as this is my first post, just want to say hello at first
I have a problem and i can't find the reason for this
O/s: Windows Vista 64bit
Monitor: Samsung T27A950
GC: Geforce GTX 560 ti
Connection: Mini-HDMI-HDMI cable 1.4a
Geforce Driver 280.26
BD-Drive: Samsung SH-B123L
3D Vision river are installed, but i have no 3DTV Play software...i'm using PowerDVD 11 Ultra and Winpro DVD 11. Both players work fine so far, until i insert a 3d BluRay disk....then, 3D option in software player is greyed out, and BluRay disk screen says that no supported 3D device was found.
If i start a 3D .avi or else from my hard disc, 3D works fine so far...but no chance to get 3D Movies work from BD-Disks...
Yes, i know, that my Monitor is not officially supported for 3D Vision...and that some sources define Windows 7 as system requirement for playing 3D Movies on PC...but for others, it seems also to work with Vista.
Can someone help me, if i'm really lost with that enviroment...or is there any way to get 3D BD Movies properly work on my Monitor ? Does it make sense to purchase 3DTV Play ? I have no 3D Vision kit, just the Samsung 3D glasses...

3D Vision and 3DTV Play are 3D videogaming middleware for gaming using Nvidia GPUs. Neither are needed for 3D Bluray watching, unless you plan on using Nvidia glasses.

Btw, yesterday Samsung support called me back and mentioned that i definetly need a 3D BluRay optical drive...and that my Samsung SH-B123L is no 3D drive...hmm, sure. But i guess the technician forgot that i have the Samsung T27A950 Panel to transform signals into 3D...therefore i only need the BluRay disk drive only for transferring data.
Nevertheless...will try it further
