Finally Got the HD66 Working with the 3d kit! Still had to use the 1.15 material but here is my
First off, This projector is insane! Compared to the last one I had and died on my almost a month ago, the thing that got me the most is that daylight does not interfere with visibility at all, I no longer have to close my curtains or blinds!
I am using all hdmi connections where the last one only supported RGB and RCA Component, basically no digital inputs. I swear I will never go back to TV ever again after this. I get minor RBE sometimes but I came from a LCD to a DLP projector and I can accept that and it doens bother me at all.
NO GHOSTING AT ALL! THATS A PLUS!
Despite not being nvidia certified and having to resort to CRT mode via older driver, I am not complaining at all and honestly I think this projector not being nvidia approved, psssh, I bet the result are better than alot of approved ones out there.
Right out of the box, calibration was a B---- well u know. :)
Took me sometime to find the correct adjustments and I had to do some re arranging in the front room for the setup I want.
Anyway Me being brand new to the 3D scene I am happy to say I can finally join you all now I have my setup properly working right.
Took me damn near all night and fel sleep during the process but for what I paid for and the output I am reciving despite the headcahes of setting this up,

Movies are really sweet I swear must have watched my HD FS copy of Coraline 20 times looks just as good as the Bolt trailer
There are some really good calibration DVDs out there if you want to tweak the color a bit more some HD and SD
Welcome to the real world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
