Grabbed this on steam the other day, and it's pretty darn good. Done by the guys who did titan quest. Screencaps in link.

Nope, no crashes or anything yet, no broken effects that I can remember, plays smoothly. It's just not content complete yet, they have act 1 done, with 2 more acts on the way.

Sorry haven't played anything in the last few days but I went through a few different areas with different tilesets after I took them shots and I cannot remember anything that jumped out at me as broken.
Only thing wrong with Diablo 3 in 3D, so far as I remember, was water reflections in some cave areas, the rest of it looked just fine.
I'll give it another shot in the future but when I played it, I had texture stretching and a lot of the things were at conflicting depths. I believe it was mostly UI elements that looked out of place. It was not completely broken I just remember that visually it was not a very pleasant experience, especially as compared to some other games.

The main issue with D3 is a 2D cursor and item titles at screen depth. If they added a software 3D cursor and depth to item labels it would be just about perfect.
