HDMI vs DVI any benefit?
Hey guys,
Just got setup with 3D and found this forum to be very helpful. I have a quick question and am sure there will be more to fallow as I dive into the 3D world.

The monitor I just picked up is an Acer HN274. It has both duel link DVI and HDMI hookup options. Is there a benefit of going HDMI over DVI? My video card (GTX 570) has a mini HDMI port. I do not want to purchase another cable if there is really no benefit.

Thanks for the help.

you want to use the dual link DVI cable, it will let you run at 1080P @ 60Hz.
The HDMI cable will (if it works in 3D at all) limit you to 720P@60Hz or 1080P@24Hz
