but with the 2600k @ stock i'm limited without overclocking it?
[/quote]
i would overclock to at least 4.0Ghz to eliminate any bottleneck
Since I'm a noob regarding 3d vision i would appreciate any help that you can give me.
I am an owner of Toshiba X770 laptop with GTX 560M (1.5GDDR5) with 268 version driver pack (280 are not supported by Toshiba and cause seriouse graphic problems :-( ). Anyway, my settings in the game are pretty much all enabled , except ubber stuff. Game runs perfect in 2D mode, but when I switch to 3D, it's not so great (it's not fluid or smooth).
So, my questions are: does anybody have same experience with the same or similar graphic card? Is it normal that 3D drains that much power for the performance? Will the new drivers once they are available solve this problem or I just need to lower resolution or something...?

Yes, it is completely normal that your card is not keeping up with the game. TW2 is taxing on most average systems, and running in 3D nearly halves your FPS - you are rendering every frame twice instead of once. You will have to lower settings or switch to a desktop gaming rig.

Yeah, I was pretty naive and spent a fortune on "gaming laptop". Thx for the reply SnickerSnack

I have sli 480's, and solid other parts too, I expected better results, with 29-35fps

it's the new crysis and tbh it's the best looking game in 3D to this date
I just started playing this using 3DTV Play on my Panasonic VT 25. The 3d effect is fantastic when walking around normally, but I'm getting severe ghosting during dialog scenes. Is that normal? My depth is currently set somehwere between 35-40.
I've currently got all graphic options except for uber sampling enabled.

After 3 hours into the game, I am thinking the same thing. The global lighting doesn't appear to have a noticeable pop-in, and the viewing distance is massive. In 3d I felt some next-gen feeling.

Ok ... I don't get this. Game ran fine before 2.0. I am not getting a framerate issue but in the beginning of the game right before I meet the king, the crossbows are only rendering in one eye. Can anyone else please confirm this for me to make sure I am not going crazy?
