I appreciate the info. It seems the Low GPU usage is not affecting everyone, so I would think a new CPU would help? What would be the best value processor to get right now?
How many of you guys are getting horrible GPU usage in 3D only? I can run the at over 100-120 FPS in 2D and if I toggle 3D, the GPU usage drops from around 99% in 2D to as low as 20-30% in 3D! and FPS wont go over 30. WTF is going on? I know at least acidbong has the same issue and I'm wondering how widespread it is? Everyone please use a monitoring problem like MSI afterburner to check your GPU usage and FPS in 3D vs. 2D. BTW, CPU usage never goes past 80%
I get the same, at 2D I get a locked 60fps at 1080p with most settings on very high/ultra, however when I try to use 3D TV at 720p/60fps I normally get only around 35-50 fps with my GPU and CPU usage sitting at around 40%. It's very frustrating and any suggestions as to what I can do would be much appreciated.
