Star Wars The Old Republic - shows 2 of Character any advice on tweaking 3dvision to work correctly?
Hi, I'm using the 3dvision ready Republic of Gamers ASUS laptop. 560m GPU. all drivers are as up to date as I could find. (even using latest beta drivers for GPU).
Star Wars: The Old Republic. others say it works well but for me, the backdrops and other npcs and player characters are looking good but my avatar/player character and companion both show double in 3d mode. yes with the glasses on, you can see the 3d working in the backgdrop and for the rest but for some reason I always see two of my avatar. I can close one eye and one copy goes away (so does all the 3d effect) anyone have any suggestions?

All you need to do is adjust the convergence.

I keep hearing about convergence but within the Nvidia conrol panel, I see nothing for convergence. SWTOR doesn't have that either that i can find. I only see depth adjustment.
so, i'm stupid, but how do you adjust convergence?

Hi! SW:TOR does not have a profile at the moment for 3D Vision. The default profile convergence is waaaay to off. That is what you are experiencing.
Another improvement you can do (after changing the convergence) is to disable the nameplates of the other players from Settings->UI as they are in 2D. Don't worry if you click on a player the nameplate will appear:)
It should be as close as possible to 3D Vision Ready titles (except for some minor annoyances).
