Gt 430 3DTV play compatibility
Hello,

I am looking to connect my PC to my sony 3dtv, which I know is compatible. I need to purchase a new video card, and do not see the gt430 on the list of compatible cards.

I am looking for something under $90. I would think it would work since it is Fermi based, but I cannot find the information I am seeking.

thank you in advance.

Only videocards in the list work...

And even if it would work,it sounds like a card that is way to slow for 3d.

I have Zotac GT 430 zone (passive cooled) on my HTPC. 3D Blurays and games work. I have tested this with PowerDVD and Burnout Paradise for example.

I could swear it was on the supported cards list before:

3DTV Play is about playing 3D games, viewing pictures, and streaming 3D. Blu-ray 3D can be done with 3DTV Play, you just need a Blu-ray 3D sw player like the Cyberlink player.

Yes its a little confusing online, but the GT 430 should be fine for Blu-ray 3D and you dont need to purchase 3DTV Play.
