Ok, I've run a few tests and I'll coment the results I got.
I've tried disabling SLI and it didn't work. I've tried turning off and on the 3D mode in the Nvidia control panel and it didn't work.
Then I've uninstalled PowerDVD 10 2701 and reinstalled it again. Still same problem, only main menu and subtitles are displayed in 3D, movie is 2D. I tried pressing the 3DVision IR emmiter button a few times and got strange results. if the light is bright green, I get this bugged 3D I've just talked about, but movie is displayed in 2D, but If I turn off 3D by hitting the IR emitter button, I get a black screen but subtitles are still displayed and movie continues, no image though. Press the IR emitter button again and the bugged 3D mode comes back.
What is also weired is that if I try played bluray3D movies with Total Media 3, sometimes the same problem happens. I can also see the IR emitter light bright green, but movie is displayed in 2D instead of 3D, but hopefully it's easy to fix the issue. You only have to press the IR emitter twice and 3D works fine again, so it's a little bug with a simple fix. Unfortunately this fix doesn't help with PDVD10 2701 version. I've tried all tweaks I could think about, but none fixed the damn issue.
Now the only solution I figured out so far is reinstalling again PowerDVD 10 Mark II patch 2113.51. Just install the older pacth again and it will roll back to this older version. Once the downgrade is done, just try to play a bluray3D with PDVD10 and it will work perfectly. I've just done that and I guarantee it works. So I'm 100% sure that this issue is caused by a problem/conflict between PDVD10 patches 2335 and Nvidia drivers newer than 258.96. If rolling back to 258.96 drivers, PDVD10 2701 will play bluray3D just fine and the bug is gone. I haven't tried this older driver with PDVD10 2701, but user Bara from this very forum said he tried that, so I'm linking this to my findings.
It sucks, cause we need to keep PDVD10 fully updated to be able to play without any issue the latest bluray3D titles. I had problems playing the new bluray3D Tron using PDVD10 version 2113, but once updated to 2701, problem with Tron was gone and also 3D mode. Go figure????
So, I'm back to PDVD10 version 2113 and all bluray3D titles are working again. It's easier than rolling back drivers, this would be a pain in the ass.

Tried PowerDVD 10 2113 with no success, same issue. Though I did notice the PowerDVD didn't like to preserve aspect ratio with Surround using 2113. Switched back to 2701 and aspect ratio is better again.

Three monitors in Surround vs single TV, SLI vs single card, it could be related to either I suppose. I had the same problem when displaying on a single monitor as well as Surround.

And, of course, getting any kind of help from Cyberlink is pissing in the wind. At the end of the day, it just isn't worth it to try and make their stupid support people understand the issue, show them their information is incorrect, even when it is their own, listen to lies from their higher tier support, and end up no further ahead and totally frustrated with their inability to meet expected customer support standards considered normal by the civilized world. Unfortunately, this approach to Customer Service is the norm for most companies based solely in the east.

That's really strange, I don't get this???? We have the same issue, everything you said happened to me, so why I can make the issue go away using PDVD10 version 2113 and you don't??? This doesn't make sense. BTW, I'm using drivers beta 270. I thought this issue was happening to everyone, but it's not according to what other users have reported in this thread. Some users are using PDVD10 version 2701 and drivers 270 and are not having any issues at all. BD3D playback is normal for them. That's making really hard to spot the cause of this issue, I really have no clue now, I thought it was a problem with the latest PDVD10 patches and newer nvidia drivers, but that's not the scenario for other users. Damn, I hate computer issues cause they are so hard to spot.
Now I'm afraid I'll have to keep this PDVD10 version 2113 for quite some time, since the newer patches cause the 3D issue. I just hope I can still play all BD3D without issues. The only I had problem was Tron bluray3D,, playback was sluggish. Only newer pacthes solves this, but then no 3D for me.
Natai, what do you mean by PowerDVD didn't like to preserve aspect ratio with Surround??? I though 3D Vision surround only worked with games, not bluray3D and PDVD10??? You sound like you watch bluray3D in 3 monitores instead of 1, I don't get that, since BD3D are required to play at 1920x1080, not any bigger resolution. I may be mistaken, but you said something about aspect ratio problem with surround, so I'm just curious about what you meant?
Please Andrew, investigate that, try to make the Nvidia devs see this issue so they can spot what's causing it with some users like me and Natai. I hope they're able to at least see the issue, otherwise we're screwed.

Yeah using 2113, even with Preserve Aspect Ratio checked in the PDVD settings, videos were stretching across all three screens. I tested on the Tangled 3DBD and the Disney castle and logo was also stretched.

I'm having the problem described in this thread. But right now I'm using PDVD10 Mark II version 2113 and bluray3D playback is working without issues. But if I update PDVD10 with newer patches such as 2429 or the newest 2701, than the I get the issue where I can only see 3D in the main menu and subtitles, but movie is displayed in 2D with the 3dvision IR emitter bright green light showing it's in 3D mode. If I quit 3D mode by pressing the IR button than I get a black screen, no image. That's the issue me and other users are having with PowerDVD10 Mark II version 2701.

I'm using both ArcSoft and PDVD 10 Mark II (various patches), Samsung 2010 plasma, single gtx480. Revs from 260.89 through 270.51, CD1.45. I have never seen the problem of 'menus in 3D, movie in 2D' which seems to be the issue here. I've played about 15 BR3D movies, including Tangled and Tron Legacy. Comments?
[/quote]
Three monitors in Surround vs single TV, SLI vs single card, it could be related to either I suppose. I had the same problem when displaying on a single monitor as well as Surround.
