I performed the steps from the first post. All seemed to go to plan until I got the the 3d vision setup wizard, which tells me the Nvidia 3d usb controller is not installed. However I did run the setup.exe from the extracted 3dVision folder without issue.
Note: I used for File/Product version: 26.21.14.3086 , as I installed the 430.86 driver.
I did notice that my USB 3DVision emitter shows up in the Device Manager with a yellow exclamation as 'NVIDIA stereo controller', so it's not detecting it with the 3dvision driver.
What did I do wrong? I tried to install the driver manually via "Browse my computer manually for driver software" and choosing the 3dvision folder I extracted but it didn't find a driver there. I am now going the route of find the driver in the huge list of driver types currently installed in windows but I can't find the Nvidia 3dvision driver so far.
Any tips?

I was able to get the driver for the 3d emitter properly installed- in the Windows Device Manager, when updating the 3d emitter driver I needed to Browse to the NV3DVisionUSB.Driver folder not the other one. Now everything seems to work.
You might want to add this as a possibly necessary step to the first post, in case someone's emitter doesn't get installed properly automatically.
The beta versions of 3Dfixmanager to update the drivers worked perfectly fine for me on 1803.
How long this will last is anyone guess, but I will cross fingers
I think, that one detail should be added regarding instalation
When you install the latest drivers, you should plug in into usb your 3d vision glasses. Otherwise USB controller of 3d vision wouldnt be installed.
PS. As for me, well, all works, buuuuut my pc have hard resets when I installed latest drivers with 3d vision drivers throught your script from 1st message. No matter how I’m used my pc. Plain games in 3d, 2d or on my desktop, PC drops and hard resets.
Anyway, thanks for tryin

alexflame87 you can try the 3d kit from the link below post 60 (for me working other forum member confirmed to work on win 10):

hello losti ! i used 3D_Driver_Tool_V1.00_LOSTI to install 431.18-desktop-notebook-win10-64bit-international.hf .
it seems there is a little problem with automatic extraction of Geforce drivers because there was nothing in C:\Users\great\Downloads\3D_Driver_Tool_V1.00_LOSTI\driverextract\extracted and 431.18-desktop-notebook-win10-64bit-international.hf.exe was deleted after the process (PASTE).
well, i tried two times but it was the same result. nothing is extracted. So i manually extracted in the 'extracted' folder.
and i was able to continue the steps with your tool without problem :)
thank you a lot.

I will never be a Software engeneer :-) making things right for every System have to be a curse:-) btw the 3D fix Manager will do the same things since the update in a more confortable way.

Hello
I'm still on a 1080 TI but I could grab a 2080 TI at a good price.
What is the current status of the combo 2080 TI + Windows 1903 + last drivers (>=430) ?
It is 100% working now ?
@ZePRINCE
I have a RTX 2080 ti and I can't get the 430.xx drivers to work with 3D Vision on Version 1903 all the games tested exit to desktop.
Windows 10 Version 1809 same hardware works fine with 430.xx and 3D Vision.

I haven't touched my PC since March with gaming and 3D. Been preoccupied with work. So is the consensus that we all need to save an image of Windows 10 1809 with the latest 3D compartible driver so that we can always come back to it to play games in 3D?
Don't worry, just keep clicking next and it will find it. The Nvidia 3D Vision setup has been saying that for like 5 years during new driver installs.
