@Debiiru, you have lag not because your HW, its because your playing an FPS at 24hz (24fps).
Try 720p/60 or 720p/59 in-game options (not in Nvidia control panel). Max out AA.
TV config, change the label name of the HDMI input to "PC".
Like TsaebehT says, increase depth to 100% and increase convergence until your're happy.

An EDID override will do the trick. You have to use the EDID of a 3D Vision Ready Zalman monitor. This EDID will work out with your LG passive TV. My Samsung Plasma 3DTV (2010 model) supports all available 3D modes, frame sequential, interlaced, checkerboard, frame packing, SBS, 2D-3D and under-over.
I've played Batman Arkham Asylum in interlaced mode 1080p60hz using my TV once and it was pretty cool. Actually I cound't tell the difference between Checkerboard and Interlaced, very similar quality, both are half resolution per eye. I still prefer frame sequential mode despite the 30fps limitation, still light years better than lame 3DTV Play 1080p24hz. I never game at 720p, I can't stand that ugly scaled resolution in a such a big screen.
Yes, You can do an EDID override using the EDID of this unique Zalman passive monitor which is 3D vision Ready (pretty sure it's the only passive monitor supported by 3D Vision). It doesn't require a 3DV emitter connected cause this monitor is passive and there's no need for the emitter. Once you install the EDID your TV will be recognized as a Zalman 3D Vision Ready monitor, just use your remote control to select the interlaced 3D Mode and boom, you'll be playing in 3D perfectly with your LG TV. (I've never used a LG passive 3DTV before)
I would post a link here where you can download this EDID, but I think that's against Nvidia forum's policy. I still think I may have the Zalman EDID in some place in my PC, I just have to look for it.

Just had a odd thing happened, reset everything, and ran the wizard whit my Passive LG glasses, and everything is fine and dandy.
Run BF3 but i need to run it on 1280x720 60hz to get 3D function, and it works pretty good, nothing super but pretty good, and i checked no diffrence if i had 3D TV play installed or not.
But i bought Crysis 3 and THAT looked awesome in SBS full HD and everything maxed (60FPS stable online and SP), but once i installed 3D TV Play, BF3 looked the same, but i chould not use the SBS in Crysis 3 whit out using the same resolution i used in BF3.
So, now i rather do whit out 3D TV play, can`t realy say i know what it does tbh.
I just Wonder if i chould use 3D TV play to get Mass Effect 1 and 2 in 3D.. need to do more testing.

Well if you have 3D working, first you want to at least turn up the depth in the control panel, it's under Stereoscopic 3D | Set up stereoscopic 3D. It's at 15% by default which isn't much at all, start at about 50% and tweak it from there. Then click Set Keyborad Shortcuts and enable 'Advanced in-game Settings' and write all the shortcuts down.

Force install the Acer EDID and you will be able to get 1920X1080 at 60. Your TV is very similar to mine and after force installing the Acer EDID it works great.

TsaebehT: I know of that, simmilar settings on the TV itself, in BF3 and ME1 i do about 70%
But in Crysis i do 100% and it looks awesome.
In Crysis 3 it is SBS 3D so i have to dissable the Nvidia 3D panel to get it to work, and enable it for
3D in BF3 and ME1, tough, in ME1 i had issues whit crosshair and such, bot the Helix site offers assistance on that subject, just need to bother whit it :D
And i whould argue on Crysis 3 2D depth, it has the same 3D function i use on my movies like promotheus and such, SBS wich i can enable in the menu, and it beats the hell out of the 3D in ME1 and BF3 since they both like a 2D+depth.
Recostar: Chould you provide a link to the EDID and\or how to, i got so many options on google i don`t know where to begin.

Download his edid override file, put the inf in its own folder, open device manager, got to monitors and right click your tv (probably generic php), choose update driver, click let me choose, specific location, have disk, browse for folder with inf file in it, click next, ok the unsigned driver warning, complete process, restart computer.
Hope you can follow, I'm typing via phone. If you are on Win 7 or below this should work. On win 8 it is more complicated.

@Debiiru
I think you're confused, there's no setting on any TV that can change the 'actual' depth of a game. That has to be done in rendering. If you're changing settings on the TV to achieve any depth you're doing it wrong, it should only be done either in-game or in the NVIDIA control panel.
I haven't had the chance to play Mass Effect yet but with the right fixes in place and at the right settings, depth and convergence, it should look damn near amazing in 3D.
Crysis 2 3D is it's own fake 3D, like I said it's 2D + depth. They rendered the game in 2D, take the depth from the z-buffer and shift parts of the 2D image to the sides to match where they would be in 3D. This process leaves a gap in the 2D rendered image that they fill after the fact with adjacent pixels. I hear Crysis 3 is done the same exact way.

CeeJayll: understand it perfectly, had to do this to get my old old PC screen`s res workign since XP\W7 chouldn`t locate it online, will give it a wing tomorrow.
TsaebehT: I won`t argu it`s abvious to me that you know this a hell of a lot better than i do.
I havent bothered installing Crysis 2 to test, been so into C3 that i bearly get anything done (GF concurs).
But still only had small isuess whit ME1, that i can probably solve once i bother too read some more on it and do some testing.
And i assume that the way they do 3D as you say in Crysis 2 is the same way that they convert old cartons and movies into 3D? (like lion king, blade runer and Alien) wich i say looks not too good in movies, but rather well in cartoon (probably somethign about the amount of pixels and FPS *shrug*)
And on my TV, i got a 3D Depth and Wiewpoint setting (i checked, they did nothing in games)
But i use the Nvidia controll for that, and yeah, god i loved Crysis 3 at 100%, didn`t get tired in my eyes, or headace after nearly 2 hours of online playing (sucking online tbh), i get just as overworked playing BF3 normaly.
I highly recomend Crysis 3 if you wnat a 3D game, oh yeah, the game is awesome as well ><
Bought it for the SP (50% of at Orgin) but spent most my time Online games, since i was just so mesmarized by the graphics and smoothness of it all.
i Run a Gainward GTX 680 4gb mem

oh, and a corsair SSD as OS disk and a corsair 256 gb for game disk.

And ofc Razer naga mouse
Madcatz STRIKER 7 keyboard :D

I saw that 50% off sale as well, I was eying Dead Space 3 for $30. If I wasn't playing Tomb Raider and have so many other great games to play, like Dishonored for instance, I'd be all over it.
