I have been searching high and low for an answer to this question. I have finally given up and decided to just ask. What is the absolute best media player out there right now? I had trouble with the nvidia player when I first used it, and don't really know if it's gotten better since then (Feb. '10). I don't really have the cash to try different software at the moment so ANY thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, guys and gals.

At the moment, the best 3D media player is Peter Wimmer's Stereoscopic player (from www.3dtv.at)
The Nvidia stereo player is a licensed version of this player which only supports 3D vision and not the other 3D displays.
It is the best but unfortunately it is not ultimate. It lacks BluRay 3D support and has some difficulties with ultra-high resolutions (more than Dual 1080p)
