I'm sorry but I think this is a piracy issue. Just tested Hobbit: A Unexpected Journey in PowerDVD 17 and it worked perfectly. I run a HDMI cable from my computer to the TV. Nvidia allows you to play 3D blu-ray even without 3DTV Play. I send audio from my TV to my amplifier using an optical cable. Clearly not perfect but it at least gives me sound. Could probably hook up my PS3 to the amplifier and then continue to the TV to get better sound but I get good sound from my UHD Blu-ray player. "bad" sound only applies to my tiny collection of region A titles. So far playback in my computer is my workaround which works pretty well.

Thanks to everybody using my assembler it warms my heart.

Glad it worked out for you mate. My setup is total different to yours. My blu-ray movies is file and not a physical disk. I don't have blu-ray player. About couple of years ago, i tried this and it worked. So basically my setup is this: Avengers 3d blu-ray - check Nvidia 3d monitor/DV-I Cable/ 120hz refresh - check Nvidia 3d vision 2 - check Cyberlink Power dvd 17 ultra - check Stereoscopic on in control panel and everything is working - check gtx 980ti driver uptodate -check Windows 10 up-to-date - check Problem is it's shows two side by images in Power dvd.

Sent you a PM to more quickly communicate. Getting a notification as soon as a message arrives is great. It could be something trivial.

Since it's a file and not a Blue-ray disc with encryption, try Nvidia's Player. (It's actually a licensed version of Stereoscopic Player) https://www.nvidia.com/drivers/results/135655 Another option might be Corel's WinDVD Pro. I'm on W7, so no help here.
