nvd3dum.dll crash in game...
Please let me know if this is not where to ask for support. I get crashes in csgo once or twice in nearly every game (span of 30-45 minutes). So this is the error I get: Faulting application name: csgo.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5653d523 Faulting module name: nvd3dum.dll, version: 10.18.13.5900, time stamp: 0x5646c933 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0066f2b9 Faulting process id: 0x1b24 Faulting application start time: 0x01d138965f190f1a Faulting application path: F:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo.exe Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\nvd3dum.dll Report Id: 287dd52e-f6a4-4e5a-bfcd-8356d9411b39 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: 1) I have upgraded drivers but the crashes afterward still point to the same version number for that dll. 2) I can't actually see a "nvd3dum.dll" file but do see the "nvd3dumx.dll" so not sure what that means. 3) The 3d settings are all default in the GeForce control panel. How can I start to troubleshoot this? Where do I begin?

This is the 3D Vision user forum, it's for Stereoscopic gaming. You should post your nvd3dum.dll problem in the driver feedback forum. https://forums.geforce.com/default/board/33/geforce-drivers/ If you are not using 3D Vision, you should consider it. There are a lot of games with compatibility patches to provide an excellent 3D gaming experience. http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/10/game-list-automatically-updated.html
