Flash's most recent post in the topic linked above looks pretty sweet. I don't want to get my hopes too high, though. Just because they've got it in the patch right now doesn't mean it will survive the testing process. Still, I think I better step lively in VtM: Bloodlines.

Got a reply my self, bit more friendly than I was expecting :D
"Sorry for a late reply. We are aware of this 3D Vision shadows-rendering issue and working on a fix for it. It shouldn't be long before it's ready.
Also, thank you for reporting this issue to us :).

There are a number of posters who argue that stereo is just an expensive gimmick that adds nothing to the gaming experience.
It seems that very few of those posters have actually used 3DVision.
There are also devs from CDProjeck like Karolina who are watching the site and responding.

Confirmed, shadows are now correct but it seems that convergence is locked now! I like my convergence up more, is there any workaround for this?
Assuming you've enabled the convergence in the advanced part of the NVIDIA control panel,
you might have some luck with either:
1) renaming the exe - but if you are on steam this probably will mess up the launcher
2) follow the workaround I posted back when we were having performance issues:
http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=200281&view=findpost&p=1243124
It might work at the cost of running without the Witcher 2 3D vision profile - and that may cause all manner of other problems.
We're all curious to see if it works though.

Quick testing shows that shadows look correct and indoor performance is fixed. The menu names look weird to me but I will take what I can get...
