GTA 4 realism mod looks amazing, works in 3d?
I just saw this mod and it really makes GTA4 look incredible, apparently it gives new lighting and even AA:

I know GTA4 works well with 3d Vision, so has anyone tried if this mod works wih the game in 3d?

You may experience distortion due to the alterations placed on the engine itself as it wasn't designed for 3D format, however provided no changes are made to the executable it should launch with no issues.

So we must hand it over to our tame PC tweaker. Some say he sticky tapes a block of uranium to his dinner before eating it and that he sucks moisture out of ducks. All we know is, he's called Hooks.

and yes it works as good as vanilla gta4 of course it costs some fps. SLI helps a lot in S3D mode.
Be sure to disable SSAO in enbseries and of course AA that comes with some enbseries configs.

Huge Gain in FPS could be achived by disabling shadows ingame. Shadows are as always a problem in S3D.
