I still see bad shadows. How can I insert a picture? I'm in old Town. Many buildings have external hallways that are heavily shadowed. These still display differently in each eye.

What weapon are you using... new weapons need to be fixed (example: Guns), try with the Water Pipe, if works with that the parameters is working. I cover like 25 shaders already for Hands and Weapons, but i'm sure i need to fix a few more.

You can add a screenshot in your post clickin the "clip" icon in the upper right corner....or upload to 3dvisionlive.com... Maybe there is more shadows shader to fix, i noticed that depending on time shader are changing. Please try to upload the screenshots, and the part in the map and time (if possible)

changing parameter doesnt affect anythin, but when i hold ctrl+f5 long enough all weapons look perfect but in this case shadows mismatch

Very strange... have you try selecting the water pipe if looks ok ? (i know that weapon have the fixing code and is working).
I will upload another version with the 0.38 version of the wrapper....the F10 refresh for iniparams works perfect and i add more fixed shaders.
