Os not compatible? Microsoft (Build 7600)
I just got a 3D vision package for x-mass today but before i opened it I decided to check the compatibility using the System Requirements Lab link from the nvidia web sight but when i ran it, it said that everything about my system far surpasses the recamended requirements but that I had 2 things that failed, my monitor (which i plan to go to future shop to replace in a few days) and my OS. But I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I thought that 3d Vision was supposed to be compatible with 7. Althoe the scan did not say I had 7, It said I have Microsoft (Build 7600). So is it just not reading properly that I have 7 or is that version not compatible with 3D vision? If it matters I had vista 64 bit but used a windows 7 upgrade disk. Just want to check befor I go out and buy a new $300+ monitor.

Win 7 is compatible with 3D Vision. Nvidia even has driver specifically for it. Many people and myself have Win 7 and it works fine with 3D Vision.

You're welcome.
Just some heads up: There are several threads discussing about issues with current S3D monitors (Samsung and Viewsonic) that you may want to read up before making a decision. There are also couple threads about the new Acer 24" monitor that's already on sale in Taiwan and will be available in the US probably very soon that you might be interested in.
