Yes, I just updated the fix to version 1.2 which adds compatibility for the auto-crosshair to work on all resolutions (at least all the ones that appeared for me on my single display all the way up to 4K).

Weird thing now. My game wont start.
The problem seems to be the reshade.During the compiling effects it crashes.
I did nothing, just updated the fix to 1.2, tried to reverse back to 1.1 but same happens.
Does anyone is having problems with this reshade I wonder if that is the cause of constant crashes in the game as well?
It starts the game fine if I delete the dxgi.dll, then reshade wont load.

Fixed the problem with reshade now. I had to reinstall the DirectX End-User Runtimes.

The profiles work mate. If you want to view text file, grab a decent tool. Don't use notepad.
Use PSPAD, Notepad++ any other text editor.
The fact that it doesn't work for you means: you don't follow the steps. (Don't forget to delete the nvsel.bin file ^_^)

ok mate but you wrote "You don't need to delete any bin file or such, just run the profile and IMPORT this one"
so I just open geforce profil manager, click import, select your profile and click enter but I have an error with importing the profile "there was a problem importing the settings from disk"...
I tried also exporting my profile first, and then importing yours (with or without deleting bin file) but same error

Yeah, normally you don't need to delete it (if you did it at least one time before). If it still fails, you can always failback to the guide.
The file looks exactly like it should (all those Chinese characters there are right. Notepad doesn't know to read UTF8 chars and doesn't deal with Unix line endings and so on).
You can search and find the profile in the file (Quantum Break) but is the default one.

Thanks for the 1.2 update DJ-RK.
Remedy released a patch today, hope it doesn't break the fix.
Game update 25.10.2016
Release notes:
Optimized ambient occlusion effect loading for common resolutions
Fixed optimized spotlight shader path
Thanks for the report. Fortunately everything seems to be ok, fired it up and played for a few minutes (until I faced a crash :/) and fix still holds.
It's funny, I'm actually enjoying the game and appreciating it even more the 2nd time around. I think part of it is running through the first section with both upscaling off and the reshade preset I'm able to enjoy it more with the much greater clarity/lack of blur than the first time around.
