Hi Helifax,
You have any interest getting the Homeworld series to work in the futture? :D
Haven't looked at the games yet, but I will plan to look at it;)) I was just thinking yesterday on what game to look next;)) If it uses GLSL then it should be fixable;))
Greatly appreciated. :))
Star Wars Jedi Knight II -Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy (these two games worked with gldirect5, but it would be nice if you could get it to work with your wrapper, too.) :))
Thanks again. :))

The wrapper is called opengl32.dll. It is located near the game exe. In the same folder there is a file called 3DVisionWrapper.ini
If you open it up with notepad you will find on the first line the splash screen. Also, take into account that Amnesia has 2 versions: Normal one (for Steam) and a GoG version.
Be sure to install the correct one otherwise it will crash;))
If it still crashing, in the game folder find FPSInject.dll and delete it. (this is the module that I am using to sync the frames L+R) and is using memory injection/hack mechanics that map only on the specific binary exec file.
Let me know what you find;)) If the previous versions worked, this wrapper should also work.
Thanks, I use the GOG version with the GOG wrapper. The wrapper installer strangely asked for the Steam directory though.
opengl32.dll gets installed, but no 3DVisionWrapper.ini is installed/generated.
I tried deleting FPSInject.dll, now it starts with the Loading screen rapidly flickering vertically. Then freezes up the game before it can make it to the game menu.
The previous version of the GOG patch worked with no tweaks, downside being the GPU underclock/Framerate dip.
Any chance you could provide a zipped version of the GOG wrapper files (along with the 3DVisionWrapper.ini) that I could extract into my game folder ? Perhaps something wasn't getting installed.

Thanks for all the work you've done Helifax. I will be going back to Amnesia, the first one you fixed since it works great. Just a question, I see that you have made a recent update to your wrapper.
Is there any benefit to install the new one for Amnesia the first one? I don't want to install the new one and then I f... it up....LOL

I see the installer managed to f@k up some of the files (thus the missing files)... I'll sort it out when I get home and I will recreate the install packages.

The current packs for Amnesia are missing some files... I will fix the installers shortly. They already contain the latest version of the wrapper. Overall it should provide better performance... (based on what I tested).
Once I sort them out you can safely install the latest version.

You are awesome! patch works perfectly now and I get a fantastic performance boost with this updated wrapper! (steady avg of 120 fps). Now I can finally enjoy this game the way its meant to be played! :D
Minor issues were found though, which weren't in the previous update :
- The keyboard input tends to not work well at the menus (for example, creating a name for a new profile, the key input wont register until the key is tapped a few times). Not a big deal as key input is fine ingame.
- Mouse sensitivity ingame behaves oddly (randomly gets very less sensitive, but I got around this by upping the mouse sensitivity setting ingame)
- Visual glitch where all candles have their light source show through walls as a blurred light. Pics below :

I saw the same things in the previous fix as well. Basically all the improvements are the same. I haven't added anything in this version, just swapped the wrappers.
I will double check the lights issues as I remember fixing that in the previous version.
Glad that the performance is now fixed. The weirdness with the keyboard in menu and mouse sensitivity in game is a side-effect of the memory injection to sync frames, but like you said is nothing game-breaking:) Also if you use a controller you don't get these issues at all;))

Is there some way of setting Rage screen res from file? I have a HMZ t-1 and it requires 1280x720, if its wrong it wont enable stereo vision and I get see two images instead of one. This makes the text in the resultion option unreadable, so cant select correct. Plus the game goes all black when I apply new resulton?
