Different versions ?
Hello, I would like to buy an Nvidia 3D vision kit 2 for Christmas. The problem is there is no more physical shops that sells the product in France / Belgium. So i was browsing online shops to find that it is really difficult to buy it too. (no stocks on Amazon.fr, ldlc, materiel.net, ....) or it this over 200€. Then i found some at 150, but the problem now is to understand the difference between these two versions : 942-11431-0007-001 or 942-11431-0009-001 ??? I cant find topic or website talking about that. and finaly, if you have good online reliable shops that sells in belgium, dont hesitate. Thank you, (Still worried about the fact nvida vision 2 could be dead at this point... is it still worth it with all new games etc..) My config : Acer predator XB240h (3d visioon ready, i dont know if ligthboost ?) i5-4690k gtx 970 16Go ram ddr3 w10 64 bits EDIT: ill check what program do i have to use to watch 3D movies/shows (vlc ?) and what are the type of file that can be read.

Typically the numbers would indicate the package/bundle contents. Like 942-10701-0007-004 was the Duke Nukem Bundle, there used to be a list, but I can't find it. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814998059 From what I can tell, the numbers above are for the US version and the UK version of V2 Kits. The difference used to be that European kits did not have a 3 pin Vesa cable, which isn't needed for your monitor. You can see the included contents of a US Kit at.. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814998061 European kits might include this cable now or they still might not, I've no idea. I'm pretty sure that all of the newer 3D Vision certified monitors have light boost capability EDIT: I found the old list...it won't help you any, but it shows that there were a lot of different numbers. http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2617/~/3d-vision-equipment-list
