Dicey. You could get a passive (non 3d-vision) 3d monitor and use a program called Tridef with it, but you'll lose half the resolution and it's not guaranteed. I wouldn't risk wasting your money.

Since it's a 3D Vision laptop it does support 3DTV Play over HDMI, not sure if the particular monitor you're looking at would over HDMI though, and how the emitter would work or if you'd need another one.
