Minecraft and 3D Vision
What seems to be the problem: the game is coded in Java and using OpenGL. Nvidia doesn't allow OpenGL compatibility with 3D Vision.

Q1. Would it work if Minecraft would/could enable Quad buffering?
Q2. Would it work for any 3d card or just the Quadro cards?

Q3. Is there any OpenGL wrapper for DirectX (drivers that does OpenGL -> DirectX on the fly and allow you to play OpenGL apps while being rendered by DirectX) that could do the job? Willing to try some together?

Any other ideas/thoughts?

Hello,

I wrote (and still writting) a tutorial kind of post. It has a post related to Minecraft in 3D Vision. I personally didn't try it but you can give if a go and tell us the results.
