DX9? As far as I know, there are only OpenGL, Vulkan and DX12 modes.
Back in August I did this for Demon's Souls in OpenGL: https://s3.amazonaws.com/masterotaku/Demon's+Souls/rpcs3_demon's_souls_WIP1.7z
Warnings:
- Internal fps drops = eye desyncs.
- Each eye will get half the fps, and in a sequential way. So 30fps locked games will run quite bad.
- Depth detection for not stereoizing isn't fine tuned. Some geometry may appear at screen depth when it's near the camera (reaching ingame was a 2 minutes process each time to test changes, ugh).
I have only tried Demon's Souls with it. Remember to run the emulator as admin, and configure the emulator to run games in fullscreen at boot.

The Last Of Us and Red Dead Redemption are running on RPCS3 now.
Although they still need improvements

With a recent build(rpcs3-v0.0.5-a8035ccc)I got 26~30fps using your wip,but the 3d effect was only visible when I started to spin with the right stick. It was pretty good. With The OpenGL3DVision-v4.19.19 I could see 3d,but It had some graphic errors.
