oow liking them alot ,cant do it for to long the old cross eyed ,hurts my eyes, the mirror way is a pain in the eyes ,so they got a nice anaglyph pichers aswell , so i can boogle at them with my coooool red/cyan glasses , nice find buddy.

are these cross-eye or parallel view? the separation or toe-in or something is way too large, its very strange to look at them.

They are crosseyed (but not shot with a 3D camera unfortunately). There are some jps and anaglyph versions also.

Ok, i flipped the left and right images and parallel free viewing looks very good. The anaglyphs are also good. What do you mean they were not shot using a 3D camera? How else would they get the two views?

I found some [url="http://astro.uchicago.edu/cosmus/projects/marsstereo/"]stereo images taken from the Mars rover[/url]. You should be able to download these, and rename them as .jps files for use with the 3D Vision Viewer.

Thanks for the links. I viewed Mars quite a bit a couple months ago when it was prominant. It felt really wierd looking at those images taken from the planet's surface after observing a blurry Mars from my scope - phew!
