Annoying Pain
Hey guys im new here, and I have just recieved my 3D Vision Bundle package (Samsung 120hz 2233 + 3D Vision Glasses) Now I seem to be able to only wear the glasses for about 1-2 mins before My eyes and top of my nose (wear the glasses sit on) start tingling and playing up. I normaly always wear shades so I cant see it being the bridge of the glasses It might be the way the lesnes work...I was wondering if anyone had this issue and had any solutions?

Did you try the alternate nose-bridge pieces that come with the kit? Probably the standard bridge is just too narrow or too shallow for your nose, but they include 2 or 3 others so one of them should fit you.

Hm that's not abnormal.. I have a question to the original poster.. Do you read frequently ? Do you read at all ?
(in your spare time for enjoyment or learning purposes)
It's more likely just the muscle in your eye, and your brain creating new pathways for you to see in 3d..
Practice up, it'll get stronger and soon you'll find yourself able to see things
easier, without much eye strain.

If it hurts, or you experience any form of discomfort though you should definitely not use
the glasses, and or perhaps even seek medical advice.

1-2 minutes? wow. Is that the same feeling you get when you cross your eyes? Can you play in 2d alright? If so I think you might have your convergence and separation too high. Try playing with a real low separation for a while and see if that's OK. Later, when you can handle more sep, adjust the convergence so that nothing comes out of the screen and everything goes into it instead. Then you can try more sep. If that's OK then you can try some pop-out with the convergence again.

Wait, I have another idea. play with 3d on and decrease sep to zero so it looks 2d. If that hurts, then I guess it's the shuttering or just the glasses that your eyes don't like.

Here's hoping you feel better.

Oh, how do you feel when you try one of those "Magic Eye" posters or anaglyph 3d or a 3d movie in a theater? Well, I'm not a doctor but these are the questions I would ask myself if I were in your shoes.

good luck and be careful

Do you have epilepsy or anything similar?

When I first started using 3D vision I also had pain at the bridge of my nose and if I played more then 5min I felt like i was high afterwards. I was watching 2D stuff on my projector and it looked like it was 3D LOL. My brain or eyes have gotten used to it and I don't get any side efffects anymore after 1 week of use.

LMAO!!! SAME HERE!!!

It happened to me also after 3-4 days of playing in 3d - about 2-3 hours at a time - I too began to see 3d in real life at some things and while watching movies... lol. I thought it was bad and that I should stop playing.. well a few days later I noticed that I'm more comfortable with deeper separation and don't see 3d in real life anymore... lol
