hi & no it`s the new scanning tool, that replace the (old) advanced discovery scanner.
the difference is: the old method was ingame, the new one is a kind auf mini-game, in an seperate window.
to open that, you have to assign a bunch of new buttons. at least a few minutes of fun, but not that cruel as the torture with the SRV ;-)
and like i said: inside the new VSS modus, the 3D Vision picture is not synchron - hardly to scan something.

Hmm I think I see what you where talking about with the FSS/DSS modes screen.. I made an ingame setting to adjust convergance for these modes and when ingame..
You will have to setup it initially to your desired convergance setting as mine I like high at 1.5 Convergance.. to do this you need to enable Hunting and turn on Migoto so you see the greeen overlay top and bottom of Migoto..
Once you have this done go into game and set turn on Migoto by Numpad Zero and look at your screen an adjust the convergance tou your liking NOTE the Convergance Number.. now go into the FSS Miode and set your convergance so it looks corrected as the ingame setting and this need to be different.. so once you set the FSS Mode screen correct NOTE the number the convergance is set at and goto Desktop..
Once there open the D3DX.INI file in the folder the elitedangerous .exe is.. once there with Notepad++ Open the d3dx.ini file and goto line 104 in there set the number to the Convergance setting when you where in the FSS Screen, this is enabled ingame by the PEriod Key..
Now goto Line 107 and set the convergance to the number it was when ingame by default it is set to 1.5.. so set your to your liking.. dont forget to save the d3dx.ini by hotkey CTRL+S then start game up and check your view PEriod controls FDD/DSS screen setting and the Comma controls ingame convergance setting..
You will need to manually hit the keys when in the corresponding screen.. I also had to fix the Blue Grid on the DSS Scanner Screen..

Your Welcome, The fix is only updated if I put it on the blog the updates I do here are not.. I believe the update of the lights in post #408 was a new fix and it not included in the blog fix so go ahead and grab that as well..
So when you go in the hangar underground in stations there are lights now.

After a few hours ingame i can`t find any broken components so far.
What´s left (also before the last update!) is the presentation of White Dwarfes aka Neutrons.
But I´m not shure if this is a problem of mine, or overall.
The Jet-Stream is completely in my face (right behind the entry point) - and the core is in the right distance.
No plan where`s the solution. Even in this thread i can`t find any word about that.

here the white dwarfs should be fixed now with the shader here. I will upload it and just put this in your shaderfixes folder..

is it possible to use the mouse feature of 3dmigoto which allows to play this game in Top/Bot or SbS (3dtv play) ? It works pretty well in Dark Souls 3 menu or Divinity . I see that it's the old 3dmigoto used in this fix n without this line in ini. "include = ShaderFixes\mouse.ini in game" ,and right now the mouse is useless in T/B .

Time to test Horizon now in depth and try to use Reshade with . More news later ...
