I dont view "Stereo Settings" (with Stereoscopic Test and etc...) chapter in Nvidia Control Panel. It is absent!

If the laptop uses Nvidia Optimus technology (automatic switching between the integrated Intel GPU and discrete Nvidia one) this could be the cause of the problem...
