Does Geforce GT 740M support 3D Vision Discover?
Geforce GT 740M (2GB). Does that card support 3D Vision Discover? I have installed the drivers, but cannot see anything connected with 3D. I found 3d vision drivers in C:\NVIDIA and installed them, but none of the installed components seem to be working. When I click Enable 3D Vision shortcut in Menu Start nothing happens. Does this card support it? Or perhaps there are some other drivers which enable to play games in 3d anaglyph mode?

I assume this is on a laptop, because of the M (mobile) part. Sometimes you can get anaglyph, and sometimes not. It depends mostly upon the laptop maker, and whether they disable that part of the software. You can try installing NVidia's main drivers, instead of what the laptop maker ships. The card itself definitely supports it- it's a question of the drivers and whether they foolishly disable it or not.
