Hi i own a 3d qosmio ive loved this laptop up to this point diver support from toshiba doesn't exsist at all and with new games like battlefield and swtor coming out i had to update my drivers only to unleash the nightmare of poor framrates while playing these new tittles every things going good then bam i drop to 5FPS ive looked for solutions with no luck and cant get a reply from anyone at toshiba this is my last hope to get answers before i tell toshiba to give me my money back

Having worked at harvey norman in the tech bay I can tell you without a doubt the Qosmio was possibly the worst laptop I have ever had the misfortune of working with. They got super hot on the workbench even brand new, and around 60% of the units I worked on had failed cooling systems out of the box (spat out various errors about fans etc...)
I'd take it back if I were you - but thats just my 2c.

its not overheating all temps are far below max the old drivers worked great with no issues but battle field needs the newest ones so after updating that's when the problem occurred
