NVidia has rated GTA V as excellent. What does that mean?
I mean GTA V is unplayable in 3D. Without 3D I play at 2560x1440 high/ultra and get 50-60 FPS.
When I enable 3D I play at 1280x720 with LOW settings and I get 20-30 FPS.
GPU and CPU load is way below 30%. Without 3D GPU load is always 95% and up, CPU load between 65% and 90%.
Which setup (I mean Driver/Windows Version) and settings (graphic settings in GTA V) produce a playable framerate in 3D? The question was asked a couple of times, the only answers that came were "I have no problems...". So can please someone help us playing this game in 3D? Has NVidia said anything about that?
It's like NVidia is doing it this way:
"Give us your money, if you have problems, we dont care at all!"
My setup:
Intel Core i7 4790K
NVidia GTX 970
32GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro x64

Something is wrong there. You should be seeing better FPS than that. I tried GTA in W10 on my rig not long ago and it was much better than that.
If you haven't already, check the advanced graphics settings. Consider turning those off. Loads more FPS with minimal loss of visuals.
so what you mean Fake 3D and not Real 3D ? so i am not playing witcher in 3D mode? but its 3D the version is not 3D or what you mean coulden't understand ;) also cryisis is in 3D but that means that cryisis is not 3D also ?
I`ll make it easy for you. In game press right Alt+Ctrl+Insert - this will show you green text at the bottom where you can read if it`s Compatibility Mode. By pressing right Alt+Ctrl+F11 you can roll between Compatibility Mode "On" and "Off". Switch it to "off" and if you have the 3D fix in game directory you`ll see major improvement in 3D quality.
About Nvidia rating - "Excellent" is to describe 3D quality of a game not the performance.

I have exactly the same problem which I think is to do with this:

I think it's unlikely to be fixed...

1 ) i was trying to change resolution but there is somthing wrong for example i have 65 fps in 1980x1020 resolution and in 800x600 also have the same 65 FPS and what is the reason its bug or what ?
also another problem
2) when i am starting to play game in 3D screen looks blury ( even with glasses everyting looks just a bit double and of corse it doesn't looks pleasent . when i am pushing CTRL ALT F3 or F4 imediatly screen looks Great but there is 1 problem fps drops too much what is the reason why fps drops and why in every start 3D looks badly ? and i need to use CTRL F3 or 4 ?

I dont know if this solves your problem. I had issue about verry low CPU/GPU load in 3D Vision (around 30% both), then I read that 3D Vision makes Games only using three threads, so I disabled SMT and one Core in UEFI. You must find out by yourself how or if it is possible to disalbe cores, it depends on your mainboards UEFI.
You can also disalbe cores in Windows, but I didnt try if this will help.
My System/Settings:
Core i7 4790K @ 5 GHz
GTX 970
Windows 10 Pro x64
NVidia Driver Version 358.91
1280x720 60Hz
Everything is set to Ultra with 4x MSAA+TXAA expect reflection MSAA (which I have disalbed) and everything in advanced graphic is disabled.
Now I get 50-60 FPS before I disabled SMT/ 1 Core I had below 30 FPS with all settings set to low!!
CPU load is on 80%+ on the three cores, GPU load is in between 60% and 70%. So there is still plenty of room to grow, but atm it makes it playable.
NVidia can you please say something about this??

GTA5 doesn't run fast in 3D. The 3-core problem means that no matter how good a CPU you have, it will be CPU bound. GPUs don't matter nearly as much in this game.
Overall, there is no solution, you can lower some of the settings like draw distance and use lower quality shadows. Look up the tweak guide on Geforce.com. Best you can hope for is something like 50 fps.
But at 50, it will be very smooth, no jitter, no drops. 3D will be superb.
Lastly, can you please edit your posts, or proof read them? When you say stuff like:
driving cars or i a in nature f0s drops 27 -40
Even with english as a second language, that's not a real sentence. After two or three of these sorts of things, I stop trying to help.

I am sorry about text :) i was writing from mobile :)
So cpu is unfixable yes ? And what about problem that i have same fps 800x600 resolution and 1920x1080 in any resolution same fps its nog going low and its not increasing what is the reason ?

He already explained to you, when your CPU is at its limit the GPU doesnt count at all. The GPU is always waiting for data from CPU, so if the data comes to slowly, you can have the extra super uber GPU from in 50 years, your fps will still be the same, cause of the CPU bottleneck.
When the CPU is limiting then also the chosen resolution doesnt matter at all.
Btw google is your friend.

So why nobody can fix cpu limit on this game ? :( so eveyone is playing this game at 35 fps in 3D ? Is there any alternative to play this game in 3D with 60 fps?
