Final Fantasy XIV 3D Vision fix (Possible??)

For pushing skyboxes to infinity, you can do exactly what I advised you to do for pushing nameplates to depth, but make one change to the code you add: replace params.z with stereo.y. Give that a try to see if that works.

Neph, have you noticed the lighting in this game is super dark in dungeons.. or anywhere that is supposed to be dark is too dark. Even with the gamma set to 100. I know lightboost is responsible for this but damn lol. FFXIV is kinda hard on the eyes in dark places.

I am going to reset the fix for Win 10 I just spent4 hours redoing the Win 7 version and got it pretty close.. I think for the skybox clouds and such I need to set the convergance.. So for now I have the win 7 done besides the skyboxes, I just need to boot into Win 10 and reset that fix from scratch from the Win 7 redo.. Hopefully I can clear up this mess I made lol ;)

Well I uploaded the latest fix. I made sure it was the proper version of 3D Migoto and made sure I took the shaders from my game file along with the d3dx.ini.. Those other fixes might of been porked.. try v1.4 of this fix and see if it is any better.. I am hoping I got it right this time hehe!!

You forgot to turn hunting off lol, the sky looks good now except at night I see the moon is double. The latest fix did not change this but it seems like water might have a broken shader, I even turned off real time reflections, it is not super noticeable but it is there.

Sometimes you may need to apply that to multiple shaders. ie. one for the skybox, another for clouds, another for sun/moon, another for stars. in these cases, only applying this to one of them, ie. the stars, but not the skybox itself, would look weird since the stars' depth would be further back than the skybox, but visually they are appearing first layer wise (hopefully I explained that correctly). Not saying that is the case here, I can't say without working on the game myself, just a possible suggestion to look at. If it don't work then you'll have to simply revert back to whatever other solution (or just wait until I ever resub again! ;)).

I'm not worried about the darkness so much, I can see you are on a projector that is probably why you have a brighter image. My VG278He can get pretty dark in 3d vision.
