Any way to set the shuttering to always ON for 3D vision 1 glasses outside of a game?
Hi all,
I've got the 3D vision 1 kit and I'd like to make it so my glasses shutter all the time in sync with the monitor. (Samsung 2233rz 120hz) Not just when 3D games are running but all the time.
Thanks
(Little back story: I'm trying to play Bioshock Infinite in 3D, and so far only the iz3d drivers allow me to do it (in-game doubled image seems neat, no artifact)but my glasses just won't shutter unless I enable 3D with 3D vision. I would like to keep 3D vision disabled but the glasses shuttering so I can actually see the image in 3D.)

Go on the Helix website, it will load 3D images and make the monitor and glasses activate. But you should know that the Tridef driver supports Bioshock Infinite.

Open any 3d vision screenshot in a browser. This one, for example.

That should activate the glasses. Don't close the browser. Then try the game.
Thanks guys, yeah I just tried the browser trick, but Bioshock Infinite just doesn't sync with the shuttering.
The best I can get is the usual fake 3D effect from motions in the game, like when watching videos.
If only I could make Tridef work with the 2233rz monitor! :/
I would certainly do some shaders hacking a la Helix if I knew how to do it with DX 10/11.

I know about tridef...
I just can't make it work with my monitor...
It says 3D not detected.
