After the news from Nvidia that they were stopping support for 3D vision. I decided I was going to buy an extra kit just in case mine broke down the road. I had initially put a bid for on e-bay for $25 for one, but soon forgot about it. I didn't think I would win it, So, I ordered one from Amazon for $138.07. Turns out, I get an email notification from Ebay later saying I had won my auction for $25 to my surprise.
So Now I am stuck with 2 sets when I actually just wanted one for piece of mind. So I decided to return the amazon one. However, since this was from a 3rd party company and not sold from Amazon, I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee, and also pay for shipping on top of that as they will not issue a return lbl. This kind of sucks. However, I'm seeing on Amazon that the same store and many others are now selling the Kit for $185 a big difference from the $138 I paid only a few days after I bought mine.
So I'm looking at either refunding my set and getting around $100 back out of my $138 or keeping it and maybe selling myself? What would you guys do?

I know this is not related to your question but are you going for 3D Vision 2 or 1 and what is the differnce? Damn shame about the price hike. I was gonna do an incremental upgrade from my main monitor. I game on my OLED but have been looking at a smaller monitor for RTS games and for times when depending on my next location the OLED won't be in my bedroom

Are you sure that $25 set has working glasses? I bought a few pair of new in the box and they are dead on arrival. You can supposedly "jump start" the depleted lithium battery but it didn't work for me.

3D Vision 2 has nicer glasses and some lightbost options when using with a version 2 monitor. Other than that, they still operate the same way. You can use Version 2 glasses with the original pyrimid and such.

You might be right. They don't seen to be working. I will leave them charging overnight to make sure. but I have already msged the seller.
