By arcsoft software you do mean you have purchased the $19.99 3D plugin correct?

It will only work with checkerboard output. Does that projector accept checkerboard? You need to wait for PlayTV for anything else.

This sounds reasonable, but there seems to be no trial version of the 3D-Plug-In.

You need TMT3 Platinum + update + 3D-Plug-In + compatible monitor !!!

If you - like me and probably most 3D Vision users - have the Samsung or Viewsonic monitor it won't work.
This is really annoying. I guess this is because the early 3D-ready monitors
support 120 Hz and they support HDCP too - but NOT BOTH at the same time. /fear.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':fear:' />

I bought the bluray last Tuesday just so I could rip it to my HD and encode it into separate right/left files so it would work with anything. If you want/need the guide to do so just pm me.

It will only work when you use AnyDVD HD on the side. It disables the need for HDCP and then the 3D Bluray will work. I got Cloudy With a Chance of Meetballs working on my Samsung 2233RZ using Arcsoft TMT3 + AnyDVD HD.

According to the compatibility list you should not need AnyDVD for the Acer.
This config should work right away - or doesn't it?

By the way in some countries (e.g. Germany) AnyDVD is illegal.

I bought the Claudy 3D blu ray and it works fine for me on my Acer H5360. I am not using AnyDVD. I have a blu ray drive and TMT3+SIM3D. It works as it should.

i am bit confused here. do you mean you can use 2d bluray drive to play 3d bluray movie disk? I know TMT3+sim3d can convert 2d movie into 3d (not real one but virtual one). So are you sure it's playing the real 3D vs 2D false 3d conversion?

TMT wont even play cloudy in 2D on my system.. says Im not HDCP.

I have a quad core, 8gb ram, geforce gtx 260, hdmi output to a 60" mitsbishi tv (WD-60C9 - according to blu-ray.com is hdcp compatible)

nvidias website states it a compatible card to play bluray

wtf..

** update **

Fixed that BS.. had to use anydvd but now I can watch bluray.. now for some 3D.. gotta get the 3D plugin for tmt
