Have you tried the NVIDIA Test Stereoscopic 3D option from the control panel which shows an NVIDIA logo moving in and out? Does that work for you?[/quote]
It works fine, but it has ghosting, especially where the dark letters are over a light background. The glasses' lenses are not going completely opaque.

Most LCDs need startup time so thats why we recommend some warm up time.

Are you using a Samsung DLP or Mitsubishi DLP? We havent fully validated Samsung DLPs yet which is why they are not listed as supported yet.

I'm getting the exact same problem in WoW. If I look through 1 eye at a time, I clearly see the outline of the image intended for the other eye. The strange thing is that I just upgraded from a GTX 280 to a GTX 295 yesterday. For the evening that I was using the GTX 280, I don't recall having this problem.
My setup:
Samsung 120hz monitor
280 GTX or a 295 GTX
I think I'm going to switch back and see if the problem happens with the GTX 280..

The depth effect the glasses add to that game makes it look much more realistic, but it does seem to suffer from ghosting. So it seems it was my fault, I didn't rename the hdmi3 input on the tv to 'PC' like i was supposed to. I didn't really think renaming the input would matter, but it apparently does. I renamed the input and now the ghosting seems to be gone. I see the setup images like I'm supposed to now. I tried mount & blade again and the ghosting is gone from the map. Looks great now. I think the glasses were worth it for L4D alone.

In general, DLP users should always follow the recommendaitons we have for input label and settings because those are the modes that trigger the television into operating in 3D mode.

We normally try to use our Test Stereoscopic 3D image as the way to check its functioning properly. But I am familiar with the link you are referring. I am going to look into this, thanks for the terrific idea.

Is there a way to eliminate or reduce the ghosting? Is this something that could be fixed in an update? I wear the 3d glasses over my prescription glasses, could that attribute to it?

So it seems it was my fault, I didn't rename the hdmi3 input on the tv to 'PC' like i was supposed to. I didn't really think renaming the input would matter, but it apparently does. I renamed the input and now the ghosting seems to be gone. I see the setup images like I'm supposed to now. I tried mount & blade again and the ghosting is gone from the map. Looks great now. I think the glasses were worth it for L4D alone.

In general, DLP users should always follow the recommendaitons we have for input label and settings because those are the modes that trigger the television into operating in 3D mode.
