It starts in an hour or so, we can highlight the good 3D deals in this thread.
Don't forget to subscribe to the 3D Vision Steam group for recommendations too. I'll be updating it throughout the sale as fixed games go on daily/flash/community deals I tend to only recommend games that are stable in 3D, with good fixes, and not in early access.

And remember: only buy games if they're on a daily deal/flash sale/community sale. And don't buy games you don't expect you'll have time to play before the next sale. Because they'll only get cheaper.

Kinda weirld that the Oculus Rift press conference and the Steam Summer sale go live at exactly the same time. The same day? Okay. But the exact same hour? I'd like to know who scheduled that date first :lol.
Anyways, bring it on. Although I do have a bit of sickness. I logged into Pinball FX2 yesterday (to see what I thought of the new tables in preparation for potential flash deals), and realized there were at least 4 recent tables I owned and never played (including the latest 3 Star Wars tables). I mean, WTF? How did I forget I ever bought those latest Star Wars tables?
I even logged into my account history to make sure it wasn't some glitch that gifted them to me.

Just charged my wallet. ;)
But actually I already have most of the interesting games. So we will see. However a cheap Boderlands Pre-Sequel would be interesting for me.
GTA V seems to be glitched at 29.99 @ 33 = 19.99. But the site is too hammered to buy even if you wanted it.
What a shit. They lift the main price up and then added 25% down to it :/
I'm not sure it was ever available. This is what it read on my Wishlist, but people are saying it was referring to some cards? Some glitch of some kind regardless.

Looks like what they've done is bundled it with various extras (other games, or ingame cash), and taken the price down to $60 on each bundle. So you're getting a little extra for your $60, but they're not discounting the overall price. It's a new strategy, let's not fall for it.
In terms of other 3D games, we have
Oddworld: New N Tasty - 40% off
Styx - 60% off
Mirror's Edge - 50% off
Darksiders Franchise - 80% off
Outlast - 80% off
Metro franchise - 75%-80% off
I'd highly recommend Mirror's Edge to anyone who hasn't played it. The Darksiders games are pretty good too, and the Metro series are just excellent. Though it sounds like the "redux" versions have some 3D issues, so it may be better to grab the original version of 2033 from Steam, and look for the original Last Light via a key reseller, as it seems to be removed from Steam.

I also see that Bioshock Infinite season's pass is on sale. Does anyone know if the helix fix works with episode DLC's?
I heard that these are pretty good DLC. The sale of -50% is good until the 22nd of June. I'll wait to pull the trigger until the end in case it goes on a flash sale.
Anyone have an opinion on the content?

100% Agreed, awesome 3D experience and dam fun to play.

Yeah. It's pretty disgusting. On my wishlist now, it's showing as 84.97 @ 30 = 59.89. So it's basically .10 cents off.
Thing is, I probably wouldn't have even bought at the glitched out price of 20 dollars, but that's just insane what they've done with the pricing. It's either the shadiest thing ever, or they went too far the other way (to correct the initial glitch).

Hmm in Steam Discussions
"Apparently since Grand Theft Auto V is now bundled with the Shark cards (which in itself is a digital product that would apparently be "irreversably" consumed) the new Steam Refund Policy will actually reject your refund during the sale of this "bundle"."
So Steam initiates what seems to be a new consumer friendly refund policy, but borks people by packaging with a consumable item.
haha, that just seems so wrong.

Lol ... see this is what happens when people 'en masse' are dumb enough to use real money to get in-game currency ... but, but mom GTA 5 stole my lunch money! ;)

Fix works with DLCs exactly the same as in base game - perfect. All extra content is great - a lot of extra gameplay and story. Recommended.
