Absolutely not.
I came across that article and found it interesting and want to share with forum users here because I'm not happy with how Nvidia is (not) supporting 3DVision and its softwares to consumers satisfaction. Asking for support here is not effective and I did have thoughts when reading it.

I think his point is what this article is trying to say: We complain enough here that it scares away new customers that have come here to check it out before they bought it, and Nvidia would notice this and have no choice but to change their ways and actually start caring about their current customers, not just the ones that haven't given them money yet. While I don't think it will work since this isn't exactly the most popular board, making a collective voice heard on the internet seems to be the cool way to get a company's attention to change things nowadays. Look at the petitions for games lately with L4D2, D3, etc. Neither of those two actually got the devs to change anything but they did what most single people couldn't do with just a customer support channel and got a public response from the companies, which is a hell of a lot more than we've been able to do without Andrew being around (which only seems to be when a major game is being announced, fancy that Nvidia).
