..and...3D Vision ready now? :-)
...just kidding:D

haha that would mean using latest technology, something NVIDIA fail to deliver on even though WD was crated using "Nvidia cutting edge technology"!
I'm so confused 3d vision works on my Watch Dogs anyone care to update me on the current status since 18 pages of forum posts is a bit much to go through.
Only thing I've noticed so far as it doesn't look as nice as it did in lets say GTAIV and there's some sort of glowing thing around the main character in many scenes. It may be ghosting but doesn't quite look like ghosting.

That sounds like NVidia's compatibility mode. Press Ctrl-Alt-F11 to see the game in it's "native" form.

Should I be receiving some sort of notification for pressing that button combo. I've pressed it and nothing seems to have changed on screen and no notification. I am running latest drivers.

I've just done this too and nothing changed either!

Not sure what to say, it looks completely different for me.

I wonder if something werid is going on where our hotkey is different or not functioning. Anywhere to go to locate what the hotkey is? It would be nice to confirm it.
Edit: Looks like I answered my own question. Milamber go to your Nvidia Control panel -> Set up stereoscopic 3D -> Set Keyboard shortcuts and check enable in-game settings that will allow you to change some additional features in 3d vision.
Now I can see why there are problems with regular 3d vision lots of things look out of place and I'm guessing some things in this forum thread can help me fix that. Any recommendations for current version of watch dogs?
Additionally can someone fill me in with some basic information about what compatibility mode is doing that makes the 3d look less good than regular 3d? As far as I can tell things are still 3d as in when I approach them the lines converge to make them appear closer... so I'm not sure what it is about the rendering that makes it less appealing.

Ok, so for me this fake 3D or 3D compatibility looks the same as normal 3D - what is wrong with compatibility mode?[/quote]
For many games there is nothing "wrong" with CM, but the things that bother some people are (a) lack of depth (very shallow, even when separation is at 100%) (b) halos around objects (c) the hud is rendered at scene depth and so different bits of it can move in and out of different depths (and so looks fractured and broken up) (d) convergence "stops" increasing at some very low level of pop-out and instead the image gets rendered on a flat 2d surface just in front of the screen which looks wierd (so if you like pop-out your out of luck with CM). On the plus side everything renders correctly (aside from the above mentioned issues) like shadows and lights etc, and performance is good.

On the very next page of this thread, page 17, I took the time to show you three different screen shots for normal, normal with shadows disabled, and CM from the same viewpoint.

I understand that it's a pain to read an 18 page thread, but you just asked the same question that has already been answered at least three times. The search here is awful, add "site:geforce.com" in google.

I spent about 3 hrs on this WIP, and I think I have nailed the main issues (reflections, shadows, AO), but I need to go through and apply the patterns. There are many more issues that become apparent when shadows are fixed, so I need to hunt them down. But it's looking good, Images attached (low quality, I am having to use 3DTVPlay on my laptop, my desktop died).
This is a team effort with myself and bo3b, who has done a great job getting 3DMigoto to work with Watch Dogs, and to support 64bit.
