@SteveK, we'd like to see Side by Side, Top n Bottom and Line-interleaved added to 3DTV Play.
We'd also like to see 3DTV Play have better support at 1080P. The current 24Hz restriction is terrible, 3DTV Play is a stereoscopic gaming middleware, so why are you limiting it to a Video playback refresh rate?

I can't believe Nvidia is not adding this features, HDMI 2.0 and 4K 3D support. This will produce a new wave of user interested in S3D (Nvidia!!! more $$$$ for you!!!) ....almost all TV since 3 years ago come with 3D built in (most user don't use it), so the HW is there.
I know nvidia staff skip this sub-forum, but we have to make some noise.

Well when I created my post, I PM'd SteveK, Josh and Andrew Fear so that hopefully there will be some kind of response.
Andrew responded "Thanks for the note. I dont actively participate with the 3D Vision products any more but I will ask someone to respond if they can."
I had also forgot, until he revived his thread, that whyme466 had been in contact with support previously, requesting HDMI 2.0 for 3DTV Play.
AMD Radeon has had HDMI 2.0 support since the launch of their 7970, which came out back when the Nvidia forums were down. Now that we have it available with the GTX 9XX series, it's seems like a n0-brainer that they would have implemented it already.
Thanks for the suggestion. I already linked a Customer Care support request to this discussion thread, to formalize this technology update request. I also have talked directly to phone support, before purchasing 980. Note that AMD can now support 1080p 60 fps full-frame 3D via HDMI - others can also use this information in their support tickets ...
Bottom line is that 3D Vision/Nvidia's Stereoscopic Drivers sell Nvidia GPUs, the lack of supported formats and refresh rates in 3DTV Play is disappointing.
