mine too, but that's fine. it probably would take extra work from nvidia to save the settings so it's just an accounting thing, i guess.
Looks like it's official folks,
CRT support is no more. Another big middle finger to the S3D community, courtesy of $nVidia$ and their gr€€d, which trumps customer care every time.
It looks like nVidia is still willing to support CRTs (at least specific ones like the famous Sony FW900). I've got a mail from Andrew to send him the EDID-Report captured with EnTechs Monitor Asset Manager to add (back) support for this monitor. Unfortunatelly his request came to late since I've already sold my FW900 on ebay because of the fading CRT support seen in the beta.

So I would encourage someone owning a FW900 (or the HP branded equivalent model) to follow the instruction in the link below to capture the EDID report and send the generated text report file to Andrew:

Nvidia ditched CRT Generic Mode not to stop supporting CRT models, that is obvious. They will not offer a Generic CRT support cause they found out it's a loophole for enabling 3D Vision on unsupported competitor products like the Samsung S27A950D. I guess they will now offer specific CRT support for specific models like FW900 that are able to run at 100-120hz and work with 3D Vision. So, yes it was a marketing thing, not an accouting thing like someone here mentioned.

This new drivers 295.73 still haven't fixed the annoying 2D crosshair for Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 3. It there was a simple way to remove this damn 2D crosshair and just use 3D Vision laser sight I would be happy enough. I just can't play this game in 3D having that annoying 2D crosshair bugging me out. Even Tridef DDD has the same issues, 2D crosshair and all that. This sucks so bad.

Upon updating to 295.73 (GF 570) I am getting a "driver stopped and then recovered" error about once each hour. All programs (Word, Outlook) are intermittently freezing and becoming non-responsive. Are there any fixes available?

Frangcom, they got a 3D crosshair working in ME3 demo using Helix's mod, maybe that will work with MW3.
