Hello,
I've been trying to play Tiger Woods 2008 and Top Spin 2 in Win 7 64bit but no joy. They installed OK, play OK in 2D as long as I do not turn on 3D with the hot key. But when I do, the screen starts shaking, there are double images, no 3D/stereoscopic effect. Glasses and controller are on.
I tried to run them in XP compatibility mode...same thing.
I have not tried any of the new games, but these two are listed in Nvidia's lists as "excellent" for 3D vision.
The test image in Nvidia's 3D stereo panel works OK.
Rig: I7, GTX470 with two ViewSonic CRT monitors at 120 Hz, 3D Vision kit, latest CD 1.45 drivers (266.77 display and 266.21 controller), win 7 64bit, directx 11. Stereoscopy set to work only on one monitor (not suround).

The application drive sweeper is a great util for removing nvidia drivers prior to install
The current nvidia drivers (actually they are 266.58, not 266.77, and controller 266.21 ... whatever is on CD 1.45) were installed after removing the previous ones (260.99) using Driver Sweeper.
I tried the 2 games after removing the other monitor and using the suggested game graphics set up on your site...same result.
What I noticed is that the TW08 screen trembles less than Top Spin (after addjusting the game graphics as suggested, and that in both cases the glasses to not kick in although the controller and the glases are on. There is practically no difference between looking at the screen with and without glasses.
A new development: I also installed Sniper Elite and Virtua Tennis 2009 and they work without problem. Thus, it's something specific (but similar) to these 2 games (TW2008 and Top Spin 2).

Try clicking on one of those screenshots on SG's Top Spin2 site. That should download the .jps file for the picture. Double click on the saved file and the NVIDIA 3D image viewer should pop up and display the image. Does that look right?

1) Cannot download the pics as .jps, only as .jpg or .bmp
2) Downloaded a picture as .jpg, then changed manually the file name to .jps and clicked on it. The 3D Vision player kicked in, controller and glasses turned on, but the image was wrong: like 2 halves superimposed one over another. Not a good solution to change the file name.
3) Tried with a native .jps file (Burnout paradise...), the video player kicked in, the controller and glasses turned on, and it looked good/correct.
4) Opened 3D Vision Photo Viewer, opened the same Burnout paradise file. It opened in double side-by-side image. Clicked Ctrl+V (or Tool Bar ->View -> Stereo view), and image became full screen, controller and glasses turned on, and the stereo image was correct.
5) Downloaded the Virtua Tennis 2009 video clip, but it's an *.avi file and the Nvidia stereo player doesn't have an .avi codec. Any suggestions where I can get it from?
6) I installed Virtua Tennis 2009 and Sniper Elite, and they work OK in stereo mode (had to set the graphics of Virtua Tennis 2009 as suggested on the web site).
7) I played .wmv stereo movies in 3D Vision Video Player and they play OK.
Thus, it seems it may be something specific to these 2 games (TW08 and Top Spin 2) that don't work for me. But I haven't tried others besides these 4 (2 work, 2 don't)
Thx.

The pictures and movies downlaoded from Solutiongaming come side-by-side. Thus, I set-up the File -> Layout in the player also in side-by-side mode, and then they played OK in stereo mode. Thus, I was able to see correctly, in stereo, the pictures you have on site for TW08.
Regarding the .avi codec, I downloaded and installed the k-lite 32bit codecs pack, and now the 3D Stereo player can also play OK .avi files.
But, I still haven't managed to make my TW08 and Top Spin 2 work in stereo mode. When in 2D, they play fine. When I turn on stereo (with hot key), the screen shakes, although the images have the proper ghosts as required for 3D stereo. The controller turns on, the glasses seem to react but not at the right frequency, I just see the image like without glasses.

Once again, thx for trying to help.

If your downloading a jpg, im guesssing your downloading just the jpg preview, refer to above reply to 1) (again easier just to download picture pack - you can then view as slideshow)
To download the codec, all you need to do is download and install fraps free version link here
6) I installed Virtua Tennis 2009 and Sniper Elite, and they work OK in stereo mode (had to set the graphics of Virtua Tennis 2009 as suggested on the web site).
7) I played .wmv stereo movies in 3D Vision Video Player and they play OK.
Thus, it seems it may be something specific to these 2 games (TW08 and Top Spin 2) that don't work for me. But I haven't tried others besides these 4 (2 work, 2 don't)
Thx.
Hope this helps a little

Any more suggestions?
