Since this game will be released tomorrow I would really appreciate it if someone could confirm my hope and tell us: Yes, it's running fine under 3D vision. To me this is the kind of game that really needs 3D vision support........

Shadows and glare etc rendered at screen depth. Ghosting. Very hard on the eyes. And you can't turn things off (not that I like too anyway) . You can only select lo-hi graphics settings. Real shame. Was thinking this would be a blast in 3D.
It's got me nervous about Blur now. Played the hell outta the demo of that on 360, and figured I'd get it on PC rather than console for the 3D and better res/graphics (cheaper too!) ;)
But now I'm thinkin having my hopes up is a bit optimistic.
I don't get it. If Sega can get their Sonic racing game so flawless in 3D (by accident it would seem, since there's no profile for it) why can't these other clowns? Problem with Sega's racing game is they decided in 2010, an awesomely fun kart racer didn't need online. Weird...
Ah well... if it's gotta be a 360 purchase, at least there'll be a gazillion people to play against i guess.

It does run in 3DV, but not well. In fact it doesn't run well at all, at all.
When trying to change resolution it crashes, and in 1024x768 everything is just a blurry mess - virtually unplayable in 3D.
Shadows and lighting effects seems misplaced and there's no "advanced" graphic options, only Low/Mid/High etc.
There is a .ini configuration file in My Documents but I can't access it through notepad.
these are really dissapointing news. To me it seems as a missed opportunity. This game in gorgeous 3D would have been......well, gorgeous. Anyway thanks for trying it out!

This game plays perfectly in 3d on Tridef drivers (generic no profile), in fact it is the best 3D game experience I have had to date, by comparison it is a very poor 3D experience if using 3D vision / 295. That it plays so well on Tridef suggests the current issues can be fixed by a good profile, I hope nvidia will help you out a lot quicker and better than it did with Bioshock etc.
This game is literally in another dimension of experience and playability when comparing 2D to 3D, OK in 2D but a total grin in 3D. Once fixed be aware that it will probably take 480SLI and a good CPU (physics by Havok) to play this game on very high quality settings in 3D, but there is some chance 1 480 might do it if its' driver is well optimised or at least better than ATI's current driver which is poorly opimised (5970 cores only running around 55%). Using a OCed i7980 and 5970, 12GB RAM and 4 SSDs on a hardware RAID card provides a magnificent 3D experience on high settings (Tridef 3D driver) but even this rig cannot make even a reasonable slide show in this game on very high quality settings.

good info!, i hope nvidia include a split/second's profile with next 3d vision drivers, this game should be like disney's game "Pure", awesome
by now, i prefer flatout2, the best pop out experience with 3d vision

But upon your recommendation, I went and purchased the tridef drivers. Now I can play SS on 480SLI at a solid 9-10 frames per second on Hi.
And you forgot to mention the whole game freezes when loading the track if graphics are set to Very Hi.
Not exactly 'awesome'.
Disney made "Pure", one of the best games, in 3D too.

the game is officially out since yesterday. There must be someone who knows the truth: Does is run under 3D vision?

in 3D, its still more fun in 3D( even with its flaws)for
