What the Different IR Settings Do I ran a little test with the IR Nightshot mode on a old sony camco
For a while now I've been wondering what the each of the tree IR Transmitter settings in the Nvidia 3D Vision Setup menu do. So, I got my old Sony Hi8 Handy cam with IR Nightshot. First off to stop any excess IR radiation in the room I Taped the heck out of the IR lamp in front of the camera insuring that there was no spill out. Below are the results from this test.
For the Setting of:
(Recommended) Single 3D Vision system running in a room with no other IR devices. The IR Transmitter lights up normally all lamps are on and are fully visible
(Middle Option) Single 3D Vision System running in a room with other IR devices. Surprisingly the IR emitter flashes constantly, My camera whites out every, say half a second from the flashes.
(Furthest Right Option) Multiple 3D Vision systems running in the same room. The IR emitter pops on only the two front lamps.
Out of the three settings the middle option provided me with the least blinking out of all of them, don't know why, don't know how. Right now im trying to get the video of what I saw on youtube, but I am having trouble getting the video off of my Handycam.

Thanks for going through the trouble to verify this. I had come to the same conclusion through trial and error but was unable to confirm it with other peoples experiences and at times I was feeling like it was all maybe just a weird coincidence.
