Yeah, you have to select the last res and the list will get large.
gonna download now, sounds good. I have the first one but never installed it. Is it worth completing the first one first?
If you install it you would want to install the expansion forged alliance as it overhauls the hud, but i'd say you dont have to actualy. From the demo percpective anyway.

It's not a great single player game TBH (although neither is any RTS imo), it's ok but nothing special, but it's probably the best multiplayer/skirmish RTS I've played. Very steep learning curve though.
There's no need to play SupCom or FA to enjoy SupCom 2 though.
Just tried the demo... The max res is 1600x900. Hope that doesnt go for release to. It looks kinda lame.
Nah, it goes higher. Expanding on what someone mentioned previously in the thread, the default res after installing the demo is 1024x768. Unfortunately, because of this, when you change your res using the dropdown box (which has no scrolling), the highest res you can get to is 1600x900 or so, depending on how many resolutions & refresh rates your card/monitor can handle. Anyway, to get around this, just do what was mentioned earlier. Change the res to the highest you can get, which should then be high enough to display the entire dropdown list. i.e. from 1024x768 -> 1600x900 -> 1920x1080
Kind of a silly bug to encounter, but its a demo, and its fairly easy to get around at least.
As for 3D vision, haven't had a chance to test it out on this game. Still waiting on the fix for Samsung DLPs =(

Hmm weird. I did that but still couldn't get bigger than 1600x900. Ill try again anyway. I didn't think much to the 3D. Whatever you focus on, theres always something else in view that looks screwy and hurts my eyes. That and the cursor is still 2D which in some games is fine but an RTS really needs a proper mouse.

After playing it a bit more and even tho its only a demo.... to me it almost looks and feels downscalled and almost dumbed down from the orginal  Wonder if thats because its going onto console?
Either way i still enjoyed what i played but im not so hyped for it no more.

You can edit the prefs file in (something like this) c:\Users\YouUsername\local\apps\gaspoweredgames\supremecom\
and set your resolution there.
The 2D cursor though does kill RTS games for me as far as 3D vision goes.

3D looks pretty fantastic I found - especially the explosions. It definitely has less detail than the previous games, but that allows an extremely solid 60+ FPS at all times I find.
I just wish we could get an RTS witha 3D cursor :(... always have to 'eyeball' the selection with the cursor.

Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

I've got it on Steam and i loved it.
Just a few things to be fix: shadowns, Energy unit bar (hud) and some models like smoke.
Are nVidia working with them? It could be really fix these small issues.
Test it!

This game does not use 3D effectively.
