Sky 3D is a kind of channel of Korean broadcasting service via the satellite.
3D experimental broadcast have started on this channel since Jan 1th of this year.
It can be possible to watch it by 3D stereo with some equipments and software.
The stereo 3D effect in many games I've played and that in real time broadcasting are very different.
particularly the biggest difference is that it has prominent pop-out and isn't dizzy.
Pop-out appears in most programs and it was amazing. And it coudn't be compared with that of 3D games.
espacially, the trailer "How to train your dragon" and "Shrek Forever" produced by Dreamworks were the best I've ever seen.
The necessary equipments to see it are these : Nvida 3D vision Samsung 2233 RZ monitor, stereoscopic player (http://3dtv.at/Index_en.aspx) and captureboard(http://blog.danawa.com/prod/?blogSection=2&cate_c1=863&cate_c2=892&cate_c3=1059&cate_c4=0&depth=3&prod_c=959037).
Nvidia 3D vision missed something for lack of contents, but taking this opportunity, we can put our hope to watch real time 3D broadcasting.
In contrast to pay expensive tv reserving 3D broadcasting can be a burden, to see it with comparative cheap price in our main livingroom will be an another merit Nvidia 3D vison has.

I think at CES there was an announcement of a 3d sports channel... would be interesting to see if you could subscribe to this online.. even if it was SD it would be awesome.
do we have some videos from this channel already? i mean, is it available for downloading to watch in stereo player?
thanks
Though I recorded it by 1920*1080i original resolution, I'm afraid I can't post or send you it due to the copyright.
Also, I cannot even conceive it because it amounts to 5GB for 10 minutes of playtime.

Awww man, that sucks
it would be very, very unfortunate if your content turned up on a torrent site somewhere (such things have been known to happen on occasion)

The bolt 3D trailer has a link the the korean site that has other trailers and some captures from the channel - I have been watching them.,, and DAMN I would give anything to be able to gank that stream here in the US just to watch 3D tv..
I wonder if I can get someone from the UK to setup service and send me one of the sat +HD boxes.. and get a friend of mine to help aim the dish.. it would be SO WORTH IT.
