Don't deactivate Silverlight! You need that to make it work.
The original poster has two 480 cards. The website does not support that (yet) so he had to disable one of them to get the website to work. The same is true if you have two monitors.

We need more info Mirodin. What video card(s) have you got? Are you using a projector screen, a TV, a 3D monitor, a few 3D monitors? What does the detection page tell you?

(sigh - another post eaten by bad forum software - let's try it yet again...)
OK Mirodin, you have check the website so you have the right version of the drivers and the right version of Firefox. You've got only one monitor and only one video card so there are no problems there. Games work fine as do the 3D Videos on 3D Vision Live. That really should work so something odd is going on.
Have you rebooted your computer since the problem started happening?
What operating system are you using?
Did you go through the YouTube page to set your 3D playback up?

Mirodin, i have been having issues with explorer and i have since moved to an older version in order to keep stable. Try uninstalling your explore and reinstalling it. You seem to meet all requirments hardware wise, in most cases your system acts as it should. Piece by piece start to reinstal the software starting with explorer and moving forward to drivers and then your addons like siverlight lastly. This will at least start you on a path to fixing the issue. This will also help others by eliminating another possable issue.
To uninstal IE
1. Close all programs.
2. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
3. Click Uninstall a Program under the Programs category
4. In the Tasks pane, click View installed updates.
5. In the list of installed updates, double-click Windows Internet Explorer 9.
6. In the Uninstall an update dialog box, click Yes.
Note If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
7. Follow the instructions to uninstall Internet Explorer 9.
8. When the uninstall program is finished, restart your computer.
9. After you restart your computer, open Internet Explorer.
10. Click About Internet Explorer on the Help menu. If Internet Explorer 7 or 8 appears in the About Internet Explorerdialog box, then you have successfully completed the uninstall.
After doing this (befor reinstalling ie9) remove silverlight/ addons (step 4) via start>control panel>uninstall a program. Also remove any Nvidia drivers.
Reinstall IE9, once installed up the Nvidia drivers back on and then lastly the addons like silverlight
Lots of work but seems that you have no other choice at this point but to take the bull by the horns here lol
