My solution to problems, driver fail and red lights
if your having problems i recomend you remove everything ndvidia related by downloading drivesweeper

after this restart and re-install fresh - worked a treat for me

before then i was getting crash/error reports/ red lights the works, now working fine

I found a very quick fix for this which works every time for me.

I simply go into device manager, find the stereo controller, and let windows automatically search for drivers.

If this fails, also, pointing the driver installer at one of the CD's works fine (I have the CD's in folders and tell the driver installer to look in that folder, and it always works 100% fine).

It usually takes about 330 seconds to fix :P
