So this game is supposed to support 3D vision natively...and it does well if you activate the 3D mode in the game options. The only problem is that convergence setting (using Nvidia shortcuts) only affects the HUD and not the 3D world itself. It's a problem because the default convergence is very low, so 3D looks flat, boring and pretty unplayable.
Is there any experienced user who have an idea of how to change default convergence for the 3D world (and not HUD)? I was thinking about an .ini tweak but I didn't find any setting which could allow that. I also used the convergence unlocker from Helix site without success.
Any idea? Thanks.

I would try some different profiles, with Nvidia Inspector !
The first try would be "Tomb Raider: Anniversary", it can make the hud completely 2D in screendepht in several games..
Just an FYI for everyone.
Blade and Soul is Korean fantasy martial-arts MMORPG developed by NCsoft originally released in 2012 using the Unreal 3 engine.
January 19th will be the official launch in Western parts of the world. Head Start Access started on the 15th. It's uses a Free2Play business model.
The Western version will be somewhat different from the Eastern versions but mostly the same.
http://www.bladeandsoul.com/en/
It will be uncensored...
A recent trailer of Blade & Soul published for the west was censored. Characters that are exposed in the Korean version got more cloths in the western version. Then rumors came out that NCSOFT West is censoring the content of Blade & Soul. In response, NCSOFT West made a statement clarifying that they would never alter the actual in-game content. And all the modification above is just for promotional purposes.

Thanks,
So after some tweaks to be able to change BnS profile to Tombraider anniversary as you recommended, it works well, HUD is 2D and convergence works, excepted that shadows and water are broken, even with the 3d option activated in game options.
With shadows off, it's pretty playable. Still hoping for a solution to directly modify default convergence set by the devs with the default profile.

Great.. well allmost :)
Have you tried with other profiles: Max Payne 2-3, 3DHubplayer or Prototype just to name a few ?
The game looks fairly great, but I'm not into MMORPG kind of games :/
Also if stereo deactivates when you alt tab, try setting AllowNvidiaStereo3d=True since it's Unreal 3.
For convergence, you can try this

Ok so game is out now and f2p, just like Laast says, game convergence with "3d on" only moves the hud, and with 3d off you can tweak convergence but shadows and water are wrong, with shadows off it looks half decent but there are issues still, a pity since the game has fantastic depth and really good graphics.

All hail 3d modders DHR, MasterOtaku, Losti, Necropants, Helifax, bo3b, mike_ar69, Flugan, DarkStarSword, 4everAwake, 3d4dd and so many more helping to keep the 3d dream alive, find their 3d fixes at http://helixmod.blogspot.com/ Also check my site for spanish VR and mobile gaming news: www.gamermovil.com

I'm using the Tomb Raider Anniversary profile as Blacksmith suggested and it looks pretty good, convergence can be adjusted and HUD is 2D (shadows must be off). Don't forget to activate the 3D option in game menu, it fixes some shaders (waterfalls, clouds,...), water remains slightly broken but it's not a big deal. Maybe some other shaders will be broken later in game, I'm at the very beginning of the story.
Also, the game uses borderless windowed mode by default, you have to press alt + enter to force real fullscreen (huge fps boost in 3D).

How did you guys managed to change the Nvidea Inspector profile for this game?
There are 3 profiles for the game in NI:
Blade & Soul
Blade & Soul China
Blade & Soul Korea
I deleted them all and in Tomb Raider Anniversary profile i added the Application Absolute Path C:\Games\BnS\bin\Client.exe (i had to add the absolute path as normal executable Client.exe is very common)
After doing all that game started In Fake Fullscreen, after pressing Alt+Enter (simultaneously not holding Alt) i managed to get it to Fullscreen so the 3d can activate.
The 3D Rating Information is saying Client.exe not Tomb Raider Anniversary.
What am i doing wrong? (it's exactly like before, interface still broken on high convergence, so it didn't changed profile)
How did you guys managed to put Tomb Raider Anniversary?

@Payne
Create a copy of the client.exe in the same game folder, and rename it (ex: bsclient.exe). Then add this exe to the Tomb Raider anniversary profile.

Never mind, i did it. I had to search for Client.exe as a profile and delete it, then add it to Tomb Raider Anniversary.
At least the interface is flat now :) With shadows off is playable.
This game has perfect dept perception in 3D, simply amazing. Such a shame they actually made the game with 3d in mind and not fix the shadows/interface.

Works well for me without changing profile. Raising convergence screws UI completely but for sure adds more depth to 3D all around. Also while shadows dont brake completely, they become abit worse then in default state.
I hit right spot for both UI and game world and game looks very good. The only problem is 2D UI (but combat scroll, NPC names and some other stuff are in 3D). I would rate it excellent.

It's a shame to compromise maximum convergence just for the HUD ...the game looks so incredible good at maximum tolerable convergence. God i hate the HUD.
With Tomb Raider Anniversary profile i found a big game-breaking problem. Everything that pops up too close gets cut out and distorted. Everything that should pop out beyond the HUD gets converted into 2D and ruins the whole immersion in a grotesque way. Like half the face gets dragged into a corner.
I will try different profiles, if only the HUD and shadows could be fixed this would be a perfect 3D Vision supported game, like maximum 3d experience.

@mindw0rk
the default profile "works" but convergence is definetely too low for a good 3D experience.
@Payne
I don't have these big distortion problems. Sometimes, grounds textures distorts but it fixes itself quickly. Try to zoom out and take the camera away from your character.
