Any Star Wars games good?
Being as it's early May the fourth, are there any of the Star Wars games in the Steam sale worth getting? I miss seeing the Star Wars world's.

A few but they are not working well in 3D. Star Wars Force Unleashed games are pretty good. Also Knight of the Republic games, they are on the list waiting for a fix for OpenGL wrapper, so I think they will get fixed sooner or later. Jedi Knight games are all time classics, though I don't know how well they work in 3d, however if you have an Android phone you can get Jedi Knight 2 and Jedi Academy to work on the go, just search in Google Play.

Try Star Wars: The Old Republic MMO. Cartoon graphics, but hundreds of hours of content and it looks neat in 3D

I'd have to say I agree with SWKOTOR 1 & 2. I have put off playing with the hopes of playing these in 3D. They are OpenGL games. I've tried several wrappers such as GLDirect, Titanium etc but no to no success. Such a shame since these would be probably be great in 3D.

I haven't got 100 hours to put into a game so not a lot of choice out there. I'm sure there'll be 1 to tie in with the film in a couple years. Probably will need a 3D fix though :) Thanks for your replies.

Wow. First time I've ever seen the Nvidia ratings be truly atrocious. Picked up Battlefront 2 because I was in the mood for some 3D Star Wars and it's mindblowingly bad. Rating - EXCELLENT - "Stereo looks great." I think whoever rated it was delirious with fever that day at work. It's truly unplayable (at least the opening level). I don't mean bad either. I mean, awful. Like WTF am I looking at bad. EDIT: Seriously, I should have known there was a reason I didn't already own it. Should have known better and did a quick google search to remember why.

There's plenty of discussion online about how it looks good. You might be able to try with an older driver?

I guess I'll try it if I ever roll back to something old. The main thing was the sky (which was extremely prominent in this training(?) level). I mean it was just rendered at all kinds of wrong depth. Really didn't spend much time, because it was so bad, I felt like it was making me cross eyed. And convergence really only helped the bottom half of the screen and did nothing for the sky issues.
