mythical plug and play projector has anybody witnessed it yet??
Ok, heres the skinny. I want a projector, one that i dont need to give up my first born to pay for and one that is very easy to use. I dont want to have to resort to writing code, changing drivers every other day, have to wear my glasses upside down, not being detected by 3d vision, one day supported next driver release its not, need to be a programer to operate.

I was going to buy new gc or two in march but i think ill just get a pj instead now, less gready on my part lol.

I have been scanning pages for weeks now and as yet it seems that lots of issues are common with all the 3d ready projectors. I just want to push a cord into the back of my pc and walk away. It also has to be compatable with ps3 3d, bluray 3d, future 3d specs if possable, like hdmi 1.4

I have $500 now and can double that by march im sure. Do i have a chance or am i dreaming

There are no reasonably priced 3d projectors today that support HDMI 1.4.
If you just want 3d vision support buy the acer, it seems to actually just work.

CES takes place in Jan I'm sure there will be new products announced there, it's usually where projectors turn up first.
