The Optoma GT750 is supported via 3DTV Play, which is free if you have a Nvidia emitter. The catch is, the Nvidia emitter must be plugged in the entire time that this feature is used. http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dtv-play-system-requirements.html

Nvidia 3DTV Play does not work with Nvidia glasses, you'll need to use DLP Link glasses.

If the projector is capable of frame sequential, you might be able to use an EDID override to make it work with 3D Vision and the Nvidia glasses. (via VGA connection)

If DLP Link is active while using the Nvidia glasses, you may get a red/purplish tint to certain images.

Yep, you will need to get either DLP-Link glasses, or generic shutter glasses that have an emitter with a VESA style 3-pin plug.

Might it be possible to use it with the Nvidia glasses and emitter with the projector not set to 3D mode? I don't have that particular projector but I do have the Acer H5360BD, a similar HDMI 1.4 3D DLP. I've noticed if I feed it a 3D signal while it 2D mode it displays it the same as in 3D mode but minus the DLP-link flash. I imagine it would be possible then to use Nvidia glasses, with the emitter providing the sync signal rather than the projector.

But, I'm just guessing. I use DLP-link glasses with 3DTV Play, I don't have the 3D Vision kit.

there is two modes one is DLP-Link the second is VESA-3D, i suspect nvidia uses vesa, but setting it up on projector don't affect anything i'm quite sure it's driver problem! And this dlp-link picture looking not that good....

the question is do i need new projector for 3d vision 2???!!!

antokhio, I don't know if this helps you, but Optoma recommends (according to tech support) the ideal setup for 3D with the GT750 is using the vesa emitter with RF glasses (no DLP emitter needed). 3D Play has worked flawlessly for me with this setup for the last six months. I have also been able to view/play 3D content on the PS3, Xbox 360 and BD player with this setup.

It'll look good with DLP-link glasses if you go that route (it sounds like you don't have them). When in DLP-link mode, the projector adds a white flash between frames. Without glasses on, it just looks like a washed out, low contrast image. With DLP-link glasses on, the white flash is blocked and the image looks normal.
