It's been years since I did it, I followed the Skyrim method.

I'm pretty sure that the method on Helixblog is the same.

thanks for the quick fix. It runs fine for me. I didn't have any crashes yet. But I experience in general in this game (not related to the fix) some stuttering in 3D. Do you have it too?

I haven't experienced anything like that but then again I haven't played for very long yet and I am running on a bit of a monster. Maybe try playing around with profiles. I see it's not currently assigned to one.
and thanks. D-man.

Got things going for me, the game looks significantly nicer with that enb profile.

i7-4790K CPU 4.8Ghz stable overclock.
16 GB RAM Corsair
ASUS Turbo 2080TI
Samsung SSD 840Pro
ASUS Z97-WS3D
Surround ASUS Rog Swift PG278Q(R), 2x PG278Q (yes it works)
Obutto R3volution.
Windows 10 pro 64x (Windows 7 Dual boot)
Yeah, it's true. Your rig is a monster. I guess my Ram and my CPU is too old. I got also problems already with Fallout 4 and JC3. Seems to the bottleneck for my Titan X... but I am really not in the mood to change my motherboard...

You just need to overclock that CPU. If you aren't running at least 4.4 ghz, you'll be bottlenecked in extreme single-thread heavy scenarios (like Fallout 4's shadows running strictly on CPU, since their engine is 15 years old)

Thanks dude for pointing me on this. I was reading a bit more about it and actually found out that I super easy change the turbo on my motherboard, so overclocked without any further problems. Oculus Rift, I am ready!!

Guys, it is a great game and with the shadow disable fix by necropants almost excellent in 3D. Highly recommended.

EDIT More pictures will follow... forum software is stuck in verification...
Dont understand why everyone says 3D is excellent. For me, its totally messed up. In one eye, the polygons are heavy distorted. The other eye "only" shadows are broken.
Assigned it to Max Payne 3 Profile and set Stereo to ON.
Any Help?

I use the Resident Evil Revelations 2 profile. But I do not think that there any differences. Turn also Depth of Field off... check my config ini on the previous page.

It's kind of hard to tell with the images being so small.
The monitor looks messed up without the glasses, what model is it?
If it's a g-sync model, try unplugging the power for a minute to reset it.
