I honestly wish there was an online form or something where we could request profiles. The games that get the most attention would be added by the driver team for the next release.

@ Actually we will be working on Quadro for Professional tasks. Geforce is useless for use.........
To Be more specific Quadro are like back-end which work on OpenGL and directX with Quad Buffer Support for applications in development and Geforce are foreground for playing purpose which support DirectX.
Quadro will also support games but not as much as Geforce, few Hi-End games that i played on Quadro are listed below......
COD4
COD5
UT III
NFS UnderCover
NFS Most Wanted
AOE II
AOE III
Age Of Mythology
Burnout Paradise

Interesting, thanks for the info.
Other than ram and drivers are there any other significant differences between geforce and quadro? If not, do you think it is fair to charge so much? Also, why would a geforce card be useless? They have the same rendering power don't they?
Thank you for answering. I am honestly curious and I appreciate you taking the time to adress my questions. I never really could find much first hand impressions of what huge differences there were and if they really differed in hardware power.

i always thought the difference was in drivers and software support.
As far as i know, the professional 3d software just dont support Gforce, so the professionals must buy expensive quadro.

Its not that geforce wont support professional application, they too support but upto some extent only.......
We work on a 3d Application Maya.........
It is used to create 3d Animated serials or movies like sherk, iceage, bolt, etc........
here up to some scenes we can work on geforce , the real problem comes when the elements in the scene are more and with a huge set, there geforce will not have the capacity to give support for the application, and it craches. that too we cant workthat promently when compared to quadro........
One more consideration is dynamics, hair, cloth simulations...... these use a lot of hardware support...........
All applications are openGL suported, where as games are DirectX supported.........
Geforce wont support QuadBuffer as Quadro........
For more info u can search google more...... here are some links........ Hope u understand better these........
