I have a strange problem where I cant see the box in the medical test screen (last part of setup). However my flat mate can see it ok. To that end, I clicked the correct answer so that 3d vision was enabled.
I have only tried the game with WOW and I can see the 3d effects fine. I know I have a lazy right eye and most of my vision comes out of my left eye. I am really enjoying the 3d effects. However do I risk doing any damage to my eyes by using the software when I couldnt pass the medical test?

You're not alone. I have a perfect depthvision and i have problem seeing anything else than a lot of different color squares. A simple 3d-image would be better i think. If you enjoy 3d then don't bother. I believe the square effect is pretty dull anyway. :P

I have a lazy left eye but I am convinced this technology has strengthened it quite a bit.
Your brain only needs (and probably prefers) one image when looking at a 2D flat screen. So you spend 12 hours a day, every day on a computer, I think you can develop a lazy eye.
3D Vision gives my brain a reason not to turn off my left eye and I see 3D pretty good most of the time, until I get sleepy.

I also have a lazy eye and can't pass the medical test. I don't see any difference between games where the 3d is turned on and off. I'm using the syncmaster 2233rz that came with the kit. Is there any recourse if you can't pass the medical test?
