Which games are affected? What monitor, graphics card and driver are you using? What do the artefacts look like? Can you post a screenshot?
You must give detail when asking for help.
The artifacts looks like green outlines of objects and it's visible on camera rotation. I tried to use Windows 7 & 8 and different versions of graphic drivers. My monitor is Acer gd245hq, now I using gtx760 and gtx460 for physx, before gtx760 I used gtx460sli. these artifacts affects on Mass Effect 1-3, Dishonored, Skyrim. Sorry for bad English

What cable do you use to connect your videocard to the monitor? Please post photo of the connector.
You need DVI-I or DVI-D dual link cable as far as i know for 3D Vison.
Using single link DVI cable may result in artifacts when monitor switches to 120 Hz

I use dual link dvi cable, also artifacts shows up only when 3d vision is disabled in nvidia control panel and after restarting Windows, when 3d vision is active there are no artifacts but monitor works in 120hz as i know

I know you said you tried different drivers but did you try doing a clean install? Delete the NVIDIA(C:\NVIDIA\) folder prior to doing it also, if any of the files located in that 'temp' directory are corrupted it'll just keep reusing them during reinstalls.
