Max Payne 3 tearing in 3d vertical sync seems to be off
No matter what I try, I can't seem to get vsync working in 3d in max payne. I can force it on through the control panel, use adaptive, or turn it on/off in the game - doesn't matter, tearing is still present. Makes the game unplayable in 3d, which really really sucks.

I have a GTX 670 running 301.41 on win7 64 bit. In game refresh rate reads as 119, which makes no sense. Added "refreshrate 120" into the launch options for MP3 on steam, no change. Any ideas?

I have been using this beta driver for my GTX 670 as a fix for the v-sync driver bug...It works great

If you select the top link there is a modified .inf file for Win 7 x64 which is what I have here.

Leave the control panel at default (except I change power setting to "Max performance")

Interesting - Batman AC is also tearing when I'm under 60 fps in 3d mode. Never did this on my 570...

Trying the leaked drivers now, will post results tomorrow.

strange, i have V-Sync disabled (need performance 3d vision on a 560ti) and no screen tearing at all.
maybe try disabling it?

It's confirmed - the 302.71 fixed the issue for me.
