3D Vision Window Mode Adding games to the compatible "list"
The latest beta drivers added support for 3D Vision with games/applications on window mode. But, for some reason, only the specified games/applications by NVIDIA can be run with 3D Vision on window mode. For example, WoW works with both full-screen and window mode, while R.O.S.E. Online (not on the 3D Vision compatible games list) only works with full screen.
So, I was thinking if is there any way to add games to the list, so that they can use 3D Vision on window mode aswell.
So far, I've found "interesting" files at "C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA". I've tried to edit the "Resource.dat" with notepad, the file saves, but after restarting Windows, it gets back to how it was before being edited. Then I thought that it could be getting the original things from "Resource.old" so I edited both, but "Resource.old" doesn't seem to do anything.
I've also found the files "nvdrsdb0.bin" and "nvdrsdb1.bin" at "C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\Drs" but I'm not sure if they're for 3D Vision.
I know that changing the file name to "wow.exe" or "googleearth.exe" is probably almost the same thing as adding the game to the list. The problem is that some of those games I want to run with 3D Vision on window mode can only be run from a launcher, and if I change the name of the game client it won't be detected by the launcher.
