Hello,
I have a problem with Battlefield 4, even with Helix mod (or without), the game does not allow me to enable (neither enables it automatically) the 3D emitter. Nevertheless, if I select 3D Vision discover as 3D mode in Nv CP, then it works without problems (!).
I am using drivers 361.43 and also 372.54 and the problem is the same, I guess it is irrelevant to driver version, I use Win 10 x64. I have done several clean installs using DDU last version, no success, no change.
Monitor driver is ok, I have reinstalled it several times.
Other games work normally with 3D Vision and shutter glasses. I really do not know what more to do.
Do you have some idea about what could be the problem, please? I am going to throw the towel and forget that game, but I would like to play it (campaign) in 3D.

This is strange.
Are you sure you are running exclusive fullscreen mode? not borderless fullscreen ?
You can always try to run the game.exe as Always Administrator (properties page of the exe).
Other than this, I have no idea:(

Just tested it here, and it's working correctly. Latest download version of B4, latest Origin.
Win7, driver 368.22.
I did have it avoid going to full screen because of a stupid TeamViewer feature that modifies the title bar. Make sure you don't have any software installed that jacks with the title bar.
Also, make sure no overlays are running, they are always problematic.

Thanks for the advices. I am using Fullscreen (I have checked it once more), I have put 'Run as administrator' in the propierties page of bf4.exe and bf4_x86.exe, tried both too, I have tried also to close CCleaner, disable Norton and other security software, as well as other resident ones. The only 'overlay' I can't disable is Origin itself, as the game would not start without it.
The only thing special, is that I have two monitors and two GPUs: GTX580 & Quadro K620. Anyway I have disabled the Quadro and disconnected the other monitor to make the 3D one become the '1', but anyway it does not change anything, I can't enable 3D emitter in BF4.
As anaglyph do work, I have to think is something related to the monitor or fullscreen as you suggest, but I don't know what more to check, specially when it works fine in other games...
Could it be windows 10 x64 ? Is someone running BF4 fine in 3D under windows 10?
