pj that are affordable simply have too much lag, and you will sniped into obsoletion..

That is simply not true, it is model/brand specific just as it is with any display. If you bought yourself a laggy projector, that's your problem for not researching it and making an informed purchase.

The immersion when playing 3D is out of this world and the 720P res does not bother me at all on this pj. Just add some good AA (10C1) and you almost dont notice the difference when playing 720P Vs 1080P. I would love a 3D vision ready 1080P pj though :0).
I am never going back to playing 3D on a 27" screen. I just could not do that ;0)

The fact that this pj is GHOST free is amazing !

Yep! People are still blown away when they come visit. I always chuckle to myself when I visit friends who have spent 2k+ on their 55-65" TVs. Unless you're a pixel-peeping videophile, and once you adjust to the rainbow effect, these 3-year-old cheapo 720p projectors really do offer the most immersive home entertainment experience you can buy without forking over serious dough.

With my Optoma GT750e at 720p in 3d, it looks amazing. And I am a bit of a videophile. I've managed to get the settings to a point where the blacks are really crisp and the image is fantastic... and I'm projecting on a textured white wall until I get my screen next month.
I've played in 1080p for years and honestly it doesn't look worse switching to 720p, the only problem is that I lose a bit of screen real estate with games like WoW.
Also, even though the 750 says it only supports 720p 3d, playing 1080p 3d bluray movies shows a noticeable increase from 720p movies. So I think it can do more than listed.

and for a online gamer , your going to want that, pj that are affordable simply have too much lag, and you will sniped into obsoletion..

I don't know about other projectors, but my 750e has 0 ms of input lag. Not even 2ms like my gaming monitor. There is LESS lag than a gaming monitor, you must have done something wrong when buying :3

Funny you should say that because my friend bought a Samsung UED8005 last year for 3900 $, and two days after he saw this pj in action he sold the TV, and bought the ACER H5360 for 700 $ LOL /thumbup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
