Have you tried the 1.13 beta driver for iz3D? They have an "iz3D shutter mode" which may be helpful. You still need a way to trigger the glasses though, like the e-d activator or something.

U both realize of course that this thread is nearly 2 years old right? I am quite sure the OP has either solved his issue, has had a chance to upgrade numerous times, or even the possibility of death which could explain the lack of newer posts.
Whatever the case, if help is required for 1 or both of u, starting your own topic would be a good place to start.
