Borderlands crashes in 3D
Hi everyone. I need a little help...after taking a suggestion in another topic of turning off the 3D crosshairs in order to play Borderlands without hiccups I was stoked I could finally play it in 3D! But now I'm encountering problems and have not had any responses in that thread so I'm posting here hoping someone can help. Please see below:

Since I used the suggestion here and can now play in 3D the game is crashing! It's happened 3 times today (I started playing in 3D today) and always about 2-3 hours into play. First 2 times I was in New Haven (town) just walking around doing errands and the last time I was out in the field questing. Nothing excessive was going on like heavy battles or effects and the like...The screen will freeze momentarily then black out, going to a message window saying "Borderlands has stopped working". I have to Task Manager and force close to resume normal operation.

I've played the hell out of this game for a week and a half without 3D because of the hiccups while playing. It doesn't make sense to me why 3D would make it crash, but that is the ONLY thing that has changed with my system since the crashes started.

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit.

not a clue , if it only happens every 2 or 3 hours i think youll have to be optimistic and say at least it works for a little bit

what drivers are you using? have you installed the borderlands patch?
