2. It is logical to think that the same signal which is sent to Ex. USB1 is possible to sent to USB2 (so it can be done by software level) by just enabling the IR sync signal in USB2 port which is copy of the USB1.
Can anyone suggest a solution?

The IR transmitters are pretty weak. I use a beamer and there are always people in specific places in the room that have a flaky connection.
This should be implemented soon. Suggesting Nvidia PRO is an nice option but considering the bad drivers support on 3d vision surround etc i would rather hold off on new tech that has been made by nvidia. It probably has lots of bugs. I'll wait for rev2. In the mean time implementing multiple transmitter support should be a good one. Especially since there are quite allot of users asking about it.
