Can't get 3d vision to acknowledge my WD-60c10 is in 3D mode help
Hello,

I have a Mitsubishi WD-60C10 dlp tv, and when I'm going through the 3d vision wizard it sees I have a 3d ready tv, but then it tells me to put the tv in 3d mode--which it is!

I'm using the dual link dvi-hdmi cable that comes with 3d vision, and the 3d cable is plugged into the tv and emitter, and the emitter is seen by Windows 7 via the USB cable.

I've been reading a lot of confusing and conflicting information about the Mitsubishi DLP's. Do you also need to have a Mitsubishi adaptor kit? I'm highly confused about what is required to get 3d vision working, or if it can even work at all with this TV (although the latest driver I downloaded said it does).

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

When you complete the 3D vision setup wizard do the screenshots appear in 3D?

No, sir.

I feel like I should include some more information in my response, but I can't think of anything :-)

Edit: I do see a double image on the screen, but the glasses aren't activated, I think.

Ok so today we dont support that product with 3D Vision. We will need to check and update our drivers.

Thanks, I understand. I'd noted that it wasn't on that page, but it is on one of the driver download pages:

http://www.nvidia.com/object/notebook-win7-winvista-266.58-whql-driver-all.html

Is there any kind of debugging I can turn on? I feel a bit useless not being able to offer more useful info.

im having the exact same issue with a mitsu WD-60737. It always WORKED before (havent used it in a while) The emmitter will not turn on. Says vesa cable is not hooked up or tv is not in 3d mode (both are) 3d vision works fine on my viewsonic. Driver issue? Im using the latest (the last certified ones seem to have the same issue)

Hi Caper70, do you happen to recall how long ago it was working for you?

It would be great if you could figure out the driver version number.

You might find the driver temporary files lying around on your hard drive, and they might have the version number.

It does *sound* like there *might* be a regression, especially if you install an older version you still have downloaded and it fixes the problem.
