as above, 3d is not working on my monitor i tried installing TriDef and it says 3d is not connected. everything is 3d capable, we cn do this over remote assistanc eor teamviewer to make it only take 10 minutes im sure.

That monitor was designed to work with 3D Vision glasses and an Nvidia GPU. As I recall you must be running 3D Vision at the same time along with TriDef and you take a pretty big performance hit.
Why are you using TriDef for that monitor? A particular game?

Just for the record no one here is actually NVIDIA customer support. The mods barely ever even come in here. This is just users and fans of 3D Vision helping, or at least trying to help, other users.
Like D-Man said I'm pretty sure you need to have 3D Vision working before you can even enable TriDef. From a quick google search it looks like you need an emitter and glasses for that monitor, ie the 3D Vision Kit. Basically, 3D needs to be working, 3D Vision, before 3D will work, TriDef.
So do you have a 3D Vision kit and is 3D Vision working?
If you have 3D Vision and 3D is enabled and you still can't get TriDef to work, well that's something you should probably take up with the TriDef forums.
If not well maybe someone here can help lead you in the right direction.

It will never work with an AMD Radeon GPU.
It requires the 3D Vision kit to work.
The 3D Vision kit (glasses and emitter) only work with Nvidia GPUs and Nvidias Drivers.
The use the USB connection and will only activate with Nvidia drivers.
You need to get either an Nvidia GPU or get a different monitor that is compatible with AMDs Radeon GPUs,
si, and yes they are hd compatible sli, only 2x though
You mean Crossfire, SLI is for NVIDIA cards and Crossfire is for AMD cards.
And like D-Man said the monitor and 3D Vision are both for NVIDIA GPUs only.
From the looks of it you have 1/2 of one system, 2 AMD GPUs, and half of another system, NVIDIA 3D Vision and Monitor.
I'm guessing the cheapest route would be to get a new GPU, say a GTX 670 or something comparable to 2x6850s. At the moment there's better 3D all around on the NVIDIA side of things with the HeliX Mod an all. The only problem is TriDef, are you running the trial? If you purchased it on an AMD GPU the license is for that only and will not work on an NVIDIA GPU. That said you don't need TriDef, a lot of us don't even use it, we just use 3D Vision.

are you positive? because all the other 3d glasses work, except for nvidia? it doesnt make sence when the program itself isnt detecting a amd card when amd is supported by the program
"tridef 3d" so again, its the monitor

If you're going to continue down the route of wanting 3D using your AMD cards and TriDef then I strongly suggest you search out either AMD support or an AMD forum and the TriDef forums.
Also you'll want to look into a new monitor as that's an NVIDIA 3D Monitor as you can see here:

Your problem isn't with NVIDIA 3D Vision and maybe not even with TriDef, it's with hardware incompatibilities. It's like you're trying to use a 360 controller on a PS3 and everyone's telling you it won't work but you can't seem to see why.

One of the user reviews:
Pros: I personally like the design others might not.
I have been gaming non stop and have yet to see "dead pixels" or half my screen going out yet, so please don't just listen to the people who have these issues and try it yourself, I recommend it.
The 3D works great, I use it for movies but cant use it for gaming as I use an AMD card.
Cons: Sucks 3D won't work for games since I use a AMD card

Other Thoughts: I recommend it from my personal experience
