Super interested in this game. Great visuals, atmospheric music and mysterious story is what gets me. Must have for everybody who played theirs previous game "Dear Esther". It`s build on Unreal Engine 3,5 and it is DX11. Not like previously advertised as Windows 10 only. Good.

The last CryEngine game, drizzlepath, I tried playing was a complete pita... it kept resetting my Depth extremely low, like 20 something percent and it would override my global Depth setting so I'd have to change it back to 100% every time after I ran it. It ran ok with CM, just really low Depth on top of CM's already limited Depth, and iirc I couldn't really get 3DMigoto to unlock the Depth or maybe it wouldn't work with CM, either way I couldn't get it really playable.
Did anyone buy the game and has already something to report back?
Well FU:)) All I can say about it! You keep posting these awesome games around :P:P:P HOW IS THIS FOR A REPORT:P Out of the box: 1. You get one EYE BLACK 2. You get ZERO SLI SUPPORT 3. You get BUSTED Surround. Menus are OVERBLOWN on all screens! If you manage to somehow navigate them (blindly) and start the game, the ACTUAL game renders perfectly in Surround, minus the UI/HUD. Now in order: Point 1) was able to fix, using 3DMigoto and enabling proper 3D Vision Automatic Support. However, shadows and multiple other elements are BUSTED. See images: I don't know how to fix the CryEngine shaders (and don't have the time currently:( ). DarkStarSword is the one that Fixed Lichdome: Battlemage and it looks similar so in theory everything that was fixed there can be applied here!!!!!! Now, CM looks actually very good in this game (due to very limited UI): Point 2). Working on making SLI work properly:) Point 3). I managed to make the MENUS show on the LEFT SCREEN. I wasn't able to PUSH it to the center screen, but I don't have the time to pursue this any longer. Since the UI is not that important, this minor annoyances we'll have to swallow up:) I will not make this fix a PROPER WidescreenFixer/Flawless Widescreen fix, but I will at least give a Cheat-Engine table/ trainer that will do this automatically for you, if you plan to play in 3D Surround. Now, all the MAJOR pieces are in place, so if someone WANTS to pursue a proper 3D Vision FIX, PLEASE DO SO!!! Cheers! Edit: Convergence + Separation are FULLY UNLOCKED!
DHR fixed Crysis 2 and 3. This might be piece of cake for him - if he`s interested in such game.
;)) Indeed! In the meantime I'll release all the other bits and bobs I worked on and the CM profile (which will be required more or less for 3D Vision Automatic anyway) and SLI ;)

I remember reading DSS use the Max Payne 3 profile to fix the one black eye in Ryse, may be the same case here.....Also in all the CryEngine games is necessary to use "automatic_mode=1" in the d3dx.ini I will download the game in the afternoon....this game have some nice visual (CryEngine) and the music sounds very nice. I need a little break from action/violent games....everytime my wifes sees me playing i'm firing, bombing, kicking...not to mention Hatred. @Helifax Post the bits and bobs you work to make nvidia automatic to work correctly....so i can go directly to the shader part :)

Well I guess y'all beet me to it, although I wouldn't have given the scathing magnum opus that Helifax did, so I guess my truancy was for the best! I pretty much concur with all of Helifax's points, I had WAY more trouble though, but in the end my results mirror his. I didn't try the game at all in a single screen config, was stuck trying like hell to get some decent results in surround and wasted lots of time doing so. Thanks for the info, sad but true - but still this game has potential. ~Nutz

Right so here is the info: 1. Before importing the profile DOUBLE CHECK that Rapture_Release.exe IS NOT attached to another profile! (Use NVInspector and remove it from any profile!!!!) 2. Use the following profile: - Adds CM mode - Adds SLI mode.
Profile "Everyone's gone to the Rapture" ShowOn GeForce ProfileType Application Executable "Rapture_Release.exe" Setting ID_0x00a06946 = 0x080040F5 Setting ID_0x00666665 = 0x00000000 Setting ID_0x00a06746 = 0x00002000 Setting ID_0x00f713bc = 0x00000200 Setting ID_0x1033cec1 = 0x00000003 Setting ID_0x1033cec2 = 0x00000002 Setting ID_0x1033dcd2 = 0x00000004 Setting ID_0x1033dcd3 = 0x00000004 Setting ID_0x1034cb89 = 0x00000000 Setting ID_0x1095def8 = 0x42402405 Setting ID_0x10ecdb82 = 0x00000005 Setting ID_0x701eb457 = 0x2241ab21 InternalSettingFlag=V0 Setting ID_0x702442fc = 0x1c22fe24 InternalSettingFlag=V0 SettingString ID_0x7049c7ec = "0.0" SettingString ID_0x704d456e = "Helifax Profile; DHR 3D Vision Fix" SettingString ID_0x7051e5f5 = "0" SettingString ID_0x705fafec = "2016-04-14 00:00:00" Setting ID_0x708db8c5 = 0x5d18eaa2 InternalSettingFlag=V0 Setting ID_0x709a1ddf = 0x4b1cd968 InternalSettingFlag=V0 SettingString ID_0x70b5603f = "D3D" Setting ID_0x70edb381 = 0x24208b6c InternalSettingFlag=V0 Setting ID_0x709adada = 0x37f58257 InternalSettingFlag=V0 Setting ID_0x709adadb = 0x3F6C5C19 InternalSettingFlag=V0 Setting ID_0x709adadb = 0x3F274968 UserSpecified=true Setting ID_0x00c96f61 = 0x0000000f InternalSettingFlag=V0 Setting ID_0x003846a8 = 0x0000000f InternalSettingFlag=V0 EndProfile
3. Download the archive from here: http://3dsurroundgaming.com/3DVision/Rapture_automatic.rar and copy the content in "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Rapture\Bin64" This is 3DMigoto without shaders as is required for 3D Vision Automatic MODE! 4. Start the game! 5. For 3D Surround users: - Download Cheat Engine - Start the game - ALT+TAB and Start the game - Attach the process to the game - Open Memory Viewer - Press CTRL+A - Paste the following code (and MODIFY THE RESOLUTION ACCORDINGLY)
alloc(newmem,2048,"Rapture_Release.exe"+28AE89) label(returnhere) label(originalcode) label(exit) newmem: //this is allocated memory, you have read, write, execute access //place your code here originalcode: //HUD - Resolution of ONE SCREEN mov eax, (int)1920 mov rcx,[Rapture_Release.exe+1EBAE00] exit: jmp returnhere "Rapture_Release.exe"+28AE89: jmp newmem nop nop returnhere:
- Press [Execute] button in the new window. - Code should compile and be executed. - ALT+TAB to game. If the menu is not displayed correctly still (ALT+TAB in/out of the game again OR load a game and the menu will start working correctly). I'LL TRY TO MAKE THIS AS A TRAINER SO IS NOT THAT HARD TO DO! Happy gaming!

3. Download the archive from here: http://3dsurroundgaming.com/3DVision/Rapture_automatic.rar
and copy the content in "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Rapture\Bin64"
This is 3DMigoto without shaders as is required for 3D Vision Automatic MODE!

4. Start the game!

5. For 3D Surround users:
- Download Cheat Engine
- Start the game
- ALT+TAB and Start the game
- Attach the process to the game
- Open Memory Viewer
- Press CTRL+A
- Paste the following code (and MODIFY THE RESOLUTION ACCORDINGLY)
alloc(newmem,2048,"Rapture_Release.exe"+28AE89)
label(returnhere)
label(originalcode)
label(exit)

newmem: //this is allocated memory, you have read, write, execute access
//place your code here

originalcode:

//HUD - Resolution of ONE SCREEN
mov eax, (int)1920
mov rcx,[Rapture_Release.exe+1EBAE00]

exit:
jmp returnhere

"Rapture_Release.exe"+28AE89:
jmp newmem
nop
nop
returnhere:

- Press [Execute] button in the new window.
- Code should compile and be executed.
- ALT+TAB to game.

If the menu is not displayed correctly still (ALT+TAB in/out of the game again OR load a game and the menu will start working correctly).

I'LL TRY TO MAKE THIS AS A TRAINER SO IS NOT THAT HARD TO DO!
