Ghosting in 3d Mode?
Hello all,

I am getting ghosted images when 3d is enabled. If i close an eye during the stereo test the image is ghosted either to the left or right. I have tried 71.84 and 71.89 drivers and i just can't seem to get it to work.

I am using e-dimensional wired glasses running on a g4 ti4600 and windows xp.

Hopefully someone can come up with some ideas as i am tearing my hair out!!

Thanks all

are you using an LCD or CRT monitor for one. if LCD... well, that's alooong story. if CRT... it should work ok. how bright is the picture. if there are alot of really dark and really light images on the screen, you will get very noticable ghosting. that's just the way it is. turn up the brightness with ctrl+g, and see if it helps. it it's still bad after turning up the gamma, let us know and we can think of some other ideas.

also... do you have wired or wireless glasses?

I recall getting roughly 10% ghosting at best when I used shutterglasses and a CRT unless I dropped the contrast through the floor (making the game look like crap). Is this about what you are experiencing?

At least the shutterglasses got me interested enough to look for better methods (such as the mirror method), but to each his own.
