I was looking for a puzzle game to relax and at the same time ran accross johnglad's comment and DHR's Universal UE4 Fix. I must have missed something a while back as didn't know that.

So downloaded from Obduction and applied to the game.

Cool!!! Made this game good enough to play just fine. Thanks DHR!
2 years and 2 days to retirement, then I can focus on fixing...as it certainly takes more focus than I can apply atm :-)
Thanks guys for all of the efforts - and Happy New Year!

Edit-it's not perfect, as after you explode a ball, the resulting "soot" is screen depth. But, like I said, good enough to play a basically unplayable game before the fix.

Oh ya, it worked on "Anomaly 1729" too, but had to grab some 32bit dll's from 3Dmigoto 1.2.61. The crosshair was screen depth, but that's where the focus/knowledge comes in ;-)
Afraid that game needed more intellect than I wanted to provide at the time...

@djbnew
Great that works for more games....the only thing i can't fix is the variant in the swizzle that sometimes some shader have, this happens normally in 2D Decals and 2D Objects. I'm still trying to figure this out.
This is a more "pullished" version of the Universal Fix.
This will probably fix 90% of any UE4 game....that's mean there are still some shader that need manual fixing, like HUD and the shaders with the variant of the swizzle. Also if devs change the basis of the UE4 engine also won't work.
A Version: Use the cb0[0] to fix Decals...almost all UE4 have this by default
https://s3.amazonaws.com/dhr/Test/3Dmigoto.Universal.3DFix._A_UE4.x64.by.DHR.zip
and
B Version: Use the cb0[1] to fix Decals. Some games use this variant for the Decals.
https://s3.amazonaws.com/dhr/Test/3Dmigoto.Universal.3DFix._B_UE4.x64.by.DHR.zip
If you have a game that is 32bits....use the DLL from the 1.2.67 version of 3Dmigoto, otherwise the Universal Fix won't work.
Cheeers!!!

@DHR, yup, "A" fixed the decals :-) (soot at screen depth)
I am truly aware, and appreciate all of the thousands of hours put in (on the keyboard and while you try to sleep...) you guys did/do on all these tools and fixes.
Sincerely,
