This, right?: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/pull/3632
Sucks that normal 3D Vision users like me can't use that :(. Quad buffer stereo being dead on Windows 10 doesn't help either. If RetroArch could be running in DX11 while having an emulator running in OpenGL inside of it, a fix could be done to adapt it to 3D Vision. But that combination doesn't work, at least for the moment.

Downloaded the Citra Nightly and those options still aren't showing up. Do you have to build this yourself for the hack? I've been following this for a while, but am waiting until I can just play something that's easy to download.

I am using citra canary, the one that checks for updates automatically.

Whoops. I almost tried that one too. Got it working, but I'll try it in the Vive later. Thanks.
EDIT: Just played around with it a little bit. Very impressive.

They have updates this function and It is now working with more screen layouts, super Mario 3D land is Just amazing in 3D, as It is made entire with 3D in mind, after playing It in 3D It doesn't make Sense to play It without. The only issue i have is when i try to Record the screen with shadowplay It shows four images SBS instead of two (SBS) images.

Really wish I hadn't updated and had just downloaded the new version into a separate folder. These new builds don't have a working touch screen for me. I'm almost certain this wasn't an issue with the original 3D build I downloaded.

Helifax OpenGL Wrapper is working good with Nvidia 3D Vision, showing all of it's unique colors http://3dsurroundgaming.com/OGL3DVision.html
[it require some ini twiking to get smoother gameplay]
draft test of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qh5yktO5ISQ
and constant 60 fps of citra is also available in Anaglyph fullcolor mode made by xperia64 and shared by drwhojan [that is accessible in citra builds made some time ago with Anaglyph 3D slider and SickC builds too]

and probably now it's also in dubois mode https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/pull/4578

Are you sure about this? I'm still using W7, so I can't check.
But the way I check every time I upgrade the driver is to launch Jedi Academy and use it's native Quad Buffered rendering to confirm that the stereoscopic window builds and launches properly for 3D Vision users with a 120Hz display. (requires modifying the game ini/config)
