By the way, in case anyone missed it, eqzitara posted about a potential fix for the frequent stuttering:

Sorry for bringing this thread back from the dead but since this old gem is the next one in line on my shelf I need to know this:
As far as I know this game was not rated 3D vision ready by Nvidia when it was released. According to this there is a helix-fix for the game. Yesterday when I was about to install the game my eyes instantly got caught by the 3D-Vision-Ready logo on the cover!
Did they add 3D Vision ready compatibility after release (so the fix is not longer needed) or was the fix made although the game already was rated 3D vision ready at this point but was lacking in the 3D department somehow?
To cut it short: Do I still need to apply the fix or is the game really 3D Vision ready by default (as stated on the cover by the 3DV-Ready logo) so the fix is not needed?

As far I know the 3d vision logo was on some of the boxes. The game is not 3D vision ready you need the Helix patch.
With the Helix patch I would rate the game 3D vision ready. (Excellent)
