3d vision glasses with a 3rd party emitter?
Do the 3d glasses work with a non-nvidia emitter? Because I would love to only have to buy a new emitter and not new glasses when everything kicks off. Like, I want to use my Nvidia 3d vision glasses to watch directv 3d, and not have to buy all new ones. So, is there a way to do it, or do non-nvidia glasses work, or am I SOL?

the driver won't start up unless you have the nvidia emitter plugged in. You can get the others to work too but they both need to be installed.

I use reald glasses (ce5) because nvidias drivers suck ass right now and they sync to the projector. I had my edimentional working for a day just to see...

there is a post here somewhere with instructions
