Mike fixed Splinter Cell: Black List awhile back, and the Humble Bundle has it on the best possible sale we've seen. $10 minimum to get it, but that also includes another 11 games, which surely you don't have them all. https://www.humblebundle.com/

Well, I know this one is old, and by that I mean really old. Somehow I never really played Blacklist back in 2014 (although I was fiddling with Mike's fix and SweetFX). Now I would like to play the game and the fix still works even with the latest driver (had to disable UPlay-Overlay though) but there is one problem I can't solve: I am using high convergence settings for all my 3D Vision games and this means that all those scope-equipped weapons in Blacklist are broken as the scopes in scope-view are completely out of sight with no visible reticle. So I need a second "zero-convergence"-setting that kicks in when I hold the aiming-button on my XBox Elite pad. If Blacklist was a Steam game this shouldn't be a problem as I just should be able to use the glorious Hotkey-setting of the 3D Fix Manager. But since this is a UPlay game I am at a loss at what needs to be done to get this "zero-convergence"-preset applied to my gamepad's left trigger. I even tried to add Blacklist to the Steam Database but wasn't able to create a profile for 3D Fix Manager that let's me install the raw 3D Migoto wrapper so I could use the hotkey-feature (also I guess the raw 3D Migoto wrapper would interfere with Mike'S 3D fix). I really wonder why nobody else has asked this here or on the fixes blog page. Everyone is praising the fix (and that with good reason) but nobody is asking how to fix the convergence while aiming with a scope. Since the scope-view should break even with low convergence settings I would assume that everybody should have problems with the scopes!? Any idea?

[/quote] Looks like that game is actually DX9, which means the fix is HelixMod based, not 3Dmigoto. There is already a setting in DX9Settings.ini for the O key to change convergence, you can follow that example, or change the convergence there to 0, if you want a quick fix. You can still add custom key settings, but it's not as clear. I'm not exactly sure how an Elite pad will work here, but maybe. You can set convergence fairly easily in a KEY sequence, the only tricky part will be mapping that to the Elite controller. Maybe dig around in other DX9 game fixes, and see how someone else did this.

Yep...also helix wrapper is not that friendly than 3Dmigoto.....for the KEY you need to found the number that correspond to the key in the keyboard and for the value of convergence you need an hexadecimal converter.....and later bind the key to the controller (you can found 2 or 3 good software that works ok...i remember use Xpadder with helix wrapper).

I already found the perfect solution! The Steam and UPlay names for Blacklist's installation directory differ a little bit. Because of that I couldn't use the 3D Fix Manager initially. After renaming the game-directory 3D Fix Manager instantly found the game and I could use the Manager's Hotkey feature (which also works for DX9 wrapper on a basic level). Here I just chose the "C"-key and set convergence to ZERO. Then I just mapped the C-key to one of the Elite Controllers backside-paddles using the glorious reWASD application. It works like a charm. Now I even can maintain nice convergence for scopeless-aiming and exclusively use "zero-convergence" for aiming with scopes. Thanks guys for the help!
