LG 86UH9500 (2016 model)
Hi, I found someone selling this TV 86' 86UH9500(2016) LG TV for $3700 says it is 3D. Anyone familiar with this tv? Is this a good price. Will the EDID for the Oled TVs work with this? Does it have decent input lag? Here is an Ebay posting for the same TV: https://www.ebay.com/itm/LG-3D-86UH9500-TV-3D-3D-3D-3D-3D/123430170636?epid=218950244&hash=item1cbd02f00c:g:NqYAAOSw1CBbxfvf:rk:1:pf:0 If anyone has any info on this Tv I will highly appreciate it. Thanks,

I see there the price is 5999$. Isn't it too small? :)) It should work with the EDID.

The person selling it locally is asking $3700 for it. That is just an ebay posting i found for the same tv. Granted everything works, Do you think is worth it?

For that zise I think it is worth. But if you might want to check it for banding and DSE.

With that size, transportation/shipping may also be an issue. Does this person still have factory box for TV?

I have the 55" version of the same model and I'm using joker18's EDID. You should check it with black/white 3D test to see if its filter aligned correctly. Because this series have poor quality control and 1/3 of the products have 3D issues, extreme ghosting or double images in parts of the screen. My first one's 3D was literally broken only middle part of the screen was showing correct 3D, but my second one is good. Also be ready for some light bleeding and maybe some banding depending on your luck. BTW if I were you I would buy it too. But before buying it definitely check its 3D for any issues and also minimum 3D viewing distance.

But he said he would Bring ti himself and set it up, mount it if needed. I did test the 3D and it worked. It wasnt as good as my Oled65" but it still looked good. did notice the ghosting, tho.
