I don't have have it yet but i'm getting a PC very soon. I just want to know what it's like. Is it like those cross-eyed stereoscopic pictures or is it better?. If i can see 3D in stereoscopic images, i'm guessing i can with this?.

Yes You can.
I like to explain it to people who have not seen it as volume, depth and popout. You get everything....I think the volume is the best explanation because things are no longer flat even if you dont get the popout on games you still get volume which makes it much more realistic and I also believe better quality. I can see things in the game much better in 3D than I can normal.

Totally worth it from my perspective.

The very closest experience that you can have is to go to a Real 3D movie like "Up", "G Force", or "Ice Age 2". That's how it look using 3D Vision and a compatible display. The difference(s) can be some ghosting in the case of LCD and CRT (but virtually none in LED based DLP TV), and flickering in slow refresh rate CRT, the advantage(s) of course including interactive gaming and convergence, separation user adjustable.

It's like you're gaming inside a diorama (remember those from grade-school?) instead of on a flat monitor, or it's like looking through a window and seeing your game world on the other side.
