Why don't you just use Nvidia inspector to cap the Fps to 60?
Worked for me.

I'm worried that the developers will lock the frame rate to 60, I was testing the limit myself to see how it would affect the 3d.(don't have a lot of games I can run at 120 :) )

I agonized over this all day before working it out.
Also try going into display settings and toggling 3d display on and off[/quote]
U didn't give instructions just that u got it worked out I can't figure it out unless some external program is doing it I just use 3dtv play
Uhh yes I did.
The problem is SLI.
Game won't start in 3d. I have to disable SLI in the Nvidia control panel. No more too it than that.
If you are not using SLI, I don't know, and I don't use 3dtvplay but it should be more of less the same.
Also go into display settings in windows and toggle 3d display on and off. I had to to do this even after switching SLI off.
If you have more than one screen connected to your PC disconnect these as well.

I had this exact issue with the latest update of Windows 10, which is required to play this game. If you still have the option of rolling back to the previous build, you may want to give that a try, since that's what I had to do for SLI to work again. I tried installing different drivers (using DDU to uninstall, of course), including ones that I had used before without issue, but it wasn't until I realized that the issue started happening after I updated Windows and rolled back that the problem was solved for me.

I am so happy now I finally got mine kick in 3D for this game. This game looks fantastic and looks pretty much 3D Ready. :))
I don't have SLI setup but I have dual monitor, and I had to disconnect one of them for the 3D to kick in. :D
This game is really awesome and loving it. :P
Yep ;) it's a pit about the shadow moves...
Yeah I ended up getting it to work in SLI mode as well, the problem was my surround setup. Moving to a single screen made it kick in.
Great game and apart from the lack of online modes in AI and training the actual online play feels like someones sitting next to me. Quite a feat.

The game currently seem to have some issues.
Suddenly the x button on my mad catz tournament edition arcade stick refused to work for no reason.
The button has no problem in Street Fighter V.
Second of all the game seems to be running at twice the speed or something. It could be the intended speed just seems to be extremely fast. The timer Went the right speed so I might be wrong.
3D Vision is nowhere to be found on my system but the fact that it works for others is a good sign.
Will need to try my second 3D Vision screen as well as long as well.
There is also the question if other windows store applications work with 3D Vision at all. If not we're talking just Killer Instinct which makes fixing Windows Store games a non-issue making them for the most part 2D only with KI being a rare and difficult exception. Rare for obvious reasons and difficult because I can't personally get it to work and even if I did I'm not the one with the skill to disable undesirable effects and ultimatelly it probably has to use a specially written wrapper based on my wrapper.

What more can you ask for?
The game engine is locked to the refresh rate of your monitor.
Run the game at 60hz refresh and it will play normal speed.
Run the game at above 60hz and it will speed up.

@MrOrange nice find :)
I tried to force my monitor to 60hz but ended up with corrupt driver and a referesh rate of 64hz on an anonymous monitor.
I have not gotten it to run in 3DTVPlay.
I havn't gotten it to work anywhere.
I use my hdmi output from my secondary monitor to drive my speakers which means I have to do 720p60 and even then 3D did not kick in. I still have things to test.
