Styx: Master of Shadows
Styx: Master of Shadows looks like a very well made game going by the screenshots on Steam, can anyone comment on it about the 3D or the quality of the gameplay? In my opinion this was one of the best games of 2014. Im a huge stealth genre fan though and the game is old school stealth. If you liked thief series for example, this game is a must buy. Huge levels with multiple routes, suprisingly good story and solid stealth mechanics. eqzitara made a 3d fix for it, looks great. up on helixmod.

I've always been really curious about Of Orcs and Men same dev/vibe ... the 2D screenshots looked really good anyway.

Loved the Thief games. T3 just got a new user based patch that totally eliminates all the stuttering and makes it smooth as silk. Like HL1 on a new computer smooth... Its almost weird, but would make 3D much better im guessing.

I always had some stutter, but i haven't played it in quite a while.

Are you sure that wasn't the chattering of your chin while playing The Cradle? ;) Fair enough. I played through it a couple of times years ago, but on an ancient PC that barely ran it

I embarrassingly have watched a walkthrough of Thief 3 by Veriax on youtube 3 times, as well as played through it 2 times at least. So no more chattering of the chin in the cradle, however, a lot of finger twiddling because the level is so long though :)

Understandable. Thief 3 was the game that reignited my passion for gaming after a hiatus of a decade or so!
