4K TV Has 1920x1080 @ 120hz, can i do 3D with kit?
I have a 55" 4K Vizio p55-e1 and it does 1920x1080 @ 120hz 100% Legit with no overclocking. If I buy the 3D vision Kit with the IR Emitter will I be able to use it with my TV to play games and watch movies?

You can (or used to) be able to use 3d on any suitable display (i.e. 120Hz) by using CRT mode. The issue is that you'd generally get poor results, especially for a non TN panel display, which basically all TVs are. You'd need the kit and you'd need to use an EDID override to get 3d vision working in CRT mode. I keep meaning to try with my parents new LG OLED, as it doesn't support 3d but it does 100% support 120Hz input in full HD. In theory I could get it to work with the 3d vision emitter and glasses.
