I am hoping you guys can give me some help/tips for improving the MW2 issue, since like DJNoob said, if it's "normal" to lose 45% performance when 3DVision is active, even with that loss the game should run without problems, specially with dual 295GTXs on SLi.
I think i read about it somewhere in the forums, but after playing more and analyzing what's going on, i think what is more annoying than lower framerate is mouse/keyboard response. Without 3DVision active, everything is nice and smooth, place 1st-2nd on every game, but as soon as 3DVision is active, mouse and keyboard lag considerably, which is why i was disappointed in the first place, since with it active it's a struggle to play.
All the tests i am running so far have been with SLi active, I will run some more tests without SLi, as well as offline modes and will report back, in the meantime any tips you can provide are greatly appreciated.

Every time I played a game and it lagged it turned out to be a vsync issue. Try running without vsync and see if it still lags. If not, the next step would be to force both triple buffering and vsync from the control panel and leave vsync off in game. I'm pretty sure I've done that to solve the issue on games before.
