Samsung 2233RZ Dancing green pixels
Hi,

My Samsung 2233RZ is about 5 months old. No problems until this week when I noticed what I can only describe as dancing green pixels on the screen when in 3D mode (120Hz). They are scattered on the screen and are pretty visible when playing games. Sometimes, I even get green horizontal lines across the screen. This looks like a problem with the monitor. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this and also some advice to troubleshoot.

Thanks

Hi,

This problem is due to your DVI cable or if any second monitor connected to your system. If you changed your DVI cable with a longer one or connected a second monitor to your system, sometimes this setup can cause some problems as you described above. But don't worry this is not a monitor problem and it's not consistent.

Thanks, you were right! The DVI cable was a bit loose.
