I left a Shadows correction value ("y" parameter) so you can try changing that value for 3D surround. Suppose first test is multiply that value for 3. Now you can change that value live (refresh F10).

no it doesnt, when i try to adjust convergence - shadows mismatch

For some reason the iniparams don't work in your setup.....so 100% sure that shadows don't work for you, because there is some value there to correct shadows. I really don't know why don't work in your end....really strange.
When you install the new fix, you uninstall the previous? try using the uninstall.bat file before install the new fix. (Maybe is obvious, but i prefer to write anyways)

The Hands and Weapons looks like that because not all weapons shader have the code...if you see the first image with the hammer, the hands is affected with the iniparams, but the hammer don't, that´s because the hammer shader is not fixed. That's why this is still WIP.
