Try not to ALT-TAB when game start or playing, at least for me, sometimes ATL-TAB change convergence to zero (exact number 0.0010), so you dont get any depth, flat image (have to restart the game).

Thats something to do with new debugger I think. I had that keep happening to me as well with borderlands 2/bulletstorm. Real annoying. You should make a hotkey to hold settings in. Like Press U and it will save your settings. This way you dont have to keep readjusting.
BTW click print screen and you should hide red text. I just found out recently that was the key he changed it too.

Not working properly. Stretched sides, convergence adjusts in big jumps, and depth seems to adjust in a loop of about 10% - as in every 10% I raise it it jumps back to to 0 (visually, not on the on screen depth indicator). It's weird. Remove the patch, and those issues go away. I'm using two 660s in SLI, but disabling SLI gives the same result. Screens.

Replace this shaders in the VertexShader folder....this are my originals shaders (8 in total) for puddles/similar issues.
