This is great news. I will attach my latest WIP shortly - since I have not looked at it for ages I can't remember what state I left the water reflections in (probably a worse state than default). I have also not looked at any shaders for a at least a few iterations of 3DMigoto either, so things I had problems with (some of the lights) might be tractable now. @Darkstarsword - PM me to get more information on which shaders to look at, I don't have time to track them down right now. EDIT - I sent you the WIP via PM :-)

Just a quick update - I've finished working on a feature in 3Dmigoto that can allow us to adjust the weapon sight depth without messing up anything else in the game (like light bulbs and halos around boats) - it works by only enabling the depth adjustment when there is no active depth target (the same technique will very likely help with UI adjustments in other games that affect other objects as well). That's the final piece of support in 3Dmigoto that I think this game needs (unless I find something else...), so I can probably afford to spend more time on the fix itself now :)

Sounds awesome! Far Cry 4 looks like it could be one of the best 3D experiences of the year. Thanks.

I've made a little progress and fixed a few more effects (partial fix for nvidia god rays, repair tool flame, a number of halos, some decals, the remaining weapon sights), but there are still a couple of major things broken (environment cube map reflections, water reflections, specular highlights) and I just haven't had the time to really dig into them yet. Plus I'm sure there are going to be a bunch more minor effects to fix as I get further into the game. I'm planning to spend a fair bit of time on it this weekend and once the major problems are sorted out I'll release a WIP for wider testing. I'd also like to spend a bit more time on 3Dmigoto to pass the render target size into the shaders ([s]necessary for the god ray fix to work at any resolution[/s] Edit: nope, found an easier way) and to automatically set the right bits in the driver profile for the non-SLI issue - but both of those things are really just polish that can come later.

Made a lot of progress tonight: - Water reflections are forced to render in stereo and are positioned correctly (but there a likely to be more reflection shaders to find elsewhere in the game). - Environment map reflections are approximately fixed (horizontal puddles are fixed, but vertical reflections are not quite right). - Specular highlights are fixed (with a fudge factor - but it seems to work at any time of the day/night cycle). - Clipping on interior lights is fixed. - God ray fix no longer depends on the resolution. - The depth buffer filter I added to 3Dmigoto the other week came in handy again to stop part of the UI adjustment from messing up the enemy sniper rifle lasers :) There's still some work to go before this is ready for wider testing. I know there are several more variations of interior mask shaders to fix on different AA settings (plus the mask clips incorrectly, which isn't as serious but would be nice to fix), and I still need to check the list of broken effects Mike gave me.
