You might need to look for your game exe name (without .exe) or create a new profile. You can create a profile near the dropdown and also add the game exe to it.
To fix the issue in the profile, go to the 7 - Stereo section and set StereoProfile = On and StereoMemoEnabled = Off. You can also enable StereoProfile for the global profile (the default one), then it should (hopefully) create the profile upon opening games that the 3D vision driver detects. Although disabling StereoMemoEnabled there didn't do anything for me.

Disabling StereoMemoEnabled in the Base/Global Profile does work globally, the catch is it only works on games with Profiles... so you'd have to hit Ctrl+F7 to save the Profile and then Alt+Tab(?) or restart the game.
If it's an older game that has a Profile but doesn't have the StereoProfile Setting enabled, either in it Profile or Globally, then it doesn't Save properly(either Ctrl+F7 or StereoMemoEnabled/Ctrl+Alt+Ins) and/or resets the settings, instead of saving them...
