There are so many hacks/tweaks/mods for PC games in general, not to mention to make 3D Vision work or improve it for many games (eg. Helix mods, 3DMigoto, etc.), custom shaders, etc. There are also all sorts of other "hacks" / tweaks for PCs (and monitors) like custom resolution tweaks, custom timings, Vertical Total tweaks (check out the 2D Lightboost forums), 3D depth "hacks," registry tweaks, etc. etc.
How come there still isn't any info available on making 3D work @ 144 Hz and adjusting the 3D Vision glasses' shutter timings for 144 Hz (72 Hz / eye)? There seems to be almost no discussion, investigation, testing of it...
It would honestly make a remarkable difference in 3D Vision enjoyment and I believe most monitors are easily fast enough to have acceptable - great results with it.

The glasses can work at anything over 60Hz (up to 144Hz which is what I can try). The problem isn't the emitter or the glasses, it's the drivers/monitor not having any official 3D mode other than 100Hz and 120Hz.
You can use 3D Vision in gzdoom at any refresh rate, for example. But if the monitor is in a non strobed mode, crosstalk will be HUGE. It works fine with 85Hz ULMB for example. Or with anything over 60Hz if you have a BenQ Z series (the 2013-2014 ones) monitor that has blur reduction. Eyes may be inverted.

Write to nvidia about this, use all the channel they have to let them know. I agree that 144Hz is widely available now so that would be great from theme if they could have a look at it. I don't think it would cost nvidia an arm and a leg.
