About Max Payne 3, which version should we use with this driver ?
Actually i use 301.42 and the old .exe of Max Payne 3 (i've read problems has appeared with the last update), but i would prefer to update my game to avoid bugs / get optimizations, etc.

hope this fix performance issues on games that weren't running so fine with my single gtx 680, for example, Just cause 2 that was running much better with a 560ti sli (1gb) than with a single 680 (2gb).

Skyrim still runs like garbage for me in 3d.

i didn't re-tested it yet, but skyrim was running very well here using 301.42 with a single gtx 680 using FXAA settings everything including shadows on Ultra settings. maybe you just need to tweak graphics a bit?

For a few days now I'm using a GTX690 with this driver. I'm not sure if the card works properly, because some crashes have already occured, whereas my old GTX590 didn't crash - normally.
Another problem: AC-Brotherhood freezes shortly after launch when utilizing HELIX' mod. No such problem with my GTX590, same driver ... What could be the reason for this... incompatibility? Could deleting the 3DVision game profile work (btw, how/where can they be deleted?)? Or renaming the executable?

"Blank shaders" cause crashing with 600 series.
Open up the shaderoverride/vertexshaders
open 3EEDAD0C + 307A29E5
delete everything
then paste
vs_3_0
dcl_position v0
dcl_position o0
Then save. Should load.
I didnt check the pixelshaders but it should work.
Thanks for the answer.
[s]I found the files, but when opened with win7's simplest editor ("Editor"..), the presentation is very confusing - I have no clue of shader/texture-modding. Is there a better editor to deal with those files?[/s]
Anyhow, so I should delete the text in BOTH files - 3EEDAD0C + 307A29E5 -, then put in the 3 lines into BOTH of them?
Edit: Tried 'WordPad' and got structured presentation. Changed BOTH files to proposed lines - and it works!
Thank you very much!
