I stumbled across this little gem awhile ago. It's a very nice and criminally cheap little game, that has an almost perfect layered 3D look out of the box provided you use wise depth and convergence settings. I think this one may have flown completely under the radar. It's got a surprisingly fun and fluid combat system.

Remembered seeing that. Very reminiscent of a Vanillaware game. I think I saw it on sale for a couple $$$'s, but ultimately passed it up since I generally don't play 2D sidescrolling games on my PC anymore, got a ton of that on my Vita which is my preferred medium for that sort of stuff.

Thanks for sharing! I've had this on my wishlist for awhile now hoping that I could get it cheap and it would look good in 3D...
Another one that looks great in 3D and seems little like this is Heroine Anthem Zero, I just to had to add -window-mode exclusive to the launch options on Win10(Add to 3D-Hub Player on Win7??) and tweak the Convergence.

Careful game looks like it got an update which added missing resolutions and broke 3D, haven't worked out if it's something just isolated to my setup yet

Today? A few hours ago? Yesterday the game let me choose resolutions up to 3840x2160.
Edit: I've just read your Steam comments, Necropants. 3D was working correctly for me yesterday at least. I'll try again today when I'm home. There are some small lighting issues that I'll try to fix when I have time.

I think it might be something isolated to my setup.
last I played the game was like three weeks ago and it was pretty flawless, but missing the 1440p and 4k resolutions now I load the game and see the missing resolutions but the 3D is broken completely.
*edit*
It's SLI related if I disable it's working properly again. =)

If you don't want to wait for my fix, set "StereoFlagsDX10" to "0x00005008" in the driver profile. It fixes the character shadow when you are behind objects. Just like what happens in the Bloodstained demo and its fixed by the same setting...
I made convergence profiles, HUD depth without breaking life bars, and I still didn't fix a compute lighting shader that is at screen depth (it has to be done with regex. The game doesn't show the effect if it's dumped even in ASM).
I think this game uses Unreal Engine 4, but the universal fix doesn't do anything to the shaders this game uses (only that compute shader and what the profile setting fixed is what had issues).
The fix release won't take too long. I'll be working on it everytime I get frustrated with the maximum difficulty of Tokyo Xanadu, lol.

Omg, didnt even check out the 3d vision yet. I guess you can count me in with the people that slowly forget about 3d vision gaming, even if I repeat in almost every of my youtube videos how amazing 3d vision is. :D
