thanks all, as much as I dislike Cyberlink, looks like PowerDVD is the only viable option for Win10 3D Bluray playback.

I figured I'd ask around here... I'm having 3D Vision problems on Windows 10, the point where's it's unusable on some. I'm using a GTX 980 Ti, drivers are 355.60, I'm operating at 1440p. Is anyone experiencing these issues on these games? Broken games Dota 2 - I just get a black screen. When I toggle off 3D, the game is blurry, as if 1080p is being upscaled to 1440p Dota 2 Reborn - Game crashes in DX9 32-bit mode. Works in DX11 64-bit mode, but only in Fullscreen, not windowed. Borderlands: The Presequel - I get a black screen. When I toggle off 3D, the game is blurry, as if 1080p is being upscaled to 1440p Dark Souls II: SotFS: - I get a black screen. When I toggle off 3D, character and world are fine, but the UI and weapons are broken As a reference, these games ARE working for me Working games Gauntlet - Works Left 4 Dead 2 - Works Resident Evil 6 - Mostly works... but it doesn't seem quite as good as it was on Win7 Resident Evil: Revelations - Works Starcraft II - Works Sonic Generations - Works, but I can't get the Helixmod fix to work TERA - Works Titanfall - Works Trine 2 - Works (which is great, cause it didn't work well for me on Win7)

I'm fairly sure Dark Souls II: SotFS is broken in 3D regardless.

I had the EXACT same issue on Windows10 with DX9 games. I found out what my problem was though... After driver installation did you modify the registry (regedit) and put 3D Vision not to enabled on Startup?
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\Stereo3D] "StereoDefaultONSet"=dword:00000000 "StereoDefaultOn"=dword:00000000
If you did that it affects 3D Vision and DX9 games. To fix it simply put both keys back to 1. This got rid of the black screen for me and the games are running exactly as in Windows7. Hope it helps:)

Very interesting first look at DX12 performance using the Ashes benchmark. Two really surprising results there with the early testing. http://arstechnica.com/gaming/2015/08/directx-12-tested-an-early-win-for-amd-and-disappointment-for-nvidia/

If AMD would properly support stereo 3D I would probably switch back in the future.
Do you mean i Shouldn't install windows 10 due to games unsuitability?
Pretty much, yes. Witcher 3 is broken, and other games are showing some issues or are not fully tested. There's no benefit in terms of gaming, you'll just cost yourself a lot of time and hassle.
