I don't have the answer but I came here to find it also. I absolutely hate these 3d ready games that don't allow you to adjust the convergence. Why do they lock this down?
I really hope nvidia reads this because 3d with out pop out of the screen is really ho hum. I have friends that have been asking me about 3d vision lately and this is one of the things I am going to mention. It's just really lame.
Assassins Creed looked way better than Mafia 2 or Res. Evil 5 because of this.
Now that I'm really thinking about this I'm actually kind of pissed. Really disappointing.

Try lowering your screen depth. You may have that set too high. You have to train your eyes to take in more 3D. As stated before, locked convergence isn't neccessarily a bad thing. It keeps you focused on playing instead of constantly adjusting.

You guys really must also send in complaints to their support line. Posts here even if NVidia reads it they are not obligated to acknowledge it. This is an user to user forum as spelled out in the guideline sticky. Register your complaints directly to their support channel has a much better chance of getting anything fixed and it doesn't hurt while also waiting for our peers to come up with solution.

Okay, I complained. The more I search google about this the more I see there is no answer. Does any one know why the convergence is locked on these games?
My opinion is it really detracts from the 3d experience. I can't sell my friends on 3d with no pop out. Just lame and a poor business decision.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to not have an option to unlock convergence needs a slap in the back of the head, and then a kick to the groin.

 Hello! I am a 3D enthusiast and I hope this game a long time like everyone here and I have to post my opinion.
Unfortunately 3DReady with automatic convergence is a joke, and nvidia should pay attention that. This adjustment
is for advanced users, so that is enabled in nvidia control panel and should not be blocked by the games.
A game that is spectacular in 3D is "Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King," has no label 3DReady and has not been tested by Nvidia, but this is a rather 3DReady because it works beautifully in 3D.
Mafia 2 looks like these movies who are going to the movies with the 3D label. Films that were not filmed in 3D and were
converted by software. They are films that should have a label 3DFake, movies without pop-out effects that I have no desire to watch.
