WTF!??? AERO incompatible with 3d vision in windowed mode
Greets. I have just bought the new Acer XB270HA and I'm having a VERY RARE issue with 3D. When I'm playing games, everything is fine, but when I try to see photos or videos (both in internet and my 3d player), these images/vids don't show in 3d, although the glasses and screen go in 3d mode. This happens in WINDOWED mode, i.e. when opening a photo in full screen with nvidia 3d vision player it is Ok, but not so in windowed mode. Eventually a RED MESSAGE (!) appeared when I was loading images from Helixmod site (these appear windowed). The message said something like: "You are trying to see a 3d stereo image in a non 3d stereo capable system (Gasp!!!), Turn off AEREO and reload the application (Whaaaaaaaat???). So I did. Turned off Aero I CAN see photos and videos in windowed mode, with my 3d player or from pages as Helixmod or 3DVisionlive.com Now, Is this shit normal? Or is my new monitor defetive? Anyone had notice this? I'm really flipping out about this. EDIT: Even more, it seems that having AERO enabled makes my system behaves in a very rare form when 3D is active. (driver crash and so...) My worry is that with my previous monitor this DIDN'T happen. Altough it's also certain that the last time I turned on 3d was several months ago and I have changed drivers since then, so I don't know if it's a problem from my monitor or maybe some changes in driver behaviour.
