NVIDIA Stereoscopic Video Player not maintaining aspect ratio

What movies are you talking about? Any hollywood flicks capable of being played with this? I've seen a few topics concerning it but no absolute list of REAL movies that work with it, opposed to the movies nobody has ever heard of.

Well I just tried the player and it's identical to nvidia's and still does not work right. The 3D Movie I tried performs exactly the same way. Perfectly normal aspect in window mode but stretched way out in full screen. Doesn't matter what aspect you choose it always goes to the wrong one in full screen, which is the only way you can view the nvidia mode of 3D. At this point I have to think it's not a problem with the player, but something in the drivers that are causing this problem. This can only mean that they still have a lot of work to do with this problem but not holding my breath that it will happen anytime soon.. if ever...

I've found a fix for the nvidia stereoscopic player not showing full screen in 3d mode. Simply place the Dxr.ax file below (unrar first) in your nvidia stereoscopic player directory and it fixes the ratio problem
Enjoy

Tested on vista x64
GeForce GPU driver v185.85 WHQL, NVIDIA 3D Vision driver v185.85
nvidia stereo player 1.4

My guess is ultimate 3-d heaven on ebay, old stereoscopic movies. hit ebay and look up 3d you will find it :)

All older movies though as nvidia cannot convert anaglyphic movies to stereoscopic... yet, hoping they eventually can. I love 3d movies.

Anyone tried the above fix? Post if it works, I have one 3d movie that gets crushed and strtched, though medusa demo works great as do the nvidia demos on the disk.

Look how fans fix nvidias crap and nvidia doesnt even implement it in their exe or sticky this file under the title "fix our software yourself because we dont feel like it".

Im just glad im a placated gluttonous consumer so i dont have to care enough to be bothered by supporting a company that doesnt care either, its like having a big ol friend.

I am having a problem. I am useing 1.4.7 of the 3d video player. I also replaced the file that someone mentioned would fix n aspect ratio problem. I am running the latest drivers. Here is the problem: Whenever I go to full screen mode the picture disappears and I get a black screen. Sometimes it will go back to window mode. If I pause the player and go to full screen It will show the paused Image but no 3d.

Any possible solutions?

Ok... I have the very latest version of this program, and it still has the aspect ratio problem.. has there been a recent fix?
