People using the Flugan Wrapper will need to keep checking back to Flugan's website for updates to his wrapper, however, when I/bo3b/Helifax make updates to the *fix* we will update the Flugan release as well with the new shaderfixes.
Please let me know if any of the links have issues.

Forgive me for not doing my homework but i am having some issues with Flawless Widescreen since 1/25.
I'm not running your awesome fix at this time, cant stand playing DAI in 3D Vision on a 24" monitor anymore so i'm gonna get the Asus 27" ROG Swift monitor in Feb. Until then it's 2D across 3 screens...
I still need to use the sweet FWS plugin though. Funny thing is, now the game crashes if i have FWS running beforehand. I have to start FWS after i load my last save game to prevent CTD! Does anyone know if this is related to the recent E/A or Bioware update 3? Not a huge deal but it kinda sucks as i used to have FWS startup with Windows, now i have to manually start it every time... Any thoughts?
It does not work. Enabling 3D after loading ==> broken 3D. ==> Windows 8.1
I'm in the process of working out the ideal settings for my wrapper. For instance I run in 3D from the start of the game. I have not disabled origin in-game. Running without FWS and without cleaning shader cache every time I start to name a few. Basically I'm trying to get it to run with as few changes as possible from default. I also have 5 different builds to take into account.
As the wrapper has primarily been tested on my machine it would be nice to get in touch with others using it to resolve problems if possible. My contact info is above in the thread.
Sounds like you have a problem that can be reproduced so there should be a solution.

OK some update for me:

==> Traveled 5 times withpout a crash and without any 3D fault.
Windows 8 will work but traveling will crash 3D... not installing the HD-Audio and the NV-Geforce-Experiance from the driver
==> Traveled 5 times withpout a crash but with 4 of 5 times 3D fault.
==> The benefit of Windows 8.1 with DAI is round about 10-15 FPS for me, SO ITS BADLY NECESSARY TO RUN IT IN WIN 8.1 for ME !!! ==> i could play it on ULTRA in each cases (except the settings needed for WRAPPER to turned of or medium)

If you want support then contact me. Optimal settings and best wrapper build to use has not been determined yet. I need experimentation and feedback so that I don't spoon feed settings that only work on my machine.

My current wrapper of choice is v0.8 which is a slimmed version of v0.9 which is basically before I added hunting code back into the wrapper so v1.0 has non working hunting code where v1.1 should have hunting enabled. I've begun playing with shader cache off to test how it behaves.
I'll eventually start playing the game as I like what I've seen so far. One thing though is that I'm quite certain my wrapper does not have the same installing procedure as 3Dmigoto.
With this many variables it's hard to tell exactly what's needed.
Not to mention four different builds of the wrapper with different behavior.
I need more testers on both Windows 7 and 8 and begin writing recommended install instructions.
Starting with Helifax quite excellent guide.

Flugan can you put a read me or something in your one drive explaining what files to use to keep up to date. I attempted to update yesterday to try it out and the game just started crashing on startup.
So far I have had only any success with the original release Helifax linked too in his post.
At this point with either wrapper only issue I get is the odd crash here and there which occurs anyway fix or not, its slightly more prone to fail with the fix enabled, and slightly more so with your wrapper rather than 3dmoto but 'Im living with it cause I want to keep post processing up.
I used to have to play with shader cache off exclusively, now I couldn't imagine playing with it. its not a factor now at all. (I rarely clear the shader cache as well)
I guess with the helix wrapper I had already achieved a stable game by the time helix put up his guide and I was surprised and vindicated to see that his guide was pretty much exactly what I was doing. But it took a long time to come to that.
If you want some insight, pretty much everything I did testing wise is documented on here in my posts from about page 50
Oh and BTW
Recently I found the NVcp setting "select when Display is in 3d mode" has some influence. If its selected to always in 3d mode it causes issues with shaders loading correctly. I have it set to "only when fullscreen 3d programs run."

Also I have been playing the game reasonably thoroughly on nightmare so its kinda slow going but I have noticed some broken shaders/ reflections in some locations, not sure if these are fixable or not.
I originally intended to post saves along with these but they got buried. (I hate it when they don't allow you to name your game)
Here are the shots, if its no help I will try and find the locations again and upload save files.
* Dungeon area where monsters are frozen in time . (still trying to remember where this is.)
* Water around bandit camp in southern hinterlands breaks when you walk by. (couldn't really catch this one in a screen it flickers on and off) Only the water breaks.
* Crestwood area in general after you finish the mission with the flooded damn and put the spirits to rest. (atmosphere changes reflections on mountains mainly.)

I dunno with the latest patch it seems they introduced some problems that were removed with PATCH 2 + Hotfix... I can't use the shader cache ON no matter what I try.... If I use it I get weird 2D elements like heads, parts of building, water ...every time different shaders fail to "stereorize".... I'm not sure what changed...

Ok: Made a rather long and laborious test.... I am posting this since IT MIGHT HELP PEOPLE especially on Windows 8.1 (WITH THE CRASHES and other issues).
Tested on 2 systems:
1. Win 8.1 -> 880M (took me whole freaking day to install Win 8 + updates to 8.1...arrr)
2. Win 7 -> GTX590(SLI) Single Monitor.
Both systems manifested the same problems:
- Crashing in loading screens
- Corrupt 3D effect if it DIDN'T crash on loading screen.
What I did:
- Basically I followed everything that was here :https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/788055/3d-vision/dragon-age-inquisition-/58/ (Using Flagan's Wrapper V1.0)
- I added the game to "Battlefield 4" profile in all cases (using Nvidia Inspector)
- Using V11 of the Fix
- Both Under Win 7 & Win 8.1 in NVPANEL I disabled the shader cache option (Like it says on the blog).
- On both setups I literally Loaded the game in Skyhold and traveled to all the POSSIBLE MAPS the game has (around 10-11). Including certain Dungeons that are available in some maps.
- EVERY SINGLE TIME: there were no 2D shaders, the fix worked properly and I had NO CRASH !!! I ended up getting back to Skyhold after this "Errand" ... (I used both PCs in parallel.. Approx time. the test took: 1 hour).
===========
If I don't do this (and especially DON'T DISABLE THE SHADER CACHE) I get a CTD on the 2nd loading screen OR mostly I get WRONG shaders that are rendered in 2D.
============
Now, Funny thing is I DON'T get this behavior in 3D Surround on my 2x780Ti cards ( I only get the CTD in loading screens !!! but around 4-5th loading screen).
Probably, the same results can be achieved with 3DMigoto Wrapper under Windows 7.
=============
Bottom line is : I think the 3D Vision driver + Shader Cache ON....simply doesn't WORK PROPERLY for this game/engine FOR SOME "bizarre" reason...
Maybe this helps other people... If you follow these instructions and it is working for you PLEASE LET ME/US KNOW so we can update the BLOG with this INFO !!!!!!
PS: And I get to open the "Evil" page 66 ^_^ (Which is actually the number of the "Human Being" and not the "Anti-Christ" as some wants us to believe;)) Anywho that is a different topic ^_^)

2. Win 7 -> GTX590(SLI) Single Monitor.
===========
If I don't do this (and especially DON'T DISABLE THE SHADER CACHE) I get a CTD on the 2nd loading screen OR mostly I get WRONG shaders that are rendered in 2D.
============
Now, Funny thing is I DON'T get this behavior in 3D Surround on my 2x780Ti cards ( I only get the CTD in loading screens !!! but around 4-5th loading screen).
Probably, the same results can be achieved with 3DMigoto Wrapper under Windows 7.
=============
