Thanks DHR,
but i can't seem to find bloom in-game neither under video nor effects. I tried editing the pcconfig.txt and set the BloomEnabled flag to 0, which did not work. Can you try 720p on your monitor if you still have it installed. Maybe the correction for bloom is not dynamic. I would disable it if i knew how.
Thank you for your time.

@Krypteris
If you play the game in 720p, bloom is also broken?? i can test in 720p
I have the game installed, my kid play it time to time (he is waiting the Lego The Incredibles)...i can make a quick preset to enable/disable bloom...normally Lego games have bloom in the options, seems that this one don't :(

@DHR
Yes it is broken as well in 720p.
Only 1920x1080 works, which made me think that might be an issue with the fix.
If it can not be fixed and you do not have the issue in 720p a preset to disable bloom would be great.
Thank you,
the incredibles game looks fun ;)
Can you try this. Copy and paste at the end of the d3dx.ini:
[ShaderOverride_Bloom]
Hash=c2e8dbc9496a0646
Handling=skip
Seems to remove Bloom.
For me that has a different effect. The whole background of the starting sequence is gone, only lights of bloom remain, ship and skull. The Background of the menu looks extremely saturated.
Is Bloom really my problem? The 2D elements i have are coming from light sources. When looking at the starting sequence those are the lights from the skull space station and certain stars. Are those the post-processing effect bloom or premade 2d Textures?
Thanks.

I will need to look with more time...Can you give me a location where i can see the bloom that is broken.
I just start my savegame and start to search, that shader disable the bloom in that location....i compare the effect changing to 720p and looks the same, so maybe is a similar effect.
It's seems in this game is a post-processing effect

Ah OK!...that are lensflares type...and i corrected using texture separation, because i only need to correct the stars and the dots...probably using another resolution change the hash....since i can't set 1440p resolution i can't hunt the texture hash....probably the best is to play in 1080p.

You can disable Bloom in the option menu. I don't have a 1440p capable monitor or TV to test.
