3D Vision Ready - biggest lie in rating ever Don't buy 3D screens unless you test them

I'm not trying to insinuate that you are deceiving anyone.

What I'm saying is that in your screenshot, it doesn't appear to have ghosting ALL over. It appears on the pillars and the clouds. This may be the top half of the screen as you say - but to be certain it a hardware limitation, it should show in ANY game at the top half of the screen. I'm trying to rule out whether it's the game or the hardware you have.

The Nvidia 3D stereoscopic control panel has a button called "Test Stereoscopic 3D". Take a screenshot of that in motion and see if you still get ghosting at the upper half of the screen.

Man I have ghosting in every bit of game or app or test.

Hmm, Ghosting on your screen looks really bad /ermm.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ermm:' /> . I had seen a 2233RZ in action in an electronic-shop and found that it wasn't that bad.
Maybe ghosting depends on hardware? Some delay while transmitting the IR-Emitter-Data so that timing between screen and glasses is wrong? Only a guess /unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> .
I remember playing Half-Life2 when a window popped up and I was thrown to desktop. I switched back to HL2 and found the upper quarter of the screen ghosting(so glasses were out of sync somehow) - it looked like your screens. This happened one time and never again.

This is how my AW2310 looks like:
You can see some slight top-ghosting but its barely visible. And around the floating letters and the logo in the left corner there is some high-contrast ghosting but it isn't really bad.

I think your screenshot was made at 15% depth right?
Try to increase it to 50%

With my glasses on I see a faint ghosting in de middel line at the top of the screen ,for only a small part (1 inch).

Btw the doubled 'A' from nvidia isn't ghosting,it's probably something that has to do with the timings from my camera..

There is only little ghosting at the top and bottom.

Yes I saw it ghosts only in the middle.

Nice screens :) you got them from the good bunch :)
I have seen a recent review of a new display from Planar http://3dvision-blog.com/review-of-the-23-planar-sa2311w-3d-vision-ready-lcd-monitor/
and there is almost no ghosting so I can finally game in 3D :D

Yeah but in the middle you can't see it on the picture, only here in real life...
What you see is just the depth...
I updated the picture were I pointed out with an arrow where the ghosting is located ,..that's the only place it is visible...

In games however it can happen that it is located in the middle or somewere else, but that's normal and very faint...
The ghosting that is almost always visible is on the top,but it's not so bad,so ?I hardly notice it when gaming...

I can see the ghosting in your test image in the middle...but compared to what I have it's almost non-existent :)
Maybe if you try on a single monitor the ghosting in the middle will go away... :)but you lose the surround
