If I look at that screenshot I see something a bit off...nothing major though....
Funny thing is I play the game in Surround and I don't see this problem..lol.... I am wondering if is not one of those single screen, SLI, profile thingy... hmmm
Download the Screenshot and have a look in 3D-Viewer. This is realy noticeable. SLI/GTX770/BF4 Profile.

Would be super if you are able to fix this .-) !!!
I can clearly see it in your screenshot..but once I load the game and go to that location...the issue is not there.... Which is weird....
Just out of curiosity, like SKAUT said did you try to load that zone with the shaders cache off ? and see if is still present?

I will try this next time. Something is realy strange for me. There are periods of time i will not be able to get the game working, even with ALT+TAB crashes and broken 3D and on the other hand there will be moments i can play without any error for hours. There will be moments i did not need ALT+TAB and the game is working very well on every travel but actually i am not able to play because the game will permanently crash....there is no constance no reason to point.....it is rather strange and stupid !!

I sisabled Shader-Cache for test the area with the fog/light faults and the game will work normal for me now (but not with the lightening/fog problem!!) But yesterday i had the same problems, after a break and restart the PC and the game i had realy hard problems with crashes and loading 3D. Even with SC=OFF. Now it is working but it can also be such a random effect like with SC=ON because it will work, but not any time. VERY STRANGE. So i will leave SC=OFF for today and will switch it tomorrow again and see what happens. Now i can play without ALT+TAb, all will be fine (except the realy "huge": loading times") but again: i had this also with SC=ON on some days....
OK i have tested the area from this screenshot: http://web396.inetseite.de/DragonAgeInquisition10_50.jps with SC=OFF and there are the same faults :-( So its not related to SC !

Really weird... can you hunt the shader down let me know which one is the one that you see doing this issue? I checked again and I can't for the love of God see any problems there :-s So don't really know what to hunt for...

Ill do this, but i have to do this with MIGOTO right? because my mixed version from Flungang and MIGOTO did not have hunting options.
BTW: I have noticed a realy amazing performance boost without SC in frame rates in fight!!!

Yes, 3DMigoto.
Best way is to:
- Backup the ShaderFixes Folder (Rename it to something else)
- Enable in ini file hunting=1
- Set you desired keys for hunting.
- Search for the Vertex Shader and Pixel shader that disable that effect. (One at a time not both in the same time!!!)
- Once found save them! (New files will be created in ShaderFixes folder)
- Just give me the names of the txt files. I will try to add the stereo correction to them and see if that fixes the problem!
If you need help let me know;))
PS: I recommend the latest version of 3DMigoto.
PPS: I know the stereo will be messed (since no fixed shaders will be loaded) but try to focus on that issue? Also you can hunt the shaders in 2D as well;)) If you know what you are looking for!

I am not able to hunt the shader down because i will permanently crash on enabeling 3D or dont get 3D only flickering on 2 eyes with the V11 DAI MIGOTO. I Need MIGOTO maried with Flungan Wrapper to get it working but there is no hunting option :-((

I know I have versions that support hunting in around 1.1. Only with XInput at the time. Should be able to put something more recent together and working with the new input layer.
I'll have to look into it because I put it on high priority following 1.0 which almost have hunting.
Edit: I will probably have to change a few things to get things working well together.

Thanks to everybody using my assembler it warms my heart.
To have a critical piece of code that everyone can enjoy!
What more can you ask for?
Small helpful suggestion for those who experience random crash during traveling or movig to other area.
Switch off " Origin In-Game " in Origin settings. I don`t think you need it anyway. Probably it`s necessary if you play Multiplayer.
I`ve beeen playing through whole weekend without any crashing.

Did someone checked new DLC (released today) ?
Jaws of Hakkon.
I didn`t finish main story yet so i`ll hold back with purchase - just curious if its ok in 3D. Usually DLCs don`t change much in case of fixed shaders but there might be new ones in those new areas.

DLC:
No problems found at least in the starting area of the map... Which means 90% should look OK. If you do find one shader that is wrong do let me know and share the savegame as well;))

There is new hotfix (Drivers 350.05) which resolves problem with TDR crash. Didn`t check it myself yet but since that was my most annoying experience I am super glad that it is finnaly here - after i finished main story.
