I also noticed that is very difficult to find comfortable adjustment for depth and convergence but I thought it is because my eyes were tired.
Referring to the weapon focus, i prefer to change in the ini from Toggle to hold.

I remove the convergence tweak for weapons/hands because all the shaders change with the update...too much work to do it again.
Also the crosshair correction is not used, now the dynamic crosshair works for any resolution, even 3D surround.

and those 4 vs are pipe, hands, watch, watch time (major weapons/hands)
i can only disable them

Just checked and everything works fine. Windows 10, 365.10, 980Ti.

Sorry, i don't see that post....hope is not too late.
Do you want to tweak the weapon to use with high convergence i suppose? you have to copy-paste the code from VS of the earlier fix. I'm not home right now to copy-paste here. I don't recommend to disable, because you will disable some world models

Sorry, but I still see 2D shadows with 3D compatibility mode toggled off (when on, no shadow problems, but 3D flattened). The only in-game shadow control appears to be Shadow Map Size, which I changed from Very High to High, but the 2D shadows remain. Do I need to change something like a .cfg file?

No need to change ini or cfg files. Only changing in the in-game options.

I have tried using both PCSS ON and OFF - no change. The cursor is fixed (not dynamic). Sorry, but a typical screenshot is 24 MB (for the 4K display), so I cannot upload it.

whyme466, i know you are using a 4K EDID....so you can try the game + fix without the 4K EDID if works.
