I just bought "3D Vision 2 Wireless Glasses Kit" but I'm facing difficulties with using it, I already have the latest drivers from NVIDIA and whenever I start the "Geforce 3D Vision Setup Wizard" and click next in the below picture:

What model is your Display?
What connection type?
If you have 2 monitors connected, are you setting it as your primary?
Also, a lot of times, issues can be caused by a corrupt driver installation. You can try re-installing the drivers using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)
Once you have it working, be sure to enable and use the advanced keys http://3dvision-blog.com/111-changing-the-convergence-level-in-3d-v ision/
Also check out http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/10/game-list-automatically-updated.html and http://3dsurroundgaming.com/OpenGL3DVisionGames.html for stereoscopic compatibility patches made by the posters on these forums.

display model is Asus VG248QE 24" Full HD, it's connected through HDMI, the PC information are listed at the end of the first post
I have one monitor only, I already tried DDU.
the IR emitter is already connected by USB and shows green light, the glasses are fully charged.
The HDMI input chip on that monitor is not capable of the bandwidth needed for 1080P@120.
You'll need to connect via Display port or Dual Link DVI.
Now the Display port is connected, I changed the refresh rate to 120 but it still shows the same error.
Thank you both for your support, and yes it is a driver related error, it turned out I have installed previous monitor driver and GPU driver from their CDs and they were conflicting with Geforce drivers
I removed all of them then re-installer Geforce and now it's finally working :)

GL, it's well worth it, once you have it working and apply any game specific patches, if needed.
