Sorry, but that's incorrect. The link points to a driver released on 14th September.....the 260.63.
Basically, I think there is no point in 3D Vision owners updating to these new drivers... I think they are aimed at non-3D Vision owners....... still nothing newer for us than the 1.36 beta drivers !

No, he is correct. Nvidia changed the driver installation and update dependencies with the R260 drivers so that you no longer need to rely on the Full Driver CD to update the GeForce drivers + 3D Stereo drivers + USB drivers simultaneously with a consistent driver version. The only difference now is that the USB emitter driver are compatible with newer drivers so that you can update the GeForce Driver packages independently with each new revision and not have the USB driver become incompatible with newer GPU drivers. The GeForce driver downloads contain the GPU drivers + 3D Stereo drivers and profiles so the benefit is that you will get updated 2D and 3D Stereo drivers in a more timely manner without having to wait for a Full Driver CD download with the USB emitter driver.

Uninstall all nVidia drivers and install the Full CD 1.36 drivers followed by the 3D Vision USB Controller drivers.
It should solve the problem.
