If anyone cares, DEHRDC on DX11 works great on compatibility mode with the sniper elite 3 profile, great 3d effect other than the usual halos. I didn't know Flugan had fixed it though, still I think that performance wise I'll play it on CM instead since my 560ti has issues to get playable framerates even in CM.

Good to know since that 3D was a bit messed up in my case. Couldn`t get it right and lightning was terrible. That's why I didn`t finish DLC. Hopefully this will put me back with it especially since new one is on the way - would be good to know a little bit more about how it all happened. Ty.

Just to reiterate I have made a tool for easily configuring depth in the registry along with convergence.
I have not fixed the game in any other way.
One cool fix I did was to set convergence to 0 when aiming down sight (mouse2) using autohotkeys and cheatengine. Cool when it works and otherwise memory corruption.
I don't recommend softshadows for 3D as there was some issue there.

SKAUT the only thing is that for some reason the CM only kicks in once you alt tab out and back into the game, at least with my setup.

What is that game with this red warrior standing in that deep forest passage ? Picture next to Deus Ex. Looks like Dragon Age Inquisition.
I find you can use almost no 3D plane if you want the guns not cause you a headache.

If you were to put the second image into photoshop and overlay the images most of the image is rendered at near max depth.
The top image should have the eyes swapped regarding the gun.
I find you can use almost no 3D plane if you want the guns not cause you a headache.

It's Castlevania, great 3d and story, pretty annoying gameplay, at least the platforming parts.

Second, with all the talk of the new DX game, I went back to Director's Cut, which I have left a little bit behind due to work. I'm up to the first visit to the Hive in Hengsha. Up until now I have been using teh DX Settings exe to modify the depth and plane before launching DX. However, since I do a lot of hacking, I have to constantly switch the 3D vision effects off, since moving around in the hacking UI with the effects on can be difficult, since the timing of clicks can be short and the pointer, with 3D vision on, is not really precise. It seems, for me, the left and right eye don't really converge well with even a little bit of depth beyond the in-game sliders. If someone has some Depth/Plane settings that improve this, it would save me a world of trouble.
Anyway, whenever I turn the effects off with Ctrl+T and then try to turn them back on with Ctrl+T, the settings modified with Flugan's exe don't kick in. It goes back to the in-game limitations. I'm not exactly sure where to download the DX11 wrapper and where to put it. Flugan's signature has a link to two .bat files. TriDef's Ignition has a pretty good profile for this game (a couple of minor issues), but its S3D (true 3D) is better than CM, in my opinion. Note that the game's native 3D is not very good (virtual 3D), with little convergence.
The game is well worth playing, especially in preparation for the follow-up game releasing later this year.
