This thread is about playing it at 120fps though, double the 60 you mentioned.

Just wanna say thanks for the find RAGE. Works awesome and looks like on my tru motion tv now. I have only tried movies - but how would it activate for 3d games - automatically or what? Now if we could just stream the 120fps thru to my living room tv.

It's not for games mate :(

It works with 3D movies using the 3D vision video player or StereoPlayer. To get it to work, you have to go into the advanced options and select FFDShow as the output codec.

Is there anyway to get frame interpolation to work in PowerDVD 12?

I really like using this program because of the great Blu-ray 3D support, I do not really want to switch to another program unless I absolutely have to.

It's best to ask in the SVP forum here:

tritosine2k originally told me about this program.

I never bothered to try it, because the interpolation that I have seen on HDTVs always seems to be artifact ridden.

So, after reading this thread, I decided to give it a try.

I used it with Transformers on DVD. DVD resolution is 720 x 480@24. I played it with Media Player Home Classic Cinema in 2D at 1920x1080 with interpolation set to 60.

Transformers is non stop fast action images, it looked amazing.

I'm a novice when it comes to file formats and codecs, but with a little effort I was able to get it working.

I'm now looking forward to trying more 2D and 3D videos at 120Hz this time on my projector.

It seems that with a good CPU and GPU, interpolation is not so gimmicky.

TY for this thread, I might have never tried this otherwise.
