Allright D-Man, perhaps you should rename this topic :)
Anyway - I have been searching for a better profile for NFS: most Wanted, and I thought I would show you this..
This is a picture from the intro with all other profiles every thing is strictly 2D.
With Batman Arkham profiles every thing is being pushed to depht including thr in game hud !
Notice the black Tire pattern it is rendered in 3D in front of the 2D movie !!

But this is not my thread.
I posted here, because it's the first instance that I'm aware of that mentions using the Tomb Raider Anniversary profile for UI.
I originally was just trying to isolate what setting in TR:A was causing the UI to stay 2D.
After trying some other profiles I just wanted to share my findings as an example of my observations.
I'm sure that some of our modders have a better understating of the stereo cut offs/textures/etc.. associated with various profiles.
There is a wiki with information on some of the profiles settings.

ID_0x709a1ddf there are 2012 matches for this and has three variances. 0x4b1cd96b, 0x4b1cd969 and 0x4b1cd968
ID_0x709a1ddf = 0x4b1cd96b which is found in the 26 profiles that I mentioned earlier.
ID_0x709a1ddf = 0x4b1cd969 is found in 1209 profiles.
ID_0x709a1ddf = 0x4b1cd968 is found in 779 profiles.
Edit: For The Walking Dead Michonne, I tried a profile that had 0x4b1cd96b in it and it worked very well but textures were popping. Substituting 0x4b1cd968 in place of it solved the textures popping.
So if you are trying to get UI's to not seperate, and you find a profile that works except that it has textures popping, try substituting one of the three.
This setting, combined with the stereocutoff made the button prompts in Michonne 2D.
Setting ID_0x70edb381 = 0x24208b5c InternalSettingFlag=V0
Edit: this setting from the Aion profile is the one that's responsible for fixing shadows when used with other games, as I observed by removing and reinstalling while watching shadows in "The Room"
Setting ID_0x70e34a78 = 0x1945b570 InternalSettingFlag=V0 //Aion setting responsible for shadows
This setting will either fix some shadows or make things flicker. It's also been reported to fix a haloing in some dust in Gas Guzzlers.

Edit: I'll definately try this with some of the other Telltale games - Thanks D-Man11 !
