There is a strange one for me since I have a GTX 280 and I dont have this issue with WoW. Are you also running the latest 3.0.8 patch for WoW?
Yep, latest patch. I even tried reinstalling the patch and resetting all video settings. When I have the time I may reinstall the old video card to see if the problem is still there. Basically things were great with the 8800gtx. I bought a gtx260, removed the video / 3d drivers. Installed the new card and reinstalled the 1.03 CD video then 3d drivers. I immediately noticed the problem in WoW. I saw that the 1.04 CD was released so I installed those drivers and still have the same problem.
I'm still waiting to hear back from support. It seems as though there are a few others reporting the same thing.

I am not having a flicker issue playing WOW after the v1.4 upgrade, but I am having the issue where the full map, mini-map and initial splash screen while waiting for game-world login to complete are all now rendered in 3D but misalligned as Logan mentioned in his original post. I have the newest video driver and game patch installed and am running 2x-8800GTS 512mb in SLI mode.
The misallignment made it impossible to utilize the maps without closing an eye. The rest of the game played the same as the prior 3D driver version. I uninstalled v1.4 and reinstalled the previous version and the problem corrected itself.
Is this a known issue with the new driver to be addressed in a future release?

This sounds like a new bug which I will file tomorrow.

Thanks for doing some more testing on it.
