Hi there, I have a set of universal 3d glasses
they are the rf kind and until recently I could
not get them working. I was really getting frustrated
then it dawned on me to try older drivers as the similar
thing happened with universal controllers for ps3.
Will nvidia always make universal glasses obsolete?
as I love the 3d vision but cant afford to shell out on
the expensive nvidia glasses (especially not for my whole family)
I really really hope that this was just some update in the past and
all is fine now.
But I am really reluctant to shell out on glasses for the family just
in case.

That's my point though, it did support 3d vision, until the latest driver updates.

Which glasses are they? My Xpand x104's work, but I haven't updated to latest driver.
Are yours definitely RF, not IR? I thought all 3d-vision glasses were IR.
I am 90% sure they are rf glasses yeah.
They are quite old now, they came out when
the 295 was nvidias best card.
I am replacing them now though. Just hope that
the ones I get dont become obsolete with the next
drivers.
I have to play on the 263 drivers I think it is
meaning I dont have support for loads of new games
which is a huge shame because I really want to play
deus ex human revolution again
