Flickering Mania Two 3d vision kits in the same room..
I'm trying to get two 3d vision kits working in the same room but last night when
my wife and I tried we got flickering to no end.

In the wizard we were sure to select the option for multiple computers in one room..
both running 110hz, but the flickering was mad, usually I can stand it but not like that.

Has anyone had experience running more than one IR emitter in the same room, and
if so did you run into any challenges like the one I mentioned?

What can I do ?

hm, so no one else can afford more than 1 kit and therefore has no experience with it ?

I've had 3 systems running in a room of 6 by 6 meters size with 3D Vision and they had no problems messing with each other's signals (they were in 3 different corners). Set them at 100Hz because of the lightning (50Hz lights) and with multiple 3D Vision systems in the same room option from the setup. When you are on each of the 3 systems no issues and you can take the glasses of one of the systems and go to the other and then they sync up automatically with the other's IR transmitter until you get back to the PC they were setup with.

just so everyone knows - I had to disable "render to main window" for it to work, otherwise I always got "direct3d failed to initialize"

works great now though! Twilight Princess in 3d!

Hi,

i've got 2 aswell. Put the 3d monitors a bit apart from each other. Then place the vision IR senders in the between the 2 monitors. But a piece of thick card bord between the IR senders, that way you'll block out the IR light thats meant for the other monitor. When you sit behind your monitor you should not be able to see the IR sender of the other monitor. That way it should work, aslong as you don't have reflective surfaces everywhere.
