I've started to follow this approach, so you should see updated fixes show up on top of blog, when they are updated. You might have seen the additions that Zythus made for AC4 and AC:Rogue. I bumped their mod date to be top of blog.
If I notice other people making new versions of fixes, I'll bump their mod date too.

hi Paul, thank you for update !
strangely, when a new 3Dfix manager is detected, i use "automatic update", but when it seems done, when i relaunch 3DFix manager, it's always the same one (not updated).
so i have to manually install the new 3DFix manager.
well, next time i'll record the task with OBS in order you can see the problem.

Currently there is just a notice about new updates for the application and the updates have to be downloaded / extracted manually.
Only fix updates are installed automatically because this was much simpler to implement. For this just a few txt and ini files have to be replaced and the application doesn't need to be closed.
Maybe auto updates for the application itself will come in the future. I have to look how difficult this is or how it can be done at all. The application needs to shut down in order to overwrite its files. Then some sort of script or bat file must take care of overwriting files (at least I would assume something like this).

Hi Tim,
the relative path for ABZU should be already correct (I tested it a few times on my machine). When you look in the zip-file of the ABZU fix you'll see that there are two subfolders (Binaries/Win64). 3D Fix Manager copies this subfolder-structure into the game directory. The resulting subfolder is then: AbzuGame\Binaries\Win64 where the exe is.
I'll work on an improved auto update mechanism for the fix profiles. Currently it's very simple - it downloads txt -and ini files and completely overwrites the old ones, so your old data gets lost.
The same happens if you extract a new program version over an old one. So currently you have
to backup the old "Fixes" subfolder of 3D Fix Manager and copy this into the new version of the program to keep your customized profiles. This is not very comfortable so maybe I'll offer two versions of the program next time: One with profiles already included and one without profiles for people who want to just update their old program without replacing fix profiles.
The best solution however whould be a completely automatic update for new program versions (similarily to fix updates). I'll have a look if / how this can be done.
The software is shutting down lately because of the new feedback mechanism. It compares the fix profiles of the user with reference data in a mysql database. If the user changed a fix profile (for example game launcher exe) the changes are written into the database. This tells me which fix profiles are wrong / need an update which I'll ship in the next automatic fix update for all users. So this is some kind of automatic feedback mechanism. On my machine this procedure takes less than a second. Didn't expect it would "hang" 3 seconds. This might be related to the speed of the user's internet connection.
A tutorial video is a nice idea but my English is not the best, too xD. I also often look in google translate >.<. But help is always welcome :)

I added a few features I needed for 3D Vision gaming. I often use RivaTuner Statistics Server for eliminating microstuttering / improving frametimes when playing in 3D. So I automated starting / closing this application when launching games via 3D Fix Manager.
If you want to use the new RivaTuner Statistic Server features in 3D Fix Manager you have to download and install this tool. 3D Fix Manager will detect it automatically when installed.
I also had the problem that my monitor got frequently stuck in a blackscreen when closing games in Stereo 3D. This is an annoying bug with Windows 10 (Windows 7 never had this problem). A way to fix this (but not 100%) is to set the the desktop refresh rate to 120 Hz so Windows doesn't have to switch from 120 Hz to e.g. 144 Hz when leaving the game. 3D Fix Manager now makes sure that the monitor is set to 120 Hz when enabling Nvidia Stereo 3D.

Suggestion for later :
Perhaps a video can be prepared to help people understand this software.

Hi Tim,
the relative path for ABZU should be already correct (I tested it a few times on my machine).

Thanks for explanations. I think this feature must be switchable. (on/off)
