3d Vision discover working worse on better quality tv?
I bought an emerson 32" lcd TV, 720P. The 3d vision discover right out of the box was amazing. Set the viewing setting to "sport" and not any ghosting, Nada, zilch, zip. Today I bought a better TV because I wanted the 1080p. A philips led lcd. The ghosting in horrible. I do not think I have seen worse ghosting ever! I have played around with these settings, and can't get the ghosting to go away! How do I do this so I can actually USE the new tv?

The quality when using anaglyph glasses (red/cyan filters) is largely dependent on how close the color wavelengths of the filters match that of the display. This is not something you can really fix on the display, though messing with the color settings might help somewhat. What you can do, however, is try different anaglyph glasses and see if the match better with your tv. The best ones to get are the Pro-Ana, Pro-View, and Ana-Chrome. The glasses are cheap, around $5-10 each. If you want, I will even send you a free pair of paper red/cyan glasses. Just shoot me a PM with your mailing address.

Thank you, I heard the same that modifying the settings of the TV can only do so much. I have 30 days to try and see if I can get better glasses. The ones I have are labeled "Nvidia 3D Vision Discover" However, I did order then from China. I will send you my mailing address and test out the paper glasses, and if they work will get some pointers from you on where to order a good set of plastic ones. It does kinda piss me off that this is a better, more expensive monitor, and doesn't work well at all with what I have :(
