I've been waiting so long to play this on PC. I've installed the game now as it's officially out. The game looks fantastic and appears to have native stereoscopic 3D support (with options for convergence etc)
however, I am having two problems.
#1) The game does not recognize my SLI setup and shows graphic memory available from one card only.
#2) The 3D appears to be broken out of the box... it's all effed up as if you're looking at it without glasses, everything is blurry and double vision.
Equizitra? others? I'll pay you! I wanna play this game in 3D so bad!
anyone else having issues with 3D?
I have a highend system and an SLI gTX 770 setup.

Check the original GTA 5 thread- lots of screen shots. 3D is working great in this game.
Try bumping the depth with Ctrl-F3. It was slagged when I first launched too, but after tapping down from 100% it worked great.
After years of lurking this board, I finally joined just to say that I've been playin in 3D for about 3 hours with zero issues and it works great. not the best 3D i've seen, but very very good.... If your willing to turn down some settings for 45+ fps

I got the 3D working. I guess it was necessary to mess around with in-game convergance.
My remaining problem, though; is that it does not detect my SLI s

What do you mean by recognize the memory? In SLI you don't double your memory, it's mirrored. So your 770s with 4G are going to show up as 4G whether you are in SLI or not.

Thanks, I actually recently discovered that with SLI it does not share/increase Vram. Apparently it'll be a possibility with DX12 in Windows 10 but that's in the future. I feel stupid. That's why I got 2 (2gb) cards instead of one 4GB card. D'oh!

I start having some issues with the 3D. After a while in the game the shadows and some shaders get broken, then the 3D stops working for one second and finally it stops completely until I restart it. Maybe some else has the same problem.
(I do not have a GSync monitor, but I use VSync and of course the newest driver for GTX680 which fairly doing a good job for 3D vision on this)

@clammy: Shadows are working here. Be sure to set them to <soft> not the PCSS variants. Restart the game. Be sure to experiment, it's working for most people.
@mrorange55: I saw this breaking shadows too, seemed to happen after driving fast, but could have been time related, or even SLI related, because I've changed a lot.
@mistersvin: The text in one eye is an SLI problem. PirateGuyBrush found that it if you delete the profile using NVidia Inspector that it fixes the one-eye text.

I'm having the exact same problem. Unfortunately I don't have a solution (yet). Just letting you know that you're not the only one, as I was going crazy yesterday thinking it was an issue with my specific system. :)

zy.

Experiencing broken shadows (after a while) and single-eyed text on my GTX970 SLI setup as well...
Single-eyed text is something I could live with. But broken shadows ruining the game COMPLETELY...
