Great job snake4196!
We had taken an initial look, but getting CTD in all cases, even with no 3Dmigoto. Since you found it fixes the crashes to go with Blacklist profile, I'll give that a try.
What driver version are you using to get it to run?

Tried both profiles and they work in compatibility mode only. Blacklist has low depth even when set to maximum and you can't adjust convergence, Unity looks the same as using the Middle Earth profile with slightly worse performance. Using a EVGA 970 ACX 2.0 with driver 347.09.

Ya, I did all that, didn't work. I was able to launch the game directly from the exe (NOT from Steam though) after a reboot. S3D works but unless depth is on the lowest setting it has all sorts of issues. Compatibility Mode via the Shadow of Modor profile is easily the better option. I wonder if I'm missing something here.

I'm keeping an eye on this one, as I still cannot get it to load with 3Dmigoto installed. Silent exit, no information.
Modding community is looking, but it's not promising, as it looks like Konami is aggressively anti-mod:

It looks to me like the game is deliberately exiting because it sees the 3Dmigoto wrapper. This is a proxyDLL and fully supported by Microsoft, but hey, game developers don't understand we are their friends, not their enemy.
Might be a good game to try Flugan's wrapper upon, as an alternate path.

Did you guys see the NeoGaf post about modding Ground Zeroes and unlocking specific graphic options? Could that help making a 3D profile?

Maybe you guys are pretty used to the issues with 3D Vision, but I'm just plainly confused with some people saying it goes black screen, other people mentioning profiles, and not knowing if the only way to make it work is CM, and how it looks.
If the status is so clear to you, maybe instead of asking you could confirm the status, so we would have saved this answer of mine which actually doesn't help anybody either (sorry).
