NEC NP216G Certification starting from June 2010 : HELP
Well I bought a NP216G NEC projectors, mostly because it's written as a certified one.
Now, after a week trying to let it work, with no results... It's seen as NP215... (???)
probably I discovered that it was produced on June 2010, and certification started
at the end of June 2010.
So... What does it means? Any previous model that was produced before or in June is not Nvidia compatible ????? /wallbash.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':wallbash:' />
If this is true, I find this issue a big problem, most of all for some distributors
wich sell these projectors... /argh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':argh:' />

Anybody knows if there is a solution ?
Anybody with same problem ?

Andrew, thanks for the reply.
Just a note: so why it's written here?
http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-requirements.html
Under projector, there is the NEC NP 216
...
Can you imagine? I bought 4 of them to try the 3D surround experience...
Here in Italy I'm a reseller of 3DVision and an Nvidia PartnerForce.
More help, will be appreciated !
Thanks !

Any other ideas?

Hi

NEC may not keep good branding of their products. So they add letters to models and dont really tell you what they mean.
