Hi,
... ... ... I Downloaded The Toshiba Video Player 3D ...
___Seems To PlayBack MP4, Supposed, In 3D Made... Of Course, Doesn't Look 3D At All...
___Also, When First Starting To PlayBack A MP4 File, There's A Small Window That Says " ... UpCconvert Feature Is Currently UnAvailable Even Though It Is Set To On... PlaBack Will Continue With UpConvert Off... " ...
___So, The PlayBack In 3D Mode Doesn't Seem To Turn On So Doesn't Look Stereoscopic 3D At All...
___Does Anyone Know How To Solve This Problem...?

Could you please provide the link where you got it from? I'd need to read about it first.
Also, please list the following: connection type being used, display model #, GPU version, operating system and driver version #.
Toshiba did make a number of Stereoscopic 3D laptops back in the day, there surely are odds that any functionality may be tied to their platform.
IMHO: Generally any 2D-3D automatic conversion of DVD or even Blueray content is meh or otherwise not worth viewing.
