If you are using 3D Vision, it will disable after you check the enable-3D option in the control panel and confirm de-activation. If you are not using 3D Vision, do yourself a favor and buy a kit, if your monitor is compatible. What model is it? Be sure to checkout the stereoscopic compatibility patches at http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/10/game-list-automatically-updated.html As for your problem, two things I can think of to try.... 1. Unplug the monitor from it's power sourse for a minute, this will reset the module if it is hanging up. 2. Re-install the drivers using DDU

Looks like you updated Windows 10 and the graphics driver is now screwed up? xD. I think I had exactly the same issue some time ago. Try D-Man11's suggestion with DDU (display driver uninstaller). This will most likely help!
