3D Vision doesn't work with OpenGL. At least not the home version.

You need a Quadro card instead of a GeForce card. link

I just purchased a game that says I have to have OpenGL 3-D graphics card or the scenery will not work and the planes will not work. Is opengl compatible with Nvidia GForce? Should I buy the OpenGL card to add on to my GForce? I know nothing about this stuff and my help is not here right now. I do not think they would know either. Thank you for your help.

Your GeForce card will work with this game - you just can't play it in stereo. A Quadro card would not play the game in stereo either - the game would have to be coded for OpenGL quad buffered stereo to play in stereo on the Quadro card.
