I have had 3D vision for a couple of weeks now and since last week I noticed nothing is coming out of the screen anymore like it used to. When I take the glasses off I see the game being rendered in multiple images so it is working. And when I click the button on my IR reciever is goes back to normal so it is working 100% Only when I put on the glasses now I do not see anything pop out of the screen only very rarely when I zoom into something like in world of warcraft when I zoom into my sword it comes out but very badly not like it used to.
My system specs are

GPU: EVGA GTX295

It's a generic settings guide which explains how to set up a combined depth and pop-out experience.
In the NVIDIA stereo drivers, you will need to activate the advanced settings ("convergence") so you can have full control of the experience.

Thanks I will try that now. Also what does the dept scroller on the back of the IR sensor do? When I turn it it just makes my game wider and all the icons like in wow just go out of the screen. So whats the point? And when i change the depth at a certain point I begin to see two images and it hurts my eyes.

I can't speak for WOW in particular, but let me answer your questions generically:
1. First, update your NVIDIA stereo driver to the latest. The latest version helps prevent a lot of game HUDs from splitting as you adjust the S-3D settings.
2. The knob you are thinking of controls the separation or "depth budget". More often than not, you will only get a depth experience out of this. Convergence is only controlled through the keyboard, and determines how much of this depth budget goes inside and outside the screen. The guide does a better job of explaining this.

Thanks, I was just giving wow as an example, it happens in all the games I use it. Also I can change convergence in wow in the actually settings there is a nvidia 3d vision tab that lets me change it, but in other games like css i would need to do that. Also i am running the latest drivers.

WoW's UI interface is jacked up with the stereo drivers at the moment. Increasing screen depth stretches the 2-dimensional plane user interface so it bleeds off the sides of the screen. It's not a 3dV driver error, it's a WoW program code error. Wasn't happening before the last update. I'd expect it to be fixed in the next one (try submitting a bug report to Blizzard).

What settings do you guys have for the glasses maybe if I config those it will look better. I know it is different for every game but just give me the configs you use for the games you play as I most likely play those too.
EDIT: I will explain in a little more detail, First in world of warcraft and other games like TF2 and CSS The action bars like your HP and stuff came out of the screen together with the environment. Now When I take the glasses off it image looks blurred but it looks exactly the same. With the glasses it looks a good image but there is no difference in 3D.

There's nothing to configure. Just log in, set the screen depth with the slider on the IR transmitter, and play. You might try playing with the settings in the stereo tab in-game (WoW has in-game stereo 3d support). Not sure what to tell you if you can't see the 3d effect, it's there.

so I understand nothing pops out, but do you have any depth into the screen?
Did you activate the advance controls and use the Ctrl+F6 key to increase convergence?
and how high is the seperation?

I think the depth works and yes I did use the advanced control to increase/decrease convergence but it does not do much visually. Also in all games the action bars used to pop out the screen none of them do that and they are not rendered in two frames either. thnx for all the help btw

There is two things to adjust: separation and convergence.
If You crank the separation way up every gameobject will move into the monitor (lots of depth) so there will be no pop out..
If You lower the separation and adjust the convergence You can actually make everything pop out of the monitor.
Usually a combination is preferreable but it's users choise.

Chopper
