Hey guys,
One of the best native 3D vision shooter gets a successor on the 13th of october. Unfortunately it will not have native 3D vision support. But the information below are nevertheless in some way favourable to 3D vision / to fixes:

Also on GOG: https://www.gog.com/game/shadow_warrior_2_preorder
But good that it's DRM free on Steam too.
If we take Shadow Warrior DX11 and Hard Reset Redux as examples, this one will be very broken too. If someone fixes this one, I'll take a look at the shaders and try to do the same for the other two games.
Any news about 3D Vision?
Game seems to be great and includes koop kampagne.
It does not support 3D Vision we will have to wait for a fix.
Its rated not recommanded. But let's wait if developers might work on a 3D vision update. Or we have to wait for a community fix, or CM might be a solution.

3D kicks in, performance is decent, geometry is mostly ok. It starts in fullscreen windowed mode regardless of your settings, so you have to switch to windowed and back to fullscreen to get 3D to kick in. Adding the exe to the Shadow Warrior 2013 doesn't make any difference (that I can see).
Lighting is pretty busted, it's definitely not playable right now. We have the budget to pick this up for the shared accounts, so if a fixer expresses an interest please let me know.

This game is a masterpiece. The moment you start you just want to continue to slice yourself through hordes of enemies. It is a grinding experience. If you liked Borderlands, definitely get it. If you like Doom 2016, you will also love it. If you are more into classical story driven FPS with a clear start and clear end, the game might not be for you. However, just get it, because it is a lot of fun.
What CM profile are you using guys?
Anyone actually working on a fix? Otherwise I will annoy again a bit more the developers to patch 3D vision ready. ;)

I downloaded it from the shaderhackers account, and it's as bad as Hard Reset Redux: No headers in the shaders, and the fix formula that should work for fixing lighting/shadows doesn't (or anything else I've tried). Don't think anyone else has expressed interest in looking, but at least it's available to anyone that does (although based on what I've seen, I really only think there's a select few actually capable of fixing it).

At f***ing last! I found the pixel shader that controls shadows in the first Shadow Warrior in DX11. It wasn't suspicious at first because when you navigate through shaders it makes the effect of oversaturating everything over time with very bright colors (yellowish in my case, maybe because of the zone where I was). Something that usually wouldn't be related to shadows. Look for something like that in SW2.
I still haven't found a correct fix, but here it is untouched (41ab1cedd5dc5ebe-ps_replace.txt): https://www.dropbox.com/s/vv6okver8lea684/41ab1cedd5dc5ebe-ps_replace.txt?dl=0
The code is too long to paste here, the forums show an error.
I think the key is modifying r1 in the first few lines. The shader can also break other things in other parts, like when you touch r0.
Edit: I could more or less (not completely) fix specular reflections, by modifying vertex shaders that make the environment disappear when skipped, and give depth to parallax occlusion mapping in shaders that make them black when skipped. But I may be doing that wrong. I've started trying things today.
