Dell 3D Bluray
I watch a 3D Bluray, new Dell laptop it look great for maybe 10 to 20 seconds Max then it kind of jumps... then or or for 10 to 20 seconds.

Is this defective hardware?
Brand new Dell (1 week old), should have latest drivers etc...

I saw this a while back on a customers Alienware M15X(DELL)

I believe the fix for the problem was a firmware update. If not, have DELL replace the Bluray drive under the warranty.
