TC first for sure. Albion (sp?) Prelude is just a small game to bridge the story between TC and X:Rebirth, which should be out in a few months. AP pretty much assumes that you already know what you're doing and will hand over some fairly serious ships to you very early on.

Tips? Don't do the Terran start. The earthers have HUGE space stations with HUGE landing patterns. I wouldn't mess around in there until you've got a docking computer to teleport you right into the landing bays. Other than that, I can't help much. I barely played the other games at all so I'm not sure what has changed.

Sorry for the double post

What controls do you guys use? I am attempting to use my 360 pad but it does very little.

Do you use M&K, 360 or both? Any tips gratefully received.

Thanks!

Mouse & keyboard for sure. There are way too many commands for a gamepad to handle.

I tried using a joystick for awhile but I'm more into trading and building epic rat nests of station complexes than shooting things up. The more battle oriented players could do well with a stick, though, particularly when in smaller fighters.
