Need for Speed: Most wanted 2012 - Free download !
  1 / 2
The nice people at Origin, has realesed NFS: Most Wanted "on the house" :) It's a great arcade drivin' game with really nice graphics, unfortunetely the game has never been fixed.. It's playable in CM though, but as allways it would have been nice with real 3D... Real 3D / Fake 3D pics Edit: The CM is NOT so perfect as it looks like on the picture :/

Nice! Thanks for the tip. I was just about to leave town for a few days so is good that I didn't miss on this opportunity. PS: Battlefront has a good price now (30 Euro), if anyone is interested

I am anxiously awaiting the release of NFS 2015 on PC. It is much closer to the type of NFS game I'd like to play. I hope it's fixable.

Saw that yesterday and was wondering if it was playable with 3D Vision. What is CM? Cyan & Magenta? Other fact is I don't have the Origin client and not sure I want to install only to play this game qhich will also require to be online all the time.

CM better than 2D and it's free and it works with almost all direct x11 games.

CM = Compatibility Mode AKA Fake 3D There's really no downsides with the Origin client as far as I'm concerned.. And you don't need to be online, except the game requires it :) Why are many people so worried about these clients anyway ? Personally I don't load any of them on startup, not even Steam ! Why not, because I dont need to and I don't want to ! I don't like all these game clients to fill my memory, and it takes about 2 sec. to start one of them up ! Last and maybe most important !!! NFS is not the first free game from Origon, I also got Dead Space 1, Dragons Age: Origins, Jade Empire and other non 3D games, so I think it has been rather lucrative, and I guess there's more to come =)

I'm not sure I understand CM, Compatibily Mode ok but how does it work? Does it trigger itself? I play Trine, Diablo 3, MechWarrior Online, Shadwen and long time ago played L4D and TF2 and they all kick 3D mode. So if I install this NFS:MW will 3D kick in or I need to mess with something to get it to work? I sure like what I see in the last screenshot.

Just tested, Thx for the news. Graphics looks good, but CM 3D is veeeerrrry flat. Does another profile work with real 3D?

Still testing different profiles, but I can't skip the intro so it's very tiresome zzzzzz... Well you can adjust depht and convergence to some degree in CM too...
