Fuzzy...
Hi guys,
I've got a problem with my 3D Vision Kit / screen.
Well 3D works good but the upper part of the screen is fuzzy and I don't know why.
I can see the middle and lower screen parts without problems. They're sharp but the upper part is fuzzy.
I'm using the GeForce 480 GTX with the 270 beta drivers.

Screen: Acer GD245HQ

Anyone else got this problem? Is there a solution?

Edit:
I've got this problem with any game.
It's like my eyes would cross in the upper part.
Without the glasses and 3D Vision active I can't see any differences between the upper and the lower part of the screen.
Is it maybe because I'm new to 3D?

Hey Bude,

I got the same model. No such problems here.

I don't know what it would be. So only guessing, sorry.

- Driver problem perhaps? Try another driver?
- The games you are playing have wrong sky textures as in screen depth causing cross eye? (Far fetched I know)
- How is it with the nvidia 3d test application, and the 3d photographs?
- Reseat the dvi cable on both sides (GPU and monitor).
- Top/ bottom ghosting is present in these monitors, so yeah maybe you went too high a depth too fast.
- Did you set convergence? You will need to set convergence for games (not all, but yeah common practice)

Depth is easy enough, the scroll at the back of the Ir-emitter.

For convergence try these if you haven't already:
- Open NCP->Stereoscopic 3D->Set Keyboard Shortcuts->Show Advanced in-game settings
- Note the shortcuts. Click ok and exit.
- When in game increase/decrease as you see fit and save by Ctrl+F7. So next time you start the same game, your settings get returned.

Also not a very well known feature I myself found out recently after 8 months of usage: For easy convergence - while holding the green led button in front of the Ir-emitter use the scroller behind. :)

I hope you solve your problem, if nothing works maybe the monitor itself is defected. Let's hope not.

Good day.
