I'm noticing the performance seems to change between runs - one launch I'll get 30fps and the next I'll get under 20. Not sure if there's a pattern, but if your fps seems unusually low it might be worth just restarting the game.

Many times when I launch the game it runs ridiculous low fps, so low that I can see the Snake animation stutters on the Menu screen, anybody noticed that ?
I solve it simply by going in graphic options and select borderless fullscreen + aply, and after that just select fullscreen Again + aply.
After that it doesn't appear Again in that session !
Hmmm..

- Lensflares accurate fix
- Fix ocean clipping
- Add dynamic crosshair
- AO = High is working out of the box
- If you want to use AO = Extra High use Max Payne 3 profile
So actually, what I mean is the first-person view you get, when you press down the right mouse button for aiming and then change to first person view with the weapon. I think it is by default hold "F". I changed it now for me on a special key on my mouse ("I" in my case) in order to avoid mixing it up with the binoculars. I guess to change the convergence for this, we need an ini-element in the sense of "press right mouse button + "variable button". I hope it is a bit more clear now. It's kind of confusing console button mapping. ;)
I thought about sth like this. I don't now if you can simply write a "+"...

Now I've played the game I understand what is needed, and it can be done but it's not so straight forward:
https://github.com/DarkStarSword/3d-fixes/commit/6791c5308f032cda472890b0529f32cd41a0d56b
I'm using the condition feature to only enable each of the key=F overrides when other conditions are met - the 1st person override is only enabled while x != 0 (which is set when aiming), and the binoculars override is only enabled when w != 0, and I set w to the opposite of x. It's also necessary to add a convergence value to the aiming override so that releasing aim will restore the original convergence.

It's simply amazing what you Guys has achieved with this game !
With the new fix the game is 3D Ready !
I love the new dynamic crosshair, it's very precise in depht, much better than Nvidia's !!
Thanks once more DSS and DHR !
The hud in the bottom right is too split and not responding to convergence adjustment, it was perfect before as I recall. Anyone else having a problem with it? I also tried the Max Payne 3 profile.

The fix works great with win 10 and the steam version of the game...except a little disturbance : once I begin the mission, the little blue circle appears in the center of the screen and keep turning and impossible to make it disappear ...(it doesn't appear on a print screen) ?!? ... Strange. Is that linked with the use of xbox 360 pad ?
Is that perhaps your mouse? Can you move it out of the way?
Ok, I've to play with the mouse (the blue circle disappears) otherwise, if I 'm using the xbox paddle, the blue circle reappears !!!
I don't know what is your preference about this game : Tomb Raider or Mad Max will be better with a pad, but for this game, mouse and keyboard are comfortable ;-)

I get stupidly low fps in 3D, as gatorkea in the MGSV thread. 60fps in 2D without problems, but between 23 and 26 fps in 3D when I look at the main area (if I look at the sea or the sky, I get 60fps in 3D). In those low fps moments, CPU usage is high and GPU usage is between 30 and 35%.
My CPU is an Intel Core i5 4670K at 4.3GHz. The GPU is a GTX 1080.
Edit: I see that it happens to everyone. Without 3Dmigoto, between 30 and 33fps. That's still unacceptable for me :p. I may not even buy MGSV if I'm not going to get 60fps per eye. I'd have to wait until new CPUs are 3x more powerful per core than my CPU.
