So, I guess 3DTV Play doesn't work for the new Samsung 3D Plasmas such as PN63C8000. I don't see my model type under your requirements documents, very frustrating.
....
Samsung 3D TV's don't have an automatic 3D mode like Panasonic, and there's no option for set the eye order of the glasses for normal or default, like you state in the instructions.pdf
Don't worry the support will come.
Sammy has automatic 3D mode and should enable it automatically when it receives 3D signal from HDMI. And for manual 3D modes Sammy has actually all of them, more than Panasonic plasmas support.
You can switch Eye order on Samsung tvs. Once 3D mode is active go Tools->Picture Setting->3D->Picture Correction (Very bad choice of name for Eye order swapping /blarg.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':/' /> )
Good TV you have chosen ;) I have the same 50" european model.

Pretty sure you mean 50/60 Hz there, unless this is a driver quirk?

I know that, I can get the 3D signal in my TV using these drivers, I get the HDMI 1.4 bluray 3D, I just don't get th 3DTV Play logo, so no games in 3D for me using my TV, not with these drivers.
You said you own a Sammy Plasma 50", have you tried 3DTV Play, do you own a 3D vision kit??? I haven't found in this forum one single user that made 3DTV Play work in a new 3D Plasma Sammy, only LED.
I know this TV has many more 3D layouts than the competition, I love it, It plays everything, so I can't understand why it's unsuported with 3DTV Play, very frustrated, this was one of the main goals that made me buy a 3DTV, to play games in a huge screen in the third dimension.
My 3DTV model is the PL63C7000, it's exactly the same as the american model PN63C8000
