Turn of Vertex animation shaders, that should sort it.

Actually... that does not sort it out. I tried doing that (as well as disabling all the shadowing and other options) but the problem remains with the latest drivers.

Only ones that work for me, still, with WoW are the 78.01 combo... :(

I got the wow problem fixed by using the solution above. I turned off all vertex shaders using a program called RivaTuner. I think there may be an option to do this within wow itself, but I'm too lazy right now to double check.
