Any chance Splinter Cell Conviction will get fixed?
This was one of my most anticipated games for 3D vision and I was disapointed that 3D was very lacking, and then people talking about the memory leak bug that slows the frame rate to a crawl after a few minutes. I've had this game for months. Is it time to give up and just play it in 2D. Anyone have a good experience with this game in 3D or not have the memory leak bug? Has there been any news of a future patch or profile?

ManuelG said he filed a bug report and that they'll take a look at it: http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=167838
Sadly I filed a bug report months ago when I documented the problem in that post, it is disappointing that they still do not have a 3DV profile for the game considering it is a pretty big name title. I played through the first mission or two with just 1x480 but the performance just isn't good enough and SLI performance is of course worst due to the memory leak bug. Its playable for me otherwise, just set depth to minimum, then play with convergence to get a nice pop-out/toyification effect. The game's level design takes care of depth.
