Refresh rate problem
Hi all, Im getting my 3dglasses in the post tomorrow:). Ive been testing my rig with the stereo drivers and allthough the games load up and go into stereo mode, i can't get the correct refresh rate to stick.

Windows is telling me that At 1024x768 my monitor only supports 100hz, but using Powerstrip it will easily raise to 120hz and remain stable on the desktop unles i run a game.

Im sure it can run this reseloution/refresh rate as Cod2 works fine after selecting 120hz from the ingame menu.

When i do run a game, I usually get an 'out of range' message from my monitor or it reboots itself, after which windows loads up but i get the 'out of range' message again .

Ive tried forcing the refresh rate with Refresh Force aswell, but i still get an out of range message, same as powerstrip...

any thoughts?

Hi anavrintobin,
Perhaps "RefreshLock" will work.

Hi, thanks for the link but i managed to get Refresh Force to work after some more tinkering. Seems my monitor is a little bit fickle at times :)
Thanks again
