GD245HQ Problem when starting up 3D game - bottom right corner of screen a lot lighter
Hi Folks,
I have just purchased a GD245HQ and have noticed that everytime i start up a 3D game the bottom right quarter of the screen is quite a bit brighter than the rest of the screen when starting up 3D game.
This does not happen in movies or normal games not in 3D

question: is it true that you cannot have 120hz on a non-native resolution? I'm going to buy this lcd and I'm afraid my gpu (gtx275) would be inadequate @ 1920x1080

I can confirm that i can see no Ghosting on this monitor in 3d. I am running 2x 260GTX in SLi mode. In response to the light area you are seeing, no i am not having that issue. Which driver are you using?

I can only suggest you get some tech help from Acer or your supplier. That sound like a bit of an odd issue for you. /confused.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I am runing a GTX285 in SLI, for a 1920X1080 resolution it's kind of a waste for me ot have the sli, I get almost the same frame rates in sli and without while using 3d vision.
your GTX 275 wuld push the 1920x1080 but you may get between 30 to maybe 50 fps per eye

I have some screenshots - you can see quite clearly what i mean when looking at them. Bear in mind this appears like this on all games - as they are loading and in game!
I am getting ready to send monitor back as there is definately something wrong with it.
