Advice on picking best 3D computer monitor for gaming
Guys I just got the 3D vision glasses as a gift and I have no clue what monitor to get. The emitter has 2 plugins and my old monitor does not. There is a circular plugin off the emitter that I have no clue what type of monitor uses it. HELP!!

The kit comes with a disc, on it is a PDF, the PDF tells you. http://www.nvidia.com/content/3dvision/docs/3dvision-universal-install-guide-aug12.pdf The cable with the VESA connection is only used with Mitsubishi DLP Tvs. They have not made these TVs in years. It can also be used with Quadro GPUs, that have this port on them. Be sure to check out game fixes http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/10/game-list-automatically-updated.html Also, if you have a problem with a game "please" post in an "existing" game thread https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/824274/ Your gaming immersion is about to increase tenfold. Enjoy Note: Do Not!!! Use the drivers on that disc, starting with the 275.XX drivers onward, the emitter and stereoscopic drivers are included in the main driver package and they must be the same version numbers. The disc version, is extremely outdated.

What display model and GPU do you currently have? Win 7 is recommended over W10, less issues. There are numerous threads about monitor choices, if you are indeed looking to upgrade. Just use the advance search and limit the results to the last 12-18 months.

As of the latest build of windows 10 pro and 3dmigoto update I am not longer having any 3dvision issues. Also with the spectre vulnerability slowing down windows 7 I think we might be getting closer to the time where windows 10 is a better option for 3dvision. (until microsoft break it again)
