I'm using this Samsung 2233RZ and 3D Vision for almost 2 weeks.
I also have run into this annoying blinking problem. It seems to happen the worse in Dungeons and Dragons Online. There are occasions in the game where the glasses just shut off by itself after flickering an insane number of times. There's no way I can go back do DDO with 3D Vision.
So far, only DDO is making 3D Vision go crazy. And the funny thing is that it worked alright before. There was a DDO update recently so it may because of that but I can't know for sure. I also reinstalled my old 8800GTX for PhysX acceleration.
The Nvidia Test logo works fine and the setup wizard works fine though. Option 2 (With other IR) and 120 Hz setting.
I have had very very minor flicker (once every few minutes) in other games like World in Conflict but not as bad as DDO.
System as follows
Windows 7 64 bit Professional RTM
GTX 280 + 8800GTX (PhysX)
Samsung 2233RZ

Make sure that you do not have Rivatuner or EVGA precision installed.
Make sure that there aren't and light sources near the emitter causing interference.
Make sure that the emitter is plugged into one of the native motherboard USB ports and not a hub.
Make sure that the glasses are completely charged.
In any case, I am not sure what you have tried, but maybe one of those suggestions can help.

No Rivatuner or EVGA precision
Well, I'm in a dark room, the only light source is the monitor.
Plugged into the back of the motherboard.
Well, I'm pretty sure they're charged. I even tried to use them with the cable plugged in.
Anyway I tried the Medusa demo, it's strange because I get very bad flickering when the warrior is on the screen.

Ah I found the problem. I ran FRAPS from www.fraps.com and I saw that the moment the FPS drops below 25, the glasses start to flicker. So I guess the only way is to lower graphics settings till the FPS is above 30

i have 3d vision since three month
it was working really great until i changed my card
last week, i changed my gtx260 for a gtx 295 and now i have blinking problem
not for all games but somes and only in multi gpu mode
for exemple, i have problem with rfactor, gtr evolution, fsx in multi gpu, all this games works fine in mono gpu
so, i really think that the problem come from gtx 295 or sli drivers
but i have no probleme about 3dvision self deactivate after a black screen during the game
in fact, i read that old games can't support multi gpu of gtx 295, the trouble is the same that the video of you tube
so, the solution is running the game in mono gpu, so it works but you can't use all the capacity of the card
it's really too bad to buy a card 500e and no to be able to use it
I've read the all 8 pages, try every method (box metod of pahncrd, uninstall programs, numerous reboots, shut down the triple dispay, playing in the dark, no other IR, plugged the emitter in every usb port, fully charged glasses…).
But… flashes are still here (like in the youtube vid), like neco, the problem gets worse the longer I play, a complete reboot is needed to restore a “acceptable†rate of flashs.
I do not use SLI.
My computer is far less powerfull than your’s (E6300, 2Gb Ram, 8800GTS v2 + 8600GT) and I use the Samsung LCD with the 191.07 3D vision drivers on Win 7.
Games are fairly playable with a decend FPS, my only problem is the flashing one.

My only Blinking problem is when i look to screenshot in 3d with the Stereo Picture viewer. Else, in games like BF2 , NFS: MW or even the not rate StarForce, i have like 1 blink every 2 or 3 hours of play... which i consider myself to be very lucky compare to many ppl having a lot of blink per minutes.
But i find it strange that i experience it only while looking at the screenshots.
Here's some spec
GTX 280
2 gig Ram Kingston
Quad-Core
P5N72-t Delux
many HDD.. ;)

I have a GTX295 with multi-gpu enabled and don't have any flash problems since I uninstalled evga precision. I'm using the last 1.13 3d vision drivers.
