Stalker Call of Pripyat Instructions on Partial Fix
  2 / 3
Try this instead of cursor lock. https://s3.amazonaws.com/HelixMods/stalkercall/shaderoverridetest.zip I had a lot of useless information in dx9settings.ini maybe it was triggering something. It may be due to right click feature though, I have no idea. Bioshock doesnt have that feature so it wouldnt effect you.

I am very thankful that there are guys like you out there, making great games greater when Nvidia doesn't. Btw/ is there a reason why I did not find that mod on Helix' blog? Drayth recommended the Stalker Complete series. I tried that some time before and found that it completely broke 3D crosshair, not only in scope mode. Only way to fix was to completely uninstall the mod *and* the game, and re-install the game (without Complete mod). That brought 3D crosshair back. I'll give your cursor lock fix a try this evening!

Does it stack with http://stalker.filefront.com/file/SMRTER_Pripyat;108615 That removes it.

I did try the shaderoverridetest.zip, but it does not fix the cursor issue. Thx nonetheless! I do not want to install the Smarter Pripyat again since I do not want to play a different game, but only one with 3D working. First try did not bring that, so I am happy with your fix ;)

May be other mods, to remove it. I didnt look too hard and didn't even really play it tbh. I really need to play New Vegas before I give it a shot.

If anyone uses this and wants to write a quick review of 2D/3D of game so I can use in blog I'd appreciate it. Like it hurts visuals a lot because of turning off dynamic lighting. Im trying to put everything I dont think is good enough for helixmod site on there so it doesnt get lost. And I dont want to put up a game I didnt play cause it looks like cheeks so would rather someone else's opinion.

Eqzitara, Thank you so much for providing a partial solution to Stalker Call Of Pripyat. I'd kindly like you to checkout the new release of Misery 2.0 Mod for Stalker Call Of Pripyat and consider to release a proper Helix Mod fix for us Stalkers from within the Misery mod world. Thank you, Sir.
If anyone uses this and wants to write a quick review of 2D/3D of game so I can use in blog I'd appreciate it. Tridef has a profile for Stalker COP that works for Shadow of Chernobyl too. Is it possible to see what this profile does to get it working with nvidia too?

So this fixes the sky with dynamic lighting enabled? I played through it in 3D with static lighting but having it the better lighting system would be great.

I don't know if I'm using this correctly but does this fix the double shadow image problem in Shadow of chernobyl?
Shadows of chernobyl Ugh, I hate it when doing profile stuff because always issue if sli/non sli has different issues. But am I only one who sees shadow issues? Even with dynamic lighting off. Prototype's profile fixes it but still. Also dont get your hopes up. I cant seem to inject sky shaders even unchanged. Ill try again in a few days but doesnt seem good.
That will. Remove shadow of chernobyl from its profile. Add to prototype with nvidia inspector.

Hmm, I'm running Dynamic Lighting. I never ran static lighting, though I did try removing SOC from its profile & then adding it to prototype profile. That double image is still happening, it's kind of like a ghosting image.
