Cannot get 3d wizard to work from gtx460 to denon receiver unless hdmi audio is disabled i think it
I have the PNG gtx460, a Samsung pn58c7000 and a denon 1611 receiver. When connecting the gtx direct to my tv the 3d wizard works fine. It also works fine when I have disabled the hdmi audio in the nvidia control panel and connected to the demon. When connected to the denon and I have hdmi audio enabled and I run the 3d wizard, when getting to the first screen where a 3d resolution is displayed the screen stays black and never goes to a 3d resolution. I have to press the esc key a couple times to get my desktop back. I have reformatted my computer a couple times recently and the problem continues anyway. Is there a fix, workaround or older driver I can use to fix this?

Have just purchased a Denon 1611 and am having the same problem. Have you managed to fix it? I have tried using the EDID override trick but this didn't work. The 3d works fine when it's plugged directly into the TV but will not get pass the second screen on the set up wizard when it's in the Denon. Am not sure if this is a problem with the PC or the Denon, hopefully someone can clear this up. However I am able to get 3d out of my PS3 through it.

Have managed to fix this and thought I would share it in case anybody else has a similar problem. All I have done is change the desktop resizing mode to overscan and now it works fine. Before this I was able to get it to work by choosing a different source and then back to the PC on the Denon but now I don't have to do this. Not sure if you have fix your problem stefaz but give this a try and let me know how it goes.

Thank you very much man, I couldn't access my 3d Sony kdl 46HX805 with my GTX480 and DENON 1611. Your solution worked just fine. Thanks Thiago Brazil

Hi
This is an interesting bug but I need more details:
- GPU driver version installed?
- Do you have a 3DTV Play license or 3D Vision emitter installed?
- How are you connecting to the receiver? Is it with a DVI to HDMI cable or direct HDMI cable? If so, do you have a make model?
