Need help setting up 3DV2
So I just paid pretty premium dollar for a 3DV2 kit and I'm literally amazed at how horrible the install process is. I have it working in my games but I can hardly understand the guy explaining how to install the many files to get it to work with Chrome. I mean honestly does it have to be that hard? I've never bought a piece of hardware that came without a executable. If you guys can recommend something I'm sending this thing right back

YouTube has been messed up for a long time and has always been somewhat hit and miss. Try 3D Vision Live, to see if it's working there. https://www.3dvisionlive.com/ Also make sure to enable convergence for gaming http://3dvision-blog.com/111-changing-the-convergence-level-in-3d-vision/ Also use community game patches http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/10/game-list-automatically-updated.html

There was a post from someone in the last two months that mentioned changing something in the youtube settings or setup, that made it work for him. I can't remember the thread or poster though. Unfortunately the forum search function is pretty useless

Hmm, I did a search going page by page using the control+f search function for youtube, the post I was thinking of was for side by side but may still apply, he mentions 360P only. You only have 2 choices for Disc playback, Cyberlink PowerDVD Ultra or Corel WinDVD Pro. There is a 3rd option, rip the disc and play back the file using Nvidia's player. But you'll need to update it https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/541352/ For gaming videos you can check out http://ramblingsofa3dgamer.blogspot.com/ http://3dsolutiongaming.com/ http://3dsurroundgaming.com/

Yep, so hard to find good support... Watch my YT channel to set your 3D correctly. For playing go to HelixMod, it's mandatory. (links below) I I I V

The payoff is well worth the trouble and hassle often associated with stereoscopic gameplay. So don't give up. Once you've experienced a few games with proper convergence, depth and community patches you'll have a hard time playing a game in 2D. EDIT: While looking for something else, I came across a thread where they were talking about youtube only working at 360P. https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/621671/
