Hello.
I have a tiny issue with my 3D vision 2 wirelless setup as you can see from the title.
Games just won't start in 3D. Monitor goes to 3D mode when the game starts, but i don't see the normal 3D effect on the screen, and likewise the 3D glasses won't turn on. The weird thing is, that when i try the 3D preview, or the 3D pictures that start after the setup, they work perfectly.
I have the most recent drivers 314.22 WHQL.

What Display are you using? What OS?
You say the monitor goes into 3D Mode?
Does adjusting Depth or Convergence do anything?
On some of the monitors with integrated emitters, you can unplug the monitor for a few minutes to reset the emitter.
Maybe your Dual Link DVI cable is bad? Are you using a DL DVI cable?
@Cooky
The monitor goes to 3D mode automaticly once a game starts and clock frequenzy rises to 3D. (I'd guess)
@D-Man
BenQ XL2420T. No emitter on it. Besides using wirelless kit with the 3D emitter i got with the glasses.
Tried adjusting depth, did not fix. Convergence?
Also cable can't be bad if it shows the 3D just fine in the 3D preview, and the 3D pictures after setup. And yes its a DL-DVI if i remember correctly.
I'm not really sure what you are saying...
Are you saying that the glasses are not activating? The emitter is turning on? Not turning on?
Make sure that the emitter is plugged into a USB 2 port, preferably on the motherboard header.
Make sure the emitter in in front of you and lower than the glasses(it beams at an upwards angle)
When running the wizard, use the strongest emitter output setting. (lan party=weakest)
3D Vision only works at 120Hz due to bandwidth limitation, you are not trying 144Hz are you?
What game are you trying to play?
In the Nvidia Control panel, make sure click set keyboard shortcuts and then check the box to enable advanced in-game settings.

Moved the transmitter to a new place, did not know it should be below the eye level.
Also my 680 just does not seem to enable 3D graphics when the game loads up. But ctrl+t/emitter button click later, 3D is on.
Thanks for the help. :)
This happens to me with Crysis 3 fake nasty 3D. I have to enter the game and then Alt+tab to desktop and then go back to the game, so my Nvidia emitter will finally go into 3D mode. Doesn't work the Ctrl+T shortcut for enabling 3D unless I first hit Alt+Tab to go to desktop and then go back to the game.
I had this issue using beta drivers 310 and now using the WHQL 314.07, the same issue continues.
All other games I have start in 3D when I try to play them, only Crysis 3 is the exception. At least I can workaround it.
If it wasn't enough that Crysis 3 had such a inferior crappy fake 3D, we still have to bear with such a stupid issue like that.
