Adjusting convergence disabled in Metro 2033? Just like Resident Evil 5?
Okay, so I got the game up and running and when I went to change convergence, the screen shimmered like something was happening but I didn't see any change. Can someone else confirm this? It still looks good, don't get me wrong, but I have my tastes as we all do and I want complete control over my stuff!

Yep same here! I cant stand not being able to adjust the convergence. I wasn't really impressed with default convergence with this game. But like every 3dvision experience so far I guess I don't expect much.

I'm a bit more disturbed by the fact that I can't get more than 20fps in this game with sli gtx 280s and a gtx 260 pulling physx while in 3d.

i not even try to adjust convergence cause default is almost perfect. Maybe there is not very much pop-out but it's almost no ghosting, no issues at all, and playing 100%.

Sorry to say it but the game looks mind blowing on my 3d ready projector.

I don't care if it's running at 1024x768, you'd be fooled if you didn't know any better
it runs smooth as balls :D

The convergence is locked out for me too, but there's quite a bit of pop out so far..
Still at the very beginning..

The game looks good, but it could certainly use some optimization. I get almost no difference between very high and low, so something is definitely amiss.

So what exactly have you been playing because the 3d vision experience has been for the most part outstanding for me....

The new drivers supposedly have added support for SLI rigs that are running this game.

I have an even worse problem, I can't turn on 3D at all. Somehow that problem shows up in all the "3DReady" games, all others work fine.
Could that have something to do with the fact that I'm using a Zalman monitor instead of the NVidia shutter system?

Edit the user.cfg file to enable manual convergence adjustment.

Find: r_dbg_stereo_auto_separation 1

Change the 1 to 0

Thanks, except the file that had that setting for me is located in this cryptic location - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\59165423\43110\remote
