Panasonic Viera 3D TV Help Troubleshoot
I am unable to get my 3D Vision Kit/3D TV Play to use my Panasonic 50 inch Viera Plasma tv as my monitor. I have updated all my drivers to 260.99 but when I try to run the wizard it still recognizes the tv as non 3d ready or at times as a generic Zalman display. I am using a dvi to hdmi converter out to the HDMI port 3 on the tv. I have tried each resolution and refresh rates 1080p (1920 x 1080) at 60hz and 24 hz as well as 720p (1280 x 720) at 60 hz. Any suggestions? thanks.

I've got a feeling you have to use a mini hdmi lead from your graphics card to hdmi on the tv. I'm not 100% sure of this because I haven't tried to connect to my panasonic. Can anyone clarify this?

I did not know 3D TV Play works on 8800GT. According to the system requirements for it, GTX 260 is the lowest video card it supports: http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dtv-play-requirements.html

After talking with Customer service they say that Geforce 8800GT is not compatible. We have been using our other lab computers (Dell's with Quadro FX 5600) to run Unity builds through our Acer H5360 3D projector for stereo but Customer support says that is not a compatible card. Anyone know if the Quadro might work with the TV and why it would work with the Acer H5360 3D project?

I don't know that something as old as the 8800 will support the HDMI 1.4a output that's required for the TV.
The Acer is just receiving a 120Hz input signal.
