Non-stereo display mode error?
hello;

i have been following 3D vision technology for 4-5 months.
i got Acer GD245HQ with nvidia glasses bundle 4 mounts ago but i RMA it because of 120hz mode buzzing sound problem. Then i diceded to buy Samsung 2233rz instead of LG w2363d or Benq XL2410T, to save some more money.
i experienced 3D with my old Acer but i cant setup with 2233rz.
i get "Warning: attempt to run Stereoscopic in non-stereo display mode, please change to an acceptable mode. See documentation for acceptable Stereoscopic 3D modes " error in red font while in setup wizard. i changed in to 120 hz from both Screen resolution menu and nvidia control panel.
i have gtx460 SLI with 266.58. i also installed "3d vision driver 266.58". should i also install "GeForce_Stereoscopic_3D_driver_v181.25"?
or Stereoscopic driver is useless if i had 3d vision driver?

thanks

Just install 270.61, it has all the necessary drivers with the correct versions.
If you want to run older drivers, when you download the drivers from the NVidia site you need to select 3DVision from the Product type drop down and use one of the Full CD's.
You will need in intall the display drivers and the Emitter drivers separately from the CD, it's supposed to do both installs automatically but IME I always end up having to install the emitter drivers explicitly.
