Ditto. I don't really have any remarkable problem with ghosting on my 2233RZ; my 3d Vision glasses, on the other hand, are exceptionally prone to the blinking/flashing problem that also seems to vary wildly from person to person.
The best advice is to go in expecting this cutting edge stereoscopic technology to be fascinating, beautiful, and still imperfect. If you go in with realistic expectations, IMO you'll be pleased by your experience. :)

Very true. As somebody else on this forum once noted, after a while stereoscopic 3d ceases being a shiney new toy and becomes simply the way things should be. It's like going HD from analog TV -- once you make the switch, there's no going back. :)

I have the 2233 sammy and after hearing the fuss about the ghosting i started to really look at my monitor for top 20% ghosting and you know what.......I have it too and you know what else.....I dont care. For me it is so minimal that i never really noticed it before. I know its there cause if i pull my mouse down the image clears as it comes towards the middle of the screen. With that said Avatar has ZERO ghosting, nither does the Bolt trailer, nither does the 24 hour race clip from nv. Ghosting is the worse thing so far with the sammy. CRT users get NO LOVE FROM NV, that is a real problem, some projector users have to use their glasses upside down, THAT IS A PROBLEM. I only get flickering if i have my second monitor on, that flicker is gone when i turn the second monitor off. All in all the tech is very good, better than not having it. That is the question really, with all the neg. reviews and problems reported you should ask this question to the bad reviews....would you give it all back and never have the 3d-just the hundreds you spent on it to spend on some other tech. One other thing peps with the 3d arent saying is the awwwww factor. When you plug that game in and WHAM your in the screen. The part of the game where the 3d is so strong you cant help but have a smile creep across your face-from ear to ear. There is a high people (including myself) have posted after their first few rounds of 3d gaming......every thing is sooo much more 3d in real life. Im not saying there is not variance in the level of ghosting-even from session to session of the same game, some monitors may perform better than others of the same brand......take it out of the box instore and have them test with the glasses. All in all the set up is just a few minutes. If you dont like have them test another monitor for quality control. Your the boss, make the sales person work for the money. Just remember to grab the good monitor you tested and not a new one off the stack of boxes. My wife sent me in to get a tv for the bedroom and this nv bundle is what i came home with........now there is someone who has a right to be mad (the new bundle resides on the pc desk now lol-no tv in the bedroom yet). I thought ahead, this monitor will move to the bedroom (with a second set of glasses) for our pesonal use with 3d movies (i have faith) and i will buy another for the pc. I bought a new ford ranger, the doors sound like they will fall off going over bumps-it is what it is. I can live with it cause it fills the need for the price i was willing to pay and the truck costs alot more than the nv 3d bundle.
When 3d is running right there is nothing like it-amazing really. I have played some 3d co-op with other forum users and we still comment on how cool it is-those users also have ghosting but it does not stop us from having a good time. New adoptors (if you have the sammy that is what it is) bear the brunt of the problems but have the tech befor others do. Wait till the new tvs come out in later 2010 and revisit this thought of 3d in your own home. I paid 500$+ for my 8800 gts 640 mb GC, better cards hit the selfs months after that cost far less and did far more-there is a moral in there somewhere. I have had so much fun with my bundle now i would say the cost has been justifiyed now. When HUNDREDS are complaining you should take notice, but this tech is subjective, some people are less tolerant than others (have the right to be) as money is harder to come by for some this will cause their expectations to be higher. Im not going to give my setup back and i dont consiter it a bad investment. I do think it will get way better as the tech improves. It allways does.
My post is abit all over the place but i hope you get the point.
