Nvidia surprises me after RMA
Last week my glasses crapped out. Early in the morning I was playing and everything was fine, but later in the day I went to use them and they wouldn't turn on, blinking red light, etc.

I used their online chat with tech service to explain the problem and I had an RMA a day later. I sent the glasses and emitter in as per the RMA, and received back not my fixed glasses and emitter, but a full replacement set in the original box.

More then I expected and even faster then I thought, considering it has only been a little over a week.

I was sorry my glasses died, but this service makes me feel better again. :)

Good to know Nvidia does look after its customers. Glad to hear the RMA process worked out well for you.

Good luck and Happy Gaming.

Just think how long you would have to wait if they repaired your original pair for you , it would be a while ... sending a new or even re-certified set is the least they can do to stay on some type of a reasonable time frame. Did they offer an advanced rma, where you give them a credit card # and then you get a pair sent and use the box they sent to send your broken ones back? I know you didn't use this option but it would be good if it was there.
