I have tried it but with unsatisfactory results. As near as I can tell for 77.77 SLI with stereo drivers = stereo w no SLI.
I have tried tweaking the profiles , turning on multi gpu in marko5, BF2, WOW and all I get is the same result as I get with SLI turned off. Frame rates are equla to that with SLI turned off and I cannot activate the load balancing view option, therefore I assume SLI is off.
Anyone else having better results? I would love to hear from them !

Sorry, no good news from me: I just updated my rig with a second 7800GTX and re-installed 77.77 with stereo drivers.
Stereo is terrible in LOMAC (basically 1 FPS). have yet to try other games...
The NVIDIA test screen works fine up to 1280x1024 res - if you try 1600x1200 the whole machine freezes up and hangs. Would be good to know if others have the same issue of if there's something wrong with my system...
It's still early in my messing around to try to get everything working, but MAN, what a dissapointment.

OK, I learnt something that might be useful: careful with Anti-Aliasing Settings - they can seriously screw up frame rates and stability in stereo.
I reinstalled the display drivers from scratch again, careful not to have any apps running in the background. I then installed stereo drivers WITHOUT enabling SLI (I basically left all settings at default - don't know whether this is important, but I did not do that the first time around ...).
After reboot, I configured stereo and tested without any problems (the 1600x1200 problem has now disappeared). I then enabled SLI and after the reboot tested everything again: Running smoothly - frame rates on the games I tested (LOMAC and FS9) look good even with stereo enabled - I don't see such a large performance drop).
So, moral of the story: Careful with AA and AF with these stereo drivers!

Probably, CPU limitation, these games show both huge CPU limitations (the graphics could do it faster than the CPU, so...no increase in fps with SLI:

Yeah, I think you might be right about the CPU limitation - I'm running a Winchester Core 3500+ AMD64 (still one of the "old" ones...) - so it's slower than the Guru3D test rig... and even with that monster they're only seeing about 10 FPS difference - looks like my rig would have been in the same performance band with two (cheaper) 7800GT's running in SLI...
I must say though that I am quite dissapointed in my SLI setup. The stereo works, but it seems that the drivers still cannot handle it in a stable way - I HAVE to switch AA and AF off and then I still get random lock-ups in both FS9 and LOMAC. So, for me SLI is unusable at the moment anyway, since I'm a true hardcore "3D Stereo junkie" - I hope Nvidia get's it right soon!
Unfortnunately I don't have the games you mentioned, otherwise I would have been more than happy to run the tests for you ;)

anyone with a SLI rig, could test if stereo is working and at which fps ?
I think it is the hour to do that. It isn't?

I have tried tweaking the profiles , turning on multi gpu in marko5, BF2, WOW and all I get is the same result as I get with SLI turned off. Frame rates are equla to that with SLI turned off and I cannot activate the load balancing view option, therefore I assume SLI is off.
Anyone else having better results? I would love to hear from them !

Anyone else tried it?

Weird part is: no performance improvement for HL2 and FarCry due to SLI! (regardless of the stereo setting) :'( .
Just to make sure SLI was actuallyrunning on the rig, I ran two 3dMark05 tests (stereo off) with and without SLI. Result: clear difference with SLI.
My results are 100% repeatable with a small margin of error.
I'm a little new to this SLI thing, so I might be missing something. :(
Anyone else with some comments or advice? Would be good if someone else could repeat thes tests to confirm my results.

Edit: Do you have IL2:Forgotten Battles or Pacific Fighters? Could you test it as the others games? Is reaaly difficult to me to find someone who can test these games in SLI on/off and with stereo!! I'd thank you very much if you could do this!
ASUS Maximus XI Hero (Wi-Fi) // Intel 9700K CPU // 32Gb Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 RAM // Asus GTX1060 6Gb Strix GPU // NVIDIA Quadro K620 GPU // Asus My Cinema ES2-750 Capture Card // Orico 7 USB 3.0 PCIe Expansion card // Corsair AX860i PSU // Phanteks Evolv X case // Logitech G903 mouse // Logitech PowerPlay charging mouse pad // Logitech Illuminated keyboard // Wacom Intuos 4 tablet // Creative GigaWorks T20 II speakers // Razer Tiamat 7.1 Headphones // Dell U2413 LCD // 3D Ready Samsung 2233RZ LCD // Nvidia 3D Vision glasses 1 & 2 // 3D compatible Sharp XR-10X DLP Projector // Da-Lite 100" HighPower Gain 2.8 Projection screen // XRite i1Display Pro // MadCatz Cyborg Gaming Lights // NZXT HUE 2 // Corsair Commander Pro // Corsair Lighting Node Pro // IcyBox External HDD // Naturalpoint TrackIR 5 Pro // Microsoft Sidewinder ForceFeedback 2 Red // Thrustmaster Hotas Cougar // Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals // Windows 10 x64
