After changing the GPU (from GTX 680 to Titan X) I have a lot of crashes and 3D does not hold longer than ten minutes (before at least 1 up to 3 hours). Yes, I did a clean DDU before changing the GPU. For all I know and understand in this huge thread now, there is no fix / solution to the shader disynchronisation and there are plenty of different problems in terms of crashes. For my part, I will wait if future patches or drivers are changing those problems. Until then I leave GTA V on the side. The game looks so good in 3D, but all those issues make unplayable for me at the moment. My specs are in the signature.
Some bad reflections during the day, far away, like shaders from buildings as you can see with joined print screens ...
I've had same effect. It's only exists when Shaders Quality are set to NORMAL. Rise it up a bit, and it will disappear. Also, setting SQ to NORMAL degrades visual quality significantly (unlike I've said before). Have fun :-)

AFTER installing a new card, you need to reinstall the driver because I'm fairly sure the driver is not a universal driver, and installs based on the hardware that is available. Your phrasing suggests you did it before changing hardware, and that would do a clean install for your old GPU only. For the 3D desynchronization problem, I can offer that this is a known bug at NVidia, and they said they are working on it. They don't have a fix, but it's been reproduced and they are actively trying to find a solution. Assuming we cannot find a workaround, we can at least expect a fix some day. All the more reason to set this aside until it's working better. Although for whatever reason, I still don't see this desync problem. I get occasional crashes though.

Good news - The new 352.86 drivers that just got released has a fix for the Ultra grass setting issue in SLI. Also, I no longer have to use the Max Payne 3 profile for the text in one eyes issue.
