I just purchased a new monitor that has a built in IR emitter and came with 3D Vision Kit 2 glasses. I have an issue where the 3d image turns to 2d for about a second, every 1-2 minutes. Asus (the monitor manufacturer) believes the IR emitter is broken, but I want to rule out the glasses as the source of the problem. I am planning on taking the glasses to Best Buy and hoping to find a TV that they work with to see if the problem still happens in hopes of ruling out the emitter.
Does anyone know of a TV brand or system that would be compatible with these glasses? None of the Best Buy locations in my area stock 3D computer monitors.

Unfortunately Nvidia 3D Vision glasses only work with a Nvidia emitter in conjunction with a 3D Vision Certified Display.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have seen multiple posts on this forum about using glasses from other products with Nvidia emitters, so I hoped the opposite might be true.

When people refer to using other glasses, they are not refering to them working with a Nvidia emitter.
Users might post that they are using DLP Link glasses with a Projector or a DLP Rear Projection TV, but they are syncing via a white flash emitted by the Display itself.

People that talk about using other glasses with 3DTV Play are using the ones made by the manufacturer of the Display that sync to an emitter made by the Display Manufacturer. Nvidia glasses will only sync to a 3D Vision emitter.

D-Man is correct. I'd just take them both to your Asus service centre and leave it for them to sort out. You shouldn't have to run around diagnosing the problem.
