This is by no means complete, I separated these out by hand and need to finish up someday. But I figured I'd put them here, in case anyone could get some use out of it. Perhaps someone that knows how to do it using a script can make it more complete.
But anyhow, via dumb luck and trial and error, it's sometimes possible to make a game playable by tweaking an existing profile or making one.
StereoMiscFlags (0x70ccb5f0)
I was having the odd 'small box' issue, mentioned here, here and in the Vanquish thread and found that...
StereoMiscFlags = 0x6
...fixed it for the game I was having the issue with, RIVE, not sure if it'll work with the others as I either don't have the games or wasn't having the issue, worth testing it out though if you are.

There's a few experiments I'd like people to volunteer to do if they own certain games (I have a few of these games and can try this later for those, but most of these I don't own).
I always thought that auto convergence was a left over from old dx7/8/9 fixed pipeline engine games and was depreciated when 3D Vision officially launched.
Recently, I randomly stumbled across a post by Chopper over on his website stating that Battlefield Bad Company 2 used Nvidia's auto convergence with driver 258.96 DX11

But! it doesn't work like I had assumed it would.
One of the criticisms against S-3D gaming is that when a gun is pointed at the wall, it can look as though it is digging into the wall's surface. Nvidia has implemented a custom feature whereby the gun's scope and barrel will adjust according to how close it is to the object it is pointed to.
I installed this game to try it out and indeed something happens, but it is weird and hard to describe. Anyways, I suppose, if you have the game check it out.
I looked at you exported profiles defined and there is not a Setting added into the profile for AutoConvergence (0x702a0ab2), so perhaps it is something different entirely. Dunno
Edit: BTW, when installing Battlefield Bad Company 2, you can choose not to install Punk Buster and still play single player.
FYI: I read that this was the first game on PC using the Frostbite Engine
