As I was readng 2560x1440@144Hz, G-Sync and 3D Vision support, I was getting ready to press the imaginary "buy" button thinking it would be IPS, until I saw it's TN :p. At least I found it cheaper than the Asus PG278Q. 599.62€ with free shipping. If it has real 8 bit colors I may consider it, although I would hate losing the custom resolutions and blur reduction possibilities of my BenQ XL2411Z. About the IPS thing, more than the color accuracy (I'm colorblind anyway, lol), I like that the current 1440p IPS G-Sync monitors have essentially zero overdrive artifacts. Edit: review here: http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/dell_s2716dg.htm , where they said it isn't 3D Vision compatible. I guess they didn't try it.

Sure would be nice if it they also offered it without G-Sync for people that do not game in 2D.

Could it be. A new monitor that actually supports 3dvision. I was starting to get pretty concerned.

Grrr, purchased a BenQ xl2720z last week, lol (Previous monitor was an Acer). But It's good to hear that a new monitor with 3D Vision support. Probably I will buy it next year if it has no QC issues. BTW I'm loving the Benq, what a magnificient 3D and S3D gaming monitor. Was reading forums, reviews for months and trying to decide between Rog Swift and xl2720z. Was hesitant of 1080p with a 27'' monitor, but after the purchase I understand that my eye sight is not very good, can't see the pixels from my regular watching distance.
