Thanks Dugom for the info. Mind elaborating on the 50fps being sufficient enough? That would only be 25fps per eye then correct? Does that equate to an experience similar to 25fps in 2d or does it still appear like 50fps. I ask because in a FPS I have a hard time playing below 60fps so I am wondering how this translates to real 3D as I have only played in SBS so far.
Well, 25 is the minimum playable, but for your taste 120fps in 2D then if you want 60fps experience in 3D...
Also, how has your experience been with SLI? Do you notice any micro stuttering or other issues? It seems like a very divisive topic - some love it and some hate it i guess. I am working on getting another 1070 since I got the first one for dirt cheap from a friend who got a 2080.
I'm able to play 25fps, so micro stuttering does not disturb me, I really don't see it, if it exist I won't make attention to it. Anyway, their is not so much game working in SLI this days.
I like playing at 120fps, belive me I see the difference even in the desktop, but 25 is ok too.
Like aliasing, in 3D I really don't mind it, it's a bit more anoying in 2D but generaly I don't use AA filter because I hate blurry image, I like it sharp.
BTY: If you buy 140, 165Hz monitor or more, in gaming 3DVision it will be limited to 120Hz anyway.

So I realized that my Samsung Note 8 now supports Super Slow-Mo video so I thought I would try it on the TV. Here is a link to all the videos I took while trying to get 3D working.: https://drive.google.com/open?id=15Km5xOdsgp8fe3VcT8nFwL1KjNebZgTK
I found the videos to be very interesting. From what I can tell, The panel is not able to shift the colors fast enough which is causing severe ghosting.
I did manage to figure out how to enable the Black Frame Insertion but when I recorded it, I was not able to tell a difference. There are two videos of it enabled and they are titled as such. The rest were taken prior to enabling it.
Some other things I learned. 3D vision was not enabling while running the setup utility. The IR would show as bright green but the glasses would not be on/flickering. When using the photo viewer in full screen, the glasses would do the same.
