D-Man11 I did try it. It's invalid and only 14 day now.
They've removed the 180 day demo but still haven't fixed the activation servers.
Are they taking the piss or what?
Josh mentioned that they updated the activation utility in a thread last week, but it seems that you installed it.
Have you tried entering you activation in that new 14 day trial?
https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/894955/
Did you install the new activation utility from the website? we recently updated it so the older version might not be working.
It's also possible that you need your 5 activations limit reset.
the new activation utility actually works .. woot.. no more daily free trial countdown..
At long last they finally fixed this.
When I contacted support last summer, they assured me they would add my name to a list to be notified when this was fixed. I guess that didn't happen as I had to come back to this thread to see that the activation utility was updated.
Thanks a bunch NVidia support (NOT!).

Have been bouncing around between Nvidia support/Store teams, but supposedly this IS finally fixed in the new release. I think all of the issues caused me to go over my 5 activations, but the store team supposedly reset that for me. Hopefully I'll finally be up and running again this evening.
Not sure if anyone else has had issues, but when looking at my store account - my purchase disappeared randomly. I had to contact them to get it fixed.
EDIT: Nope, still doesn't work. Tells me my serial is invalid.

After several days of back and forth, they eventually gave me a new key and I'm up and running. It's worth noting that the new key they gave me isn't the same number of digits or the same alpha-numeric pattern as my old one. Not even close. If you have an old key (mine was from 2012), I have a feeling that yours will never work until they issue you a new one.

Hum still not working for me... It still says that the licensing server is unavailable.
I'm trying from UK. Hopefully the issue will be totally fixed before the free trial runs out.
Edit: oh wait, problem fixed by downloading the new activation utility. I'll read more carefully next time :)

Also, DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) will not delete the activation utility, so it's safe to use.
According to him, his early version did, but he changed it after I posted him with my concerns.

Sorry to reopen a old thread.
My machine pass the 3D test and I can see the 3D test result on my 3D TV[I am happy at that time :)]
But when I try to active the 3DTV 14 day trial, just nothing happen......
I try DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller), still the same issue.
Question: Are there any log I can trace? I have submitted a issue to support, but I guess the support won't help much >||<

If you see this green logo, 3DTV Play is working.
Do you see the green logo?
What are you trying to do? Game? watch movies?
List your operating system, driver version, GPU, Display model, connection type. If you have an AVR or anything else in the chain, remove it.
Thanks for giving me suggestion!
Support have feed back: Thank you for your submission. I am sorry but NVIDIA 3DTV Play can only support displays that are 32" or larger.
Since my display can pass the 3D Test, I guess what I need to do is to search the "3D Monitor EDID Override INF driver database"?
What a fun requirement anyway! I miss my old ATI display(but ATI is just too hot...) ^O^

After I apply the ZM-M240W EDID, my hdmi LG monitor become a DVI ZM-M240W.
And I can set the 3D depth in 3D vision mode.... But it mean I do not need 3DTV!?
Since 3DVision support passive Zalman 3D LCD, then what is 3DTV actually?
I am 1000% lost....

Guys!
I'm going to update the processor, motherboard and RAM! I'm interested in the question of activating 3DTV Play.
The 3DTV Play license was purchased in the spring of 2012. 3 I activated the activation from 5 until February 2013. Since then, WINDOWS has not reinstalled.
I know that a couple of years ago there were problems with activation of the key for 3DTV Play. Is the problem solved?
I can re-activate my old key, after reinstalling WINDOWS ???
Thank you!

Hi,
since 1 week I own a NVIDIA GTX1060 6MB. In the past I always used a AMD graphikadadper together with TRIDEF for 3D gaming. But after changing to NVIDIA I have to reinstall TRIDEF- thats not possible, because there is a licence bug (missing NVIDIA license).
I have read through different threads, that there are licence errors with the §DTV play version of NVIDIA- and the licence buy process is shown as "Out of stock" on the NVIDIA page.
Do you have any solutions? Can I use the old 180 days trial link? What about 1080p? I use
an older (2012) panasonic true HD 3D plasma-TV from panasonic (40´´).?

They've removed the 180 day demo but still haven't fixed the activation servers.
