Legend of Grimrock Old School Dungeon Crawl

Yea some helpful advice when looking for shaders. Sometimes instead of "disabling" a shader when you cycle through it. It "skews/distorts" it. If you cant find one that disables it. Look for the one that distorts it. Then disable it through override folder. Like when I went through it for this game it "flipped" the shadows. This was easy cause Ive done probably like 10 games already and knew what to look for but I can see how you guys didnt see the right shader. Ill add it now.

Update:http://helixmod.blogspot.com
I should really stop taking pictures with red text showing....
If anyone wants to take in-game screenshots with fix and put them on 3d vision live I will link to gallery. I just got my own diablo 3 beta invite so.....

TY for gallery will link to it on the page. Game looks incredible IMO. I will enjoy this game in 3d but if I had to play it in 2d it would feel kind of bland or like something is missing. Luckily issues were small. Will give this a shot after diablo 3 beta playthrough and me3(2nd playthrough)

Game looks excellent in 3D vision with the Helix mod fix. Thanks!

I love dark atmospheric games. 3D glasses + headphones is very immersive.
Hearing monsters through walls is scary.
Headphones help me to locate faint sounds such as the opening of a distant room.

Is the game as good as Eye of the Beholder??? I actually still have the game on my pc. That game was truly magical when I played it all those years ago.

Out of curiousity do most people play with the 3d text/huds or without? Will probably start doing seperate versions or if no one likes them not at all. I personally like them(because I play high depth and convergence and when 2d text shows up it kind of ruins the flow for me) but my preference is not everyone's.

I really like the UI and menu depth included in the LoG fix. 2D UI's and text really do feel out of place, it's like someone just put a big sticker over the screen!

I play at full depth and high convergence whenever I can get away with it.

Hey guys, I'm dying to get Grimrock going in 3D - even bought a 3600 dollar laptop to kick it off, but the 3D settings don't seem to be right. I am not really getting any 3D at all. I get a bit of a double image unless I play on a borderless setting, but the images dont go #D with glasses, they are just double images. I got 3D working for other games but I cant seem to figure it out.

I have a Nvidia GeForce GT 555M with the polarized swanky glasses.

Can anyone walk me though this like a 5 year old? I've been looking at a lot of the shadow fixes and stuff and can follow those instructions fine, but my issue is the fixes are irrelevant until I can atually see it in 3D. Are my NVIDIA settings wrong? Any help much much appreciated. I cant wait to play this game!
