Do you know how to change convergence/separation when a particular texture is active with 3DMigoto? Otherwise I can provide a toggle key.
It's been on my TODO list for a while, but it's a little tricky as I want it to use the same override code that the key bindings do (e.g. so that if both are overriding the convergence simultaneously they work with each other), but it's a little more complicated due to the way the end trigger needs to work and that it needs to also fit in with the shaderoverride/textureoverride code, which works a little differently.
I'll bump it up on my priority list, but it might take a while to get working.
I've opened up a feature request for this. This is mostly just to collect my own thoughts on the matter since it's a bit complex and I don't want to forget anything, but if you have any input feel free to comment:

Flawless work on the world so far. Thank you VERY much!
Are the god rays fixed, or disabled? Tried looking at the sun through some trees and just saw bloom, no rays... I didn't play for all that long (being late, and all) to try other areas. Just wondering if it's worth it to keep rays on at all (currently on medium) or lower them further.
Also, am I crazy, or is there like no performance reduction at all with 3D on? If anything, it feels smoother and I think my FPS has gone up! (Maybe from those ini changes) Again, this is just from walking around in the initial area coming out of the vault, only put in a couple hours in the game pre-fix, so I don't have tons of experience with the game so far, but it definitely felt really jerky before, and really smooth now.
Anyway, this is what I've been waiting for to really play this game, so thanks again so much for your hard work!

The world looks great. The performance hit was greater than I was expecting, especially stuttering when rotating outdoors. (GTX 970, 120fps -> 14fps in some scenes). I can't tell if GodRays are running or not, tried to check at the vault exit but think it was just bloom.
I thought the Power Armor UI was okay, sometimes your arms can come ahead of the hud in first person mode but the hud is transparent so I thought it was fine.
The Workshop UI is really wonky. If you get to Sanctuary, use the workbench there and try it out.
I'll try to get more detailed feedback later. :)

Details
Attached is an alpha release of the Fallout 4 fix which addresses:
- 2 presets (on the "p" key) for HUD depth (0, 0.15)
- adds presets for now to make using the HUD a bit easier when in the Bench, or in VATS
- Middle Mouse button makes separation 50%
- Right Mouse button makes convergence 5
- convergence override on Right Mouse click aiming (5)
- convergence toggle (on the "[" key) for first and third person views (28 and 40 respectively)
Marvelous job!
Could somebody show me how to make those preset working with xbox controller, especially the left trigger instead of the right mouse button? Thanks

Hi I did not do anything with GodRays so they should be working fine. When in the bench, press middle mouse button which reduces separation and makes things a bit easier to see.

Oops I missed that! I'll remap it to something on my xbox controller.
Glad to know GodRays are working. I'll try to dial in my graphics settings.

Wait, god rays actually working out of the box? Are they accurate? I've fixed 8 different patterns of God rays now and the only other game that have had accurate rays out of the box was DoA5LR, but they were barely used in that game.
