Problem with 3D Vision 3D Vision was working, now its not.
I'm setting up a machine using a Quadro FX 1800 and had to reinstall the latest NVIDIA and USB drivers to get 3D Vision working. I tested this with 3 different software packages, with each successfully able to display a 3D image on a Mitsubishi 3D TV. I powered down the machine, then started it up again. Now 3D Vision isn't working for any of the 3 software packages. There are the separated images on the screen, however the emitter light remains in the faint green mode and not the bright green it shows when its working.
I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers and using the same 3D settings that I've always used, but haven't had any luck getting things working. I've used Quadro FX 380, 4600, 4800 and 5800's in the past and haven't run into this problem before. Any idea what's going on here? Is this an issue with the VBIOS?

I went through a stupid amount of hoops until I realized the emitter was disconnected via USB. I reinstalled everything, then remembered I'd unplugged it to charge glasses... Just a thought.

It's not an issue with the emitter being plugged in or not. After further investigation, it seems to be more of a software issue. Sometimes the software works, and sometimes it doesn't. I have noticed that when I run the preview pack that comes with 3D Vision, the other programs are likely to run after that. It's really bizarre.

My norton antivirus was stopping one of the files from running for whatever reason, and as soon as i listed the file as safe, my 3d vision worked consistantly
