PLayed this for the first time tonight, maxed out, fiddled with in-game settings to get it right. OMFG - amazing! It's gone straight to the top of my best 3D experiences so far. Dalaran in 3D with the settings maxed out - gorgeous!

I bought a couple of GTX460's, if I ever get my additional monitors I want to run surround, but I'm seeing flickering in WOW on 258.96.
Not the sort of 3D glasses flickering, but occasional partial 1 frame corruption, it only happens with SLI and only with 3D enabled, I've verified it's not glasses flickering, by playing in 3D mode without the glasses on.
I've tried forcing the alternate frame modes and it doesn't help.

I'm using 2 Gigabyte GTX460's, on a DFI LP DK X58-T3eH6 motherboard, I7/920

Oddly enough turning up the graphics settings fixed this.
I then had issues with tearing, but enabling triple buffering fixed that.

So. Patch 4.0.1.
Before this patch, I must say it worked flawlessly for me (OK, only few really small issues).
Now - hell.
1st I was not able to start S3D at all. Clicking in menus to enable it - nothing.

Than I edited config.wtf file and added: SET gxApi "d3d11"
Than run again. Wow. Works in S3D now. But... going into advanced options, there's no more S3D options?!?!!!!
Also, water doesn't work for me with d3d11 at good/ultra settings. Not to mention some other issues, like nameplates being rendered at 2D depth.

Overall as S3D goes, extremely disappointed with this patch.

Friend of mine actually managed to get new 'improved' water, but he has weird reflections in it (not properly rendered).

Btw, tried also with latest beta drivers... gfx card is 275GTX on Win7 x64.

Sigh, I know.

Not running DX11 here, but anything past "fair" for the water gets me busted up reflections and whatnot. Lowest is the old water.

Every thing else works fine for me, though I wish they'd fix the damn skybox issue after all this time.

I'd like to see the real new water in 3D. Switching out of S3D of course makes the water proper at max setting...

I wish they'd keep this working right.
