3D vision 2 - out of games
Hi, i have just bought the 3D vision kit 2, and everything work fine in games, when a 3D application is running, the monitor (asus VG248QE) switch automatically in 3D mode and it's enough turn on glasses for enjoy the 3D effect; my problem is how to "use" the system for be able to see videos and images 3D, i have intalled drivers 331.65 (last version) i have selected form the nvidia control panel > 3D stereo settings > Select when the monitor is in 3D mode > always (i've translated these options, so can be a bit different) for be sure to have the 3D active in every cases, but if i open one of these images: http://photos.3dvisionlive.com/ Selecting "3D vision" on bottom left of the image, this message appears to me on top: Your setup needs updating. You may be missing, or have improperly installed, one or more of the required 3D Vision components. Please check the System Requirements page for more details. I can accept to be missing something but i don't know what, from a lot of driver versions pack, drivers for 3D vision are "in" the drivers for the graphic card so they should be already correctly installed; so my question is: what should i do to see 3D images and videos out of games? Thanks

What browser are you using? What OS? Have you tried removing and reinstalling the drivers?

If you click the link they give you, all the 'requirements' are right there ... http://www.3dvisionlive.com/requirements ... most likely you need an updated browser and/or to install Microsoft Silverlight as it mentions near the bottom of the list.

There's a way to get it free using the license from the NVIDIA player ... just can't think of it off the top of my head. Edit: got it! http://3dvision-blog.com/8619-how-to-always-keep-your-nvidia-3d-vision-video-player-up-to-date/

Done, i've used the Nvidia license on Stereoscopic player, work perfectly, tnx a lot! :) ; i think i've setted it correctly selecting: layout > side by side first image Left, do you know if this option still the same for all videos? i mean if there is a default ( for example left first) or totally depensds from the video?
