First yes you can use two monitors. Make sire the 3D 120 Hz monitor is your primary monitor from the Windows Control panel. There is a thread here on that: http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=89310
Second, each game has a different level of support for multi-mon. Some lock out the second screen and some dont. So this wil be a bit of end user interaction to see how the games work.

I've tried running Left 4 Dead in windowed mode without borders so that I could view things on my other monitor without having to tab out, but I find then that the 3D doesn't kick in and it just plays the game regularly. I haven't tried other games in windowed mode, but I suspect that the 3D drivers need to detect the presence of a full screen game before it kicks in.

Hi
Currently 3D Vision only supports fullscreen gaming. We documented this in our Tips and Tricks, Quick Start Guide, and in our Knowledge Base Article here.
