Start off with "screen depth" at minimum, and "depth amount" at whatever you can tolerate (mine is max) in the WoW video settings. If the button bars and character frame are not viewable, it is probably your convergence. The Nvidia default adjustment for that is ctrl-F5 and ctrl-F6. With the glasses off, you should see the two images converge as you adjust, they are probably so far apart, they are off the screen. When you have 1 image of the buttons, they are at the surface of the screen. That is where I keep my convergence setting.
The "screen depth" is how far into the scene you want the screen. Higher screen depth means your character and other objects will be closer to you (between you and the monitor), and while this gives a cool look with the camera zoomed out, it is hard on the eyes to see something an inch from your nose, so I keep it pretty low most of the time.
I hope this helps.
I had an issue similar to what I think Manippy was describing. Essentially as I increase the depth, the UI stretches to the left and right. Even at 15% depth you lose noticeable bits, and by 60% the minimap is gone, which makes it essentially unplayable. I just got the GeForce 3D vision yesterday and I installed using the 1.08 disc. While the 3d is absolutely amazing, it's essentially unplayable on anything other than the lowest depth setting. Wow is also the only game I tried that has this issue, including Team Fortress 2, LOTRO, Dawn of War II, and several others.

I have the GTX480 and trying to play WOW in 3D. I have the glasses, the monitor, the card and I don't know why it isn't allowing me to play in 3D. I've gotten all the latest drivers and it's still not working. The green emitter light should be on, but as soon as WOW starts up it never turned bright green indicating it was working. The 3D works for my other games such as SCII and L4D2, but not WOW. Can someone please help me in trying to resolve this issue. Here is my setup:

The day before yesterday WOW in 3D Vision has been working fine, but after yesterday's update to v 4.0.1, I also can't enable 3D Vision in WOW, looks like that is Blizzard problem. I've installed latest drivers, but still nothing, so I think we've got to wait until Blizzard will solve this problem.

It works if you start with DX11.... but it's still broken - loses Stereoscopic setting in Video tab, and nameplates are rendered in 2D depth, which really, really hurts ...

It's working for me fine. Just like it always did. Playing on the new Viera 54".
The setting in the game seems to be broken so I manually turn it on and all works. I'm using the latest beta drivers. I have it set to NOT enable 3d settings when launching the game, then when I get in I hit ctrl T and it turns on and works fine.
I get a little flickering now with shadows. Any idea how to fix the flickering?

Unless I'm mistaken, the UI stretching in tandem with screen depth is a new phenomenon since the most recent WoW update (or the the v1.08 drivers, not sure which, I installed both at basically the same time). Prior to that, I don't recall the UI stretching when you increased screen depth in-game or with the scroll wheel on the IR transmitter.
Hopefully it will be fixed in the next Blizzard or nvidia update.
