New XpanD glasses to support 3D Vision
Will they be better than the Nvidia glasses? Only time will tell. I for one am happy to see that there can be improvements made to the glasses (clarity, response time and so on) without Nvidia having to pull the whole wagon.

this is great news! how cool would it be to have one pair of glasses that work with 3d vision and the IZ3d driver in dlp link! i hope t this works!

3d displays tested:



Mitsubishi 65" DLP 3d HDTV (good old 1080p checkerboard since 2007!!!)

Panasonic VT25 (nice 2d but I returned it due to cross talk)

Acer H5360 720p on 130" screen (the best 3d)

23" Acer LCD monitor (horrible cross talk- sold it)

Samsung 65D8000
