Will monitors at 100hz work in 3d vision?
Someone told me on a reddit forum that it is possible to have 3d work on non 3d monitors that run over 100hz refresh with some hacks. Is this true?

Well, the 3D setup will let you do 50Hz/eye. It might be possible with the right EDID override, but I don't know much about that.

And for what i understand 3D vision is using frame packed. As long as the device accepts 100hz and 120 and uses framepack its usable with 3d vision with edid hack. I would bet on that. There is propably nothing magic about 3d vision. Just a Bag load of money to get "certified"

The only way you can get it to support 100Hz is convince the software that it's a CRT. If you can get the EDID override to make NVidia control panel think it's a CRT, then you can run at 100Hz. You need to be able to see Stereoscopic 3D display type: popup to show generic CRT. If it's 3D TV Play, it will not work.
