Glasses eyes swapping
Hi guys, I have a weird problem since several months with my asus VG278H and my 3d vision 2 glasses. From time to time and too much often, when i play 3D games my sttuter glasses make "eye swapping" . I mean, when i play the eyes swap for 2 or 3 second. It's very annoying. This has happened first with crysis 3 , and it comes to with Dragon age origin, Darksiders and now with mafia 2. I' have 2 GTX670 in sli with driver 344.11 (it was the same with somme previous drivers). I've tried with another glasses : the same, I've tried overclock or not with msi afterburner : the same thing, and i've tried with VSYNCH force or not in Nvidia inspector and it's the same too. Did anyone have the same problem ? Thanks for your advices.

No, that has never happened for me. If not including the old and un-updated 3D player licensed by Nvidia. But that's the only time. I've never had that happen in any game.

That sounds like a common Windows 8.1 problem. There's no known fix, except to change to Windows 7 or 8.

@Pirateguybrush : I'm under Windows 7 64Bit, will try today without sli , maybe it's a card issue. This has come to happend when i've changed my rig with a Core i5 4670K and a msi Z87 G55, before my 3D vixsion sli setup works fine with my old Core i7 860. I' will try without my cpu overclock too.

Could be a card issue, in that case. Or try a clean driver install. How often is it happening? As for Windows 10, I actually tested the technical preview and it seemed to be OK in 3D. That's not to say it's definitely going to be fine, but it might be.

You can download a technical preview they put out. You have to install it on a new drive (or format your main drive). I happened to have a spare drive to install it on.

Switched out to the Stereoscopic player while using Nvidia's license for it. Works perfectly fine.

Hi, i've made a lot of test today : change the dvi cable , test the cards with furmark , test with no oc and oc, update all the motherboard drivers, change the nvidia drivers, change the graphic cards order on the pci express slot on the motherboards , try different option for the IR emitter in the vg278h option and in the installshield of the 3d vision driver. And it's always the same thing the eyes is swapping from time to time in game. I don't know what to try more .... I'm very disapointed.

Does it happen with a single card (disable SLI)?

So, after many test it seems that i've one of my card out of order. After switching the card, i ve got bluescreens, the pc won't start... I'm going to try the bad card in another pc to test it. With only one "good" card the eyes swappping problem seems to be gone 'after 35min of mafia 2). I' don't have really the time to test this week,so i will see at the week end what is really occured. The card is 2 years old, fotunately the Gigabyte guarantee is for 3 years. Thanks for your help.
