Game does look really good in 3D. Being able to adjust convergence would be good but I can say that the cut scenes look really good with the locked convergence. That is the one thing that gets tricky in games that have adjustable convegence. I do hope that the performance is better in the full game though. Playing with Physx and 3D is really pushing my 285 sli setup to the limit.
Also tried Trine as suggested by Andrew and it does indeed look awesome in 3d. Its a fun little game also.
As with Metro 2033, in one hand I'm well pleased we have another game which moves graphics up a notch in, but I'm equally gutted in the other because there is absolutely no way will this baby run on my rig.
I take it all back. If I disabled the physx I get quite reasonable (not ideal) FPSs: ~35 whilst driving and ~30 during firefight. You cant change convergence which is rude if you ask me, but the 3D is very convincing with great depth. I actually walked around the city and looked around which I didnt even do in GTA4!

Well I just played through the demo a few times. Looks nice, game play is ok, but the convergence lock is killing it for me. I usually play with a lot more, the game seemed flat to me. The game play was not good enough to make me buy the full version if the convergence is not unlocked.

I can't run Mafia 2 in stereoscopic mode. It runs, but ingame bugs are terrible, 90% textures painted in dark colors(maybe some bugs with shadows).
I tried to run it on GTX260(with this driver CD: NVIDIA_3D_Vision_CD_v1.33_WinVista_Win7_English.zip). What am I doing wrong? =(
EDITED:
I reinstall my drivers to older version 196.21, and game starts fine.

It looks like after installing the new drivers it reset my depth setting. Turning back to max helps a bit, but I still prefer more convergence. Has anyone tried out the full version yet?
