What about starting a new Q&A thread with each driver release so you can gain feedback on bug fixes that are specific to a version. As new drivers are release then the previous thread can be retired. Should keep the thread shorter and manageable.

Looks like the 3DVision drivers that fix the CRT and DLP detection issues have been posted as beta in the driver download area. Remember, these are just the 3DVision drivers and the 195.81 drivers will need to be installed first. Good Luck!

I've asked for this before but will repeat it here for completeness - compatibility request for 3DVision, the benefit to users is tremendous but by opening up the mythical interoperativity box, Nvidia will ensure an avalanching effect surrounding its product, everybody will feel compelled to buy 3DVision, even and especially iZ3D, tridef and generic LCD shutter glasses owners.

195.39 BETA (CD v1.15) 2009.10.30 = Setup completes, working.
Thanks for fixing the detection issue. Please try not to break it again now that its working(like what happened between v1.15 and v1.16).
Its interesting to see two versions of the driver released at the same time(v1.18 for LCD, v1.19 for CRT/DLP/Generic).
Was there a problem using the same detection routine for all displays?(v1.15 was a single release and worked for all displays)
Remaining questions on this issue:
Will there be an alternate generic driver version released from now on? Is generic display support planned to be removed in the future?

This is extremely frustrating that the issue is fixed for CRT and not Samsung DLP. At some point I'm afraid Nvidia will just throw their hands up in the air as the number of devices broken decreases.

I'm waiting to buy a gtx295, if they fix i'll upgrade my gtx260 else i'll stay with it, as i have no real need to upgrade if i can't use glasses.

I just started to use my Viewsonic/3D Vision combo and I don't see any ghosting but I do have what looks to be a common problem here: Intermittent Flashing/Flickering in the glasses.
I get this in movies, pictures and games but its inconsistent. Very distracting.

I've got a Fujitsu Amilo Xi3650, 9600M GT HybridPower GPU
I can't find any driver compatible with 3Dvision, either on Nvidia nor Fujitsu site.
I've invested money in two 3D vision glasses, and a Acer H5360, 9600M GT is powerfull enough, but because of Hybridpower, I can't use all of this!!!
