Make Sure G-Sync is disabled & that you are using a dual-link dvi cable.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
1. Gsync is disabled
2. I will try the DVI output.

Sounds like Displayport OR win 8.1 is the issue here. Will report back when Ive tested.

With recent drivers, I've run into this problem with the setup wizard as well. When I switch drivers, I often get the wizard to crash with a black screen, frozen. Sometimes the driver stops responding too.
Doing a clean install of 347.52 with DDU clean worked for my latest attempt.
Another way I got around it was to enable 3D using my batch file, instead of the wizard. This resets some parameters, but also forces 3D on with no wizard. After I run this, the setup wizard works OK.

Hi bo3b!
Thank you for your info - this made it work.
1. Booted into safe mode
2. Used DDU clean
3. Booted into normal mode - installed 347.52 with clean install option
4. All working as intended!
Thanks again mate!
