3d Vision Surround on 3 projectors 1280x720 - playing games in 2160x1280(Portrait) is possible?
1). if I buy 3 projectors 1280х720, I will be able to play games in the Portrait mode 2160х1280? And if with native 1280х800 (as Viewsonic 6531w) that I am able to play games in 2400х1280? 2). Projectors surely have to be 3D Vision Ready (HDMI 1.3) or also model 3DTV Play is possible (with HDMI 1.4)? 3). Where (site or any documentation) I can view all supported resolutions in 3d Vision Surround setup via projectors?

lol, I almost responded a few hours ago when I saw your post in the surround thread. NVidia used to support portrait using projectors and AFAIK they still do. They don't on monitors because the polarization layer causes issues in that orientation. The only issue could be overheating caused by cooling intake/outtake positions on the projector.
Little known fact - we do support 3D Vision Surround portrait mode with projectors. It is documented on our website http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dv-system-requirements-surround-technology.html In practice though its a real pain in the butt to align the projectors to be seamless. I've done it at 3 tradeshows and its a challenge. I am not aware of air flow problems since you space out the projectors a few feet a part, you don't stack them on top of each other.
Unless it is obligatory to overturn projectors in Portrait mode? I thought rather simply rotate orientation through the "Position" menu, programmatically, not real overturn

That would be fine if the DLP mirror array would also reposition itself. I'm pretty sure that portrait projectors need to be on their side, just like monitors need to be swiveled.
