Similar type issue here as well. It also seems that with the update I made to the 275.27 Beta drivers I did today, there is no longer any setup options for stereo video in the Nvidia Control Panel, which I had in previous versions. All previous methods for 3D video playback no longer work after the update, not just 3D Youtube.

Yeah same issue here, side by side video, 3d does not enable, if I force the display into 3d using the nvidia control panel, start watching the video and then press on the button on my ir reciever, the video will pause and flicker for a second but then continue in side by side and 3d will not start. Other 3d stuff works fine and I'm doing everything correctly.

We have to squash our videos now to make them work!? Well, maybe we don't have to do that. It says the old tags are no longer supported, it doesn't say the old tags no longer work. It's good to hear there will be a solution but right now I like the Silverlight option better.
Oompaw, it sounds like you didn't install the 3D Vision drivers. Do the install again, select the custom option, and make sure the 3D stuff is all checked.

I'm pretty sure the 3D Vision drivers did get installed, though to be certain I tried once again to install them.. though on the custom installation options it does show that all 5 components, including 3D Vision Controller Driver show the same versions on under the New Version and Current Version tabs. It just seems like it's not active.
** Edit: Just used the 3D specific driver inside the folder the downloaded install creates, and that has my 3D working again. Shouldn't the regular driver installer install the 3D Driver if I check that box in a custom install? Because it appears that it didn't fully get installed.

So glad you guys are doing this! I've got it working on my Asus 73JW, but it took a couple of re-installs of the drivers, etc.
But my Panasonic TV fails. The 3D demo slideshow works, so I know I can view 3D on the TV. And I get two green checkboxes on the 3D Live "test your system" page. I set YouTube for HTML 5 3D. But when I play a 3D YouTube video (that works on my laptop), the TV doesn't kick into 3D mode. It looks like it is just showing the left (or right) eye.

Same for me, all check boxes checked. SLI disabled, firefox 4 etc and nothing. Youtube vids will not go full screen for me. If you take your hand off the mouse the bottom bar disappears for a second like it is going to go full screen and then it comes right back. This doesn't work.

According to the the NVIDIA detection website I am good to go:
http://www.3dvisionlive.com/3dv-html5-detection
But for every video I try I only get the message "HTML 5 3D unavailable - HTML 5 is not available on this page." Then it switches either to Red/Cyan or Side by Side mode.
I have a GeForce GTX 470, SyncMaster 2233RZ. Silverlight is working, HTML 5 not.
