Hi Zappologist
I play the game with the 391.24 driver and now i install the 397.64 and don't have any issues. BUT i'm on win7.
TBH i never have issues with a driver install or driver version...always use DDU.

Finished the game using DHR's superb fix and driver 397.31 without ANY issues - fix worked great throughout game under Windows 10. I also use 4K EDID mod with single (non-SLI) GPU. As long as you use DDU to de-install, I suggest trying latest driver version (easy to revert, if necessary). Simply re-install the EDID override again after any driver installation (if you use the same EDID version, you will not need to override Windows 10 driver signature verification).

Thank you for the info, guys. Actually what i wanted to ask but maybe I was not clear, is not only whether these new drivers work with the game itself, but also whether they work in general, with Win 10 and other games.
Encouraged by your experiences, I've changed drivers to the newest, 397.64, then I tried as many games as I could to check. I think everything is working as before. There are a few issues with textures disappearing or flickering in the left eye, but only in Shadow of War and SW Battlefront 2
Dishonored 1 - ok
Dishonored Death of the Outsider - ok
Rise of the Tomb Raider - ok
Firewatch (downgraded to earliest build) - ok
LEGO Jurassic Park - ok, still poor performance on DX9
Shadow of War - sometimes textures like bushes or fire don't exist in the left eye, which makes the game very difficult to play.
SW Battlefront 2 - ok, but frequent crashes make campaign unplayable. Game menu sometimes lags so much (1 frame per 5 seconds or more) that keyboard input is not even recorded). Arcade mode is ok.
Like Shadow of War, textures (sparks, light saber, etc) do not display in the left eye.
I believe the issues for the last two games are due to SLI. The issues are so severe that it makes these games unplayable in SLI. I will try to see if I discover anything else with game options. But if anyone has some idea of where this could come from, like changing bits in the game profiles, please let me know and I'll try.
DHR, these fixes are beautiful. Thank you so much for them! You are so awesome to share them with us!
I know that you don't have SLI so you cannot investigate these strange issues. But it would be so great if anyone can find and address these problems. Fixes for high profile games are so rare (and the games themselves are rare, nowadays only pixel art or battle royale) that it would be sad not to have them work in SLI. I'm hoping that maybe this is easily solved with an option in the wrapper, or with a profile setting. Maybe more people with SLI can test and share ideas.
One more thing. I tried this on Win 7 first, before I summoned enough courage to change drivers on my main Win 10 machine. and the problems with SLI were identical (and even the crashes in the story missions). So I don't think these issues are related to Win 10.

I'm using SLi on Windows 7 with old 390.65. No crash, alt tab is ok, the only bug I find is in the Lando section. Two compurers as apear in the wrong place...
I've got this bug the first time I use the latest driver in the very first 3D scene in the room with the droid, again some computers were not in the good 3D place. Using old driver resolved that issue this far.
Also I dont have the green DHR layer since I ve install the latest driver. Using DDU has not help.

DHR, for ships battles, can you add a 3D preset with more pop out, the ships should realy be more near us.
The camera is not the same for characters than for ships. I do it manualy for each swich of course but a key will help to achieve the best 3D scene.

actually u can easily do it yourself
or u can use mine:
[Key_convergence space]
Key = C
convergence = 0.38, 3
type = cycle
[Key_convergence ground]
Key = V
convergence = 0.27, 2
type = cycle
bind "C" to change 1st/3rd person camera for ships and "V" for troops. Make sure convergence is high ( key "C") when choosing a ship class since space battles always start in 3D person (by default)

Thanks but I've already finished the solo game, it was not an isues to me. But I thinks, adding it to the fix, will help new players, wich may not be able to do it themself. Most people won't touch anything.
PC gaming is already quite demanding compared to console: You need to launch the OS, launch the right playing platform, find and download the fix, past the fix, lauch the game, set graphism, set keys and 3DVision, sadly lot of people give up way before that, and go to console, it's cheaper and friendly to use, put the disk in, get the controler, and just play...
If we want people to use 3DVision, we have to guide them and make it easy to set.

Speaking of guide:
DHR, as expected your Universal 3DFix is already lost into HelixMod posts and Geforce threads. "We" realy have to put it forward. Such a huge lost for players to not see what you have to offer here !

I would first like to say to DHR (and those that helped with this Battlefront II fix, as well as all the other fixes), you guys are amazing and great work on this fix!!! It takes this game to the next level with 3d support. Playing through the Star Wars world looks so damn good in 2560x1440 3D, very cool escape from the real world!!! Will be sending a donation.
Now that I got that out of the way, I do want to ask for some help trying to get this to run in SLI. If I disable SLI, game starts up with no issue (on 397.93 driver) and play at 2560x1440. If I enable SLI, the game starts for a sec, screen will flicker to a black screen, and then will crash back to desktop at a slightly lower res for some reason (1920x1440). I tried adding the lines DHR mentioned into the d3dx.ini (on page 9 of this thread), but no luck. I know other games work in SLI with 3d fix (Battlefront 2015), so not sure what is the cause. Let me know if you guys have any ideas? I'll test it out, and do my best to post back and let you know if it works or not.
Anyway, would love to get SLI enabled to get the extra FPS, but once again.. THANKS FOR THE GREAT WORK and sharing this fix with the rest of us!!

Unless newer drivers will somehow solve this issue, you have to consider SLI a lost cause on this game.
I'm on Win 10 Pro 1709, GTX 1080 SLI, with driver 397.64I. I don't have the crashes you mention.
But you have to note that the fix itself has issues in SLI, which in my opinion are to big to ignore, it makes it very bad for the eyes when you least expect it. DHR does not have SLI so when he fixed the game there was no way he could have seen the issues.
So my advice is to leave SLI off, play through the story, then forget about it. Multiplayer is extremely shallow, but that's true for all MP games imo.
Basically they created this beautiful SW setting, full of details and color, which with DHR's great fix becomes even better than the movies. bBecause it's in 3D, and I can explore it at my own pace.
But as a side effect, the maps feel smaller than my livingroom, and the only means of expressing your interactions with this "worls" is to ... shoot.
Imagine if they created a Star Wars MMO with these visuals. A game in which I can explore, trade, craft, build robot companions, buy or assemble spaceships and racing pods, compete in races, etc. And ocasionally shoot. With the same graphics. In 3D. That's a Star Wars fan's wet dream, but I don't think I'll be around to experience this.
In any case, without DHR's fix I wouldn't have bought the game at all. Thanks to him, at least I got to experience this slice of SW, the little that it is. So thanks again DHR for the fix!

Update, PATCH 3.July, Crosshair and Player-Icons
The last Star Wars Battlefront 2 Patch (3.July) has changed the shaders for the crosshair and the Player- Icons.
The rest looks still good, but i have only played 15 min and one map (arcade).
[s]Text like the Eliminated Text looks a bit to depth but i mean thats not new and its not a big problem.[/s] - fixed
But the Hub-Letters, Crosshair and "player"-Icons are way too depth to play with it.
Yesterday, i have hunted the PS and VS shaders und fixed it with the formula from DHRs Fix. Its he's work, i just updatet the shaders.
Here are the the fixed shaders for the new Patch. Just copy and paste these 3 files to the ShaderFixes Folder from DHR Fix and it will work like before.

There are new Skins and some new Multiplayer content (Flight).
I am not sure, but i mean nothing new for Singleplayer.
Today night i will play a bit Multiplayer :)
Now i see the "Hub"-Text arent correct.
I updatet it again with a third fixed shader file in the Link. Now with this it looks much much better :)
But only ingame. In the Menus is still something wrong.
Maybe are all the manuell shaders new one ?

Just update the fix in the blog...i don't test all HUD elements, but at least crosshair and target icons are working again. After the update the game seems to eat the RAM quickly...LOL
@Zythus
The PS you add is wrong...probably remove some stuff, so don't use it.

I know that you don't have SLI so you cannot investigate these strange issues. But it would be so great if anyone can find and address these problems. Fixes for high profile games are so rare (and the games themselves are rare, nowadays only pixel art or battle royale) that it would be sad not to have them work in SLI.
