Black Desert Online 3D fix..
  11 / 11
When I look at the game setting stereo picture in the fix file, I can see the letters in green but I can not see it in my game such as VS: 0/0 ps: 4/5 at the top, sep: 75 conv: 4.0 at the bottom is it normal that this number should be shown when playing the game? I wonder how I can see the letters anyway I wonder if the shadows will render correctly as 3d when the letter appear

You must enable this in the dx11.ini it's called Shaderhunting =0,1,2 otherwise it won't show. Also this game is pretty funny with running in 3dvision. I often find I have to flick between Window full screen and fullscreen, and it wont actually run in exclusive fullscreen mode unless I toggle one of the options such as SSAO

Those numbers are only when Hunting in 3D Migoto is enabled they are supposed to be off.. they are on there as that is the only way I can take a 3D screenshot.. NecroPants do you usually have trouble getting it to run in Fullscreen mode?? did you select it in the launcer screen??

https://s3.amazonaws.com/nephilim3d/d3dx.ini there is a quick and dirty fix this should of fixed the shadows. I am unsre but I have a disable not too sure about need to have someone check a dark place and make sure the torch lights give light.. Let me know I will try and get this out by tomorrow.. but the dxd3.ini in the DL above just replace the old one..

I cant play this game in 2D anymore.

Hey 3D Migoto Masters I seek advice as I need help with Black Desert.. I have been away for a while in this game and was over the Blog and seen shadows are broke again.. Well what I did was just disable shadows in this game and I currently tried to disable them again but I am unable to find a corresponding Vertex,Pixel shader for the shadows?? I had found them in the past no problems.. I was wondering what the experts might say.. I tried to get the shadows fixed about a year ago and was getting some help but that fell through and I just gave up.. Whilst it would be nice to get the shadows fixed I would be content to find out what I can not find any shaders for the shadows currently.. the game has been updated since my last fix in June..

Try using the different marking_mode options, like "pink" or "mono" if "skip" isn't helping you to find what you're looking for. Failing that, then you might want to try to learn to use frame analysis to dump a scene, which to me has become my #1 go to for hunting shaders now. It's a little daunting at first to learn how to use, but once you do it actually makes a lot of sense and is way more effective. I've been considering making a mini-tutorial on it's usage, but that's not really an option for me this very moment. In the meantime, here is the first post that helped me to learn some of the basics: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/685657/3d-vision/3dmigoto-now-open-source-/post/4752058/#4752058

Well I set the marking mode to Pink, it when shader hunting made the shadows disappear and did not make them Pink but at least I was able to find the shader with that technique.. I will also look into the frame analysis.. thank you again DJ-RK
