3DTV Play on Sony HMZ-T2 HUGE PROBLEM
Hello. I have downloaded the trial version of 3DTV Play, and it works very good, except for one big problem. When I have the 3d activated the screens have these artifacts all the time: Pictures: (in Max Payne 3 - it is usually black instead of strange blue) (Nvidia control panel) I have the 3D set up to 1280*720 with 60 Hz. I have tried the same resolution and Hz with Tridef, and I got none of these problems, so I know that the HMZ-T2 can receive a similar signal without any problems. Thanks for the help.

That looks like video card artifacting....why it is only appearing in 3D mode is a bit confusing....if your video card is overclockied, try running it at stock settings and see if that helps. I doubt it, but its worth a shot :)

It runs perfectly with everything else, so I don't think its the graphics card that's causing the problem. I can run 3D Vision on my 120 Hz computer screen in 1920*1080 perfectly fine ( connected through DVI). I only get the problem when I am using the 3D on my HMZ-T2. I get the same artefacts when I am setting the resolution to 1920*1080 (in regular 2D on my HMZ-T2), so I think the problem has something to do with the signal, or at least the HMZ-T2's interpretation of it. I am connecting the HMZ-T2 to my GTX 560 Ti through a DVI cable (from the graphics card) with an HDMI adapter (to the HMZ-T2). As soon as I have a fix for this, I will buy the full version of 3DTV Play.

The DVI cable is the same one that's working fine for the monitor? If so, try a different HDMI adaptor.

Maybe you are on to something. I'll test to use the same DVI cable I use for my 120 Hz screen. :) I'll be back shortly.

IT WORKED! :D I changed to the other DVI-cable and now it works! :) The first one is 10 meters long, that probably explains why the signal couldn't come through perfectly. Thank you very much for steering me in the right direction. :-)
