I had recently upgraded to the 280.32 drivers from Nvidia and this has resulted in Ghosting/crosstalk in 3D with blu-rays.
This problem was never present before and occurs with all three softwares(Arcsoft TotalmediaTheatre 5 retail, patch 0.87 and patch 0.114 ; Powerdvd 10 and Powerdvd 11.
The crosstalk appears only when lights(in the movie) are present. Examples include:
The neon tube lights in the club in the beginning of Step Up 3D
The vertical lights at the back of Wesker's plane in the beginning of Resident Evil 3D
The flames in the middle of Resident Evil Afterlife around the 0:45:00 mark.
This was never present before.
@Mods- Please notify the developers of this so that it can be fixed for the next drivers.
Also, with the 260 series drivers, this used to happen whenever I chose the 'With a remote' gaming environment in the Nvidia 3D setup. It used to go when I chose the 'single gaming pc' option. With the 270 series, all modes worked perfectly but there was significant banding. With the latest 280.32 driver there is no banding in 24hz and the audio is in sync with the video at 24hz. But the downside is that there is the Ghosting issue.
My config is:
Windows 7 64bit
Nvidia gtx460
8th ram
And athelon X2 dual core 2.7 GHz
Samsung Blu ray drive
Optoma HD67n Projector
Kindly help me out. I have been using the projector with Nvidia 3D and never had this Ghosting issue(with the same blu rays as well).
Thank you.
