I bought yesterday in steam these two games. Munch's Oddyssee works fine, it's an old xbox game so nothing fancy but no issues at the very beginning of the game. Stranger's wrath however doesn't work at all, 3d doesn't start. I've changed the very few options available but nothing, a pity since this is an xbox classic, either it's opengl or I don't know what's going on.

My guess is was that its an OpenGL game like Doom3 but not sure. IT won't work on mine either, but I just use the 3d TV's 2d-3d converter, its not the same but it gets the job done.

Yup, readme in game directory seems to prove it.
"Please note OpenGL 3.x is required to play Stranger's Wrath."
This old article seems to suggest that they were working on a directx version. Interesting ... I take it the devs failed at porting it to d3d.
They are currently remaking this game for the PC, and apparrently they stated they will Update the pc version once the remake is released.
May find that it will be DX then.

I think u mean, ps3.
Yea I hope they do update the PC version. Now whether they charge extra or not is the question. I vote not.
At least Munch works in 3d ... hopefully the crashes are fixed now and I can actually play it though :D
