Just give up and sell your extra card(s) like I did. And pray that they get it right by Fermi :(
Why would I do that? LOL I didnt buy my system for 3d Vision. Ive had these cards since their release and use them with my 30" monitor.
So far I have tried Eyefinity and 3D vision, and I found Eyefinity was good for racing games and 3D vision is really good with third person views and good ol 30" monitor for FPS. I get dizzy playing CODMW2 on 3D mode. I have bought Bioshock 2 and will try that out in 3D though. I have a feeling it will be awesome.

3d vision.. which is why Nvidia no doubt chose to release 3d vision surround..

i have a 3d vision display on my computer, but when i look over... i'm jealous.. lol

Hey guys need some clarification. I have always thought SLI was working on my dual GTX295 rig. The drivers always come up saying that I should enable it after a fresh install. Every game I have played I have always thought they were working as well but really never knew how to check. I have NEVER seen a green indicator when playing a game about SLI. What am I missing here? Where is that indicator? Is this quad-SLI support driver issue only for 3D vision? Has quad-SLI been working without 3D vision this whole time? Thanks for any help understanding these issues.
UPDATE:
I found out where to enable the SLI visual indicator bar and it never comes up on ANY of my games. What am I missing here? I have tried Crysis, COD MW2, Left for Dead. No indicator anywhere. Does this indeed mean that SLI is not working at all? By the way I am on Win 7 64 bit with the newest drivers.

IN NVIDIA control panel click under 3d settings -anywhere- then at the top of the page where is says file- edit- view- etc. a new tab called 3d settings will appear. then you just have to click show sli visual indicator. it will work when you load a game. you can also get a free temp monitor that will record your gpu temps. if they are cool they are not being used. i dont trust the sli indicator. sometimes it says its working but when i check the temps i have 2 gpus at idle temps. its probably just showing me on board 295 sli not quad sli- but only NVIDIA knows for sure.

Thanks dude. Figured it out. I edited my post. Even with the SLI indicator checked on, none of my games show the SLI bar. That would indicate to me that quad-SLI is indeed not working. Correct? Geez all this time I thought I was running my system at it full extent. I have a 30" monitor at 2560 resolution and MW2 was amazing. But now I know it could have been smoother. What a let down.

Does that show up with just a single GTX 295 running in multi-GPU mode? I can't seem to find it.

What do you guys think, should I sell my second gtx295?
I'm afraid the moment I sell, drivers come out and
everything works perfect and
I'll kill myself for selling :P
But I can really use the money for some other cool stuff,
