Looking, I couldn't find any software for Reverse Landscape Orientation for Windows.
There's apps for android.
Your best bet might be to try contacting the developer of Display Fusion, he very pro-active in implementing new features in his software and might be persuaded to add the feature. Make sure you ask him to make it so that you can bind it to a hot-key.
Also, projector software is mostly open source. If you are a programmer, maybe you can can come up with something from it.
