3DTV Play with stereoscopic Vision 3d enabled issue
have a a strange issue i have recently bought Gtx 970 and i wanted to try out 3Dtv play
for my LG passive TV
everything works fine and the 3d is working as it should be, Except i have some micro freezing problem in some games lasts for 1 or 2 Sec while playing with stereoscopic 3d enabled in Nvidia Control panel
when i disable stereoscopic Vision 3d and play the game in normal 2D mode everything works fine with no random freezing
tested on Alien Isolation " the most places that micro freezing appears at Doors & Entrances

For one...you are probably using Nvidia's compatibility mode and are experiencing mediocre 3D.
For two...you should check the community patch that allows 3D Vision, so you can experience true 3D.

No idea about your issues, I do not have the game yet. But I suggest that you read that thread.
Also, if you haven't already, be sure to enable the hot-keys.

thx ,
got it worked with Helix patch, but i had to decrease the convergence to be able to see objects nearby, though increasing the convergence within 3dvison compatibility mode hadn't missed up with objects nearby as the fix does,
disabling 3dvision compatibility mode ctrl+alt+F11 and using the helix patch has eliminated the blur around objects
the game is now looking better though I'm still experiencing the micro freezing issue :(

Pretty sure Compatibility Mode locks out Convergence to some degree, I know it used to restrict the Depth/Separation although that may have changed in an update ... I haven't really bothered using CM at all, if it worked across the board like TriDef's Power3D and it worked with older versions of DX I may have had a bit more interest in it ...

Hi. I have an issue during 3D setup wizard with 3DTV Play in "HDMI Checkerboard" mode. When i select the blue triangle for left eye and the green hexagon for right eye, 3d wizard throws an error message:
