OK, that's weird. The giant log is from the debug=1, pretty expected. We usually want that when it crashes, because it will tend to be smallish with high detail.
But since it's working the log is not useful. That does say that the fix itself and 3Dmigoto are running here though, the crash is not likely related to them.
That suggests that changing the speed somehow changed the results. Maybe look around for other people who are having it crash at launch for tips on what to try.
Edit: also try making 3D always on in control panel, and set game resolution to match monitor resolution so no switching is required.

Like I say, I was part of the alpha and complained many many times about the auto disabling of HUD. It has been purposely disabled for 3D. They added that in. It used to be fine in earlier versions. No response, they don't care about 3DVision. Its been disabled if the game detects 3D in use for the sole benefit of Oculus Rift. In pCars world there is no other 3D worth a damn. Believe me, I was constantly posting about 3DVision issues.
I got CM mode running and it looked fine for me so was half happy..... Then they disabled the HUD!!! After basically getting told to shut up...I gave up. They are not going to address anything related to 3DVision.

That sucks. I posted on the game forums as well, and also PM'd one of the guys who suggested that 3D was in their roadmap, while at the same time moving the thread to "suggested features" or something... I told him I had a partial fix so if they sort this one thing out they could probably safely forget about 3D Vision, but if you were basically ignored before I guess I won't hold my breath.
Are there any configuration file settings perhaps? The xml file in the users directory just seems to have the game settings in created in game.

Quick update on progress:
1. Been through most levels picking up extra shaders
2. Done a few different quality settings for the odd level, but there is a fair bit to do (all the combinations of quality setting in each race track...)
3. I fixed skybox for clear day, and thunder clouds for rainy day
4. I removed sun glare, it was at screen depth, and does not work properly even in 2D and looks crap
5. I fixed (approximately) floor reflections in the car garage area
6. I fixed the odd bloom effect, but I might need to disable a lot of them. I have not yet looked at the game at night time.
7. I FIXED THE ON SCREEN HUD :-)
8. There are some decompiler issues preventing me from fixing haloing from dust thrown up by the car wheels, but bo3b will hopefully be able to help with that.
9. The menus are unchanged and are a bit all over the place, but still actually very usable. I do not plan on prioritising this. The menus are such that changing one thing screws up something else.
10. I fixed some Fog haloing
**EDIT:
11. There is a snag with night lights - the fix necessary to remove the haloing, makes some light reflections (which start off correct) render at screen depth... Sigh...
So it will be a while before it's all done, but it's looking good :-)

Hi Mike!
I'm so glad you are doing a lot of progress!!!
Yesterday I've tested the second build (v.0.02) and still had lots of shaders rendered at wrong depth IN SUNNY conditions! Is it normal? (I play with everything on max settings except shadows on MEDIUM and reflections on VERY HIGH)
another strange thing is that as soon as I enable 3d vision in pCars, I get my GPU usage only at about 50%.....
Am I doing everything correctly?
- I download and extract with 7zip your file
- then I put everything (6 files with shaderfix folder) into the main pCars folder (where exe sits)
- and play pcars with its default nvidia 3d vision profile (without compatibility mode)
please let me know cos I LOVE playing in 3D!!! :-)

Which System GPU/CPU do you use?
I have to keep in my eye GPU Vram Usage.
With maxed out settings my 780Sli 3GB gets Vram usage overload and fps and GPU usage drops massive.

That sounds like it's not working at all to me. I ran Mike's alpha-2 fix, and it's nearly flawless on sunny days. Definitely not normal what you are seeing. Look at Mike's snapshot above- you should see that.
Are you using the pCars64.exe? The fix is setup for x64 version. Can probably work on x32 version later, but right now it's x64.
If that's not it, what OS and driver are you using? Best to add all that info to your account signature, that way we don't have to keep asking.

I use pCars64.exe and my OS is windows 7 64 bit with latest driver version (those GTA V ready)..
my framerate is low (50% gpu usage) on GTX 780 Ti... and as said before, in sunny weather it's unplayable... lots of black shaders from trees and cars...
What am I doing wrong?

Hi there. I will put out an alpha0.03 shortly, which fixes many more shaders. You may be looking at a track with different quality settings to me - have a look at my point No. 2 above, I am still working through this because the game only exports new shaders as it uses them (many games just dump everything in one go at the beginning, which is much easier).
Also, one thing I noticed that often happens for me is that when I start the game everything is screwed up, so I need to Alt-Tab out and back into the game to correctly load the fix - so try that as well.
The fix for the HUD is in two parts:
1. A shader fix which I did
2. A "hack", which is not pleasant, or optimal, but if you want the HUD it has to be done
The HUD Hack
============
1. Make a backp copy of pCARS64.exe!
2. Using Notepad++ (not any other text editor), open up the pCARS64.exe
3. It will look like garbled characters and unreadable: DO NOT EDIT IT!
4. In the menus select Search
5. In the dialog box pick the replace tab
6. In the find box type "nvapi_Query"
7. In the replace box type "nvbpi_Query"
8. Click 'find and replace all' or whatever it is called
9. Save and Close
This now prevents the game from querying the nvapi to see if it is enabled and subsequently disabling the hud if it is - by default it has to assume not.
I can't remember if I included the shader fix that is required as well in 0.02 - by all means try this and see.
**EDIT I did include it, but commented out the line, so do this:
1. Open file c9eac54087536dfa-vs_replace.txt
2. Remove the two slashes "//" from line 62:
**Change:
float4 stereo = StereoParams.Load(0);
// o0.x -= stereo.x * (o0.w - stereo.y);
**To
float4 stereo = StereoParams.Load(0);
o0.x -= stereo.x * (o0.w - stereo.y);

============
