Yeah, that's pretty bad. We probably have missed a couple of the light shaders, there are a lot of different ones that run at different times of the day.
DHR fixed one, and I fixed one in the latest version, 0.89. Try using that version and let us know if it's still broken. If it is, please make a snapshot of the map where it's happening so we can go there to find it.
I assume this isn't happening all of the time? That's the way the shaders look before Mike fixed them. This light glitch should be super rare. If it's happening a lot, then something else is wrong.
Same intersection, but not raining. Could be rain also, but I've seen it rain a lot and lights are still good. Not sure.

Thanks Bo3b for your reply. The 0.89 didnt solve it, but: It indeed seemed to be my system´s fault. I made a Uplay "verify files", it found and replaced a few. The 3D fix was still active after that and the gliches are gone. Don´t know what ever the reason was, but it is excellent now. So thanks again for doing this.

I think this is just a shader we missed, probably specific to the fact that it is raining or something. I am sure that once we find replicate the situation (which will be "by chance" unfortunately i.e. it will need to be the correct time of day, and it will need to be raining, and we will need to be somewhere with plenty of cars) it will be an easy fix. I don't think there is anything more complex going on.

OK, cool. I've also had the game screw up periodically and drop shaders that were fixed. So some things that were fine go back to bad. Happens more often with SLI. Only solution I've seen is to relaunch the game, alt-tab doesn't reload them, quit to main menu sometimes does.
Game or drivers are buggy, not sure. I also disabled the NVidia shader caching, and it didn't help.
Also for people having trouble with SLI, my best technique is to turn 3D off with Ctrl-T at the splash screen and wait for the game to fully load before turning it back on.
On the other hand, on 320.49 it runs normally every time. <cough>

I had same issue, It was vram for me because I used ultra textures with my 2GB card ;)
Soon I put back to High textures, no more periodically screw up shaders...

@chtiblue: I get this even with 4G cards in SLI. I'll try dropping to High as a test.
@Milamber: I updated the version on the Helixmod to be the latest.
Thanks bo3b & Mike for the outstanding efforts on this game.
While not wishing to play this title in 2D I've held off purchasing it until a S3D solution surfaced.
Thanks again!

Thx Sam!
Same here with the glitches of headlights and water issues. Verifying files @ uplay found some issues and updated some files.
Now it works great! Fantastic work guys.
Using 3D Vision Surround isn´t playable with my 3 GB cards. I have to reduce to 1920*1080.
I´m also using worse mod and maldo textured. No problems here with your fix.
But worse mod and maldo increases also Vram usage about + 500 MB.

Latest update for WatchDogs is to version 0.90.
Nothing super notable, but DHR fixed another 4 or 5 glitches, and I fixed one. Easiest way to update is to run the uninstall.bat which clears out everything, then drop the new one in.

ok, it's same menu as assassin's creed so in the menu you havr choice between play Adrien Pierce story or play Bad blood DLC. Menu is in 3D but I choose to play the DLC Bad Blood and when it's loaded the 3D (both 3Dvision and compatible) have disappear, detph level doesn't appear anymore but you still can switch between 3Dvision and compatible with alt+ctrl+F11 (the screen flcks) but both are in 2D...

Does this happen if you uninstall the 3DMigoto fix?
