Hey everyone, I've been searching around for a solution but it's SUPER tough singling out only laptop 3D vision guides.
Basically, I've got a Dell XPS 17 L702X, 2630qm, 14GB, 555m, 3D Vision-1080p
And my TV is a Mitsubishi 73" DLP - 73640.
They're connected through HDMI obviously.
First off, is this even possible? Secondly, I've read things about emulators, edited files, etc. etc., but a step by step or maybe a link to a laptop 3D vision guide would be cool.
I'm not a newb, so feel free to get technical! If you need any info, I'll be keeping a close eye here!

your TV supports the gold standard of 3D gaming...
"Checkerboard format, 1080p, 60-Hz"
I am not familiar with VESA setups and DLP glasses but there are many people here that can get you going. Try this...
1. Disable your Dell laptop monitor and enable your DLP TV in the Nvidia Control Panel
2. When Windows appears on your TV enable the stereoscopic checkbox in Nvidia Control panel.
3. If you have the option to select "Checkerboard" for a 3D mode do that.
4. Start your game and select 1080p in-game to enable 3D
[/quote]
1. Obviously did this
2. Not sure where to change this, I can't get the emitter light to light up ever when connected to the TV
3. Yup, went into the TV menu and displayed checkerboard, which it then stays in 3D mode. (My glasses don't turn on unless they receive a signal from the emitter, which doesn't turn on right now)
4. Started game, no 3D /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

Right here...and make sure you update your drivers.

Maybe if I can get step two to work, then?

Thanks, and I of course have it enabled. I was looking for the actual "checkerboard" selection in a drop down. I'm running the 301.24 verde drivers.
I can't get the emitter to come on at all when connected through just the HDMI. It works fine of course when using the built in display.
Anything else I might need to do?
