Are you on Windows 10? Do you use 980Ti? or 980Ti SLI?
Can you try a Windows 7 with the same hardware?
I ask because this might be a regression bug... Although, I am using both Windows 7/10 in 3D Surround and haven't noticed any regression bugs..
I'll fire up the game + fix and see what I get.
EDIT:
Tested on Windows 10 -> 880M single GPU -> Result: WORKING AS INTENDED
Tested on Windows 10 -> 2x780Ti 2SLI -> Result: WORKING AS INTENDED
Tested on Windows 7 -> 2x780Ti 2SLI -> Result: WORKING AS INTENDED
THIS REQUIRES Depth Of field Quality set to "Normal" preset. (This an in-game setting.)
Be sure that Depth Of Field is set to correct value;)

i see in the describe than "DOF normal"
what do you mean by DEPTH OF FIELD to "NORMAL" ? 15 % by default ?
that's it ?

@Didier thx for info :)
No, no no:)
Depth of field is an option in the game settings;)
Here I have added a screenshot showing the section. You need to keep it on NORMAL otherwise you get double image in one eye;) DOF is an OK effect in 3D but can feel a bit artificial at times;)

oooooooooooh sorry Helifax, i'm really a newbie^^
your screenshot helped me a lot. now it's near perfect. So my system is not busted. thank you for your patience & kindness !

As you can see, there are the green objectives or the flames which are double (it depends how your eyes are "set"). is it normal ? (it's not important, it's just a detail)

@greatxerox
You are playing with a very low convergence value....crank up that convergence (CTRL+F6 and save with CTRL+F7), you will get a better S3D experience!
You can adjust the depth of those green objectives pressing "P" key....is cycle between diferent depth. Use the one that is more confortable for you.
i always play in all games in a low convergence value, i thought it was the best. That's because in a low convergence value, the size of our character seems "normal". In a higher convergence value, i have the impress to control a "puppet". Thx a lot for the tips "P" and "CTRL+F7"

EDIT Mar 6 2015 - Afraid downclocking only lasted a little while until I shut the game down and started again, even tried down to -500 mhz. My guess, 980's and surround issue. Happens without the fix engaged, so onward. Back to the good 'ol H5360 :-)

Superb 3D Vision fix for this game! The sole issue that I have noticed is Magnum Opus' rear tail-light bloom at night (offset in opposite directions in each eye).

Installed the Helix mod, start the game but no 3d. Toggling 3d does nothing. Eventually IR enitter shuts down. I've tried 144hz, 119hz and 60hz. I have an Asus 3d Vision screen and Nvidia 980Ti.
Please help.

Check if you got Display set to Fullscreen - in-game menu.
Also that Light going off is normal in new drivers or Windows 10 - energy saving or something. It should come straight on if 3D kicks in.

Display is set to Fullscreen but I have to alt+tab to get the game to actually run in fullscreen. On loading I still see the taskbar.
edit: Set settings.ini to fullscreen=1. Starting Fullscreen now but still no 3d support :(
