Most of you are missing out on some good 3d games because... they're on gamecube
So far, zelda - wind waker is perfect in 3d, it's even not very ghosty
Twilight Princess has water rendered at screen depth
Extreme G Racing 3. You ALL NEED TO PLAY THIS
it's seriously awesome and totally flawless in 3d, at 60 frames per second with no glitches - even the UI doesn't separate with convergence. Think f-zero or wipeout with motorbikes.
The emulator you need is Dolphin. It takes a little screwing around to get perfect, but not bad. You DO need a high-clocked CPU - I have an e8400 at 4 ghz, I would say you don't want to go much lower.
FSAA and anisotropic is available.
I used dolphin build 4585M for Extreme G 3, the other games don't seem to be as picky.
I'll update the thread as I test more games. Next on the block is Ikaruga, Resident Evil 4, and sonic adventure 2. I know there was already a gamecube thread, but it didn't get as much attention as it probably deserved. Most of these games are perfect in 3d.

Ikaruga has gameplay items (bullets, basically) at screen depth - everything else is perfect.
Resident Evil 4 is perfect, minus from a transparent cube-map in front of the screen - I probably just need to change a setting to fix that

There are a few methods :
The best one is to get one of the few DVD drives capable of reading the discs. The exact models are listed at the Dolphin forums. But these DVD drives are becoming very rare and hard to find.
Then copying the game through the console network. You'll need to learn how to run homebrew applications on your console, you'll then be able to transfer the game discs to your computer through a gamecube broadband adapter (an ehternet add-on device you plug under the gamecube) or the Wii Wifi network.
Finally, maybe the easiest : downloading a DVD iso/gcm image on the internet, but depending on the country you are living in, it may not be legal (even if you own the original)
