Thanks. It works in windowed mode now. I hope that the next version will have "seek bar" during fullscreen mode.

I'm still stuck in codec hell, and this thing is no help at all. It just says that 'maybe' a codec is missing. No clue if it's an audio or video codec. No clue what format it was looking for.

I often use the freeware MediaInfo to analyse my videoclips and find out which video/audio CODEC they have been encoded with:

Just like to say that downloading and installing the ffdshow & Haali Media Splitter eliminated all of my codec issues and able to play all my vids from my new Sony 3D TD10 with the Viewer. I was able to upload via the Sony PMB to YouTube and watch in 3D also.

The 3D vids are a lot "crisper" in the v1.7.2 player, however I got bit more "depth" using Cyberlink Player.

>>EDIT-in reading in an AVS forum, the PDVD11 is doing it's 2d to 3d conversion magic... Not confirmed but that would explain the greater "depth" and loss of quality...

>>EDIT 2 - Feb2012, PDVD11 a while back did at MVC to their player, so it works fine.

Cool Guys.

I see that now there are tons of new options that affect the 3d image, any suggestions to get the best popout and depth combination on the nvplayer?

how did you manage to watch your Sony 3d TD10 videos in the viewer as there's no MVC decoder provided with Nvidia 3D Vision Player and no third party decoder supports MVC decoder (either commercial or freeware) ?

I can watch them in 2D in the 3d vision player with a regular AVC decoder but i need to convert my Sony 3D files with 3dtv.at MVC to AVI tool before watching them in 3D in nvidia player.

Why isn't NVIDIA including Corecodec MVC decoder in the 3D vision player release like 3dtv.at Stereoscopic player does as it's basically the same software ? Why isn't corecodec willing to sell its MVC decoder like it does for the AVC decoder (coreAVC)?

If you look at my first response I downloaded the additional codecs. ffdshow and Haali. Note that that was August. I don't waste my time with the Nvidia player any more. Use Cyberlink's Power DVD, it now has MVC support and a bunch of other cool stuff. I use PowerDVD for just about everything, well, infact, everything. That doesn't mean it works on everything, it means everything I do... Anyway, great 3d bluray, it plays files without conversion from the td10 also.

yes i also use ffdshow and haali for most stuff. haali supports mvc but ffdshow does not so it is not enough to play mvc files in 3d vision player...we need a mvc decoder like corecodec's one which is bundled with stereoscopic player.
