Yeh I checked your site and you have the monitor+glasses for $990 + additional delivery costs I gather.
Too much to shift many at that price, still good to see them in Australia.
I didn't get mine locally and glad I didn't wait all this time hoping they would be cheaper :)

Yeah, unfortunately th supplier is charging a fair bit for this.

Even at that price, we've sold out of our first lot of stock... some people just don't want to order something from another country (preferring to keep local warranty).

On the other hand, we only charge $10 to ship it, so $1000 for the kit, with warranty in Australia if anything goes wrong.

I used it a bit last night + this morning on Left 4 Dead, I have the effect down low at first, then crank it up a bit once I'm used to it... can't wait to try out some other games (apart from FPS)... NFS: Shift should be fun ;)

anthony256, Im sorry if you lose business from this, but I always like a little competition.

I had a look at shopbot.com.au and searched for 3d viaion, and the monitor (sammy 2233RZ). I found that Stonebridge Computing is the cheapest retailer in Australia with the Monitor for AUD$543.28 (http://www.stonebridgecomputing.com.au/catalog/samsung-3dready-widescreen-monitor-high-gloss-black-1680-1050p-response-200001-contrast-p-138773.html) and the glasses for AUD$287.74 (http://www.stonebridgecomputing.com.au/catalog/nvidia-geforce-vision-glasses-p-138772.html?osCsid=fefa87710f3ff155ebdba5be426104ab).

This is a total of AUD$831.02 for the complete kit. I live in rural NSW and shipping costs $21.50 with TNT or $23.65 with TNT with insurance.

Supposing we want insurance, this will cost AUD$854.67.

I imagine some of you live in Sydney, which would cut off $15 postage too.

Looks to me like its getting cheaper, and I will be getting my hands on it very soon for sure!
