Please help, getting "shadow" making 3d vision unusable
Hardware: 980 ti, 3d vision original, Philips 272G5DYEB, drivers 362.00 and 364.51, Win 10 64 bit
Problem: Best way I can describe it, a shadow of the left eye goes on the right eye, and vice versa, making it slightly better than just looking without glasses
Started: after I updated to 364.51 from 362.00, a couple times during install I got a warning saying "windows display driver has stopped working and was restarted"
Tried: Using different hz in stereoscopic setup from nvidia control panel, forcing my monitor's hz to 120, uninstaling drivers with display driver uninstaller then installing 362 again, updating again, trying different USB cord and port, tried using second pair of glasses
This happened to me before and the only way I could fix it was re-installing my OS and everything all over again.
Please help! I really don't want to do all that again :( I can't find anything on the forums :(:(

It's recommended to use Direct Display Uninstaller (DDU) with every driver install.
This will help prevent the driver from being corrupted during the installation.

Also make sure that you use the stereoscopic compatibility fixes available from the community

Thanks for your advice, I did use DDU to install the driver, and I first started with 362.00 which did not work either. My temps have all been low during this process. Any other advice?

Try unplugging the monitor power cord from the wall for about a minute, this will reset the G-Sync module if it is causing the problem.
The emitter should preferably be plugged into a USB port located on the motherboard.
Is this a problem in every game or just one particular game?
Are you using SLI?
