Molecular Modeling Software What is the best Molecular Modelling Software for use with 3D Vision
Hi,

I would like to know what would the best visualization software for molecular modelling using NVIDIA 3D Vision.

Ideally, with this software I should be able to run both standard molecular mechanics and quantum chemical calculations, both ab initio and semiempirical.

I would appreciate if you could recommend to me either free and paid for softwares.

Thank you all

The software you desire seems quite specialized and if you do find such you'd be happy if it would support 3d at all. If 3d is supported you'll most likely need a quadro card because 3d-programs mainly use api for opengl quadbuffered stereo.
If you're interested in making some kind of presentation, then another option could be to make a "scene" and render it twice with different camera offsets (left +right eye views). This can be done with both maya, 3dsmax and likes.
