Wheres the basic, non-3d vision, 3d option?
OK. I'm totaly noob, sorry. I remember when 3d vision first came out there was a basic stereoscopic 3d option available to those who do not want to buy the bundle or dont have a 120 refresh rate monitor. But, I never used it because i did not have glasses. Well I picked up some basic glasses the other day and now I cannot figure out how to get this running. It seems that all references to the Non-3d vision choices with nvidia has been removed from the nvidia website or something.

My control panel does not show stereoscopic 3d options in the tree, so I'm guessing I did not set it up. I do not see where to set it up from either. I know that it was offered to me before but I wasn't ready so I didnt look into it. I just need a little/lotta guidance, pls. My PC is the HP Voodoo Firebird 802, with 2 liquid cooled 9800s cards in nforce 760i sli.

I think you are talking about 3D Vision Discover:

http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-discover-main.html

It works with red-blue classes.

It gives me the fail on the system check but only for the cards. Thats BS, I have 2 sli linked 9800 cards, which are listed. In my C drive/nvidia corporation/3d vision, my folder here is empty. These 9800s cards are such a pain. They often do not update properly with the standard Windows Update. I tried to uninstal my drivers manualy to ensure a good update and ended up having to do a System Restore because it uninstalled way to much. Should I have checked the box that said to "Uninstall All Drivers Except Display Drivers"? I clicked the one that said to uninstall all drivers including display drivers.
