What is the best 3D Video Player and how to use it?

All changes are revertible with a driver reinstall - all CRU does is modify the display info so your graphics card thinks your display hardware has extra capabilities. NEVER the less - You wouldn't be using CRU at all - you would only be using a bundled driver reboot program to restart the driver within 5 seconds instead of having to completely restart your system. This restart driver tool has nothing to do with CRU otherwise :)

Hey RAGEdemon. Thanks a lot mate! It works. First I ran restart.exe which messed up everything. Like a vanilla reset removing even EDID's. Had to re-calibrate my color settings and all that jazz. But restart64.exe resets only whats necessary to get 3D back. Salute man. It seems the codecs take exclusive control over some of the 3d settings somewhere because I checked the registry keys in global and they weren't touched at all. I probably missed something. But never the less restart64 would be the way to go after using PotPlayer. sView don't cause trouble and allows you to take JPS screenshots which I find very great. PotPlayer doesn't seem to shake nVidia's hand. I feel more inclined to buy StereoScopicPlayer now. I have a feeling it would be the least buggy and provide the most coverage. On top of this I found a way to bypass the irritating halo on the side of the screen with PotPlayer. View(2)>Frame Size>Screen Margin Settings - allows you to move the output to one side. So it eliminates the halo but now its off center. Guess I'll just have to swallow my OCD xD I might have missed it but couldn't find this in Paulduslers 3d Fix manager. Perhaps he could implement CRU's restart functions in his app? I see there are already so many useful features I'm sure many don't even know about. For instance the screenshot shortcut key override. And the JPS quality! I just couldn't understand why my screenshots at 720 always looked like pixelated Mario from the 1980s. Why wouldn't nVidia give us control over this??? I mention this because I've heard others here complaining about this exact problem that these media players are causing. It might save a lot of time before going with DDU.

Glad I could be of service :) Pauldusler, pardon my ignorance if this is already implemented, but could custom resolution settings be implemented in the 3D Fix manager? I see that standard 16:9 resolutions are there by default, but there doesn't seem to be a way to select 16:10 resolution such as 1280x800 or 2560x1600, or custom resolutions... maybe I ought to put this request n the 3D fix manager thread... :) Maybe I'm missing something obvious... Amazing piece of software otherwise!

Some of you have probably heard of DVDFab, and perhaps used one of their products, such as their ripper. Anyhow, they now have a Blue-ray Player and the Ultra version has 3D playback. Unfortunately, there is no support for 3D Vision monitors, unless you have one with an integrated emitter, like the VG278H https://www.dvdfab.cn/media-player.htm You can also use VLC for non 3D Blu-rays https://vlc-bluray.whoknowsmy.name/
