Hi
I just got my 3D vision kit set up.
It works but only in some games.
It works great in The Secret World and Guild Wars 2.
It works OK in Skyrim.
But when I try and load Tomb Raider Underworld a game that they show in the samples at the end of setup, and one that's listed as compatible, it will not trigger the emitter?
The same is true for Wow, and Age of Conan.
Can someone tell me what's going on, and how to correct it.
I'm sure I'm not the first person to have this issue but I don't see a search function on this forum.

Don't know, but the game specific forums may be a better place to find out.
I have noticed that a lot of the fixes in recent drivers relate to 3D, so if
you don't have the most recent WHQL drivers installed it may help to do so.
The same would apply to patches for the games, if there are any.

BossDweebe is in his second childhood, or would be if he'd ever left the first.
Hi
Thanks for the response.
I downloaded the latest drivers last night when I started set up.
I'll see about updated for the game.
I also have several of the other recent Tomb Raider games.
I'll try and install one of those and see what happens.
I was sure that Wow would work, It's always listed as a 3D compatible game.
I'm charging the glasses right now.
Does anyone know what the process is that causes the game to trigger the emitter?
What specifically happens that lets the video card know that this game supports 3D Vision.
Thanks again for the help.

Hi
I was able to get Tomb Raider to run.
I downloaded the demo from the nVidia site and it worked.
So I uninstalled the original and re-installed it and it started working, I'll try this with Age of Conan when I get the time.

Hi
It appears that re-installing the games after the 3D is set up fixes the problems, I'm in the process of downloading Age of Conan again right now.
Mike
In some games running it in DX9 rather than DX11 will result in better results. Of course, that's assuming you're using a DX11 capable card.
