impossible to fix this unprojection problem by just changing constantbuffer attributes, shader modification is required
however, it's impossible to modify shaders in d3d11 without having the original hlsl source code...
need to add a function like they explain in stereounprojection.pdf after the transformation of r0 with DepthToView and DepthToW from SceneBuffer (cb2)
DepthToW.zw are unused, and as such i could put the separation/convergence there for the function parameters
In the latest changelog for the patch just recently released had this:
"In addition to stuttering and performance problems we are continuing to investigate any other issues that players may have and will release a full new patch soon that also includes the previously mentioned 3DVision and Surround support."
Although whether that means 3D Vision ready or can use 3D Vision out of the box, no idea.

So i guess they really dont want me doing this kind of stuff

I am going to take that 3D Vision support mention with a grain of salt. Hopefully it will mean true dual rendering available with the lighting, shadows, and crosshairs working properly. If it's just giving us what the HD3D wrapper offers, then why even bother.

Because options are great and this method with a fixed shader may yield better results better than the "official" patched version. We already know AMD's HD3D version sucks in S3D, so if they port that over verbatim for 3D Vision it won't even be worth using over the rename .exe workaround.

The screenshots are seriously disapointing if you ask me. If that is the quality HS3D has to offer people will never buy into 3D if this is all they see. And they would be VERY right to think 3D is gimmicky. Flat. Rubbish.

I don't think the issue is the HS3D. I think the issue is the game. It appears that the game is indeed calculating both eyes however only sending one to be rendered for each eye. Based on the framerate you loose when 3d is enabled.
I pray it's just a glitch with the game.
I thought there was another HS3D game that works fine.

I have this game and want to play it in 3d. I have a 3D but i dont have a 3D computer. Can i still play this game in 3D on my 3d tv with my computer. My computer is a Sager NP8150 with a nvidia geforce gtx 560m video card. My tv is a Sony BRAVIA XBR HX9 46in with 240Hz motionflow. If I download the driver for my video card, will this allow me to play this game on 3d? Please help me out cuz I have been putting off playing this game to see if I can play it in 3d. If thats not possible then i will just have to play it the regular way. Thank you for any help u can give me.
