Why don't you revert to v1.08? It was working flawlessly until the 'upgrade'. What is in v1.10 that is compelling enough to break the game and have to wait?
Hmm, I quess Hearts of Stone doesnt work with 1.08 :)
Ah, right, that would qualify as compelling. Thanks for the info.

Also i dont think its possible to revert back to 1.08 with steam version. Around half of sales are from steam so lots of people rocking that version in here too i bet.

If you have System Restore enabled, you should be able to revert to prior version (although this is a monster update, so might blow the buffer). Once Steam has looked, it won't do a force-update over the game there, so you can sneak the old bits back without it forcing a new download.
For people presently hosed by 1.10 it might be worth a look. Right click on folder, "previous versions".

Made a quick Beta update to the fix:
- Fixed different decals
- Fixed blood decals
- Fixed Rain drops splashes (when it rains)
- Fixed a very weird distortion and haloes around water surfaces when it rains.
- Updated the fix to use version 1.2.1 of 3DMigoto (helped me with some decompiling issues I had with older version)
You can grab it from here: Witcher 3 Patch 1.10 BETA update.
Please note this is a BETA version of the fix. SO:
- If you encounter broken effects PLEASE provide a SAVE + SCREENSHOT so I can take a look and try to fix it.
Once/If everything is fixed we will push the update on the Blog.
PS: This version should still support older versions of the game.
Best Regards

http://www.filedropper.com/manualsave6ca9f7df4b800349d292
Thats in Oxenfurt near the tall tower, the roof is off at the start of save and if you look at the well to your right, (floor) and to the left is blood under a stall, those are off :)
If you can confirm it, im afraid maybe i Installed the fix wrong or something

Can you share the screenshots with this issues please? I remember testing it last night (in Oxenfurt near the well where the sewers quest starts) and didn't notice any issues but I might have overlooked it.
The way to install the fix is:
- Go to "/The Witcher 3/bin/x64" folder
- Use uninstall.bat and completely remove the old fix
- Copy the new fix next to Witcher3.exe (in /bin/x64)
DO NOT just copy the newer files over the older ones;)
Until I get home this evening (8 hours from now) I will not be able to validate or look at this issue.

I haven't tried it, no, because I'm on Windows 10 and older drivers don't work on 980Ti's. Is there any chance it could fix anything for me, whether compatibility mode or not? I was told the funky text issues were pretty much unavoidable in Compatibility mode.

I did end up removing the F2/F3 presets you added, but only because F3 would conflict with the existing reflection toggle (speaking of which - does that false reflection SLI bug still occur on the latest game and/or driver?).
