Looking for the trick to activate 3D in Deus Ex. It must work, there seems to be a profile for it. I install my games to their own partition, but, I tried installing it to the default location as well.

I think it uses the Unreal engine 1, in which case you'll need to make sure you're running the D3D render path.
There are a lot of older games on the compatible list that aren't, because they were compatible with the older 3D drivers before NVidia dropped OpenGL support, and probably support for early versions of D3D.
