Rayman 2 looks like trine2 imo, but the sound don't work as good.
and since its coming out on PC it should be a 3d ready tittle!

Anyone else get frequent crashes when running dolphin in 3D?
I swear I can't seem to get very far in the games before it freezes/locks up, forcing me to hard quit.

If it wasn't for that I would be playing this more as Last Story looks awesome in stereo.

I was getting the odd occasional crash while playing Wind waker, I heard someone mention that one of the windows updates was causing worse performance in dolphin

1. Zelda - Wind Waker (gamecube) wow, this looks stunning, use the widescreen hack in the advanced, and you will be playing windwaker in perfect 3d, widescreen in perfect hd, its amazing how lovely the assets in this look when upscaled, so glad i never completed the game years ago, the art style has made it timeless too, the only problem is you will have to play through dragon's roost with a horrible effect at certain sections, do it, once past its perfect again.

Is that the only place you had issues in 3D? I got the latest rev and this is how mine looks:

i tried disabling enhancements but no matter what it looks liek this in 3D... the shadows are a little messed up too. looks great in 2D tho.

Its perfect except for the fire effect in dragon's roost.

I always use Dolphin 3.0 in general for most of the games i play unless in need a specific revision for a certain game.

Haven't seen this thread so far. Good to know there are other people using Dolphin in stereovision.

What I really like on the Wii is: Thanks to the Wiimote, Railshooters like Ghost Squad and House of the Dead 2 & 3 can be played in full glory 3D stereovision, which is totally awesome. I can also recommend Mario Party 9, Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 and Tatsunoko vs Capcom.

Metroid 3 works very well with some Skybox depth issues, but "Metroid: Other M" doesn't work at the moment in 3D - there is some strange post processing used.

In general: I always use the latest git version from code.google.com but I couldn't use the 64bit version without several code tweaks.
The most important one is the frame buffer copy feature. Almost all games use this to display text or add glow or other effects by copying a screen area to a texture, modify some bytes or render effects on it and then write it back to the screen. By default you loose all stereovision during these operations because created textures of a sizes less than screen resolution are not 3d-emulated by NVidia.
Almost every game had issues in stereovision without correcting this: Mario Kart showed the lower right part of the screen in 2D, Super Mario Galaxy showed post processing in 2D from glow effects and on the HUD background in Luigi's ghost house and so on.
Let me know I you're interested in source patches or a build.

What I'm trying to figure out at the moment is how the games modify the frame buffer content. Once I've located this, it would be possible to disable any writes and achieve full stereovision in Skyward Sword and Twilight Princess Wii.

At the moment I can't check Wind Waker because GC emulation seems to be broken with the current build /crying.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':'(' />

Anyone tested Twilight Princess GC? How well does it play in 3D? I understand that the Wii version has issues on Dolphin, how big of a difference is in graphics between versions?

I played Twilight Princess YEARS ago on the real GC and Wii and couldn't really see a difference. Just tried both versions on Dolphin in stereovision: The GC version renders the scenery correctly, but it's still unplayable because water, flare and other effects are totally distorted.

Wind Waker looks indeed stunning. Where did you take the screenshot? I've got no issues whatsoever.
If you'd like to try my EFB fixed version: http://www.filefactory.com/file/c408f45/n/Dolphin_rar . But be aware, it's hardcoded to 59Hz and 720p (NVidia 3D TV Play).

Hi, thanks for your version. I tried to play through 3dtvplay and when I enable 3d Vision on dolphin, the resolution goes to 640 x 480 and don't work. Do you know why it's happening? Thanks.

the only difference between the gamecube and Wii is the fact that they are a mirror image of each other. Gamecube, link is a lefty whereas he is right handed in the Wii version :)

Uh, there are hundreds of settings. I've uploaded the whole package with all my settings here: http://www.filefactory.com/file/c4179af/n/Dolphin_rar
For some reason, my Optoma projector needs 59 Hz, so I had to hardcode this refresh rate because there's no setting in Dolphin for refresh rate - just like the majority of all games. Please try the uploaded complete version of Dolphin and if that doesn't work I recommend to compile a version by yourself. I can upload the code somewhere.
