What monitor(s) work and are cheap? How many can I run?
What's the most affordable 1080p 3D monitor? The cheapest on Newegg is like $350 is that going to be the cheapest I'll find pretty much?

Also how many actual 3D monitors can I run at once in surround?

I have the following in my PC:

Intel 990X processor
4 x GTX 480 video cards
12GB's DDR3 ram

You've made a boat load of money over the years and you can't afford a decent monitor?

Well apparently he can afford 4x GTX 480s!!!!

In all seriousness, a decent 1080P 3D monitor is going to cost at least $350. From what I have read, the best one to get is the Planar SA2311W, which is a 23" 1080P 120Hz 3D display. Supposedly really low ghosting. If you want to do surround you *need* 3 of those. It will not work with any other number.
