3D Vision Wired Glasses Availability? When are they being released?
I just installed my new computer's "final" piece: a GTX 580 video card, and would like to try 3D Vision. Anyway, I'm wondering when the announced wired 3D Vision glasses will be available. I already game with headphones on, so I don't really mind having cords attached to my head while gaming... And the lower price is attractive.

Carefull with those headphones - remember you'll be wearing NVIDIA glasses under them. If you are using big headphones that fit tightly on your head, it could get really annoying.

Yeah, I was a bit concerned about this. I've been using some old eDimensional shutter glasses with my headphones for a few months, and they're not too bad - they're pretty thin around the ears, though. My headphones are by Audio-Technica, so they don't clamp really tight which is nice.

Just a follow-up if anyone else is interested in these wired glasses. Apparently, they are available now; just kind of tricky to find. At least Provantage has them in-stock.

I just got my glasses from Provantage. They work great. Apparently a few other places have them in stock too. You just need to google the model number.

Can they work with Acer H5360 Projector connected to a PC over HDMI cable???
Yes, as long as the glasses are connected over USB to the PC.

can it work with Samsung's 3D checkerboard DLPs?

I'll go out on a limb and say yes, but to be honest, no one here is actively testing the Samsung DLPs in checkerboard 3D mode.
