Though in all the reviews/previews etc. It is being said it supports dvi-d. IT DOES NOT. Just standard dvi input. Looked to see if manual was available and here it is. http://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Document/User%20Manual/User%20Manual_Acer_1.0_A_A.zip?acerid=634517579414140930&Step1=Projector&Step2=H%20Series&Step3=H9500BD&OS=---&LC=en&BC=Acer&SC=PA_6
It still seems good 1.5 zoom and good price... but no dvi-d.

Darn, but hey the Optoma HD 82 has a DVI-D connection. Why? I've no idea, it doesn't support 3D.

Thats wierd it clearly states for hd82 DVI-D connection...it only allows 1920x1080 at 60hz... like normal dvi. If it actually did 1920x1080@120hz. The 3dfury would allow it to do 1920x1080@60hz (i believe) however it looks the like dvi-d is a lie.
Edit: Lol I just realized you were person who told me about 3dfury lol.

The 3DFury is geared more towards HDMI 1.3 Displays, they lack the flags that are present in HDMI 1.4 Displays which signal hardware that it's 3D capable.
Something like the PS3 will not see a 120Hz frame sequential projector as a 3D Device, in fact they are incompatible. The 3DFury will signal the PS3 that there is a 3D Display, the PS3 will then output a 3D signal, the 3DFury will convert the incoming signal to an outgoing signal that is compatible with the projector. It uses a HDMI connection, not a DVI-D, so the 3DFury is incapable accepting an input of a Full 1920x1080P@120Hz signal.
That was an example, the 3DFury is capable of several formats (no Checkerboard), it also has a mini din connector for use with emitters. But it is limited to the current limitations of HDMI.
I thought the same thing about the listing of the DVI-D connection HD82. I've seen a lot of misinformation in pre-release product sheets, as well as post release. That's why you almost always see a disclaimer posted somewhere on the page. Who knows, this may be a sister model of a soon to be released 3D model with DVI-D support. More likely a misprint, that was maybe even intentional, to draw attention to the product.
