Someone else correct me if I am wrong, but I am pretty sure that Lucidlogix does not support 120Hz, which is required for 3D. In fact I don't think it supports any resolution over 1920x1200 either.

Don't quote me on this as I'm still researching the new Z68 platform and how my 3D would work with it, but with the latest Virtu update you can connect your display to your dedicated GPU to output video. Virtu won't do anything when you're playing games or watching 3D through your GPU. It will only kick in when you want to use the CPU's onboard video decoder/graphics unit when transcoding video.
At least that's what I've read so far on Tom's Hardware, although I don't know how it works when you want to push GPU video through the Mobo's onboard video output.
