Since this game uses pre OpenGL 1.4 shaders, the only way AFAIK to play it in 3D in it's original release, would be by building a Legacy System with Windows XP and an old GPU. Like this.
You might find a modded version that has been moved an overhauled/modded IdTech Engine

If you have a 120Hz display, this solution works on some of the games using IdTech 3.

With GZDoom, there are multiple 3D modes, including quad buffer 3D for 3D Vision monitors. There was a time when it didn't work for me, so I made this at the time: https://helixmod.blogspot.com/2017/11/gzdoom.html
Sequential frames instead of the usual thing, but the HUD and crosshair can be at depth.

I think GZDoom is what I was playing Doom with in Windows 7. I updated to Windows 10 and I think 3D was still working -- but I did a clean install of Windows 10 and Doom got deleted.
What I have done today is extract GZDoom and install the MOD. I'm getting an error "ucrtbased.dll missing". Is the MOD incompatible with Windows 10?
