Anyone on this thread that lives in europe and needs a VESA cable, please fill out a support request.
I know there is some confusion over this cable, but we didnt include it on purpose with the European SKUs of 3D Vision. The reason why we didnt include it was that 3D Vision was primarily a consumer product and the VESA cable is for DLPs only.
In retrospect, there are a lot of 3D Vision Quadro users that really want that cable.
So please, let the support team know, and we'll get you taken care of.
I'm a Quadro user living in Japan. How do I do to get the cable?
Are Asian customers excluded completely?

I'm also waiting for the VESA cable that was not included in my retail package. I purchased the 3D glasses in Nov. 2009 and was last told by Nvidia customer support in Feb. 2010:
Hello Robert,
Thank you for updating.
I will escalate the details to concern department and they will ship you the VESA cable.
As this process may take some time we ask that you be patient.

I have tried to reply to the emails in the mean time, to which no one from Nvidia has responded.
Also tried using the custhelp form to which I get sent to the Create a new account page. I was already logged in. So I don't know whether or not my recent messages ever made it to customer support

I need the VESA 3-pin stereo cable too. I just purchased an asus g51jx-3d and the glasses kit is not the same as sold in stores or on Newegg. It did not come with install disks and more importantly to me is it didn't come with the VESA 3-pin stereo cable. I have a Mitsubishi 73" dlp tv and I would love to get it hooked up for 3d. I also haven't been able to register my product yet, tried to but got a prompt that i was not inputting the part number in the correct format, I could swear I was (all numbers) I tried many times. Any chance I could get NVidia to send me disks and cables? please?

I just wanted to respond to this thread since I have seen it pick up a bit.
NVIDIA was able to provide free cables VESA cables for a period of time, but we can no longer offer thoes to our users. We have worked with PNY Europe to offer these cables for sale in Europe, so please contact them.
Sorry for any problems this causes existing 3D Vision customers.

andrewf@nvidia Hellow from Russia. First beg my pardon about my english language skill. I got the same "Europian" problem about cable, so can you answer few questions.
Few months ago ive bought SAMSUNG PS50B451 (which have 3D Ready lable and compability with NVIDIA 3D Vision Kit) and my friends presented me on my birthday NVIDIA 3D Vision Kit with no cable ofcourse)))) So questions are
Can you give us right schema of the cable to be sure we can build it ourselves?
Can you give us PNY Europe site adress or adress of there on-line store (ofcourse if theres chance to bye/get cable from them)?
Can you tell us for sure about DLP and plasma support in the latest drivers and which version of driver supports plasma TV like mine
and if theres no support in the latest drivers - is threre any way to bypass or cheat system to make it work?
