3- Trine 1/2
4- Tomb Raider 2013
5- Metro 2033 / The last light
6- The NOIRE
7- Max Payne 3
8 -Resident Evil 5
9- Mafia 2
10-Splinter Cell Blacklist

I mostly agree with your top games but I would add Deadspace 1,2,3, Res Evil Revelation 2 and Res Evil 5 GOLD, Just for the Lost in nightmare episode which is very well designed unbelievably good looking.

Reinstall the game and reconfigure the helix fix. It works perfect for me with the fix.
Yeah, Skyrim should be flawless in 3D if the fix is installed correctly (The only change I made locally was to push the HUD further in than the fix did by default - I settled on 99.5% for first person mode).
The only exception is if trying to use it with ENB mods (apparently there are one or two that work with 3D, but most don't) and one or two of the water mods that used alternate shaders (most worked fine).

Deep Space (all)

Assassin's Creed (all)
Wolfenstein Thanks to Helifax
And A big Thanks to all the modders who made this list possible.
I would add at least the Castlevania series, playing the 1st one now and it's simply perfect.
And the somewhat style-related Darksiders, great games.
And another THANK YOU to the community, allowing us to enjoy our hobby so much! :-)
PS I agree with the comments on Skyrim, not to be missed in 3D. Even with a whole lot of mods, graphical and otherwise, the only broken shaders were sky/clouds during certain whether transitions (most likely mod related). Unmodded Skyrim should be perfect in 3D (although arguably drab)

Dead Space? Only 2 've gotten half decent 3D display but 1 and 3 are fatal. As you did it to see it in 3D right?
And Castlevania 1 and 2 also errors. As you do ?
