Today I decided to play Skyrim again, it's been a while and trying to find the best visual overhaul mods on Nexus compatible with 3D Vision and each other is a pain, so I ask you what's your current setup?
Last time I used Realistic_Lighting , More Dynamic Shadows and StaticMeshImprovement along with few other texture and minor visual mods.

It shouldnt have any issues that werent there before though tbh Im waiting for the rift before deciding which I will prefer to play it on.
Skyrim doesnt have effects that ghost though so thats from display I believe.
performance might be from the issue where you have to..
nvidia inspector -> profiles (wrench icon) -> Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim -> remove app from current profile -> tesv.exe

Sorry to intrude on this thread again but I need to get some help . When boosting convergence the surrounding items walls and tress looks amazing but at a cost :( The weapons and UI becomes a bit distorted since the focus becomes split into two . UI is hard to follow when conversation starts - or the crosshair will split when looking at doors .
I love the toy effect but I need to find a tweak so the UI sits right .

I doubt you can find a solution for that tbh. Pushing hud into depth would make it more obnoxious when talking to people but better for stuff in distance. Then vice versa for normal hud. Toyification causes a lot of conflicts just because the pop out range / depth range is just too huge.
I am not 100% sure it will pay out but try this. It basically makes HUD a barebones package. It can make game more of a hassle but adds much immersion. Of course you still need to tone down your convergence.

I have spent the last week or so working on my Skyrim 3d overhaul and am finally happy with it.
For textures I'm using: the Texture Pack Combiner, which includes Skyrim HD - 2K Textures, Serious HD Retexture Skyrim, Skyrim Realistic overhaul, as well about 15 or so others including Vurts Flora overhaul, Lush Trees, and Static Mesh Improvement.
The hardest part was to figure out what to do with the post-processing, as I knew I wanted ENB in some form, which unfortunately isn't compatible with Helix Mod. I ended up using the old 3D vision Compatibility Project mods to fix water, and the sky, as well as the bdefferedshadows fix for shadows. This allowed ENB to work ALMOST perfectly, minus one thing - bloom. Really unfortunate since bloom plays such a large part in many ENB profiles. As a workaround I combined RCRN, to take over the lighting, with the Enhanced Motion Picture Enb (bloom turned of in the .ini), and am very satisfied with the result!
If anyone has attempted something similar I would be super interested in hearing about it!

Yeah I think this is why I loved DeadSpace:2 so much ! I could crank up the convergence with everything in focus . I will try your suggestion today thankyou .
how can I shrink the weapons in skyrim ? I noticed they are the problem with high convergence as it pushes those items into depth . if I can push the weapons back and the height it would probably look better

I'm probably not using as high a convergence level as you, I set my convergence as high as I can to the bow when fully drawn in first person and lower the weapons/hands using this.

Download this archive and unpack to Skyrim folder. Rename d3d9.dll to d3d9enb.dll.
Download https://s3.amazonaws.com/-HeliX-/skyrim.3DVis.zip. Unpack in Skyrim folder.
Open DX9Settings.ini and add to [General] following line:
ProxyLib = C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\d3d9enb.dll
Change the path to your Skyrim folder.
Mark all esp and esm files in Launcher, Data Files. Play and enjoy.
In short this is my huge compilation of high rez textures and visual mods based on Texture Pack Combiner with SuperB ENB-RL. Looks and works flawless in 3D. As for UI problems, just download iHUD mod. It makes playing in 3D much more immersive

These high res texture packs, how do they compare to Bethesda's high res pack? I assume I need to uncheck the Bethesda packs in data files? Your links are hefty downloads, I always opt for the highest res in any games. Also, what does these high res files encompass, everything? Anyone else have any thoughts on mind0rk's set up? Anyway to get a torrent for this....If it is worth it, I'll duplicate this...
