OMFG. The second mission, Friends in High Places is one of the best 3D vision experiences I've had. Crank up the convergence and you have dog fighting nirvana! and damn those pretty graphicsS!
I'm still in awe as to how well this game runs. I played the entire mission with an average of 60fps in 4k in 3D with all setting on ultra except post processing (as per the 3D instructions). There must be tons of trickery at work as there is no way you can have graphic fidelity like that and have performance like that. (probably why it's so difficult to fix, as I'm sensing there are tons of things they are doing without pushing a lot of geometry)
Still having eye swap issues but I'm pretty sure that's because I'm running hacked EDID, and I've also noticed that it happens in GTA V as well.
Few lights are not rendering in both eyes, as Helifax explained, but 90% of the game is 3D vision perfection! Really liking the frosbite engine. Great graphics, and performance too.
Yeah;) Some of the scenes are truly and really spectacular!
I've done some reading on the PDF's that I managed to find around the web about the Frostbite 3 engine and I can say is truly a marvel;) They do "cheat" in order to get that performance and graphics onto your screen;) (By cheating, I refer that they optimised the engine, even to absurd levels. This will work perfectly fine in normal 2D. However in 3D you get some things un-fixable. This is because they do some computations on the CPU before sending the data to the GPU;) So, when we get it - in 3DMigoto - is already stripped/missing).
However, I did saw a major improvement on how the Compute Shaders WORK in this game;) I didn't have to disable them completely (like in SW:Battlefront) or not as broken as in Mirror's Edge Catalyst;) But they still aren't perfect as you saw it.
So, here is hoping, that Mass Effect: Andromeda is based on this iteration of the Frostbite Engine and not something earlier;))
If somebody knows any DICE developers (or any DICE developer reads this) please let me know;) We could easily integrate this in the Frostbite 3 Engine:) (and also fix the Compute Shaders) the real way;) And then this will be a 101% 3D Vision Ready game;)
Mass Effect Andromeda! I will need a change of pants for that game. LOL. I LOVE MASS EFFECT. I can't imagine they would use an outdated version of frostbite, but you never know.... I'm still optomistic that VR will bring steroscopic 3D back...
It's funny that so many VR virgins don't realize that it's the sterocopic effect that is wowing them, not just the googles...
It's sad that we aren't all playing 3D games by default... But ignorance is bliss../

The game is great with this fix. Inside lights are quite OK, it only gets a bit weird in some angles but it definitely easy to ignore.
Thank's a lot Helifax, you are a wizard!!
What is game-breaking for me unfortunately is not related to the Fix.
My CPU can't handle the game in 3D, Multiplayer. On St. Quentin Scar I get as low as 30 with 100 CPU usage.
I hope Dice fixes it because after I saw this crisp image I can't go back to CM. And I really love the Multiplayer on this game.

As the servers are down I was playing Single player, everything great.... and after the one loading screen this happened.
I can't get proper 3D back. What should I do?
LE: It is not the same objects rendering weird, after each restart it changes but it is never right.
I tried restarting, uninstalling/reinstalling the fix.
LE2: Found that it only happens when using 3DTVplay and not on 720p@120hz.
But the question is why did it work on 3Dtvplay last night and this morning and then suddenly... broken.

Are you forcing VSYNC? Or left VSYNC ON in the game?
That is definitely looking like the renderer broke due to the VSYNC.
Also, CHECK that Post-Process is on Medium. It could be a Post-Process effect;)

When I use 3D Migoto SBS with ingame and desktop set to 1080p 60Hz the game looks like 480p.
With ingame resolution 1080p 50Hz it looks normal.
When i change it to 60Hz it is normal for 1 second and then changes to that bad resolution, especially the text has extreme aliasing.
Any ideas?

No I'm not using Vsync. It is off in Nvcp and ingame.
Prosprocess is set to medium.
Could it be something related to resolution? Can I try something in the ini?

Hmm...
- Try to delete the Shader Cache (or disable it in NVPanel)
- Try to set the same resolution both in Windows and in-game. (and refresh rate).
I updated the fix with another CS Light shader fix as well;) So you might want to re-download anyway;)
Other than the Shader cache breaking things I can't really seem to see what could affect it:(

I did a complete reinstall of newest version this morning after I got into this problem.
I have the same symptoms in both Win 8.1 and Win 10. And it did work last night (played about 3 hours and had 3-4 game restarts) and also this morning at the first SP mission.
This afternoon, after setting desktop resolution to 720P and game to 1440p(DSR) it woked properly but I had to leave and couldn't replicate the results after coming back home.
If no one else has this it could be something related with my Edid mod for 720p DSR.

My reaction when I saw there is a HELIXMOD for BF1 -> I've bought immediately an Origin key ;-) My download is running and my GTX 1080 is hungry ;-) I've played a couple of VR games on my Pimax 4K the last days. Now, I'm ready to return to 3D Vision! THANKS for your effort so much. Can't wait to experience BF1 in real 3D ;-)

Helifax, I was wondering if you use a special Profile for Battlefield 1? I took the one someone was posting on the other thread. But you might have a better one, like in Battlefront.
