I am also playing wow and I am having general flickering. I have tryed with mods and with out and I get the flickering no matter what. Sometimes it is almost constant other times I wont see if for hours. I will keep playing with the settings and see if I can get something you can use to reproduse the results I see.

I'm not really getting any flickering, nor am I frustrated by the huge Framerate reduction. What has caused me to stop playing WoW in Stereo 3D is the painfully dark screen I get as soon as I turn the 3D switch on. Increasing the Gamma makes it a white fuzz. I'm sure this is a limit to the technology, but I gave upa 28 inch monitor and a bit of cash for this reduction. Yuck.

Constant flickering in wow but only after I login. Login screen is flawless. Tried it with all mods disabled, wow repaired. Tried 4 different drivers, no luck. It's still flickering.
All I play is wow and I just wasted $1200 for a gtx 295, monitor and glasses when my old setup played it just as well (fps) without the stereo 3d.
If this can't be fixed it's all going back (one way or another) and I'll never leave ati again.

I would never have bought it just for WOW. Is not worth it for one game. Yet I just tried it (WOW) and OMG it flickers none stop now. But dont expect a answer from ANYONE from NV or the mods. They wont help anymore and I dont know why. Anyway I tried underclocking everything, tried Vista 64 then vista 32 and same thing. Tried renaming WOW but flickered just the same. If I were you... I would take it back. I posted MONTHS ago as well as others and as you can see NO ONE EVER got back about this

I test other games but rarely play all the way through them but your comments are discouraging.
I would think that with nvidia vs. ati last year they would at least try to offer better technical support.

I have my 3D Vision since 4 days. WoW was flickering like hell when I tried it.
Yesterday I took out my Creative XFI Soundcard and used on board sound. WoW runs fine now no more flickering.

I'll give that a try this week, but the rampage formula board I use only has either it's sound card or an aftermarket one (nothing on-board).
I am using an X-Fi currently though so maybe I'll try taking it out. Maybe it'll work but I'd have to give up 7.1 for 5.1 audio.......

Interesting. Were you using the X-Fi Titanium (pci-express) or the PCI version?
I hope that's not it, though. I'll go back to playing in 2d before I'll get rid of my X-Fi.

I wonder if just disabling it under hardware manager be the same as removing the hardware?
Quicker test at least, but imo sound shouldn't have any impact on nvidia; especially not one with the market share of creative.
