Running an EVGA GTX590 with the precision tool for GPU monitoring.
Curious if anyone knows why both GPU usage levels increase when I disable 3d vision.
With 3d vision I get maybe 20% or so on each gpu. If I turn 3d vision off the usage on both cores jumps to 40% or so.
The most likely cause if the games aren't very graphically intense is that your running at 120Hz or some uncapped framerate when 3D is off.
Enabling 3D effectively caps the games framerate at 60Hz.

Sounds like a good answer to me. Thanks...I was just curious.
