Ghosting isn't fixable, it's mostly hardware it comes from your screen and glasses. See my signature to set the best 3D possible, via my test pattern. .

Many games do not work properly in 3D. You will see effects or shadows appear in the wrong places, or missing in one eye. Helix mod is a tool that fixes these problems. It is installed on a per-game basis, as it must be customised significantly for each game - this takes a lot of skill and many hours of work. 3DMigoto is the new version of this tool, built for newer games that run on DirectX11. Both tools should be installed from the helixmod blog, search this list for the games you want. http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/10/game-list-automatically-updated.html The installation process is simple but usually slightly different for each game, so read the instructions before use.

There are also OpenGL wrappers. One by helifax and another that he helped with the OpenGL portion called SuperDepth 3D If you want to know more about the wrapper from Helix, check out Bo3b's School For Shaderhackers https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/766890/ You could just watch bo3b's youtube videos to gain a more indepth understanding of how these various wrapper work behind the scene. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C-kTDMzQLkI

There is Shader Ghosting, which is game related/fixable, there's Crosstalk(usaully called Ghosting), which is hardware related/can be lessened mainly by lowering the contrast, and I've also come across a bug where the drivers were Ghosting(not sure if it was timing issues or what) and a reinstall of them fixed the issue.

I am playing deadspace 3 currently, which is supported.
Yes extract it: http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/02/dead-space-3-3d-vision-fix.html I've finished this game in Coop, it's amazing. Do yourself a favor. Stop playing Dead Space 3. Go replay Dead Space 1-2 with helixmod patches. You already beat it in 2D sure, but Probably one of the best 3D experiences you will have. Don't dilute your experience by first game patch being dead space 3 [If not bad its pretty mediocre]. There are quite a many good/great patches. Dead Space Series is flawless. You are about to be mind blown. Don't currently have my 3D setup but http://3dsurroundgaming.com/VideoPages/DeadSpace2.html should be able to watch video.

I would not say dead space 3 is the worst from those three. I loved all of them, one has some amazong lightning moments and the second it both scary and visually stunning. The third has Also some visually great scenes but i would Also play them from 1 to three

I also think nr1&2 was a bit more fun. This crazy regenerative stalker thing jumping out of ducts with razor sharp arms running after you just when youre on your last ammo clip caused more anxiety than joy. Its that monster you can't get away from during nightmares. Nr3 was good. Just a liiiiiittle bit too much. '-'
