hello Mikear69
I thank you for all your efforts to make some games playable in 3d vision for our pleasure
I'd like to know if you're continuing the work you started on Total War War Warhammer with a fix posted on helix mod to make the 3d vision experience of this game more playable and enjoyable?
The problem of roads and rivers on the countryside map and terrain in battle mode always always remains a problem, with effects of relief and unpleasant transparency.
Total War Warhammer II released at the end of September and must combine the Total Warhammer I and Total Warhammer II campaign card
Can we hope that you will try to make this game playable in 3d vision?
Thank you very much in advance

Win7 64bit Pro
CPU: 4790K 4.8 GHZ
GPU: Asus Geforce RTX 2080 TI Rog Strix OC
Monitor: Asus PG278QR
And lots of ram and HD's ;)
I implemented hud at depth, but different bits of the hud get pushed to different depths for some reason, sometimes using the same shader. I hate messing with HUDs, its super tedious, so I think I will just provide it as is with an option to cycle the hud between on, at depth, off.

So I've played many hours with the fix and until now everything looks damn good in 3D. I've noticed a few effects broken (spells particles) but it's very minor and not really noticeable.

Really nice work. Thanks a lot. I haven't played a lot but haven't seen any significantly broken things so far.
Only issue is Convergeance doesn't seem to want to save on the profile. When F7 is pushed it just resets it for me. =/

Thanks. I am not sure why the convergence is not saving, I will check if it works for me later on. I will tidy the fix up a bit and then release it on the blog, I have only found a couple of minor issues so far (and fixed them). The main thing I added are presets for HUD depth, and an extra preset for convergence. It's not perfect since different HUD elements render at different depths, and I don't have the patience to try and separate them all out. It's a nice looking game.

Lots of Disks:

Creative Sound Blaster Z.
Windows 10 x64 Pro.

Thanks a lot for work on this fix - the world of this game just amazing in 3D!
The only question is - I cannot obtain stable 60 FPS with the fix - is this something expected in alpha version? I have two Geforce 1080 cards, and witout the fix game runs at more than 60 FPS (when cap is disabled). I tried with and without SLI enabled.

If you have SLI and MSI afterburner, enable the OSD and the SLI limit. See if is saturated. AKA SLI_SYNC.
That means the SLI bus is saturated (Even if the GPU's aren't working at 100%). You always want that SLI_SYNC ON;)
So, maybe experiment a bit with different SLI bits? Hope this helps;)
I don't know the fix nor can I test it currently, but is always interesting to see if you can make SLI work better;)

Thanks for the feedback, I have 2x980 and maintain 60FPS, so not sure what is going on. Make sure there is no 3DMigoto text on the screen (at the top it will say "VS", "PS" etc) - if it is visible press the "Numpad 0" key to turn it off. Some games lose 10-20 FPS with this on.

Only performance issues I have found is when a new shader is loaded the first time to compile the .bin After that it calms down.
