Nivida 3d vision 2 Compatibles displays help
My question is, any tv or monitor that says 120hz is compatible with nvidia 3d vision glases 2? or only the monitors in this page (http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-displays.html) I read a lot of things about 3d vision but im not sure about the displays, i dont know which display i have to buy. The page listed before have some monitors that im sure that there are compatible, but that monitors are too expensive and hard to find in my country. And i want a "little" TV instead of a big monitor, and in the page i cant see any TVs. For example, this TVs are compatible with nvidia glases 2 ?? : ("Tv Led 42 Philips Pfl 4908g/77") ("Samsung C6 6030 Led Tv 40'' 3d") I think that the TVs aren't compatible, but i'dont know. You can recomend some goods displays compatible and cheap? Thanks for your help PD: sorry for my bad english, im from argentina

The only 3D HDTVs that are officially supported via 3D Vision are the older Mitsubishi HDMI 1.3 DLP displays that are listed in that link. Newer HDMI 1.4 compliant 3D HDTVs are supported via 3DTV Play and require that you use the manufactures glasses or compatible 3rd party glasses. Nvidia's glasses will not work with 3DTV Play. http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dtv-play-overview.html Also, if you are using Windows Vista, you'll need to use driver 313 or older.

Asus VG248QE and Benq XL2411Z appears to be some of the cheapest clocking in at just below 3000SEK. Adding a 3D vision kit adds to the price and going for multiple glasses bring the price even higher. In my opinion you need at least two glasses to be able to share the experience. By comparison non 3D Vision monitors can be found around 1500SEK. A dell IPS brings the price back up to 3000SEK without 3D Vision. The NVidia page is not completely up to date as ASUS ROG Swift is nowhere to be found.

I don't think you need two pairs of glasses. Not unless you regularly game with a friend on the same PC.

Ohh thanks you for the answer!!! Asus VG248QE is like a very good choice at low price, i will try get a 27''(because i normaly play in a 32'' tv and i think im going to feel the diference a lot with a 23'' monitor) and if i can't, i'm going to buy the VG248QE. Yes i was thinking that i'm going to need 1 kit Nvida glases version2, and another glases. Just for fun, i will tell you guys that here in argentina, we must pay like US 1000 for a Asus VG248QE (yes, and that is very cheap here) i want the VG2478HE but cost US 1500 here :( so cheap is live in USA

That's really expensive if true. Tolls? Low demand? High markup? I think my killer app for getting 2 pairs of glasses was the photo viewer and my 3D camera which has completely disappeared.
