So I'm at a crossroads. First off im pretty new to computers. I'm definately buying the 3dvision bundle but I'm wondering if I should upgrade before doing so. Currently i have dual 9800gtx+'s and I'm wondering if this will be sufficient with 3dvision. I was thinking about moving up to a gtx285 first mainly because a few people have posted small flickering issues in regards to SLI solutions. I'm very happy with my 9800gtx's and I don't want to upgrade except to prevent problems down the line with 3dvision. If I run games smoothly now should i even worry about upgrading my video card? I'm not an AA junkie either. I like high textures and graphics but 2x aa is fine with me. I still can't tell between 2x and 16xAA. My main goal is to run games as smooth as possible but not neccessarily AA so consider this when you answer. Are my current dual 9800's fine as it stands for moving to 3dvision?
Also I have a side question. Once I finally purchase the 3dvision setup next week I hopefully plan on running both my older samsung 60hz monitor and the new 120 hz monitor off of one card with my 9800 sli setup. Will this be a problem? Can a 9800gtx output to both a 60 hz and a 120 hz monitor at the same time?
Current setup

4gbddr2 mushkin

Also how well does multi monitor work with SLI? I've read here that it is a recent addition and wasn't always supported. On a basic level should it work with my setup in most cases?

Hi there,
First I would recommend keeping your 9800 GTX SLI setup to start. Why upgrade that if it works fine? If should be terrific for 3D Vision, so save yourself some cash. There a few minor SLI issues, but I have been using it fine for a while now with no issues.
Second, yes you can use 2 monitors with 3D Vision. The second monitor wont show 3D, but I am running this today in my lab. I have a thread on my results over here. http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=89310

Thank you andrew. That helps a bunch. I'm really looking forward to picking up the bundle. I can't tell you how happy I am knowing that my current setup is sufficient.
