3DTV Play working, but 3D options are all grayed out...help?
3DTV Play question here. I have a GTX660 and a Samsung H7150 3DTV. The 3d works well in both the 3d test and in games, but I can't access any of the 3D options (depth slider, keyboard shortcuts, etc) in the nvidia control panel- they are all grayed out. Is there anything I can do to enable the 3d options? I was a trial user, then upgraded to the full version thinking that would solve it, but nothing changed. Any help please?

Sorry, this is new to me- how do I check which version of 3dtv Play drivers I have? I see this but don't know how to tell if it is my current driver:

3DTV Play and 3D Vision drivers are the same, it used to be that separate downloads were required for the usb emitter and stereo portions. Since 275, Nvidia has included them in the main driver download. If doing a custom install, a person can opt not to install 3D Vision drivers if they do not want to use them.
So whatever main driver version that you are using is the same stereo drivers being used.
You can check the driver version by clicking "system information" in the lower left corner of the Nvidia Control Panel.

I also have a Samsung H7150 TV and I'm curious if the HDMI port is 1.4b and capable of 1080p 120Hz sequential 3d. Also I'm curious if I need the nVidia IR 3d sync device vs. using the samsung 3d glasses. I believe the Samsung 3d glasses can do both RF and IR.

HDMI 1.4 compliant 3D HDTVs are supported via Nvidia's 3DTV Play.
It can be purchased for $40 and acts as a product key to unlock Nvidia's stereoscopic drivers.

Nvidia's glasses will not work with 3DTV Play supported Displays. But if you have Nvidia's emitter, it can be used as a product key to avoid the $40 fee.
3DTV Play only supports 1280x720@60 or 1920x1080@24

What driver version are you using? Have you tried older versions?
