The nvidia pannel detects the monitor as Z35:

How can modify this to activate the 3D vision option in 3D?
GRRR, the refresh of the Z35 is worst than the Asus PG278, i know because when i move the mouse across the screen it have shadows, and the same with windows.. i.e. the cmd with black and white letters... if asus repair the problem in new versions.. i will sell this and bought again the PG278Q, Sure!
If i can enable and use 3D vision in this monitor... i will maintain it.

Hi murilladas, no, im waiting for somebody to answer me with any modifications to apply in .inf or nvidia drivers. I tested a lot of things and only get a 3D image but distorsionated, with rare colours and sides changed. I saw that the 3D is possible to display in this monitor, i saw some images of x34 with 3D running...
Here you have one:

When i try to config the nvidia 3D vision with the assistant, the display is not identified as 3D nvidia vision ready, so i cant configure with this tech. I think that with a change in this could be possible. I saw the nvidia glasses activated, the test doing but with a low refresh ratio, 60Hz so it doesnt worked fine.

I think we talked about that image before. That's not in 3D, that's just a slow camera shutter speed on a game that is shaking the image like crazy to make it 'car-like'.
You can tell because the images don't diverge out to infinity like they should. They are parallel all the way back to the smoke on the horizon. If it were 3D, in this view, you'd see the edge of the road make V shape as each eye diverges.

There are certain Nvidia profiles that when applied to certain games cause the images to split parallel to infinity. It is possible that someone could have assigned a profile to this game and caused the observed effect.
But I agree, that it is most likely a non stereo affect applied to the scene to add immersion to the bumpy road.

you might try the xl2420T from this page or one of the others in the thread, excluding the passive and Samsung monitors

Hi again, D-Man11, i tested with the xl2420T drivers, i can install without no signed driver mode activated, but screen turned black and i must reset the system, after reset i had to connect another display to configure the screen, i used the rdp before but cant do anything. With another hdmi display connected i could configure it, and start the test, but cant do more 60Hz... and dont work.
With 3dVision capable

Are you using the Display port input?
Run Blur Busters 120Hz test to see if it indeed accepts a 120Hz input signal or if it skips frames.
The mouse should be fluid at 120Hz.

Yes, im using the displayport input, and now i have configured as 160Hz with 2580x1080, but with the xl2420T driver only can use 60Hz the rest the monitor turns off.

So you didn't look for any other EDIDs to try? My assumption is that you'd need one from another certified monitor using Display port. But that might not be true.

Do this sIrKicK...
Use monitor asset manager to get the real time EDID of your monitor, under file option use create "inf". Upload your inf here in this thread.
To do so, you'll have to create a post first. Once it has posted, you'll see a paperclip next to the edit option for that post. But the forum will not allow you to attach an inf file, so you need to rename it from xxxxx.inf, to xxxxx.jps. Now the forums will think it's a picture and accept the download.

With monifo, it's possible to edit the native resolution. I took "2560x1080" 181.250 2560 2608 2640 2720 1080 1083 1093 1111 +hsync -vsync from yours and swapped it with the 1920x1080 of the BenQ. With any luck, it might work.
