A 3D display with DVI input is the only way to achieve 1080p60 in 3D. The available settings you mentioned above is the limitation specs of HDMI 1.4.

No. Over HDMI, you're restricted to the resolutions you listed. Unfortunately HDMI can't support the bandwidth for 1080/120 like DVI can. 720p/60 shouldn't be too bad though.

I recommend a Samsung with checkerboard. Looks just like 1080p since its not scaled. Or a projector.

46" Samsung ES7500 3DTV (checkerboard, high FOV as desktop monitor, highly recommend!) - Metro 2033 3D PNG screens - Metro LL filter realism mod - Flugan's Deus Ex:HR Depth changers - Nvidia tech support online form - Nvidia support: 1-800-797-6530

good grief... I've not had an issue with a 720p image on my TV. Use your eye candy AA options in the cp, and the image looks good enough. Not saying it's equal to my monitor, but it's not unplayable or anything. Shit, ten years ago, it would have been stunning, but maybe I can just go with things more so than other people. Hell, my PS3 rarely even does 720p. Most games are quite low res. Anyway, I've logged quite a few hours on my 3dtv 720p60 3d and have enjoyed it quite a bit.

I'm playing 4 feet away from 46inch 3DTV at 720p in 3D. My games look great with all AA ramped up. Been gaming on computers for 30+ years and can categorically state 720p in 3D looks perfectly fine (Even great)
