Long answer : 120Hz is neither requirement or guarantee that 3D vision will work.
3D vision requires more than a fast refresh rate, it also require special electronics inside the TV that almost all 120Hz HDTVs lack of.
Check for your display in the nvidia 3D vision requirements [url="http://www.nvidia.com/object/3D_Vision_Requirements.html"]http://www.nvidia.com/object/3D_Vision_Requirements.html[/url]
If your Tv isn't in that list, then it isn't compatible.
