I really wnat to buy 3DTV Play. I'm on holiday first time in years and I have new 55" TV Panasonic 3DTV, Home Theatre, 5GHz 2500K, 2xGTX680 on SLi, GTA 5,Watch Dogs, both Metro Reduxes and Batman Arkham Asulym GOTY and Arkham City waiting to be played.
I just finished Evil Within and would really like to get 3D work. I dont have 14 day trial left anymore.
So, how long it will take when 3DTV Play can be purchased?

Yeah, they're having trouble with their activation server. Have been for far too long. As Zig pointed out, you can buy a 3D Vision emitter, which also acts as a hardware license for 3D TV Play. However it's likely to be the more expensive option.

You can not buy just a emitter in Finland. And thats maybe the case in whole europe. At least I cannot find it in Säle outside on US.
Thanks to this forum I found out this has been an issue several weeks now, although nvidia tells its coming soon.
Where I live soon means minutes or hours -not several weeks.

Since this server has been down for so long and nvidia don't seem to support 3D Vision anymore I think they should stop charging for the feature and just add it in to their drivers for free.
It's not like they are adding 4k 3D TV's compatibility or anything new anyway.
Who makes these crazy decisions on nvidia's behalf?
