Just use 3d-hubplayer and ad this to the shortcut or launch options in Steam " -window-mode exclusive"
All that is broken is the shadows so disable them, I might try to fix them with DSS's tools during the week !

Thanks for the upload. When checking with NVIDIA inspector, there was no profile for the game that I could delete. I followed all other installation steps, and pressed F10 in menu screen.
Now onto the fix. The cast shadows are completely fixed, at least in the tutorial. I noticed the game was unstable, but I am not sure if it's due to the fix, or to the game itself. I will try it with and without the fix to isolate the stability issues. I will report back on this over the weekend.
Eventually, after several tries I was able to play for longer. I noticed 4 minor 3D issues so far:
- When performing certain actions, such as carrying a corpse or some jumps, the character emanates a blue sock wave. This has a double image in 3D, I took a 3D screenshot and put in in Dropbox (link below).
- Also, I noticed a small black artifact in puddles of blood after a kill. They fade very quickly, so this is hard to screen capture, and it's also very minor.
- Last thing, at any convergence the HUD (health bar) has a gap with the edge of the screen on both sides. The same screenshot also shows this
- I had to increase convergence greatly using f6 to give the game some needed toyfication. This however really makes the main menu background go off screen. So a separate key might be useful for two convergence settings.

The convergence you can toggle with "R" is not enougth? Just change it:

I am hapy that the game is working in this state because it was unplayable with i thought. But you can test it but i am pretty sure its migoto.
To the effects: i will not be able to fix them all, they are minor and i think spread over the game. Beause no regex works (or would fix too many effects that havnt to be fixed) and fixing all files with DSS tools will crash the game.

3hr or trying different MIGOTO versions down to 1.2.65 that is the first one having software mouse...no luck getting any stability....

Puddles of blodd seems ok for me.....
But i think the main problem is are the crashes, not playable for me with it. Please try the WIP 1.1 if it is better.

The stability is an issue. I have to try launching the game several times, and it will crash after seconds in the menu screen. However, the good news is that when it finally does not crash, then it seems stable, at least for the time that I play tested. As an avid 3D gamer, I am willing to spend a few minutes luanching the game until it works, if I end up playing a good 3D game. Worth the effort.
As for feedback:
1- I noticed that you added a sound notification when pressing f10 in the menu. Nice touch!
2- The blue shock is now completely fixed
3- The shadows remain completely fixed
4- Menu convergece and game convergence looks better to me now
5- Puddles of bloods still have the issue, and I was able to capture it this time to show you (https://www.dropbox.com/s/cnhxgajlnphn68h/Shadow%20Tactics052_050.jps?dl=0). Look at the blood decals next to the samurai. You will see it has a shadow on the left eye, but not on the right eye. The same issue appears on the blood decal at the bottom, next to the sandbags behind the Ashigaru. There's a black shadow on the left eye but not on the right eye. Blood decals fade very quickly, so it's not a major issue. But fixing it would make the game 100% 3D Ready, at least so far.
I just want to let you know that at this point I am more than happy with this fix. Thank you for your prompt work. I will extensively play test this game all day Saturday and see if I can figure out a way to make it more stable.

I was a bit too premature in my assessment. I am now onto the next scenario. It seems the game is composed of little chapters or maps. So this second scenario or chapter, has issues with cast shadows. I wonder if each separate scenario will have to be troubleshot independently?

- the other is more in depth because of more convergence but the sight-cone from NPCs is wrong/not present
HINT: ==> the cycled mouse-depth (".") will be resetted using the r key.
z2 is the mouse depth
z is the UI depth
w1=1.0 enables the mouse, w1=0.0 disables it
kepp x3 and z3 untouched!

Thanks for the upload. When checking with NVIDIA inspector, there was no profile for the game that I could delete. I followed all other installation steps, and pressed F10 in menu screen.
Now onto the fix. The cast shadows are completely fixed, at least in the tutorial. I noticed the game was unstable, but I am not sure if it's due to the fix, or to the game itself. I will try it with and without the fix to isolate the stability issues. I will report back on this over the weekend.
Eventually, after several tries I was able to play for longer. I noticed 4 minor 3D issues so far:
- When performing certain actions, such as carrying a corpse or some jumps, the character emanates a blue sock wave. This has a double image in 3D, I took a 3D screenshot and put in in Dropbox (link below).
- Also, I noticed a small black artifact in puddles of blood after a kill. They fade very quickly, so this is hard to screen capture, and it's also very minor.
- Last thing, at any convergence the HUD (health bar) has a gap with the edge of the screen on both sides. The same screenshot also shows this
- I had to increase convergence greatly using f6 to give the game some needed toyfication. This however really makes the main menu background go off screen. So a separate key might be useful for two convergence settings.

Change the 41.6 to whatever you want. Set hunting=1 in the d3dini to see what convergence you are.
Change the HUD depth with (z=0.3) => 0 = screen depth, - = out of screen.
Tahn set your mouse depth, (z2=0.95) you have to try what works for you. you can change the values return to the game and press F10 to see its effect until you have finished, Set hunting=0 and restat the game.
A good Convergence for the main sceen is 1.41.
YES the game is unstable, i think this is migoto related. I can use Migoto 1.3.9 or higher, here is an error with NoHackerDevice or some thing like that. The game will crash simply pressing a preset key without pressing F10 and so on... AND it will crash using "too many shader fix files" or wrong....what ever. I am hapy that the game is working in this state because it was unplayable with i thought. But you can test it but i am pretty sure its migoto.
To the effects: i will not be able to fix them all, they are minor and i think spread over the game. Beause no regex works (or would fix too many effects that havnt to be fixed) and fixing all files with DSS tools will crash the game.
I will have a look @ what you mention.

Puddles of blodd seems ok for me.....
But i think the main problem is are the crashes, not playable for me with it. Please try the WIP 1.1 if it is better.
"R" Key will have one depth preset more )i think max depth ^^ but its up to you
If you need a preset for the menue please add this in the key sections. DEfine your key @ "YOURKEY <--- DEFINE YOUR KEY HERE"

The stability is an issue. I have to try launching the game several times, and it will crash after seconds in the menu screen. However, the good news is that when it finally does not crash, then it seems stable, at least for the time that I play tested. As an avid 3D gamer, I am willing to spend a few minutes luanching the game until it works, if I end up playing a good 3D game. Worth the effort.
As for feedback:
1- I noticed that you added a sound notification when pressing f10 in the menu. Nice touch!
2- The blue shock is now completely fixed
3- The shadows remain completely fixed
4- Menu convergece and game convergence looks better to me now
5- Puddles of bloods still have the issue, and I was able to capture it this time to show you (https://www.dropbox.com/s/cnhxgajlnphn68h/Shadow%20Tactics052_050.jps?dl=0). Look at the blood decals next to the samurai. You will see it has a shadow on the left eye, but not on the right eye. The same issue appears on the blood decal at the bottom, next to the sandbags behind the Ashigaru. There's a black shadow on the left eye but not on the right eye. Blood decals fade very quickly, so it's not a major issue. But fixing it would make the game 100% 3D Ready, at least so far.
I just want to let you know that at this point I am more than happy with this fix. Thank you for your prompt work. I will extensively play test this game all day Saturday and see if I can figure out a way to make it more stable.

Using R will of cause change it. If you need the main menue convergence back, just ALT tab out of the game and come back.

All the issues with 3D are fixed. If I run into anything at higher levels I'll let you know. So far the only issue, unrelated to 3D Vision, is game instability. The crash will reliably happen on loading seconds after launching game, before menu. The solution is to keep trying, after 5 to 10 tries the game will simply load and then it will be stable. In other words, it will crash before menu screen, but once you get past this the game is stable.
If I ever find a workaround I'll post it.

I have tryed everything but cant get it stable....or not crashing many times. Also in game, while moving the camera but IF you are in game and the game will not crash withing the first minute, it seems to be stable. I have tryed several settings in the profile and in mitogo but non of it will cure this issue.
Seems that we have to do go with it.
And YES: Please report any issue. Please with a save game, because i will not play through.
