NVIDIA UPDATES FOR TV'S... !

Hi i am wondering when the new updates from nvidia will be released so i can finally use it on my Panasonic Viera TX-P50VT20E i have been on the edge of my seat waiting

as you can see everything is set up and ready to let rip the jealousy of my m8's also will nvida ever make a card that doesn't have that tiny size c hdmi and will finally make a card with a normal size one i have been wanting to get rid of the GTX 465 i have in there and get 2 480's the only thing stopping me right now is the hassle of that mini hdmi

Andrew has said on the 3dtv play thread that in august there would be a statement on the nvidia website, ntersect that would have more details about release and specs, then he would answer any questions that was left in the thread, never heard from andrew again about it.

Losing patience with Nvidia, and if i had a good alternative at this present moment then i would be using it, at the moment i am using tridef, but it has a limited 3d game database.

Nvidia only supports their own glasses which means no support for other solutions. I don't think this is gonna change so you need to go looking elsewhere. Have you tried either iz3d (great support) or tridef (don't support so many games but those which are supported looks really great!)? Both have evaluationperiods on their drivers which should be enough for evaluation.

Wow, thanks for the tips guys, tried iz3d the other day because i found it in a search, the beta didnt seem to support my display and i couldnt find an option for side by side, but this tridef looks promising, just downloading now! how exciting! thanks again!

The iz3d-driver does support side-by side as well. Be sure to select full install if you haven't.
If l/r is swapped, then press ctrl+f8 to switch.
