Just posted this in another topic on here but try turning off the blur option, other forums i have been browsing mention they get a significant frame rate increase if they switch that off, game not out for me until Friday so cant test it, lol.

Am i the only one who actually prefers to play this game without 3D vision? I dont know what it is, it looks fine and everyting, but it just dont fit this game for some reason for me. In games like Metro 2033 or Batman it was great because it really bumbed up the atmosphere. In Dead Rising i just feel i prefer non 3D. Maybe its because its so laid back of a game.

Probably not the only one, but I personally find it is greatly enhanced by playing in max 3d depth. /stud.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':stud:' />

Yeah the 3D performance in this game is by far the worst i've ever seen, esp for a 3d ready game. I get almost 50 fps in 2D and then turn on 3dvision and get 13 in the same spot. And this is right at the beginning of the game, the first time you have to fight the zombies in that hallway. Sad taht thers only 20 zeds tops in that part. I stopped playing right there. Not touching the game until 3D performance is improved... or until i have the money to blow on my GPU power.

Nah, dont think i tried that, does it make that much of a difference? Unless it doubles my FPS i think i'll still have to keep this one on hold for the time being :(

I'm finding it works well with the blur off when in-game (knocking zombies about etc). However, when it goes to cutscenes it breaks horribly! I seem to be getting a double image in the left eye. I have to squint out of my right eye only just to watch the scene in 2D.
Is anyone else getting this problem, and have you found a fix in the settings maybe?

Gonna pick this up but I am going to force myself to finish one of the numerous games I buy and start, but never finish first. Call of Duty:World at War deserves a lot better than the fair rating it given with the 3D drivers. I have long suspected whoever makes up that list doesn't have a clue on how to accurately rate games in 3D.
On a side note, I bet all those hordes of zombies are going to look great once I crank depth up to about 150% or so.
