I had trouble with the newest beta (326.80) as well, my usual routine is plug directly into my DLP, install the drivers and then plug back into my 5.1 RCVR and select Generic DLP and I get my usual 1080p@60. On the newest beta I can only use it if I'm plugged directly into the TV, otherwise I only get the option for Discover or Generic CRT.
I suppose we should mention or issues in the driver thread:

Well i can only hope that one of the drivers will work someday and i wont have towqorry about the unplug / pluging of emitter with risk of damaging the connection.

Something funny has started to happen these past days, now my emitter stays on Bright green even when note in 3D mode, btw i still have to unplug /replug emitter after a minute or so after booting PC. Anyone else have this problem with emitter on bright green ?

Well here is an update but not really know how or why it works.
I updated to the latest Nvidia driver and Gforce experience software and for the past 3 days my emitter stays on after reboot and finds my Asus monitor immediatly.
I though the disconnect was caused by Asus video tweaker but that did not change and it is still operating in back ground monitoring my vid card.
Thngs that make you go ummmmmmm

yes it would, but i would have really liked to know what changed to make mine work after all this time, don't get me wrong happy it works, but would have liked to share a fix with all experincing this bug.

new Nvidia driver out last night 327.23 with new Emitter driver, let's see if my emitter continues to behave, will monitor it for next couple of days and post result back here.
Maybe (crossfingers) this one corrected the issues for good.

Update :
after my disappointment with the above comment I decided to test something , so for the last day I have done shutdowns and fully let the PC boot up ( all programs load at start up) to see if the emitter was one of the programs that need to boot on prior to me having to unplug/plug.
since I am running on SSD my pc does boot fast and is ready to go except some programs need a bit more time to get loaded it seems i.e. Asus GPU tweaker. It seems like I was right, the Nvidia control panel finds my emitter / Asus monitor and loads every time but is longer than other start up programs.
If other could test this it might confirm my findings.

Gladjag, when testing this are you running a 3dvision game each time? If I don't run a 3d program my emitter works perfectly every time I boot. It's only when I actually use the 3d Vision system that the emitter fails on the following boot.

I had a motherboard surge, lost my emitter with the usb burnout.
Emitter worked fine with old mobo.
Bought new emitter + mobo and I have this happen. NEVER, happened with old emitter.
Hi Graymatter,
well prior to last Nvidia driver update it would work fine and stayed on when running a 3D game.
But now it is sporatic might stay on or fall off so still trying to find that common demoninator i.e. waiting for full boot up of system.
Sorry to hear about the probelm eqzitara, i changed my mobo and i still had the problem and many different mobo where having this problem so not sure if it is mobo issue or usb
Thanks all for keeping this thread alive until we find a solution .

update bump:-)
been 5 days since last message, i have updated my bios to latest version, did a clean install of latest Nvidia driver 327.23, since i figured i would put all the chances on my side to try and find out why the emitter was not cooperating.
Well i can say that it is working as it should, but i do let all the programs loads (start up) before doing the good old plug / unplug and it seems to work now.
Not sure if this helps anyone or not, but figured i would put it out there.

Guess what.... just bought a Nvidia 2 3d kit and i have this same issue...been knocking with my head on the wall for the past 2 days
Every time i reboot my machine the emitter stops working ... i just get the dimmed green light and it simply doesnt activate 3d when i run a game or even the nvidia 3d test on nvidia control panel.... more, if with the emitter in this state you try to run the wizard to set up 3d again when it reaches the point where its suposed to go to 3d theres an error popping, at work atm but ill post the error later on, maybe it can give someone more into the subject an ideia....
