Daylight, first PS4 3D game, also on PC

http://www.vg247.com/2013/06/07/daylight-unreal-engine-4-game-confirmed-for-ps4/ "It also makes use of RealD 3D to make things even more scary. It will have alot of “scared” in it, apparently." Well it looks like we'll be getting some 3d games on PS4 after all, hopefully the PC version works well in 3d too, though I don't know about that RealD 3d thing and how will it perform on 3d vision. In any case, nice to see UE4 games working in 3d from day one.

Very interested in that game ... let's just hope it really is Real 3D. This game look really interesting. My great hope is to play it in 3D. This is new trailer from E3 2013: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UlAZoe0QfgY and this is some gameplay: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=80_g9UYLKp0

I was looking for a list of games that are using RealD 3D, to have some sort of comparison as to it's quality ... real/fake 3D, and I couldn't really find anything. So I decided to shoot them an email regarding it, if there was a list of games that were/are using it. This is the response:
Hi, Daylight will be the first AAA game to use our new 3D Gaming technology. We will be updating our website next week for E3, but you can find a video of the 3D difference on our site at http://reald.com/gaming. You can also read a bit more about our unique technologies that help make the 3D experience much more immersive. Thanks!
I haven't had a chance to check the video out yet, it's in sbs format.

Hi,

Daylight will be the first AAA game to use our new 3D Gaming technology.

We will be updating our website next week for E3, but you can find a video of the 3D difference on our site at http://reald.com/gaming. You can also read a bit more about our unique technologies that help make the 3D experience much more immersive.

that video made me chuckle. it's basically a comparison between high convergence (with reald) and convergence close to zero (without reald). ^^

Wow ... that was bad, it was like stereoscopic 2D (without RealD) and low convergence 3D (with RealD).

Yep, on the paper Real3D is a good idea like avoid extreme eye discomfort when objects are near with high convergence but their video shows nothing convincing.....

Any information about Daylight and 3D Vision? Would be interesting if Unreal 4 Engine works (nearly) out of the box. Release day is today, isn`t it?

It's nice in 3D but I don't like the game play. I'm using 3DTV play.
So it actually works correctly, no broken shaders?
I only played 5 minutes and it look very nice in 3d on the downside this game looks it could have been done with the unreal 3 engine .
