Thank you or answering. I thought that's the way it's supposed to be, since it's v0.99. Yes, i am using ACM profile. I have single 660ti on passive 3D LGTV.
I'll try reinstalling the mod or something, then...

I don't think reinstalling will matter.
Try setting convergence lower.
Use ctrl-f5 to lower convergence. Must be enabled with advanced options in 3d control panel. Hold it down for awhile, like 15-30 seconds.
Best playability is max depth here, and low enough convergence so you can see the motion tracker.
If that seems busted after trying that, take snapshots and share them and we'll take a look.

Having all sorts of lighting and crosstalk issues. Running a GTX 970, driver 344.75, Asus passive display with EDID hack, AI.exe assigned to Aliens: Colonial Marines profile. Tried rolling back the driver and assigning AI to several other profiles with nVidia Inspector. I've been using Tridef's generic Power 3D mode, but I'd really like to get S3D up and running if possible.

Somethings wrong with the installation by the looks of it - pretty much everything is fixed except a couple of issues, so I don't think it's driver related or profile related, which would screw much more up than those few things. If you have not already, can you completely uninstall the fix and install it again? My current setup is:
a. Alien Isolation profile
b. 344.75 driver
c. SLI
Mike.

I'm only seeing maybe one lighting effect that seems off in those shots. I've seen something similar while playing, which was a bad shader load. Alt-Tab out or realaunch game fixed it. (can't remember which).
In this shot, I don't see anything wrong. What am I missing?

Hi Mike, appreciate the help. Unfortunately, executing uninstall.bat and reinstalling yielded the same issue. I tried using the AI.exe profile as well. I set convergence using the motion tracker first and then adjust depth. It looks fine at around 5% depth (2 bars) and gets worse from there. I'm on Win7 Ultimate 64-bit if it makes any difference.

On my passive display there's crosstalk (the glowing bottle). I guess the monitor could be at fault? I tried adjusting brightness and contrast.

Yep, I'd say that's a hardware problem. Passive displays are notoriously bad for crosstalk. Also this game is higher contrast than most with all the bright lights against dark backrounds.
If you can do cross eye viewing, you can look at that same image above and see that it is flawless. (even on any display, because cross eye viewing gives you one image per eye.)
If you can't do cross eye viewing yet, give it a try here. It's really, really handy for checking out shots quickly.

@bo3b. Images 3 and 1 do have an incorrect lighting issue, the light on the door is rendered too far back in depth. The problem with the bottle one is that the bottle (and the plate or whatever it is on the table) is orange, which indicates it is not being rendered correctly. I am not sure what it is though...
@ChronicHedgehog - Can you provide a save game for that location? It might be something further on in the game that we missed because we are not there yet.

It's the beginning of the very first Challenge Mode map, I needed a space where I can mess with various settings without worrying about the damn Xenomorph. It's represenative of my issues as a whole, though. Disabling volumetric lighting via game options fixed the issue with the glass doors. The orange tint is just a selectable item going through a color cycle when it flashes.
EDIT: My fault, I couldn't remember the proper name; it's called Survivor Mode and it's selectable from the main menu. The Alien is up my butt right now, but I'll see if I can add some screens sometime tonight.

@mike_ar69: Actually that bottle on the table is correct. That's the game's newbshine for objects you can pick up.
@ChronicHedgehog: We haven't played that Challenge mode, so it's entirely possible there are shaders that should be fixed that we haven't seen. Do you see any problems while using the volumetric lighting in the main game?

Took a bunch of screenshots during the campaign and a cross eye examination reveals it's a definitely a hardware issue (during the campaign anyway), specifically with the viewing angle. Tilting the monitor upwards about 10 degrees and lowering the contrast have managed to minimize the lighting crosstalk. The sweet spot is incredibly small. I have an ASUS 24" and a Korean LG 27" and they both show the same issues.

Hi Guys, first up thanks for all your hard work on this adn other games - really appreciate your effort to make these games insanely immersive!
Now to the problem - I am using 3DTV Play on an Acer HD5360 projector (I think that's the model)
The projector pops up an overlay stating that it cannot run 3D at 120Hz - is there a way to force the refresh rate to 60Hz? I have looked in the NVidia inspector but can't see an option to lower the refresh, only to 'use game settings' or 'set to max'
I had some success with DA: Inquisition (which displayed the same error) by forcing the stereo settings using NVidia Inspector but it does not appear to be working with A:I.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Brad

Thanks Mike, I've set the game to be in 720p mode but the refresh defaults to 120Hz rather than 60Hz, I assume because my projector is capable of that, though it refuses to do 3D at that rate. Can't see a way to force the refresh in any of the game files unfortunately.
