After some more tests i did with and without 3d fix manager,i came to the conclusion that after the fcu update
3d vision is a kind of a gamble if the game is giving me 3d vision or not.
Some games are ok i just start them and no problem.
But i think 50% is jut rubbish.
For example rise of the tomb raider completely broken, black mesa very strange the emitter is light green my monitor is showing green light but nothing happening no effect at all.
Or i get the Warning: attempt to run Stereoscopic in non-stereo display mode for example Mortal combat x.
I'm kinda new to 3d gaming i bought this monitor a half year ago and almost right after that the 3d vision kit.
So for people who are playing for a much longer time in 3d,it's much easier to find solutions for some problems, but for me at this moment it's just giving me a headache.

Best bet for 3D Vision is try to stay off the bleeding edge of the software. You do not want FCU, and you do not want the very latest video driver. The bleeding edge is where they are adding a bunch of junk that is irrelevant, and making things unstable. Then a new driver needs to come out to fix the problems that Microsoft introduced.
So being on the bleeding edge just means you get to jack around with problems that you don't care about. Maybe it's fun and you like doing that sort of thing, but if you want stability, avoid the newest stuff. They market the hell out of it being the 'best ever', which of course is a bald-faced lie.
It's not how software is developed. There are always problems, it always takes awhile to fix the bugs and stabilize.
If you can, roll back from FCU, and things will be a lot more stable.

SAGER NP9870-S - GTX 980 - i7-6700K - Win10 Pro 1607 Latest 3Dmigoto Release Bo3b's School for ShaderHackers
Can confirm - my system automatically updated last night. Broken things which took me a day to sort out:
-- Custom drivers (non-signed) were overwritten forcing workarounds to get installed again.
-- Reset all sound system settings to defaults, inc EQ, speaker time delays, levels, balances, - had to manually set from memory etc.
-- Reset and disabled my system wide EQ (equilizer APO).
-- Utilities such as Speedfan refused to run and required reinstall + reconfig
-- Motherboard monitoring software reset and wouldn't load - had to re-config and re-install, but it would not install on FCU without installing old versions and workarounds. Fan profiles and curves had to be reset and redone with workarounds.
-- Keyboard/mouse software refuses to finish installing.
-- All useless windows apps and bloat reinstalled
-- System is less stable, crashes and hangups are much more frequent, had to tone down OC on both GPU and CPU/RAM for stability.
These things were just the obvious ones - don't know what else is broke as yet. 3D Vision test and VR works, don't know about games as yet. The update has been out for a while and no-one has bothered to fix most problems - forums littered with posts about FCU problems. Manufacturers can't be bothered fixing problems with EOL hardware which is actually less than a year old since launch. I'm glad I didn't "upgrade" on day one.
Benefit of FCU to me? None. Except maybe that Winamp's crash on exit bug which only manifests in Windows 10, has been fixed. Yay I guess....

Yes i know i could do that, but it's not a real solution for the problem, in the future i will wait a little bit longer now i have 3d vision if windows goes updating things like the fcu.
But for now i keep it this way i am positive that it will come to a good end.
And hey not everything is broke first it where all my games now some games are good.
There is a upward trend.

Actually, that is a real solution for the problem, and I'll continue to encourage people to not waste their time on the bleeding edge.
You solved the problem, which is fun and satisfying, but you spent a lot of time on something that is not a real problem, it's a short term glitch introduced by Microsoft. Microsoft changed how they do QA, and it's not very good anymore.
If you'd rather do that than play games, that is certainly your prerogative. But for people who'd rather play games than play Windows, best results are found by avoiding the bleeding edge.

For Win10 Pro, you can set to big updates to not install, but will still get all the security updates.
For Win10 Home, they want to force feed you even big updates, but if you set your network to be 'metered', it won't force you to do these for a much longer time.
This is way to go, because you will eventually get a forced update, but can avoid all the early adopter glitches.

Is your monitor set at 120Hz? That's my issue, my monitors max refresh is 165Hz. I have to switch it to 120Hz to get 3D Vision to work.
With some trial and error with nvidia profile inspector,i got my 3d vision back in black mesa .
Yes i am proud of myself.

That would explain why you have no issues. The main issue is when refresh rates are higher than 120Hz.
