Nobody named Tomb Raider? Dafuq. When it first released everyone went crazy about it.
1. Modded Skyrim
2. Tomb Raider
3. Metro 2033
4. Batman: Arkham City
5. Guild Wars 2
Its a shame my heavily modded Skyrim (over 500 mods, 23,000+ high rez textures) cant run in 3D. Too low fps and ENB i use looks broken. Still my favourite 3D game

Hmmm, must now try FarCry 3 in 3d. I have the game and just assumed that either it would not be all that great in 3d like many shooters (exceptions to Bad Company 2 and Black Ops) or framerate would tank. Going to give it a try this evening! Also will try AC Black Flag as recommened. Thank you.

Avatar was amazing in 3d on the PS3, even in the VHS tape quality downgraded resolution. Best 3d I have seen on console along with Trine PS4.
Always wanted to get the pc version of Avatar the game but it is not available for download anywhere (non-pirated) and the disc versions you can buy have the old nasty Tages DRM. Old gaming friend like myself has a pirated version of game but not sure if that still carries a Tages partial install. Sad because the game was good and the visuals and 3d were outstanding.

[quote="Zappologist"] Skyrim is just an incredibly impressive game in general, even without 3D Vision, so I think this is why it ranks high on people's (obviously subjective) lists. It just has a lasting impact, so imagine when you add 3D to it !
I had a shitloads of both gameplay and visual mods when I was playing, and 3D was perfect with the exceptions of some clouds during some wheather transitions.
But as always with these "preference lists", it's quite difficult to know whether the contributor is listing games that simply are impressive in 3D, or games that are good in 3D but also fabulous games gameplay-wise, or both.

I guess we will just have to agree to disagree here, I feel skyrim is severely overrated as a game. I feel since Oblivion Bethsoft just make reasonably pretty Hiking simulators. They are great at building worlds but I find their Gameplay design is often broken and shallow out of the box and their writing simple and juvenile. I cant stand playing skyrim unless its severly modded and its limited what you can add there without getting an unstable game due to the 3.5 gb or so hard memory limit. I could literally bitch all night how bethesda games fall apart at the slightest analysis gameplay wise, but I'll spare you all :)
As from a completely 3d vision standpoint, I was never able to get it working properly along with my ENB mods and presets (both require dx9 dll) also the sky box always seemed broken no matter how you had it setup. I'd rather shoot myself in the face than play vanilla skyrim.
Just my opinion of course but I think the gameplay accusations are hard to argue.
My list however was from a purely 3dvision standpoint. But gameplay wise Darksouls and POE are probably still up there for me as is Witcher 2 with the FCR mod.

As I have both versions, its good on the PS3, but is far superior in terms of it's appearance and player control on the PC. In my experience, no DRM issues on this one. It can be played offline, and if you're based in the US especially, price wise it's an absolute bargain. This one was missed entirely because movie tie-ins are almost always hopeless. I'm pleased to say that is an exception, and would definitely recommend it. Although Trine isn't my kind of game, I've been reading endlessly about it being incredibly good looking in stereo 3D, so I'll have to give in to my curiosity in this case.

As screwed up as it sounds my favorite 3d vision game from a 3d vision experience only standpoint is The Bureau : XCOM Declassified[not overall]. Like there are games that are amazing in 3D that I enjoyed like Mass Effect/ Witcher 2. Though I wouldnt want to I "could" play those 2 in 3D.
But its just so weird that I went from not wanting to play it cause it wasnt like xcom and dropping it twice. When I finally got motivated to patch it completely I played through it 3 times on hardest difficulty. Theres something about it in 3d for me.

I have The Bureau XCom but never really played it. Considering the source of the recommendation I will certainly try it.
eqzitara, as a veteran forum reader and recent signed on member, I'm sure I speak for people all over the world in thanking you for being on the forefront of 3d vision support and nurturing its existence. The Guardians of 3d bring joy and wonder to so many /salute.
