Not only 120Hz input. The internal lag of the tv/monitor has to be really low to work with shutters at all. Most new tv-sets have a far too great lag to work with shutters even if they accept whatever signal and have whatever interpolation up to 1000Hz etc etc...
The most important thing for functionality is the internal lag (the time it takes for an input image shift until it's actually shown on the screen). The other very important thing is that nvidia has to approve the specific monitordevice to include it in their drivers.

Ok that's for Nvidia 3D Glasses, but I've been looking and I think the red and blue glasses don't need a 120 Hz, correct me if I'm wrong...

Cause I can configure blue and red glasses on my Nvidia Enable 3D Vision Discovery..

Ive been looking on nvidia discovery webpage and it was available on 2009, dont know any more places?

Ah, sorry, I don't know about an EU source. However, I am sure that those glasses work as I've used them with nvidia's drivers.
