@Neal0790 I agree, Nvidia doesn't care anymore for 3d vision apparently, same as Sony, mostly for two reasons, it's very hard to sell since you can't see the 3d image without the hardware, and secondly, they are really scared of the bad press surrounding 3d, so they seem to have abandoned the technology.
However it's truly absurd since nowadays 3dtvs are incredibly cheap and 3d has become basically a standard feature on every new TV, and both Nvidia and Sony with the PS4 have the hardware to make 3d work, however both are investing in technologies that are not leading them anywhere, NVidia is investing on mobile market where's it's being pounded by every other chip manufaturer, while Sony is investing on 4K TVs which their incoming home console won't be able to play games with, meanwhile a working and readily available techonolgy like 3d is being ignored, ridiculous.

Well sony/360 blew there chances with 3D imo but I doubt they care. Perhaps I am wrong and more people will attempt 3D now with the "Rift" drawing attention. The problem was prior consoles were not capable for it. So now that they are, no one will try it.
Its kind of hard to tell if Nvidia doesnt care/is supporting 3D Vision. Don't get me wrong, I think NVIDIA made so many wrong decisions with 3D Vision. Im not even talking about lack of support, just waste of resources in things that had no "pay off".
Anywho back to my point. We as 3D gamers want every game to have support. Its impossible, support = payed for = nvidia sponsorship. There are exceptions to rule, like games that were close to full support/ indie developers who like 3D. But for most part it comes from sponsorship and... Nvidia REALLY hasnt been sponsoring games... Which is a problem for people who bought their expensive cards/3d vision alike.
I kind of doubt that they pulled the plug on it. Simply because they are even trying to develop an HMD to play 3D Vision titles. [Which is ironic since others built that "library"] I really cant imagine how much cash goes into something like that but I really doubt they'd pull the plug on 3d vision while developing something like that.
I know its off topic but I highly doubt PS4 will do anything with 4K which pretty useless imo. Performance can go towards more useful things then getting resolution to that point.
They are giving the illusion of potential support with 4K. People buy TV's, they get screwed.... and well Sony sells 4K tv's.
I would love to hear someone tell me the actual % on average as far as performance required for going from 1080p-> 4K. Regardless its silly. Developers will first and foremost design for 1080P and sooner or later they will hit the "limit" and have to cut corners.
