A CD came with your NVIDIA 3D Vision kit. Try uninstalling your drivers then using those drivers. Or....
Go to www.nvidia.com and select the download drivers section. Select the beta/archived drivers. For the product type, select 3D Vision instead of GeForce. Then select the CD as the product. So a search and you should find the latest (version 1.44) version of the CD. Download that and upgrade all your drivers. Be sure you do the NvIRUSB.exe in the Stereo folder as well. This will give you the latest and greatest drivers. (Also the latest and greatest photo and video viewer programs.)

Happened to me when I installed also. What Zloth said is mostly true, only all I had to do was select the install usb drivers (or similar) from the full CD download, rather than selecting it from the folder itself.
Regardless of the way you do it though, that will probably fix your problem.
