Saving profiles before updating drivers? What directory?
I think I remember seeing someone mention that you could save your 3D game profiles by copying a directory from somewhere before uninstalling the driver, anyone know which directory it is? I looked in the usual places but didn't seem to find it.

Yeah the SLI Profile tool is nice for conventional NVCP settings, especially since nHancer is MIA with the R256 and newer drivers. But it doesn't expose any of the 3D stereo settings unfortunately. The LOG files do have some game-specific settings, mainly Separation and Convergence values assigned to Depth so that you don't have to re-adjust every time you play the same game. There's still a global Depth value tied to whatever you last set the wheel or slider to regardless of game, but if you just adjust Depth back in that specific game, your Convergence/Separation should still line up same as you had it before. Here's an example of what's in the log file, you can open it up with Notepad. Also you shouldn't have to back these up, as I don't think updating your driver will plow these over, only hitting Ctrl-F7 in-game again will overwrite them.
