I second that re Arcania - still that one-eye fog that was introduced in latest beta... the game was bought, installed but sits un-played on my pc due to s3d issues. we seem to to observe two steps back, one forward with any new release. sad. will just try my other games and post if any issues (these are - wow, eq2 - which was horrible with beta drivers, drakensang, fallout 3, divinity 2 and shogun 2 (horrible too)/

It's fixed the blanked out right eye in Crysis 2, however the 3d effect is really horrible with these drivers.... Lots of halos around everything and quite unplayable...

except Arcania (which is just unplayable), the rest of the games I tried have same or better performance in s3d. (so far tried divinity 2, eq2, wow). WoW still has an annoying double/triple-view when near/over water. eq2 still has no shadows in s3d and major issues in some zones with shaders 3 on. divinity 2 - same story with selective trees messing up the otherwise enjoyable s3d experience (shadows off ofc).
PS - Just launched Mafia II, a title that boasts 3d nvision ready. As reported by myself and several others, and as acknowledged by Andrew@nvidia in same thread re beta driver game issues - nvidia messed up the otherwise show-case game. I have to tell you that NOTHING has been done to return the game to its 3d ready status. We still have severe ghosting on anything that is shiny, which was absent with older drivers. Are we being listened to?

270.61 are totally messed up. When I run set up wizard, I don't 3D images in slideshow, I get two 2D images one on top of the other. Also, the games are in super weak 3D. And none of the 3D Vision/ 3DTV Play controls work, never get the green messages to adjust depth, or the graphic that rates 3D Vision. It's as though it thinks 3D Vision/3DTV Play is not engaged, except I get the "turn on 3D glasses" icon from my Samsung HDTV.
The games are extremely ugly, even in 1080P framepacking. When I went back to 267.41, all problems were corrected.

never mind. I did a clean install of the drivers and it fixed all problems I reported.
Still getting the bogus error message when launching a game under 3D Vision.
Still can't do full native rez 1920x1080 per frame, 60 fps (aka'checkerboard') in 3DTV Play.
If either one of these bug were fixed (not necessarily both), Samsung HDTV people could use them without the need for a custom built squarewave generator.

Drivers are great for me. No more BSODs. Performance is also awesome in triple screen. Alienware brightness is fixed too. Only thing I noticed is I have to start games from a triple screen resolution ie. 6000x1080 in order to get performance fixed in games at the same resolution. If games are started from single screen resolution ie. 1920x1080 I don't get the performance boost.

Still have my monitor stuck at 100% brightness after exiting an application (darkspore is what i just used, did it with Starcraft 2 too), only way to fix it is to change my monitor's resolution, keep the change, THEN set my resolution back to normal.
Also still have windows 7 64-bit go to basic color scheme automatically after 3D vision starts for Cyberlink PowerDVD10 and for CoolIris. Also can't use cyberlink in windowed mode still (saw you added windowed support for a lot of stuff, maybe not this?)
Also curious, Darkspore is coming out next week (supposedly), any chance we'll be getting a profile for that game at some point? I'm not getting my hopes up since other maxis games aren't properly supported (not blaming you guys, just saying)
Edit: GTX 260 (BFG maxcore 55 oc2), windows 7 64-bit, viewsonic monitor, amd phenom II X4

as mentioned before in another post ( Skarling: ... driver 267.26 works for me , switched back to it)
I loaded up Arcania and didn't see any issues with these drivers or the last beta ones, 270.51. I don't know if having a series 400 Fermi has anything to do with it. I have used the express install methods for some time now so I am not sure if that makes a difference or not.

seems like brightness issue has been fixed for me. my pc used to start with 100% brightness with beta drivers. now, after installing .61 drivers, the pc started with normal brightness.

Just installed new drivers on my Home Theater PC, the only change I noticed from the two previous releases that when I switch to 3D mode manually 720pX60 or 1080pX24 my screen is total mess, windows are not updating until you move them on the screen and neither PowerDVD nor TotalArc work at all. If I let PowerDVD to switch to 3D mode everything is fine, 3D mode is on, except of course still no 3D at all, TotalArc is the same except still showing 1/4 of the screen and no 3D. At least 3D wizard works fine, nVidia logo is still flying in 3D and demo pictures are in 3D as well. To be true have no idea what to try next.

After installation of new drivers I had same problems with surround mode. To be able to make it work I had to switch DVI cables. I had all monitors connected to one GTX 590 and now DVI cables are connected “in line†Two cables plugged into the first card and third cables plugged into the second one. I’m wondering if this change is intentional or it is a bug.
