StarCraft II Patch 1.1
It's all messed up for me... I'm on drivers 258.96
Messed up how? Keep in mind that it has its own convergence settings from the options menu - set the depth as high as you're comfortable with, then modify convergence in a match until the bottom of the terrain rubs right underneath the bottom UI bar.

Just checked this out, the actual in-game combat portions are vastly improved but the overall experience isn't really different than ver1.0 with the 259.32 or later drivers. Here's what I found briefly playing with it:

1) Cut-scenes and interlude menus on the Hyperion etc. are NOT in Stereo 3D. This is very disappointing because while the separation values are messed up in the pre-patch version, you could at least adjust your settings on your own and watch them in perfect S3D. The current implementation is basically the same as what I did before, by hitting Ctrl-T to disable them manually, the game however disables S3D automatically when non in the combat view.

2) Depth and Convergence seem like they are locked via the USB emitter wheel and Ctrl F5/F6, you have to adjust these settings from the game's in-game Menu. The set-up is very quick and painless.

3) The mouse cursor is now rendered in 3D at proper depth values, meaning it also changes dynamically between ground units and air units even at higher depth values. This is certainly a big improvement over the previous version and opens up the possibility of much more depth and separation without breaking 3D effects.

4) Portraits are also now rendered in 3D at the proper depth/separation values, so you no longer have to disable 3D portraits.

5) Some text and subtitles are still in 2D screen depth, so this may be a bit distracting if you are using a lot of depth.
Overall the patch is very good but really not all that much better than what I was using prior to the patch, and far from being a 3D Vision Ready title. If they fix the rendered cut-scenes and menu/interlude areas to also be compatible with Stereo3D it'll be perfect imo.

I am trying this all right now. Using the patch 258.96 that I'm sure all of you are as well. My 3d cursor is NOT in 3d and the game doesnt look all that great. using 1280x720 resolution and am not sure why I dont have these cool effects you have here? Anyway, please assist. FYI..i run metro 2033 and fallout 3 and re5 perfectly with my beast machine and 480 gtx.

I would start with the latest drivers, as the older S3D drivers prior to 259.32 did not have the correct .exe so 3D Vision was completely broken/poor:

Did you make sure 3D Vision is enabled again in the NVCP after you updated the driver?
