Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden on Steam
  1 / 2
To be honest this wasn't really on my radar, but it's been getting fairly positive reviews, and i haven't played a good TBS game in a while, so it's piqued my interest. It runs on UE4 so the universal fix may work on it. Has anyone given it a shot yet? I'm normally not a TBS guy, but this looks really fun, and the graphics looks great, might try it out after finishing xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, I never reach the end of my backlog :)

Xcom was amazing both 1 and 2. I haven't tried their lastest expansion, but this seems to be in the same alley. Hopefully it will have mod support.

Working on this for about 24hrs I was able to get it right here. The Universal Fix is doing its job very nice! I have implemented the a reflection fix found in another game and using the new developed reflection fix from masterotaku and wrote a RegEx for both of it to catch all the effects. The Major problem here was the motion sickness....I have learned from BardsTale4 that his may be caused by AA .... But every AA setting was not doing this right....I have discovered that the lowest AA setting is NOT the lowest we can achieve. I have tracked this down and changed the basic game settings via a game ini file to make this going away. I have also fixed the HUD and implemented some auto depth routine here... Please await this fix today. Just preparing this one... //http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2018/12/mutant-year-zero-3dv-ready-fix-v-100.html

I care Losti. I look forward to playing it! You said "the game was unplayable". After your hard work with your awesome fix, do you rate the game as very playable now? :)

Is there any chance to get the 3D working at 1920x1080 at 24hz? I've tried changing the framerate to 24 but no avail. any help would be excellent, thanks.

First i have to say thanks so many to Losti and especially DHR, the universal regex comes so handy... THANKS for this and other great fix(es)... @wanobee1 you have to set your Desktop Resolution to 1920@24... Works like a charm here with 3D TV Play in the mentioned Resolution(Downsampling to 2550....), and its great because 24 FPS are enough for this kind of Game imho....

@wanohbee1 and Taaakeslotet Depending on the display that you are using, there are several workarounds to get a better refresh rate, such as 30, 60, 120 So list your model #

I just got this game through the Humble Bundle monthly. I had been wanting it for a while. @Losti Unfortunately the game is not activating 3D Vision with or without the fix. I used the 3D Vision manager app to automatically install to no avail. I also tried a manual install. Is the fix still working for other people as of today?

The fix is working great (thanks for all the great work!) with my manual installation of Losti's V1.2. Also using 4K resolution (3840x2160), Driver v 419.35, and joker18's EDID. I find the game grows on you as you continue to play (I am only about half-way through)...
