Ok, I have a brand new Asus 3d Lcd monitior and it works good, but my Samsung LED 3d Ready DLP TV smokes this Asus monitor. You guys at Nvidia know that these HL61A750 TV's work amazing, so why in the world do you not list them as supported?

Please Nvidia and Andrew, we deserve to have these listed as supported... Saying that I would put any amount of money that my Samsung HL61A750 T.V. would alway out perform ANY 3d Ready LCD on the market!

Second that. I also think Nvidia should take the high road from a deal gone sour with Samsung and be a good company who takes care of customers regardless. Think about it, Samsung is not making those DLP TV models any more and by supporting those old DLPs you are not losing any potential profit. On the contrary, people will appreciate your ethic and nothing spreads better than word of mouth from an appreciative consumer. Wake up and do some rethinking in long term Nvidia. To do unto your customers good means doing unto yourself good. You should know that business biblical line otherwise your MBA's are just a big waste of money, genious.

Both of you two have been posting here long enough to know that Nvidia doesn't use this forum as a support tool. This forum is a user to user forum only. If you need a refresher then you should perhaps guide your browser on over to the stickies and read the guidelines & information thread there.

"•Please note these forums are not an official customer support channel for NVIDIA products. If you require direct assistance on a specific NVIDIA-based product, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly."

Redundancy of info never hurts and Andrew does read this forum sometimes. Who knows somebody else (officials) might be lurking in their sleepless night worrying over the diving stock price and wonder why, and what do ya know, here's the fairy with an answer.

Just because it isn't "an official" support site, Andrew pops in here and Nvidia employees DO read these.

Maybe I would be better opening my front door and screaming for Nvidia to support my product..

Which idea would make more sense?

I'm sure that Nvidia employees spend much more time in these forums than we even suspect. But, they wont make an official response here...they just wont. Never seen it happen. Mad Mod Mike was cruising these forums months ago (right after the merge of Nvidia and the Sli forums), and then he disappeared. You have the freedom to post your requests here, but it would have the same impact as voicing your opinion about your government on a radio talk show. You know their listening/watching, but will they do anything about your problems? Probably not. That being said. Nvidia is responsive to problems with their products, and software. In fact, they are great about it. But, you should also be posting this on your cards manufacturers website too. Let them know about your issues.

Most around here will agree that your issues will be much better received on Nvidia'customer feedback s site than here. Our moderators will most likely point you in that direction as well.
