The acer has an VESA sync port so it is usable....

I apologize if you think that I'm not helping, but I can't really give you any more information than I already have. I downloaded the latest version, installed it and used the 3D DLP output module. That's all I did.

Eerr yeah. Look at the back of the unit, and there is a std vesa sync port.

Looked into it - not a stereo sync port, just used for diagnostics and firmware ugrades.

Your sure? The most right port is the one that should work.

If you have experience with using it as a 3d sync port, or have a link with someone that does, I'd love to hear about it/see it.
