Hi guys,
I have 2 x BenQ 1080ST projectors set up in surround mode. I cannot use 3D Vision because as soon as I turn on surround mode then Stereoscopic 3D dissapears in nvidia config. As soon as i disable surround then the stereoscopic 3d re-appears and i can set it up on one side of my projector
I have a 180 degree curved projection screen which is why I use 2. These are 3D projectors and from what ive read everywhere, this should work fine. What am i doing wrong?
Thanks

Well are these Projectors 3d Vsion certified?? IF not are you using a EDID Hack?? Not sure but maybe try uninstalling and using an older drivcer if using newer ones..

As far as I'm aware you can't use surround with 3dtv play as 3dtv play is just designed for single screen hdmi devices. 3d vision surround is different to 3dtv play.

I'm not positive but I think you need to use an EDID from a 3D Vision Certified Projector, not 3DTV Play.

Have you confirmed that 3D Vision (play) works with just one of your projectors connected?
What driver version are you using?
How are both display's physically connected - cable wise?
How are both display's physically connected - GPU/Port wise?
For that matter, what GPU/GPU's are you using?

The support that 3DTV Play offers is a complete joke, it always has been since launch in 2010.
The only improvement made to it was that the Checker Board format output was added.
Please contact customer support and ask for 3DTV Play improvements.

ok so ive attempted the EDID hack with a EDID someone else is using with my exact same projectors and they have no issues getting 3D vision working using the exact same resolution at 120hz like I am. Ive tried all sorts of different resolutions and 60hz etc but nothing makes a difference
I should say Im using Windows 10 64 bit and I have a GTX 970 GPU. Im running the latest nvidia drivers etc, these are the photos from my pc and you can see I don't get the Stereoscopic 3D option even with the EDID hack as soon as Im in surround again
