Do you have some kind of tweaking or overclocking applyed? This was my problem after 1.05. Had to go down with GPU/RAM clock.
i have removed msi afterburner but no change, maybe i've to reinstall it and go down GPU/ram clock...
Honestly i'm tired of install/uninstall/roll back/relaunch pc and playing thinking "when will it crash ?!" :(
Think i've to wait next fix/patch or play 2D (but the game is just awesome in 3D...)

In order to play in 3D with your setup, it looks like you would need 3D TV Play. If you have the pyramid style emitter from a kit, that will work as a license key.
I would strongly urge you to not base any decisions upon this game- it's 58 pages of confusion here, this one is a real mess right now.
Try other games that are known to work well. Batman games, Trine, anything off HelixModBlog.

Apparently, that's NOT true! :) To make CM mode work with Reshade you must use modified Witcher 3 profile with bytes suggested by you, Helifax:

Wow! Awesome FIND!!!!;)) Really good one;))
@Losti:
Well CM mode has its advantages!!! I for example use CM mode in a lot of games WHEN I am playing on my LAPTOP ON BATTERY;) I enable Battery Boost (which locks the FPS to 30fps and also does some internal stuff in the driver and thus I get 1:10-1:20 hours of continuous play (100% battery) instead of 30-45 minutes without battery boost). In this case if I enabled proper 3D Vision It will still try to reach the 30fps mark BUT it will drain the battery way faster so I get 50% less time;)) )
In Witcher 3 CM looks really well (compared to other games). OFC when I am plugged in the power socket I use the proper 3D Vision one;)) But is really really HANDY and I really Love the ability to play games in 3DVision on battery with no "double the effort" as it saves battery;))
I am really glad you like the ini settings + profile convergence settings ^_^ I tweaked it so I really feel in the game;))

Both my CPU/RAM and GPUs are overclocked and I am using MSI Afterburner as well with either 3DMigoto/Flugan's wrapper and everything is working beautifully. (You just need to configure Afterburner to work with the wrappers)
It also depends on what components you use and how "good" are at overclocking (stability-wise) but this shouldn't be a problem;)

Actually, that wasn't MY find :) Big "thanks" goes to zig11727 :) And you, actually, for CM fix ;)
@Losti: I agree 101.8% that proper 3D is a way to go. Yes, yes, and YES. Actually, Witcher 3 is the very first game EVER I'm playing in CM. Halos around objects is how CM works for every title for everyone. Depth perception isn't that great also. However, like Helifax said, it has its advantages. One of them is performance. With CM I'm getting 60+ (almost the same with E3FX, which takes it's tall as well). With proper 3D I'm getting ~45 (no Reshade). Quite a difference. But the real deal is that 3D fix is in early Alpha currently. I've tried it, and noticed many glitches. So I decided to stick with CM for a while. :)
P.S. Got my first CTD on game load... :| So, probably game runs more stable now, but not perfect in any way...
UPDATE: Apparently, CTD's are even worse now :( So far it's 100% CTD + hard freeze. Only RESET helps... (cry loudly)

CM is great for me and again I would rather have real 3D but there have been games I play that patches would never be made. EX Sniper Elite 2 & 3 really shines in CM mode also AC Unity is very playable.
Also I played The Evil within in 3D thanks to CM mode.
The witcher is pretty good looking with Helifax magic number not the 353.06 & 352.12 Cm profile also a couple more patches are needed to stop CTDs.

Thank you Helifax and Lotsi, I've tried both your solutions and managed, thank you. Once I was out that area though, I reverted back to previous setup that involved less tweakings. Thank you again, and to everybody else in this forum who works for keeping 3d vision alive. Don't know how people can play not in 3d once you have experienced it!

p.s. i wish i could use 0.02 fix in 1.05 patch

I dont get any crashes at all, and Im playing in proper 3D with flugans 0.04 alpha fix,
you can try out my settings:
I have Windows 7 64bit
GTX 980 ASUS OC
10 gigs of ram
i7 4790K no overclocks on cpu
352.86 nvidia drivers, i did a DDU and installed it WITHOUT geforce experience
not running any afterburner or other stuff,
I have killed my processes to about 50ish, all extra stuff can add to bad stuff
I have settings on HIGH and ambient occ on SSAO, other goodies are enabled like vignetting and chrome and other stuff.
running full HD on a fullscreen mode - it was on borderless window before, buf fullscreen is so much better.
My crashes are rare as in once a week or something :)

I had Geralt drawn twice during the rain (more like a storm). Second Geralt was only drawn on top of some objects, like walls or something on the ground, but never on sky, for example. I've hunted offending ps, but it was this one 891c5b52e95a6ca0-ps_replace.txt
Tried to disable it by making main return right away, but got black ground in-game. Then I've just disabled it by hunting and not exiting hunting mode, but some time after that (when rain stopped) I've lost stereo-effect completly (same image for both eyes). So, I didn't found longterm workaround for this, except for disabling 3d. Hope you'll fix this shader, guys.
On another note, can you, pretty please, make hud/subtitles depth customizable? Really hate when they are "in screen", many close objects appear to be closer then them, making text unreadable. I know, many people like their hud deep in screen, but please don't forget about few of us how like hud out of screen or right on screen.
