I was curiuos. Win7 Pro/SP1, 1080ti, 387.92, 1920x1080 Steam Version - couldn't get it to do anything 3D, used WOW profile, tried with and without -window-mode exclusive Win10 Pro/FCU, v. 1709, OS Build 16299.19, 1080ti, 388.13, 1920x1080 GOG Version - default profile with and without -window-mode exclusive - Nothing With WOW profile, and -window-mode exclusive, No S3D, but the "green light" on the Nvidia Emitter would light up, but no onscreen Nvidia remarks nor Depth Adjustment possible. Nvidia "Fn" keys did nothing either. Other S3D games DO work I returned both games.

Tis likely do to the stereoscopic feature set that was added in Windows 8, 8.1, 10. Microsoft relented on some of the features and eventually added some to Windows 7, but only some basics. http://3dvision-blog.com/tag/windows-8-stereo-3d/ https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/display/wddm-in-windows-8 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Display_Driver_Model Note, that using an older card for PhysX or as your primary GPU, can result in Nvidia's drivers downgrading your WDDM feature level to something lower.

Which version should I get ?
I can't say with any certainty, but that's my best guess as to why it's working for him. I do not have this game to try.

50% off over the weekend (all Telltale games are on sale) $12.49 Anyone watch the movie and then play the game? It looks like it would be decent. http://store.steampowered.com/app/579950/Marvels_Guardians_of_the_Galaxy_The_Telltale_Series/

Give the WIP fix for Batman Telltale a try for this game too. It should fix the black outlines, and also work correctly on Win7. You need to use the dlls from that fix. It's sort of a universal fix, using reg-ex. I did not try the WIP on Win10, but it should work. No need to change the profile, the WIP uses a custom profile it creates.

I don't have this game yet, so I can't try it. But I've added it to my Wish List, now that these games can be fixed. Here's a little behind the scenes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kv1ZCdDKdKw

Just downloaded Guardians with bo3b's fix. When I set Rendering Quality (and everything else) to "High" in the settings (as it suggests in the overlay) I only get shadows in one eye--at least in the menu. Setting Rendering Quality to "Low" fixes that, and looks pretty decent, although you lose Ambient Occlusion, Depth of Field and Bokeh. Low seems completely playable, though, so it'll definitely be good enough for me unless someone knows of something I should try. I'm running drivers 398.11 now, but this was also happening on an older driver (I upgraded to see if that fixed the issue.) Win10 1703, 3840x2160. Steam version of game.
