I own a GTX 750 Ti and I have bought 3dtv software to output frame packed 3d to my projector via HDMI.
My configuration includes a PC with the nvidia card connected to an EIZO monitor via DVI , a Yamaha 5.1 3d capable AV receiver connected to the Nvidia card via HDMI(1.4) and an Epson projector connected via HDMI to the AV receiver.
On multiple displays I can see my EIZO monitor and my AV receiver.
I have managed to successfully make it work and output 3d frame packed to the projector (with Media Player Classic player and an 3d movie ISO) but it only works if I setup multiple displays to clone and I specifically set the clone source to be the EIZO monitor.
Is this the way it is supposed to work??? No other configuration outputs frame packed 3d
I would prefer to output just to the AV receiver and not lose the performance penalty of outputting to both the monitor and the projector. Is this possible?
I finally managed to get 3d frame packed without cloning the displays with Power Dvd.

Hi Spooker.
I am struggling to get 3d to replay on my HTPC. I have an i3 cpu, with a gts450 graphics card. I have setup all my drivers and settings as everyone on here says but I cannot display frame packed 3d bluray iso's, they play in 2d.
can you tell me what you did to get your setup to finally work?
Thanks, Ian.

I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, and I am trying to route the signal through an Onkyo TX-NR818 receiver to an Epson TW-6000 projector. I have tried the latest driver (352.86), and having read on the internet that it might be worth a try using an older driver, I have also tried 344.75.
The information section of my projectors menu says that it is receiving an MVC picture format and I have tried bypassing the receiver and gone direct to the projector and still cannot get it to shift into 3D mode.
I have downloaded a trial version of 3D play and am trying to playback with a trial of PowerDVD15 Ultra.
I have tried direct from the original disc as well and still cannot get 3D.
Really starting to tear what little hair I have left out now :( and wondering if an ATI card might be easier to setup.

Is the TW-6000 HDMI 1.4 compliant? If it's HDMI 1.3 it will not work.
While trouble shooting leave the AVR out of your chain.
If you have a second display connected, you'll need to set the TW-6000 as your primary projector.
If the iso has drm protection such as Cinavia, it will not work without a stripper.
3DTV Play only works at 1280x720@60 or 1920x1080@24.
Thanks for your reply D-Man.
The projector is 1.4 compliant and works fine with the 3d Bluray player I am trying to replace.
I have made my Iso's with both AnyDVD-HD and DVDFab to remove Cinavia and also tried direct from the original disc in the bluray optical drive.
I have the graphics driver set at 1920x1080 @24 but have not tried at 720. I will give that a go tonight when I get home, but if it does resolve the issue I would obviously like to still get past this as I do not really want the reduction in resolution.
I have tried with using the onboard graphics from my motherboard (Asrock Z87-Extreme3 with an i3-4160 CPU) and still had no luck.
I have also ordered an extra 8Gb ram as I currently only have 4Gb, but I don't think that's the issue.
What would you suggest I try next other than 720?
Thanks, Ian.

Were you able to complete the setup wizard in the setup3D section of the Nvidia Control Panel?
I think that you can also play iso files using Nvidia's Player, you may need to update it. It will not play 3D Blu-ray Discs though.

Yep, the setup wizard ran fine and I can see the Nividia 3D test perfectly at the end, however movies will just not play in 3D.
The 3D mode on the projector is set to Auto but I have tried manually switching to 3D mode, the menus displayed on screen are then in 3D but not the movie.
I will have a look through the thread you have linked to.
Cheers, Ian.

Do you see a green 3DTV Play logo in the setup tab? This will indicate that the display is recognized and that the trial is active.
3DTV Play isn't necessary for 3D Blu-ray playback, but it is for Nvidia's player.
In the PowerDVD 3D Display settings, do you have it set to automatic?
3D in movies is OK, 3D in games can be phenomenal. Even if you are not much of a gamer, you should give it a try. The 750Ti would work on less demanding games.

I have downloaded a trial of Arcsoft TotalMedia Theatre 6 and 3D works great out of the box, so I really don't understand why PowerDVD doesn't work
I think I would still like to get PowerDVD working as this is still a supported product and TMT6 is not.

Sorry to necro this thread, but I'm having the exact same problem with powerdvd playing 3d discs or iso files in 2d. 750 Ti card, tried several driver releases with various settings, have denon 2112 CI AVR, Optoma 141x projector which are all HDMI 1.4 compliant (including cables). Have also tried direct from PC to projector to rule out EDID issues. Nvidia set up works in 3D, just won't play the blurays in 3D. Anyone ever figure out the issue? Looks like I'll have to try the TMT 6 trial, but I'd hate to waste that powerdvd purchase.

I see it here http://www.arcsoft.com/totalmediatheatre/?utm_expid=54193147-49.ka5gGYQFSu6V3nkrsNLz1w.1, but I haven't had a chance to download and install it yet.
Hmm, is that link legit?
Arcsoft had a lawsuit with Dolby and discontinued TMT.
