Happy Chappy - im loving my 3d vision it has it problems - but overall a great experience
the forum seems focused on highlighting the clear problems that comes with this product, lack of direct and game support, and the bugs ( i understand your going to post more regarding any issues you have)(im just trying to portray the fact that overall, it's very impressive and adding alot to my gaming)
An excellent piece of kit
Absolutely loving Need for Speed Shift - driving in 3d enchances the experience ten fold (yes I have a very slight border - but who cares - stare ahead and enjoy)
Batman - Easily the best game yet to make good use of 3d vision
RES 5 - another brilliant product, yes extremly gutted about the lack of popout and more so the locked control on convergence, and obviously we have a right to complain, especially after being promised popout, but also lets not forget, that the game still makes great use of 3d - invited a friend round last night to witness the 3d for the first time, his jaw dropped while playing RES 5

First, good post. This product is hands down the best thing to happen to games since the graphics card lmo. Everything is better with 3d. Complaints will come, they should to keep companys on their toes. I have not played in 2d (other to show a comparison-most of which result in comments like "holy **** this is ****ing 3D" since i got the bundle(the monitor is currently hooked up to my 160gb pvr/dvd-looks fantastic while i watched crank2-reg tv looks good too). Keep the good comments coming and help grow this market. I cant wait till some good s3d movies start to come-s3d said for the new star trek game and also for avatar-game and movie in s3d...awsome.

Yep, great product and I don't regret the purchase one bit. Really makes an amazing difference in a LOT of games. It may not be perfect but it is awfully good.

But of course, if it doesn't, people aren't going to just like it cos it's cool... I spent $990AUD on this, with 15 - 20% of the top of my screen not in 3d, it gives me dizzy spells and headaches after readjusting my eyes.

Yes it's really an excellent boost in the experience when you get down to it. The first time I tried it I thought it was the biggest enhancement in overall enjoyment from any game tech ever. I could not believe how much better everything looked in 3D.....it made every game a vastly different experience, and better. No other thing in the history of video games has ever made me think, within the first 30 seconds of trying it, "this should be used by every game from now on". This is the clear next step for games, or really video entertainment as a whole.
When I show it to people, even parents that never *ever* play games ever, they don't just say it's cool and move on, they usually say something like "oh my god this is amazing" and ask what else they can see in 3D. I want to pick up a second pair so I can start play SFIV and such in 3D with company a lot more. It will NOT be hard to get friends off their asses to come over and play :D
I notice on places like Dig, reddit, engadget, etc that there are still a lot of people that think 3D is a gimmick and most people are still skeptical that it will catch on to replace 2D video. These are the people that haven't seen it the way it was meant to be seen. Every time I see it and look "into" my monitor as if it's a freaking window, I know for sure that I'm looking at the future. The only thing better than this is VR.
Of course with that I meant stereoscopic 3D in general, not specifically 3D Vision which is a great inclusive product.

I have to agree with everyone posting here that 3D vision is awesome! This technology gives pc games the upper hand over the console market. I have console only friends that are just blown away once they try out 3d vision on my 73" DLP at 1080p res. I even purchased a second set of glasses so my buddy and I can game at the same time in 3D! Great product!! Great experience!!

If NVIDIA put alot of support into it, it would sell well.
But, leaving people with issues in the dark is not the way to push forward a new, expensive technology.
