This Arun person would of just checked what the information says on their end.
Which is that this game works fine.
Would of just been a template most likely that they just stick the necessary
information in, i.e name of game and your name.

I'm 99% sure that it wont work. I tried 2 openGL games already (doom3 and Penumbra) and neither runs in 3D.
KOTOR was outstanding when it was released but there have been some amazing RPG's since then. If you like character development, try Dragon's Age. That game has so many hours of dialogue. If you prefer sci-fi RPG, then definately try Mass Effect or one of the newer Star Wars games. Dead space is an excellent horror sci-fi fps but it looks messed up in 3D. Hopefully, someone will fix that sooner or later.

Thanks for the recomendations. I have (AND LOVED) The 2 Mass Effect Games. Though I don't want to go back and play that until after the final game comes out.. I played as a extremely good male character on the first one and transfered my save game to the second one, which I want to do for the 3rd one.. I want to pay again in the future as an evil female shepard, but don't want that to forget all the things that happened as I played good. So I want to wait until after the third game, play it good... Then go back and play all three evil.
I don't really have any intrest in Dragon's Age.
I just love KOTOR.... To tell you the truth, I was never a big Star Wars fan... I saw the original movies, or atleast parts of them, and knew the story, but never really was into it...
However, I picked up KOTOR after it was considered "Best of 03" or something, knowing how good people said it was...
I played it, and it changed EVERYTHING.... I played KOTOR II it wasn't as good, but atleast I got all the way through it without the game dieing on me like the first one did... (so many bug problems)
I missed the Episode 1 and 2 in theaters, but after playing KOTOR I went to see Episode 3..
(BTW, I may be the only person who actually likes the new star wars movies.... I personally really liked Episode 1 and Jar Jar Binks.. I found it funny. Though I didn't like Episode 2 very much.. But really liked Episode 3.
I think the reason I like the new Star Wars is because of the Lightsaber action... The old movies did very little with lightsaber combat compared to the new ones.... The new ones made every lightsaber battle an epic fight that reminded me of playing KOTOR....
Besides, most people are just Nostalgic for the original... They don't like the new stuff because of that... Don't get me wrong, I'm nostalgic for lots of things also.. I'd take NES over and Xbox 360 or PS3 anyday...
Being a person who never grew up watching the original, I got to see the shows from a different perspective than nostalgia goggles...
I do like the original, but I feel the new ones are very underratted.
Oh my, I've gotten off track.
What I wanted to say was I love playing KOTOR not just because its an RPG, but it's the way the lightsaber moves, the force powers, and the joy I get everytime I swing my lightsaber around and here the Swoosh sound.... That is one thing that Dragon Age and Mass Effect doesn't have...
I love the Mass Effect Universe, More so than even the Star Wars universe. The characters and species just seem better to me..
Though I do look forward to The Old Republic, though I wish it wasn't an MMORPG... I stayed away from WoW for a reason.... Looks like this game is going to suck me in though.

Well, shows how good Nvidia's customer support is then...
I just spent $550 mainly just to play KOTOR... As it is my favorite pc game.... There false advertisement has cost me a fortune!!!!!
It better do something pretty sweet!! I don't play that many pc games. I guess I'm going to have to play some games I don't regularly play just to see the 3d effect in action.

I think you're going to need to play some other PC games regardless of 3D. Knights of the Old Republic was pretty good (and HK-47 was awesome) but not that exceptional. Let's see if we can get you interested in some games. You like the lightsabers, eh?

That was pretty nice... I looked up some videos on youtube of it... I like the sound effects and everything...
Sadly, it just doesn't feel the thirst for more KOTOR. It just isn't the same without the force powers, or without Carth or Bastila.. Or even the HK-47 killng machine... KOTOR II was ok but lacked the grand story and worst, great characters... The only thing that that gets me excited is the new MMORPG that's coming out next year.... I'm not looking forward to paying a monthly subscription.. I stayed away from wow for that very reason..
But I guess I will have to if I want to get my fix.
The only other game I plan on playing on the pc will be Mass effect 3. I did like left 4 dead, but didn't play it more than 15 hours. I guess I will go back when I get 3d and try it out... It will give me something to do...
There needs to be some more games coming out for the PC.. I used to get all excited for new games... Now very few excite me and make me want to go out and buy them.

This Arun person would of just checked what the information says on their end.
Which is that this game works fine.
Would of just been a template most likely that they just stick the necessary
information in, i.e name of game and your name.
email them back and they will "pass it on" :S
