There are enough threads with this question.

Uhm, I know this is an outdated topic. But I tried to modify the registry in order to get green/magenta and it doesn't work at all. No matter what color I put in the Anaglyph Filter, it doesn't change anything.
Any thoughts on that?

Most likely, Nvidia is overwriting the registry entries that you make.
If so, try the bat file available in the linked thread.
Or you can use the tool/app made by Eincrou to lock the registry after you make changes. But keep in mind that you locked it, so if you need to, you'll remember to unlock it.

I don't know if that's the problem :-?? I tried the tool and the *.reg file and it didn't work at all.
I modified the registry manually too while having the game running with the stereo activated and still no change. Also used the tool made by Eincrou.
What .bat are you talking about? :-s
Ooops, reg file.
Sorry, I've never personally have messed around with changing the colors myself.
You might try the Meant to be Seen forums also, perhaps you can find an answer there.

:( Looked at the forums and the link you gave. Can't seem to find something useful. I'll try some more, but I really have no clue why I can't change it to green/magenta.

Edit: I have found the right .reg file. For Green / Magenta it should look like this:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\Stereo3D]
"LeftAnaglyphFilter"=dword:ff00ff00
"RightAnaglyphFilter"=dword:ffff00ff
"StereoAnaglyphType"=dword:00000000
