To start this, I have a htpc that has a gts-450 card that I was satisified with and never required any support from a level one monkey. When I saw 3dtv play I decided to jump on the 3d band wagon and used the nvidia web site listing "supported" equipment. Everything was fine until I decided to add a "supported" "home theater reciever". I went with the pioneer vsx-921-k that is listed as "supported". After the usual go around with level one, he contacted level 2 and his attitude changed and stopped short of admitting that there is a problem passing 3d through the pioneer reciever. I was ok at that point that there was an issue and it would be addressed like most other respectuful companys do. Let me add this, this is not my first rodeo. It is ok to use the "if we are able to create this" the first time but a month later to hear the same story is crap. The level one monkey should be able to test my config in a lab or are they just script readers? Other devices work fine passing 3d with this avr except for my gts450. I don't have to take this lying down. My first recourse will be contacting my states attorney general and if that doesn't result in real support you can come here and argue you point in small claims court that you have provided support as stated on your web page. I'm not asking for sbs at 60 hz or anything more that what should work, and if not; I should get more than "if we can recreate it". That is a lame excuse to not support equipment as promised. My projector is a epson 3010 but that isn't the issue and makes me wonder why he wanted info on that instead of the reciever. The projector can see the framepacking signal and changes to the correct mode, there is only a black screen when the reciever is connected. This is crap nvidia!
