It was April 1st. I didn't want to get the 1911 version, even if it would improve the music for most of the videos I make. /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
Let's give the topic another bump!
P.S. Wow, IE9 really puts some warnings up on this program. I guess because it hasn't been signed?

In a game you have a virtual 3D world. The driver then takes that world and generates two images based on your depth/convergence settings. With movies and pictures, though, the two images have already been created by somebody else.

I don't think there is.

I don't even know what denoise is. There's no real way to do sharpness in the program. There might be some hacky way to get the codec to do it for you, though.

Andrew, is there a way to determine that DXVA2 is working during playback? My GPU load is about 15% with 270.61 WHQL drivers. But if I select Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder, player doesn`t render the video - i got just the black screen. With ffdshow decoder everything works fine. But in both ways, no sign of DXVA2 indication.

The options of the video player lets you select which decode to use. If you select the MS DTV-DVD Video deocder, then we know its HW GPU decoding.

A few follow-up questions:
- Which content are you seeing black screen?
- Are you running fullscreen or window mode?

I`ve tried 1920x2160 OverUnder 3DBD rips, which works fine with previous version of the player (1.6.4) and ffdshow decoder. I can`t switch to fullscreen, because player just stop responding when i try to do it. It is also stop responding if I try to close it. Sound doesn`t play also, just black screen. I only can scroll the file, but the bar doen`t affect anything. With ffdshow decoder 3D works fine both in windowed and fullscreen mode.

I dont have a lot of experience with rips...this may be a problem with specfic rip codecs.
So you are saying now with 1.6.9 the rips dont work with ffdshow or the ms decoder?

I am new to using the Nvidia 3D player, but is there anyway to increase depht and converge, sharpness, denoise and so on ?
Can´t seem to find any options for that and the hotkeys i use to change converge and depht, doesnt work with the player ...

The options of the video player lets you select which decode to use. If you select the MS DTV-DVD Video deocder, then we know its HW GPU decoding.
Let me investigate.
