Too bad it doesn't quite work. The setup wizard, test screen and 3d screenshot slideshow all work. When I enable stereo I get a red message at the bottom of the screen (while in games) saying 1920x1080@60 not hdmi 1.4 3d compatible. I tried a ton of resolutions in game and from the nvidia control pannel with no luck.

I recommend everyone try the 14 day trial before they blow $40 on this pile. Clearly they weren't even ready for release as there isn't any documentation on how to get it working. Pretty peeved with NVidia. my2c

I won't be able to test till I get home from work. Also have a couple of errands to run as well. I'll post back with my results later tonight or tomorrow morning.

Works fine - documentation is on the 3D TV Play site - also it states in the FAQ too that 1280x720 is the resolution you need.

I'm sorry, but I don't have a link. When I downloaded the drivers after purchase, there was check box for inputing a serial number or taking a 14 day trial. The file they sent had my serial number hard-coded into it as I didn't have to type it in. So I assume there'll be a publicly downloadable trial. It could just be a fall-back option in the event that your serial number doesn't immediately work for some reason (no internet connection available for purchase verification). I'm just speculating.

I'm from Denmark and have been looking forward to this software for quite some time.
Does anybody know if it is available for digital download here, or do I have to wait for a standalone box to buy? I can only select US as country when I tried to buy it earlier.

Its cool. I downloaded it an I was given the same option but I am pretty sure I have been charged already even though i selected the 14 day trial option.

After extensive testing I have just purchased TriDef 3D Software. It is more expensive then the 3DTV Play (which was free for me anyway since I had the 3D Vision Kit) But Tridef will run at full 1920x1080P on 3D Tv's. Plus it has way more adjustability and flexability to control the 3d Settings. It also IMO looks alot better for alot of games and some games works where NVidia will not. The photo viewer and movie viewer will also automatically convert any pic or movie file to 3d. Only downside is it will not work with 3d blu ray drives i think. Check it out if you like, its pretty impressive software.

Just keep in mind Tridef doesnt work with many brands. Give there trial a shot before committing people.

People need to put a little effort into things...... You can get 1080p for gaming but just at 24hz. Which is unplayable for videogames or damn close.
