I need some help setting up 3D vision on my GTX580 that I just got. I installed 263.09 and have a samsung 63c7000 3D TV that I'm connected to. I just can't figure out how to actually play my games in 3D. I can switch to stereoscopic 3D manually from the TV fine, but it doesn't make the image 3D, so I'm thinking that I missed something on the computer setup side. Thanks in advance.

Hi, You did not miss anything.
3D Vision does not work on 3D TVS, what you would need to purchase is NVIDIA 3DTV play.
I believe that it will be around £40 and its release date is currently set for November 2010.
If you've realised that this date has already passed, I would suggest going and buying Tridef, it has good support for samsung tvs' you may be able to use 1080/60hz (My Tv seems to support this and is smooth as silk and beautiful) Which 3DTV play doesnt support.
NVIDIA seem to have an unprofessional way of handling customers by deceiving them and then not giving reasons as to why release dates are not met.
Infact nobody has heard one word from them on whats going on, who knows if its even still in production?
They are probably not going to give a revised date due to them breaking that one aswell so.. Wether it comes out next year beats me!

there is a 14 day trial, i would suggest buying it though, its fantastic on my Sammy and they deserve the support.

Thanks for the advice. I'll give tridef a shot. It is really weird since 3D vision worked long enough for me to set it up and now I get nothing. It even let me configure the right and left images with my glasses. Thanks again.
