Winamp's Monkey plugin
I have been using the Monkey plugin for winamp in 3d since ~2003. It is a really cool plugin. I haven't checked out the plugin in a few years. Now I cannot get the resolution to change from 1024x768. Whatever I change it to, it always reverts back to 1024x768 when I launch monkey. A solution would be greatly appreciated.

hey, it does look quite cool in 3D, just checked it out... sadly I have the same problem where options are not saved, my guess would be an incompatibility for winamp 5, it's made for winamp 2
anyway even if it's 2D I prefer milkdrop, it looks real smooth in 120hz.

I got it working with any resolution. That is version 1.0 on nullsoft's site. I had to install version 1.02 and that fixed the problem.

strange- I also have 1.02, and the options still won't get saved. did you do anything else to get it to work? reinstalling doesn't help either...

edit: ok got it to work, running take ownership on the winamp dir fixed it. looks really cool in full res. shame there isn't a newer version.
