By the way, I thought Gothic 4 was broken in 3D? Or is there a mod/patch to fix it?
It was. They popped a patch out for the game which fixed quite a few of the problems.

I will have to buy this game. After seeing how awesome Dragon Age looks, I'm ready to play another adventure game in 3D!
Hands down perfect game in 3d. It runs nice in 3d, even on my single 285. The sense of scale I get from 3d really helps in crosshair-less gametypes and weapons in multiplayer, like throwing grenades etc. Hiding in cover in 3d far surpasses 2d in every way, it's so great! Like real life if a leaf is covering one eye your other eye can still see. I would say 3d is definately a gameplay enhancer for this game. LOVE BC2!!
2.TRINE
Simply awe inspiring! All the little details in the little world are impressive enough in 2d but in 3d it's one of the most astonshing display of graphics artwork in 3d I've ever seen. It may not be gameplay enhancing but it definately increases immersion! It's the game that convices my buddies they need to buy 3d.
3.BORDERLANDS
Don't remember if this game actually came out in 2010, but I bought it last year, and all expansions. Great fun game, fps players paradise! Works perfect in 3d. What else can I say?
4.BLACK OPS
Yeah, I've ranted on this game a few times. It's been patched to the point that single player, and zombies (excellent!), is a more enjoyable and most importantly, playable, experience in 3d. However multiplayer still sufferes serious performance issues in 3d, so no go there. The real reason for it being one of my top games is strictly for the fact that the multiplayer experiece is best in series yet and I'm thoroughly addicted to it, even if I have to play it in 2d.
And, Dead Ops Arcade is ACE!
5. DOOM /heart.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> (Doomsday engine)and Quake 1 2 and 3 engine games using gldirect.
DOOM with the new engine, high res textures, 3d models... IN 3D!! Playin the quake games again, my Jedi Knight collection again, all in 3d, has just been a thrill for me! /clap.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I only got 3D Vision in the summer so Dragon Age and Batman really didn't get a fair shake. Fallout 3 was the game I most enjoyed in 3D this year.
(Divinity 2: Dragon Knight Saga could have easily won this if the fool thing worked well in 3D. It's a great game but it doesn't even have working anti-aliasing, so I'm not hopefull for a 3D Vision patch.)

Fun! You jump around like Lara Croft. /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /> I wrote up a quicky review on the Steam forums when it was half price if you want more details.
For the 3D side, though - eh. Shadows don't work right, water reflection doesn't work right, the huge dragon shield globes don't work right, and the tree textures don't work right. Plus, when the dialog UI pops up, it takes up a lot of screen space and often makes for bad 3D. The glasses are still great in a lot of the caves but, for the most part, you'll want to leave them off.

I've been getting up to date with old games rated excellent so I can't judge a lot on 2010 games. Trine is one of the few and it's amazing in 3d, I would say that of those I've played I would give Bioshock 2 my GOTY award, it has problems but it's amazing when it works, and I would say 60-70% of the game is perfectly playable in 3d.
I recently bought Fallout Vegas in the winter sale of Steam, but I'm having a problem with it in 3d, and that is that my eyes hurt constantly, no matter what I do. I've played lots of games in 3d, I still do, but only Vegas gives me this kind of effect. I've tweaked depth/convergence/FOV , but either the game looks too flat so 3d is meh, or it hurts, but even at low depth /convergence, it' still annoying so I stopped playing. By the way I bought it also because it has the supposed 'steam cloud' support but I can't load the savegame in a different computer at all.
I also bought the Divinity 2: dragon knight saga in that sale and it worked fine in 3d at 720p with my h5360, and it looks good. the first Divinity 2 I couldn't get it to work, 3d didn't turn on, but with this it worked.
I also checked Arcania, and even though 3d is good, the brutal aliasing kills me, any way to fix it.

You'll need to show documented evidence of this statement from at least three months ago and stamped by a notary public. Or you can just flip me off. Whichever.
