Those are both from the workshop area, early mission finding Calvino. There is a broken lighting effect at distance on the statue. Up close it looks OK.

it's the second zone after talos hub in the progression : i think it's called "hardware lab" in english .
I began a new run with survival options ON and nightmare difficulty , and it's very interesting to better use all the environmental elements : i recommend it :)
This game has a superb gameplay (at almost the same level as a dark souls gameplay) .

update the fix.
i just remove the effect....it appear a couple of times, so not big deal. Is a shader that never seen in a cryengine game and the know patterns don't work.
