@DJ-RK, updated 1.1 fix has the same performance issue with the 1.0 for me, fps is identical with both of them.
Ok, then, it's not what DHR suggested is the cause of the performance, because the 1.1 update I made incorporates the change he suggested. He is, however, using the d3dx.ini file from my original version of the fix, which uses a couple older settings, such as getting the depthbuffer from screenspace reflections (which also means that if you turn off screenspace reflections or turn them down to medium then you don't get the auto-depth crosshair). I'll compare them to see if anything else changed, but I think that's the main difference. Edit: Yup, gone over it and there's no other significant changes, so I'm wondering: what screen space reflections setting are you using alongside DHR's fix? Is it Medium or off? If that's the case, then you probably don't have a 3D crosshair that adjusts based on what you're pointing it at, and certain lights are busted right? Could you do me a favour and turn SSR to ultra, and see if your performance is impacted badly the same way? I suspect that it's the auto-depth crosshair that's the cause of the bad performance for you, and with DHR's patch installed you're simply not having that enabled, hence you're not losing the performance.

For me SSR is set to High, so if you'll modify as you said, it will not be problem for me. I hope you can find a solution, good luck. Edit: Yeah there's no autodepth crosshair, lights look similar to your fix with DHR's patch (I may be wrong). Sometimes at he beginning of the game some lights seem busted, but in a minute they correct themselves. There's no ultra setting for SSR in the options menu.

Right, I keep forgetting for SSR it's High, not Ultra. So if you are using High then there's pretty much no reason why DHR's fix should work differently than mine, because the only difference is which shader it is getting the depthbuffer from, which really shouldn't be any cause for any difference in performance. Your case seems to be the only one that's being affected as much, and you have a workaround in using DHR's patch, so I'm gonna leave it at that. :)

@DJ-RK I'm using SSR = high and the autocrosshair and lensflares/bloom works fine. Normal performance. In my case when i disable the partner shader, slowmotion is gone....enable is back.

If you download v1.1 of the fix and inspect it, you'll see I've removed the partner shader method, but he's saying he still does not get better performance using that vs using your patch. The fact that my old d3dx.ini that your patch uses copied the depth buffer from SSR instead of from one of the lighting shaders seems to be the only remaining factor, so I think that somehow is causing further performance degradation on his setup, somehow. Can you install v1.1 and let me know if that resolves the issue you've reported? Also, did you try configuring your Nvidia control panel like how I recommend on the blog page, because as I explained there, I also had stuttering until I did those steps.
