DHR, first of all, i thank you really for your work, i took great pleasure to play to this game. i enjoyed your work because before your fix, it was unplayable. Before the recent "break" due to the last update, i had a lot of shadow problems (shadows on some areas with one eye, and the sun brights with the right eye), the game was largely playable but i noticed than when i used the "right clic" on the mouse (before to launching a weapon over a zombi for example), the shadows were "modified" . In fact, one variant was largely playable, but the other showed like other settings (not the same convergence if not set and always different shadows). it's hard to explain^^ i have a 2xSLI GTX 980 with windows 8.1. i'm a newbie, so i was wondering how i can show you multiple shadow problems like Segerin in the post #482 thank you for your support. God bless you ;)

GreatXerox, when you press RMB, wrapper software (both 3Dmigoto and Flugan) modifies one variable, namely - Y, which is responsible for shadow aligning with ground. All variables and default values can be seen in d3dx.ini file which came with fix. Default Y value is 1.845, which is calculated for 1920x1080 resolution with in-game FOV modified to +3 (Options -> Game). If you play with different resolution you must recalculate Y value with formula provided in comments inside d3dx.ini. Also, buttons 7,8 and 9 change in-game convergence (depth of scene, in other words). For me shadows looks best with 9 button preset. Also, in order to make game more enjoyable, I highly recommend lowering convergence when you press and hold your USE button (I use 7 button preset value). In this case when you search bodies, pick locks or do any other close-quarter activities 3D will be much more pleasant for you eyes. All this is easily achievable by small modifications of d3dx.ini file. Check mine (attached), VK_NUMPAD1 is my USE button. Also, I used to press and hold CTRL to lower convergence on-demand, this is quite useful for picking locks :) https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/29638957/d3dx.ini NOTE: If you add additional buttons in d3dx.ini, make sure numbers in [KeyX] blocks are in sequence, otherwise it will not work. As to shadows and other objects being rendered for one eye - this is SLI problem. You must disable it completely in settings to fix that. GTX980 is quite capable. I play with single GTX970, FPS is 30+. With SLI is so much better, but for me all those artifacts ruins the game and experience... I have tried different profiles and settings without any success. So, disabling SLI is the only solution currently... :/ P.S. Feel free to ask me any questions you have regarding 3D Vision.

Unfortunately no, Bo3b. I have tried it. Neither Dead Island: Riptide nor Max Payne 3 profiles fixes one-eyed rendering in Dying Light. DI:R performance seems to be a little better, while MP3 profile seems to have less rendering errors. But this is very subjective, since after restart I was placed in different safehouse, so comparison nowhere near to being accurate... And neither profile makes game playable, IMHO. Errors are way too obtrusive to ignore them... Regarding 1.5 update breaking 3D Vision fix - what EXACTLY is broken, guys? I've just tried running 1.5 version with 3Dmigoto fix (reinstalled completely), and didn't notice any apparent errors so far... Maybe subtitles are a little less readable now (with 9-button convergence), but except that - it looks quite OK. Could someone post some screenshots (ALT+F1)?

Update 1.5 has messed some things in 3D, indeed. Seems they changed the way text is rendered in game, since hints, subtitles and menu elements now rendered at different depth. Some menus are OK, some have errors... :/ UPDATE #1: UI, firearms and bare hands (e.g. parkour) are messed up (wrong convergence) :( UPDATE #2: Hm, dunno what's wrong, but changing Z variable, the one which controls weapons convergence, does nothing for firearms and bare hands, it only affects melee weapons... Tried both 3Dmigoto and Flugan versions - the same.

Probably i will take a look this weekend.....but that seems (for the screenshots) they change/add HUD shaders...the changelog says: * Over 50 new weapons added http://steamcommunity.com/games/239140/announcements/detail/112926347617195908 @greatxerox Try Seregin suggestion for shadows (disalbe SLI)....SLI + 3D don't work properly with this game, i can't test some profile or try to fix because i don't have SLI setup.

Without any disrespect, people should also try to contribute to fixes rather than waiting on one person to fix everything:) DHR did a fantastic job and the Shader fixes are inside the shaders lol... Is just a matter of finding the wrong shader and apply the specific fix for that shader (Copy-paste it from the existing shaders... All weapon shaders for example are fixed the same and so on...) Is not hard to hunt a shader and fix it;)) In any case Good Night...Good Luck:)
