What am I missing? I have a 560ti, Samsung 59d8000 tv and using the mini hdmi cable that came with the card. When I load up Batman, I don't see the option for 3d in the menu. When I start the game it switches resolution and keeps going to 60p refresh rate. Am I missing something?

Missing an Nvidia emitter or 3DTV play? Missing the proper drivers?
There are 2 versions of Batman. Asylum or City?
BTW, there's a >>>PN<<< in that model#
The "PN59D8000" is listed as supported on the 3DTV Play requirement list, so you're good there. http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dtv-play-system-requirements.html
Nvidia 3DTV Play is free if you have an Nvidia emitter, it must be connected at all times. http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dtv-play-overview.html
