Just saw the official announcement that Fable 3 is due out on May 17th and will have 3D Vision support. I admit I enjoyed playing the first one on the PC and the second one on the 360. Having official 3D Vision support means its a guaranteed purchase for me.

A lot of people tend to dislike the type of comedy & casual play thats found throughout the fable games. You stand it up against the likes of Oblivion, the witcher, fallout series, and at a glance you could be forgiven for considering it to have donkey-balls kiddie humor with kiddie mechanics, and kiddie questlines. However if like me you welcome a break from games that are more serious and want to just run wild around a comedic fantasy world then its a good bit of fun.
Some people hated the Fable 3 trailer with the revolutionary chicken, some loved it. I think it all comes down to how receptive you are to the comedy.

I bought all 3 Fable's. TBH they are all way too similar. Its comedy was good but but overall I did not enjoy it. Story was piss poor. (Better then second.) Combat has gotten worse in every installment since first as well. 3D will probably get me to play it again since I couldnt even finish it before.

Heres hoping the PC's new "Hardcore" difficulty mode makes the combat less button mashy and forces at least a bit of strategy.

I'll get this one no doubt, I loved Fable 2 although the ending was weird, since I don't play 2d games any more I missed Fable 3, now this is a definite buy for me too.
The first Fable, I tried it on PC and 3d to see how it looked like, overall the 3d is really good but, iirc, some trees and maybe even the sky were at the wrong depth so it could become unplayable, very annoying. Graphics look dated too, but that's to be expected.
