I have made a version of the fix which includes all the necessary files (no need to install several addenda, etc.): https://s3.amazonaws.com/3d4dd/TESO_3dMigoto_DX11_v4.zip Make a backup of Your d3dx.ini file. Then use uninstall.bat to remove Your broken version and extract the complete zip archive into Your game installation folder (where eso64.exe is located). This is the version I use myself with reflections set to high. If You have changed the hotkeys or set Your own value for the specular intensity (I think You mentioned it...) then You have to adjust the code in d3dx.ini:
;Specular Glow, change to 1 if You want the original intensity as default x = 0.7
Check Your backup d3dx.ini to see which value You have used before.

Very strange. The game still works fine for me, checked it one minute ago. Besides from this I did not notice an update for the game. I'm using the german client on the european megaserver. My game version is 1.3.6.1603583. You can check Your version by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of the lauchner and select information. Besides from this I'm using Win 7 64bit. There had been some cases when the CRCs between Win 7 and Win 10 were different and the fixes didn't work for the other system. Maybe there was another update e.g. for Windows that broke the fix for You. Before reinstalling the complete game You should try the repair function. Click on the gear icon in the middle of the launcher above the news text.

i'm on win7 too, no updates, launcher version is 1.3.6.1603583 (as it should be). I used repair tool, deleted settings from documents - the fix is just not working anymore, but i still can hear the sound when game is starting. Mb i'll try to reinstall the game :(

Can't imagine that the game itself is the reason. Just to make sure: when You completely unistall the fix and start the game - can You still hear the beeping sound? Maybe there are remains of an older version of the fix that cause issues. You wrote about "dx.ini" - I guess You ment d3dx.ini?

yep, i still can hear the beeping sound, but 3d looks like withouth the fix. I did install fixes billion times, i'm sure i do everything right. What could remain after uninstalling the fix ? i can see d3dcompiler_46.dll is not deleted

If You still can hear the sound then the fix is still active. Not only d3dcompiler_46.dll but also other elements. I have removed every file of the fix with the exception of d3dcompiler_46.dll and can't hear the sound when starting the game. Just got an idea: I have checked the zip archive I offered for download. I discovered that by compressing the files for the fix they were placed are in a separated folder called TESO_3dMigoto_DX11_v4. I told You to extract the archive into the installation folder. Did You place the files for the fix (d3dx.ini, d3d11.dll, ShaderFixes, etc.) DIRECTLY into the installation folder or did You place the folder TESO_3dMigoto_DX11_v4? If the files are not in the installation folder e.g. ...Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\ but in an additional folder ...Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\TESO_3dMigoto_DX11_v4\ then it won't work. I'm sorry that I didn't realize that compressing the zip created an additional folder. I have corrected this in the actual download.

;-) i'm not so stupid. I extract/uninstall the fix properly, as i mentioned i can hear the sound. I tried to install the previous version - no luck, which means it is not the fix causing the problem.
;-) i'm not so stupid.
;) Didn't want to offend You. Regarding my many mistakes I did with 3D fixes I just wanted to make sure that this is not the reason... Another idea: are there any .bin-files within Your Shaderfixes folder? If yes, remove them. They are compiled versions of the old fix.

@mistersvin21 It sounds like something is partially blocking 3DMigoto or you're not running the game as an Administrator. First thing you should do is enable Hunting Mode and check if the green 3DMigoto overlay shows up. Also maybe disable any other overlays or injectors you might have in the background. If the game has a Launcher try running the game exe directly as an admin.
Didn't want to offend You
:-) u didn't, i was just kiddin. There are no bin files, txt and hlsl only. I think i need to reinstall/redownload it completely, and then try to install the fix, i want to make sure it is not the game client causing this. But it will take some time.. (70Gb)

I always start the game directly (not with launcher, i use it when the game wants to update)

In d3dx.ini change hunting=0 to hunting=1 But as You can hear the beeping sound it seems to me that 3Dmigoto is active. When You already use the hunting mode we could check if the CRCs are different (and so the fix not working). Use Numpad2 (forward) / Numpad1 (backward) to switch trough different shaders (different parts of the screen should become pink). Check if there appears a green comment text for some of the shaders. Don't hit Numpad4 or Numpad5 as it could cause the game to crash ;)

Did You hit numpad1 several times? and only texts like "PS 2/34" or real comments like "Specular glow Summerset"?
