Thanks for the info about Project Cars on latest driver, that's good to know.
I'd recommend using 350.12 as a noticeably better experience than the two latest drivers. Especially if you've gone to single card, you won't have the grasses problem in GTA5. I'm seriously considering going single card myself, the SLI support recently has been pretty bad.
As far as 3D Vision on Win10 support, it seems like they are serious about keeping it working. For example, the driver missing 3D Vision Driver was just a screwup of some form, not intentional. Just part of the overall bad Win10 launch. Also worth observing is that they are still providing support for 3D TV Play, via the 120 day activation. If they genuinely did not care, having the server blown up would be a most excellent time to cut their losses- but they are doing the opposite, putting people on it, attention from the CEO.
Overall Win10 should be pretty similar to the Win8.1 experience as the underlying graphic model is the same. So, there is no real change from the development standpoint that would indicate trouble. Things might change at DX12 adoption, but that's going to be awhile.
Always hard to say, but their actions look like they are going to continue with 3D Vision.

If only Nvidia would give 3DTV Play a spec upgrade to keep up with the times. HDMI 2.0 and higher resolution support.
If they could get 1080p 60hz 3D to work over HDMI 1.4 like they have done with 4k 60hz with 4:2:0 chroma over HDMI 1.4 through colour compression it would be truley awesome and would breath new life into nvidias 3D tech.
It's not like colour is one of 3D's strong points anyway so get compressing nvidia!
I just don't get it. It's not like nvidia are a struggling company. Get your hand in your pocket nvidia and get working on it!
It seems the more effort the community put into fixing the games the less nvidia do!
It's no wonder game developers are supporting 3D less and less when nvidia can't even be bothered keeping their tech up to date for no logical reason!
I've seen the issues as well. I might get chance in the next couple of weeks. Some shaders have changed, but the pattern to fix them is the same.
Thank you, that would be great. :)

I have to say i'm upset about how nVidia is thinking about 3D business. Everything looks abandoned half way. This is why average customers do not stuck to it. What a big shame that those BIG companie$ and game studios are focusing exclusively on their short-time-profit with what they call "mass-business". This is wasting potential development of cool technologies. 3D has been left abandoned on the road. SHAME! ...wake up guys!! But we are lucky to have people like you mike_ar69. Your efforts to keep this tech working and updated are truly god-sent in this evil context. VERY MUCH appreciated! Thank you for working and sharing this. Cheers!
