I would guess not, it's not on NVidia's list, and on Acer's page the HN274 which is supported states NVidia 3D Ready, the HS244 only states HDMI 3D Ready.
It not shipping with a DVI cable is probably another indicator it's not supported.

The general rule is if it's not on the NVidia list (which is not always complete), be very sure it's supported before you buy.

There's a 27" just like it on the supported displays page so I was thinking about buying this one if it would work. Hopefully Nvidia will get back to me soon. Is there a way to contact them directly?

That's the model that Acer made to work with AMD's HD3D http://www.amd.com/US/PRODUCTS/TECHNOLOGIES/AMD-HD3D/Pages/supported-hardware.aspx

It's not officially supported by Nvidia, a work around would be needed.

If that's the case even with a work around it's likely restricted to 3DTV Play resolution/refresh rates.
