I played both Metro 2033 with 3D vision 2 and I was absolutely amazed!! The best gaming experience for sure.
So i have simply question. Is it possible to play the new Metro Exodus with 3D glasses?!
Did you play with those glasses?[/quote]
I have one solution:
Use metro 2033 last light 3d vision profile.
Disable Blur
For disable blur
in users/username/saveddata/metro exodus/76561198048577178/user.cfg
r_blur_level 0
r_game_mblur_scale 0.00
dof not in cfg file and r_taa_enabled 0 not working.
Ligthning and shadows cousing some wrong effects.
Maybe it can be also changed in cfg file.
But for now it not bad 3D vision
P.S.
In cfg is two lines
r_dbg_stereo_separation_base 0
r_dbg_stereo_separation_zoom 0
Maybe it‘s like in shadow of the tomb raider - 3D in game availeble, but off for now.

Motion blur and TAA are settings that are broken by default for 3D vision. Keep those in mind when trying out a new game. Are there any specific 3D issues to report (such as shadows) for when someone starts fixing this game?

I will buy next year when it will not be an exclusive deal anymore as I don't want to encourage that practice. Plenty of time for patches and pretty sure the game will be playable in 3D by then.

And TAA isn't something easy (or possible) to disable in shaders either, at least in other games. In some games I tried (Quantum Break, for example), the game still was shaking even if the AA effect disappeared.
So the previous Metro games had forced FXAA, and this one has forced TAA. I wish they could stop doing that.

I have found your description of CM "Unleashed" Mode. https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/1097032/3d-vision/3d-vision-compatibility-mode-quot-unleashed-quot-/1/
But not sure how to do this with Metro?
1 Open CT Table. With notepad?
2 Open the LUA Script. Where is the script?

Only passive 3D passive TV (produced till 22016) can do 4K 3D, but they aren't produced anymore. Good luck to find one

That is the old CT Table, which made me start working on the tool in the video. The tool is not released yet, but will be shortly.
For 4K, I used my Asus VG278HE 27' (1080p) 3D Montiro + DSR to 4x to get the 4K resolution. The game was rendering at native 4k, but the driver still displayed it on a 1080p resolution.

With epic launcher its not possible to run the same installation folder from two os’es like with steam for example.
There is no setting for the install folder, games ask this only when installed and if you try to point it to an folder
Where the game is already installed for the other os it simply does not do it.
