Panasonic TX-P50GT30"B" 3D compatibility Is it compatible?
Hi there,
I am about to buy a Pansonic TX-P50GT30B (The British Model). On the requirements page for 3dtv play, this TV is not listed yet the 42" and 46" model of the TV are. Also the 50" GT30, has european models and american models which are also compatible.
Why is it then that the TX-P50GT30B (British one) is not on the list? Will it simply not work although almost identical variants will?
Thanks for your help. /smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

So do you think the TX-P50GT30B would work?

Don't know, but 3DTV Play doesn't work very well on Panasonic since 3DTV Play only supports Framepacking with it's poor image quality. If you had a Samsung, you could 3D game in native resolution under CB, but Panasonic doesn't support CB.
I'd get the free trial D/L from iZ3D and TriDef, they will suit your 3D gaming needs much better because they support native resolution SBS mode. Be sure to get iZ3D before you get TriDef so you will gain experience with 3D configs. TriDef offers only a two week trial which is non-renewable (unless you completely change your hardware). By the time you have 3D figured out, your trial would expire. iZ3D can be renewed and the trial is longer.
