3D Vision Wired Glasses Not Detected in Wizard Due to my CRT Monitor?
I just purchased a pair of 3D Vision wired glasses to use with my GTX 580 graphics card and Sony GDM-FW900 CRT monitor. When I activate 3D Vision to enter the setup wizard, I'm only able to select the 3D Vision Discover option. The other options, including the Wired Glasses option, are greyed-out.

Is this because my CRT monitor isn't recognized by nVidia's drivers as a 3D Vision-ready display? The monitor is connected to the video card by a DVI-BNC cable, which provides the best picture for me. Would I need to use a regular VGA cable to enable the video card to retrieve the monitor's EDID? I've got the desktop set to 1280x720 at 120Hz, and it remains at that setting after clicking to activate 3D Vision.

I'm upgrading to a 3D DLP projector soon, but I'd like to try 3D Vision on my CRT monitor in the meantime if possible.

We really dont support CRTs anymore. We are supporting 3D Vision LCD monitors.
