Yes, you can with iZ3D and DDD TriDef drivers in a Side by Side or Over/Under output, but you get half the resolution either horizontally or vertically and it is not problem free... and even when 3DTV Play comes out it will still rely on the shutter glasses that came with your TV.

There's no support from nvidia but check if you can find a suitable outputoption from iz3d-drivers or tridef ignition drivers (check which 3d-signal your tv accepts). Both drivers have an evaluation time of their drivers. Remember that you most probably need to enable the 3d-mode on your tv to make it work.
