Question about the 3D glasses Will it hurt to keep them constantly plugged in?
I was wondering, will it be detrimental to the 3D glasses battery or anything if I keep the USB cable plugged in to the glasses and my PC at all times? Like, will it shorten the lifespan of the battery or anything if I have it plugged in all the time?

Im pretty sure (80%) that as you use it, it charges. So each time you are done playing it charges a little bit. Which in term takes a way from battery life. I wasnt going to say anything since I am not sure but no one else was posting.

I'll add my thoughts on the OPs question too. As with any rechargable battery, it is 'healthy' for it to be fully discharged occasionally. It, so say lengthens the life of it. I don't understand why you'd want to keep it plugged in anyway. Sometimes mine loses charge whilst I'm in the middle of a game so I have to plug it in and I find quite uncomfortable with the extra weight of the USB cable. My glasses stay charged for at least 2 weeks when charged and that's with daily usage.

It's a Lithium Ion battery, they don't suffer from memory problems like NiCads, so there is no need to completely discharge them.
In fact they should never be run below half charge.
I wouldn't leave them permanently plugged in but you want to keep them charged.
