I didn't configure anything! It just works (or not works as TMT3 is crap for 3D blu-ray compared to Cyberlink). All you do is press the 3D button at the top middle of the TMT3 window when the blu-ray is playing. The 3D panel allows you to set a default to always play blu-rays in 3D mode...but you don't need to touch that for now.

Actually, I had this problem. I couldnt select any 3D settings. Everything was greyed out. I found, from a user here, to open TMT without playing a video/movie, just open the application and dont load anything. Then, at that time it will let you select the 3D options and this worked for me.

thanks, i got it working doing as you said, i chose 120hz, 100 depth, however ice age 3 3d doesnt work in 3d at all even though it switches to 120hz when click on the 3d icon, where it works flawless with powerdvd, very weird. Also the 2d to 3d converion is terrible.

Depth does not affect 3d blu-ray....only 2D to 3D conversion. There are only 2 discs TMT3 play correctly, one is the Panasonic demo, the other is monsters vs aliens. Ice age 3D plays in 2D just like you said.
