Ok looks like a simple Demo, not much to do but it gives out an idea of what they have in mind. Couldn't get 3D to kick in it Is using Unity. But not worth the time to install universal fixes, since it seems to be a short demo. Still free.

It works with the Unity Universal fix and this include line uncommented in d3dx.ini:
'; This include DHR''s Unity 2017.X Universal Fix:'
include = ShaderFixes\Unity20171_DHR.ini
The scene looks like it's in 2D until you zoom in a lot. Too much, and some weird shadow shows up near the ground you zoom to (minor). I had to increase convergence quite a lot. Also the HUD and starting screen are 2D, but the latter is probably just a background image anyway. The experience is otherwise 3DV ready.

I have added a suitable HUD-fix to the universal fix for this game and made 3D kicks in for this game.
If you want to switch to windows without a game hangup, press F7, than ALT+ENTER and than ALT+TAB.
Back in the game press F7 again, than ALT+ENTER.
Scanning mode Preset toggles via SPACE ==> so do not care about. The rest of the keys are:
Key = e
This is a cycle key, cycles 3 different convergences for different scenes like cutscenes (needs much less convergence than normal gaming)

Key = tab
This is a toggle key, that enables/disables Mouse-Depth-Scaling
==> disable it in the menues, enable it in the normal game

Key = q
This is a cycle key that cycles your general mouse depth if mouse depth scaling is enabled
Constants for your individual modifications of the HUD-Depth:
z = general HUD-depth, afflicts everything including mouse, fix comes with 0.28 as standard ==> <0.28 = less HUD depth, >0.28 = more HUD depth
z3 = enable/disable mouse depth scaling. Default is 0.0 (disabled), 1.0 is enabled.
z2 = scaling of the mouse coursor depth if depth scaling for this is enabled
