Just as a heads up - everybody who plays new DLC might find some internal sections with disappearing textures. This is not related to 3D fix at all. This issue happens to everybody and been reported.
Overall state of 3D didn`t change after DLC and game looks great through new areas. Robots and items are perfect.

New DLC (Far Harbor) just been released and it look just fantastic. 3D is at the same stage as base game and only fog at the cost have weird look which is know issue. Fog was left at acceptable level.
Didn`t go far into the land because map is huge but there is definitely area covered by thick fog and it will be at the same level as Radioactive Storm in Commonwealth.
BTW - this DLC starts really good and it look like it will be hell of a fun.

Waiting for my 1080 and then I am going to go crazy with mods to play far harbor + previous dlc(s)

Made me really want to mod.
You`ve spoiled the DLC for me - this MOD puts totally different atmosphere in the game and I was really into that dark ghost environment of this new area. Damn I like that Last of Us slash Crysis feeling of this modification.

Yah.. this mod looks crazy god, but some textures seems a little bit overdone though.

Its totally Last of Us / Enslaved to me imo [Same designer].
I really like the algae-esque effect on everything that adds so much.[Not sure of actual terminology]
I seriously cant imagine how much performance it costs though. Which is why I will wait for card rather then get upset.
Heyho,
is it possible to use nexusmodmanager to install mods and also using 3d vision?
The instruction of 3D Vision Mod for Fallout 4 says:
5. Set the following
- bComputeShaderDeferredTiledLighting=0
- bForceIgnoreSmoothness=0
- iPresentInterval=0
6. Save the file and then set it to Readonly
Does modding with nexusmodmanager work, when this file is set to readonly?
Greetings Ron

No !
But it's an easy task, just enable R/W during modding with nexusmodmanager, and when you're finished just set the file back to read only..

I am having issues with my new install. With 3d vision enabled, I crash on start up... Don't even make it to the splash screens.
I had it working a few months back with the same hardware, but just tried again and it won't boot up now.

I removed the game and fresh reinstall following the instructions on helix mod to no avail... Any ideas? )-:
I am on Windows 10 and have no problem with starting the game (3D fix and latest DLC on).
Did you try uninstall fix and see if game even start ?
I would delete config files (or backup them for now) and try fresh start. Also try some earlier drivers with DDU clean before.

I had the game working today after a reinstall... I quit out, and put the nvidia crosshair on and start it up again, but it won't load now.
It's the D3DX.ini file that makes the game crash at start up, if I remove just this file the game loads with broken 3d...
What possibly could be in the file to cause this problem?

Removing the d3dx.ini file is roughly equivalent to removing the fix altogether, because it specifies where to find the shader files. The d3d11.dll will still be wrapped, but nothing will happen in the calls.
