Brightness change automatically with turning on&off 3d
I've sort of touched on this before and didn't get any responses but it's always on my mind. There is a freeware program called Screenbright that will send commands to most monitors that adjust the screen brightness.

So is there is no way to somehow link a command *.bat file where this program is executed when 3d is turned on and executed when 3d is turned off? If we could do this we could have a different brightness when 3d is on and when it is turned off. I hate having to adjust my monitor every time I put on 3d glasses.

The 3D Vision monitors do this automatically and kick to 100% brightness when 3D is triggered. If your passive display doesn't do this you may want to file a bug report/ticket with Nvidia or with your monitor manufacturer.

Oh! I'm in the minority then. I have an "Optimized for GeForce" monitor, the Acer HR274H polarized monitor. It doesn't have this feature. I wonder if I could change things to enable this?
