If it was a single viewer setup, I know that Nvidia makes an adapter that is needed for some Quadro GPUs that do not have a vesa port for the emitter to connect to. You can see it on page 3

This Vesa port is for Nvidia's Pro RF glasses, which are very pricey.
Nvidia makes ir glasses but they are somewhat pricey, especially once you factor in multiple people. The emitter for these, use a USB connection, in addition to the Quadro Vesa port when using Quadro drivers.
If using consumer GeForce drivers for your Quadro, I do not think that the Vesa connection is needed.
But since you have multiple people, your best alternative would likely be DLP Link glasses.
