Games without profiles - how to get 3D to kick in ?
Hi Just bought Abducted and Crow on bundlestar + 8 other games for just 2.84.. I think especially Abduted looks interresting but I cant get 3D vision to kick in at all in these two titles. I have around 100+ games and they all run more ore less perfect in 3D, so I dont understand why there is no responce at all. I tried renameing Abducted to Prototype that didn't change anything. Can anybody help or at least explain why... Edit: I'm a fool - just realized that they are opengl.. I have tried gldirect but no luck... Any suggestions Guys ?

Hmm... Are ALL of them OpenGL games ? or just this one? In this case you would need the OpenGL-3DVision wrapper... GLDirect will most likely not work... Thing is you will need to develop a "fix" for it more or less :( If you are interested and keen you can give it a go;) and I will try to help;)

Hi Helifax No not all of them - but the 2 mentioned games - Abducted and Crow are from the same developer and I guess they uses the same engine. The question is, do the games have a quality that makes it worth spending yours- and my time to fix them. But it could be an velcome opportunity to start learning to fix games, and some help from the MASTER himself, is difficult to resist. I have only been a happy 3DV ownner for 9 month, but I'm totally addicted, and i've used many of the fixes from the Helix site, and it would be great if I could tribute to the community. But... i'm not a programmer just a very experienced computer owner in about 35 years. I have dowloaded the wrapper, but I really don't know where to start, there is not a lot of documentation....
