I have a finished a sample video in Cyberlink PowerDirector 11 using stereoscopic 3D. I rendered the video in separate runs as both an MPEG4 AVC and H.264 AVC formats at 1920x1080 resolution using SBS Half Width "squished" L/R.
I have an Asus 3D Monitor and am using the Nvidia 3D Vision2 kit. Once the video was rendered, I popped it into the Nvidia 3D video player and it looked beautiful, overlaying both the L/R eye videos almost perfectly.
So I figured it would be a simple process to upload the video to Youtube and be able to view them in 3D with my Nvidia shades using Youtube HTML5 3D with the newest version of Firefox. I've had no problem in the past viewing other 3D videos this way.
The problem is when I view the video in FF on YT, I still see the SBS images separated instead of overlayed. I did some research and it kinda seemed like I needed to use the WebM (VP8/Vorbis) instead of an mp4 or m2ts AVC file for an HTML5 video.
So after playing with a few converters I finally managed to convert the video to WebM. I popped the new video back into the 3D player and it worked fine again. After re-uploading to YT, I STILL only see the separate images instead of them being mashed together.
I have yt3d:enable=true and yt3d:aspect=16:9 in the tags. I also noticed when I look at Stats for nerds on a HTML5 3D I see "mime type=video/webm; codecs=vp8.0,vorbis" but my video says "video/mp4;codes=avc1,mp4a".
Here is the YT video in question:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pL4uOMOkOic&feature=html5_3d
Here is the actual WebM file for it, I uploaded to MF (encoded at a low bitrate, only 50 MB): http://www.mediafire.com/download/c2aola7tgkst172/SC_Demo01.webm
----
I was wondering if anyone could DL the video and see if it works in their Nvidia 3D video player and if they have any success uploading it properly to YT as an HTML5 3D.
At this point I've spent several hours re-encoding and uploading and I'm fed up with trying anymore. I kind of want to know if this is a YT bug and not something I did wrong. Anyone have any ideas?

Probably this bug with FireFox:
https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/544902/firefox-issue-with-fullscreen-3d-playback-of-youtube-3d-videos/
Is it only in full screen mode when it fails?
The video plays in HTML5 when embedded, it just doesn't overlay the L/R images, they play simultaneously side by side instead. It's not really an issue of full screen or not. And I have no problem viewing any other 3D video in FF.
Did the YT display properly in FF for you? Or the 3D vision player?
----
I also just tried dropping it inside a local html file like:
<div class="video-js-box">
<video id="example_video_1" class="video-js" width="640" height="360" controls="controls" preload="auto" >
<source src="SC_Demo01.webm" type='video/webm; codecs="vp8, vorbis"' />
</video>
Same effect, darn...still no clue.

[s]Tried the YouTube link but it doesn't work for me. But, none of the YouTube 3D Videos work for me. Using FireFox, the setup check gives me green boxes for HTML5 and Firefox, but no video works properly with 3D Vision that I can tell. It seems to me that Youtube is more busted than they said.
[/s] edit: seems to work
I think your uploading and encoding is fine, Youtube knows it's 3D, and allows all the alternate viewing like cross-eyed and anaglyph and side-by-side for 3D TVs. Just 3D Vision itself that is busted there.

Update. I got this working, and your video did play in 3D Vision through YouTube.
Two things were necessary, I had to run Aero (normally off because it sometimes causes 3D problems), and I had to set the NVidia control panel to Set Up Stereoscopic 3D to the Always display in 3D mode. Once I did that and passed the HTML test, I could play any YouTube video in 3D, so it's not busted after all. Also worked in full screen or normal web page.
(older version of FireFox 20.0.1, then also latest at 22.0.0)

Its got wrong eye order for me. But yeah html5 process can take like 24hours.
Youtube 3D is kind of hit and miss. It works 8.5 times out of 10. Then that 1.5 it doesnt process html5 or it doesnt listen to you about eye order
[You have to go into settings and keep telling it the right eye order after uploading like a dozen times and it will generally fix it sometime later. Like if its on left and should be on right. I goin change to right, click save. Change to left then right click save. Repeat like 10 times. Exit. It sorts itself out ussually]
All my videos are uploaded same way. H264 but just some of them don't work in html5 and I sometimes have to beat it up to get the right eye order. https://www.youtube.com/user/3DGAMINGMOVIES
3Dvisionlive I never have an issue with but its not really popular. I like it better but yea, no embedding and not that popular. http://www.3dvisionlive.com/ugc/25076/mirrors-edge-3d

Good call on the wrong eye order. I thought the 3D looked funny, but couldn't quite put my finger on it.
Just some 2c:
The fast cutting to all new places makes it hard to keep focus.
For out of screen effects, you really do not want to clip the edge of screen, it destroys the effect.
The compression is way to high. In the outer space sequences, you can see little squares everywhere.
