HaHA, good try survivortv. That certainly works on your Asus monitor, but OP has an integrated laptop display. :} In your report the model shows as a Toshiba A660, which is not supported by 3D Vision from what I see. http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-notebooks.html

Try going into device management and seeing if the emitter is listed and active. If not, that could be your problem. If it is, try uninstalling the emitter driver, then reboot. Windows should reinstall it, if not go to detect new hardware and reinstall. Some laptops that had problems with the newer drivers required bios/driver updates. You may need to install the Nvidia drivers from Toshiba's website. I've heard that laptop manufacturers tweak the Nvidia driver to work with their hardware/software. But I've no idea if that's true. GL and if you get it working, post back what it took to do so.
found nothing in device management, seems like no way to turn on stereoscopic 3d
Should be automatic. When you go to the Nvidia Control Panel, and the Set Up Stereoscopic 3D section, and run the Setup Wizard there. What do you see when you go to that control panel?

Should be automatic.
