After finally figuring out how use the 3d stereo I went to test and saw the box with the 3d , I pressed escape and now I see this :
HELP!!!!!
ATTENTION OUT OF RANGE
H:131.5Khz V:119.9Khz
I can no longer even use my CRT monitor because of this
The graphic card delivered a refresh rate that your monitor wasn't able to handle. (ATTENTION OUT OF RANGE H:131.5Khz V:119.9Khz).
Could be that the original settings of the driver is out of range for the monitor even at a fresh install.
Try this: Reboot your computer and enter "failsafe state". Deinstall both your stereodriver as well as the original graphic driver. Reboot. When hardware installation wizard finds new hardware, just quit the wizard.
Just to be sure: Try to find any nvidia entries of the registry and delete them (!!!!!!!! If you're not sure about this step it's safer to skip it and proceed with next steps).
Reinstall the nividia driver as well as the stereo driver. If the comp wants to reboot then do so.
Do the registry tweak to get the classic control panel as well as the stereo settings. Now: Find the refresh rates in the same tab as the testprogram (stereoinstallation and test). Enter a refresh rate you know your monitor can handle and check the box "use for all resolutions". Use for example 60 Hz when testing and advance up when things work fine.
For shutter glasses i find a refresh rate at about 85 Hz quite ok. (Good rate between ghosting and quite ok flickerfree viewing). This depends mostly on the monitor you have.
Ps: The stereosupport for G80series arent the best for now so it's quite much possible your card can't handle stereo in this game for now. Look further at the MTBS site.

Thank you, I used my 22" Samsung 226BW to get to the desktop and changed it to toggle mode. Once I did that, my 19" CRT functions again.
3DStereo only appears to work when I have my CRT plugged in.
Using Nvidia and MTBS3D
-SWAT4X Launches, but as soon as I enable 3D Stereo "nv4_disp BSOD"
-Medical test always works
-Main test shows missing textures, but it varies depending on what mode I am using "App, Profiles, and Quality".
Edit: Added 1:32AM CST
Here is the zip file showing the missing textures also comparing the speration differences to each mode used.
Link to zip file containing images
-Tried No AA in stereo ...No change
-Tried option 3 checked... still nv_disp
Using E-Dimensional Drivers
-SWAT4X works, but shows white lines overlayed when I enable 3D Stereo
-SWAT4X Crashes out on every single mission refresh or adjustment to game options.
E-dimensional shows a profile for SWAT4.exe, but when I look under the profiles its not there even after double clicking the reg file.

-Gonna try and figure out what is going on with this... :(
I configured my E-3D based on this document below:
Gaming in 3D
The main problem here is that the stereosupport for the Nvidia 8800 only is in the beginning of it's developement. Some people at the MTBS managed to make a few games run with the the 8800 (Have one myself). Now i'm using a 7900GT until the stereosupport is good enough to shift graphicboard (sad but true). Bought my 8800GTX in November last year but had no oppurtunity to use it the way i want to (not blaming Nvidia though).
The 8800 is very different from all other graphiccards (The dx10 compability/Unified shaders) and therefore need their own drivers (incl stereodrivers). There has only been some kind of stereosupport for these cards this last month or so, so i get the feeling that the Nvidia developers finally have some time for some serious stereofix. However all stereodrivers for the 8800 series should be consider beta for now (the compability level is still very low). However lately we had a few updates on the drivers that make it look like things is finally going the right way.
Ps: I tried some time ago to use the E-D drivers but wasn't able to since i have an Nvidia card (the setup refuses). Looks like it's a different story with the latest drivers. Nice work of you! Maybe have som testing to do myself.
Keep on posting so that Nvidia and all others know that there are people here wanting to play sterescopic!!! On the driver threads for the 8800 series at the mtbs forum site has almost 5000 views and another one over 1500... So there are a number of people wanting to play their games in sterescopic vison.

I updated to 160.02 WHQL Drivers earlier this morning
Getting 3DPlus 2d DVD to work:
-Install the drivers off the E-Dimensional CD-ROM
-Next Install E-Dupdate.exe
-Run the 3DPlus 2D DVD Wizard and configure your resolution and 3DStereo
You definately need to save a copy of E-Dupdate.exe, because I noticed 3DPlus seems to lose the driver update regularly after random plays and exits.
The downside to this is, you only have E-Dimensional 3D Stereo if you choose to install 160.02 WHQL until Nvidia releases 160.02 Stereo Drivers
3DPlus fails on anything besides 160.02 WHQL
I know that this is an Nvidia forum, but since most users may own E-dimensional glasses and 3DPlus as a bundle. I thought I would post the info of how I got it to work.
P.S.
Whats up with numbering system? Actual release date order shown below
