I dont know what happend. I just restarted my pc and now my monitor shows only the left side of the picutre right stays black even if i am booting up and in bios.
So this looks like a hardware effect- is it broken? can i test anything else?

Pull the power plug out of the monitor for 10 seconds and plug it back in.
One of mine did this and the above fixed it.

Pull the power plug out of the monitor for 10 seconds and plug it back in.
