Same as all other lego games: - 3D is excellent - Convergence is far too high (some cut scenes havd high pop out even when separation is dialled all the way down to minimum which is insane - No difference (that I can tell) between DX9 and DX11 versions - It does not suffer from the black flickering that Lego Jurassic World did Due to the convergence I am not going to be able to play this as is, I got a eye strain just watching the opening title screen and opening game screen.

Slightly off topic, not sure if you have Tried LEGO Worlds, but the game was perfect in 3D, then the latest patch makes your character disappear in 3D but not 2D (of course), the rest of the world is ok. Anyway try it and let us know if it is an issue for you as well. ~Nutz

Mike, any plans to do a 3d fix to allow manual convergence?

Thanks for that, but I don't have Jurassic World. I'm sure people would find it useful if it goes up on the blog though. No-one ever found a solution for Lego Marvel's coop camera, did they? One of them (I believe it was player 2) wouldn't track the player correctly in 3d, making it impossible to play 3D coop.

If it's using 3D Vision automatic the nvapi dll in 3DMigoto disables convergence locks by default and *should* work regardless of whether the game is DX9 or DX11 (kind been meaning to make that a configuration choice, but it's part of the original convergence map code from Chiri and I didn't want to touch that for fear of breaking it without a testcase).

I don't have the game to test, but my understanding is that it uses it's own internal 3d renderer, and shaders are broken when 3d vision automatic is forced.

I've fixed it now, but only in DX9. I'll post up the fix later. I might have a look at a DX11 fix, but I can fix a DX9 lego game in a couple of hours right now, and I can't see the difference between 9 and 11 anyway.

Fixing this game, I also finally cracked an issue with odds bits of lighting that I never worked out before in all games, so I am pretty happy about that. I can update the other games as well, because that always irritated me. I need to test the split screen mode, I have not done that yet.

I thought this game (Jurassic World) would work in 3D like the other LEGO games, but it had that flickering no one could fix. I had to play the whole game in 2D. How did you fix it? If you could share the updated fix, that would be great. Thank you. :)

If you search the Forum for "lego Jurassic" you should be able to find the initial alpha release in there (its only about 3 pages thread) and you will see that the black flickering is gone. The 'fix' was just to disable their own renderer and do my usual shader fixes for the game.
