3d Vision Glasses Broken Out of Box?
Anyone else having an issue where the RIGHT LENS ONLY is flickering once every second? I cannot pass the wizard because of this... the lens works find for about 30 seconds after initially pushing the IR emitter, but then continues to flicker once every second thus rendering the glasses inop.

During the first install of the software, the glasses did this. I had to do a driver sweep and they someone magically worked. Now I've upgraded the drivers to 197.13 and I'm having the issue again. Not sure if the glasses are faulty, or if the drivers keep jacking up my emitter.

Anyone else having the same issue? Or know how to resolve it? I've tried sweeping the drivers a few times, and reinstalling from scratch, but no dice.

** NOTE: I have had the glasses work for a few days, but they randomly started doing this again w/o any hardware/software changes.

Well I have had trouble too dude. http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=164348

However your problem sounds like the glasses are faulty like the ones I had. After all if they did work and then magically don't then a fault has happended... I'd send them back in a flash dude, and hope the next pair work as they should.

FIXED - basically!

I used the older drivers on the physical CD (v1.11) and everything is working as it should.

I will post more in my original thread:

I'll try the 1.11 drivers again... hope that fixes it.

** Update: The glasses work 99% of the time... but once every minute or so the RIGHT LENS ONLY will flicker. It's getting MAD annoying... this 600 dollar setup is really starting to piss me off lol. Going to try the 1.11 drivers again, we'll see what happens!

So after reading a lot of forums... I fixed my problem by changing usb ports. I have an extender card in a pci slot that the ir xmitter does not like... but my on board usb works fine with the xmitter. Hope this helps some of you out there!
