@Kilo9
I was getting that driver issue, because i was fixing Compute shader in this game and the hand fixed code for the shader have an issue with a loop. But now i don't have crashes. Try using the profile from SW:Battlefront with this game and also only for testing, use the "user.cfg" file included in the Battlefront fix (disable CS Lights). Maybe there is something else with those CS in this engine, that produce that crash in some machines.
@helifax
I always use Vsync = off in game options (any game) and force the Vsync in the NVCP. But i will double check if that option was ON or OFF in-game. i always need to use some kind of Vsync (NVCP works better), if not i always get an horrible screen tearing.
The funny thing is re-installing the driver fix it...and i don't change anything in the in-game options. Part of the routine when i install a driver is to turn ON Vsync in the NVCP.

Forceing VSYNC ON will break any frostbite 3 fix.
You can enable vsync using the console in the Game (RenderDevice.VSyncEnable 1). And is the way to go when using Frostbite 3.
Alternatively after a MAP is loaded you can set it ON in the game. (But the next map will be broken).
This has nothing to do with Screen tearing;) It's just how Frostbite 3 Engines behave.

If you encounter rendering problems;
VSYNC OFF in game
VSYNC OFF in NVPANEL (or "Let the 3D Application decide" option).
This will make the game load correctly every single time;)
Once a map is loaded you can set VSYNC ON in game.

Never have a problem in Frostbite games using Vsync NCVP = ON and Vsync in-game = OFF.....only the weekend when i have to quit the game killing the .exe game in the task manager (re-installing the driver fix it). Today night i will check if i was using vsync ON or OFF in the in-game option. Whatever option i was using in-game is the same before and after the issue (same in the NVCP). This Frostbite engine is full of surprises...

Tried SW:Battlefront profile and user.cfg after clean install of 375.70 WHQL - still getting same error (Post-Processing and Lighting was set to Medium, SSAO/HBAO - off)
UPD: looks like in my case this frequent crashes was caused by "3D Vision Eye Swapper" application, without it game runs more stable, but errors still comes up after every ~ 1-1.5 hrs of gameplay
Anyway thx for all your help and fantastic 3D fixes!

I was using Vsync = off in-game and ON in NVCP.
Now i start to test with Vsync ON and OFF and bam!...one of the times i have the same issue. BUT even using Vsync = OFF in-game and Vsync = OFF in NVCP the reflection is broken. No matter what i do is always broken.
Also i now change the shader cache = Off in NVCP and the issue persist....i know re-installing the driver will fix this....but i want to found the root of this issue....where is Nvidia Cache stored? ( i don't have this folder C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Temp\NVIDIA Corporation\NV_Cache)

Well...i have to re-install the driver to fix that s**t, never found the NV_Cache folder....hope this don't happens again or happens to other users, i will not touching anything in the game options again. This Forstbite engine is a Pandora's box :(

I want to finish the game first (i almost done...i suppose) before i upload the fix in the blog in case i found more issues. Game looks very nice and this game benefits a lot in S3D....a few times i made some wrong movement and fall from a building to the street...those falls i feel it in my stomach
Also add a HUD-less option.
