cs 1.6 in d3d and 3d vision Just get a black screen
cs in d3d works with the ir-transmitter dongle unplugged.
I plugged it back in again while the game was running, that didnt work, so restarted game and black screen.
Then I tried turning the "hide stereoscopic 3d effects" checkbox in nvidia control panel on, the plan was to turn the 3d effects on again after the game was started, but i get a black screen as soon as i start the game.

hi
First dont plug in the emitter while the game is running, that wont work. The hide option just hides the in-game text.
Try unplugging the emitter completely and see if it works.

The game works fine when the emitter is plugged out. And I get a black screen when it is plugged in. The black screen gives me the mouse cursor after like 4 seconds and task manager says not responding.
Cs 1.6 is old and I can't see you guys listing it in the compability list, maybe using the half life 1 profile will make it work? That's the same engine n stuff..
