Hi,
I am wondering something.
I would like to make a "3D" computer. I have been planning on buying Geforce GTX 980, and didn't find it listed on the 3D support list for graphic cards on NVIDA's page. So I am wondering, does it support 3D?
Ok, now we have a graphic card that supports 3D (I hope).
I need glasses and a monitor next? (Already have windows 8)
Where can I get the glasses the cheapest?
last thing the monitor? I dont understand the requirments that the monitor needs to have.
* 3D Vision HDMI Support
* Blu-ray 3D¹
* NVIDIA 3D LightBoost Technology
& more?
What is the "cheapest" monitor with all of these features. I dont compleatly understand the point of the HDMI support, some said you didn't need it. So if I dont the screen doesn't need to have that.

- All the GTX cards from the 200 series support 3D Vision (900 series and 980 as well).
- The 3D Vision Kit you can buy from different retailers (depends where are you from). Check Amazon for example
- Monitor must be listed as 3D Vision Ready. From your list the "NVIDIA 3D LightBoost Technology" means that monitor is 3D Vision ready.
- Proper 3D Vision is supported on monitors with Dual-Link DVI connectors and Display Port. For HDMI you need 3DTVPLAY which limits the resolution to 720p@60hz or 1080p@24hz (in 3D)
