How much did you increase strength en decrease depth ?
Decrease the in game depth to around 20-30% and then use the registry hack. Instruction here: (Not mine btw, so credit goes to DeviiL who posted this originally) [HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareCrystal DynamicsTomb RaiderGraphics] "StereoStrength"=hex:02,00,00,40 This value is according to my calculations... about 150% 3D strenght. I still havent found the sweet spot for me but I think it might be 130% Here, change the values on the regkey if you want to try 105% "StereoStrength"=hex:CD,CC,8C,3F 110% "StereoStrength"=hex:9A,99,99,3F 115% "StereoStrength"=hex:67,66,A6,3F 120% "StereoStrength"=hex:34,33,B3,3F 125% "StereoStrength"=hex:01,00,C0,3F 130% "StereoStrength"=hex:CE,CC,CC,3F 135% "StereoStrength"=hex:9B,99,D9,3F 140% "StereoStrength"=hex:68,66,E6,3F 145% "StereoStrength"=hex:35,33,F3,3F 150% "StereoStrength"=hex:02,00,00,40 So according to the instructions above, just check the values for the % of strength you'd like and make the changes in the registry. Load up the game, go in the options and lower the 3D depth to around 20%-30%. I have set my 3D strength to 125% and in-game depth to 25% and the crosshair seems to be pretty much spot on (at least as far as I can tell, I've tested it by shooting at a wall or something (from different distances of course) and the bullet lands right where the crosshair is pointed at so to me that seems like it's working as it should. Also even though you have to decrease the depth by quite a lot, the 3D still seems very good. This of course is helped a lot by the increased convergence. Let's just hope that we'll get a patch that fixes this 2D crosshair issue and also that we get better drivers for nVidid cards (and maybe even a fix from nVidia for the crosshair as well).

Just start the regedit.exe (bottom left corner of your Desktop --> Start icon --> just type regedit --> Double-Click on regedit.exe. Decrease the in game depth to around 20-30% and then use the registry hack. Instruction here: (Not mine btw, so credit goes to DeviiL who posted this originally)

[HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareCrystal DynamicsTomb RaiderGraphics]
"StereoStrength"=hex:02,00,00,40

This value is according to my calculations... about 150% 3D strenght.
I still havent found the sweet spot for me but I think it might be 130%
Here, change the values on the regkey if you want to try

105% "StereoStrength"=hex:CD,CC,8C,3F
110% "StereoStrength"=hex:9A,99,99,3F
115% "StereoStrength"=hex:67,66,A6,3F
120% "StereoStrength"=hex:34,33,B3,3F
125% "StereoStrength"=hex:01,00,C0,3F
130% "StereoStrength"=hex:CE,CC,CC,3F
135% "StereoStrength"=hex:9B,99,D9,3F
140% "StereoStrength"=hex:68,66,E6,3F
145% "StereoStrength"=hex:35,33,F3,3F
150% "StereoStrength"=hex:02,00,00,40

So according to the instructions above, just check the values for the % of strength you'd like and make the changes in the registry. Load up the game, go in the options and lower the 3D depth to around 20%-30%. HKEY_CURRENT_USERS\Software\Crystal Dynamics\Tomb Raider\Graphics

There you can edit stereoscopic strength and depth!

There isn't a 3D fix for this game... if you're just trying to use 3DMigoto for the Presets I'm not sure it will work, it's not working for you now for the same reason setting convergence wasn't working for you originally... It's using it own 3D renderer, not 3D Vision... pretty sure there's a way to force it to use 3D Vision/3DMigoto but that would most likely also break the game in 3D...
