Hi!
I got the same problem, 3DTV play has disappeared from the stereoscopic 3D menu. Reinstalling drivers and 3DTV activation tool seem to have no effect on the matter. It even shows the serial number of the paid 3DTV Play on the system informations licenses but still the menu options for 3DTV stay grayed out :(
OS: Win 8
Nvidia driver: 310.xx and 313.96, same problem with both
GPU: GTX 550 ti
HELP?!

What display are you using? Is it set as your primary display? Is it recognized by the brand/model or is it showing up as plug and play? You are using HDMI to connect, right? Are there any other devices in the chain? An AVR perhaps?
When reinstalling drivers, you want to avoid drive sweepers, since the will erase the license key, causing you to use a reactivation. 3DTV Play is limited to 5 activations, after that you have to hassle with Nvidia to reenable activations.
Oh Hey! Are you use Windows Vista? If so Nvidia dropped support for it in the latest drivers.
