Was looking at suggestions on Steam and saw this, I liked the lightning with shadows which help for immersion and combat scene are nice too but AI need some work.
Was curious if anyone tested in 3D and also opinion if game is as cool as it looks. Promising?
Well before posting I decided to take a look on Youtube and found this recent video... definitly promising but far from being finished and guy says development is slow. I'll keep an eye, even more if I hear it works well in 3D.

It's an interesting game with a different approach on controls. It is an OpenGL game, so it would require Helifax's OpenGL to 3DVision wrapper to work. This is one of the games that I had actually put a great deal of effort trying to get that to work, but unfortunately without success.
It's been a while for me to remember exactly what occured, but IIRC the furthest I managed to get was to get the game to load up with the wrapper, and get the title screen up, but when trying to load into the game, the screen was mostly black with only a couple shaders loaded (I think one or two flames, or something). I could tell the game was actually running though (could hear the sounds of my character moving).
If Helifax happens to reads this and can provide some feedback on what I described and how to potentially get it to load properly, I'll take another look at it.

It works with my wrapper (latest version when you enable the Legacy Option) but the hair and lights are 2D for some reason.
Also pushing the convergence to big values seem to break the shadows...
It doesn;t generate any HLSL so most likely it uses some ARB shaders or something...
Didn't look too much into it, but it can be run in 3D :) just not perfect.

Ok thank you guys.
Maybe one hour after posting here I thought of asking on Steam in the forum dedicated to this game if any player with 3D Vision tested it and I included a link to this thread here. Today I link to the other thread there. :-)
I see developpment is very slow, maybe it's a one guy project? I'll revisit later.
It's open GL.
Yupp ancient OpenGL by the looks of it;) or the dev(s) don't know enough modern OpenGL to use it...
It uses OpenGL standards from 2005 era, which got deprecated like 5-6 years ago... Equivalent to DX would be DX7/8

Was taking another look and found out this has already been discussed with the dev.

So he is aware and willing to add support for it.

3D Vision must live! NVIDIA, don't let us down!
