I'm working on a ver.0.3. I already fixed the previous CS for the Medium Lights variant (which seems to be MORE stable and not so performance hungry). Maybe I'll try a SLEDGE-HAMMER approach and fix all the CS that match lol. And see where we get... Freaking Crashbite3 with billions of CS shaders man... I must be insane to try to make a fix for this "pile of code"...

Guys for info it's out of the subject but just to know :) I hope someone here have HTC Vive or Oculus Rift, so I want to know if it deserves the price comparing to 3D vision experience while now we can run the most games on VR mode by using TriDef software and seems like less graphic performance demanding. I'm saying that because if it's the case as it sounds there will be less effort to make the game run perfectly with VR without loss of graphics quality and maybe better gameplay. My intention is to improve gaming experience nothing else :)

I see the problem. All the lighting has been fixed on HIGH and ULTRA presets. I see under LOW & MEDIUM it doesn't work. Nor the Compute Shaders that I fixed:(

Hm, i have ULTRA Settings and also CS off (btw, you can do this by user.cfg file) but wasnt working. Anyway, with V0.2 it is working now (the F9 key)

There is another step there;)
After you load the map, if you get the black background glitch in one, eye simply reload the map. You don't need to alt+enter or disable 3D, just a simple reload.

Even with this workaround there are still chances somethings will be 2D in some map other map. At which point, I save, and restart the game using the same procedure;)

Made a new version 0.3 where I fixed around 300 more compute shaders... The fix should now be pretty much consistent across all lighting settings Low, Medium, High, Ultra. Keep in mind I only tested Medium, High, Ultra in-depth. Cheers!

3D Vision games or normal games with stereoscoptic rendering in VR suck big. I only play native Vive games in VR. For the rest you will have more fun with a normal monitor, since the resolution of VR is just too bad. But I think this topic does not really belong into this thread.

Just got SweetFX working and could make some more out of the missing lights, adapting the SFX profile to helifax contrast changes (Via F9) For me, its Stage 1 (or 2) depends on the overall light the area has got. This is something you have to figure out for your own. I have added x1 = 1.0 to ; ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ; Default constants to pass directly to shaders as IniParams ; ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Constants] as standard for me. NOTE: The contrast will only work in game so menue is may be a little bit too dark, dont worry.
