Stereoscopic view works in test app but fails to activate in game
I can run the test app and show everything is hooked up and working. When I enter a game and use the <Ctrl> <T> to activate stereoscopic view, the game activates but the glasses and IR transmitter aren't turning on. The IR transmitter flashes green but doesn't 'activate'.
They both work when I run the setup wizard.

3D Vision only works well with a few games out of the box.
Other games require tweaks or fixes to be added, especially dx11 games.

3D Vision requires full screen mode. Won't work with borderless fullscreen. Is it running in fullscreen?

He means that in almost all dx11 titles, fullscreen is required.
Quite a few dx9 games will work in window mode.
Edit: WoW was one of the games that worked in windowed mode when using dx11. I just tried it and it no longer works. I was going to see if I could monitor the draw calls. It's possible that it was using an early version of dx11 or some remnants from dx10 or 9, that allowed it to do so.
Another game that works in borderless window mode when using 3D in dx11, is The Evil Within. It will only work when accessing Nvidia's stereoscopic drivers via 3DTV Play though and not 3D Vision. But this game uses an odd hybrid Engine that uses both OpenGL and DirectX to render the image.

Thanks for the advice. I got Eve Online to work in full screen mode. The other game I tried was FFXIV, that seems a bit trickier. Thanks bo3b, those links will hopefully guide me to a solutions.

FFVIV works really nicely last time I tried it but I had to change profiles to make it start in 3dvision.
