In Unreal Tournament 2004 I can't get laser sight to work :S Any help would be very appreciated!

The laser-sight should be set in the nvidia panel to "enabled for all supported games". You can go in and edit the UT profile to enable by default I'm pretty sure.
But I find its actually easier without it. In UT2K4 I usually turn all the cross-hairs and HUD elements off. The stereo 3d effect looks better without any 2d elements on the screen (and UT is one of the few games that allows this, so enjoy it). After a bit of practice you will not even need to rely on the cross-hairs, although you will want them when playing online.

Sorry for my late response, didn't notice you answered already.

In BF2 it works, and I really like the Nvidia laser-sight.
But in UT2004, I don't know what I do wrong, but it just doesn't appear. Laser sight is set "On for Configured Games", and pressing Ctrl-F12 doesn't work, that's all I've done to get it work cause I don't know any other settings I could change.

The Nvidia laser sight shouldn't need to be used. The UT2004 laser sight works correctly in game. It puts the in game sight at the depth of objects being aimed at. For me anyway.

This in game laser sight your talking about, it's only for a few weapons, isn't it?
However, tonight I'll install UT3, maybe that has correct laser sight for me.

All weapons in UT2004 have a working stereo laser sight. I haven't had any issues with any weapon.

Did you patched your version or so? I just got the version from the early cd's, and in mine there are just a few weapons with laser sight.

I've noticed that the laser sight works in some versions of the nvidia drivers and not in others. You may have to downgrade to an earlier driver. You two should tell each other which version of drivers you're using.
If you're up for a little challenge, explore the windows registry and find a game under the nvidia stereo-3d game settings that has a working laser sight like good old Descent 3 and look at the settings it has under it and figure out what settings refer to the laser sight there. Then copy that info down and create the same registry entries in the game you want to see the laser sight in and hopefully it will work. Remember these are both in the nvidia stereo-3d game settings section, not in the section where the actual game registry entries are.
If that doesn't work, I can't help you. Sorry, that's the best advice I've got.
