I have an older Nvidia GeForce 7600 card in my P4 computer. I installed REGULAR drivers (178.13) for use with my LCD monitor I bought used, as the 91.31 STEREO drivers caused problems with this Dell LCD monitor. The 178.13 GeForce driver works great!
Now, I've just picked up an INFOCUS X1a projector and want to run the STEREOSCOPIC 3D VIEWER software to watch 3D movies with this PJ.
I went to Nvidia's STEREO DRIVER section, and it lists the newest ones as 174.76 (STEREO) and 174.74 (GeForce) drivers, but it says these are for Windows VISTA - I only have WindowsXP! :(
Does this mean the above drivers won't work for me?
Am I stuck with the old 2006 91.31 LEGACY 3D Stereo driver?
If so, what GeForce DISPLAY driver do I have to use with it?
Can I use the 91.31 STEREO driver with my current 178.13 GeForce driver?
I'm TOTALLY confused now LOL!
Any help would be appreciated.

Go to mtbs3d.com and check their download section. If you use the latest stereobeta (162.50stereo) that one will work with at least 169.21 forceware. I had problems with some later revisions of forceware though. Hope you'll succeed.

Thanks for your reply! I did have to unistall the newer drivers and am now using the 91.31 drivers and have gotten stereo to work on my projector . . . only problem is, when running games the 3D is BACKWARDS LOL!
I figured there must be a simple "toggle" solution to reverse the 3D back to normal, but if there is I cannot find it.
As for the Stereoscopic viewer, it DOES have a "reverse left/right" button that works perfectly.
I'll try posting a new message here in the 3D STEREO forum about the "backwards" issue and hopefully someone can help me figure it out.
