CD 1.40 big problem with 2233RZ magicbight Another new Nvidia bug
Yes, this is a beta driver, but I an suffering MAGICBRIGHT related problems since I bought the Samsung 2233rz monitor and Nvidia do not solved in so much time, so I assume that this new BETA PROBLEM will be another PERMANENT PROBLEM in future WHQL drivers. This is the problem:
Always, when I am surfering with firefox and seeying a windowed video, when I click to see it in full screen automatically the monitor change to FULL MAGICBRIGHT like if I was playing a 3D game, but of course I do not use the glasses and I have no intention to see the video in 3D. Magicbright at full bright and using to see 2D HURT MY EYES so much, and Nvidia would begin to think about the OCULAR HEALTH of consumers. Of course I can disable 3D when surfering, but it is not the solution.
Also I don´t know why Nvidia has never given us the possibliity to select the desired magicbright when playing a 3d game.

I really think Nvidia can´t handle a complex driver possible not done with solid basis, and so there are so much "bugs" and strange things when a new release is out. Some minutes ago I have experienced another new bug... only another one... I can´t use Flight Simulator X antialiasing 8S trough driver (last driver let me use) to prevents trees shimering. This is only another "little" bug that isn´t important for most people, but complicate the life if you use this game, as all other bugs you can find in any new release. People has adquire the habit to eat all kind of bugs and nothing can be done... we live in a "beta world" thanks to technology minds. Maybe the 1st in all this race to see who is more inefficient is Microsoft Windows, who show the others how to make a beta product and sell it like anything finished.
Another thing that let me think Nvidia is not doing well things is that I remember Nvidia 3d vision previous drivers had good support for games like oblivion, or opengl games like quake3, etc... and now happend what happend (worse support or directly NO support). I would think some 3d vision incorrect shadows or anomalies would be impossible to solve if previous drivers would never work better than last (the case of Oblivion or Quake3, etc), and if another driver like "iz3d driver" would not show how a game can be perfectly rendered with all 3d details and without anomalies. All give me the impresion that Nvidia can but do not want do better, or simplely the driver is not a solid software or the people working in this area think like trolls.
In any case there is no support, no words, no information, and no attention about what people think and demand. I read this forum and only can see people writting and reading between then, and no solution, no interest, and only frustration. I only read Nvidia members when a new product is going to be released and need publicity.
