Also, did you check our 3D Vision Masters website? That was linked from the Blog and detailed the software to download along with the instructions for viewing.

Cheers!
Yep sorry, I must've zoned it out after the 5th hyperlink that already listed specs/equipment I already had for 3D Vision. Since its the only driver/software that's not included in the latest CD Version it might be better to place that link more conspicuously, and also in the actual steps to connect to the test stream at the bottom.

As for the copy/paste, there's no spaces, just locks up and becomes unresponsive.

Getting the same problem as Chiz. :'(

When I open the test URL and choose the correct settings it starts to buffer the video then it switches to downloading the video then it freezes with "steroscopic player has stopped working".

With the newest nvidia 3d vision video player and latest grafics drivers. :mellow:

I hopes this is just a temopary issue! Really curious to see what its like..

Chiz and Adz 3000

Can you list more specifics of your system and the post the crash that the player reports:

- GPU
- Driver kit (CD 1.23?)
- 3D Vision video player 1.5.5a
- Display type
- Operating system (name and version 32/64bit)
- Multi-display mode yes/no

Sure i can do that,

Gpu = 8800GTX + 8800GTX in sli

Driver Kit = CD1.23, Driver version 197.13

3D vison player = 1.5.5a (shown as 1.5.5 in the "help - About nvidia 3d vison player..." section)

Display = Alienware AW2310

Operating system = Windows Vista 64bit service pack 2

Multi display = No

And when it crashes it just fades out with the error box "steroscopic player has stopped working" giving me only the option to close it.

I have also re-instaled the 3d vison video player to make sure it wasent that but it solved nothing :'( . Just the same problem............ Open URL, where i place "mms://a50.v18905e.c18905.g.vm.akamaistream.net/7/50/18905/v0001/nvidia.download.akamai.com/18957//wm.nvidia.na-regional/3DVision_CEBIT_gameLoop.wmv" without the quotes. It then comes up with the window where i select the settings stated on the setting it up page, It then begins to buffer and crashes just after it gets past the %100 bufferd mark. :mellow:

If anyone else has this problem, can you try disabling SLI and see if that addresses the problem?

I tried disabling SLI on a GTX 295; I am still crashing after buffering the video. I've disabled my second monitor as well.

I can play local 3D movies using this player, only the streaming one is crashing.

Windows Vista 64
GTX 295
4 Gigs of Ram
Q6600 Quad Core
1.5.5a (although version in player says 1.5.5) and 1.23 CD 3d Vision driver installed.

Follow-up from my earlier results. Disabling SLI did not fix the problem. Disabling 2nd monitor didn't either. Stereo 3D Viewer works for offline content, like Nurburgring race. I'm not even seeing the any indication the feed is buffering at all. From some other replies it seems this may be a 64-bit OS problem? Here's the error log I got, looks like its stuck in some kind of infinite loop:

I have the same problem. Both Stereoscopic player and Nvidia 3D Vision player freeze at about 80%. All 3D videos play just fine except the streaming video from Nvidia. OS is Windows Vista Premium Home Edition, 32 bit. No SLI, one monitor.

I too am getting the 'Steroscopic Player has stopped working' error. Here are my settings.

GPU = GeForce GTX 285

Driver Kit = CDv1.23, Driver version 197.13

3D Vison Video Player = 1.5.5

Display = Samsung SyncMaster

Operating system = Windows Vista 32-bit Service Pack 2

Multi display = No

I can play back all other stereoscopic streams on my machine. I can also view the '3DVision_CEBIT_gameLoop.wmv' test stream on Windows Media Player in Side by Side format. Any fix for this issue would be appreciated.
