I could return tomorrow my Acer HS244HG and get one Monitor ASUS VG236HE.
But I am hesitating what to do to could play 3D games and watch 3D movies.
I know that the Asus is compatible with NVIDIA 3 Vision, but I have to pay more money for it and i have to buy a NVIDIA 3D Vision because there is no any glasses with the monitor. I bought my Acer with glasses with the same brand. In other case - to play 3D with the Acer I have to install NVIDIA 3DTV Play softwar?. Unfortunately my GPU is GeForce GTS 250 and it is no compatible with 3DTV Play.
In first case - with the ASUS - I have to buy NVIDA 3D glasses kit and to pay aditional 50 euro. May have to take new video card again because NVIDIA says that 3D with GeForce GTS 250 is fair.
In other case - with the ACER - I have to buy new video card.
Mathematical second case is good for me. But my question to you is if I am right about everything and something new - Is this true - If I play with 3DTV i have no need to buy NVIDIA 3D Vision glasses in case I have ACER 3D active glass?

Buy one of those optomized for Geforce passive monitors from Acer, they're HDMI 1.4 ready. So it will easily work with a PS3 or Blu-ray player, etc. While not in the same league as 120Hz 3D monitor, it might be better suited to your budget.
As with anything, be sure to research the pros and cons before making a decision.

I'd agree to take the monitor back, you'd still have to pay $40 for 3DTV Play to get 3D Vision to work with that display so you might as well put the money into a better display.
You can go with either the Acer passive as D-Man suggested or go with the VG236HE as originally planned. The downsides of the VG236HE is you will have to pay additional money for the 3D Vision kit, but you will also gain the benefit of 120Hz in 2D when you are not playing in 3D. The other downside of the VG236HE is that it will absolutely require you to buy a new GPU (or two) for the increased performance requirements of 1080p@60Hz in 3D.
The performance requirements for 3DTV Play 720p@60Hz in 3D are much lighter, but even a GTS 250 is not good enough imo.

Ooops I had that monitor confused with another one, it doesn't even have a Dual Link DVI-D input.
So it wouldn't be a complete waste to use it with 3DTV play, other than the fact you are limited to 1080@24Hz. It's not supported, so you'll have to find a workaround.

Ok, I have read for the hdmi 1.4d and found out that there is no 1080p@60 hz on it.
OK. In case I won't buy the ASUS and decide to watch and play 3D on 720p@60hz, why I don get this one monitor:

I'm not quite sure what your refering to. But if you are talking about the fact that the AOC has 2D to 3D conversion, that's not good for gaming, the signal out from the GPU is delayed while it is converted to 3D, inducing unwanted lag.
The monitor I originally suggested is the passive monitor from Acer, due to the fact that you have a low end GPU model.

Thanks. I am clear abot everything. About passive and active 3d, about HDMI and DVI difference. But tell me why 3dVision glasses has DVI to HDMI cabel. How it will transfer 1080p@60Hz? I could switch my Acer by equal cabel.
