Hi, i have VR glasses from Headplay, i have selected 3D Nvidia VGA in the imput options of the Glasses.
When i start the 3d setup wizzard in the nvidia control panel (have the latest version) only some shutterglasses and red-green glasses are avilable options, no left/right stereo.
If i enable stereo in the outside menu and start a game i only get 2d images on the Headplay display, also after using the 3d hotkey.
How do i enable a left right stereo picture in the control panel?

i'm not sure if you can? :(
if you were using the old drivers on a gforce 7 gx2 card you could enable many options for stereo output. but nvidia has done a dirty trick and disabled all the other stereo options in there new drivers. only 'there own' glasses work now as well, when before you could run any cheap set of shutter glasses. They hve even disabled support for Open GL titles. :( this pisses me right off! . I would have thought some programmer/mod boffin could have overridden this by now. I guess not :(

Even if they want to sell there own glasses, the do not offer any glasses with screens just shutter type and polarized, so Nvidia will not loose any sales on those if they support VR Glasses with displays.

Nvidia used to support those glasses, and a whole lot of other products. However after the 8800 came out, they stopped updating their driver for 3D. A few years later, Nvidia 3D Vision glasses came out, and because basically the only thing they officially support. If you want to use Headplay or other HMDs you need to have an antique computer with Windows XP and a series 7000 GeForce card (ie 7900). There is no support in Vista/7 or with any card 8800 or above.

Even if they want to sell there own glasses, the do not offer any glasses with screens just shutter type and polarized, so Nvidia will not loose any sales on those if they support VR Glasses with displays.
Can i get a response from Nvidia for this?
