I've won the Samsung Syncmaster 2233 plus the Nvidia 3D Vision glasses. Really happy offcourse :D But i have a couple of questions:
My laptop only has a VGA connector, and it's doesn't have a Nvidia graphic card.
And the monitor only has a DVI connector, so if i buy a DVItoVGA converter, will this work?
In the manual of the glasses it says that i have to remove my current graphics drivers! Do they mean the drivers of a Nvidia graphics card or any card?
I'm not a n00b with computers but with hardware i'm always a bit carefull. I dont want to delete something and then find out everything doesn't work anymore!
Can anybody help me to install this all correctly? :)

/thumbsdown.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> No, won't work. No 3D and no analogue signal:
1.) The 3D Vision driver is part of the grafics card driver -> no Geforce 8800 and higher -> no stereo3D and d this won't change in the future also: the USB emitter needs a recent Geforce card to co-opewrate with.
2.) DVI to VGA wont' work either. This is a straight DVI-D (digital signals only) input at the Samsung and even more: it is DUAL LINK. So in order to use the native resolution at 120HZ you really will need a grafics card with dual link DVI.
Sorry 'bout that, mate..... wanna get rid of it for low money? ;-)

Since both an nvidia card as well as vista is needed for 3d-vision they should included a decent newer nvidiacard and vista as well. /whistling.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':whistling:' />
Sorry about the bad news but i really think you should give 3d-gaming a try. It's probably the most immersive thing that happened lately!
