Went back to 417.35 after a DDU and it works now. Not sure if just reinstalling the Drivers was the fix......

I cannot get the 3d fix for DA:I to run on windows 10 on my 4k TV not matter what I| have tried. Game gets stuck on the little window on first trying to run and then I have to end via task manager. I don't even get to the first screen, let alone load a saved game. Original broken 3d and CM 3d works fine. I tried SLI on and off, full screen optimisation on and off, v-sync on and off, with 3d fix manager and manual, add compatability mode for windows 7 and 10. Any ideas on how I can get this working? Many thanks.

Are you using the fix DHR posted in this thread? I'm not sure if it's on the blog. But you must turn off something, I can't remember what. It's well known and I mentioned it in my post where I tried his Regex approach replacing the previous work by Helifax. It shouldn't be too many pages back. Note: It worked on my 1440P monitor with W7

YW, that Regex that DSS introduced into 3Dmigoto is simply amazing. Many thanks to all involved in making this game work, past and present. BTW, this game supports modding, like Skyrim and The Witcher 3. So be sure to head over to Nexus if you want to customize your playthrough.

Cut-scenes are completely broken for me, with and without Flawless Widescreen running (makes no difference) on 411.70 (not sure if it's a driver problem). The only semi-workable solution I've used thus far is to revert to Compatibility Mode via Ctrl+Alt+F11 every time a cut-scene plays, which produces halo's around the characters, but is preferable to 2D. I have to say though, running around in the Hinterlands and Storm Coast and just having completed the confrontation with Alexius at Redcliffe castle I am completely blown away with how good 3D looks in this game compared to 2D. It's so good that I'm putting up with the strange border issue and the borked cut-scenes. And I'm glad I put this game on the back-burner from 2014 until now (I actually made it a little further than I am now some time in 2015 but decided to start from scratch last year as I had taken too much time off for a revisit) as this game would not have been playable in 3D in 2015 when I had a single 980 Ti @ 2560x1440. I'm seeing about 60 FPS everywhere with SSAO, Tesselation: High, everything else maxed, and that's running Reshade for lumasharpen and green fog removal. If anyone knows how to fix the 3D breaking in the cinematics I'd be eternally grateful.
tics I'd be eternally grateful.
Set Post-Process to Medium. Anything higher will add 2D DOF inside the cutscenes and break them. I think this got lost somewhere in the updates. This is with our original fix. I haven't tried the other one, but I think it should be the same.

I also tried adding this, per Flugan's recommendation to d3dx.ini in 3DGimito's fix under the Keybind section and although it works in game it doesn't fix the issue: [KeyCinematics] Key = c convergence = 0.63422567 type = hold transition = 200 transition_type = cosine release_transition = 200 release_transition_type = cosine Fairly certain it's the Post Processing effects that need to be set to Medium, another unfortunate compromise to get 3D to work with this game but damn, it does look amazing compared to 2D.
