Borderlands is now perfect in 3d 3d crosshair included

game has been patched to have a 3d crosshair in game - no more 3d vision issues remain as far as I can tell

ghosting is still present due to the black outlines around everything, but that's half the gimmick of the game anyway. Have fun! I certainly am.

I just tried it and it seems to work great. I had kinda set this game aside for a bit but now im back. How about some gamespy friend lists for some 3d fun.

Hi All

We are working on testing this new profile and update our profile. Initial comments from our Devrel team was that this was supposed to fix the crosshair and shadow halo issues.

Sweet! Maybe this means more devs are noticing how 3D is starting to go mainstream and are preparing to join the bandwagon of support :D

I'm glad I can add Borderlands to my normal 3D playing rotation, thanks to Gearbox and Nvidia. Having a genuine in-game 3D crosshair does so much for the experience by itself! Keep it up Andrew. /banana.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Hi All

I can confirm that we have verified both fixes. We will require a new profile for the game now with the new patch. I will update the release notes when that new driver comes out when we have made changes for Borderlands.

Ah, is that why when I tried Borderlands today with 3D Vision that everything seemed flat beyond the UI?

I have been playing BL for the passed few days in 3d and have no issues at all. All the settings are on too.

I find it very hard to notice the ghosting, and I have dynamic shadows on (Even tho it hurts my FPS big time). I havent set up taking 3D screenshots, but I'll try it later and post a couple if you'd like.
