the nvidia Profile says turn shadows off, i think that could help(unplayable atm) but there is no Option for shadows :(
I did, with the lighting set to low it renders pretty well, the game itself that is. All the interface elements are on screendepth (minion hp bars, silhoutetes, crosshair, etc).

Apart from shadows there would have to be something done with the UI itself and I guess it could be a pain in the ass to fix.
I've tried 3dmigoto 1.2.33 and it seems to be dumping shaders properly. I've found some effects that renders only in one eye, weird thing was that some of the wrongly rendered reflections were gone as soon as I started cycling though the ps'es. The game seem to render a variable number of vs/ps tho. The match started with like 400 but during the game it went to 700+ guess it would be wiser to look for things on a paused replay instead of live gameplay. There was also this one weird VS that disabled almost the whole map.

Latest drivers (as of today) and latest version of the game seem to have broken CM. There is an info about excellent rating and 3d kicks in but there is no separation, its completely flat.
Game uses f11 as a default switch for fullscreen/windowed (not rebindable afaik) so if you're using the default alt+ctrl+f11 to switch between CM / geometry 3d make sure you enable native fullscreen in options once you do (game tend to stay in fullscreen despite being in windowed mode).
The geometry 3d is actually pretty decent with post-processing on LOW and everything else on epic it actually renders character shadows properly, self shadows are all fucked up and the whole interface is at screen depth which is annoying. If all you want is to play wiht bots you could probably hunt for shaders and disable them but any competitive pvp is doomed.
