samsung 2233rz monitor not being detected in 3d vision wizard
help i have just purchased a samsung 2233rz for my gtx295 and when i set up the 3d stereoscopic it tells me it cannot detect 3d monitor
im running win7 64 ultimate 6 gig i7 920
any assistance please
make sure you are using the provided DVI Dual Link cable that came with your 2233rz monitor. Don't use any other DVI cable you already had it. That should fix this issue....

Well, I really don't know what's going on with your system. Maybe it's time to format your OS. Kidding, only do this if you really can't solve this issue.
Uninstall Nvidia display driver, download and install Driver Sweeper, restart PC go into safe mode and use driver sweeper to clean all the remains of the unistallation you just did, clean nvidia display. After that restart again and install some newer drivers or maybe the same drivers you are using. This seems like a driver issue rather than anything else.

STOP THE PRESSES. I assume it is saying "generic monitor", if so try to install the disk that came with the 2233rz so that the drivers are loaded and your monitor gets located properly.
