Remove 2D Bitmaps/UI option?
I've noticed when playing some games that allow the UI to be removed, like need for speed: Shift, that the 3d effect is way nicer without those blurry screen-plane 2d bitmaps everywhere. A lot of games don't have the option to remove all the 2d bitmaps, crosshairs, etc, so it would be really nice if there was some way to remove 2d artifacts when using the 3d glasses. In particular I hate the green names over my teammates in modern warfare 2, I can't see them and they're all blurry and often block where I'm looking at when I'm standing near my team. Even with the artifacts I love these glasses, I've been playing all my old games at 120fps in real 3d and it's a way bigger engine upgrade than most sequels, in a totally awesome way, like a holodeck step. :)
