There are more than a dozen of threads on this subject. If you just browse the forums a bit you will find them.
It's Saturday today..people have other stuff to do except staying on the nvidia forum.
Your problem mostly relates to Optimus and how the system is integrated... (I am not going to describe everything all over again... you can do your own search)
Also I think your GPU is not powerful enough to render in 3D Vision at 720p @60hz (but I might be wrong) for games.

If you're going to be an impatient asshole about it, don't expect people to come running to help. This is a user forum, anyone who helps you is volunteering their time and expertise to do so.
You're bumping your thread after only one hour on a Saturday, that's pretty poor etiquette on any forum, let alone one where you're looking for assistance.

You don't have the 3D options there because the LG is not a 3D Vision certified setup.
You need the 3D TV Play software to run on a 3D TV. 3D TV Play is similar, but for connecting to 3D TV's like your LG. With this setup, you need to use the 3D glasses that come with your TV.
You can get a two week trial from the NVidia website.

I agree with helifax that you may or may not be happy with the 3D performance of the 740m, that's on the low side for 3D gaming. But only you can decide if it's enough.

In your screen shot, it shows that you have the TV overridden with an EDID for an Acer monitor. You generally do not want an EDID override for a 3D TV.

Does your TV manual say it can only do 3D on one specific HDMI input, or that you have to name the input to something specific for 3D to work correctly? It might not be reporting correct information back to your graphics card.

i got 3 HDMI ports on TV and i tryed with all 3. still nothing. I did a little bit of research and i saw a post that there might be a problem with nVidia -_- that the HDMI output from laptop its linked to Intel HD and it has to be liked to nVidia chipset . its that true? i got nVidia chipset and i cant use it to other monitors or TV cuz its not linked direclty to HDMI or DVI port?
