The problem can be some wrong bios settings...

I've had somewhat of the same problem when I first used this motherboard...
Dissable those setting that regulate your CPU timings....
I can look it up if you want.

But ít's all in the manual...

No ,..you need to dissable these options:

Intel virtualization
Cpu TM function (this one really needs to be turned off,it's probably the cause of your reset))
Speedstep
C-state

Btw if I where you ,I would lower my clock to 4 GHZ and auto ram speed.

Some other things to try...

Try turning off SLI so only one card is being used. If it still happens, turn that card off and turn the other one on to see if it still happens.

Windows 7 has a built in memory test program. Just search on your computer for 'memory diagnostic' (or whatever that translates into) and run that.

Have you played games extensively with 3D turned off? If not, then this could be a heat issue. You might want to get a program that monitors temperatures to be sure. (If you have played a lot of games without 3D then this isn't real likely. 3 minutes is *very* fast for an overheating issue.)

By the way, if you don't want your computer instantly rebooting, you can tell Windows to show you the error screen (better known as the blue screen of death). Right click on Computer, pick properties, select Advanced Settings, click the 'startup and recovery' settings button, and clear the 'automatic restart' option. The error screen should tell you what file caused the issue, too.

Turn that program off anyway...

All sorts of problems occur when using such programs with 3d.

I have the same thing with my GTX560 on Win 7 x64
The restarts occur only when my 3D controller is plugged in - even when I'm not playing, so the system is not stressed.
I have tried disabling processor features and installing all available drivers with no effect. I have even tried on the second system I have - the same.

Could someone from nVidia actually deal with it?
This is a serious issue and I will want my money back if nothing is done with that.
