I had exactly the same problem and it was all down to the 3D display driver. Go to nvidia web site and download the very latest beta 3D vision cd V1.34 beta and install unpack to your hard drive. Now go to the control panel/programs & feature and select the tab nvidia drivers and uninstall completely, this will force to pc into a reboot. If all went well and the drivers have been completely removed you should now have a VGA screen asking you to install your display driver, browse the folder where you downloaded and unpacked your driver and select the launch icon.
