I just upgraded my entire PC and as a result needed to re-activate my 3DTV Play license. However, I kept getting "Invalid serial key" despite triple checking it from my original invoice and previous PC listed licenses. Now I'm an older guy (53) who typically can't be bothered with live "Chat" help stuff but my Step Daughter convinced me to give it a try.
So, I gathered all relevant info that I thought someone might ask like Current key, Original order No (from 2012!) etc. I fired up a session, got immediate response... explained situation, answered the logical questions immediately (as I was pre-prepared) and was told that it would need to be escalated to another team but was emailed the response number so I could follow up later if need be.
Next morning, I had an email from NVidia with a brand new activation key. Type it in.. 3DTV Play now re-activated. I was best chuffed :) I think that's pretty good support so thought I would at least post about a positive as its always tempting to only post about the negative experiences (and there are plenty of those for sure LOL)
Whilst I am mostly a VR user these days, there are still some games I like to play in 3D like the Witcher 3, DOOM and a few others.

The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. Instead of altering their views to fit the facts, they alter the facts to fit their views ... which can be very uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering.
Lol, i think i feel the same way about live chat; maybe there is a far off civilization where live chat does something, but you've made me realize that yeah, it should work, why wouldn't it work.
