I am using Flugans wrapper on Win 8 x64 with v9 fix and the game works great, other than any attempt to travel to Skyhold will CTD without fail. The rendering using the user.cfg file also creates this: Rename file to JPS: http://anonpix.com/images/2015/01/26/JnFKe.jpg

I see you are using MSI Afterburner Overlay!!!! The instructions state NOT to use overlay programs.... If you are using overlays and the game crashes... Probably that's why you see that crash.

Besides that what are we supposed to see in that image since I fail to see any issue...

The image shows overlapping to the right. The only reason MSi Afterburner is running is because I was tired of disabling it, along with Steam as the crashes occurred with and without it on. In fact, I dont have it enabled at the moment and the game just crashed to desktop. I have noticed a trend, the game mainly crashes when it is loading into an area. For example I was relocating to Storm Coast and as the game was about to enter the area and it crashed.

Another issue I just en-counted so you guys are aware. I managed to load Storm Coast by playing in 2D (didnt enable 3D via CTRL T) and the area loaded, however when I enabled 3D it instantly CTD.

Do you get the crash with 3D Vision enabled in NVPanel but without the Fix/Wrapper ?
Also, Like I said...AVOID overlays ...............

There are 2 possibilies:
- Either is Windows 8 specific error
or

Hey guys.. It has to be the game I pray lol. I just started to play it to see if my 970 had problems after reaching over 3500 in memory and lol it starts to crawl as it gets to 3800..just this game. I do get the random once in a great while crash for no reason to desktop. Other then that the 3D (WOW awesome fix.. BIG HUGE THANKS) works great.

Here's a new version of the wrapper. I got loads of fix disabling after load. This appears to work better during my limited testing. 64-bit wrapper v2 inside my signature

I just found I could load all my savegames without getting disabled shaders. It kind of makes v2 pointless unless it solves other issues.

Shadows and some things still broken for me. Followed all steps, latest drivers, no overlays, flugan v2 and v1 wrappers, 3dmigoto wrapper too, shader cache on and off. Windows 8.1. Stereo off until it loads in game. Resolution is same as desktop. Launching using .bat file tuned to my desktop. I have yet to see how a perfect 3d version of this even looks like.
