Installation:
================
- Make sure you have "Maximum pre-rendered frames" set to 1 in the GLOBAL Settings!
Image
(This will make the 3D Vision & game to load properly and auto-stereorize correctly!)

- Download the archive from here: TitanFall 2 - 3D Vision Fix

- Unzip everything and put it next to the game exe: Ex: "D:\Origin Games\Titanfall 2"
- Make sure you set BOTH THE GAME AND WINDOWS RESOLUTIONS TO MATCH !!!
- In the ini file you can customize the HUD and crosshair separation from here:
[Constants]
; Crosshair Depth
x = 0.95
; Hud Depth
y = 0.3

- LEAVE ALL THE OTHER DEFAULT CONSTANTS AS THEY ARE!!!
- Play the game.

=============
KNOWN ISSUES:
=============
- Sometime you get some ELEMENTS render in 2D that normally are in 3D => Restart the game
- NOT ALL objects are at right DEPTH!!! Use F11 and SEE if it will change this. If not, then that object is either using a SHARED SHADER THAT WASN'T FIXED IN ORDER NOT TO BREAK OTHER THINGS, or is a renderinding problem as stated above.
- If the game crashes and you have SLI:
  • You can Remove the SLI BITS from d3dx.ini file
  • or
  • ALT+ENTER(to switch to Window Mode), load the MAP and then ALT+ENTER to switch back to FULLSCREEN

  • ======================
    Recommended SETTINGS:
    ======================
    - Set the Target Framerate to ZERO in order to disable downscaling in the game.
    - Set AA to Disabled or MSAA. Don't use TSAA (it will corrupt the renderer).
    - Set VSYNC TO DISABLED!

    ========================
    Keyboard shortcut Keys:

    [Key_AIM1]
    Key = VK_RBUTTON

    - Use F12 to push the crosshair + hud to depth
    - Use F11 to change how shaders work (between exterior and interior. A lot of shaders are re-used and the game simply puts different OBJECTS AT WRONG DEPTH).
    - Use Y to swap between GUN and TITAN convergences.

    Awesome, looks great! BTW, this is $39.99 in the Origin Sale, although CDKeys or others may have it cheaper. https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/deals/bf_supersale

    Awesome, I'll check it out when it's released. I've only played multiplayer so far, but I'm loving it. It's extremely well optimised too, so I expect it to play great in 3D.

    Yeah, the game runs smooth for me as well. Too bad Surround is not working 100%, more like 90% - some stupid hud elements and main menu are broken. The campaign is Awesome! It truly is! Multiplayer is good/awesome as well. If you are a person who plays a lot of MP, then yeah I 10000% recommend it as I can see the potential there and is very very enjoyable! The campaign lasts around 7-10 hours - depending on how you play it, sniper and tactical approach or Rambo approach;) Also, for me there is some replayability ( need to see all those BT dialogues and get all the Pilot Helmets + Finish the missions on Master - completionist type of thing ^_^) It shouldn't be long now until I release my take on the fix;) There will be some shortcut keys though, as the game likes to "share" shaders and some of the objects are positioned at wrong distance in 3D Space (they look fine in 2D as you lack the depth). But, using these shortcut keys you can pretty much make the game 3D Vision Ready;) I really recommend people giving this game a look, at leas the SP part or MP part (based on what you prefer the most) or even both;) Cheers!

    Fix is UP! No strings attached. If is too complicated for you or doesn't work simply pass. I made the fix for me initially and then decided to share it around :) No pun intended but I can't guarantee it works for everyone. I tested it on 2 machines in both 3D Surround + SLI and Single Screen + single GPU and found it working. So, hope it works for you too!
