If not all helix fixes go in main game directory/shaderoverride/
main game directory/d3d9.dll

A few Windows 7 folks might be able to pull version 1.4 out of the pit of doom. Go in to your Skyrim program directory and right click on TESV.exe. Click 'previous versions'. IF that system was turned on for that drive on your machine when you last did a Windows Update then you might just have a backup.
Good to see HeliX has something out there already!

The shadows are working! But.... many interface elements are now a bit crazy. For instance, if you put your target over an NPC the NPC's name comes up great but the "E" is at the wrong depth. When you're loading the game your experience bar looks off, too. Also, if you toggle off 3D, shadows go a bit strange. They work but they are cast according to the direction you are looking, not where the sun is.
The 3D shadows themselves, though? Back to perfect again! All hail lord HeliX!
P.S. I'm having trouble loading my most recent save but the reason I stopped playing last night was because my machine crashed to desktop out of the blue. It's probably just a bad save.

Yes. I saw all that.
These issues at the interface are troubling my vision a lot. I'll wait a little longer to see if new solutions appear. Bethesda managed to ruin everything for us with the last patch. /argh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':argh:' />
A question, for Helix, mainly: Is there a way to configure the depth of the subtitles?
When I put more convergence, they are very difficult to read. When I used the Nvidia 3D Vision Compatibility project by Dorkirt the interface and subtitles were in the foreground and they were ok for me. But since I started using the 3D Vision Complete Compatibility Project, by chizow with Helix, I could no longer put high convergence.
It´s impossible to me, play Skyrim without subtitles.

If you have a problem with Chiz interface mod, just copy shaderoverride folder from Chiz's mod above installed fix(with replace). But Do not override d3d9.dll and DX9Settings.ini, only ShaderOverride foolder !
I forgot to delete one of the interface shaders and it cause this problem.
Also archive re-uploaded(interface shader deleted).

That did the trick! I recopied all the vertex shaders from the folder for the depth amount I wanted, which is 20 in my case.
I just wish developers would stop breaking your awesome fixes with their code. The new Amalur DLC causes halos around the character near most water sources. Grrr.

Awesome work as usual HeliX! /thumbup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
I went ahead and linked to your fixes on Nexus and the two Bethesda pages. I'll check on compatibility with the rest of 3D Vision Compat mod later today.

I would highly recommend everyone keep a backup copy of the 1.5 exe somewhere on your PC in case Bethesda breaks something in 3D again with their next patch and it can't be fixed.

Are you running anything in the backround like EVGA precision or afterburner. If you are, disable them and try again. I don't advise keeping them off but usually there is a way around that (EVGA has a box for DX9 you can check)
Sorry I couldn't be more descriptive, I am at work
