Hi, I just bought Red Faction on the Steam weekend sale. I installed the PureFaction 3rd party patch to be able to play in widescreen 1920 x 1080 as the game does not natively support widescreen.
My problem is that 3D vision does not seem to be working with the game, despite the emitter and glasses coming on. When I look at the screen without the glasses, it appears to be rendering the single image instead of the doubled image that gives the 3D effect.
I uninstalled the PureFaction patch and uninstalled/reinstalled the game thinking the patch might be the issue, but no luck on fixing the problem. Could it be a problem with the game being on Steam instead of being a retail copy?
