120hz input compatibility of many 3dtv in the world especially SAMSUNG 3DTV
In this forum there is one thing that people are confused about.
Which is the new Samsung 3D tv's specification

Many people think that Samsung TV support 120Hz Input, however it's not true

Samsung Tv only supports under 60hz,(60hz,24hz,30hz ..etc) and when Samsung saids it support 240Hz they are talking about the panel

likewise 2233rz monitor's 120hz support and Samsung 3dtv's 240hz support are totally differnt thing

Therefor it is foolish to expect Nvidia 3D vision gogles to work on Samsung's 3dtv

If you bought Samsung 3dtv, you should hope that side by side or top and bottom way from Nvidia Geforce Driver so it can support more and more 3dtvs]

This is the only method for connecting 3dtv and pc to enjoy 3d games

So far, until now only iz3d driver works with it so there are many bugs. I hope Nvidia supports Side by side or other way in future driver update.

and fianally nvidia promised it

http://www.nvidia.com/object/3D_TV_play.html

it was really great news to me :)

by the way
then which 3dtv can get input real vertical 120hz frequancy?

i really wonder about it
anyone know it?

Hmmm..
3D Play Software Will be available to purchase with the arrival of HDMI 1.4 3D Televisions from major manufacturers.
looks like you're going to be paying extra. Also, it looks like they suggest you use the glasses that comes with your 3D TV... Interesting.. I'd really hate to have to buy another set of glasses..

yeah
i agree with ur opinion generally
but do u know this?
if u buy 3dtv
then u must pay more than 2000$ to get 3dtv
but price of new 3d glass is under 50$ or even it is for free when if u bought 3dtv
anyway u must need or buy at least 1 new glass at same time

i mean this,
once u bought 3dtv then price of glasses not important portion
and new glass is not bad as compare with 3dvision glass
espically samsung 3dtv and 3d glass have much better 3d qulity than 2233rz and 3d vision
i ve compared it in many ways
at the result finally
i v replaced 2233rz and 3dvision with 3dtv from my desk and on my 3d life
only 1 problem is just waitting nvidia 3dtv play software

anyway
real problem for using 3dvision glass on 3dtv is this
u shoul find the tv which can receive 120hz vertical refresh input from PC
but as my thought ( just my thought)
it won,t launch
and
many major 3dtv brand will make 3dtv as same way of samsung`s
such as this way
to make 3d screen
"input range is under(below) 60hz
just panel and 3d glass working at 240hz"
