Anyone else has ghosting problems with illuminated sources?
Yes i got ghosts too, and wierd shadow lines around the objects
That posted image looks flawless to me, when doing cross-eyed viewing (which means bad LCD problems can't cause ghosting).
The color banding is because everything is so dark, and it happens in 2D.
Banding can also happen depending upon how small a color gamut your monitor has. The usual LCD panels have pretty weak gamut.
Be sure to enable DeepColor mode in settings. In general, we can't fix stuff that happens in 2D. You might be able to fix banding by using SweetFX.

Worth disabling it in-game, and enabling it in driver. Doing super-sampling is probably the way to get around this for now.

I've been trying to figure out why I can load and run AC4 shaderfix using my wrapper
while having no progress with Alien: Isolation.
Most of the shaders are compiled into shaderCache but I seem to be missing something important.
While dumping to ASM decompiles 100% as it uses official microsoft decompiler.
Adding my ASM compiler to the mix could be a an alternative way if conversion to HLSL is not working. Adding the assembler itself is fairly trivial. As it has been written only with shader dumps from about 15 games there could still be some uncovered instruction but that is unlikely. If needed I have a offline workflow using binary dumps and validating compilation.
Integrating ASM assembly into the hunter workflow is obviously more work with dual formats for shaders to take into account. Just thought that it would be good if all shaders at least did what they are supposed to do unless altered. Having incorrect HLSL does not seem like a good idea. Obviously you could keep those outside the loop but then you couldn't mark them.
Finally I feel less than a noob after doing some lessons in bo3b's shader school. Still lots to learn though.

Anyone else having issue with the game not loading the level past the first spacewalk sequence? The game just sort stops loading and i have to task kill it. I might try reloading without 3dm present and see how it goes. Doesnt help you can't save when you want! I have to run through so much to get to that point -_-
*EDIT*
nothing to do with the 3d fix it seems at least.
*EDIT2*
seems the new drivers are causing super long load times. It will resume loading eventually.

Thanks for Fix. For me 3D look strange. I have a lot of ghosting even this my VP. I never experience ghosting with my VP.
I have to reduce a lot depht amount like 5% because 3D is making me headache.
I try to fix this with ajusting convergence with no sucess.
Dear Bob3d what are your depht setting when you use your H5360. Are you experiencing the same ghosting and lot of aliasing ?
Nope, no ghosting at all. I set the depth to 100% on projector, and convergence up just a bit. I use the in-game green-screen terminals as the max convergence I can set.
I don't know what you mean by VP? What display are you using?
This game is particularly prone to monitor ghosting, which is a hardware limitation, not a software limitation. If you think it's something with the fix itself, take some snapshots and post them here.

@Bo3b & Mike:
Played quite a bit with the UI + movies. Managed to fix almost(that I could find) UI shaders.
(I was using the latest 0.97 fix).
There should be another 6-8 VS shaders I think (lost count lol).
I have attached here basically all the shaders from 0.97 + my ui shaders + my settings that I am using (so you can give it a try. If you find it Ok you can upadate the fix if you want to ofc)
The damn planar reflections still elude me... I am thinking on:
- Disable Planar Reflections in-game.
- Load a scene where it is used
- Dump all shaders.
- Enable Planar reflections
- Load a scene where it is used
- Dump all shaders.
This way (hopefully) I will get the distinct shaders, or at least what is different (if the same shaders are being used).
PS: To see the new shaders + what changes I made in regards to 0.97 you can use Beyond Compare tool or something similar;)) (If you didn't know already)

Use Ctrl-F5 to lower the convergence so that you can see the terminal in 3D.
If you are using 344.11, the default profile has convergence cranked way to high by default, and won't save the settings. Set a different, better, profile for the game.

Yes I do. This looks like an ambient occlusion problem. Can you try the different options for AO? Someone mentioned earlier in this thread that one of the options has problems. It maybe that I just happened to use the one that does not cause issues which is why I did not see this, so I can try and track it down, or just specify the one that works. Please let me know.

Copied over your settings with my HLT-6187S tv and my 780ti GPU.. worked well.. had to hit control F5 to decrease convergence just a bit above minimal to be able to see the terminal displays.. although it was still hard to see the instructions at the very bottom, as they overlapped a little (unless you close one eye lol), but most interfaces are intuitive enough. I also cranked the depth to 70% and it looks pretty fantastic. Yeah there is an occasional ghost/dual image near a light, no big deal.
I turned off motion blur and planar for now as you and others noted. I have not tried any tweaks to get some AA working, unsure on that, but happy with the way it is, despite a few jaggies. (I do have everything on ultra and AA ( i think its AA) set to like 8xS or similar in the setting of the game.. i'm using the aliens colonial profile as well.
