Anyone see this new game (came out yesterday)
Looks like it's made for 3D! :)

it's not listed on the nvidia compatibility list so I don't know if/how it works with 3D Vision but sure looks like it would look amazing with stereoscopic 3d

It does look amazing too bad it's only MP, I really hate playing online ... but I sure could use a good 'dog fighting' game like Starfox or Crimson Skies on steroids! :)

I think that footage is sped up a fair bit!
I tried the alpha in 3D, overall I think it looks pretty cool. The main issues are the 2D HUD, and the fact the pre-match menu's disappeared until you toggled back to 2D, and the cockpit view/weapon separation breaks when you crank up the convergence, so you definitely need the 3rd person camera view.
There might have been a problem with motion blur and shadows, but I turned them off immediately.
Again, this was alpha so the situation might be quite different now.

Looks cool, but, I hate MP. Also looks too fast. I'm looking for something like this, but more realism with spacecraft and less like human movement. And a story.
Oh well, back to Strike Suit Zero...

How well does Strike Suit Zero work in 3D? I've had this game for awhile in my massive backlog, and I know it looks like it'd be fantastic in 3D. It seems to have an Oculus Rift compatibility mode; does that help with 3D Vision as well?
Oculus support is totally unrelated to 3d vision support, and one means nothing for the other. Just FYI.
Although, if developers would just code in 'pure' 3d and not use any trickery, shouldn't it be as easy as a dropdown menu (like that 'Valley' benchmark where you can select one of 20 different 3D systems including 3D Vision and it just automatically adjusts)

Not great. It's very easy to break the image tweaking convergence.... In fact, if I remember correctly, it already is broken at start-up. You can achieve a little bit of depth - enough to make it worthwhile, but you can't just tweak convergence, you have to lower screen depth significantly and find a happy medium between depth and convergence.
I just realized I own Strike Suit Zero and I don't even remember buying it lol
Looks amazing though thanks - it's downloading right now :D
Honestly I haven't played past the second mission myself! - I've been working on other games and haven't got around to it yet.
Strike Suit Zero:
Some objects render wrong and the HUD is broken
I'd call it "Fair":
