Already got one too. Very, very dissappointed. I will be carefully considering my loyalty to nvidia in future now, if there is any loyalty left that is... /wave.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

+1, I jumped and bought the 8800GT 256 from EVGA for $215 on Newegg.com (650/1650/1800 clocks)

NO 3D SUPPORT, BOOO!

No REALLY, BOO.

I already put my money where my mouth is, I am sitting on 4 Nvidia PCI-E cards (2x 6600gt, 7900GS), have owned more than 8 (TNT2, Geforce2 GT, FX5200 AGP, 6600LE AGP, FX5200 PCI, MX4000 PCI, Ti4200 AGP, Onboard: 3 different nForce2, nForce 6150)

I just want to have a reasonable game experience in 3D! I am considering trading my 8800 for a 7900GTX or 7950GT, basically a single chip 7 series with 512MB of ram.

My 7900GS clocks to 650 on the core with a Zalman 700Cu/Al, so it was tough to "upgrade", I basically have gotten better performance with the 7900 on some games.

Please, please please bring back the drivers, PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE. (PS, I have never bought ATI, after the TNT2 I was hooked, keep me coming back.)

Hi everyone!

First of all I've never owned any 3D glasses but I've used those you get at the 3d cinema and that was awesome. I came across this 3D shutter glasses product and became curious. After much looking I came to this forum.

I own a 8800 GTS and a dual core processor in my rig. When Nvidia releases these new drivers I will be going to get myself one of them stereo glasses because it seems to be a amazing. So start working on those drivers Nvidia!

You would think they would have had stereo 3d driver in place by now. I bought my 8800 gts over a year ago thinking they would support us with it. IM STILL WAITING!!! SUCKS!! Tom in Alaska

i'll upgrade to the 8800 series when a stereo driver which is compatible with the new games is released, right now, i can't play gears of war or bioshock in 3d without tweaking the registry, and even then it screws the hud up.

It would be a great idea to include anaglyph glasses with Nvidia graphic cards, to give the people an easy way to know what is stereo3d. But Nvidia must do something better with color callibration in stereo drivers. And of course, made 8xxx family compatible with stereo3d.

I have a 7800 GTX, and of course I will buy a 8800 as soon as support stereo3d.

Yeah, me too.. I've been waiting for Nvidia to release *good* Stereo3d drivers for 8800 cards and fix the stuttering bug with UT2004 and other Unreal Engine 2 games with 8800GTX cards.

Well, I guess maybe I'll just keep my dual 7900's in SLI and wait for next-gen D9E cards from Nvidia that should be out within 3 months.

I am going to buy a new Geforce 8800GTX or 8800GT graphics card as soon as new stereo drivers are released.

That's a promise, no sarcasm.

Everybody else who plans to do that, please post here. No discussion, please, only promises to buy Nvidia products. Let's show that there's money waiting to be spent!

Once the 8800 series supports Stereo3D I will definately be buying one. Or two if an stable, SLI-ready, Multicore-compatible 8800 Stereo3D driver comes out. I've actually got the funds ready and waiting for both (and a new nForce 680 or 780 motherboard to hold them)- so's my brother, i've just been informed, we're just waiting for that driver, nVidia!
