I'm getting random "flickers", where the depth or convergence will switch to something way off what I had it set to, then back again. It only lasts for a second at a time, so it's hard to quickly judge which it is that's flickering (depth or convergence), but it's weird.
It has been at least a week since my glasses were charged though, so I'll give it another try after doing that.
I used the Helix Debug, to delete the new shadows added and this will fix the game.

Then extract it all, where the .exe is.
Thanks for your efforts. However, I followed your instructions here to the letter and there are still broken shadows from characters. Are these shadows a remaining issue (not possible to delete) or is the fix not working for me?
I haven't added any other mods to the game, such as Eqzitara's HUD fix. I just put your shaderoverride folder and d3d9.dll into the Walking Dead Season 2 folder.

Flickering turned out to be a Win 8.1 issue present in a number of games, I resolved that by reinstalling 8. Has anyone else looked at this game yet, it seems there are still a few issues. I'll happily gift it to anyone willing to take a look.

Shadows could probably be fixed, but I do not code.
