Great mod for people playing Fallout 3 in 3d stereo.
It is a helmet POV mod. You can set up any of the helmet POV overlays you want for your equipped helmet and they will be applied anytime you equip that helmet after that. It comes with a bunch of great immersion features such as gasmask breathing, showing condition of helmet through broken glass and color tints to the view. It even allows for night vision, emp vision and heat vision too (though they are of questionable use to be honest).
What is great is that the overlay is a screen depth so it truly looks and feels like I am looking out through a helmet visor into the real world. I wasn't expecting the impact it has on my immersion but it is quite significant. It creates a real reason to not want to wear a helmet indoors or in certain areas with limited visibility (which makes sense). I have my power armor helmet set up with a hotkey so I can easily don or doff it at a moments notice. I have it set up to use gas mask breathing, show condition and a slight red tint (since the outcast armor visor is red). I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone playing fallout 3 in 3d stereo.

coool, sounds good! Right up my alley! Can't wait for New Vegas /woot.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':woot:' /> Bethesda are so great; handing the game back to the original fallout developers.... Is there a fix for the water on fallout3 ? Last I remember, there was no way to disable reflections....

The reflections disable just fine now through the .ini or through the options in the launcher.
I agree about Bethesda being cool. Most companies have an ego to match their bankroll, but Bethesda isn't like that from what I have seen. They let the fans mod the crap out of their games and they even listen to us quite regularly.

dude, this looks awesome. i'm all about immersion, so this is right up my ally. Might be enough to convince me to play FO3 again, since i havent played it in 3D yet.
I personally havent really cared for Bethesdas games since Morrowind. Oblivion + FO3 were just too consoley experiences. Sure, you can install mods to help make the games more like the better earlier PC rpgs, but i always ran into too many conflicts and bugs (at least with morrowind) for it to be worth the effort. There are some cool parts tho, like when you're playing as that homicidal kid in the one simulator, i thought that was really cool. I thought the end of the game was quite the anticlimax tho.

It has made wearing a helmet a lot more interesting and I am really digging it.

More or less, similar feeling anyway. There are different overlays too so that you can match them to the mask.
You can even set the mask to move slightly as you look around.
