3D vision on laptop with GTX 460m?
I have an Origin EON-15 laptop with the GTX 460m graphics card, and my laptop's display is 1366*768 @120Hz. It came with an Nvidia 3D vision kit. My graphics card driver version is 260.99 . I followed the directions in the 3d vision manual; I downloaded "NVIDIA_Notebook_3D_Vision_CD_v1.38_WinVista_Win7_International_whql". In the software update application, if I put "Install Nvidia Graphics Software", I get the message "Install cannot continue; This graphics driver could not find compatible hardware". If I put "Install Nvidia 3D Vision", the installation works, but when it finishes, and error comes up that says something like "graphics and 3d driver mismatch".

I know the GTX 460m supports 3D vision, and I have a 120Hz refresh rate monitor, so how can I get it to work?

Are you sure you have the 460M ? On the Origin-Website I can select the 3D-display+3D-vision only together with the QuadroFX 2800M.
Maybe you should try the Notebook-Quadro drivers:

It says I have a NVIDA GeForce GTX 460M

Yes, I'm sure my laptop has a GTX 460m.

I tried it, but it doesn't work; it says it can't find compatible drivers for my hardware.

If you do the autodetect my hardware, what display driver does the NVidia site suggest.
You can download the USB driver seperately to any display driver.

Maybe You should contact the Origin-Support.

I guess they built you a laptop which dosn't work with 3D-Vision correctly.
This is what I got, when trying to select the 460M together with the 3D-Display:
