I got a computer about 7 months ago with a Samsung 22" 120 Hz LED monitor, and just recently got nVidia 3d glasses. The computer specs are:
Intel Core i7-920 Processor
9GB DDR3 system memory
1 TB harddrive
nVidia Geforce GTX 260, 1.8G dedicated graphics memory
SuperMulti DVD burner LightScribe technology
and last but not least, 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium
Now, as far as the problem goes, I try to download a driver on the installer disc, and i get a message saying: The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit.
So I figured I did not need it, but then, I go into Install GeForce 3d Vision Software and i get the following message: Warning! This driver is intended for an earlier version of your graphics driver. Please go to www.nvidia.com and obtain a later stereo driver. Is there a difference between a driver and a stereo driver? if so can you please give me a link so I can get a later stereo driver?
Anyway, I proceed to go to testing to make sure it installed properly, and a message that says Error in Stereo Driver Stereo Blit call copied only half of the image, as if it did not recognize Nv_Stereo_Image_Header and preformed a regular blit instead of stereo. comes up, and I cannot do anything further than that. Can anyone direct me towards a fix for this? Anything towards knowledge about making my 'Stereo Driver' work? I am very exited to use my new nVidia 3D glasses, so any help would be greatly appriciated.

Hiya,
Did you try installing the drivers from the disk that came with the glasses? as this is prob way out of date.
If so then here is the link for the latest driver comp http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/geforce-3d-...-driver-uk.html
Uninstall the graphics driver and set Win7 to not locate new drivers on boot up.. (Devices and printers on start bar, find your (name) pc Icon, right click and Device and installation settings then No let me choose what to do, Never install drivers from windows update.) Then reboot
Open newly downloaded driver cd and install Driver, reboot then it will ask you to install Stereo then it will test.
