The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings 3D READY ? looks very nice
I was just looking at the trailer and screen shots over on steam, I really want this to be 3D ready, anyone know anything about this one. Looks Fantastic!
Should I buy the original Witcher? or just wait for this one?

I went out and bought the original because everyone was saying it was a great rpg and worked well with 3D
Now maybe its just me, but I'm having serious graphic errors when I try to play.
While stereoscopic works just fine, any source of light is coming through walls and cut scenes dont work, audio plays but nothing else.
I have yet to find a fix for this and have heard from others that the game doesn't perform well on newer system's.
I suggest you download a demo to see if it even works with your hardware.

edit: after HOURS of searching and troubleshooting all I had to do with update to patch 1.5, disable sli, and turn lighting to minimum

the game looks excellent

have you seen the CE edition for witcher 2?
Dice, playing cards, the usual maps/art book and a bust! haha

The in game text etc is in 2D but there is never very much of it active so it isnt a killer. I enjoyed what I played of The Witcher in 3D. TBH the depth setting is actually too high; things in the distance look too far away!

Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
