Why are all 3d drivers after 337.88 slower in 3d?
All drivers post 337.88 run slower in 3d on my 780ti. Noticably. Most games in 3d have slowdowns that do not appear in pre 337.88 drivers. Something has changed in the driverset. Any ideas?

I have noticed unreasonable slowdowns on my 970 setup. It's unfortunate I can't go to earlier drivers such as the 337.88s to test. I have tried a lot of things to try and resolve the issue but haven't been successful :(

You could import your GPU inf to an older driver, the same as soft modding to a Quadro. But I would assume that the Maxwell GPU architecture is too different for an earlier driver to be useful anyways. But you might try quadro drivers. They do not have all the garbage contained in the GTX drivers. I used to do it after seeing something mentioned on 3D Vision Blog and just extracted the 3D Vision portions over to the install folders prior to installation. Although, I'm not sure if you still can since they changed the behavior of the setup files.

They are!! And I have been complaining on the drivers thread but was always ignored... I first noticed this on Batman Arkham City and Origins, where before I played with GTX 780 SLI in 3D Vision without a problem, after 337 gpu usage went trough the roof and had major stuttering and slowdow. Still has not been fixed sadly.

that driver was announced as the answer to MANTLE (amd), and worked good but the next one was like all previous before 337.88, thats is, bla bla from nvidia P.S. I myself use it to play some games

Unfortunately, as time goes on, the lack of newer game profiles and fixes hurts the usability of the 337.88 driver set. Would love to see an updated version of this 337.88 "mantle-like" driver, the best performing driver in the last few years.
