I commented in this forum that I too have the problem.
The store where I bought the monitor has changed me a new one and the problem remains, to my glasses changed, the problem continues, I have changed the ir, and the problem remains.
I'm desperate and no longer do.
4 months ago I bought this expecting something great technology, and what is with me and finding a big problem.

However Samsung monitor quality corresponds with its price, but I and almost all other people did not know that this ghosting feature will be there for this price.
There was a lot of threads like this one, but Nvidia deleted them, I was also banned because of my objections similar to akinow so I had to create other account.
If you take some "ghosting test pictures" you can check exactly how the ghosting is on whole panel. It is not only on the top, it is everywhere and he best image is in the center and again changes in the bottom so synchronization is perfect.
However the new 3D Ready games are crafted in a way that is very compatible and mitigate ghosting, so Nvidia must support developers.
--------------
I have also second set, because I had bad pixels on the first one so RMA. If I remeber correctly ghosting on that first one was not so bad as on one I have now (if visible at all). However somebody should confirm if he/she has samsung monitor without ghosting.

Akinow, the fact that Viewsonic has the same problem does not implicate that problem is in Nvidia.
It implicates that Viewsonic and Samsung do have the same problem - crapiness of the display.
However now in my opininion value of the monitor corresponds with its price.
Take a look at this picture
http://3droundup.com/wp-content/uploads/20...plasmavsdlp.jpg
You see there that even plasmas has high ghosting and also DLP has very small ghosting.
Price of display increases significantly with decreasing ghosting.
The problem we have with us is not a ghosting because of the contrast.
The problem we have is a ghosting, whatever you do with the colors you want, 20% higher screen does not display correctly, as if the picture had just 3d not do well.

You must play 3D Vision Ready games only in stereo in order to renew and keep psychic stability.
I am disappointed by ghosting too, but you do not have much more options now for playing in stereo.
I am playing now only Batman and RE5 in stereo and it brings quite spectacular, ghosting free, PhysX full (for Batman) nice immersive experience.
This Batman game was very good step from Nvidia to support, I hope they will repeat many more similar steps.
PS:
It could also happen that you have incrorrectly set convergence in games and it is irritating you brain, do not set convergence to have too much pop out. Do you have nausea or eye pain or aren't you aggresive after playing games in stereo?

It has been said before and I will say it again. The users who are complaining about top of screen ghosting have the issue whenever 3d stereo is engaged be it screenshots in the jps viewer, games or 3d video. I have read several users on this forum claim absolutely zero or very minimal ghosting on the samsung 2233rz in certain games such as aion and batman. I get ghosting at the top of the screen ALL THE TIME.

I can confirm that in Batman game is developed in such a color scheme that there is almost zero ghosting.

They should really exorcise this engine because it is stereo fail.

Me too, ALL THE TIME in regards to the problem up the top of the screen.
The 2233RZ is a beautiful screen by itself, but 3d vision is completely broken.
They have a sticker on the monitor saying it's 3d vision ready, but not on my system it's not and not on any system I've tested.

I do not understand what you are talking about (20% of the screen not displayed in 3d) - this must be faulty equipment.
I am uploading video on tinypic because youtube is not working (youtube dementias have bug in the system in this moment).
However I agree that Samsung 2233RZ should not be advertised as 3d vision ready.
PS:
Do the same test as I did in the video to exclude possibility that you have some eye or brain illness that make impossible for you to perceive stereo images.

I've been waiting MONTHS now for a response from NVIDIA. They were quick to respond, blaming Samsung.
Still no response!

Is it not Samsung's fault though? Or do you think it is some sort of timing issue?
