It's still the same for me, the HUD has the same issues.
Glad to see a new version with new profiles...but they have ignored Wings of Prey (which is possible to make it work without patches, as iz3d does) and Silent Hunter 5... (?)

After 10 years of loyal nvidia stereoscopy I am getting real tired of all of this...
Nevermind, maybe I am in low mood.

I am happy for the people playing the games with profile.
Please, please, please.. Wings of Prey.. It's just the clouds and horizon, such a small thing could make several of us very happy.

I've even posted on YuHu forums, but they say they are too busy :(.

Bioshock 2 is infact greatly improved. I love it. One big new bug i have though. At the begniing sequenc when you wake up and oyu are supposed to see yourself in the water as you get up ... the water is SUPER BRIGHT NEON colors and pixelated like mad after this beginning sequence everything so far seems golden. This is with real time reflections on btw. Also SLI artifacting occurs. No big deal for me atm as single gpu get sthe job done well enough.

That is going to have to be fixed by 2K. I thought they were coming out with some big patch ???

I dont think I'll be supporting them anymore.

I cant play it because the graphics are glitched like crazy with SLI.

Can anyone comment on the party portraits in Dragon Age? One of the drivers broke that in 3D, and I was hopeful it was fixed now....

Party portraits are still messed up; showing only one image in one eye and nothing in the other.

Ahhhh flap. Why!!!!!!! It's almost like you need to install a specific version of the 3D driver per-game. Nasty stuff! Whilst I applaud the technology, nVidia are leaving themselves wide open for ATI to do this the 10% better than it currently is to make it truly mass-consumer ready.
Well done nV... well done...

This driver is excellent. Metro 2033's performance doubled for me in 3d and is now playable. Thank you for that.
My question is, will DX11 be add so much graphically to Metro 2033 that it's worth waiting for GTX 470 or 480, or it isn't really that meaningful?

I think you are only missing out on tessellation.

I can’t speak for Metro 2033 in particular but how big of an impact tessellation has is up to how heavily the developers chose to use it.

The Unigine Haven Benchmark uses very heavy tessellation and if you see a side by side comparison of it with and without tessellation on there is a HUUUUUUUGE difference. So much detail an quality in the models is lost without tessellation. Granted this is a benchmark and will definitely use heavier tessellation than games.

Inversely I have talked to some people who been playing BFBC2 and they upgraded to one of ATIs dx11 cards and say the difference between dx10 and dx11 in this game is very very little. Most of them expressed disappointment that it didn’t seem to do much for the games appearance.

I would tend to guess that Metro likely uses more than BFBC2 as they kind of pushed the graphical quality envelope with Dx11, PhysX, and 3D Vision all being implemented in the game. What’s more is people playing it (I have too many other games to finish before I can start it) keep coming back saying it’s the best looking game since Crysis.

Metro 2033 is a beast. I don't know if i is a driver issue or not but when playing in DX 10 the game is very stuttery for me. I am forced to play it in DX 9 with Very High settings. I hope this is a driver issue but i doubt it is. Perhaps I should consider over clocking my I7 but I haven't had any luck with that in the past.

Well looks like I'll be getting a GTX 470 or 480 then, mostly since it will probably look better and it seems rather performance intensive so my GTX 260 won't be enough :( Well l have many other games to try meanwhile.
