Games like just cause 3, fallout 4 has incredibly horrible 3dvision support! Everything is either closer or way further away than it should be or only visible on one eye.

I see that you posted once back in the 3D Vision forums back in January.
It wasn't mentioned in that thread, but are you aware that there are community 3D compatibility fixes for a lot of games that make them 3D Vision ready? If not you should try them.
http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/10/game-list-automatically-updated.html
If you have a problem with a particular game, make sure you read through the thread for it.
Back to your question....Nvidia still has their API/SDK in place allowing any developer to take advantage of Nvidia's stereoscopic drivers. DirectX and OpenGl have methods of implementing native stereoscopic support into their games.
Tis the game developers/publishers that are failing to implement support.
Nvidia also has "Compatibility Mode" that can be used with dx11 games that do not have community fixes, read the sticky

Why the developers have abandoned 3D vision for the new versions of their games, I think about the games "3D Vision Ready (3DVR)".
- Call of Duty Black Ops 3 : BO 1 and 2 were 3DVR
- Fallout 4 : Fallout 3 was 3DR
- Assassin's Creed Syndicate (only 3D Compatible mode) : Assassin's Creed was 3DVR
- Batman Arkham Knight : Origins, City, Asylum were 3DVR
- Battlefield 4 and Hardline : Battlefield 3 was 3DVR
- Far Cry 4 and 3 : Far Cry 1 and 2 were 3DVR
- Bioshock Infinite : Bioshock 1 and 2 were 3DVR
- Witcher 3 : Witcher 2 was 3DVR
- Resident Evil 6 : Resident Evil 5 was 3DVR
- Company of Heroes 2 : CoH 1 was 3DVR
- Just Cause 3 : Just Cause 2 was 3DVR
- Crysis 3 : Crysis 1+2 were 3DVR
- ...
Hopefully, there is helixmod blog to fix the games, but I don't understand because there are the same games engines, so what's the difficulty to add the 3D mode ?
I'm really hoping the next great games will be 3DVR : Tomb Raider - Dirt Rally - Far Cry Primal - Need for Speed - Mafia 3 - Doom - ...
Hopefully, Rockstar team seems to keep 3D (LA Noire, Max Payne 3, GTA V)...
What a pity ...

Because they don't even try their games in 3D. Some games work better than others out of PURE LUCK!
The 3D Vision Automatic driver HASN'T BEEN UPDATED to keep up the pace with the "modern" techniques of rendering and thus IT CANNOT Stereorize AUTOMATIC for us without manual intervention. Previously the developers TRIED their games in 3D Vision and fixed all the problems we are NOW left to reverse engineer and FIX;)
3D Vision is considered a LEGACY product. It didn't had the impact that was hoped for (wasn't adopted by the mass of players/users).
THANK GOD NVIDIA STILL LISTEN TO US and STILL MAINTAINS the 3D VISION DRIVER (and fixes bugs if properly reported, with a clear explanation of what is happening and a 100% reproduction scenario:) )
I for one am really grateful of the 3D Vision Compatibility Mode;) IS NOT IDEAL (nor the real deal) but it does a good/decent job of 3d-fying the games:) until the community comes with a proper 3D Vision Fix;)

Cannot agree more with you, Helifax! :) Played Mad Max all along with CM mode and it was... Good. :) CM mode also has significantly smaller performance impact.

Metal Gear Solid would have not been purchased Thanks to CM mode it was.
I have played a lot of games with CM mode . CM mode is great when nothing else is available and by modifying the profiles almost any game works.
+1 NVidia
I don't like the CM mode. It has too little depth, it has haloes, it's fake... I've only tried it for a few minutes in Bioshock Infinite, however.
I always prefer real 3D over 2D, but in my opinion it's better having 120fps in 2D (with the low input lag and increased smoothness) than 60fps in fake 3D.

CM is a good alternative to play lots of game in 3D. For me, the best example is Trials Fusion. With Assassin's Crred Unity profile, trials Fusion looks awesome in CM. Watchdogs was also very good with CM.
Nevertheless real 3D is much better than CM.
