Since you're hooking up to a 3D TV don't you need the Nvidia 3D TV Play software?

We use the H5360 projector so we've never used this configuration.

No, 3DTV Play is only for playing games. All you need is Total Media theatre 5 or PowerDVD Ultra.

I've heard the Avatar Blu-Ray has some compatibility issues, maybe that carries over to PC BD roms too (no idea, just worth mentioning).

I can't be much help, but I'd just say make sure other 3D content is working first to rule that out (even just the NVIDIA 3D Vision wizard set up test). Otherwise it could be some HDCP BS. I will say since you already bought the Avatar BD, you may want to look around for the SBS video file of it online as it works completely fine with Stereoscopic Video Player. All that HDCP crap just pushes people to find alternatives. It just hurts the consumers that are paying (or in many cases, want to pay) for the content that's either not available by itself, or ridiculously clamped down with copyright protection. (/rant)
