Yes, but only at first until your eyes adjust to the glasses. Still it is good to make small pauses every few hours when having long gaming sessions ;)

I game for 6-8 hours a day with 3d vision {on weekends sometimes 10-12 hours on LOTRO...}. find my eyes focus better now than ever before. 3d vision is a great eye exerciser.

Yeah I agree with Psyko1, my eye sight seems to be getting better since I got into 3d.
It's hard to explain, but it's like my eyes adjust to certain things faster.
For example when viewing cross eyed photo's now, I can almost see the 3d image instantly..
There are critics out there who would dispute that gaming is not good for your mental health,
(i would say otherwise) and now apparently it's physically good for you with 3d vision.
I imagine it could also produce some detrimental effects.. to those who are sensitive to this type of thing, but
they probably wouldn't be gamers anyway..
