Some game ratings from 3D Vision newcomer
Ive been into 3D for about 2 months. Had HMZ-T1 first and played few PS3 games with 3D Support, but mostly was watching 3D Movies. Recently I upgraded my PC to i5 2500k/16gb/gtx 680 with Asus VG278H and gave 3D Vision 2 a try. Here are some of my first look ratings (1-10 scale) and thoughts. Maybe somebody finds interesting..

Trine 2 - 10. Absolutely incredible 3D experience, the best Ive seen. My first choice to show friends for wow effect. Big props to devs.
Batman: Arkham City - 10. Along with PhysX looks great and plays great.
Skyrim with helix mod - 7. For some reason I wasnt too impressed. Just slightly more immersive then 2D, shadows disappeared and ghosting was bad. Maybe I need to give it another try.
Gatling Gears - 9. This game looks perfect in 3D but abit simple graphics and gameplay wise. Still great to wow people.
Bulletstorm - 10. The best shooter for 3D effect that Ive tried.
Dead Space 2 - 10. Another game where 3D adds sooo much. Especially when played in 3D Vision on HMZ-T1.
Metro 2033 - 10. The best shooter for 3D effect that Ive tried. Err.. wait, did I say this already?
Aion - 6. Game works well in 3D but it appears as toy world with Barbies running around. Id better play this in 2D.
LoTRO - 8. Has few problems here and there, but looks cool. Brings fresh feeling to the world I got used to.
Vanguard: SoH - 6. UI is 2D but even when I switched it off, wasnt too impressed.
Rayman Origins - 6. Cool graphics, great gameplay. So-so 3D.
The Witcher 2 - 9. Looks very good and this was the only game that slowed down my PC on highest settings. But few other games impressed me more. Maybe because I only tried tutorial.
LA Noire - 7. Characters look toy-ish, same as cars. 3D efect is good but didnt really like how it looks.
Alice Madness Returns - 10. Looks amazing, plays amazing. Will be one of the first games Ill finish in 3D on PC.
Dungeon Siege 3 - 9. If Diablo 3 looks similar to this 3D wise, Im a happy diablo fan.
DIRT 3 - 7. Wasnt too impressed.
Dear Esther - 9. Very immersive in 3D but has few problems with water.
Alan Wake - 8. Surprisingly great looking game for poorly rated in prophile. Especially scene on a ferry boat. The scenery is just breath-taking, so real, gave me one the biggest wow moments ever. But has some problems with lightning.

Thats it for now.

very good ratings, just like i see it (at least with the games i have)
although i would give witcher2 a 10/10

also civilization5 has very good 3d vision support. i didnt think that a strategy game could look so cool in 3d. 10/10 for me.

also battlefield3 would be a 10/10. in multiplayer i would not recommend 3d vision though as it still looks very good but is too distacting for competitive gaming.

Battlefield 3 is one of the best 3D experiences you can have, you just have to play around with the console settings by pressing ` and playing around with these values.

such as:
renderdevice.stereoseparationscale "x" (x defines number of your choosing, this will let you set the depth much higher than the nvidia max, default is 1)
renderdevice.stereoconvergencescale "x" (recommend setting this to about 2 or higher as it makes the popout so much cooler, default is 1)

renderdevice.stereosoldierzoomcovergencescale "x" (after playing around with the gunsight in 3D, I have found that 0 is the best because it mimics you "closing one eye" when looking down a gunsight like you would in real life.)

After finding the values you prefer, to apply them on every startup make a user.ini file and add those lines in the file, then rename the extension to a .cfg

Also I disagree that Battlefield 3 is bad in multiplayer, I play BF3 in 3D all the time online and I got first alot in many servers, just search up PelterGun on the battlelog and you will see I do fine playing in 3D.

BTW if you have tried Dead Space 2 without Helix fixes make sure you play the game again the the fixes as it makes the experience so much better.

As far as games that look amazing when fixed (that i've tried like 9/10-10/10 rating)
All games by helix, mass effect 1/2, hunted, sonic sega all stars, legend of grimrock, mirror's edge.

Games I enjoyed for gameplay and 3d effect.
Metro 2033, resident evil 5, trine 2, bulletstorm, dragon age:origins, a ton of others I cant think of off the top of my head..

I tried Battlefield 3 and that dirty lens effect in 3D was a huge turn off.
I dont think he could play dead space 2 and give it a 10 without helix fix tbh.

@Mindwork My recent 3D playlist...

-"Street Fighter 4" 3D Vision Ready

-"Street Fighter vs. Tekken" 3D Vision Ready

-"Gatling Gears" 3D Vision Ready

-"Toy Soldiers" with Helix Fix 3D Vision Ready

-"Insane 2" with Helix Fix 3D Vision Ready

-"SkyDrift" with Helix Fix 3D Vision Ready

All of these are stunning in 3D...just make sure you increase convergence to get a real pop-out effect. I usually converge on the main character or just beyond to make it pop!

Good idea, because something ain't right there.

You have to increase convergence...Most defaults are weak sauce.

Ive played with convergence settings, mods, and now Skyrim looks fantastic in 3D. After right adjustments... holy immersion batman! The only problem is ghosting - it is still noticable.
I tried to play on HMZ-T1, but its either weak 3D which almost looks like 2D, or absolutely unreadable texts and dialogues.
