It lookes so good you willing to put 1k for another gpu to run it in 3d if someone makes a fix or it would have a VR patch. Though that would need a VR hmd like starvr one or similar. And by good indont mean just graphics

There are 3D fixes for almost any major AAA game. And it can be easily applied with one clic with 3D Fix Manager, as more anticipated the game more probable to a fix to be released on only a few days, so I think there will be a fix for 3D in the very first week of launch.

I think he might mean in terms of performance djkano, and that's also not guaranteed who knows what new challenges their engine will bring.

Cyberpunk 2077 in 3D would be the Holy Grail of gaming (even more in VR but a little bit too sci-fi for now...). I think I'll have to grab one of these RTX 2080 beast only because of this game...

All depends on when they release the game. If it's in the latter half of 2019 or early 2020, it might be worth waiting for (rumoured) 7nm GPUs from the red and green (maybe even Intel too). Ah, timing is so strange. This could very well be a cross-gen title for consoles, so CDPR could capitalise on current gen players if they release it early. Of course, for PC I doubt they'll cut corners aesthetically and performance-wise. We'll just have to see what they do.

The gameplay demo was running on a 1080ti at 1080p/30fps so its pretty safe to say that a 2080/2080ti will be sufficient to run the game at 1080p 3D. But yes you're right, we need a release date. I just hope that they will release on PC first like Witcher 3.

So this game is available for Preorder on GOG and Steam, looks like an April 2020 release. It is the top selling game already on Steam after the page was put up. Any chance this will be playable in 3D? I can only hope. That's a whole year worth of driver releases that we will miss. :/ I have already pre-ordered my copy.
Quite simply expect what you see in real life with 2 eyes. It's really that simple. The main attraction for 3dvision is it simulates how you would naturally see the world with depth. To many people assume 3d support means gimmicky things like pop out. It's why many users such as myself cannot stand playing in 2d anymore, and it's absolutely criminal this technology is slept on or ignored by the industry. As for native support. Witcher 3 didn't have it. (although the community fix is practically perfect.) So don't expect Cyberpunk to have it unless someone around here works on a fix. I'm very excited for this game I am just a bit concerned about the first person only gameplay in combat as I suffer from motion sickness.
Honestly. I almost wish I hadn't discovered 3D. Now i don't enjoy 2D much. I just don't get how this tech didn't take off and why we haven't advanced it to i guess glassless if thats what people couldn't stand. This is so immersive. Beats anything you can do with 4K. I don't care how many refresh rates you and res jumps you make, it just doesn't add the level of wow 3D does. I don't know what it'd take but I am willing to shell out money to get 2077 to work in 3D. Along with the MCC collection.

@Muojo Not really that are no DX12 playable games with 3D Vision , Tridef DDD and Superdepth3D. The only 3D DX12 games which are playable Rise of the Tombraider, Deus EX Mankind and Shadow of the Tombraider they use in house 3D when using DX12.

Typically CD-Projekt Red are good about not requiring high min-spec systems. Witcher3 for example runs well on nearly everything. They might tie it to DX12, but that would be out of character for them as a developer. I'd expect at least a DX11 and Win7 fallback path of some form. But, only way to know will be to wait and see. Super great that CD-Projekt Red denied Epic Games monopoly. You know for sure Epic Games must have approached them. Don't pre-order unless you order from GoG just to encourage them. Preorder of digital goods where they will never run out of stock is silly.
