All that spinning around a pivot while moving at high speeds creates an INSANE 3D effect. Convergence is adjustable (and does need some adjusting), and it's literally perfect in 3D (as near as I can tell so far) other than some ghosting that you'll get with any game.
Found out about it at ArsTechnica, and here is the developer's website where you can DL the game. As you'll see, it's a pay-what-you-want game, so if you like it throw the guy a few bucks (and you'll unlock an extra track too). I'll definitely be donating. /thumbup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> There is also a torrent link on that page too, since you have to enter in your email, etc if you want a direct download. The game is only 70MB and there was a 100:1 seed ratio so I recommend that.
Yup, title says it all. It's a crazy racing game with GREAT 3D effect. I'll let the vid do the talking:

This...is...awesome...And it allows users to make tracks, I can definately see a future for this one. I bet games like this and audiosurf are awesome on S3D =Q_

Yup, this may be the first game I show people who I'm demonstrating 3D to. The depth and overall effect is great. /thumbup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Just got up to 'supersonic' speed last night, pretty dang fast and one more speed to go.

My D/L would not even start.I got the dialog box that seemed to show it was D/L, no error message or anything, but win 7 never acknowledged the D/L had started. I then went to task manager and there was 0.00 bps network activity.
Did you get a win 7 D/L box that showed progress?

This game is amazing in 3D even with the default convergence, especially if you play at 100% depth. The tube your ball travels on pops out of the screen towards you, and the depth is incredible.
I haven't touched the 3D settings at all since I started - just kept it at 100% depth like usual and I've found the default convergence perfect even though the game isn't rated by Nvidia and doesn't have a profile.
This is probably the best game I've ever played for its 3D effect. The gameplay really complements the depth perfectly and the extra depth helps a lot in looking into the distance to prepare for oncoming obstacles.
The 3D truly enhances the gameplay. I wasn't expecting the best 3D title of the year to be a free indy game that doesn't even have a 3DV profile, but damn.
