PETITION: NVIDIA Driver later then 333.21 causes crashing in several Helixmod games. PLEASE SIGN
17 / 19
Please address this issue, Nvidia. 3d vision struggles enough with compatibility and the helix mod is really the only thing keeping it still alive at this point.

Helixmod is the only thing that is keeping 3D gaming alive. I buy games just because they make 3D fixes for them.
Nvidia: Please do not introduce drivers that break their fixes compatibility.
Furthermore, please stop putting out the fake 3D support -- it's not even worth playing. True 3D is an awesome, immersive experience. Fake 3D is garbage -- I have tried the fake 3D in games such as Assassin's Creed 4 and it is not even worth playing.

You should be very greatfull for people here who keep the 3D vision alive! Make the life easier for those who keep games playable, fix the drivers!
Man, the overwhelming show of support in this thread for 3D Vision is great, but you guys DO realize that this issue was resolved in the last beta driver, right?

Is it definitely just those two games? Sounds like helifax has found a workaround for ME2, perhaps it's just one or two shaders that would need to be tweaked for DMC?

I "could" rewrite the shaders without depth buffer on those shaders but it defeats the purpose + wastes my time on a worse method. Not to mention since I personally have no idea why only certain effects can't be put on depth buffer any longer this prevents it from ever being implemented again. Not worth attempting since it could cause a crash and you will have no idea if something is on wrong on our end or not.

This is what I thought as I'd asked a few notable folks around here to report if the toggle feature didn't resolve the reported issues and I haven't heard anything to date. I can help look into this but I do need a better idea of exactly what is going on. Will contact people by PM for more info.

Signed, my Mass Effect 2 simply won't get past the splash screens with the new drivers, i rolled back and it worked. Nvidia, people spend money on your 3d Vision equipment, therefore there should be a genuine effort on your behalf to support your technology.

Nvidia specialists don't work hard on 3D Vision support for few years already, but let Helixmode work!
