3D Vision screwing up YouTube?
Over the last couple of days whenever I load a YouTube video in Firefox, 3D Vision starts (i.e, the light on the emitter turns bright green and I can turn the glasses on) and Windows Aero is disabled. This is obviously very annoying.

I've tried disabling the 3D Vision plugins for Firefox but it still goes '3D' and Windows Aero is disabled. The only way to stop it is to disable Flash, which obviously means that I can't actually watch videos.

I've tried other websites which display Flash videos but it only seems to be happening on YouTube.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

What other websites is it happening for you on? I'd like to see if it's the same for me.

[font="Arial"]I'm seeing the same thing happening as well, 3D Vision turns on when playing videos.

I'm using Firefox as well. Does not happen with IE.

Since this is also happening when playing Kongregate games, I thought this might have to do with recently installing the Unity3D Plugin for playing Kongregate Unity type games, some of which actually have Stereo 3D (I would never have discovered this if the 3D Vision had not turned on). Anyways, I uninstalled the Unity 3D player, but the 3D Vision still automatically turns on, so I guess it is not the Unity3D player.

Same for me...firefox seems to be the problem browser..ie and chrome are fine. tried uninstalling all my add-ons in firefox but no joy. Hopefully, either the next firefox or 3dvision update will fix the problem.

Yup, Firefox/Youtube problem. It wouldn't be so bad if it was Youtube 3D video! But no!

I don't understand why we can't just keep our monitors in DVI mode with a checkbox or toggle somewhere.

What version of Flash you ppl got installed?
Flash 10.2.x enables 3D Support, maybe it has something to do with it? :<
