Outlast 3D Vision Error
Hello, I just installed the Helix Mod for Outlast to play it in 3D (yes i'm asking for a heart attack). When I launch the game it gives me an error saying " Warning: attempt to run Stereoscopic in non-stereo display mode, please change to a acceptable mode. See documentation for acceptable Stereoscopic 3D modes ". I have noticed that the game is not running in 120hz. When i turn to 120hz the game turns it back to 60. I have tried messing with the OLEngine config but still no luck. Please Help, Mike

It probably a resolution issue. What type of Display are you using?

I just have the base game and in the options, there is no where to set the refresh rate. I'm using a VG278HE and can launch the game with either 120Hz or 60Hz as my desktop refresh @1920x1080. BTW did you change AllowNvidiaStereo3d=False to AllowNvidiaStereo3d=True

Try this: Go to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Outlast\OLGame\Config\ Open OLEngine.ini Change all instances of bSmoothFrameRate=True to bSmoothFrameRate=False, and raise MaxSmoothedFrameRate=62.000000 value
