Thanks now just a few follow-up questions:
- If you disable the second 2D monitor, do your games work properly?
- What is the make and model of your second monitor?
- When you are running with both monitors enabled, is the 3D monitor set as the primary display?
- Are you doing any multi-display setting changes before you see this message? For instance, are you running with the 2D set to primary before you play the 3D games, and then you switch the primary to the 3D display and then launch your games. Or is the 3D monitor always set to the primary display?

Using the official release drivers, all games I have installed run correctly, even with secondary monitor active. The games I have tried in 3d also function correctly, except for EVE Online. CyberLink PowerDVD 10 Ultra Mk II also functions in 3d mode correctly. With the beta drivers, disabling the secondary monitor made no difference.
The secondary monitor is ASUS VH232H.
3D monitor is always primary. And no, no multi-display settings change. All I do is use the shortcut key to activate 3d display. Stereoscopic display mode activates even with no games running, and to my surprise, activates on both monitors.
