Might be thinking of [url=http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/06/tera.html]Tera[/url], I tried a few different odd profiles but couldn't seem to get any difference between the 2D layers on the ones I tried. I couldn't get the latest version of the helixMod debug to do anything either, no red text, nothing. If you could get HelixMod to work with it and you could isolate the layers via Shaders you could most likely could add depth to the layers.

I am pretty certain there used to be a fix for tera but as with MMO's the developer broke it at some point.
