Glasses strobing (really noticeble on dark screens)
I just upgraded from a gtx 260 to a 570 and im noticing that the glasses keep strobing slightly. Like, the tint in both lenses gets lighter and then darker, about one per second. The lenses are still in sync with the right frames, and 3D works and all, but its really annoying because its like someone keeps turning the brightness up and down on my screen, but i know its the glasses of course, because they do it no matter what i look at.

someone please tell me you know what im talking about and how to fix it, its driving me mad! Maybe its just a coincidence that the glasses are messing up now that i changed cards? havent used them for almost a week until today...

I had this problem after updating to the newest drivers a few weeks ago. I had to completely remove all nvidia drivers from the control panel add remove programs thing, reboot a few times to do that and then did a complete reinstall of the newest drivers (choosing to wipe all user settings). Also I changed the setting during 3d setup to be no remotes or other devices (boosts power/range) and haven't had issues since. I'm using a acer h5360 and a gtx 460

thanks for the reply, i'll try these things out. i know i selected the option for having other IR devices during setup, cause of my wireless KB , but i'll try the other ssetting and see if it helps.

Well, i ran the setup again and went with the option for no other IR devices nearby and the strobing stopped. Weird, but im happy its gone.
