mike_ar69 - thanks for your rapid work in providing this fix! I really enjoyed the first game and look forward to playing this new game with your great mod. Update: Sorry, but I am having a problem importing the new DOS2 profile (error reported). I deleted nvdrssel.bin prior to export and import steps, by the way. Running Windows 10, single Pascal Titan X, and used Notepad to edit text. Any suggestions?

whyme466: Same issue here. Fortunately seems to work with DOSEE 3d-vision profile. (Same .exe-name.)

Maybe instead of putting the raw profile for importing, will be a better idea to put the needed tag in the profile override section in the d3dx.ini @mike You can put the same values in the profile section of the d3dx.ini. This is feature that DSS add a while ago...this import all the tag...automatic in the first launch of the game EXE.

When using Nvidia Inspector, I do not see DOS2, just Divinity 2, DOS, and DOSEE. Also note that DOS, DOSEE, and DOS2 appear to use the same .exe (not sure if this reuse creates any problems with profile assignment). I also tried using Nvidia Inspector to assign DOS2's .exe to DOSEE, but 3D did not render correctly.

whyme466: Have you changed DOSEE-profile to one at helixmod-site? After that you should be able to forget the DOS2-profile, meaning not to add it.

Thanks, nGrander. Changed the DOSEE profile only, as you suggested. It worked great (did not have to assign DOS2 .exe also, since its name is the same as in DOSEE).

Make sure you guys are running the profile manager as admin (right click) doesnt work for me in 10 unless I do this. I just swapped it out for both profiles (for the first game, as well) and modified the .exe it was supposed to be looking for

So related to performance issue I mentioned earlier. I enabled some additional information in MSI afterburner. In the Fort Joy area I have stats like the following: GPU1 - close to 50% GPU2 - close to 50% (always same as GPU1) GPU1 - SLI_SYNC GPU2 - SLI_SYNC CPU - 30-40% but still have FPS 45-50 - as I understand this is quite stgange situation. The good thing - it looks like this issue is only in the Fort Joy - as I venture outside Fort Joy (or inside some of it's dungeons) the FPS is almost always stable 60. Will look at other areas in the game performance wise.
Brilliant work Mike_ar69!
It's just "Mike" :) A lot of people might have forgotten about Mike, but he was once of the core fixers or "shader-crackers"! Look at Dragon Age Inquisition, or Lords of the Fallen... or even Witcher 3! Witcher 3 has Mike spelled all over the place! In a world where Mike was a GOD, I was a tiny "puny mortal", striving to "rival the Gods" :) Mike was and is a Legend! And always will be in my eyes, among Helix, Eqzitara, DarkStarSword, Bo3b, Flugan, DHR, 4everAwake, DJ-RK and the list can definitely go ON! (Sorry, if I didn't name a certain person, all the names are from the top of my head!) I don't have Divinity Original Sin 2, yet and that is because I literally didn't have time to buy and install it! But! It warms the heart to see "old, hardcore" people still making fixes and still being around! "We used to be many... Now we are few" motto comes to mind;) I hope that at some point, everyone decides to come back like in the "golden old days of past" when this forum was ablaze with information and awesome people sharing ideas and thoughts! (That took me literally one day just to read what was posted before ^_^) So, Awesome JOB to everyone that is still fighting for the "Stereo 3D" cause, in any shape or form! And thank you Mike for this awesome fix! (Like always!) Cheers, Helifax
