Settings Switch Back to Discover 3D Is there a way to remove Discover?
For some reason my settings keep changing back from my DLP TV to 3D Vision Discover and when I turn on 3D its red/blue...I noticed it would switch so I would go change it back and BAM ..did it again! This is mainly happening with NFS Shift..is there a way to remove 3d discover or prevent it from switching back?

2 either flick the switch on the nvdia control panel for it, or again easiest from the nvdia control panel run the setup wixard again.

I have rerun the setup wizard again and I can get 3D to work....problem is when I run NFS Shift and turn on 3D its red/blue...but batman or other games work fine. I dont even WANT discover as an option and wish I could remove it.

Just to be clear. Other games are working in 3D.

The problem is when everything is setup correctly and I startup NFS Shift and then "ctrl+t" to turn on the 3D it shows red/blue or red/green (forget the colors)....so I exit the game and then look @ my 3D settings in NV control panel and it switched from my HDTV back to 3D vision discover.

FYI - I have updated to 1.12 drivers and the problem still exists. The video resolution is correct to match the game, but for some reason it switches my 3D display type from my HDTV to the 3D Vision Discover ONLY on NFS Shift.

I see others are playing this game in 3D, so what am I missing??

Have you tried using the button on the ir emitter instead?

Or possibly check the games settings? It may be doing something, though unless it has its own anagraph mode (like trackamania does) or its own 3d discover control switch. I'm not sure what.

Still stuck....I CANT play NFS Shift in 3D....when 3D is turned on it is Nvidia Discover Mode and NOT 3D vision...it changes my display monitor. This is the ONLY game it happens on! COD4, Jericho, Far Cry, Tomb Raider, etc. all work in 3D and do not switch back to Nvidia Discover.

Anyone have input on this issue?

Whoa!? Another 65" DLP 3D Vision user!!! Lol. :) I don't have the game so I can't try anything here but have you tried deleting the game from it's profile using NVIDIA Inspector? Edit:Posted 2009!? ... How the hell did this wind up at the top of my feed? Lol.

Heh, I should've poked it with a stick first ... I'm still at a complete loss as to how this ended up at the top of my feed on my phone, if I click , then the last comment is 45 years old(!?) and if I click , one or two pages they're all about 10 years old ...
