Your first 3d screenshot looks about the same as mine, which i think is ok, there is some slight crosstalk/ghosting around the characters in game, i'm not sure if much can be done about this?, probably keep tweaking till your satisfied?, i get this in some 3d games i play anyway. Some objects render at the wrong depth and some effects render incorrectly. Nvidia state Max Payne 3 is rated excellent for stereoscopic 3D in DirectX 11 only. Maybe Rockstar Studios had difficulties with some objects/effects rendering incorrectly during development for 3D?.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that nvidia recommend to disable MSAA in DirectX 11 and stereoscopic 3D, although i have used 2xMSAA with FXAA very high and i think it was ok, hahaha!.
