How to watch movies with 3D Vision Player?
Seriously, I've been trying for days now just to get ANY movie working with the 3dvision player. I was told to download the k-lite codec pack, and the 3dplayer is starting to recognize some files. Now this movie I'm trying to watch is stereoscopic side-by-side. Is that supported by 3dvision? because with my glasses on i see 2 side-by-side images, and they're both in 3D. I've tried screwing around with the options but nothing's helping. does 3dvision only support specific types of stereoscopic 3d?

You haven't specified so I'll start with the basics. Have you gotten any 3D to work on your PC? (Like when you went through the 3D Vision set up). One thing people don't tell you is that you need to have your display property settings at 120hz (1920 x 1080 @ 120hz for example) plus, you must make sure that 3D Vision is enabled in the Nvidia control panel, similar to the image below. Once we've established that you have 3D working, I can further help you with 3D Stereoscopic player. Yes, 3D Vision can play SBS, Top/Bottom, and Red & Blue.

Please continue. I have the same problem.
I have just bought 3D vision2-ready ASUS VG278H. I use it with Windows 7 x64. My 3D vision is turned on, monitor set to 120HZ refresh rate, and I can play games, watch YouTube videos in 3D, which both work perfectly fine.
The only issue is that I have not been able to find proper way to watch 3D movies. These SDS files, when I load them to 3D vision player, are shown as two separate pictures, giving no 3D effect.
How do I adjust it properly?

P.s. I have k-lite codec pack installed, do I need different decoders?

Hi, Im having the exact same problem. I have an Asus VG278 as well and I can play games and watch youtube in 3D without problems. But, when I open a 3d movie file (lets say, SBS), i only see 2 side-by-side images and theyre not "merging" in one. I have FFDshow codecs installed and Klite and my nvidia 3d player version is 1.7.5. Any idea on what im doing wrong? Thank you!

G'Day, After opening the file. If it displays as two images side by side. Select File - Layout - Side by Side, Left Image First or Right Image First which ever looks best. This should help.
