I gave Elex another try and located a promising looking constant buffer in another shader.
After some more experimentation with the idea from sgsrules in [url=https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/766890/3d-vision/bo3bs-school-for-shaderhackers/post/5235514/#5235514]this post[/url] I finally cracked that damned shadow pattern.
With that new pattern I can maybe fix some other problems but a complete fix, that includes tile lighting, is still a very long way, if possible at all.

So I think I will wait playing elex, elex 3d in half a year is much cooler than elex 2d now.^^
Great news: I finally got those tile lights working :)
