I am getting a strange issue in Surround! When I set the non-bezel-corrected resolution (5760x1080) 3D doesn't kick in. When selcting my bezel-corrected resolution (5800x1080) 3D instantly kicks in. I also tried some switching between resolutions in hope of a "3D wake-up"-effect. Unfortunately it doesn't work. When switching to bezel-corrected 3D always kicks in. When switching to native 5760x1080 3D is always disabled. Switching the desktop resolution (non bezel-corrected/bezel-corrected) also didn't work........

Look in NVPanel and check that the normal resolution supports more than 60HZ. I had a bug like this for any resolution below 4800x900 where NVPANEL added the resolution but only at 60hz and 3D Vision would not kick in. If you want to debug it further try and see if DDU helps. I am still using 388.31 driver. But this sounds like a driver issue and a very strange one.

Checking NVPanel didn't solve the issue (240Hz available for the non-bezel-corrected resolution) but using DDU and installing the newest drivers solved the problem. I also didn't define any bezel-corrected resolution after installation of the newest drivers and now 3D kicks in using 5760x1080! Thanks alot!

; After some experimentation, this is my take on the SLI settings:
; - Steam overlay still works (caused by disabling ansel)
; - Ansel HUD causes flicker (don't really care)
; - Light shafts not broken (combination of high bit in SLI flags and the =8 setting)
; - Slightly lower fps than above, but still much better than vanilla

It's coming. There's some technical work that still needs to happen inside 3DMigoto before I put this on the blog, but I realise that isn't something that players care about and it got significantly delayed because of my health issues which is why I allowed Helifax to release the proof of concept version I had given him here. I'm planning to release a separate tool to anyone donating to me on Patreon (and I'll make sure Paypal donors get it too) based on the new technique I used to fix Hellblade that will be able to make almost any UE4 game work in 3D Vision 95% (barring things like the HUD and some 3rd party effects that don't use the proper UE4 buffers), and the Hellblade fix will essentially be a free demo of what that tool is capable of, and the official release announcement of both. I've finished up with Life is Strange and Unity 5.5 now, and my health issues are at bay again, so I should be able to get back to working on this.

Thank you DSS. I just completed the game, averaging 50fps 2560x1600, everything maxed with Helifax's/your prototype fix. I had to disable VSync to reduce microstutter caused by FPS falling below 60fps. I regret not checking here for the latest info from the both of you, including your SLi bits discovery, which ought to have increased my enjoyability. Point of note: To increase FPS by a further ~10%, one can set everything to low, manually adjust everything up to max, leaving the profile at "Custom". This, as a bug, disables the in-game AA, and has a decent impact on performance. Furthermore, one can set the post processing effects to minimum, which disables chromatic aberrations, motion blur, (and other cheap effects which most of us disable in all games by default anyway), to further increase performance as well as disabling post processing AA. Also, setting particle effects does very little to visual fidelity, but increases performance a decent amount. Regardless, thank you both for this, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! This is one of the best games I have played which deal with our inner demons. I may have beaten the darkness demon, but the battle continues with RAGEdemon... ;-)

It was a great game, so immersive with the 3d. I'm playing through again. And totally solved why my PC was crashing before this play through (was actually XMP compatibility with my CPU overclock - I just had them all beefed up as far as they would go) so now, with the CPU clocked a little slower, I can be fully immersed in the journey. I think it's my 2017 GOTY and 3D fix of the year all rolled into one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsJb3TktkWY

If I raise depth, I get a clearly blurred auro around the character....is this a ghost? The rest is perfect, only the main character looks really bad. Like a blurr effefct around the edges,..and I can see like a copy. Is that normal?
