to figure out how or why it's working for you and not others lol I'm also on 365.10, gtx 980

I'll be able to try it this afternoon. If nothing works for you, try forcing fullscreen with 3Dmigoto. It's disabled by default.
