3d Vision making on drivers 358.50 making games too bright. When in a game with it enabled the games brightness gets raised but toggle 3d off and the game returns to normal.

That is funny most people complain it is too dark.. Do you have Brightboost technology?? Which monitor is it?

Well I have newer drivers and do not see a brightness increase.. can you post a video..

I'm seeing it on Mad Max as well. If I turn off the 3D effect the game goes back to a much darker look. With 3D turned on, I have the gamma all the way down in game.

If you think is a driver bug then submit a bug report (using the official channels) to nvidia. As you are the only one EVER to report this and no other is affected by it I strongly believe is AN ISSUE ON YOUR END! At least run DDU and try to reinstall the latest drivers and see if that helps. Oh and by the way this forum is NOT where nvidia posts. This is user to user oriented. So posting this here will not get Nvidia's attention:)

Then revert to previous drivers. I don't really understand what you want us to help you with?
If you think is a driver bug then submit a bug report (using the official channels) to nvidia.
As you are the only one EVER to report this and no other is affected by it I strongly believe is AN ISSUE ON YOUR END!

At least run DDU and try to reinstall the latest drivers and see if that helps.
