Contained herein is a list of 3D projectors. Easy to snatch model #s and look on ebay.

The top three are best for 3D Vision, as they can do pure 120 Hz.

I found the middle of the top three - the one that ISN'T $6000+ - on ebay for ~$850-950, rather than at its MSRP of $1499.

I'm not 100% certain that all of these projectors listed work with Nvidia 3D Vision, but I know for a fact the top three do. DepthQ and Viewsonic both advertise 3D Vision specifically as a method of stereoscopy with those projectors.

There are others that can only go up to 85 Hz which would probably leave you feeling very unpleasant after a short time viewing (42.5 Hz effective). I don't think I'd want to view 3D with anything but the top 3 TBH....

Also if you have any other projector suggestions, shoot 'em here.

I myself would like to get that Viewsonic in a couple months, hopefully it'll still be on ebay at that price or lower. Even at 1024x768 3D Vision looks gorgeous and I can only imagine it on a 6-foot screen......oh my /spaz.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':spaz:' />

If someone already made a thread with this link I apologize. I searched around looking for an existing one to no avail...

EDIT: the same site also has a general list of 3D-compatible displays:

I wish I could change the title of this thread to reflect that there's also a general list of 3D displays here :(

Am i correct in saying there is far less ghosting on the hight end projectors?
I'm sure someone nicknamed it the 'Holodeck'.
I might have to extend the limit on my credit cards... :">
