Vsync disable
Does anyone know how I can disable vsync with 3d vision?
No matter if I turn it off in the control panel or in game settings it remains on at 60fps.
Id like to try it without if possible.
I only do race sims and Ive read that it can cause very slight control lag.
Using a GTX590 with an Optoma HD66 DLP.

Thanks

You can't. If you did, you would lose the 3D effect.

The point of Vsync with 3D is that you left eye sees one complete frame, then your right eye sees the next one. The frames have an offset to the left or the right to give the illusion of depth. Without VSYNC you would start to see part of the wrong-eyes image and it would end up as if you had no glasses on at all.

Theres nothing wrong with VSYNC,
When the counter says 60fps , thats 120fps really, because you have 60fps per eye, and that already grants you better input lag than a 60hz display!

Stuff can you do to lower input lag is single card instead of SLI,& play with buffering settings in the control panel.
