Fallout 4

Anyone manages ,under Windows 10, to make work reshade (dxgi.dll) and 3dmigoto (d3d11.dll) together on Fallout 4 ? On Win7, no problem. I tried to find on the internet a solution which brought me on these links https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 , and https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=35 . But after installation, still crashing at launch . I tried to uninstall win10 anniversary and reinstall the last Nvidia drivers , but now I have no more solution and I saw that DJ-RK had managed to make work both . I would like to use win7 to avoid this kind of problem but with my new motherboard z270, it seems impossible. Any help ?

As of today I can no longer make new saves or save over my old ones... The files are not set to read only, but the parent folders are, and I seem unable to change that. When I do undo read only and apply it says applying but when i recheck the folders are still read only (the save files are not flagged read only). Anyone else run into this problem or have a fix? I could save yesterday. I do see windows did an update yesterday..

@MOurn Try this open a Command Prompt as Admin Type the following command chkdsk X: /r /f X: being the drive you have the saves on. This worked for me with a problem like the one you described.

Thanks for the tip. Failed first time, said I needed to run in elevated mode (so I did it again this time as admin) and it said it needed to run at next start up since its my c: drive. The whole permissions thing and admin is so messed up in windows. After rebooting I saw it running checkdisk during bios before it got to windows and it said 100% so it ran.. Saves are still not actually saving. Its very strange.. Just found a forum on steam that said Bitdefender had been blocking some people from making saves - flagged it as ransomware or something... I am using bitdefender - I'll try looking into that path... Omg yes it was bitdefender! See below: Safe Files The application fallout4.exe attempted to change a file in a protected folder and was blocked. Protected folder: c:\users\(username)\documents\my games\fallout4 Keep blocking the application if you do not recognize it or did not want to edit one of your protected files right now. Allow the application only if you trust the source it came from. Click the "Learn more" button below for an informative article on data protection and Safe Files.
