Optoma projector(please help)
i just got my optoma hd67.i'm also using a 60hz sony bravia. somebody please help me how to set the resolutions.my tv is 1080p and the pj is 720p.if i set the resolution to 720p, most of the stuff goes out of the screen in the pj.please tell me what settings to use.also, i need 120hz on my pj.for some reason, if i set it to 1080p, it says 'searching' but nothing happens.please help me out.also, i put it on duplicate displays.

come on, somebody please spend 5mins to help me out.i want to input 1080p to my projector so that it can downscale it to 720p...how do i do that?if i set it to 720p, most of the picture is cut off(only in the pj).

If you are hooking up your computer to the projector you need to change the hz and resolution in nvidia control panel. If I remember correctly the projector is capable of excepting 1080p resolution but only plays it in 720p. what are your sources resolution set at. If its not set to 720p then change it to that.

Example ps3 change resoultion to 720p not 1080i


Mind you I am new at this and I may be completely wrong or this may not fix your problem hopefully it helps

fixed it.i put the default resolution of both at 1080p.it switches to 720 120hz automatically for 3d..
