Sadness... they both work off of IR. :(

...time to strap a Wii Remote to the top of my head at least it might use the IR from the emitter. :)
More games will probably benefit from these with VR simultaneously. The process of looking around to activate items as a mode of usage will be easier to adapt to eye and head tracking.
The difference is though, eye tracking is much more faster and accurate than headtracking could be.

Starbreeze has it incoporated into their VR Headset.

So far they only have headsets available at some of the IMAX VR Experience locations. I made a thread about it in the VR sub forums.
It was rumored that they would soon have consumer versions available.
I still think it was a mistake that they sold Brothers, I hope they retained the IP rights.
I don't know what Dell return policies are, but it's on there for $109.

Also, I'm looking for the cheapest way to get this headtracking working. I saw opentrack, but I don't know much about how I can use it for desktop 3d or VR usage just yet.

[quote="MyLittleEye"]Havent heard anyone else mention this yet, so thought I'd throw it out there...
I've used the Carl Zeiss Head Tracker for quite a while with 3D vision and a 160" inch screen & it gives a really great effect in some games... & plus it works with every single game as it's simply a mouse controller.. ( so zero lag )
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-001-CZ
I simply tape it to the side of my 3d vision glasses and I also at times sit stupidly close to my 160" screen ( 1 - 2 meters away ) and looking around in games like Far cry 3 at times is mindblowing immersion..

I got my 4C about 6 weeks ago, and it has spoiled me I'm afraid. It took far too little time for me to feel amputated in Elite Dangerous and Ghost Recon Wildlands if I was playing without it. Support for more games can only happen too slowly... :D

Not only did Soma get an eye tracking patch
Frictional games patched some of their games recently with achievements!
This is because the games were recently ported to the PS4 and XBox One.
Nothing too fancy.

I wasn't really thinking about how any type of 3D glasses could interfere with it :(
