Phoenix Sim with 3D vision and Acer H5360
Does this RC Simulator work with 3D Vision?

I would buy 3D vision + Acer 5360 3D beamer to play this game only, so I need to be sure it works.

If somebody could just download the free demo of this game and test it for me, that would be great!

I currently play it with the IZ3D monitor and it works, but the ghosting and small screen are pushing me towards a new setup

Thanks in advance!

Jurrien.

hi, i'm not sure about any one else here but this is your first post and you're asking members to download something from your link? no disrespect but i for one am a little suspicous about doing this as it could be anything ie virus/malwares.

Ok, I see your point. I don't know how I can solve that. I did the same thing before I bought my IZ3D monitor.

Here is the link to that post

As you can see, nobody reported any problems and the post is more than 1 year old.

Is there some sort of test I can do myself to see if it works with 3D vision?

Before I bought my IZ3D monitor I tested this game with their driver in anaglyph mode, so I was almost sure it would work on their IZ3D monitor.

Of course if anyone would just test this demo, about 10min of your time, that would be great,

Thank you,

Jurrien.

It works with 3D Vision on a 120Hz LCD, so it should be Ok with the projector too. You need to lower the convergence a bit to get decent results and with low depth level too, can't say that the demo looks very impressive in stereo 3D mode though...

If you have a nvidia card you should be able to install the 3d drivers and run in Discover mode with some free anaglyph glasses to try it out for yourself :)

Ok, thank you for that, the Projector & NVidia Vision Kit are already on its way to me so I'll be able to test it soon. Thanks for all the help!

FWIW having run both of them Real Flight works better in 3D.
Even if you get the convergence set reasonably, there is something funky going on with the skybox in Pheonix (Real flight has issue aswell on the none 3D landscapes), I suspect it's not being drawn with correct depth values. The reflections in the are also difficult to watch.
I actually prefer Pheonix to RealFlight from a sim standpoint, but as of right now I'd use RealFlight on a 3D display.

I also want to use Phoenix with 3D vision, but it seems my left and right views are reversed.
Why? I have to wear glasses upside down. I have genuine nvidia kit, with GT430 card, latest drivers,
and win7 64bit. Other games are OK, only in Phoenix i see reversed 3D. Please help!
