So, after much frustration and searching of the internet I decided to post here in hopes of an answer.
I am looking for a way to disable the Compatibility Overlay from starting up when a game runs. One of the games I am running (FFXI w/ windower enabled) takes complete control of the keyboard when in True Fullscreen mode. Since I need it to run like that for 3D Vision to work, I end up stuck with the overlay displayed in the lower right corner. It covers some up windows and generally makes the overall game experience an annoyance.
If anyone knows how to do this, I would appreciate your response.
Thanks.
