Driver 1.15 sucks really bad for this game. Somtimes the glasses keeps turning it off and on, losing sync with the IR receiver. This only happens in this game. I can't also use the Nvidia crosshair cause of the shuttering issue. It sucks really bad to use the 2D crosshair cause I can only shoot well using the mouse's left button, If I shoot from the hip with the 2D crosshair it's impossible to aim, I see duplicated crosshair, it sucks. This game stinks in 3D, It's a freaking console port, that's it. I can only see the depth when I enable 3D, there's almost no pop out and if you increase convergence it's impossible to aim also.
The game is a lot of fun and all that, it's COD so we know what to expect from it, but being a console port the textures are really nasty if you look them close and S3D doesn't change much from my perspective view. When you play games such as Batman or Left 4 Dead in S3D it's such a huge difference to 2D unlike this game.

Can anyone tell me if drivers 1.13 WQHL will do better for this game than 1.15??? I'm rolling back

Oh Yeah, driver 1.13 are way better for COD MW2 than 1.15. It doesn't have a profile for the game but I can enable Nvidia crosshair without the shuterring annoying issue, it's a red crosshair not as good as the new 1.15 profile for this game, but I can actually aim and hit my targets with precision. Also I saw a few glitches in this game using drivers 1.15 such as fire, explosion grenade effects, 1.13 do a much betteer job not showing these ugly glitches.
I'll keep them until Nvidia does a better job in their next driver release.

I just played through the entire Single Player campaign in 3d, with few glitches. Here's my take:

If you enable the console and change the setting of "cg_gun_y" at a low amount like -.15, you can move the gun to the right in the Viewport, centering the ironsights with your dominant (in this case right) eye. This makes it possible to aim down the sight with both eyes open as you would in real life, and I found it very easy to play the game like this. The convergence has to be played with a little bit from gun to gun to get the sights to line back up, or you might be able to do it through manipulating cg_gun_y but I haven't tried.

Also more experimenting with cg_gun_y shows that you can move the gun even further to the right and it's sort of a "zoom-in" effect when you aim down the sight, like in Fallout 3.

The only thing that sucks about this is that every time you die, the setting resets itself, so I got used to hitting tilde+up+enter after every death. Also it messes up the positioning of red-dots and holographics, but ACOGs and ironsights look great.

Also you'll probably want to turn off the in-game crosshair, which can be accomplished through manipulating a number of different cvars but cg_drawCrosshair 0 is the most specific. (Note this setting resets after each new level)

The console itself is the same as COD4's (and 5's I presume, I haven't played the PC version of it). Most commands are the same and it's easy to find what you need because of the cvar search feature built in.

There's a setting to turn off distortion (r_distortion 0) in the console as well as the turret crosshairs (cg_drawTurretCrosshair 0), which all look funky in 3d.

Also I noticed that my reported RAM to the game (sys_sysMB) was half of what it should have been: 2048 vs. 4096 MB. I changed the setting, as well as sys_lockThreads "none" to "all".

Also com_maxfps "120" might be a good idea, I'll go try that out and mess around with r_gpusync while I'm at it.

I'm in pain. When I start Warfare 2, the new Nvidia driver lets me know that this game runs EXCELLENT in 3D, I just need to adjust a few settings here and there. The latter is at the same time telling me that this experience is gonna be far from "excellent" and more like "complicated with headaces". Anyways.. I figured out what DOF was and disabled it. But I couldn't find the word "glow" at all! Or not even a sentence that spelled GLOW if only the first letter of the words were taken into account.

Question no. 1) How do I disable "glow"? An earlier reply in this thread said "search the cfg file" which I did, is "r_glow_allowed '1'" the line I should set to 0? However, I also found 'r_dof_enable "1'" which should be 0 since I disabled it in the in-game options, hence something tells me that these lines are not the ones I should edit.

Anyways.. the FPS was alright after killing Nvidia's in-game crosshair. This crosshair bug was apparent in borderlands too, doesn't Nvidias techpeople give their drivers a testgo themselves? Apparently not. Either way.. my issue is that the white crosshair in the game are somewhat murky. The thing is that it isn't in "focus". It's so hard to aim with it and not got an headace.

3) Anyone got a solution for this crosshair problem?

I can play around with convergence untill I found a proper setting, however, after a small amount of time, no more than 20 seconds, the settings REVEART. The screen goes black for a second or two just as if I had pushed the button on and off on the IR-transmitter and than the settings are Nvidias default again which isn't good at all. This happens even if I save the settings before it happens.

4) Anyone got a solution?

Either way, even if question 4 can be answered I still hasn't find good settings which resolves question 3. I was kinda hoping for Bloody @ 3dvision-blog.net todo a little research and upload good settings one could download but it sure hasn't happend yet. Until that day I'm quite furious because the game is unplayable and yet Nvidia states that it is "exellent".

The nvidia in-game crosshair was indeed completely killing my framerate, everything back to normal now.
I have an issue though, all of a sudden, I have no laser pointer showing off (for weapons equipped with one) which makes it incredibly difficult to aim.
I have no clue what happened and if it can be linked to 3d vision or not
Also I had to disable SLI to get rid of the annoying stutter (I have GTX295 card)

Gotta tell ya, the new 195.55 drivers worked great. I played a full hour and I haven't done that in ages. Everything worked like a charm and the game ran fluently without any hiccups or anything. One could notice some ghosting, particularly in the smokes and shadows but it really were minor issues. Thanx Nvidia, I waited for a proper support.

yeah except for single player you have to turn off the in game crosshairs and use the nvidia one.

How do you turn off the in game crosshairs? They're awful.
