Hm, i did not hava a single crash while testing the fix. May be i did not play long enougth but what i have done is DDU before because my old "installation" from the new driver did not kick in the 3D fix. I have excluded NV Geforce Experience. May be you can test this @ helifax ?

Thx for the reminder DarkStarSword, I forgot about DS4Winddows ever since these games worked outta the box without it. So has anybody been playing Fallout in 3d for about 20 hours? Had very minor micro stutters in 2D, then when 3D alpha was released, I've logged about 20 hours in...I know...and the last 3 hours has been noticeably more micro stuttering, lately its lasting a whole second (happening at every street corner). And my loading time of commonwealth has tripled-quadripled in length that I could play Clash of clans in the background. Soon as I disengage 3D, whether CTRL-T or turining it off entirely, removes the issues. I only know what little mumbo jumbo I pick up from you guys about programming, but could this be a memory leak? Don't think I've encountered one before from 3D fixes. Yeah;) I think it has to do something with forcing SLI in the profile. Makes the game crash probably.

The other thing i starting to hate in this game (i will have to look a mod for this) is how is possible that i have to put 4 - 5 shots in the head (with the sniper) to kill a bad guy!! or waste like 100 bullets / 30 - 40 meters distance direct to the chest with the machine gun....i know all is super radioactive, but it's physically impossible.

I'd love a mod that one headshot (unprotected or open helmets) will kill bad guys (same should go for our character ofc). Big creatures should stand few more, but yes head damage is so small in vanilla game.

Agreed 100%. I'd love a mod that one headshot (unprotected or open helmets) will kill bad guys (same should go for our character ofc).
Big creatures should stand few more, but yes head damage is so small in vanilla game.

Try to put the game to an SSD if you have one. This will reduce loaring times dramatically.

Usually my enemies die with 1-2 HS with pistol

Don't use VATS you just waste bulets, Your better off with your own aiming. Usually my enemies die with 1-2 HS with pistol

@losti, thanks for the suggestion....sadly i don't have a SSD @joker18, i don't use VATS....there is one type of enemies (weak one) that die with 2 shots....but the rest, even without a helmet needs 4 or 5 shots in the head. I will change the difficult, i playing in normal....i will change to very hard (seems easy) [img]http://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/1151/images/333-0-1447451102.png[/img] (Don't look the revisited one....is for a mod for survival and legenday survival)

Steam somehow is getting access to the xbox guide button, i found it by mistake once when holding it while not in game. You guys probably know that already

As far as the Stutter-in-new-areas is concerned, I've been reading reviews that Fallout 4's minimum framerate is heavily tied to your ram speeds. I think the only solution is to overclock your ram :-)
