Well, there is another thing that could be about those shadows... If you uncomment the expand_region_copy=1 and deny_cpu_read=1 in the [TextureOverride2] & [TextureOverrideDepthRead] sections (which are generally standard for CryEngine games, as I'm sure you're well aware because you mentioned them to me in the past), I think that helps BUT then that creates a whole different issue with a bunch of flickering/culling of objects close to the camera, which is way worse than the improvement from leaving it on. It's a very frustrating "Damned if you do, and damned if you don't" situation with that one.

Just glad to finally deliver, glitches and all. *You know how many sleepless nights I laid in bed, twisting and turning thinking, "Shit. So many people, especially Lohan, are waiting on that Ryse fix and I've let another day go by without finishing it. I promised them it'll be done soon, and I've failed them. Tomorrow will be the day, dammit, tomorrow WILL be the day!" Appendix: * - Events preceded this marker may not have actually happened. ;)

guys, 3d is kicking in, but there is no 3d effect. I was installing the nvidia profile file that came with the fix... I must be doing something wrong?

Sadly, the fix doesn't work for me in 3D Surround:( Everything is broken:( Looks OK if I switch to a single screen though;) There might be some issues with SLI as well, but didn't looked into it, nor did much testing;) On a single screen, it looks fantastic! Not perfect, but extremely extremely good! Just wanted to let people know if they plan to try it on 3D Surround (not sure how many of "us" are there anyway...1-2-3-10 ? :)) ) Cheers! And big THANK YOU, for this awesome fix!

If I could, I would buy everyone around here hardware to run things in 3D Surround;) (there REALLY is a big difference) The "big" is based on taste of course, but I didn't see one person to say it prefers the "looks" of a single Monitors VS 3D Surround (Sure the hardware demand is waaay bigger, but if you can pull it off, 3D Surround is the way to go always;) ). I will try to give it a look at some point, but can't say when as I am pretty "tangled" in other RL things & day-to-day job, as well as other things ;) I would love to make the fix work in 3D Surround though ^_^, so I will try my best for this, but can't promise anything yet;) (Just the intention). Again, AWESOME JOB !!! If, I find/do something I'll let you know ^_^ Cheers!
