original Nvidia no EDID is fine, but 24hz @1080p I would be happy with this but at 60hz - anyone know if I can do that?
If it is a newer fixed game you can set your output to HDMI checkerboard (no edid) 3DTV play and mod dxd11.ini to allow SBS or TNB
I even have ghosting on blu-rays which work on 3 other 3D TV's.
The built in 3D picture also has crosstalk.
Can anyone take a photo you monitor displaying passive Nvidia test app?
This is my problem -

if you look at the 'A' as it passes through the coloured lights, the pink or yellow light only gets rendered on one side, causing it to mess my vision up. literally one eye is greyscale :/
Something is pretty wrong, correct?
I'll try a full DDU reinstall again.
I having the same problem no HDR and Ghosting SoundBlstr would it possible share the link for the hdmi cable you purchased and length.
I used my XBox One HDMI cable, which was the only one I happened to have laying around. It looks like you can order that cable separately at Amazon and other sources, but I don't think there's anything particularly special about it other than being good quality. It's 6ft 7in long.

Hey Soundblstr - do you think you could take a look at your Nvidia test image at 4k 60hz stereo and see if its doing what mine is?
I've been at this for two days now. Nvidia customer services have been zero help.
I'm pretty annoyed because researching a decent 1080p@120hz/4k@60hz 3D TV, rushing out to buy one (flawless everyone said) and turns out its gimped at the driver level to pre 2012 refresh rates is a bit much.

Here's a picture of what I get in the Nvidia test app:

It does look different from what you've posted.
Not sure if this will work or help, but here's a link to a full-res screenshot:

When I make this full-screen using the default Windows photo viewer, it's the same experience I get while running the Nvidia test image.
Edit to add: Drivers: 376.33
slightly of topic, but do you know *why* they removed support in the control panel for 1080p, 1440p, 4k etc at 60hz/120hz whatever.
graphics cards have always had support for multiple resolutions & refresh rates, since the beginning of time.
I didnt think i needed to check whether that had been removed (as a 'feature' wtf) before I spent a ton of money
No. If I'm closer than 4ft from the screen, then the 3D effect starts to deteriorate at the top and/or bottom of the screen. But so far I haven't noticed any ghosting.

I don't know. My assumption is that the driver determines the supported resolutions & refresh rates. I think it's possible to try to force other resolutions by clicking that "Customize..." button in the Nvidia Control Panel under "Change resolution", but I'm not sure how successful that would be.
