Pretty Please!
And to the modders here, and those learning :-), I sincerely thank you for your time, efforts and end product that enables the rest of us to truly experience a quality S3D. Without these efforts, well, to put it bluntly, it would suck.

For the sake of all that's good, PLEASE do this Nvidia.
Fake 3D is not a priority either. Fake 3D is what killed the 3D movement. It's what caused people to say 3D was a gimmick and sucked (with all the movies and console games).

Let the community fixes work. The VR community desperately needs your solution to work for these legacy games and that means the community fixes need to be respected and treasured too.
EDIT:
P.S. Subscribed to your channel, Eqzitara. That video looks really cool, but I'm a little afraid to watch it. I'll have to get the nerve up.

+1 and curious to see how they handle the other issues with making a game playable on the rift like not being able to see the screen edges where health/ammo stats/menu access usually are etc... as well as dealing with FOV changes when ADS, sniping or using vehicles in many games. Injectors like vorpx have features to deal with some of these issues so I hope they are paying attention as it will take a lot more than just correct stereo rendering to make most non vr games enjoyable in vr.
From what I've seen so far with playing vorpx injected games on the DK2 each game that works in real 3d (fake compatibility 3d looks even more fake in vr btw!) has to be dialed in to look right as far as matching depth to the FOV to get the scale right so please make those user adjustable and give us a way to save, toggle between (like for ADS for example like Helix did here http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/04/guide-how-to-bind-custom.html) and share 3d profiles. When it's all dialed in AAA games can look flat out amazing in vr and there will be a hungry market for content when the CV1 comes out. There's no reason it can't be done and someone's going to figure it out so don't miss the boat nvidia!
Thanks again to all the shader fixers!

So needless to say I have very little faith in what they can/will do for 3D Vision atm and I find it quite ironic that they're tossing around the label '3D Vision' like it's something they've been actively developing/supporting all along.

I basically only play games in 3D vision right now, and looking for a good mod or writing one is my first step with most new games. Love it more than my Oculus, but it's because we can fix all the games that the devs haven't bothered to fix. Really hope VR takes off, but it's going to require a dedicated community to support it.
