Trackmania Turbo and TrackMania United Forever in 3D
Hello,
after over a year Trackmania Turbo (unfortunately in 2D) we are "finally" with the route 200 through. Now we started with "TrackMania United Forever" and the tracks look very good in 3D. The game would be even more fun if you could improve the 3D image on some stretches. Mostly it is the routes where many light effects are and there you can see eg. Black spots on green lawns and then something hurts in the eyes.
Now would be my question what one could try everything to improve the 3D image. We've already tried it with Tridef and the Trackmania Nations profile. It did not work at all. I thought maybe I could still try it with the NV Inspector or could you perhaps write to the people who make these games playable for 3D !?
Do you have an idea? Thank you.........
Sorry for my bad english ;-)

TrackMania United Forever worked in 3D. It is really nice.
But I hope Trackmania Turbo worked in 3D too. Maybe it will work anyway....
Thank You !!!
Sorry guys, I have to announce this one as "abandoned" on my part. Was having marginal success until I walked into my first exterior, and had 2D lights, but when I tried to edit the compute shader for it, the game crashed.
Considering the major lack of time on my hands now, I just don't have it in me to keep on pushing against an immovable object.
Fix abandoned, too many issues
Yes...i have the game and starting to look sloooowly.
The game uses a similar build of UE3 than Bioshock Inifnite (at least the Constant Buffer names are the same, this is really important to make lua script to work), so there is a chance that the helix Lua Script works with this game. bo3b send me a PM with an offline script (THANKS bo3b and really impressive!!) to run the LUA script.
If this works will save A LOT OF TIME....because UE3 is a pain in the ass to fix manually (remember Batman AK), always hundreds and hundreds of shaders to fix.
I will try to test today night or tomorrow....during the week i don't have too much time.
