3D Stereoscopic in Control panel. Stereoscopic 3d does not show in Control panel.
Greetings !
So Im having this problem that the steroescopic doesn't show in my Nvidia control panel. I've seen that theres more people having thi issue.
But I never get a clear answer from Nvidia why its broken and how I can fix it. I was talking with them the other day about this in the live
chat. He / She just told me to reinstall dirvers and it sounded more like "And hope for the best". I didn't get any answer if they are going
to fix this issue sortly or what was making this problem.
I just got my 3d glasses and now Im not able to even use it becuase of this, makes me sad :-(
Computer:
Asus G74s
GeForce 560M
Windows 7 64-bit
Intel'i7
So anyone got any solution for this, why its not showing up where it should?
I think I remember reading something about this with laptops a bit ago: http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=153780&view=findpost&p=1209143
Basically, if you download the Verde drivers from Nvidia, 3D stereo drivers are disabled because the OEMs requested it be disabled. You may need to get drivers for your notebook straight from Asus for your particular model for 3D to be enabled. This kinda goes full circle back to the days Nvidia didn't post laptop drivers at all because OEMs wanted strict control over driver releases. Either way you will probably get the best results contacting Asus support for the specific drivers or steps needed to get 3D working on that laptop.
