Anyone has any solution to this? It seems the game brighness keep adjusting itself when driving or objects moving on screen.

Uh, well I'm not watching a 5 minute video to see that. Best to edit that down to the interesting part. YouTube itself has a simpler editor to cut video.
I've seen the brightness happen, but only recently. I think this is a game bug introduced in recent patch, at sun transitions like sunset.

I'd like to add, I am also experiencing the crash every 15 minutes with 352.86.. Rolled back to 350.12 and stability restored.
Of course, as with everyone else, I also experience the 3D drop out and very erratic performance. I can play in 4K and get 60fps, but 720P 3D is anywhere from 18FPS - 60FPS, usually hovering around 30fps. I literally turned down ALL graphics settings and it was the same performance.
I hope they are committed to fixing this, I personally LOVE 3D for gaming and GTA V is the "Must have" 3D game! [i][u]

I've been keeping an eye on this thread since launch day and thought I would share some of my findings thus far:
I'm running 720p 3DTV Play on a single GTX 970 and using the MP3 profile. Driver ver 350.12.
3D DROPOUT
-----------
Disabling vsync in both the NVidia CP and the game settings (along with using the MP3 profile) fixed this for me. Not a solution for everyone but I have no observable tearing running this on my rig. This also resolved an issue where the screen would tear across the middle sometimes after starting the game, which produced some artifacts most clearly observable when pausing/viewing the map.
3D SHADERS BREAKING / SHADOWS / LIGHTS
-----------------------------------------
Simply switching to the MP3 profile fixed this for me.
LIGHTS ONLY RENDERING IN ONE EYE (PERCEIVED AS A SORT OF MIST)
---------------------------------------------------------------
This is caused by having MSAA enabled at any level unfortunately. The only way i've been able to get any decent AA on this game has been to downsample and that is just too much for my single GTX 970 unfortunately, so i'm stuck with jaggies or 1080p 24 hz for now :(
As a side note, while looking into the downsampling, I discovered that Nvidia DSR can only output to the native resolution of your display device, which is 1080p in my case, so I could not use DSR with my 720p 3D config. Very irritating. Since none of the 3rd party downsampling injectors support DX11 I ended up using the Tridef software, with the tridef 3D effect disabled, as a downsampling tool, which seemed to work a treat.
You can force an output resolution in Tridef (see link below), which it uses regardless of the in-game resolution. This allowed me to set the game resolution to 1080p, with tridef outputting 720p and therefore achieving downsampling and activating 3D Vision as normal once Tridef spawned the GTAV.exe process. Too much of a performance hit for me, as I say, but maybe worth trying if you're having the MSAA mist problem and running a better rig than mine.
https://www.tridef.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3325&start=10
And no EDID override was not an option, before anyone asks :)
I'm sure some of these solutions have been mentioned already, but there hasn't been a summary for a while and a few of you seem to be running a very similar setup to mine, so I thought there may be value in sharing my particular experiences. I get almost no crashing, dropouts or anything now.

At first i have been afraid because i have just replace my Titan SLI with a Titan X Sli, so at first i thought it was due to the 2 new beasts ! (i hadn't try the latest driver with the Titan SLi).
@cyrilp: I see you are running grass=1, normal. You aren't going to get any benefit out of SLI with this game, so you might want to set SLI off so that you can still use 350.12 and set grass to High. I predict you will see no change to your performance.

Cool, thanks for trying that out. Within the constraints of their benchmark, that seems clear that you are getting some worthwhile scaling in SLI. I hadn't noticed that you were pushing 1440p before, so clearly at that level it's more than what 1 Titan X can push.
Bit of a rock and a hard place there. You can go without grass effects and get very nice scaling and performance on 350.12, or you could switch to 352.86 and get crashes, or you could lose a little performance and run single card. Option D: It actually works properly, does not seem to be available.
Hi,

Yes, set the profile to Max Payne 3. That fixes the markers.

Tried the 352.86 driver.
First noticable difference is flashing lights on start screen now render differently in each eye. Game itself, 3D Vision was borked from the first moment, usual stuff, broken shadows, 3D failing, night lights rendering wrong.
Rockstar support got back to me finally, made me run an antivirus and scannnow to fix the system. I did this, got the all clean, retried the game.
Game ran well in 3D for 20 minutes, then froze and crashed.
No real change from 350.12.

is it possible to play with fixed yellow markers on 350.12 drivers ?

Cool, thanks for trying that out. Within the constraints of their benchmark, that seems clear that you are getting some worthwhile scaling in SLI. I hadn't noticed that you were pushing 1440p before, so clearly at that level it's more than what 1 Titan X can push.
Bit of a rock and a hard place there. You can go without grass effects and get very nice scaling and performance on 350.12, or you could switch to 352.86 and get crashes, or you could lose a little performance and run single card. Option D: It actually works properly, does not seem to be available.
Yes, set the profile to Max Payne 3. That fixes the markers.
