Panasonic GT25 and 3D Videos - Please Help! Questions regarding proper setup to get native 3D
Hi, I'm trying to get native 3D working on my TV using the following hardware / software.
Panasonic 50" GT25 3D Plasma TV w/ active shutter glasses.
Denon AVR1911 HDMI 1.4 Receiver
Nvidia GTX295 connected to the Receiver via HDMI (with spdif pass thru)
Windows 7 64bit
Stereoscopic Player
Nvidia Driver 260.99
The 3D Vision driver properly shows "3D BluRay HDMI 1.4" and will play 3D Blu-Ray fine using PowerDVD, also the 3D test works fine.
My problem is that when I try playing 1080p Full Side by Side (dual stream).WMV in Stereoscopic player using the Nvidia 3D vision output it switches the TV to 3D mode but just sends a Half Top and Bottom signal to the TV and its displayed like that too (one frame squished across the bottom half, the other squished on the top) the TV doesn't recognize that its a half top/bottom signal.
Now it works fine if I bypass the Nvidia 3D Vision driver and just set Stereoscopic player to half SBS output then manually set my TV to SBS, but I'm looking to get the benefit of the full resolution.
Is there any way to get it working in full 3D like how it does with 3D BluRay?

I have one major complaint about Nvidia's 3D setup.. it does not let you set up the secondary monitor! My TV is connected as the secondary and an LCD monitor is primary in the other room, which I expect is how most people with 3D TVs use them. Every time I want to use 3D on the TV I have to switch it to primary which is a major PITA, even with Ultramon.
