I don´t know if some of you like to play in 3D, i like it very much, but the thing is that the more i increase deepness, the more ghosting i get in game, anyone with the same problem/or solution for this?
My rig - Asus PG278Q, Nvidia 3D vison Kit 2, Clevo P771DMG, GTX 980M, I76700K

Are you sure ghosting would be the correct term to describe the issue? And it's only affecting this one game?
Generally ghosting is a hardware issue/quirk, due to the glasses + display not properly blocking out the previous image (either due to poor lens blocking + high contrast, or bad syncing between the glasses and display), and would usually be experienced in all cases, not just one.

It could be ghosting/crosstalk, as it is generally more noticeable when there is greater separation of the images (i.e. depth). When there is more separation, you often end up pushing one image further across into a region of high contrast with the image for the other eye.
That's why so many TV reviews say there is no crosstalk when they use 3d blu rays. Films normally have much less depth than we use when gaming.

Crosstalk is annoying. And can be a dealbraker...no it is.
Movies have usually low separation so the crosstalk is more visible than with games.
Thats why i use polarizers for movies and omega filtters for games with my dual projector setup.

Thank you for your answer, but after install the latest windows 8 drivers (i´m with win 10Pro), the ghosting appears; i didn´t use the glasses for a while, and they were working fine, but now, i notice some ghosting in my left eye, you can see it on this picture:

But in game, like COD III for example, everything is fine, even in movies, only in Magic Duels shows up like this:

Nvidia says that could be the glasses....but i think that if they were, i would notice more of this in other games/movies....
I notice also that the option in the wizard to control the external light, as disappeared..the option was this one

I play quite a bit of this (magic) and apart from the UI at screen depth it's pretty much flawless.
I am also not seeing a problem in your screenshots.

Almost certainly to be a configuration issue, or the infamous Gsync glitch but from what you have said I would say it's poor settings for 3d
With this monitor 3d vision can be great but it has significant crosstalk issues unless you configure it very specifically. I was disappointed with it until I set it up like this.
Brightness - 18 (this is the main offender to the ghosting and it may seem low but it's almost perfect in 3d)
Contrast - 50
Color temp - 95,98,98
Lightboost takes care of the rest, and I think the increased brightness in 3d due to this is why you must set the monitor to use such a low value.
also set Nvidia gamma settings to about .95 in the nvp
Use the 3dvision wizard with the eye test to set this up you will notice with these settings you can no longer easily discern between the two images per eye.
There will still be a touch of ghosting in certain games and lighting enviroments. gta 5 in the day is a good example because of the style they chose particularly with contrasts to the sky. But it's very good quality with these settings in general and as alot of people would have worked out by now around here I am particularly picky when it comes to 3dvision.

I would wager it's the display, but the easier way to test this would be to use a different set of glasses first (potentially easier to obtain another set of glasses vs another display).

Are you certain you are not being effected by the "Gsync Glitch."? that can effect this monitor.
When this occurs, you will have extremely crosstalk and ghosting. 3dvision is not working. you will see two images as if the glasses where not active.
I believe this is a conflict between the monitor trying to run Gsync and 3dvision at the same time. Or the Gsync module hitting an error state and crashing 3dvision.
Most of the time to can resolve this by making sure both gsync, Vsync and 3dvision are off in the NCP shutting down your computer and then physically removing power from the monitor for a few minutes.
Since your screenshots appear flawless to me I think you may have this issue.
Then plug it back up and it should be resolved. In very extreme cases you may have to do this and use DDU to reinstall the driver after doing the above. then, Make sure Gsync does not get turned on, I then set Vsync to adaptive, and finally enable 3dvision. Then it should be ok.
I have run into this problem a few times as I have three of these but with this process I haven't had to go to the extreme of reinstalling the driver and It doesn't generally appear again as long as you don't go nuts playing with NCP graphics settings or try to enable gsync.

Hello and thank you for your attention, i can tell you this, G-Sync never stays on with 3d Vision enable, NVCP doesn´t even allow it; as for the other advises, well, after the last Nvidia update, i was with ghosting in my left eye, now i have it in both

G-Sync can hang up driver side and display side.
When it hangs up via the display's module, you'll need to unplug it from the wall/power source for a minute or two, this will reset it. When this happens, you see right and left images and know that 3D is engaged, but the glasses will not sync.

Exactly, It can be both. When I first got my monitors I thought they were faulty. (and I guess at the least they have buggy implementation) But I haven't had the issue for a long time now, and following my guidelines It typically doesn't happen anymore.

I can´t understand what is going on....and i can´t test the glasses anywhere else.....Nvidia keeps saying that are the glasses, but with the last update of the Nvidia Drivers i´m not sure anymore
I also unplugged/plug in the emitter, restart the notebook, used DDU to uninstall the drivers, and install them back again......i really need some clarifying on this issue, because i have doubt if it really is from the glasses, or the driver

I saw by chance this thread. I have been having the same problem.
I have experienced a few times with the problem caused by [color="green"]G-sync[/color]. I have solved it like[color="orange"] Necropants[/color] and [color="orange"]D-Man11[/color]

I would be surprised if it's an issue with the color profile, but when I check I am actually using that same one.... Interesting.
Brightness definitely effects crosstalk significantly with this monitor, which is why mine is so low.

When this occurs, you will have extremely crosstalk and ghosting. 3dvision is not working. you will see two images as if the glasses where not active.
I believe this is a conflict between the monitor trying to run Gsync and 3dvision at the same time. Or the Gsync module hitting an error state and crashing 3dvision.
Most of the time to can resolve this by making sure both gsync, Vsync and 3dvision are off in the NCP shutting down your computer and then physically removing power from the monitor for a few minutes.
Since your screenshots appear flawless to me I think you may have this issue.
Then plug it back up and it should be resolved. In very extreme cases you may have to do this and use DDU to reinstall the driver after doing the above. then, Make sure Gsync does not get turned on, I then set Vsync to adaptive, and finally enable 3dvision. Then it should be ok.
I have run into this problem a few times as I have three of these but with this process I haven't had to go to the extreme of reinstalling the driver and It doesn't generally appear again as long as you don't go nuts playing with NCP graphics settings or try to enable gsync.

couldn´t be a driver problem rather than the display?
When it hangs up via the display's module, you'll need to unplug it from the wall/power source for a minute or two, this will reset it. When this happens, you see right and left images and know that 3D is engaged, but the glasses will not sync.

I followed what you have said, same thing......and after the last Nvidia update (yesterday), the ghosting is now affecting both eyes, and get much worst.....
I can´t understand what is going on....and i can´t test the glasses anywhere else.....Nvidia keeps saying that are the glasses, but with the last update of the Nvidia Drivers i´m not sure anymore
I also unplugged/plug in the emitter, restart the notebook, used DDU to uninstall the drivers, and install them back again......i really need some clarifying on this issue, because i have doubt if it really is from the glasses, or the driver

I saw by chance this thread. I have been having the same problem.
I have experienced a few times with the problem caused by G-sync. I have solved it like Necropants and D-Man11
This problem is often happening to me too. Especially after driver updates.
You must fully charge the glasses .Sometimes just solves this problem.

my settings for 3D
Disable G-sync first and desktop change 120hz. After enable 3D. (To reduce driver bugs)
Contrast - 40 (This value is more important)
Color temp - 99,100,100
Brightness - 21 but there is no effect in that 3D.

Brightness definitely effects crosstalk significantly with this monitor, which is why mine is so low.
