Since DJ-RK and Mike_ar69 were both interested, I'd say go ahead and pick it up as soon as reasonable. Let's not wait for the DLC or patches, since there is already interest. Mike was looking at the demo as well, and has yet to pick up the full game. This is also worth doing, because the demo has what looks like a game bug to me for running with the overlay in 3Dmigoto, which might be fixed in the actual game. In any case, if I need to look at the crashes some more, looking at the game instead of the demo is a better use of time.

Using the "networked laptop" approach, I worked out the basic shadow pattern (see image attached). However, there are lots of tiled lights from lamps, the TV etc, that I have not tracked down yet - I'll have to use frame analysis for that, and I've not had time. The game is still unplayable with these issues. I also had to disable a HDR shader. But it looks like it will be possible. I only have the demo - I can't drop $60 on this right now, but I might be able to hand it over to someone who has the full game if I sort the tile lighting patterns out.
Do we want this on the shared accounts? It's within our budget. My personal recommendation (as always) is for shaderhackers (and everyone else) to hold out on buying it (cancel preorders if you've made them), wait for all the season pass content to release, then I'll grab the full package at a discount. That gives us the best chance at avoiding patches/DLC breaking things and requiring re-work, uses up a smaller portion of our budget, and the shaderhackers all get to play it for free. That's just my view though - I'll go with whatever the shaderhackers want.
I do agree with that from a logical perspective. (and thats what I do when i buy 90% of games is wait). I think people are susceptible to hype (Including me). Some Shaderhackers might be more inclined to fix a game that just came out because they are excited about it. Also, if games are fixed closer to release it might help keep the 3dvision community be a bit more active as well since there would be a larger amount of users waiting in anticipation and excited for 3dvision. That's a big part that got me into 3Dvision is that people were fixing fallout 4 close to release. I'll donate this game to a shaderhacker that wants to fix this game, or the shared account. I don't pester the person to get it done (ASK DHR) and if they can't fix it then they can't fix it, Ill understand. I'd prefer the shaderhacker who plans to fix it decide if they want it in their personal account or the shaderhacker account. I like to try do this as a way to say thank you to shaderhacker. While encouraging personal reward (3dfix :P).

I'll sort it out at some point within the next 36 hours or so. @ishki - If you'd like to donate to the purchase, feel free to paypal something to my username @gmail. It's only going to cost $35US, feel free to send whatever you like. No pressure at all though, we have received enough donations to cover the cost at the moment (thanks everyone!).

While I am not sure it is the case here, but this came to my mind: - On Dark Souls 3 the light was slip into tiny tiles. - There was one Pixel shader attached for each tile or group of tiles. - I used the PINK method of selecting (in 3DMigoto) to see the tiles. - Until I fixed all the tiles the shadows/lights were looking very wrong. I am not sure this is the method used here, but I wanted to share it, maybe it will help?:) Awesome job again!

Main thing with this game is that shader hunting only lists about 20-30 VS and about 40 PS, so it's not the best way to find which shaders to fix.
