Disney's Alice in Wonderland appears to be 3D Vision ready and is currently in the Steam sale for $4.99. (cutscenes are 2D)

Works with Xbox 360 controller

Another option might be to play this game using an emulator for the wii version with wii controls.
Disney's Universe is 3D Vision ready and available on Steam now .
It has an Alice level, a lot of the content for Universe was available as DLC. Supposedly, it at least has Pirates of the Caribbean, Alice, Lion King, Monsters Inc, Aladdin and WALL-E.
Disney's Universe is pretty simplistic and geared towards younger kids, so if you need a good 3D game for the young ones, it would be a good choice

These Disney games are available in packages that offer cheaper prices per game, but not all of them are very good in the PC version.
The Toy Story 3 is 3D Vision ready and I think the Tron games are also.

There's also a fan base game trailer, the resolution isn't very good.

I bought this game cheap for the Wii, got stuck playing it with one of the kiddos and wound up actually enjoying it and playing it all the way through. Considering I couldn't really stand the live-action remake of the animated classic that's kind of saying something for it.
I did grab it on Steam awhile back also I just haven't gotten around to playing it again in 3D... :)

I bought it this morning, but will probably be ages before I actually play it.
I dunno about anyone else, but I've kind of developed this fascination with collecting cheap games that play in 3D due to the fear that someday soon we won't have any other options. When that day comes, I'll have a huge backlog of games to enjoy in 3D... or at least that's the thinking LOL.

LOL :D:D:D
I have it exactly the same way - bought more than 50 games this year - and perhaps completed 10.
Every time I see a 3D game on sale I buy it :D

Disney's Up by AsoboStudio is close to 3D Vision ready and toyifies nicely, I'm surprised that they didn't put it on Steam with their other games.
My nephew gave it to me after he was done with it and I found it to be surprisingly fun. (loved the movie)
I'll have a huge backlog of games to enjoy in 3D...
And when that 3D backlog's finally whittled down to nothing there will still be another fairly big pile of broken games to tinker and play with! :)
Both of the following packages have games that are great looking in 3D. Pirates of the Caribbean - At Worlds End unfortunately sucks but the others that I tried/played were good. I haven't tried the Cars games, Split Second or Planes yet. Unfortunately Toy Story 3 is missing some content in the port to PC at the end of the game. Toy Story Mania is OpenGL.
Disney Other-Worldly Adventure Pack http://store.steampowered.com/sub/52412/ 8 games $20 (sale)

Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two has some really awesome levels in 3D
Disney's Epic Mickey 2
Use the 007 Legends profile, 3D will not work in Fullscreen, use Borderles Windowed or Windowed.
Resolution is capped at 30FPS, do not try changing anything in the ConfigFiles.ini. It just causes problems.
Crosshair is 2D, but 3D is perfect, excluding some cut-scenes.
I also recommend that you back up your game saves, you only get one, but it saves very frequently. The thing is, I was halfway through the game and the controls froze. Not having a back up save, I had to start over. You'll need to save it to a different location like your desktop, if you put it in the same folder, it stops saving the game. Save is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\userid\245300\remote
If you like Mickey Mouse, you'll like the game. The gameplay is lackluster but the scenery is stellar.

While the sale is still on, I want to remind people that some of these games are great.
Epic Micky is awesome in 3D and a solid platformer.
