I would say go for the low depth and high convergence setting. But if your a high depth lover than maybe there's a mod on epic forum (which has a good community) to get rid of the crosshair

yeah i find that low depth and high convergence seems to work best for shooters. You still get some cool effects, not as good with depth cranked but you can at least aim down your sights and get some pop out. it makes the games playable and still 3d cool imo

i play with depth setting to 35% more or less and increasing convergence a bit, and it works very good, but this game is so boring...

I never found it boring. I loved it on the 360, especially co-op.

Yep, fantastic game.

Anyway, I've just been playing it in S3D and the crosshair works completely fine. Maybe it was fixed in a recent nvidia driver, I dunno. I'm running about 50% depth and you need to turn the nvidia laser crosshair on. You also need to turn shadows to low and there's a few things like certain fog effects which seem to be at the wrong depth, but apart from that it works fine. Quite a bit of ghosting on my CRT due to the colour palette used.

You have to play the game in DX9 mode and the sight is perfect. I think it's DX9 mode, I haven't played the game in a while but I know I was having that issue and I did a search and I switched the version of DX I was using and it fixed it.

Ok, cheers for the info. Yep I had it in DX9 mode, but it still looks damn good.

Anyway, just wanted to post that the game does work well in stereo, because after searching these forums all the threads I found suggested the game was unplayable.

I wish I could get rid of the cross hair in Shadowrun as well. I can run that game 100% depth with no problems other then the dubbed cross hair. Ohhhh what a bummer /sorcerer.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':sorcerer:' />
