The only thing I can think of is to make sure you are running the correct resolution and refresh rates in those games. Make sure it matches whatever you have been running the stereoscopic test in.

The problem you are having is that you are under the impression that 3DTV play is out. Unfortunately that is not correct. If you want to play 3d Games today you could try
Tridef http://www.tridef.com
or
Iz3d http://www.iz3d.com/
If your TV supports their 3d modes.
Alernatively you can wait God knows how long for nvidia to give a release date, FAIL to meet that date another 10 times and end up showing how to setup the software with your great grand childeren when these types of 3d are totally obsolete.
Or go waste some money on an Emitter and glasses Package that they would LOVE you to do.

I hope this has been of help.

Are you sure the TV can support more than 60Hz input?

If it just says it's an 800Hz TV then you've been misled, same goes for any of these other 120/200/300/400/etc etc TVs that can't actually accept those sorts of refresh rate inputs.
