3D Glasses CONSTANTLY need charging?
  1 / 3
I bought the Asus VG236H 3D vision kit recently, and the 3D glasses constantly require recharging. I'll fully charge 'em (Takes about an hour), use em for maybe a few hours or even not at all, and by the next day they're dry. pressing the on button gives me no results, and I have to charge it again if I want to use it. What's going on?

Looks like you got a bad pair. How recently did you buy it ?
Did you charge the glasses for 6-8 hours before using for the first time ?
If you did, I'd suggest returning the glasses and getting a new pair.

I bought my nVidia kit about 3 - 4 weeks ago and I've not needed to charge my glasses yet and I play a good 3-4 hours a week at the moment.

The glasses should last a ridiculously long time, I get probably close to 40 hours of play time out of mine between charges. Sounds like you got a bad pair or didn't charge them properly on the first charge. The first charge of any rechargeable battery is critical.

Hi

The glasses need about 3 hours to fully charge and then they should be good for about 40 hours of gaming.

If they are draining too quickly or you are having to charge them for that long, there may be a problem with the battery.

Please contact our Support team and they can assist with an RMA.

I have contacted for an RMA for same reason of dead glasses.... Is the response for RMA supposed to take so many days??? I made the request on Sunday, it is now Friday... no response. I am a production digitizer and every day with non functioning glasses costs me a lot of cash. I have tried calling, but get nowhere... Please help... Christmas is coming and if I don;t start digitizing again, Santa won't be coming down my chimney!
