Fifa 12 Helixmod.
Anyone fancy trying to fix fifa 12 in 3d, the game is fantastic in 3d vision but the 2d icons seperate with convergence and restrict how much you can pull the convergence, you can disable the 2d icons ingame, but the menu splits too unfortunately.

I have been using tridef for fifa as it does not separate the icons.

I will be eternally grateful if someone can have a shot at it.

I should learn how to do this to be honest, as at least I could contribute to the ever growing list of helixmods.

drop this into your FIFA 12 .exe folder...

Press Numpad 5 and Numpad 2 when in-game to find the vertex shader or pixel shader that affects the icons. When you find it...press Numpad 6 or 7 to dump the icons shader. You will find it in a new /DUMPS folder that will be created in your .exe folder.

Post the code here.

Tried last night and can not seem to get the game to boot with the dx9.dll file in the folder :(

Attatch it on here and I'll try it later. I've never done it before but did you find the shaders that need changing?

I eventually got it to boot, i had to disable the origin in game overlay, thanks eqzitara, I am having problems finding the shader though, can not seem to skip through them, probably not helping that i have my 3d adjustments set to the num pad. :)

I have been playing this in 3D. I found that the shaders around 50-52 (iirc?) need to be disabled when a match starts removing the text and windows. I also play with the 2D player indicator disabled (you get used to it pretty quick)which in number 35 or so. Doing this manually takes me about 10 seconds before the start of every match, but its worth it :) then when the match finishes, I press teh default key to enable all shaders again so I can navigate the menu until the next match.

Great looking game in 3d btw, reminds me of a foosball table :D
