(I guess I should have tried helifax's updated fix before posting, will do now..... yep still broke.)
So I recently came back to this game to finally finish it and it looks like at some stage they have updated the game and broken a few effects.
For the most part the game looks good still and the very weird issues that used to plague most of us are not an issue for me in windows 10.
But Dungeons and some fire/lightning and reflections are now broken making underground areas impossible to play in. looks like they have updated the graphics for lightning maybe and seems like it's recent. I think this is game wide.
Anyone still playing this? and confirm you are seeing these issues?
Here is a save in a problem area..
Some reason I can't upload here at the moment so here is drop box ink.

Interesting... It works perfectly fine here...
I don't have any glitches in the game. The only know glitch is at the end of the Expansion with the green fog, but dungeons work fine.
Can you give me an example of the location? I can quickly investigate it. Perhaps is better for me just to zip up my whole fix and post it here. (I don't have access to that page on the HelixBlog) :(
Edit:

Make sure you have:
- AA set to OFF or FXAA - not MSAA or it breaks all the things - kinda like what it looks in your pics
- Set Post-Process to Medium so you get blur but in depth - opposed to heavy blur at screen depth.
- Rest can be set to max
- This is on Windows 10 with 378.49 drivers.

mike_ar69 made the fix, so he'll probably step in first, if he sees your post.
I still haven't downloaded the game yet. If no one fixes it by then, I'll help. But I have to finish Dragon Age 2, which I have barely started (and I'll try to fix the DX11 version because I want to play with max settings) and my SSD doesn't have much free space.

Sorry guys. as I tried to explain I couldn't directly upload here for some reason so I dropboxed it, but I forgot to rename it to the correct extension.
It's not an image, it's a save game. .DAS
Corrected it, now.
I am seeing this on the storm coast in the Deep roads caves, also reflections on the armor in general look off.
Helifax, I am already using those exact settings you recommend already. I tried to use your archive but link appeared broken.
I'll test some more and see if I see it in other locations.
