John Woo's Stranglehold would be cool in 3D. It's a little old, but is a cool third person shooter.
It has issues with water rendering and horrendous crosshair issues. I know it's a UE3 game.
I would also LOVE to play through Half Life 2 in 3D with the Cinematic Mod.

@ Antichamber entry in bo3b's list, I think some puzzles won't serve their purpose once in S3D. Better play 2d IMO.
@bo3b
I can't vote for "Doorways: Chapter 1 & 2" and "Might & Magic: Heroes VI"
Technical aspect ...
My wishlist ...
- Simple 3D SLI, 1 gpu / eye (no problem if next frame is based on previous one)
- 3d patching driver functions to support community creating 3d game patches (like helixmod)
- Full hd 3d vision projector
- Side by side and Oculus Rift 3d format
- Full hd 50/60 hz 3d over HDMI 2.0 and Displayport 1.2

That and Silent Hill and The Void, should probably be removed from the list, since I only listed those out of ignorance.

Sorry for the problem, it's the @ symbol. I'll fix it shortly.

Homeworld / Homeworld: Cataclysm / Homeworld 2.
HW / HW:C were a sight to behold in the late 90s / early 00s with the ELSA driver which incorporated a special feature called Dyna-Z. Basically a dynamic Z plane which always ensured that the convergence was automatically adjusted depending on the scene for maximum 3D at all times.
A 3D real time space overview which shows ship fleets in true 3D in combat is a powerful experience; the likes of which I have never seen even to this day.
Of course, these games, (especially HW2) do not even work with the 3D vision driver.
Take the following screen for example. It is difficult to understand what is going on because of the "2D" ship overlaying in front of each other. In 3D, it becomes intuitive and engrossing childsplay.

In the real world, Aircraft control towers and military strategy centers would find 3D an overwhelming advantage as it would allow for a controller/Commander to immediately grasp the nuances of any given situation and maneuver their assets accordingly - something multiple 2D maps traditionally displayed on their screens just cannot accomplish.
From my Point of view this is to much wishful thinking and not grounded in reality.

I am confused by this comment, the title of the thread is "what is your 3d vision wishlist"...
No one knows how difficult a game will be to fix until someone looks at it, so you don't a priori filter games out. I think this wishlist is a great idea - most of the games are dx9 and potentially fixable. What do you suggest constitutes "reality"? I don't think anyone who has contributed to this thread thinks for one second that all these games will get fixed, but it's fun to see what people are interested in and start to prioritize. Not many people know that mana84 did a WIP for HL2 so actually that has a very good chance of being completed by someone else.

Well, in any case, I hope the wishlist I set up is still used. I'd been meaning to put one together for a long time, where people could vote on the game fixes they most wanted.
It seems to me that this list can be helpful. If I have the choice of working on a few different games, unless I have a personal preference, I'm more inclined to work on something that has a lot of people interested, or even a few people who are keenly interested. This seemed like the perfect venue.
I'm pretty sure I can speak for people who do the real fixing that one thing they would really like is for their fix to be played. The more the better.
I fixed the bugs in the web page, and now you can use anything in the name that is right, including that ', &, and even <, >, and anything else a proper name needs. Sorry for those embarrassing glitches, this is my first php coding (yikes!). All prior votes that weren't working are now tallied and correct.
You can also add notes to a title (even after the game has been added) to describe the problems seen. The notes are shown if you hover over a title. Not the best thing, but it's what I've got right now.
I expect to keep this list up indefinitely.
Please vote!
I *believe* tsaebeht ^above^ played Silent hill homecoming as well. [I have a weird memory]
Yup, that was me. :) ... the game looks fairly decent until you start upping the convergence, then everything starts breaking, lens flare, light 'beams', item pickups(extreme popout), etc. I just wound up disabling the one I could and just dealing with the other ones, and of course binding a key to low convergence for cutscenes. The game itself was so unstable it wasn't funny, always crashing, locking up, or pausing/freezing but it's also one of my favorite games, so I just stuck it out.
