Is there any way of knowing when 3D has been updated/added to a game?
Hi,
I know that Nvidia keeps a list of 3D Games but I'm not sure if games that have a certain rating, say fair, are being updated to 3D Vision Ready. And if they are, that there is a way to find out, other then checking the list every day?

What a good idea! That would be awesome having an updated 'working-on' list published somewhere.
To my knowledge we haven't a list like this. You have to check on the dev sites to see if they are updating their games. nVidia will often announce here if they are working on certain games.
Not quite related but I have found nVidia's ratings a little unreliable recently (I have felt this way for about a year now) and would strongly recommend looking at people's 'check these games out' lists here if you are considering buying a game because of 3D quality.
I might update my sig to accomodated these helpful wassnames...

Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

For me checking the forums is much more reliable for the latest games than the Nvidia ratings.
You can always check gamegrade3d - http://www.mtbs3d.com/gg3d/
It at least allows for a more detailed look into what machine, driver solution and version delivers the best experience, that being said the database isn't that current either.

Many people are trying to fix old/new games they are interested in here. Follow their efforts here. http://helixmod.blogspot.com/
Can either "follow" or bookmark.
That list has never been updated and never will probably unfortunately. KOTOR was listed for years....Its reason I bought 3d vision lol. It never worked on 3d vision.(old opengl format of 3d).Games profiles break sometimes as well. Now that people are making their own "profiles" its off more then ever.
@andysonofbob
saw your list of games that are fun at high convergence. I just tried mirror's edge. I really like it. Just make sure high convergence + motion doesnt bother you. I actually normally do not play at "toyification" levels. Mirrors edge was awesome with it though.

This was our fault. We had a problem recently where it was impossible to add new submissions after we transferred to the new server. This has been fixed. Gamers can log in and edit existing submissions, or create new ones.
Keep an eye out because we are going to be announcing some new developments in the next few days. Part of our birthday celebration! It's never easy to figure out what gamers are and aren't willing to do to help make 3D successful, so I'm hoping we came up with something exciting enough. I think this could end up being one of the biggest things we have done to date, and it should be a lot of fun.

it would be awesome if toghether with the Nvidia 3D vision rank, there was a game version, because some games just got 3D Vision Ready (or any rank) after a game update, so it would be good knowing if it will worth patching my game or should keep the way it is.
In game ctrl+insert should display game version that activated the last 3D Vision rank (for every version) besides just the rank and optimizations...

I'm not sure I understand. Are you suggesting we add a field to the game profile indicating which version of the game it is when tested? So, Battelfield 3, version 1.XX for example?

I think he's refering to 3d vision's profile and not your site. ctrl-alt-insert brings up nvidia's profile information on a game(unless you bind to different key)
