What did Ctrl-F11 do?
Yes but this is not fix the problem. it makes the screen some whide or with some black bars. his will move the wrong effect to some to out of screen but the UI as well.
With SLI i have this problem, without SLI not....
The ghost problem got fixed a few patches ago.
It looks like if I use the Wow Profile the ghosts are fixed in DX9. Thanks for the tip!
I was always using the Star Wars Old Republic profile because I got better performance. I will roll with the Wow Profile for now since there are a lot of ghosts in this game.

Not sure which dll is in the fix but if it's a post 120305 release dll you should be able to add the line
GameProfile=WoW
to the DX9Settings.ini under the [General] section if the game doesn't already have a profile. If ESO has/or is assigned to another profile already remove it before trying to add it to the ini, I've had mixed results where the game had it's own profile(causing it to display in 2D) and even though it said it was using Aion's profile it was still displaying in 2D.
edit: although in this case, where you have to remove the ESO profile to get the game to work, it might be worth testing out whether or not just adding the line to the ini would get it working.

I have read about this Problem with SLI and 3D-Vision here:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/348869-33-vision
AND: IT WORKS !!!
If I enable the NVIDIA Crosshair, the flickering on right eye is gone!!
Just put it to 100 % Transparency ^^

Does this mean you got SLI 3D working? That's pretty great news if it does, what's the performance gain like?
I'll try this when I get back home for sure, awesome find there!
I've found that it's always good to test the crosshair in any given game. Even if there's no visual artifacts to clear up you'll sometimes get much smoother frame rates by switching it (just keep it at 100% transparency, as was mentioned).
It's weird though, at one point I upgraded my cards to the next generation (500 series, to 600 series) and most, if not all, my games worked with the opposite crosshair setting than before. Basically there's no one recommended setting for any particular game, or maybe it's by card types but w/e.

SLI 3D works, even with no crosshair but with the artifacts in some cases which can be fixed with a transparent crosshair.
SLI brings round about the double frame rate to the game for me. FPS 18 will change to round about 32 BUT with crosshair i will lose 10 FPS :-((
Looks like the Major Update 4 has caused some 3d Vision errors when it rains.
Any one else getting the white effects all over the screen when it starts raining?

Yes, I'm seeing the same thing.

It still happens even if you turn 3d off. It seems to be a DX9 related issue with the latest patch not a 3d issue.
DX11 doesn't have it.
Since this game drops subscription I might finally give it a try.
I just have a question to those of you who still plays it. How this game looks in 3D at this stage ?

Was pretty decent in 3d with the fix last time I played. Do have to use Dx9 however and I got quite significantly worse performance in dx9 mode

I play without the fix. I think many of the issues it dealt with have been fixed/reduced. With some tricks and tweaks (scattered throughout this thread), 3D works quite well.
Whether the game survives the transition to "buy to play" remains to be seen.
