Request: Stereo separation setting for Avatar
Playing through the demo I got really amazed.
But the one thing that bothers me is that I'm not able to set the stereo convergence for the in-game stereo.

I use to play 3D games with strong stereo separation to get the maximal depth effect, but the preset convergence setting does not work well then. The player character is positioned in front of the screen and is always clipped by the screen edges, thus destroying the 3D illusion.

I would like to have the option to position the player character behind the screen (which the convergence setting would allow). As side effect the gamer character and game world feel to have much bigger size then and don't look like miniatures.

If there are more people (and possible game customers) which would like to have the stereo separation setting, please post here. Maybe we can reach something.

The older 1.13 drivers allow you to adjust convergence like normal as long as you enable 3D through nvidia drivers (toggle with hotkey when you get in the game) rather than in-game from the options.

It is very confusing for game to have its extra settings. It is question then what is correct.
However I suppose that in future games maybe also this game convergence will be dynamic and coded in game so manual setting would damage stereo experience.
In Avatar I noticed there is pop out effect.
