So here's my setup: I have my PC with my RTX 2080 connected to multiple displays. One is 3D capable, the other isn't. How would I go about setting this up? My goal is to be able to automatically have my PC switch between my 1080p non-3D monitor to my 4K 3D TV with the press of a button. Is this possible?

Yeah, just push the button LOL
Seriously, when you turn on your 4K tv you make it primary displaydevice and the otherone is extended, just close it to stand by if it distracts you. When you close the power from the 4K tv the only display remainin will automaticly change to primary

There is a nice software that works perfectly for this purpose.
Monitor profile switcher by Martin Kramer. It works very well and you can set keyboard shortcuts for each one.

The "button" is right click the desktop, open screen resolution, select the 4K monitor as "exclusive (i.e. "show desktop only on 1 (or 2, whichever the 4k is)", and then fire up the game.
