Noob questions
Hi guys, I'm crazy about all the material avaiable on this forum and on Helixmod. I've been away from 3DVision since 2013 and at the time things seemed to be bad for 3D Vision, without new titles with native support. Now I see this great comunity kept things running, congratulations! I have been digging through everything and learning a lot but am still left with a few questions. Hope someone can help me, thanks in advance! - Is 3D Vision officially abandoned by game developers and NVidia? - The fixes at Helixmod site are real or compatibity mode 3D? I mean the specific game fixes, not the awesome guide to run games in compatibility mode. Regards

They keep updating 3d game list on drivers, that's that I guess... And helix are real 3d. Compatibility mode its just about changing profiles really.

To give you a recent example, Rise of the Tomb Raider, GTA V and Deus Ex Mankind Divided have official 3D Vision modes. The Trine developers always remember to include multiple 3D modes in their games, and their 3D Vision mode is perfect. When there are bugs in the 3D Vision driver, Nvidia usually fixes them. Even if devs completely abandon 3D Vision, I think that the community is enough to make most games playable in 3D (that's mostly the current situation). However, there aren't any tools to create fixes in DX12 and Vulkan yet.
