I just got an Vizio 47" 3D TV that don't require the shutter glasses, instead it uses the Real 3D ones that you use at the theater to see 3D movies(I have 10 of these glasses)... and let me tell you that this thing works GREAT!... I use it on my pc to see 3D movies but I can't use it to play any 3D pc games atm. I'm hoping that Nvidia would do an update that would allow me to use this 3D setup someday.
I also have the Nvidia 3D Vision kit with the GTX 460 on my 73" 3D ready Mitsubishi, and its good and all but I have friends that like to come over and play on my 3D setup but I only have 2 shutter glasses and there are 5 of us... and not just that, I like to see 3D movies and play games with my wife and 2 kids from the pc but with just 2 shutter glasses its a bit hard.
So what I would like to know if in someday Nvidia would do any update that would allow me to use the Real D)) 3D setup to play my pc games in 3D...

Nvidia's support site says that 3dTVPlay supports this TV. Purchase 3dTV Play and you should be good to go sir.
Good price on a passive TV as well. I've had a first gen Vizio HDTV for years now. It's been a solid product. It's survived countless Hotwheels cars thrown at it from my boys when they were younger. They don't do that anymore (thank god) so a TV upgrade is in my near future. I'll definately look into this set, as I belive passive is the best way to go for family viewing. /thumbup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
edit: you already own a 3d vision kit. 3dTV play is supposed to be free for us kit owners... give it a try.
