Notebook not showing "Stereoscopic 3D" option in the NVIDIA Control Panel with R275.33
7 / 11
1) Asus G74SX-V3G
2) Windows 7 64bit
3) GeForce GTX 560M
4) It has never shown up. Upgraded to driver ver. 285.62
5) Trying to setup 3d Vision
6) Always clean install
I have been looking around for answers for this dilemma and have not really found anything that would be called a working solution. Most of it just seems to be work-arounds. Anyone have any links or anyone with THIS model laptop ever get the 3d vision glasses to work?

I tried everything. Restored the system to the factory settings, clean installed all versions of driver avaialable on this web, updated BIOS but still no stereoscopic 3D.

I notice a lot of people have this problem on Toshiba laptops. I also have a Toshiba laptop with this problem. Is the problem that the drivers provided by Toshiba are outdated? When is NVIDIA going to send the latest drivers to Toshiba for us to install on our Toshiba laptops? I bought this laptop and it exceeded my expectations for games, so when I bought my new 3DTV and saw that both the TV and the graphics card were supported, I (foolishly) bought 3DTV Play without even doing the trial only to find out it doesn't work. Should point out that IZ3D works great without hassle, and it's a wonder that such a small company has better device support than NVIDIA.
Here are my specs:
1) Toshiba Satellite P755-S5269
2) Windows 7 SP1 64-bit
3) GeForce GT 540M
4) None, tried all these driver versions but couldn't get any to work: 285.38, 285.62, 285.79 beta, 290.36 beta (but like I said, I think problem might be that official Toshiba driver is not the latest, the one that I can download from the Toshiba website is 267.44 released March of this year)
5) Using 3DTV Play
6) Tried with both methods installing the different driver versions I mentioned with no luck
