i am not looking for a high end for gaming, i am looking for a video card for 3d glasses, htpc and some gaming?

Take much care about the VGA you choose: I've spent lots of money with Samsung 2233RZ and the shutter glasses thinking I was safety with my 8800 GTS 320MB; everything that I have until the present moment is "flicking" and ghosts...that's my 3D experience!
NVIDIA site says your VGA can roll 3D, but it says pretty much the same thing about my 8800 GTS...Good luck!

??? Your post makes no sense.. VGA is a standardized connection between a monitor and a computer.. You mean CRT? Using VGA? Through VGA? I don't know..
As far as CRT monitors are concerned, I've found that they typically work 50% for 3D Vision.. The convergence (popping out) is usually flawless, but the depth almost always has some degree of ghosting.. My solution? Just leave depth at minimum most of the time and save up for a 3D vision certified monitor..
As far as flickering, as long as you run at 100 Hz or higher, you shouldn't have this problem.. Most cheap CRTs can't do anywhere near this, but look at the monitor specs.. Whatever resolution that can run at 100Hz+ is the resolution you can expect to run 3D vision at.. Just be careful as sometimes it's tricky to force games into certain refresh rates (I've had to manually edit a few configuration files already)..
As far as ghosting on a CRT.. Turn your depth down to significantly reduce it or even completely eliminate it.. OR just get used to it..

It's difficult 4 me finding the exact words, I'm foreign. I use a monitor Samsung 2233RZ, when I say VGA I mean graphic card (8800 GTS 320MB)...is it clear now? I'm not sure if my vocabulary is 100% correct but I am 100% correct saying that my 3D experience is nothing but flicking and ghosts. I have already tried all the refresh rates that I could: 100HZ doesn't work, 110HZ is horrible, 120HZ it's a joke. I have already tried everything that I could, and I'm sure about saying that: IIIIIITTTT....DOOEEEESSSN'T....WOOORRRKKKK.

they both say different things. I am wondering which one is correct or not?
Please tell me.
