Viewing 3D Images Online?
I've started to browse through some of the threads here with 3D screenshots posted, but all I'm getting is the side-by-side view of two pictures. This one, for example.
http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?act=att...st&id=19260

It is posted online as a side-by-side JPEG image. My Nvidia 3D Vision glasses won't activate unless I'm looking at a fullscreen jps picture or playing a game. Outside of those two situations, hitting the power button on the Infrared Receiver box or the keyboard shortcut won't activate the glasses. Is there a way to activate the glasses and view that image in 3D on the webpage? The only work-around I've found was to right click the image, select save as, and rename is as something.jps which will then allow me to open in with the 3D Vision Photo Viewer.

I noticed that my web browser (Firefox) has Tools - Options - Applications set for JPS images to be opened with the 3D Vision Photo Viewer, but that's all.

If Im not mistaken, 3d Vision only works with fullscreen apps/pictures at this time. /confused.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

At the moment I believe that's the only way to view 3D screenshots that have been put up online, but I think nVidia have confirmed that in the near future it'll be possible to view 3D images within a browser.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll look forward to not having to jump through quite so many hoops ^.^

It'd be awesome if they could work with microsoft and make Windows 7 entirely compatible with 3d vision! /teehee.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':teehee:' />
