Just picked up an Acer X1261 projector and I am having issues.
Firstly I can not complete the setup wizard unless I wear the glasses upside down, seems the images are reversed.
Secondly, when I run games or anything in 3D I get a warning message:
"Warning: Attempt to run stereoscopic 3D in non-stereo display mode, please change to a acceptable mode. See documentation for acceptable Stereoscopic 3D modes."
It would be great if 3D Vision could officially support this projector but in the meantime is there a way to just turn off this warning? The 3D effect looks great once I get it setup but the message is annoying.

I took another look and I noticed that while using the setup wizard the projector shows up as Acer (0201). The wizard claims it is 3D ready. Also in the Stereoscopic 3D portion of the NVidia Control Panel it says that the projector is not 3D compatible.

Hi everybody who has Acer projector.First: It is 2 kind of Acer x1261 projector. One is 3d ready, and knows 120Hz,but the other one is not 3d ready, and knows only 75Hz.So if you have 3d ready you install the 1.15 beta driver. That's contain this projector's drivers, and working perfect with it.I don't know the latest driver why doesn't contain this. This is the NVIDIA's faults.I thing the other projector is same problem. So find the good driver.

Make sure you have the 3D Ready version of this projector (3D Vision Sticker on the box, 120 Hz available in display options), then install CD 1.19. It's the last working driver release for the Acer projectors (at least for my X1130p). Hope they fix this bug soon.

Would be great to see a solution to this problem please Nvidia.
I can complete the set-up, but projecting a 3D application via the 120hz X1261 displays the 'Warning...' message below.
The 3D images displays fine, but just need to get the Warning message off the screen!
Using latest Nvidia 3D Vision drivers from the website, an Asus G51J.

Acer has many different Acer projectors. Trust me - its hard to tell. They have three differnt models of 1261, each with a different modifier at the end.
Do me a favor and please send our support team the EDID of your projector and I can tell you if we support it or not. Please tell them you are submitting a request for support on 3D Vision with an Acer 1261 and state that I asked you to send this to them. Include a URL to this forum thread.
