Congratulations for your new fix, Mike and Bo3b!
Thank you for your amazing work!
What would the PC gaming world be without this epic AC Saga in 3D? You guys have left your eternal mark on the recent DX11 installments, for the benefits af all, for free !!!
Here's hoping you will be able to reproduce these feats on the future titles
(sorry for the instinctive cycicism, I should have said: Here's hoping that future titles will not need any fixes LOL)
EDIT
Have not bought the game yet, I don't know what's hapening with the Spring Steam sales, maybe they'll skip them this year? As soon as I have the game will provide feedback.

HBAO High is bugged - makes weird shadow appear in front of screen. Low is fine.
Also I noticed when you're looking at water close to land, it glitches any objects in front of it. Looks like green tint surrounding them

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Please check out the top post for current known issues.
HBAO+ : interesting that this is looking wrong, seems fine for me. It sounds like an issue in AC3, which "stopped happening" at some point. That being said, we have made no attempt at all to fix any AO issues yet.
Water Reflections near land (mindw0rk): I don't understand this, can you provide a screenshot? It might well be related to reflections.
Reflections: These are hard to work out because the driver by default is correcting both left and right in the *same* direction, so they remain 2d but just shifted to the right on the screen. I can't seem to correct that basic flaw. My fix specifically corrects the left eye image to try and counter the fact that it was moved in the wrong direction. I've only ever seen this in Overlord 2 (for shadows) and the solution was to remove the games profile.
Decals: I will be looking at these some more.
@Pirateguy: quite a few things were fixed since you last looked. Caustics, reflections, some bugs, some electric looking dot things (!), and a few other things I can't remember now. The caustics was the main one - makes the sea look fantastic.
I think this games looks spectacular in 3D, especially the tropical island sections. I also tested the DLC (Aveline and the other one) and they work as well (actually corrected a rendering issue in Aveline). Someone asked about Liberations HD. No idea if that works, try it out and let me know. The reviews are bad, so I'm not going to buy it.

I completely agree, Mike. This was already one of the best looking games in 2D, and the beauty is actually enhanced in 3D with your fix. I started the game over, and those viewpoints on that first tropical island are jaw-dropping. Amazing work! Thanks again so much for what you and bo3b have done for this community.

Great - thanks for these:
**HBAO: I saw this exact same effect when I had AC4 running on the AC3 profile, but not on the AC4 profile itself. Are you definitely on the AC4 profile? Also, I had to completely re-install the latest driver to get the game working properly on the AC4 profile (just putting it back in Nvidia Inspector did not work). Someone else provided a picture of an HBAO+(high) issue, so I have a couple of things to go on. I will note again, though, that we have done nothing as yet to alter/fix AO, and given the variability in what people are seeing there might be an issue with HBAO+ and 3DVision, or interference with the depth buffer drivers. You could test this yourself by disabling the Migoto fix (rename or backup/delete the 5 dlls) and look at the game in its non-fixed 3d state to see what HBAO+(high) looks like. If it's not like your picture, then something in the fix, or the wrapper, is causing it, which gives us something to go on.
**WATER GLITCH: I am unable to see anything using the cross-eye method (am at work, lunch break), so will need to wait until tonight for that one.

It works on my Win8.1 system. Make sure you delete the dxgi.dll file though.

Soft shadows are wrong here, I had to disable it and put to shadows very high to work perfect!
