Andrew, regarding #5 in the first post about generic DLP sets not being recognized, I'm having this problem now.
Using a GeForce 560 Ti, a Samsung HL67A750 (which numerous AVSForum folks have reported works great with 3D Vision) DLP, and Win 7 x64, the setup wizard doesn't offer the Generic DLP as a selectable option; it says no compatible 3D display has been detected. I do have it connected to the VESA 3-pin port, as well as to the HDMI/DVI PC connector on the TV.
This has been the case with all the 560 Ti-compatible drivers, from the first version to the newest release.

Hello there, I found in your site that the LG passive 3D TV 55LW6500 is supported by 3D vision (http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dtv-play-requirements.html). My question is, how to make it work with this TV (before I buy the product) since it is my understanding that 3D Vision uses Active 3D shutter technology and the 55LW6500 is passive. Does this mean I can enable stereoscopic 3D with the driver and use my passive 3D glasses for gaming?

Hi
I have sony KDL-32EX720 and PC with 9800 gx2 connected with the HDMI slot
my tv it's already have 3d operator and I have 3D glasses ( TDG-BR100) , Iam still confused about 3D options. I tried to operate the Nvidia 3d option but it fails .
and the most confusing thing is ,I can watch 3D SBS (side-by-side) movies and games like crysis 2 with very good quality
so Iam confused about :
1- is it tv options that operates 3D screen or it's the graphic card .
2- Do I really have to buy nvidia 3D kits. I mean the 3D option depends at the games software and tv options not the nvidia 3D drivers.
3- I tried to use 3d tv software trail but it doesn't work. it says your card doesn't support 3D /unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
would you add SBS options on your next 3D software especially on games.

Hi people, I have a question regarding the way 3dVision (and no I'm not talking about why it looks 3D) actually functions. My question is the following:
When 3dVision is enabled does the game interscale the frames/Hz or do the drivers do it?? i.e. Does the game query if it is enabled and it does the changing or the drivers detect 3D output and change the viewpoint/perspective and interscales Hz accordingly. I believe it is the second option but I'm not sure about it. I know most older games use the second option but I believe newer games (such as Avatar) use the first option.

When I play black ops or other fps games, I love it !!! IF I try to go on utube and watch videos or still pics, it does not work. Im trying to find info and read FAQs before posting for help, and I have finally gotten to the point where I had to come here for help. Sorry Im a newb, but ive only owned my 120 hz monitor and nvidia 3d kit for a few days now, and Im just confused about some issues.
I downloaded the Geforce 285.38 beta drivers so I could play BF3 beta, and everything seems to work great for that game ( non 3d) and other 3d games. I now see that 3d vision for geforce driver 270.61 whql is available and I downloaded it but have not installed just yet, until I find out what is my best bet. The two disks that came with my kit.........the demo one does not work on my computer very well, does not look like it has any scratches on it but it wont load.
Can someone please tell me about drivers for my 2 sli mode evga geforce 9800GT cards or can I download drivers for just my wireless kit, that wont effect my GPU cards......Sorry I just dont get it.
I guess what Im trying to say is " are there new emitter drivers I can download, that will upgrade my kit ????

3- I tried to use 3d tv software trail but it doesn't work. it says your card doesn't support 3D
would you add SBS options on your next 3D software especially on games.

Thank you
