1. Searches are case sensitive. Searching on "Dragon" and "dragon" give different results.
2. When a search returns nothing, it should say so, not just leave an empty result up.
3. There is no way to view a file in the original size. It would be nice if we could scroll around on pictures that are larger than our resolution but we really need the ability to see pictures that match our screen resolution in full screen mode. Instead, when I try to view a 1920x1080 picture on a 1920x1080 screen, I get a scrunched version of the picture plus an interface at the bottom.
4. There should be a way for users to download pictures. An option to download all pictures in a gallery as a single zip file would be nice, too.
5. When uploading, the system doesn't remember the last directory you uploaded from. Unless you have it somewhere easy to get to from the default, you have to keep that directory in your copy buffer - which means you can't keep all the key words in your copy buffer. You'll either have to hunt down every file you upload or you'll have to retype your key words every time. Ugh. It would be much better if we could upload multiple files at once and edit the details of each while they are uploading.
6. Gallery screenshots are in the reverse order you upload them so whatever we upload last is the first shot people will see when going to the gallery. That's exactly the opposite of what I want! We should be able to order these ourselves, or at least pick from a few different options.
7. The gallery image is the oldest image in the gallery. If you want to use a new picture as the gallery's picture, you have to delete all the images in that gallery (simply moving them to a temporary gallery won't work), then upload your new picture, then re-upload all the old pictures in the gallery. That's insane! We should be able to pick any image from the gallery to use as the gallery photo.
The website made quite a splash in January at CES but, since then, I haven't seen anything change in the screenshot section.

Here are some comments and answers to your questions:
1. Searches are case sensitive. Searching on "Dragon" and "dragon" give different results.
Correct, this is a specific of the Phereo search engine. We are looking into softening this.
2. When a search returns nothing, it should say so, not just leave an empty result up.
Good observation. We will improve this in the next update by adding a text string for the empty results along with a reminder of the search engine specifics (like uppercase/lowercase).
3. There is no way to view a file in the original size. It has been our intention to offer a pure fullscreen view mode, but the integration of a plugin within a web browser comes with some technical challenges and this limitation is is a good example. We haven't given up on this one though as we're adding some underground functionnality to our 3DVision we browser plug-in which may allow us to work around this...
4. There should be a way for users to download pictures. An option to download all pictures in a gallery as a single zip file would be nice, too.
It is possible to download a picture... simply Right-Mouse-Click over the picture that you are viewing and select 'Save As...'.
An option to download all pictures in a gallery as a single zip file would be nice too, but not offered at this time.
5a. When uploading, the system doesn't remember the last directory you uploaded from.
This is a known issue that has been reported to Phereo. They are looking into improving this.
5b. It would be much better if we could upload multiple files at once and edit the details of each while they are uploading.
A batch uploader functionnality is high on our wishlist. It's a fairly complex project though...

More flexibility to customize photos order within an album is also high on our wishlist. It is also a fairly complex change to implement so no words on the ETA yet...
7. The gallery image is the oldest image in the gallery. We should be able to pick any image from the gallery to use as the gallery photo.
This is also already in our wishlist and will likely be implemented in the next redesign.

I can also add that there are quite a lot of things that have been cooking in the 3DVisionLive.com oven since we have launched the initial beta at CES... stay tuned for some amazing additions and improvements!

Regarding the download screenshot option, will a right-click Save As work to download a picture at native resolution? Some images can be very large - way beyond screen resolution.
Regarding not seeing any changes... what I'm saying is that I haven't seen any new features in the screenshot section since CES. The website as a whole has changed (including a little do-dad that displays messages from this forum) but, as near as I can tell, not the screenshot section. That coupled with Phreno not having posted anything to their dev blog since early November got me worried that maybe the whole screenshot feature was going to get dropped. I don't want to spend lots of hours pushing images up to the website only to have it vanish soon after.
It sounds like you folks are still here, though, which is very good to hear.

A rather nastier bug... I clicked an image that's on the 'recently uploaded' panel just now and got a rather ugly error message saying the image is part of a private gallery. A private image should NOT appear for everyone to see on the site home page!! Even if the was originally put in a gallery that is public, changing the gallery properties or moving the picture to a private gallery should immediately move it from any panel on the front page.
