i've installed the latest OEM driver ( 275.33 ) on my dell computer for my graphic card
after, i uninstalled it and installed the latest nvidia driver available ( 280.26 ) but the same problem appears: no stereoscopic in nvidia CP!!!

I remember reading in one of the threads somewhere that 3DVision Discover is not available on laptops.
But I could be mistaken.

many laptop users are using the 3D vision discover
and i know someone who made a trick to make his GPU work in 3D (on a geforce gt 9500 graphic card)

Try the IZ3D driver. It is free for anaglyph use and I think the coloring looks better than Nvidia.

Also, if anyone needs anaglyph glasses (red/cyan). I am sending them out for free. Just shoot me a PM.

thank you cybereality it works for me
but i think nvidia's anaglyph red/cyan is better looking than the IZ3D's one
i hope nvidia will fix it's 3D vision discover issue or it will lose it's users
