This text was prepared for use in the 3DMigoto steam group I created which still exists.
The group morphed into my personal group.
I spent a long time going through the whole helixmod site to give proper credits so I think I should repost it here:
This community would not exist without our excellent shader hackers:
mike_ar69: He is one of our brightest shader fixers to say that he is capable of solving the complex proble of fixing shadows is downplaying his ability. He is one of our best game fixers.
DHR: He is a brilliant game fixer that has fixed many difficult games.
DJ-RK: He is our rising starm he recently started but is already producing exellent results
4everAwake: Does this guy ever sleep he's fixed uncountable amounts of games
DarkStarSword: Along with being a brilliant developer he has produced results way beyond the call of duty. He is also very effective and quickly produces results. He has produced a workflow for fixing games using Unity Engine.
3d4dd: great game fixer
Helifax: He is remarkable, not only can he fix games but he defies definition. He is very knowledgable about Open GL. Using this knowledge he has made the impossible by creating a wrapper that converts open gl through a interface to make it possible to play open gl games with 3D Vision.
eqzitara: A really good fixer that has left the community we all wish him well.
bo3b: excellent fixer
Necropants: a great game fixer
Eincrou: great game fixer
OneUp03: Good fixer
zayou: good fixer
Insane InGame: good fixer
lefuneste: good fixer
Stryker_66: good fixer

What more can you ask for?
I totally agree ! We've a great chance there is a real friendly-team like Helix so productive with talented & humble fixers who permit to keep 3DVision alive.
I visit Helix team all days ! and it makes me buy some games also !
i appreciate also the support for old fixes and updates (thx for Dying light !) (currently i hope an update for Assassin creed 3^^)

How about you try to convert the 3dmigoto into an actual software? Something like tridef but with donations only and no pressure to fix certain games, although you could add a section of the website that might work in a manner where people can pay for games that they would like to be fixed so if a shaderhacker is looking for an additional money they could just go fix that game and grab the money gathered for it.
edit: also if any shaderhacker is looking for an income they might want to set up like a g2a account with reference links I would gladly buy games so the person who fixed it would benefit from it as I usually buy games AFTER they're fixed.
There is no HeliX team, HeliX was a very private guy and he is long gone.
what about http://helixmod.blogspot.fr/, it's not Helix team ? you mean this is "Helixmod team" so ?
What about the gamers man!! When do we get our thanks???? ;-) We have to go through all those unfinished fixes and find bugs. geez why doesn't anyone think of the gamers??
just kidding, I love you all. Keep up the amazing work that Nvidia gave up on...

I like this post, flugan. I don't really think I should be credited that much though I do not consider myself a shader hacker I still have a lot to learn. Most of my work on Gw2 was just updating it for 64xbit and taking Eincrou existing fix and bringing it inline with the expansion. It still has some issues too in certain areas with lighting. 4everawake and DSS helped me a lot here as well with disabling textures and the crosshair fix.
I am learning things bit by bit though, and appreciate the sentiment of this thread.

EVGA 1080TI SLI
Samsung SSD 840Pro
ASUS Z97-WS
3D Surround ASUS Rog Swift PG278Q(R), 2x PG278Q (yes it works)
Obutto R3volution.
Windows 10 pro 64x (Windows 7 Dual boot)
My personal input and feedback.
I would vote here for :
DarkStarSword - The things he PUT in 3Dmigoto are beyond awesome (I still need time to filter all of the awesome stuff he added there)
bo3b - Master of HLSL compiler!!! He helped me on numerous occasions with HLSL and other decompiling issues !!! And various other input!!!
Flugan - for his awesome decompiler/re-compiler addition to 3DMigoto. Quite a few fixes rely on this!!!! (Including the latest "Rise of Tomb Raider")
Mike_ar69 (my very best friend) and awesome PERSON !!! We worked quite a bit on different fixes... And the guy has a born talent!!! for shaders and understating them!! (AND I REALLY MEAN IT!!)
4everawake - Like the name - He fixes so MANY games, I can't even count... !!! (I am even afraid of asking him about a game fix...as he much likely has already fixed it)...
+ All the new People WHO are fixing games! Don't get discouraged because I don't mention you name here !!! (I am very bad with names). BIG BIG KUDOS to all of you!!!!!! You make the world be in Stereo 3D ^_^
