Having some 3d trouble with 3DTV Play with my Samsung ua55es6200m... can you guys help?
Hey guys, I recently upgraded my video card and TV I have a GTX 980 and a Samsung ua55es6200m and I am trying to game and watch 3d stuff on it. I set it up, but the 3d does not work properly. Just wondering if you guys can help me out :) http://i.imgur.com/REOLJqW.jpg here is just a dodgey photoshop job I tried to make of my issue... Basically, it's hard to explain but when I am watching 3d things for example some things (like Elsa in the picture) will be in 3d and looks fine, but other things on the same screen will be out of focus and have a shadow and not be in 3d. It seems like the left and right images for just parts of the screen are not lining up. The weird thing is, on my TV if I change the setting "3d perspective" and adjust the slider, and can make something that is not lined up , line up and become 3d, but that makes other things on screen malign and stop being 3d and instead just have that shadow effect. Have been tinkering around with it for hours and I can't fix it up. Any tips would be really helpful. Thanks you all.

o had this issue ages ago with mine when i was playing around with the tv options (created silhouettes, all i can remember doing was setting everything back to standard on the tv, and then used the nvidia settings to increase it, but it was along time ago ;/ just curious but have you changed left-right options in tv setting from default.

Nvidia requires the purchase of 3DTV Play to enable Stereoscopic gameplay in games with no native support. http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dtv-play-overview.html Please note that Vista and older Operating Systems are no longer supported if you are using one.

It's nvidias broken drivers for 3D that they haven't fixed for over 6 months and haven't even had the decency to acknowledge. See this thread: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/767088/3d-vision/broken-3d-bluray-playback-since-fake-3d-driver-introduced-unfixable-/
