The new drivers suggest the Quadro card supports the 3D vision hub, however we are getting (what I suspect) are sync problems.

To test this, we created a simple opengl program displaying a solid blue coloured image only for the left eye and a solid red coloured image for the right eye (when combined creating a purple image). Please tell me ... Does openGL work in 3D vision on Quadro cards? Is it fully supported?

I ask this because, if it does work, then I am interested to buy a Quadro card in order to play openGL games in 3D.
My current belief is ... it wont work. But I hope I am wrong.

OpenGL does not work for GeForce Cards, just Direct3D.
For the Quadro cards, being professional graphics cards, OpenGL should work (unless things have changed!).

On OpenGL the applications need to be written to take advantage of stereo (something called Quad Buffered OpenGL). Games don’t normally do this.
