Since we looking for every single one, broken shader then maybe this will be worth to fix. I don`t know how much of this we gonna find further in the game but there is a lot in this part of the map. I am posting one screenshot of the issue and the other with map location.
It is about the sea weeds - they are messed up.

Thanks - that looks like a decal issue. A save game is best for me, I can't just travel somewhere on the map since I have literally not even started playing the game yet (just done the prologue so far).
I hope that this is the right save. I`ve made it right next to the area.

Great thanks - fixed it. It was a decal. I'll pass it to Darkstarsword for the next release.

Changed since alpha 0.09:
- Approximate fix for broken water reflections, both direct (back buffer sampled) and indirect (reflection probes), and the reflection of the sun. The SLI bug is *NOT* fixed - if you see incorrect reflections press F3 to disable use of reflection probes. Please let me know if you spot further issues with the water, this shader was tricky and I could have broken something... but right now I've spent long enough on it and want to move on.
- Included all shaders from Mike for decals, green lantern, disable water drops, fixed decompiler issue, etc.
- Fixed sun depth at sunset
- Disabled auto HUD depth adjustment due to reported memory leak. I'll probably come back to working on this feature on a different game where it is more suitable.
- Added a HUD depth cycle on the tilde/grave ~ key

I have another broken shadow/shader which might be an issue in this particular quest only - or not.
I`ve made that save just before the main animation and i think that will be really difficult to hunt this down because there might be not enough time to go through all the shaders in there.
Take a look. It might be not even worth the hassle.
Quest suppose to be active. Just go inside the building on the front of you.

Hmm, that light seems fine to me. Can you double check if it happens on a clean install of alpha 0.10 (use the uninstall.bat first), and if it does still happen post screenshots of your settings.

Right you mean the rain drops that appear on the screen /lens effect ?
I kinda liked that effect;) Is there any way to re-enable them? or can someone tell me the shader for them?:)
Big thx!!!
