Cannot enable 3D vision in a couple of different games
  2 / 2
Alright, I backed up to 381.65, still the same thing. I have seen games that do not allow you to enable 3D, and this game, which previously scored excellent from Nvidia, appears to no longer allow 3D to be enabled. 3D kicks on, on the TV, with both 720p/60 and 1080p/24, so it isn't that a 3D signal is not being sent. The game simply does not activate 3D in-game. It is literally acting like the Windows 10 Store games, where they run in a borderless window and do not allow 3D to be enabled as well. Considering this is a Microsoft game, it could be the case, even though I am running this game from Steam. Not sure what else it could be, since a ton of other games work correctly, and this game does not work even on my native 3D Vision laptop display. So, I suppose I will wave the white flag for now, not sure what else I can do at this point.

I have that game, but have not installed it on PC, so I have not tested that particular game. But, I do know several threads for Helix Mods have mentioned that Windows 10 Store games are not 3D compatible, due to them running in borderless windows. I can, however, vouch that Halo Wars Definitive Edition does not work at all from the Windows Store, cannot even enable 3D, but I also have the same game on Steam, and 3D works fabulously. Perhaps it is game specific, but none of the games I have installed from the Windows Store have worked, Gears 4, Horizon 3, Quantum Break, and Recore. Hit CTRL+T and nothing, and when searching for fixes, that is when I found threads discussing that Windows Store games are incompatible. Here are a couple of threads discussing the issue: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/914705/3d-vision/warning-don-t-buy-games-from-the-windows-store/ https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/927922/killer-instinct-season-3-/

A little late to the party, been busy lately, new job and all... I tried the Red Alert 3 Demo on my Win10 rig, threw everything I could think of at it and just like for you it still wouldn't trigger 3D Vision, then I tried it on my Win7 rig and it works perfectly fine... It's mostly likely either the Windows 10 non-exclusive window mode Driver 'bug'(?) or something closely related to it... not exactly sure who's to blame here, running Windows 7 Drivers eliminates the problem but I haven't found a way to force the installer to pass the System Check... If you absolutely MUST play them in 3D, some of the older Win7 Drivers will pass the System Check on Win10, basically anything from 352.86 and before... although I had a black screen on boot issue with 352.86, so I'd suggest 347.88... they're working fine here, Red Alert 3's triggering 3D Vision and all, and I haven't tried 352.86 again since... I did have to disable Device Installation Settings to keep Windows from Updating to newer Drivers...

Well I know on my System with DX9 titles I need to run inn Borderless Fullscreen to get the 3D to kick in and sometimes I need to switch the profile to another.. For example F4 BMS which is DX9 I need to run in Window Borderless and use Aion or The Basll for a Profile for S3D to kick in so maybe try that ;)
Borderless ??? Exclusive fullscreen is the way to go ! Age of Empires 3 complete and Command and C. both works flawless with their own profiles...
YES Borderless Fullscreen as Falcon 4 BMS 4.33 ONLY works in S3d on my system in Windowed mode .;) Same goes for SWTOR..

We probably need to harass Nvidia about this problem. I get this fairly often with games. Go back to windows 7 and it works fine.
