Only Dell can give you an answer that is closest to correct! Don't give up on the phone ...emails could take forever.

Hi, to cancel the order you'll have to ring them.

If you don't mind me asking, why do you want to cancel the order?

I got the same monitor (AW2310) and is the best monitor i've used or seen, being a 120hz was a bonus :)

I've got this number from when i ordered my monitor from dell but only if your in the UK.

0134 437 8887

then use extension: 340 6314

ring the first number then enter the extension no. when the women tells you. hope that helps.

To be ready? They don't build the monitors. When it says in production, it means out of stock. Try the no. I gave you and ask if it is in stock/when it will be in stock?

Most of the time it says 3 weeks, but next minute you look it's been despatched. The dates can devieas.

I would definately stick with the Alienware, the build quality is superb. Even the box it comes in is shocking :o

I can garantee you will love it.

The best thing of the monitor, I must honestly is the monitors heat sensor menu key, seriously its amazing :)

It will be worth the wait.

I ordered one in the UK from Dell. It came up with an estimated date of about 1.5 weeks. But it arrived less than 48 hours later. So the estimated date doesn't always reflect reality.
