Medical Test fail but i still see 3d effects....
I just boughts the ASUS 3D monitor and 3D kit and have it all set up... but when i run the medical test I fail it.

Even though i fail the medical test... I DO see the 3D effects in WoW.

Is there anything I should be aware of if I failed the Medical Test?

I do wear prescription glasses under my Nvidia Glasses.

You're not alone. I have a good stereoeye but have problem seeing the stereoscopic effect in that test. However the nvidia stereotest (the one with the nvidialogo floating back and forwards) work great as well as game and movies in stereo. Maybe the pattern in the medical test is confusing for some.

Hi

I'm not surprised completely by this result.

I have worked with some researchers at the University of Texas at Austin who were doing research into 3D. They actually figured out that the brain perceives moving stereoscopic images better than static. So while you may not see our static 3D image, the in-game images are moving and you can see it.

Just to complete: Static images and pictures works well and i can also easily tell if they're reversed or not. I think it's the actual pattern of the medical test that may confuses the brain. Only guessing though.

This message should probably be on that screen then. :)

My guess is that it could be related to color perception, maybe.
In my case I have never had problems with that test, though.
