"3D ready display not found" My CRT + 1.16 (195.55) drivers = no 3D vision?
I have recently installed windows 7 on my computer, and when I did so, I also downloaded the newest drivers for my graphics card.
I installed the 195.55 drivers successfully, but without compatibility with 3D vision (the IR transmitter wasn't working) so I installed the drivers off the CD (1.0).
I then upgraded to the new 195.55 drivers, so I could take advantage of the new CoD MW2 profile:P. after messing around for a while, I got it working perfectly on the 191 version drivers, but when I installed 195.55, i went into the setup wizard, selected "3D Vision", then pressed next (the Transmitter was working), I then selected the 2nd option (for use alongside my IR TV remote etc). I am then told that "3D ready display not found.
I am using an 85+ Hz CRT monitor, which works fine with the older drivers (by selected CRT). I am now only given the option to use 3D vision discover rather than the full 3D vision, because apparently my CRT is not recognized as 3D ready.
I read somewhere that someone else is having a similar problem with this driver.
Is this driver not compatible with CRT monitors? Is there a way around it?
