@HaNaNg Also i think you are using Compatibility mode (aka Fake3D). Press CTRL+ALT+F11 to disable fake3D (you have to enable advanced shortcuts in the Nvidia CP.

Yeah, gotta say, it still blows my mind that some of you guys think the OS is more important than the 3D.

Every single ShaderHacker uses Win7 to create the fixes, and you want to spend your time solving OS problems instead of playing the games- or making your own fixes. I don't get it.

Everyone is of course free to spend their time how they wish, and maybe fixing OS problems or glitches is what you find most interesting. I'd much rather see you spend that effort making new fixes of course. :->

I found some location with broken Glass/Windows effect. It is at Airport. I don`t know if this place is a secret location or will be part of the story/side mission but it is a massive area with a few building and they all have glass windows. You can go inside one of them but I didn`t so I don`t know if the broken effect is seen from inside. Anyway - this is location if you want to take a look at it.

I think I`m using one effect which brake the shadows when I`m going inside - like inside the tunnels or buildings. That`s why I was getting this broken lights effect. I am getting everything back to normal when I go further outside. Example:
