firstly, labtops are only used to mix chemicals and whatnot on.

secondly, it depends on what's in your notebook. you gave us no information, that's like me comming on the forums and saying "hey guys will my car beat my friends in a race?"

You will need a laptop with an Dual-Link-DVI connector. No chance over HDMI or Single-Link-DVI.

My Dell XPS M1730 should have a Dual-Link-DVI but I don't have the 3D-Vision kit so I can't test it.

Maybe a 3d-ready DLP-TV or DLP-projector works over HDMI but I'm not sure.
