world of warcraft is always out of focus. I adjust it to where I want save it. But if I exit out of the game or alt tab out then bam it goes right back to being out of focus. I save it but the save never takes. any suggestions would be wonderful to hear

You need to adjust it with the in game sliders.
WOW overrides the NVidia settings when the game starts.

On the 'in-game' adjusters in the video settings I've got the best results with the top one about a quarter of the way along and the bottom one just shy of half way along. Dalaran looks absolutely amazing like that, and you don't feel like your eyes are going to bug out of your head either. /haha.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':haha:' />
Obviously do yours to suit your preferences, but I recommend messing with the sliders while in Dalaran - it gives you a good idea of what the rest of the game will look like, and provides you a lot of near and far things to look at, until you've got the balance right.
