NOTE: On this topic I will publish videos of games I found to be playable with 3d vision
I found on the Windows Store a MMO that works in 3D. Graphics are nice, but you can't adjust convergence (as usual on Windows Store games), maybe a bit nearer things will be better.
I published a sneak peak on my YouTube channel:

I'm publishing all 3D games I find on this youtube channel if you're interested on subscribe.
Also another (and better 3D) video of the same game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KW9VqDjzQY&feature=youtu.be

I fixed FFXIV (although I never posted it on the blog, only on the forum here... really should get around to doing that), pretty sure WoW worked at some point, SWToR worked back in the day, and pretty sure there's probably others I can't think of, so this definitely won't be the first working stereo 3D MMO.
Edit: For some reasons the OP edited his original post and topic title to now no longer bear any resemblance to it's original state. It was something to the effect of, "Oh hai, I found this MMO works in 3D. It's the first one ever."

Neverwinter online used to work perfectly in 3d for a long time, haven't tried it recently.
Secret world originally worked pretty well but not sure on the situation.
Also I think Guild Wars 2 worked, not sure now..

With MMO I mean the type of MMO on mobile devices you can't barely do nothing when you send troops to attack, only wait for the result and all your actions you do is on the map, not controlling a unit directly.

The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. Instead of altering their views to fit the facts, they alter the facts to fit their views ... which can be very uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering.

Guild wars 2 was almost 3dready on release, still works although the fix needs an update to fix some lighting from god rays inside buildings. I gave up on going any further with it back in the day cause the game always crashes when hunting shaders and has a shit ton of them. But Id say it's still "excellent" overall.
I always thought this was one of the more impressive MMO's in 3dvision as it was originally designed for it.
