Well the monitor has a round black base, they probably just used the wrong photo on the website. I know the US version includes the Nvidia glasses in the box, and I imagine other countries do too but I'm not sure. If it doesn't you can always pick up an extra pair of glasses on eBay for like $60 dollars.

but in Poland monitor cost 800$ and nvidia glasses bundle 100$ so 900$ is quite a lot of money.

Firstly, the two monitors look the same to me, I'm not sure why you think they're different? They both have the round base with silver trim(although, redcoon page the silver trim is harder to see, it is there though). I own the monitor, both images look like my monitor.
Secondly, in the US the Acer monitor package actually has the 3D glasses in the box. The styrofoam used to protect the monitor actually has a cut out specifically for the nvidia glasses box. If Acer supplies the same package to redcoon than the only way you're not getting a pair of glasses with the monitor is if redcoon physically opened every package and removed the glasses.
Thirdly, the IR transmitter is built into the monitor, so even if you didn't get 3D glasses, you wouldn't need to buy nVidia 3D kit, you'd only need to buy a pair of nVidia 3D glasses.
The monitor is not cheap, but it is excellent for 3D. It is very large and has great brightness for 3D content. It looks absolutely amazing. If I had to pay $650 again for this monitor I would without hesitation.
EDIT: After translating the store page into english, I noticed this in the item description: "Goods will be delivered with accessories provided by the manufacturer."
Redcoon is saying that the monitor comes with the 3D glasses included. If you have a nVidia card that supports 3D, the monitor contains everything you need to start playing games and watching movies in 3D!
