Not sure if it applies here but what about the process Helifax posted about streaming live gameplay through ShadowPlay to Twitch.tv? Afaik it broadcasts the stream in SBS, the guide's here:

Fraps looks like an opportunity as well. Should be possible to use their decoder to stream with minimal latency. Supports full frame 60fps side by side if your machine can handle it.
I'm not sure I know a free screen capture tool for 3D that captures full frame.
So far I've seen fraps and shadowplay where shadowplay lacks full support for 3D Vision.

Thanks to everybody using my assembler it warms my heart.
To have a critical piece of code that everyone can enjoy!
What more can you ask for?
UE4's option is really cool, and exactly what I'm looking for! Thanks!
I was hoping I could do it through nvidia for more compatibility but hey, enough games are based on UE4 that it's worth while.
This all does make me wonder what a livestreaming program eg. OBS would pick up from a game running in 3d via nvidia.

Ooops didn't see the second page, these other things look interesting too. Looking into that twitch guide now. FRAPS does indeed look like an opportunity, if I can get something going with it. If nothing else maybe their SBS implementation could be plugged in to OBS.
