i am also having trouble to get 3D vision enabled in WoW 4.0.1
i have tried to add the SET gxApi "d3d11" line
i got 3d enabled i use alt F3 and F4 to sync the screens a bit
its stil terrible even to try and play
using amd athlon 2 x4 620
4 gb Ram
win 7 x86
nvidia gts250

I'm runnin the GeForce GTX 280 and just installed the 4.0 patch in WoW. No when I sart teh game I get a 1 inch square in the middle of my screen and sometimes the graphics in WoW are off, or missing textures. I downloaded the latest drivers, too.
