No throttling, temps are under control, frequency stays locked at 1400 mhz for the gpu. Just the gpu usage and power % fluctuate.
I read about 4 pages back and didn't find anything to fix 2d cross-hair.
thanks

The only fluctations of the gpu usage I get are between 80-90% on each card. Which is OK. So can't really understand the problem there..
Related to the crosshair, I haven't seen it and played the games 8 times so far... Others noted that if you play on a resolution ABOVE 1920x1080p (Surround excluded) the crosshair fails to work. Can't test that. It works perfectly fine in single screen 1920x1080 and surround all resolutions up to 5760x1080.
So if you use a 1440p resolution revert to 1080p...
Not to your taste? Alternatives are present: CM profile as specified in the post or official "broken-ish" support:)

Apologies in advance for any naivety but I am disappointed that at one point this fix was working and looked flawless. Recently GPU drivers were updated and now the 3D effect just looks wrong.
I have since uninstalled the fix (using batch file). Re-installed most recent driver (clean). Imported NIP and extracted most recent fix to game dir.
Sill producing strange 3D (like mixed 3D/2D or something, some lighting only visible through one eye).
I still don't understand all the Migoto biz... is this something that I need to install? I have visited the link and see similar files in the archive to the fix so am confused regarding this.
I have looked back through pages of this thread as well as opening post... I don't see any changes in installation procedure.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

The latest drivers work just fine. If importing the NIP doesn't work for you try the secondary method described on post #3. There is even a video tutorial on how to use that method.
Also make sure you are on the CORRECT game version and not the latest one.
Afterwards be sure to disable the Compatibility Mode (CTRL+ALT+F11).
Ctrl+Alt+F11 seems to toggle between a handful of modes. Side by side frames, top//bottom, and a couple of 3D modes where the strange 3D effect persists but changes depths. I have repeated the installation procedure a few times now and keep getting the same result. Perhaps its time to give up (sad).
I am using the correct game version.
The NIP appears to be importing fine, I can't seem to locate the video you mentioned referring to another method (I looked at post 3). I see stuff about SLI etc and have downloaded the NVIDIA profile manager but don't think this applies as I am using a single 970.
Regards and thanks again,

OK, with some more effort and fearless editing... I went for it. I followed the video tutorial and imported the full profile.
I found that after doing this the game started up "in compatibility mode" as specified verbosely in the bottom right notes.
I went back into the profile and deleted the line described in the tutorials as "compatibility mode", re-imported and now the game appears to load in 3D without the strange effects I was previously seeing and it doesn't say compatibility mode any more. The menu sceen appears nicely rendered in stereo.
I will put some time back into the game tonight after the kids are in bed... w00t.

I am running 3D Surround and a fresh install of the latest driver 362.00, been messing with this all day!

I notice I only see SBS as well.
I want to try it first with the official patch because I'm looking to take video of this screen tearing problem that apparently exists in this game as well.
*edit* I am guessing it doesn't work in surround at all without your 3d fix.

Yeah, I can't find the exact post right now but I do remember reading a post from Helifax where he confirms the 'official' patch doesn't allow for surround res's to work properly, resulting in the 'black screen' you are now experiencing.

On the official fix, I can't get surround to work with 3D Vision at all. No matter if resolution is bezel corrected or not. It just won't work. It works in 2D Surround though if you don't use a bezel corrected resolution.
On our fix it works like in 2D Surround on the official patch: Surround works in 3D as long as you use a non-bezel corrected resolution.
Else: everything is black screen...
