OK I can't get my new system to render anything in3D. I run burn in test or try to run WOW and my system locks. I have a gforce 7600 gs, 2 gigs of ram, an asus a8n sli deluxe, and all the newest drivers installed. I tryed installing older drivers but it said they wouldn't support my hardware. I'm out of ideas any info you could give would be great........thanks :'(

What kind of PSU do you have, and how many watts, and how many amps on the 12v rail? Should say on the side. Thanks

3d stereo drivers suck. If your lucking you might find a driver that works with a perticular game. I hate to be so negative but I haven't played a 3d game in 6months to a year and all my hardware has been hooked up and ready to go but nothing from nvidia and get it running correctly, and not just me this is for alot of people.
But the 78.01 driver is said to be the most stable.

I can´t confirm this. Stereo is working very well for me and my system since many years...
I´ve had just two games which aren´t working:
- Serious Sam II (no way - won´t go)
- Richard Burns Rallye (not working by native nv - but perfect with 'DX Tweaker' & NV)
The only problem i have is flickering with drivers >77.77. So i´m using 77.77...
XP Prov., 6800 GT, Athlon XP 2800+, Revelator
@Katara
... have you tried other games? Can you disable post-processing in WOW (i don´t have this game)?
You could try 'Live for Speed' - i know that it´s working perfect in stereo.
dl it here if you like. Take 'Full Version' - without reg. it´s working in demo-mode.
After I wrote that post I tried to uninstal both 91.31 and the matching stereo driver, my system crashed soon after and everytime I rebooted explorer.exe would crash, so now im running a clean install and have those same drivers installed. Everything is running fine but I havent installed any games yet.
What can you do about seeing though the glasses partialy when they go black so you kinda see a ghost image of what the other eye is only supposed to see?
system specs
asus a8n sli deluxe
7800gxt by asus
amd x2 4400+ 1mb cache
10k rpm raptor 74gig
2gig ram
latest drivers and directx installed for everything
EDIT: I can't blame nvidia's drivers for the crash because I was doing some optimizing in the registry.
Also I don't mean to hijack this thread but thank you for the intrest.
... see a ghost image of what the other eye is only supposed to see?...
Ghosting depends on used CRT´s and game.
If the major problem is based on your crt (afterglow), there´s very less you can do. Just play a bit with brightness, contrast and refreshrate of the crt. A simple CRT-Test would be a black picture in fullscreen, with a large white mousepointer (i open just a DOS-Window for this test). Move the mouse quickly over the black background - to see mouse-lanes would be bad...
I don´t have the tip for eliminating ghostings, because it´s different for each game. For some games it was good to make everything darker, for others not... Same for refresh rates, some games are working well with 90 HZ (think i have just one) and with the next i get sick with that low frequenz...
All in all i managed to eliminate most ghostings (not by 100% but i´m happy now).
I´ve one PC (my kids ones) without any ghosting - but that´s a 15" CRT... : - D
