3D Vision Video Player doesn't work with HD-audio files
Hi everyone (and especially NVIDIA engineers I hope) :)

When I try to play a file with an DTS-HD Master Audio track I first hear a few seconds of audio without any image. After a few seconds the video starts playing very, very slowly, less than 1 frame per second. When the video starts 'playing' the audio stops except for a blurp here and there. When I try the same content except this time with a ordinary DTS (core) track instead of the HD one I have no problems whatsoever.

I use 3D Vision Video Player 1.6.4 with CoreAVC 2.0 (I've also tried ffdshow video) in combination with the ffdshow audio filter in bitstream mode. I'm using the latest ffdshow SVN build, but tried all previous versions. Since I have a GTS 450 I'm using the 260.63 drivers.

Playing the video in Media Player Classic HC works just fine, but since it's a 3D movie in 720p above/below format that doesn't really do 3D Vision justice ;)

Any insight greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

If MPC HC works fine (this player uses its own internal codecs) the problem is in audio codec in your system. Try to see which codec MPC uses during playback and use it in 3D Vision Player too.

If MPC HC works fine (this player uses its own internal codecs) the problem is in audio codec in your system. Try to see which codec MPC uses during playback and use it in 3D Vision Player too.
