Installed it, was able to see settings but when I started a new game I just got a full window and nothing else...
I think I will wait for the new driver and see what people say here.

I forgot to bring my external HDD to download this. Did anyone try the fix I made for the benchmark, to check if shaders are the same?
Does this demo have better fps than the benchmark?
I've got the shared account set up, but I'm yet to buy the game (will do it soon). Is performance in the demo/benchmark definitely good enough for it to be playable in 3D if it were fixed though? Seems like it's worth confirming that before we spend money on it.

The benchmark is pointless it runs like crap and stutters, ... which is stupid and not present in the demo. Which inherently makes the benchmark worthless (unless the demo is not indicative of actual performance :P)
I am running it at 60 FPS, at 4K with high settings. There are some minor dips. All at highest settings except for nvidias special shadows.
I don't have a shabby PC, But it runs better than FFXIII (1, 2, 3)...

Performance scales a bit weirdly with resolution. In the benchmark (I don't have the demo yet as I said), with my GTX 1080, to get constant 60fps:
- High settings at 720p.
- Mid settings at 900p.
- Low settings at 1080p.
For 30fps things are less demanding. 1440p and mid settings was enough for 35-40fps.
I'll download the demo tomorrow and check if it's better. Besides, settings can be changed individually.

There is a huge soft focus on the ps4 when we look in the distance, it's awful

Now I have to find the FOV value, and check if other things need a similar formula. I have also fixed more reflections. There are things to do, but this is a good start. I'll release a fix for the demo this weekend :). Then I'll have to find enough space for the full game...

At "High", with a certain view I get 108fps in 2D and 38fps in 3D, for example. Model detail at "Low" brings me back to ~50fps in 3D in that place. General movement reduces fps too, by the way. So the minimun I get is barely over 30fps with max settings (being CPU limited). Not even hairworks and other extra stuff is enabled. At least model detail low disabled the annoying hair dithering. I like not seeing dithering.
Btw, the old benchmark fix had a shader that broke some colors here. I just deleted it from the folder because it wasn't even used.
