Im very few problems on Win 7 Build 7100 x64 here with the new drivers.
I get the occasional BSOD BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER errors but I mean occassional, infact only twice since installing the drivers (as beta) and the WHQL ones
I had no issues actually installing the drivers though.
v1.13 gives me a Blue Screen in Vista. v1.13 I have no problems with, so I went back. v1.13 doesn't really add any game support so the drivers were really just a waste to "me".

I had a few problems too when i installed. But my problems were ingame, not at setup.
I uninstalled the Nvidia driver and the 3d vision software. Reinstall using the Beta driver, and the 1.13 3d vision software. It worked and all my games are now playing very well.

I have been battling "BSODs" for a couple weeks now, I'm running WIN XP SP3, and Nvidia driver version 6.14.10.9371 on GeForce4 MX 440 (formerly 2, now just 1) and MX 4000 cards (2).
After recently plugging in a Nikon Camera into a USB port for the first time, my displays (four) started flickering as I pulled windows across from one to the other. Then, the crashes came.
After multiple tries to update and cleanup, I abandoned hope and rebuilt the system from factory disks. This took days, and I'm sure there's no Nikon driver anymore (although I'm not sure this was the culprit or just a coincidence). The bottom line is, the only way I could get things to work was to dispense with my beloved dual-VGA MX440 card, so I'm now down to three monitors. But I can get that to work more reliably, only one BSOD so far. Also, my computer won't shut down anymore, it always reboots - this is annoying.
Reading alot of posts about Nvidia, "BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER," and Windows 7 or Vista starting early October. Vista has a patch. I swear I have the same problem, but seem to be the only one on WIN XP with this issue.
I would like to put my dual VGA card back in, but I don't think I can until either WIN or NVIDIA provides a fix.
One thing I noticed was that three of my cards would take IRQ 16, 18, and 19. Then, the dual card would take 16, too. That seems like a resource conflict, but the machine wouldn't say so. The dual card was on a "different" PCI bus, so maybe sharing IRQ across PCI busses is OK. I would rather it take IRQ 17, IMHO. But I'm no expert.

You're no expert as you claim, and yet you've narrowed down the IRQ's your cards are using ?
Honestly if you want some advice, mine would be; Get a better computer. :)

Maybe try an other USB port...
