I'm about to start my Masters dissertation which will look into the value of stereo-3D beyond movies, gaming etc.
One of the ideas is to implement a modern 3D solution into a Virtual globe such as Google Earth, Nasa World Wind or ArcGIS Explorer.
Does anyone know if the NVIDEA 3D vision technology would be able to render these programs in real-time stereo-3D just as it can for games?
Many thanks for your help,
David

someone should really make the nvidia emitter work with iz3d, since that means windowed 3d
