GTA V Crashes when launched with 3D Vision enabled.
Title says it all. Every time I enable 3d and launch the game the launcher crashes. I have tried enabling 3d in-game before turning on 3d vision and it still crashes. I have seen plenty of people say that 3d looks great in this game so I know it must be a problem on my end. 3d vision is working for all my other games too. Anyone have any ideas?

System specs? Driver version? Restarted since your last driver update? Tried display driver uninstaller? www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

I am using the latest drivers from nvidia that were released for gtav. I don't remember the version number off the top of my head cause I'm at work right now. I restarted since the update but I have not tried this display driver uninstaller. I might have to give that a go. Update: My system specs are as follows: Asus Maximus VI Formula Intel 4790k Evga GTX 980 Corsair Vengeance Pro 32gb Samsung 840 evo 250gb Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Try disabling overlays. Steam, Afterburner, Fraps, etc....

I should have mentioned I tried disabling overlays before. When it first crashed I suspected evga precisionx, but after closing that the crash persisted. I also tried with steam overlay disabled and got the same results. Thanks for the suggestion though. Edit: I just remembered that I did not try disabling shadowplay before launching in 3d and I have the overlays for shadow play turned on. So I will try disabling shadiwplay when I get home to see if that fixes the issue. Is anybody else using 3d vision + shadowplay without issues?

I just got home and was able to try that utility you linked and it fixed all my issues. GTAV launches without any issues now with 3d enabled and so far so good. I haven't spent any time testing yet because I wanted to hurry back here and say thanks!
