If you are using surround (which mostly you do ^_^) you need to set the same resolution in Windows as In-Game. Otherwise the shaders are messed up since the game starts with the Windows Resolution and then changes it. The driver still thinks you are using the Windows Resolution in game and all the params are wrong.

Just set in Windows the res of one screen and both in game;) (Surround is broken in the game due to the UI on the left screen).
I think this is the problem you are seeing.

i'm using default profile, no problems in sli -everything renders in both eyes; x - 0.99 perfect for HUD depth

No idea there. Don't know what to say. You could try enabling the log in the ini and paste it here, so Bo3b can take a look.

First step is to reinstall your driver using clean and DDU. If it's working for other people, but not you, it's unlikely to be a tool problem.

Could be though, 8.1 is different enough that the tool has problems on some games.


If it's still crashing after that, I can take a look. Set calls=1, debug=1, unbuffered=1 in d3dx.ini for a full debug log and I'll take a look.

Extra monitors are disabled and both in game and in windows CP I am set to use 1920x1080 120hz Any other ideas? As this is the Frostbite engine and the absolute nightmare I had in DA I wonder if this is related. I have settings on ultra except for post processing with is on "medium"

Thanks for the help, but in this case its not the issue.
For performance reasons and the UI I am not using surround in this case. Extra monitors are disabled and both in game and in windows CP I am set to use 1920x1080 120hz

Any other ideas? As this is the Frostbite engine and the absolute nightmare I had in DA I wonder if this is related.

Hmm No idea what is happening there... But the miss-alignment is based around resolution. Did you disable Surround in NVpanel? Just as a quick test (you can leave SLI On). On the bright side I was able to make it work in 3D Surround last night. The crosshair is on the middle of the screen but the HUD is spanned across all 3 screens. I think the Beta will be over today and there is 1 month until the final game will be out. We will add the Surround support to the game then;)

I did a clean install but unfortunatelly I get the same result.

Is there any possibility of someone uploading the custom Nvidia profile for this? I'm still running driver 347.25 for performance reasons, and am reluctant to go through the hassle of updating just to get a profile for a game. Can anyone comment on the latest batch of drivers on whether they are any good? Am I just better off updating?

My friend, the profile is on the 1st page. Now, don't be LAZY and READ the instructions! You don't NEED to change drivers if you like those and THERE IS NO OTHER WAY OF DOING IT...

I think this is the reason 3D gaming never fully took off. The world is full of clueless idiots who have literally have no clue whatsover! Great work by the way! You should send your fix to DICE and tell them to stop being lazy dogs and get the full release 3D Vision Ready!

Yeah I am now using a single Titan X (due to being frustrated with SLI) and surround is disabled.
