Awesome, I was close to buying/playing it on the PS4. It would be fantastic if they brought over the other Quantic Games, Beyond: Two Souls and Heavy Rain. I played these in 2D and while they were enjoyable, the experience was ruined by overwhelming brain nag that I couldn't control. It kept telling me, over and over, this would be sooo much better in 3D. Hopefully, we can play this in 3D and then I can enjoy it fully, without the "brain nag"

I'm glad to see these games coming to PC. I've been waiting all this time hoping for PC ports. And I'll wait one more year because I don't want to buy anything from the Epic Games store (I have lots of reasons).

For those unfamiliar with the game, here's the PS4 launch trailer. This game supposedly has something like 40+ different endings. https://twinfinite.net/2018/05/detroit-become-human-how-many-endings/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sAmKdZdfV1c

Looks like they are releasing all of their games on EPIC, not just this one. Will do steam after a year.

I don't like to be forced into buying games in a particular store because they are being stolen from steam and being made exclusive while adding no benefit to me as a consumer. In fact like Dman mentioned they are doing the exact opposite since they are an inferior store and have less services. How about they get better, innovate and offer better service and then maybe I will chose to buy from them? And I'm not even talking about these games that were exclusive to the PS4 and are now coming to PC; these I don't have a problem with, I do have a problem with games being already on steam like Metro, Sinking city, and many others then going in preorders and before they launch they are being blocked from releasing on steam. If you support this practice that's cool (not really). but I won't. I will wait the whole year or more before I spend a dime on Epic just for this sole reason. Whatever money Developers and publishers agree on contract its between them and Valve. Running all of the services Steam run do cost money. Like Maintaining the community, running servers, Broadcasts, ETC. Epic can charge them less if they want without having to block the developers from releasing their games on Steam, but they won't do that. In fact, it seems like this is a front end attack on Steam. They even let developers release their games on the Windows Store but not Steam. That is just a shitty move. Did you ask for this? Because I didn't. If anything this should give Steam a kick in the ass and hopefully it will wake them up. They have been far too dormant. They need to start innovating again, and Valve needs go back to making and releasing great games like Half-life and Portal, maybe even new IPs. they need to start being more aggressive. They don't even spend money in advertisement FFS. Steam could be so much bigger than it is today, even more popular than it currently is, but they have been in a comfort zone for far too long.
