This uses Unity/dx9 and has a Demo
Use the 3D-Hub Player profile. Unfortunately it uses "Game.exe"(at least it does for the demo), so you'll need to delete 4 or 5 profiles before you can assign it.
In your Steam library, right click on "Ian's Eyes" and select "Properties"
Click "Set Launch Options"
In the box, type -window-mode exclusive and click "Ok"
The 3D actually looks pretty good, at least in the starting area. The only issue seems to be the lines in the floor flicker. Maybe temporal aliasing can be forced to solve the flickering?
