Every other time i close a game the emitter stays on, causing the glasses to stay on and die if i dont notice it. Sometimes it stays on after something like the 3D vision test in the NV control panel, and sometimes i swear it just turns on comepletely on its own. Sometimes i'll even restart my computer completely and the emitter will turn on once it loads windows back up. Sometimes shutting the computer down completely and unplugging it makes it so the emitter isnt on when computer starts back up.
I just installed the latest beta drivers and havent even launched any games, only the 3D vision test, and the emitter is stuck on already. Its becoming really annoying to always have to remember to plug in the emitter before i launch a game and unplug it when im done playing. There has to be some fix for this? Its been happening to me for months and months

How frequent and random is it?
Have you ever found a scenario it always happens?
Have you found a scenario where it never happens?
The closest I get to anything similar is when 3D Vision activates in my web browser and only disables after the last tab has close.
One way of troubleshooting would be to see if you can disable 3D Vision by exiting applications in task manager. While unlikely it could pinpoint the culpit if successful.

Thanks to everybody using my assembler it warms my heart.
To have a critical piece of code that everyone can enjoy!
What more can you ask for?
I get this sometimes if a game crashes on me. I can get Skyrim to leave it on if I go to the console and do qqq while 3D is active.
Have you folks got 3D set to only run while 3D programs run?

The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. Instead of altering their views to fit the facts, they alter the facts to fit their views ... which can be very uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering.
