The HUD is totally out of place, the eye images move fast when the convergence is increased, the same problem as with many other games. I think it may be easy to fix, but unfortunately I have no experience with fixes (I wish I could).

Unfortunately, I don't think there's anything we can do. I took a look at this game a while back & I recall that I couldn't find any textures for the HUD.
There's some lighting issues as well. Head lights & some building lights are screen depth.
