Does Bioshock Infinite Ep1 and Ep2 work with Helix fix?
  1 / 2
Has anyone tried the Bioshock Infinite fix with Ep1 and Ep2 DLC? Should be great in 3D vision.

I know I played BI episode 1 with Helix Fix and worked awesome. I haven't played EP2 yet but I expect it to work the same;))

Thanks bro! 3D surround I take it? Can't wait to get back to rapture! Thief was amazing in 3D surround. I just love all stalking all the tunnels and corridors with those side monitors. Adds so much immersion when traveling through narrow spaces.

A few minor issues, some skyboxes at wrong depth, but nothing serious - totally playable.

Can someone clarify which driver we need to use for this? Can we use the latest drivers, or does the fake 3D bust Helix's fix? If so, what's the best driver to use?

Using the latest 335.23 drivers works for me in 3D Surround. Haven't tried it on one monitor though.

These DLCs are almost perfect in 3D vision. Really Impressive, and the intro to episode 2 has to be one of the most beautiful looking intros ever and gives the original Bioshock Infinite a run for it's money. The amount of effects (particles, lighting, etc) is just astonishing and they all render in perfect 3D. Thanks to Helix. I can see how much work he had to put into this project, and it's too bad that he has for all we know given up on further 3D development. It's possible he's still working on something, and I hope one day he comes back on these forums, even if it's just to chat. Also, not sure why you would need to delete the profile as there is no fake 3D BS that kicks in. It runs perfectly fine with the latest drivers. SLI seems to be working fine on my 3D vision surround setup as I'm averaging 60fps with most settings maxed! You guys really need to try these DLCs. The first one starts off really good but it's really not that impressive, but the Second DLC is shaping up to be really awesome sneaking game.

I just tried Bioshock Infinite (main game) with and without eqzitara's fix (ie. with fake 3d and with Helixmod). I see what everyone is complaining about now in regards to the fake 3D. It's weird, isn't it? Some parts look 3D, some parts look like cardboard cutouts. The overall depth is shallow even at 100%, and turning the convergence up actually made things look flatter and more cardboard-like, while bringing the farthest objects closer to the camera. Weird. Helix's fix looked much better, except for the water in the starting church, of course, which is currently broken. Anyway, I'm off to play the DLCs. Thanks Helix*, and eqzitara for pointing out how to preserve SLI. It's always weird addressing Helix on this forum. You want to express your gratitude, but you never know whether or not he's listening. You know that he has bestowed abundant gifts on us, yet precious few have met him in person. Sometimes you wonder if he even exists. In that way, he really is almost like a god, lol.

It took me a while to find the actual wrapper as it was buried deep in an old thread (wanted to make sure I had the latest version), so I figured I'd repost it here
The fix updated. Link Unpack it where BioShockInfinite.exe located (delete old files and ShaderOverride folder if you use previous version). 1. fixed broken effect by HUD fix. 2. crosshair dynamic 3D. 3. water reflections. 4. fixed bug with shades when some objects become 2D. if this still happens(but i think it should not), you can use a hotkey F10 to reload shaders. Know issues: 1. SSAO (ambient occlusion) should be on NORMAL or below. 2. distant lights cutoff. 3. some reflections can be 2D. 4. water reflections cuts at right corner. All minor issues should be fixed by now.
(quoted directly from here). Someone please tell me if this is not the latest version, or if there is a better link to obtain it

Its the right file. He just updated one file when ever he did so cant go wrong wherever you find link. Water reflections are only broken for SLI but they are only really in beginning scene in church. -----------------
I see what everyone is complaining about now in regards to the fake 3D.
