I just sold off one of my GTX 295's because I got tired of having to take it out of my system to get at least 2 GPU's working for 3D :(
Dude you shouldnt have done that, there will be quad sli support very soon. It was meant to be in the latest drivers, but they must of missed something. Andrew from nvidia is onto it and im confident he will have a solution.

I feel good about selling mine still, will sell the rest when the BitCauldron, RealD ClearEyes4 or Xpand 103 glasses hit the market. Andrew being on to it certainly does not inspire confidence his track record in recent months is abysmal i.e detection issues not solved in how long? despite him repeatedly claiming solutions! as for Quad SLI with 3D Vision it worked in many games for months (high action sequences in Crysis were spectacular and smooth) but since Andrew got onto it Quad SLI is dead.

Maybe, they will fix Quad SLI as it use to work as measured by frame rates and without noticable mircostutter if combined with a fast quad core and adequate memory at that, but how much prioritisation will it get if it needs real work rather than just unraveling the mess that Andrew presided over until there are dual chip Fermis if that ever happens.

And yes I am venting a bit of venom, but what benefit has the pleading, confidence and praising of Andrew resulted in, wake him up and help him become a useful being 'again' rather than just an incompetent '****-**' possibly intoxicated by the adulation poured upon him for his current performance or more correctly lack of it demonstrated by his words and deeds in recent months.

They are harsh! I know once ATI have some kind of solution that can use my existing 120hz monitor i will drop this product like a hot coal. Heres hoping they have some proper setup with the IZ3D guys as their support takes a considerable dump on Nvidia's despite being well behind on features.

WHAT DRIVER ARE YOU USING IF IT IS BEFORE 196.21 YOU PROBABLY HAVE QUAD SLI + 3D (DRIVERS BEFORE THE ONE THAT WAS MEANT TO SUPPORT IT), IF 196.21 ENABLE MULTI GPU IN NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL AND RUN GPUZ (remember if GPUZ says SLI 2 gpus it is 2 not 4 roll back driver to earlier version will demonstrate this), YOU CAN ALSO CHECK USING EVGA PRECISION 1.9.1 OSD TO MONITOR FRAME RATES. ALSO ENABLE THE PHYSX INDICATOR AND SEE IF PHYSX IS RUNNING ON THE GPU OR CPU IN ME2 JUST FOR INTEREST??= CPU!.

1 295 RUNS THIS GAME AT OR NEAR ITS MAX 60x2 FPS IN 3D.

You could be right, I was happy to quick because
of the smooth fps, but you say that the game
already runs smooth with one gtx295 my dream
falls apart :( I still run some tests though, :(

Hi Guys

We are investigating these Quad SLI issues, trust me. I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your products, and certainly we would like to have you still use them.

EVGA Precision 1.9.1 works on all Nvidia graphics cards and works (allows overclocks and fan control) with the 196.21 driver.

The Physx indicator activation is in the 3D Settings tab at the top of the Nvidia control pattern.
