Stalker: Call of Pripyat
I fired this game up in 3D (720P on Viewsonic projector) and it looks great, except there is stuttering. As in a quick freeze every 2 seconds (more like a lurch). (Edit:) The problem goes away when I disable 3D Vision. Same issue in 1.34 beta and 1.36 beta 3D Vision drivers. No problems in other games in 3D, i.e. Mafia 2 and Dragon Age run great in 3D no stuttering. Anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

Try renaming the exe file. Might help.

That didn't fix it. No one else attempting to play this game in 3D? Whether I am actually playing the game in 3D or not, if I have it enabled, it causes the constant quick freezing. It goes away with 3D mode disabled.

The Stalker games have too many issues in 3D with anything but static lighting. Sure, the lighting doesn't look as good but you still get the creepy atmosphere of the games and can use whatever texture mods you want without any issues.

I did have it set to static lighting. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and that took care of the problem. It's nice when that actually works.

BTW I've been playing Overlord (the first one) as I had never finished it and wanted to check it out in 3D. It's rather amazing looking, and one of the best I've seen in stereo 3D. Def getting the sequel as it's dirt cheap and I imagine looks just as good.

Is the 3D crosshair running? It might be invisible. Seriously, I got hitching like that in L4D and it was fixed by disabling the crosshair which I didnt know it was on!

Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
