I recently bought the Acer GD235HZ LCD 3D Monitor as well as the Nvidia 3D Kit.
All I can say is WOW!
Here is my system in a small nutshell:
O.S: Windows 7 64bit
CPU: AMD Athlon Phenom II X4 (3.0~ghz)
System Memory: 4GB (2x2)
Video Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 260 896mb (SINGLE CORE)
I am currently playing Left 4 Dead at Highest settings@1920x1080 and the 3D quality is about 50% better than with my IZ3D set up I had last year. I have only noticed the occasional "slight" chug at the beginning after the game loads. The colors are amazing for 3D and the overall depth is smooth and precise.
I have played Just Cause 2 with it for a minute or so and it looks really good and plays pretty well at my current resolution with medium settings. There are so many PC games that I want to try out now!! LOL!
The Demo DVD that came with the 3D kit was pretty cool. The World of Warcraft short clip of the Lich King featured an incredible pop-out effect with the sword/blade.
I got the trial for PowerDVD 10 just a bit ago also. It took it about 40 seconds to work after enabling 3D. Nvidia needs to support this software more because of its potential. I watched a couple of minutes of Avatar on DVD with it and the 3D effects were great but I can only imagine how well it would turn out with full Nvidia support.
All I can say is that I should of gone this route instead of IZ3D 2 years ago. :(

IndianaSPEED how did you enable the 3D mode in power dvd 10 ? if I go to full screen with the 3D mode activated in the nvidia control panel the IR transmitter won't send signal, just in the nvidia 3D player.....

I have 3D mode set to "ON" or Automatic-On" though Nvidia control panel. Within PowerDVD 10, I enable 3D with my Acer monitor on the 3D button during DVD playback.
