I finally got myself a 1080 TI :)
The Aurus is really a fast and very silent card, I'm NOT able to hear the difference between idle and full load in OC mode !!
Running Heaven 4.0 in 1440P 3D, Ultra settings + AAx2, revealed: Clock 2062 MHZ - temp 55 - average fps 68, without a sound, quite impressive !
BUTT.... I can't get DSR to render in stereo without the feared red warning, I've tried a few games and it's all the same issue.. I'm on Win7 with newest driver !
What am I doing wrong ??

CPU: 4790K 4.8 GHZ
GPU: Aurus 1080 TI 2.08 GHZ - 100% Watercooled !
Monitor: Asus PG278QR
And lots of ram and HD's ;)
Sorry, cannot comment about red warning.
After using 4 different GPU cards with hybrid (water) cooling, I noticed that GPU stability limited overclocking with every card, not any overheating. Every one of cards was silent while keeping temperatures generally below 60 C. For example, with my current Pascal Titan X, I can only overclock GPU by 200 MHz with 3D Vision (only 100 MHz with Rift) for reliable gaming without random crashes.

Is the monitor clearly working at 120Hz? Check that first. If it is, there is a way to forcibly remove the warning, but you'll have to wear the glasses upside down :p. And it it's not using Lightboost, RIP your eyes by crosstalk.

Can you post results like this? I'd like to compare as I plan to move from 660Ti 1080p to 1080Ti 1440p like you.

Too bad CPU speed does not show the OC speed used when benchmarking.
i moved from 660ti 2-WAY SLI into 980ti and it was about the same pretty much.
then from 980ti to titanX(pascal) and well the cpu botleneck made the transision about pointles but
when i get my self an 8700k asap the game changes a little.

I'm running DSR + 3DVision with no problem on my 1080 Ti (in fact, I'm currently battling with the idea of getting a 2nd card since I've spoiled myself with the perfect clarity of 4x DSR, but want more than 30-40 FPS).
I assume you're on a native 1440P monitor? If so, then perhaps you're not scaling to a standard 16:9 resolution. I'm on a 1080P monitor, so it's easy for me to use scaling factors to get other standard resolutions (1.78x to get 1440P and 4x to get 4K). If I try some other scaling options, I don't necessarily get the red text, but I do get some other issues. Not sure what scaling you'd need to use to go from 1440P to 4K, but that's the best suggestion I got... although to be honest, I really only find DSR at 4x scaling to be worthwhile and I doubt you're going to get 4x 1440P running smoothly on any single card.
Anyway, good luck!

LOL - I forgot to mention that allthough it looks like a stereo image, it's completely broken, so that is clearly not an option :)

My monitor is a Asus PG278QR so it's a native 1440P, and DSR + 3D worked flawless before on my 980 TI..
4x DSR is 5120x2880 and even a 980 TI useable as long the game is older, eg. have played TR Legend in that res. recently, also I don't use AA with high DSR resolutions !
There must be some logic explanation to my problem (I hope)...
Thanks, I might need it :)

HMMM.. Why didn't I try it from the start !
I did another DDU and installed previous driver 385.49 and now DSR+3D works again :)
Perhaps 385.69 has an issue with DSR, or it might just be a glitch in my previous install, sometimes shit just happens !
Anyway thanks for support and suggestions guys :)
Edit: This card is a gamekiller, not many cards can be OC'et to allmost 2100 mhz, without a hitch !!
HIGLY recommended !!
