List of 3D Vision problems
  10 / 12
I did DDU first thing in safe mode, booted into normal mode, installed 378.57, rebooted. I repeated the process of enabling 3d vision in the control panel, running heaven bench, showing that 3d vision is ON, pressing benchmark (so it starts from the beginning and you can compare frame rates.) During the period when 3d vision is enabled, I demonstrate pressing the 3dVision In-Active/Active button, you can see it turns green and the array of IR leds shows up on the cam, the screen shows double, and the frame rates show around 62fps on the sidewalk at the beginning of the heaven benchmark. I then turn the IR of, making 3dvision In-Active, and restart the benchmark by pressing the benchmark button in heaven. You can see the leds in the emitter turn off, and the green light turns off, and the double vision turns off, BUT THE FRAME RATE STAYS THE SAME AS WHEN 3d vision is ON... So then I go back to the desktop, disable 3d vision using the nvidia control panel, and get back into heaven, demonstrating the fps of about 122fps during the sidewalk scene of heaven, i press benchmark to make it go back to the sidewalk scene, to show the frame rate during that part. I repeat this process many times, and if you pay careful attention to the process, you can see the results. When 3d stereoscopic check box is off, the sidewalk FPS is 122+ When 3d stereoscopic check box is on, and the green 3d vision light is on, and the emitters are on, the sidewalk fps is 62. When 3d stereoscopic check box is on, and the green 3d vision light is off, and the emitters are off, the sidewalk fps is almost identical, 62. The 3d vision double frame set for both eyes is still being rendered even when 3d vision is put into standby mode using the green emitter button. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QLGIKe4Y2IE

When you turn 3d vision ON in the nvidia menu with the checkbox, and run anything 3d, your frame rates will drop severely,(which is normal)But even if you turn it off in your program, or by pressing the button on the emitter, or the hotkey, the framerates are still low. You must disable 3dvision totally to get your frame rates back...Before you could just press the green button on the emitter which places 3dvision into non-active mode, allowing much higher framerates, double, actually. No more, 378.57 AND 378.49 have this problem.
Forget winblows, nvidia, intel, etc. bloated, drm, closed source, human-wasted-code. Closed source and drm is identical to a land fill, it keeps getting bigger, full of trash. Hi, I'm with 378.66 drivers, I'm having some issues with the 3D configuration, during the Wizard Setup when I have to close right eye and left eye I see both the shapes and if I complete the procedure the 3D works very very bad, is it a known bug or is there something wrong? Everything's fine with previous releases. I have an ASUS PG278Q 27" and a GTX 1080. Thank you.

I don't know how to say this! When I try to run the Wizard I see both the shapes with the right or left eye closed. Something goes wrong and I don't know why. How can I post something to let you know better about the issue?

I think I have this issue: http://3dvision-blog.com/9009-some-3d-vision-monitors-may-have-resolution-issue-in-3d-mode/ But a few weeks ago everything worked without problems at all with the same hardware and the same monitor.

Hello! Did You change drivers recently ? If Yes, then did You used DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) before installed new driver, because if You just installed new driver then there is the chance that driver will be corrupted.

Hello everybody. Who knows, there is a possibility to adjust the 3D Vision on the Asus g752vs notebook? The laptop has a screen of 120 Hz and the video card supports 3D vision on external screens. What is missing on this laptop to use 3D vision on it, without an external screen?

I have a problem with the software. Every NVIDIA driver installation puts 3D Vision Photo Viewer on my desktop, with no way to say "please don't." This is a severe issue. Is there a resolution?

I'll throw this in, as it seems to be a bug. 3D Vision is having issues displaying anaglyph on all monitors (using surround) for the game X3 Terran Conflict. This could be due to having dual 980Ti's and the problematic monitor is connected to the second GPU. However with other games it works fine.

Please remove the 32 inch activation limit of 3DTV Play. This prevents monitors that support 3D and are HDMI 1.4 compliant from working.
