Styx: Shards of Darkness ?

Any hope for a 3D Vision fix for this game? Lots of vertical level design which would make it awesome to play in stereoscopic 3D..

Also interested in this one. I dont have funds to buy it right now, so i'd appreciate a report from someone who buys the game. How is 3d out of the box and how does compatibility mode look? First one, Master of Shadows was fantastic in my opinion. Eqzitara made good fix for it, i recommend to try it if you like stealth games. Which we dont get many in these days.

I've got it pre-ordered and will report back. Using Unreal 4 (MoS used Unreal 3), so expecting broken shadows, etc. in geometry 3D. Likely will have to futz around with different profiles to see if I can get decent CM. If that doesn't work, SuperDepth is on deck!

Me too! The voice acting/story in the first one made me want to quit more than once, but the game itself is incredible. The level design detail, down to chair and broom placement, is inspired. Quite literally so many ways you can trip up, and a host of ways to beat every level. It's just downloaded, so I'll report back in a few.

Short answer: Not good. Homescreen: shadows play havoc. In-game: The left eye is mostly a grey blur, the right eye works. Yeah. Ok. Just rushed the training level. Problem persists.

Same result in geometry. Tried the Mafia III CM profile and it is decent. Not a whole lot of depth, but HUD and other elements are OK. Will experiment with a few others...

This is an Unreal 4 engine game don't you have to change the StereoFlagsDX10 to 0x00004000 in NVidia profile.

? Not sure... But, I did give the AC: Unity profile a try and it works well. Much better depth with just a bit of haloing (as you would expect.) On the down side, Styx's snarkiness has been dialed up to 11 in this one - particularly after dying - it is already annoying and I haven't finished the training mission yet! Hopefully, it is toned down a bit as you move through the game. I loved the first game and you can see that Cyanide has looked to deliver more and better... we'll see.
? Not sure...
Above you can see that zingfharn says..
In-game: The left eye is mostly a grey blur, the right eye works.
The one eye issues can only be fixed by adding StereoFlagsDX10 to 0x00004000 to an existing profile or by using an alternate profile that has the flag present in it. DHR made a guide, I'll link it, if I can find it. edit: found it https://s3.amazonaws.com/dhr/PDF/Add_StereoFlagsDX10_to_Profile.pdf You might want to bookmark it for future reference if needed and/or note existing profiles containing the flag.

When I use the Witcher 3 profile, the left eye gets stuck on the first frame that loads, and doesn't change. It's very odd.

It works here without any modifications, if you get it working, try also to use a depht hack, that is a nice way to compensat for the lack of convergence in CM...
