Give sView a try, it's free and works great for me. I discovered it 2-3 months ago, had a problem with cursor remaining on screen when going fullscreen and the author fixed it on next release so great support too!

Arcsoft no longer sells or supports Arcsoft Total Media Theater. They have not done so for over a year, speculation is that it was due to a licensing lawsuit by Dolby laboratories. http://www.arcsoft.com/support/retail-support.html?from=/totalmedia-theatre/upgrades.html You can see that it's listed under "retired" apps. It's too bad, because most people liked it better than Cyberliknk.
