Chopper Star Trek Legacy
Hi Guys!

I'm really surprised no one brought this game up.

I got it working in stereo, but if someone out there has a better idea on how to do it, I'm game.

I have to play the game with high separation, and little to no convergence.

It looks pretty good!

I just got it :magic: Just now connected to express how much I like it, great to see a Star Trek game with updated graphics. I don't have any secret but this game runs great in 3D for me right out of the box at 1024x768. I captured the first one before I made any adjustments.

What tool do you use for capturing images like this?

The Nvidia stereo driver has a built in utility, just hit alt+F1.

I am enjoying the game in 3D.

Question. OhGrant, when you increase the convergence, do you see the glow effects slide off the ships?

For example, if you hit CTRL-F6, do you see a blue bar slide off the warp nacels?

This is why I have to keep convergence down to zero.

Its just post processing Chopper, It will slide off the screen because its rendered as 2D.

With 0 convergence, its nor really Stereo? Or is the deepness good enough for enjoyment?

Try increasing convergence till the effects completely dissapear off the screen... does that look better or worse?

It should be true 3D now but without the nice eye candy :[

I just tried it, yes the narcels move off of the ship when I hit Ctrl +F6.

So I gather you have to keep convergence at nil.

Have you tried Rage's suggestion? Your findings?

Just tried it definite performance increase. 3D is the same. I like the results of this game so far in 3D but it is not as good as Bridge Commander. I think this game will improve with future driver releases or a game patch.
