Thin line on the bottom of 4K tv in 3d
  2 / 2
I just also realised that when you run the 3d setup wizard, the glitched line is at the top of the image, including the screenshots at the end of the setup. I am keen to hear from other passive TV owners which TV's have and do not have this issue. I believe all 2016 LG's are affected. Many thanks.

Hello there, I recognize this issue. I had this when I was using an EDID override. The line never really bothered me much though. I stopped seeing it after I switched to using 3D vision with 3D migoto Top and bottom instead. I use 1080p since then though. Mostly playing GTA V I'm using a 55E6V

I will try top and bottom instead of line interlaced. That really helps.

When I edit d3dx.ini (3d migoto) to output top and bottom the and then use the TV's 3D processor, the line on the bottom of the screen is still there. Unless you have the edid mod you cannot run the 3d vision setup wizard and all you are left with is 3dTV play. I think once 3d vision is setup and this is only possible with the edid mod then the line is there irrespective of the output. If I use Superdepth 3d then the line is not there, or if I use side by side in Shadow of the Tomb Raider for example the line is also not there. Thanks.

While in 3DTV Play are you selecting "Checkerboard" from the drop down list in NvCP? This allows 3Dmigoto's SbS or TnB mode to be used without Nvidia's red warning overlay message popping up. If you have trouble passing the setup wizard for some reason, try using the bat by TsaebehT to automate the process.

Enable this and use it with 3DMigoto and it should remove the line.

Very many thanks Yoshidoni and D-Man11. Works like a charm. Is it possible to run compatability mode in top and bottom by any chance?

I've no idea for dx11 OpenGL has SbS, Helifax might add line interleaved/over and under. I mentioned it in his thread and he seemed to think it was possible.
