I also bought a Acer p5390w and tried with a H5360 inf file found online.
I have a GT430 Graphics Card.
Within resolutions about 800x600 3d works fine,
But I can't select the resolution of 1280x768@120hz but only 1280x720@120hz in Nvidia Control Panel.
Windows only allows me to select 1024x768@120hz.
When being in Windows the Beamer shows me a 1280x720@120hz input, but when playing a game or a fullscreen video
it always changes to 1280x720@60hz automaticly which means that there is no 3d possible.
Do I have the wrong inf file or does that graphics card not support 1280x720@120hz for 3d??
What could i have done wrong, can u send me your h5360.inf file?
Don't buy this pj to use with a white screen! You Have to get a silverscreen either way, cause matte white screen is a disaster with pj's like this imho.
-this is a classroom pj. They need high brightness and matte white screen in classroom , to have wide viewing angle. You dont need wide wieving angle, cuz it kills the picture because ambient light!!!

OK, i just found the Problem. Now everything is working fine:
In the Nvidia control panel there is a posibility to create custom resolutions. Here I created the custom resolution 1280x720@120Hz and from now on everything worked. Movies, Photos and Games are shown in 3d without reconfiguring the display to another resolution.

you can use a 7x brighter screen simply!!!
So, rather make yourself a high gain screen for H5360 and end up brighter than this unsupported pj!
IF you want something really better than H5360 , it has to have an IRIS installed, that means the on-off contrast is somewhat better.
Or you can take apart the H5360 and put in an iris & better light blocking and have much better contrast! Also Lamp can be replaced, hehe.
