Can not be used simultaneously VR and 3D vision
I have noticed that since the windows10 1709 version, 3D vision is working in an unstable state. Maybe it's because the VR(MR) driver is built into Windows Because of that Can not be used simultaneously VR and 3D vision Contrary To use VR, I have to turn off 3D When I use 3D, I need to turn off Windows Mixed reallity for VR. Is there anyone using these two functions at the same time? I want to know how to do it if there is one. I would like to use 3Dvision profile in VR after changing to SBS through 3Dfix manager

I use WMR and Rift, I used to have problems with 3d turned on with Rift, but I think that was corrected with and update or something. With WMR I have to turn off 3d in Nvidia control panel. It is not a big deal for me , only takes a few seconds.

I feel its generally just bad to try and run both HMD runtime and 3D Vision.. Just asking for weird system behavior

It is not a problem of hassle. What I really want to do is to enjoy all the 3dvision game profiles created so far on VR. To do so, two things must work at the same time. If I want one thing, I would like 3Dfix Manager program to support VR equipment as well. If it does, I think another market will be opened.

Did you try the "3D Vision Discover for VR" mode in 3D Fix Manager? It's intented to be used with VR headsets. Unfortunately I don't have a WMR headset so I cannot test this with it.
