I love WoW in 3D, but my UI is blurry. My chat text is blurry, the option menu is blurry and anything on my action bars are blurry. Everything else looks really awesome, I am wondering if there is a way I can fix it so that my UI is not blurry? I can't even read a whisper from anyone.

Now I looked at the screenshots and they look fine, but in game they are not.
Its like if you put your monitor on 120hz and have it set to the highest resolution, your icons will be distorted.
Its like looking at the text without the 3D glasses.

Those pics are 2D, you can take 3D pics by pressing Alt-F1 in-game, the JPS screens are saved to %:\\documents\Nvstereoscopic.img or something like that. Also what display and 3D kit are you running?

Those screens look fine, really good actually. When you refer to "blurry" does that mean text, icons, and UI are out of focus when you focus on the 3D objects in the game? If so, that's normal and a limitation of UI and HUD elements being rendered at screen depth or in 2D. Unfortunately most devs do this even when they render everything else in 3D and Nvidia still recommends they do so (they shouldn't).
To make things worst, it looks like you have 100% depth set, really a lot of depth there, so when you focus on those objects the foreground UI/HUD elements will be impossible to focus on. Its like holding your finger 2 inches in front of your face while trying to read this, you can't focus on your finger while reading. You can reduce depth and increase convergence to give the game more of a pop-out/toyification effect and also make it easier to re-focus on the UI elements and chat at screen depth.

I have the depth down and the convergence up. Still a little out of focus but I increased my UI size so its bigger to see. What should I have the other settings be, like resolution, is it matters? And I cannot get the 3D options unless I use directx 9 and not 11

Yeah those screens look fine, it really comes down to your threshold and tolerance for 3D vs. 2D elements. Some people may be able to play with max Depth like you had in those first few shots, but for me that becomes very tiring after a bit, so I prefer lower Depth settings and higher Convergence in those cases where I have to look at the 2D UI a lot.
I think you can still get more Depth however, that looks like very little separation in that second set of screenshots. What you can try to do is set Depth to ~35-50%. Then hold Ctrl-F6 until your character avatar starts to split into two images when you focus on it. Then hold Ctrl-F5 again until your avatar looks good and in focus. You can tweak as much as you like to what suits you, once you find the settings you like its much easier to set them in any game you play in 3D. There's really no "right" way to do it with 3D as long as it looks good to you and you're comfortable with it; everyone has their preferences when it comes to 3D.
As for the rest, resolution always matters, max out every setting you can that doesn't drop your framerates too much or introduce artifacting in 3D (the 3D overlay is a good job of telling you what to turn off). I've never played WoW so I can't say whether 3D is limited to DX9 or not, but it may be the case DX11 isn't supported for 3D.
Edit: Another thing you can try is moving the chat and UI elements closer to the top of the screen. For whatever reason, it is less bothersome to have 2D elements at the top of the screen vs. the bottom for a lot of people. Just feels like having them at the bottom is closer, or something.
