3D Live Err

So... like... 3D Live is... like... here: http://www.3dvisionlive.com

And for me, it's currently broken. The emmiter kicks on but the screen is showing two images. Can't say that I like how it blasts my Windows Aereo colors, either. But it was good to see that 3D can work in a window when it did work.

I've got the same problem. I'm using Ie7. I see both pictures, emitter on, glasses seem to be working but no 3d.

In firefox it shows fullscreen but still no 3d effect.

Too bad they don't focus more attention on nvidia 3d vision instead of whatever this is.

It's actually working for me, dunno why :P Both in window mode and fullscreen. The only annoying thing is that the stream flickers out of sync sometimes, which is also visible without the glasses. Sort of black flashes.

OH BTW, I'm using firefox.

EDIT: And another slightly annoying thing: Lately going into stereomode is disabling Aero, this also happens on the 3dvision live site, and aero only gets enabled again when the browser is fully closed.

It used to work for me about a month or two ago but no dice now.

What really has me confused is... why does this little thing get a forum? And a completely empty forum, too, without so much as a forum posting guidelines topic. If they are going to make a new forum, make it for 3DTV.

Talk about spreading your resources too thin.

In my opinion it's better to make one thing right instead of 10 things that semi-work.

Has anyone gotten this to work? It doesn't work in firefox or IE. None of the websites work.

IE7
* It shows double but there is no 3d effect.

Firefox
* I get it to go fullscreen, the emitter and glasses kick in but no split stereo, hence no 3d effect.

All DX games work fine in 3D but i've never been able to get 3D to work in a browser using nvidia 3d vision.

please try updating your GeForce and 3D Vision drivers.

3D Vision streaming requires:
The Latest GeForce and 3D Vision Drivers released after 6/15/2010
Driver version CD v1.29 (3D Vision v258.96) or newer

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

* Please note that if you have problems after installing the latest GeForce Driver, you may also need to update your 3D Vision Driver separately to properly install the USB Controller driver. You can find this under the “3D Vision” product type → “3D Vision driver for GeForce” product category.

Got all that and it used to work back when this was first announced a month or two ago. When this forum popped up, I tried it again and it no longer worked. IE7 just shows a left/right image. 258.96 drivers.

Ooops - and I just checked again. It IS working now! {shrug}

Has anyone got this to work using one of the Mitsubishi TV's? I have the 260.99 drivers, everything works fine in games and in powerdvd, but I can't get the emitter to turn on through the 3dvisionlive site. There are no double-images in either firefox or internet explorer (latest version of silverlight), as silverlight is working. When I hit the key that I have assigned to enable or disable 3D, the screen freezes for a split second but the emitter stays off. I have tried this with the TV in regular and 3D mode, neither worked.

On the nvidia website, I had it scan my system and it says that I don't have a 3D Vision capable monitor, even though I am using the 60737 and it is clearly listed as "Mitsubishi 3D DLP HDTV."

I have the same question. I use a Mitsubishi TV as the monitor and cannot get the 3D vision live to work. I use the 260.99 drivers, the new GTX 460 SE card, and all the newest versions of browsers (IE, Firefox, chrome), and the newest version of the Silverlight, nothing works. Does Silverlight support the checkerboard format?

unfortunately, the required feature in the 3D Vision Driver is windowed mode support, and only 3D PC monitors support this right now. we have plans to enable this in our drivers in the future, but i'm sorry to say that for now checkboard 3DTV's won't support 3DVisionLive.

Sorry to hear about this. I would love to have this feature. If you could enable the checkerboard 3DTVs (and the SLI as well), I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Shouldn't the videos work in full screen on DLPs though?
