SLI + 3DStereo
Hi again ;)

I found that if i have the 81.98 Drivers and the latest Stereo drivers installed,
i got a new menu item in the performance tab ( advanced properties and coolbits enabled) which asks for a SLI- Stereo mode, but cause of the different driver Versions i cannot enable stereomode :( ( only one image is shown ).
My question now is, whether there's a beta Version of the 3D-Stereo-drivers or so to use this new(?) feature?

Sorry mate, there is nothing.

I dont think there will be anything soon either. ATi have just released their new line of cards, which kick nVidia's line's butt in almost every benchmark. nVidia at this point will be focussing all their attention on getting their newest product out of the door to keep ahead of ATi.

The best we can hope for really is that their new line will be on par with ATi's new line, and thus the PR teams ill kick in, and we will get drivers left, right, and center, as they try to kiss our asses.

Chances are though that nVidia will outdo ATi's offerings by a significant margin, and then go back into driver stagnation land with the "we are the best, we don't need these 3d guys" attitude.

As it stands, they have put their fingers in their ears and are shouting "LA LA WE CAN'T HEAR YOU LA LA LA LA"

Thank you for reply,

sounds not good, but why you think has nvidia introduced the features i described?
Don't bother me, if i suggest something that will never occur but as i can remember (using stereo since late 90s) it ever takes a while to get a new driver version, at least half a year.
Question beside: am i right that SLI -Stereo will at least work with antialiasing extention ( looks so for me ).
