3D Glasses is not responding Glasses not working correct
My glasses are not responding correct.
I have 2 Kits and the problem happens with both sets
De IR transmitter is directly connected to a USB on the back of the mediacenter
Driver 270.61
3D vision driver 7.17 is installed
TV = Toshiba 55WL768
3D is working with stereoscopic 3D turned on and whit the original Toshiba 3D glasses. 3D games, 3D with Power DvD, 3D Demo's....everything is working 100%
But when i go to setup wizard in Nvidia control pannel to following happens:
The left glass blinkt 3 of 4 times black and after that nothing happens, the glass stay normal.
3D is on because I can see that at the testscreen, there is a green and a blue figure, so that is not the problem.
This happins whit both sets (!)
The green light on the IR is constantley turned on.

Boy, how many times does this issue have to be addressed? Research!
Driver for USB emitter in the 270.61 drivers. Do not load other emitter driver. If the driver version is other than 270.61, uninstall and reinstall 270.61.

Well I am very sorry, but the driver seems not to be the issue.
Driver 270.61 is installed, but that was what I have said already in my post.
In configuration screen I see the following drivers:
Nvidia 3D Vision controller driver: 270.61
Nvidia 3D Vision software program: 270.61
If I go to hardware I see the NVIDIA stereoscopic USB controller and if I look to the software version it tells me: 6.14.12.7061
Bot, oke, I installed again.
Now, when I go to setup wizard only the left eye flashes for a while and even does this 3 times after each other (?) and then it stops and in a while the 3D screen wizard is setting to “normal†so the 2 figures are gone after a while.

So, finally it works ass follow for all people that uses a 3D TV:
You can watch movies without Nvidia 3D Vision
You can NOT play games without 3D Vision
For playing 3D games you still need the IR transmitter to connect your TV glasses for playing the game.
I now found out that even whit the IR transmitter disconnected the games and game demo's will not start properly.
When i plug it in again, the games will start just fine, so i still need the Cube and have it not for nothing :-)
Thanks for helping out guys !!
ps: I hope Nvidia will also sell only the transmitter, so without the glasses, would be much cheaper for those who want to game also whit a 3D TV

Hi
Please check our website on 3DTV Play software. 3DTV Play software allows you to play games on your TV. The software is available for sales for $39.99 or is free with a 3D Vision kit (its enabled with 3D Vision by plugging in your emitter).
So you are using 3DTV Play software since its free with 3D Vision by plugging in your emitter.
If users want to buy 3DTV Play separately they can from store.nvidia.com.

You are using a Toshiba 3D TV. 3D Vision does not work with 3D TVs, it only works with 3D Vision monitors.
However, with the NVIDIA 3D Vision IR Emitter connected you can enable 3DTV Play which uses your TV's glasses and enables 3D gaming.
