Thanks for testing! [s]If you have time to screenshot your settings, that would be appreciated - maybe I've picked a particularly taxing AO option or something.
[/s]
EDIT: I've done more testing, and I'm certain it's CPU-limited. I'm seeing pretty similar performance on lower settings, and getting 100% CPU usage on all but one core when it's running.
Hmm..with a little luck Lasso might help you, I use it allways, and it gives me a few extra frames + removes some microstutter!

I've installed this as well, as I was intrigued. I played it only once, but that was before I bought the 4K OLED.
I think the main factor with the performance in this game is the CPU and the SLI configuration.
Typical of CPU limitations, reducing the resolution in this game brings the biggest performance gain.
And SLI is straight broken, to the point that it's much worse in SLI than it is in single card. insane.
DSS documented this in the fix page. Unfortunately it's impossible for most of us to use that old driver he indicated.
So for example, in order to have the game play smoothly with my setup, I need to:
- disable SLI
- use 1080P in-game
- use upscaling custom shader to output 4K
- use resolution scale 0.50 % in-game
It looks a little low res, but nothing beats 3D at 60 fps. Plus the gameworld is vast, plenty of cars, people, decals, effects. It's simply a next gen game in a time where there is no next-gen hardware to drive it.
But the fix is still purely awesome and perfect. Everything looks the way it should in 3D, even the hacking lines which were broken at some point. DSS did a tremenduous job with this one, it's one of the best fixes and a showcase of a game (apart from the hassles needed for performance).

Just tested this again, and it was working correctly here. Win10 1803, Driver 418.81
Uninstall the fix, with uninstall.bat, and make sure the game runs and resolution and settings are like you want, before installing fix.

I reinstalled the game and added the above command. it just crashes after splash screen.

Would be worth trying DDU driver reinstall. Also, look on pcgamingwiki for the location, and delete all the game preference files.
