Hi.

FSX; Lots of flickering. Only time it looks ok is inside cockpit. I have SP1 - and REX and FTX Orbx (USA/Canada) addon. Besides that its 100% "clean".

Crysis; Seems like it might be the videocard I have, 8800GTS 512MB because it just hangs. Ive bought the GTX470 (should arrive in a couple of days) and it might solve that one. Maybe? :)

I'm not sure what sort of flickering you are referring to, but I had an unusable amount of flickering (including the glasses just locking up in one lens) when I had multiple monitors enabled, despite only trying to run it on full screen in one. I disabled the second monitor (it is a regular 60Hz one) when I started FSX, and it worked flicker free. That doesn't quite sound like the issue you are running into, though.

Crysis has too many glitches in 3D and will look worse than Far Cry once you tweak it enough so it does not look like ass.

Im not sure if this is getting off-topic since it was "Favourite game in 3D", but anyway.... :) Hope we are not hijacking the topic.

FSX; its just blinking white all the time on both eyes (3 blinks per second or so), if you know what I mean?
And its really hard to see the 3D effect, if its there at all. Hard to notice while all the blinking is going on.
When looking into the cockpit its ok and the depth is really nice and visible.
Specially when I look down towards the throttles (less graphic to operate maybe?).

When I look out the window again, the blinking increase. It seems like its something to do with the amount of graphic its trying to put in the right places. And the runway is almost double, like your real drunk /shock.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Regarding second screen; I have my Samsung HDTV connected. Did you remove the cable or just disable like this?

Also In the next two weeks, im goin to play doom3 and prey in opengl 3d, on rear projection DLP, and novint falcon pistol grip ;)

I just disable it in the display properties before I start the game, but FSX definitely has issues with multiple monitors with 3D. As an experiment, I would completely disconnect to see if that helps any. At least then you will have identified or eliminated that as the source of your problem.

But to relate it to the topic...I really do like FSX in 3d :) Generally the landscape is too far away for a great stereo affect, but once you play with the convergance settings it really feels like you are sitting in a cockpit!

Are you running full screen (not just maximized, actually full screen: alt+enter)? Do you have multiple monitors enabled (see our discussion in the preceding few posts)? Did you try toggling 3D (ctrl+T)?

So far my favorite games in 3D are:

Avatar
Borderlands
Dragon Age
Just Cause 2
Metro 2033
Assassin's Creed 2

If I had to choose one, it would be Dragon Age. I guess probably because it's my favorite game from the list without 3D, and with 3D it's just incredible. Amazing depth and eye gouging pop-out combine for one of the best gaming experiences ever, IMO.

All the good games I experienced are aleady listed. SNES Emulator not working in S3D, what a bummer
And I would love to see winamp visualisation go S3D! Would be such a beautiful trip, so if it's possible work on it NVidia (!)
