Stereoscopic 3D Emulation!

I get a black screen when load a rom,but when I switch to fullscreen and windowed,the game image appears but just for a moment.Any help please?
My specs:
Windows 7 X 64
Processador E8300 3.0ghz
memory 2gb
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2c
Geforce GTS250 256 bits

I downloded from http://3dizzy.com/Emu.html,installed and put the RiceVideoDX9 in the plugins folder then selected It in the settings option.

f3likx you should have convergence control-strange, Will post more setting's later.

make sure you rename the exe to googleearth.exe

I have disabled SLI as it was causing issue with FRAPS S3D recording.

cannot initialize dx8? Hmmm What OS are you using? I'm on Vista X64/Dx11(SP2)

As for PCSX2, it's very touchy the DX10 plugin does not work, only DX9, but once it works it does work in window/full screen, and with full convergence control. There is an issue with 16:10 A.R's since the it's 16.9/4.3 only. Got Resident Evil 2 working in S3d, amazing, God of War 2 was glitchy...booo

Project 64 works with either 1.7 or 1.6(1.7 is paid for-$20) make sure you follow the settings in the plugin guide, I will post it up later, otherwise it will black with audio(not not all games work!)

I am hating 2.66.35 for several reasons, but windowed S3D is amazing!

For those of you having issues, please read the translated RICE plugin guide with picture and FOLLOW EXACTLY! otherwise it'll black screen on you...

Secondly on PCSX2, please get it working on your system FIRST! without S3D! You need to mess about with the GDSX plugins and get a few games running, playing without errors, getting S3D to run can be tricky but even more so if your've never run the app in the first place, DX8 errors, usually related to not having it installed..please check [url="http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-GS-Plugin-Failed-to-initialize-open?page=2"]PCSX2 DX Errors[/url] for help. The DX8 error happens on Project 64, not pcsx2. I'm using v1.7 that I bought ages ago.

I can play pcsx2 in 2D just fine..been playing God of War 1. Just can't get it to activate the USB emmitter.

I have a DLP and I use a nonstandard resolution due to overscan, so I wonder if that has something to do with it...I might try putting it in 1920x1080 and just deal with the overscan and see what happens.

No I think it's fixed in the RICE Driver in PG64...maybe possible to add something to the driver to allow this, but you'd have to write this in yourself, the source is included for the driver, but it's way past my capability!

I can no longer find these 266 beta drivers that people are using succesfully for PCSX2 Stereo 3D - I have downloaded the 266.58 WHQL and copied the OP's settings exactly and Stereo 3D will not activate.

I have tried the games Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts 2, Fate/Unlimited Codes, .hack//G.U. REBIRTH, and Mobile Suit Gundam: Journey to Jaburo

not a single one has caused stereo 3D to trigger or stop working.


Also, after having read this thread an additional time I am skeptical about the usage of Stereo 3D in PCSX2 - OP said that he tried RE2 and it worked, but RE2 is a PSX game, not a PS2 game.
I can no longer find these 266 beta drivers that people are using succesfully for PCSX2 Stereo 3D - I have downloaded the 266.58 WHQL and copied the OP's settings exactly and Stereo 3D will not activate.

Yes, I also didn't get anything in the beginning. The thing is you also need the new emitter controller driver for this to trigger. Basically, what I did in the end is:

1) Remove all nvidia related drives from add/remove
2) Install 266.58 drivers
3) Install emitter controller driver
4) Reconfigure 3d vision
5) Rename pcsx2 to googleearth.exe

And it now seems to work quite fine but convergence settings aren't really working so don't expect 100% depth :) And there are quite a few artefacts even with newer pscx2 which are much more noticeable in 3d mode.

On the other hand, I'm playing ps2 games in 1080p/3d - that's just crazy :)
