Hey you'll never believe it, but Funcom fixed the 3D issues. I got bugged by a mate to log into it last night and I'd forgotten to turn it off at the driver panel before loading up, and surprise surprise working models, shaders and even the stupid quest log text thing that was always buggered was easily readable.

I was playing TSW every week in the last 9 months and didn't notice more issues than before. Dx 11, Win 7. There were indeed some issues from the beginning (fog, grass, some water reflections)) but I got used to it and I didn't notice that the number of issues increased or decreased by patches. To me TSW even with these issues is one of the best looking MMORPGs, see http://photos.3dvisionlive.com/3d4dd/album/51471a785ec3462a560000d9/.
Here is my topic that describes how to fix some issues in TSW:

Some months ago I have tried the Assassin's Creed 4 3dmigoto version (32 bit) with TSW (32 bit) but the game crashed. Maybe we should test the actual 64 bit 3dmigoto version (CoD ghost, Watch Dogs)...
You got used to most of your toon model rendering for only one eye?
Sorry, I don't understand what You mean :( Can You see an issue like You described in my image gallery? http://photos.3dvisionlive.com/3d4dd/album/51471a785ec3462a560000d9/ This is the way TSW looked to me all the time during the last 9 months. But I have played it a very long time on Win 7 32bit and used an old driver version. I switched to Win 7 64bit and the actual drivers just 2 months before. So maybe I just missed the issues You had with Your installation ;)

IMHO there is still a big need for a fix and I don't think it would be difficult for people like Helix Mod guys, unfortunately for me it is so I am still waiting :-(.
Just names (how couldn't you see them 'necropants'?) + some hud + some other little things need to be fixed and it would be a pleasure to see this game 3D ready or similar.
