[quote="CarpeDiemPW"][quote="SKAUT"]Another game with proper SLI scaling is Dragon Age Inquisition and I don`t have any kind of screen tearing or out of sync picture. That's why I was surprised. Almost perfect scaling 85-95% on both cards.

Im over all this the rog swift monitor just seems to have problem after problem, I cant wait to get rid of it, one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I feel really sorry for all you guys that bought this pile of horse shit display. Don't worry I made the same mistake, I will probably change to acer very soon I think

Just confirmed it does indeed work well with the correct profile - I was actually using the Battlefield 4 profile as per the Helixmod guidelines as 3D with the standard profile is very broken. Seems really strange though as I'm not even getting the 2nd card active in the Heaven benchmark which you'd have thought would have been nailed on for SLI/3D working? Obviously a driver issue then but very strange. Think I'm with logzz, this monitor has proven to be more problematic than 'wow'. I'm gonna wait for the Acer Predator XR341CK and then send this back I think.

I was thinking same thing when I saw this new Acer but after all I think he`ll turns out to be the same pain as ROG Swift. Same features except higher res. Remember it is on the drivers side not the Monitor. I think it is related to different video output. Hopefully I`m wrong.

I actually sold my old ASUS VG278H on Ebay when I bought this monitor but the dozy couriers delivered it to the wrong address (wrong country no less, France instead of Italy!!) so it should be on it's way back. Once it does I'm going to test a few scenarios to see if it is monitor/display port related or just crap drivers...

Guys, interesting reading. I do own a VG278H and play using 3d vision for most of my games since 2012 and Skyrim...In october I bought 2 x asus stryx 970 4gb and on top of it decided to add a swift to the deal. 1440p and 3d vision was a seller for me. unfortunately, 1440p 3d takes a toll on gpu requirements and On top of this, 3d is not as good as on my vg278h, who sits right next to my ROG. I am actually considering selling my swift because i can have an awesome experience at 1080p 3d by maxing everything and play at 120fps which is really nice and 3d is flawless on this screen. Understand me, 2d at 1440p with gsync is awesome but for me 3d vision....is better than 2d even at 1440p..... iDK id it s 3d at 1440p or 3d on swift or sli on swift but something's not right sadly.

I'm giving up on this, doesn't look like it's ever going to be fixed. Several people have filed bug reports (including myself), but ROG Swift support is just discarded. It's not top priority (or has any priority at all), because only a handful of people own the monitors. I'm in the process of returning my cards. Looks like this 3D technique is going to be obsolete soon anyway: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hLzESOf8SE

Please fix this soon! I also have this problem with the ROG Swift PG278Q. Using win 7 64bit. 2 Evga 980 SC in SLI. Sli and performance is fine without 3d. But as soon as I turn on 3d vision only one of the cards is working. The other card just sits there and does not heat up. Performance is about identical as one card.. As soon as I take 3d vision off, sli is working normal again.. When I unplug the Rog swift and use my older vg278 3d vision works just fine (With SLI working perfectly). I hope nvidia will release new drivers that work with this monitor, and future ones!

Vulcan - Is 345.02 the most recent driver version that doesn't have broken sli with 3d vision? (Or what version can you confirm works?) I'd like to try the most recent version that works. Upgrading 3d Vision to 1440p was the ONLY reason I went out and spent $2k on the Rog Swift and 2 980's. My old 760's were working just fine at 1080p. Also please note I tried my older 3d vision monitor and it was working with SLI, it was just the new Rog swift that was only using one of the cards with 3d vision and sli. Btw if it will work I will be in love with the monitor and cards...

I downloaded it but little afraid of going driver naked. I didn't notice any errors but.. If that will make one of those driver sets work I'll use it.. So I'm back to latest driver set to be current. I got an email from nvidia support saying they are working on this issue... I really hope it is fixed before GTA V is released. That was a big factor for me deciding to upgrade my gear now instead of later..

Well I found one game that is using SLI with 3d vision and the Rog Swift. Amazingly, Metro Last Night the Complete edition on Steam is using both cards. I did not test the frame rates with one card to compare but, evga precision reported both cards working, and I was getting pretty good frame rates 30-120 depending on the situation. Seems like it was close to 50-60 most of the time. I would say that is pretty good for that game, in 1440p with 3d vision on.

You know about Metro but also Witcher 2, Max Payne 3, Dragon Age Inquisistion (depands on Drivers Version), Dying Light (early Drivers)....forgot the rest but there is a few more. Remember about changing fps limit to 55 or 50. In some cases you need to do that to get rid of that annoying out of sync view in one eye - Batman and Metro is a good example.
