Hi,
I decided to play The Elder Scroll V: Skyrim. Before yesterday installed the game and put the Helix fix. Everything was perfect until I decided to uninstall to move in other folder – specific for the games. It was in D and I installed in D:/Games. Now the game is lagging. I don’t know why. Everything is the same. I just left the folder of the game in the My Documents. Any ideas?
My PC is with Gigabyte GTX 650, 8 GB RAM, AMD X 4 FX – 4300, MB Gigabyte 990 FXA-UD3.
I think hardware is not the problem. Before game begins, there is a black screen for a while, but with the sound of the game. If I turn off NVIDIA Surround lagging stops.
Thank you in advance!

Are you playing at 1080px3[per screen]?
No offense but I am surprised your system can handle that anywhere near 30fps. No offense but I dont think you were playing at a high setting if you were getting good frame rate first time around. It might be that you were in a room or someplace where it didn't have to load much "graphics".

Something you might try that fixed my stuttering/low fps issues was suggested by Eqzitara to me, which is using Nvidia Inspector and removing the skyrim.exe from the skyrim profile. Don't know why but it worked.

Hi again,
Thank you for suggestions. Yes, I am playing 1080p x 60Hz x 2.
I reinstall the game and auto settings changed. Before everything was on ultra High. Now is not to all places. Somewhere is just High.
But It is strange for me that the game lagged. Because it is not new and for example I played Tomb Rider with high setting on my old PC with GTS 250, 4 GB RAM and AMD x 2 - 3600GHz.

I'm with eqzitara. My machine is a fair bit better than yours (still far from top of the line though), and I don't think I'd be able to push 3x 3d screens on Skyrim. I'd just start lowering graphics settings until you reach a playable level.

Sorry - my mistake - I am with one 3D monitor. My idea was I am playing on full HD - 3d- 120 Hz - 2x60.
So if switching off surround fixes it, why not just do that while playing?
Because I like to play with 3D steroscopic. But everything going mistaken here, because I wrote "surround", instead "3D stereoscopic". Very sorry! So, tell me if you know fixes, patches or tricks, which will optimize Skyrim on my configuration. If you know, because you have played this game. If not, I'll try whit my own. Thank you!

Did you try the suggestion in my post? I guess it didn't work (?).
Also, did you disable vsync? I think you must use a frame limiter to 60fps btw.
Theres lots of good mods for this, are your trying any? Just curious. This video series is really good which previews some of them and shows how to install them. There are some performance mods there too, but i don't remember if they're still needed or not because they fixed some things in patches after these videos were made. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL96C073B0B8BFC01D
