[quote name='Freke1' post='554614' date='Jun 19 2009, 02:43 PM']There is two things to adjust: separation and convergence.
If You crank the separation way up every gameobject will move into the monitor (lots of depth) so there will be no pop out..
If You lower the separation and adjust the convergence You can actually make everything pop out of the monitor.
Usually a combination is preferreable but it's users choise.

Here is a pic of mine. No matter what I change nothing pops out the separation is lowered all the way.
EDIT: I cannot get it to make a screenshot showing the separation. It is active though
I edited the picture to show it more clearly.
Here's the original (with no separation on the HUD - and that is a good thing BTW!):

That randomly happened to all my games which is not my biggest cause of concern. However the only thing that works is the amount of depth I can change that and notice the difference but no popout. If you give me the settings you use I will try those exact settings. I know pop out 3D works because the nvidia test application shows the nvidia logo come out when it turns around but the rest does not if that helps.

That "pop-out" effect has to be coded into the graphics, it is not an effect that can be "created" by 3d Vision settings. Game devs have to actually program graphics specifically with that pop-out effect in mind to make that happen with 3d Vision -- the game's graphics are either coded to pop out, or they're not. If they're not (which 99% of current games aren't), then 3d Vision creates depth but not an out-of-screen effect. There's nothing wrong with your settings.

But before the HUD and the char and stuff came out of the screen also in all my other games

I get lots of screen pop out with the proper convergence settings. /ermm.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ermm:' />
