The same game engine as the third one which wasn`t fixed but at least was bearable after switching to Prototype 3D Vision settings. Game feels like Prototype itself - Funny how it works out.

Yep, it's got pretty much the same issues as the previous one, although changing to the prototype profile didn't seem to fix the "halos" around the characters this time. Maybe I'll try some different profile or if anyone else knows some other profile or something else that'll help with 3D, please let us know.
is anyone planning on a fix?
I will take a quick look into it. Here is a version which fixes the "halos", but the lighting on the left eye is completely broken:

Thanks Chiri, here's hoping it's not too hard to get it playable. I'll throw in $20 if you manage it. Can't afford to pay a lot for every fix, but I appreciate your time/efforts. :)
On a related note, if you were to write up a guide using your wrapper, would it be possible for a layperson to muddle their way through fixing games? I understand the shaders are a different format in your wrapper, so if we can identify the problem shaders could normal people learn how to spot and fix the errors? Or do you need a programming background to even think about it?

No shaders were fixed.
Im actually really curious that he fixed so many effects using surface creation mode to force them from mono-> stereo. Thats actually pretty simple in comparison to shaders [not that his wrapper isnt complicated]. BUT My experience of doing anything with nvidia heuristics is painful.... [I only use those kind of heuristics to fix sli/non-sli issues]. I am really curious at his process for finding such a vast amount of effects [looks like by texture?].
@chiri
I was looking at your wrapper's "options" and I see that you can bypass the game executable's call to nvapi.dll to prevent 3D Vision automatic from activating. Is it possible for the opposite?
Like Deus Ex, Crysis 3, whatever allows 3D vision to trigger but disables 3d vision automatic [So it does Frame pack 3D and the games renderer takes care of everything else]. I mainly ask because I am curious if its possible to trigger 120HZ mode on Tridef with nvidia cards.
Its probably a lot more complicated then I could imagine since it probably just intercepts the call.

Partial fix don't work for me. Game hangs (black screen, i have to kill the task)
I'm using 3DTV Play, maybe is that.....any suggestion?
Thanks!

Me too black screen and need to end task... but I'm using DLP mode on my acer H5360 not 3DTV play
Yesterday i try again.....(i overide refresh rate to 59hz, i use 3DTV Play) and works for me. Cinematics have some extrange blurry effect in left eye....and the know issue with lights in one eye.
Recommend to wait 2 or 3 minutes first time you run with the fix.
So for the regular 3d vision user (non-3dTV) the files posted above are recommended?
No, not at all! I was just posting progress and hoping for some ideas, why lighting on the left eye is destroyed. My guess is there's still a render target where stereo is not enabled and I'm writing some code at the moment to isolate this issue.

It sounds like your approach is a lot less shader-specific than Helix. Does that mean once it's developed enough, it's likely/possible your fix could do more games automatically?
