Just start Crysis warhead normally, then select "options", then click system settings and select "Advanced" tab. There are the shader, post processing and motion blur settings listed. You can turn off the crosshair by clicking options (in main menu), mouse and keyboard settings, and there is a crosshair box. Click it so many times that there is just a empty box.
Nvidia laser sight can be turned on in nVidia Control Panel-> steroescopic 3d settings (or something like that) and there is a button where to change crosshair.
And thats done.
