3D TV Play on a 4K projector
Has anyone here tried 3D TV Play with a 4K projector? If so how good/bad is the picture quality? Only Sony have true 4K projectors out at the moment but the new Texas Instruments 4k chipsets should be out pretty soon so I'm toying with the idea of buying one. If nvidia would finally take the 720p resolution cap off 3DTV Play this would be a no brainier. Will any edid overrides work like they do with the 4K TV's or does that only work on passive 3D? Cheers.

It seems there is no way to feed 4k 3d to projector. Check specs for projectors, all that I can see is support for 1080p@60hz SBS modes.

If the projector supports frame packed 3D, yes 3D TV Play at 720p will work, but it probably won't look any better than a lower resolution projector. I'm hoping that there will be some SBS modes that we will be able to take advantage of at higher resolutions. We could then use the more recent versions of 3DMigoto to get SBS output.
