3dvision and optimus Can't install my 3dvision kit on a new laptop
Hello,
I was looking for a laptop with a dedicated graphic card like 310m that was VP4 capable, in order to hardware-boost blueray 3d movies.
I bought a lenovo b560 laptop because it match with the premises.
My surprise is that after install 3dvision drivers, a message appears saying the main card of the laptop is not supporting 3dvision.
This is because of nvidia optimus tecnology, that makes the intel integrated vga is the active card while I am in desktop. And the dedicated 310m gpu begin to work only when a game or app request it.

I don't know why this could be a problem with 3dvision. The games, or 3d movies could also detect the gpu and let the gpu switch on, but really.....the drivers are blocking to let 3dvision disable.

Is there any way to force o enable 3dvision on it?

thanks in advance

Please check the requirements before you buy 3D Vision!!
GeForce 310M does not work in 3D Vision at all and your laptop is also not listed as a 3D Ready laptop!!

I have an acer H5360 projector which I connect to laptop throught hdmi interface to let a 120hz screen.
I think the reason to not be a 3d ready certified laptop would be the lcd. (bypassed with the h5360)
and I read it:
"All GeForce 300 series" to play 3d movies.
but now I think it will be to desktop series only...
