Thanks for your fast response.
I have checked that list. Even if its not on the official list i am still hoping someone has this Projector running with 3D Vision.
The PJ seems to be not too different from the 5360.

It's possible to spoof 3dvision by installing the inf file for a 5360 but I don't know if it would work for that projector.

I was reading some other threads here, and figured i can either do that, or load up the EDID of an 5360 into the 5390.
Not quite sure if i wanna take that risk, and end up with a pj that does not work for 3D, or refuses working after a future driver update.
I would be really interested if someone got his non officially supported pj to work with any of those hacks.
The 5360 also seems to have a 3D-Vision Mode or Setting. No idea if that is needed to get it to work properly. Dont wanna run into sync issues and/or flickering, ghosting.
Easy way out is going for a 5360. But i want that brightness, and the wider zoomrange.

Hi, I have bought the p5390w and it does display nvidia 3d vision fine.
In devicemanager under monitors, use the h5360 driver for your p5390w projector.
That enables nvidia controlpanel to set 120hz @ 1280 x 768. only this will do at 120hz but i guess 1280 x 800 would not make any sense anyway for 16:9 movie.
the p5390w also has an enable 3D setting in its menu, but i can seem to figure out what i does. The screen dims a lot, but both in enable and disable, 3D is shown properly.
You end up with the brighter projector and higher contrast ratio.
And still within the "low-end" of 3d projector price tag. :)
btw. i run on a gtx460. + some old 8500gt for itunes monitor..

I also bought a Acer p5390w and tried with a H5360 inf file found online.
I have a GT430 Graphics Card.
Within resolutions about 800x600 3d works fine,
But I can't select the resolution of 1280x768@120hz but only 1280x720@120hz in Nvidia Control Panel.
Windows only allows me to select 1024x768@120hz.
When being in Windows the Beamer shows me a 1280x720@120hz input, but when playing a game or a fullscreen video
it always changes to 1280x720@60hz automaticly which means that there is no 3d possible.
Do I have the wrong inf file or does that graphics card not support 1280x720@120hz for 3d??
What could i have done wrong, can u send me your h5360.inf file?
