-GTA IV good with 3D Vision?
-Any Good Racing Games?
-Any good Games when you can go on a roller coaster ride?

<-- Rubs hands in anticipation.

Welcome to the forum. This lot are an awesome bunch! :D

Hmmm!

For a list of games that will look great in S3D go here. Feel free to ignore the rest of the thread (or dont); the list is sound.

GTA4 is great in S3D. You have to disable shadows (looks fine though because cars still have a basic one) and crosshair is in 2D. But if you play using a controller and dont mind having the autoaim on it not a biggie. You also need a monster of a machine!

You say no shooters (I assume FPS - have a gun in front of you) but can I point you towards Half-Life 2. I have played many shooters and its the one that I have enjoyed the most. (You will need to tweak the config file to remove the crosshair and scan the net for the file to remove the bracket) Once done it looks great.

Great games, non shooters, litttle swearing, good 3D:
Dragon Age: Origins - Has many 2D element but this can be combated by setting depth lowish but compensating by having high convergence.
Napoleon Total: War or Medieval2: Total War (I prefere the earlier M2:TW tbh)
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Just Cause 2
Fallout 3 - turn off crosshair and set water quality and water reflection to low. Sky is also at the wrong depth but its the right side of wrong so its not to bad. BUT, happily, search forum for sky fix and water fix!

I have a 360 controller and it works with pretty much every game i have. My older games do not recognise the triggers but thats about it.

Yes most newer cross-platform or console ports with the Games for Windows logo support the 360 controller perfectly, everything from default key maps, rumble and in-game on-screen color-coded action cues. Some games are better/worst with the in-game cues and rumble can be hit or miss or may require some workarounds (AC1/2 for example needs a workaround but works perfectly after that).

As for some awesome games in 3D Vision, already a good list above, here's some others I would recommend:

Some 1st/3rd person:
Assassin's Creed 1 and 2
Prince of Persia 2008 and 2010
Avatar
Prototype
Borderlands
Transformers War for Cybertron
Ghostbusters

Some racing games:
Dirt 2 (some messed up shadows and particles)
Grid
Burnout Paradise
Pure

Some RTS:
Dawn of War II
StarCraft 2
World in Conflict

Some Action RPG:
Titans Quest
Sacred 2

Alot of the top down isometric like RTS and Action RPG require low depth and higher convergence settings as almost all of them have 2D icons/cursors/overlays that break if you set Depth too high. Some of the 3rd person titles do as well, but they still offer an excellent 3D Vision experience that really brings the intricate animation and details to life. I replayed StarCraft 2 with the updated 3D Vision patch at 50% Depth and it was night and day difference than the first time through.

Uhhh, if you have 3D gaming on your PC then you are most definitely hard core. Or at least are living with somebody who is hard core. ;)

Uhhh, not too much swearing, then you mention Grand Theft Auto 4!?!?

I'll put in a shout for Dragon Age: Origins. Don't bother with the add-ons, just get the game. Definitely not a shooter at all.

Sorry, all the rollercoaster games are long gone.

Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 Deluxe is good in 3D and you can ride all of the rides.
