To answer the question for me, yes Blizzard and NVIDIA care about Diablo 3 in 3D Vision. Blizzard actually posted in their own forums a statement on their 3D support.
The URL was here, but I see that its down now. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/3530363469
Basically Blizzard acknowledged they know there are still issues to improve Diablo 3 in 3D and will look into a patch in the future to support it.

Thanks for the info Andrew! I figured Blizzard would fix the 3D issues because they are very minor and they went out of their way to make WOW work with 3D.

I'm glad medium shadows works for you. Doesn't seem to be a difference between any shadow levels for me. Low/med/high all work fine until I go into a dungeon and then the shadows get messed up about 70% of the time.
[/quote]
Actually, now that I am further in the game I have ran into a couple dungeons where the shadows where broken on medium settings as well. It is still worth it to me to keep them on because it looks so good when they work right.

Do you think we might get trouble using your Plugin (banned from Battle.net)? Widescreen Fixer is a separate software so i think it shouldn`t be a problem - but who knows!?

I've been playing in 3D vision surround. It's Awesome! I don't think I will get banned, but if I do I'll make sure that I can get back on by harassing Blizzard. I'm not really cheating and I've used widescreen fixer for many online games and never got banned.

I have been using injectFXAA to add sharpness to the game and haven't got banned yet. *knock on wood*
It uses a d3d9.dll so maybe we can use HeliX's mod for the game. I don't really know how to fix things or I would have taken the plunge for the community and tried it already.

Glad it's discussed here too but I'm not sure nVidia can do anything about current problems in the game... I posted a message about 3D a few days ago on Battle.net.
