IR controller stops working after a few minutes Annoying issue of IR controller stops broadcasting a
I am very very annoyed by this issue.

GEForce GT 435M with Nvidia 3d kit on windows 7 ultimate, 64bit (service pack 1)

when I plug in my the IR controller into a usb 3.0 port it lights light green. When I begin to play a movie with the 3d vision video player the IR controller lights bright green and I can see the movie in 3D with my glasses turned on.

The issue is that after about 15 - 30 mins the IR controller stops broadcasting turning light green again. When this happens I have to disconnect the IR controller from the usb port and plug it into the usb port again at which point it displays bright green and I can continue watching the 3d movie. This is extremely annoying. Any suggestions?

I'd start by trying a different USB port.
Or emitter cable if you have one that'll work.

Nope its not the power saving. Dim screen never, turn off hard disk never + the time when it goes off is random.

Maybe you should try a different movie player...
Some players(like Powerdvd) don't like it when something is happening on the background(desktop..steam/email notification) while playing a movie...
