3D Vision Video Player plays movies in 3D out of speed / sync
Hi, I recently just purchased the 3D Vision kit. Works awesome on my Games, ex. Devil May Cry 4, NFS Hot Pursuit etc... But ; ; when i try watch a DvD movie using the Nvidia 3D Vision Video Player, It plays it in 3D but at super speed ex: like fast forward X4 speed. My System. (Cpu= i7 930, Mobo= Asus P6 Deluxe, memory= 12 Gb of DDR3 triple Channel 1333 mhz, HDD= Raptor 300 Gb, 2nd. HDD= WDCav. 1.5 TB, Speakers= Boss 5 Companion, Monitor= Acer 3D Vision Ready @ 120hz, VideoCards=EVGA X2 Sli GeForce GTX 470, Keyboard= G15 Logitech, GamePad = G-13 Logitech, Internet= FIOS 25/25 Mb) As you can see i dont have the worst PC out there, but 1 of the main reasons got the 3D kit was to watch DvD movies in 3D... Tried Power DvD 10 the 3D effect is on but the 3D Ir emitter wont turn on. Same with Corel WinDvD 9. Please Help me out here... Thank you in Advance.

I think you have to have PowerDVD 10 Ultra 3D. Not all the powerDVD versions support 3D, just the top one.

?? I thought the only 3D movies were on BluRay. PowerDVD does have an option to use software to make a 3D move out of a 2D movie (more or less), is that what you are talking about?

Ok guys I figured it out. Thanks for the replys. Power DvD 10 3D is the one i have. It works all i had to do was go into Nvidia Control Panel and add powerdvd10.exe and on the Vertical sync option change it from (use the 3D application settings to Force On). and bam works flawless. Thanks for your replys... :0)

I just did this and the 3d works but its still showing the video side by side, surprisingly in 3d. Anyone know the fix to this? Thanks.
