3D Projector Setup
Hey all. Im a complete beginner at this so any help will be much appreciated.

I've been into projectors for years now and my brother owns a projector store so I know quite a bit about them, and have a number of them. But I know virtually nothing about NVIDIA, and thats where my question lies. I have owned a Acer H5360 for a while know and I finally decided to get the 3d going. However after a little research I realized, as I'm sure you all know It's not nearly as simple as the box implies. I want to Play Blu ray 3D titles, so as I understand I need a PC with all sorts of system requirements. The only PC I have is an old dell dimension 8300 with intel pentium 4 and XP which won't fit the bill according to the NVIDIA website. So my Question is What exactly do I need to get this going? Is it easier to upgrade my computer or buy a whole new one? If anyone could fill me in Or link me to another thread that answers this it would be much appreciated.

cheers,

There aren't many titles on bluray that are 3D yet and the ones that are aren't worth it...
3D gaming with 3D vision is much more developed thus far and there are many enjoyable titles in 3D.

But to do bluray with 3D vision you need the following:
PC with a fast dual core cpu (minimum)
bluray drive (4X speed)
windows 7
GTX460 video card (you can go cheaper but this is by far the best choice)
Power DVD10 software
3D vision glasses and kit

This won't be cheap at all if you are starting from scratch.
