Trouble with my Samsung Syncmaster
I hope this is the right place to post or that i can get some answers. I bought the 3D vision a long with my Samsung Syncmaster display that supports 120hz. I have been playing 3D games on it from time to time, but now when i try to connect it as usual to play in 3D I get two very strange things happening!

Firsty I cant increase the refresh rate over 60Hz in the Nvidia control panel. Meaning i cant play in 3D (I just get a red message that something is wrong). Secondary I get a red cross on my speaker and it says no sound driver is installed or something when i plug in the Samsung?!. If I unplugg the samsung and plug the computer into my LCD tv the sound works again. Anyone know whats wrong?!

Don't know what happening, but I advice to start with a clean install of the video, and maybe also the sound drivers...

I dont think it has anything to do with drivers. I got the hz to work so thats all fine now, but the sound is still not there. The crazy thing is that if I insert a hdmi cable to my tv and connect both monitors I can have sound through the TV from the computer. If I unplug the TV and just use the samsung syncmaster I get a red cross on the speaker

Dunno about the samsung but have you tried to alter your default playback device for sound? Rightclick the traysymbol of the speaker and list the playback units. I need to do this whenever i change from spdif to earphones.

It's probably locked on your lcdtv settings...

Installing the drivers again ,is the easy way ,if you aren't good at working with windows...
