having problems registering my 3d vision kit
When I go to the nvidia registration page and enter my info for my glasses it tells me that the part number is invalid. It tells there should be letters where I put numbers. I changed the zeros to O's and nothing changed.

Did you find that number on the bottom of the box?

I believe the last three digits should be -000 instead of -001

the last three digits will vary as mine ar 100, but that part number looks correct, perhaps you are putting in a serial code wrong?

I couldn't submit my part number either. Their web form is freaked up. Soooo not serious they still didn't fix it ! It was several weeks back.

What I did was open a support ticket right there :

[url="http://www.nvidia.com/page/support.html"]http://www.nvidia.com/page/support.html[/url] -> "FAQs and Knowledgebase" link on the left, then submit your issue and somebody will answer it.

Somebody in the "NVIDIA Customer Care" team told me (s)he manually submitted my infos, but I have no way to be sure of that, not even a mail was sent to my inbox...
Plus (s)he didn't answer back to my questions asking if ads checkboxs were checked or not.

The case has been escaladed to "Level 2 Tech Support group" but still no answer since the beginning of april !
