I worked the Nvidia booth so no long lines for me ;) I am the guy in the front with the tattoo. Andrew was at QuakeCon but did not make PAX. He is a great guy in person by the way. I did not get a chance to see the Avatar demo as I was working most of the time (also judged the mod contest in the BYOC area).

Dude I took a lot of pictures at the Nvidia booth as you can see at the link above, I didn't see you, where did you go?!? The Avatar demo on that 103 inch screen was definitely the stereo3D highlight of PAX, everyone was blown aWAY! They had a gaming review panel with the guys from joystiq, gamingnexus, destructoid etc etc all talking about metacritic and review scores and they all singled out Ubisoft Montreal as probably the best game developer on the planet (they made Avatar) I saw your case, it was really nice. I even had a very long talk with Adam Sessler and Hal Halpin about stereo3D gaming, Adam started talking about an old roommate he had in college who put rings in his private parts and how all fads pass, he wasn't too supportive of stereo3D. He said he had been down to the Nvidia booth and didn't see how it would translate well to the console gaming market where his demographic base was from. I tried to convince him otherwise and get him to go play Batman in stereo3D some more, but he was too busy he said. We just have to work on him some more, he will come around, he said maybe in a few years it would be better, but I thought Batman in S3D was pretty good now.
