I must be the dumbest fool who walks the face of the earth!!!
Forget about what I said about weird things that happen when I try to change depth and convergence. My shortcut keys for depth and convergence include the "1" and "2" keys which are also the Helix preset keys. So when I tried to change depth and convergence as usual I constantly activated the Helix-presets.
@ddorpm Now I can confirm that sweetFX and Helix-fix are working just as they should and now that I got rid of this depth/convergence issue that was only caused by my own foolishness everything is working flawlessly.....

I've always wanted to check Darksiders, I may give it a try, I played the first for a while and enjoyed it quite a bit, I may go back to it.
Right now I'm currently playing Gears of War 3 in 3d, and even though it's fake imho (it has classic fake 3d effects like halos surrounding characters and so on), it's actually the best fake 3d I've seen in a console, very convincing, and the game is a lot of fun.

There is a Helixmod fix for this game:
http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/08/castlevania-lords-of-shadow-ultimate.html?utm_source=BP_recent
Have you given that a try? I have not tried this one myself as I have such a backlog of games now thanks to the Steam sales.

I've already tried Helix fix-it helped a lot, but some problems with shadows are still remaining. Shadows on bodies are trembling and shaking-not very good for player's eyes. And when you open the book (pause or view the inventory) you have to disable stereo, cause it becomes too close to eyes and you can't read anythig.

There is a better fix on that same page at the very top - Helix and I worked on it at the same time, but his was more complete. However, there should not be any trembling shadows even with my fix, that was a problem with the very first release (months ago), fixed the next day. Regardless, download Helix fix, as he fixes the book as well, and also does not need the Aion profile change.

Yes, this one solves all problems. Thank you very much!!! That's a pity game developers don't care about this. The first game I've seen with a complete 3D support is Batman AC, they even rendered separate cutsceene files for 2D and 3D modes. Thank you again, Mike. Good luck with everything good you're gonna do.

looks like I missed several things. So I've tried the demo and is it me or is the game completely broken like I'm not tallking about shadows rendering on the wrong depth (fortunatley you can turn those off in options) the game is completely messed up in 3d for me... I have issues like textures rendered twice when 3d is active. I dont remember such issues in a long time :)
