Mitsubishi Dlp 73640 + Laptop 3d Vision Help! Modded Files?
Hey Everyone,

I've got a 73" Mitsubishi 73640 and the XPS 17 that's in my signature.

I can't seem to get the emitter to turn on, even when running the test, which means my glasses won't activate either.

They're connected through an HDMI 1.4 cable. 3D Vision works great on the laptop of course!

I've heard about something with some models of the TV where you needed a modded .ini or something that forces the 3D vision to recognize the TV as 3D, would that be the case here?

I know how to make the TV Checkerboard, do you think I can leave it on Auto instead?

If I need to clarify anything or you want me to try something, just let me know!

Thanks in Advance!

The monitor is not supported as per the website in 3dVision.

How are you connecting your monitor to the XPS machine ?
DVI ? HDMI ?

if its a DVI, i guess so.... I guess on a extended monitor using a DVI the 3DVision doesn't work.(Not sure though).

It's HDMI, my XPS doesn't have DVI. It's just so hard looking these things up because the guides are all for desktop 3D vision x.x And my TV has a 3D emitter (3pin thing) input.

My guess is I'm not going to find anyone who has connected a 3D Vision enabled laptop to a 3D DLP TV lol
