Crysis, Need for Speed Porsche because I could never get 3d out of it even though the 3d display rating is on the screen.

Quantz. It's a lovely little puzzle game [a bit like a 3D version of Tetris], great for if you just have 20 mins before you have to do the washing up or whatever. I thought it would look great in 3D as the balls you have to disapear come flying out at you from the screen in 2D. Sadly the effect doesn't work that well in 3D and there's some ghosting too. A real shame, as with some good support it could have been a corker.
It's availiable on Steam for a few pounds if you want to take a look, but perhaps just in 2D.

Defence Grid: The Awakening, love this game, spent whaaaay too many hours on it, but in 3D it doesn't really work for me, not much ghosting or traditional problems. It's just the effect doesn't really look that well on this game. Strange as I thought the isometric view might suit 3D.

It worked well once I cranked the convergence way up to make it look like the enemies were tiny toys walking around outside my screen.
I really liked playing FEAR 2 in 3d, but I tend to be able to ignore problems easily so long as they remain static.

Trine was like $5 on steam and Madballs was $2.50 on steam this week.. Both work well in 3d!!! I honestly like the more simple games in 3d cause I feel it really enhances the gameplay!

I loved Portal's innovative style, and perplexing puzzles, which is why I was really looking forward to trying this game in 3D. Sadly it crashes for me to a WSOD, leaving no option but a hard reboot. I got into the game and it did look great, alas 2-5 mins later it's all over :(.
If anybody has a fix for this, I would be forever in their debt. I tried turning off HDR/bloom as suggested by the 3D OSG, but that didn't help.

Fear 2. Seems like a good game, but sadly in 3D there's a big old HUD and crosshair that are at the wrong depth.
