Unfortunately most of the point&click adventures are prerendered in 2D so You can't play them with 3D vision. Some of the rare exceptions are made by Deck13 (e.g. Ankh, Jack Kean, Black Sails; also Venetica).
On 19th august they will release their new game "Haunted". There is already a playable demo: http://www.haunted-game.com/
I have tried the demo and was glad to see that it offers flawless S3D (at least in the demo level). If You set both fullscreen effects and general details to normal there are no S3D issues - apart from the usual issue with the mouse pointer being fixed on one depth level.
So I will buy this game as previews are also very positive and I made good experiences with the other games from Deck13. I will report about my S3D experiences when I can play the complete game.
I fear at the moment there is only a German version of the game but I'm quite sure that they will also release international versions of this game...
