I love 3d so much that i took a pair of old glasses frames, went to the opticman in city and made him do a pair of custom-made glasses with 45/135° polarization that suits both my passive rig and to certain degree even the i3d. The funny thing it wasn't even really expensive! :D (110 euros a pair with scratchresistant layer as well as a linear polarizing layer). The glasses aren't really comfortable though since it's the old frames. The optic man had a great and funny time doing it though!

I love 3d so much that I would like to have it without ghosting.
You dudes from mtbs3d should have some tricks how to tune synchronization of glasses and monitor.
Registry settings?

(No application of epileptic steroids in eyes please)

How about a modified pacemaker that injects electricity into the eyelids? :P

Jokes aside: Maybe tinkering with registry would help. Have you tried looking into it for timingvalues?
Start here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\

In the old days the only thing achieved by altering the timingvalues made the glasses (e-dimensionals) shift eyes. This was probably because they were hardwaresynced to the videosignal anyway. Since it's usb-based now there should be a way to find special timingsettings though.

As always: Make a backup of you registry before tinkering with it. And good luck! Sorry i cannot help any further.

Good one liquor_beard.
Likay, I think your not joking.

I love 3d so much that I got polarized contact lenses.

EDIT:
make that:

I love 3d so much that I got LCD shutterglass contact lenses. The wires kind of hurt though.

I love 3d so much that I sold it to someone else until such time as it's more stable for me (ie doesn't give me a headache 10 minutes after playing it) and my fps improves dramatically.

I loved it at CES, I didn't love it at my house. :(

You have similar problems as my colleague from work that tried it, but he had problems after long time of gameplay.
You know there are people that can go to space and that can not, there are people that can use stereo and that can not.

Not really, at CES I played L4D for probably an hour and a half in one sitting and didn't have any issues at all, I spent a lot of time at the CES playing with this kit, probably in the region of 8 hours of the show was spent with glasses on and me playing games. I didn't suffer over there like I have suffered here, the only difference I can think of is the frequency range in hz perhaps being the issue (I tried at 120, 110 and 100hz, nothing really helped).

I will give it another couple of years and try again later.

@Beard: Lol!! ^^

@SimonD I think you're stereosettings that are not comfortable for your eyes. I very used with stereo but still i get eyestrain even on a passive projector rig (guaranteed flickerfree) if using bad stereosettings. Try listening to your eyes while making adjustments and if you don't feel comfortable then try adjusting them a bit. Lower isn't always better and sometimes when increasing the separation eyestrain will be reduced by also increase convergence (pulling scene towards you).

@iondrive Yes, it's actually true. :"> Should have ordered a couple of decent new frames at the same time /ermm.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ermm:' /> . The optician had a great laugh though. :D
