Also why is the fp so low, is this normal? I have two GTX 760 in SLI and i only have about 15-20fps in 3D vision with everything on normal and vsync and AA off. ?? Thats not playable even
Is it best to enable SLI or should i disable it and have one card just do the physx?
I use syncmaster screen
Note: now its upp to 30, i dont get the fps in this game it seems to change whenever it want to. But i still got blinking screen i 3d vision now.

In all fairness the game does look good in 3d. I just love things flying out of the screen.
Flashing screen? Hmmm, make sure your refresh rate is set properly for your monitor.

Happy with how it plays in 3D, depth works well. Having gone back and taken another look without the excitement factor, I do get a little ghosting, but can happly live with - running with CONVERGENCE at 100
I did reduce the ghost greatly by dropping to conver of about 35%, but much prefer 100% and some ghosting

I'm guessing that 760 should be 260?
As for why FPS are so low, its a demanding game already and you're trying to run it in 3D with possibly the most demanding GPU PhysX to-date. When running the benchmark in GPU+PhysX mode, the APEX High effects use up to ~60% of a GTX 480. If you're running in SLI that's going to limit your FPS as the GPU and PhysX kernel are fighting for GPU time. You may get better results if you go to GPU+PhysX mode but then you're trying to run all the graphics off a single GTX 260, which is still going to result in low FPS.
To set some expectations, try running with APEX PhysX off with SLI to get an idea of what kind of FPS you would get with just 3D Vision. Then adjust expectations from there. Running both GPU PhysX at the highest setting AND 3D Vision simultaneously with everything cranked up is going to be demanding even on a high-end system with 2x470 or 2x480s.

You are 100% correct.
I think the game looks great. I hope there is a way to patch the SLI thing because my 2 470's without 3D are only getting 60% utilization. I play with everything on high but turn off APEX. The only big difference I saw was the amount of particles that fly off of things (it is kinda overdone anyway). If anyone has a solution let me know

Happy with how it plays in 3D, depth works well. Having gone back and taken another look without the excitement factor, I do get a little ghosting, but can happly live with - running with CONVERGENCE at 100

From everything I am seeing about this game, the 258.96 driver set is the one you want for this game, along with the same version 3D driver that as updated with Mafia 2 improvements. It seems anything numbered higher or lower than that isn't quite as good.

If anyone has a solution let me know
Otherwise the game is great.

Happy with how it plays in 3D, depth works well. Having gone back and taken another look without the excitement factor, I do get a little ghosting, but can happly live with - running with CONVERGENCE at 100
I did reduce the ghost greatly by dropping to conver of about 35%, but much prefer 100% and some ghosting
spec below[/quote]
How are you getting those frames with that setup? Every other post here and elsewhere is much less. Is 3D on?
