Still an issue here. Using 3DTV Play. Vivitek 3D Ready projector. Finally got this thing to work and now the eyes are backwards. Nice NVidia!
GTX 670 Sli. Vivitek D803W-3D Projector. i7 2700, AsRock Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3, 32GB ram. 4 x 1TB Raid 10, 2 x DVD Burners, 1 x Bluray burner. H100 cooling with 4 x 140mm fans. Dell C6100 server used for backup storage with 32 virtual cores, 96GB ram and 18TB storage in Raid5.
I must also go pretty deep into the painfully slow Tv menu to switch the L/R sequence every time i want to view a 3D screenshot or view a 3D youtube video. I'd really like an optional hotkey as well.

Have you tried 'reversing' what you see in the setup wizard? If left is triangle and right is hexagon, then choose hexagon on left and triangle on right instead.

I was thinking about this. Is the real reason this has never been addressed in a driver update, that it probably doesn't matter or effect the image? Can anyone tell a difference?
Also I have found that my setup looks like I have 3d depth but nothing pops out, and my friends passive setup looks like you have to duck from getting hit by things coming out at you. Was more what I was expecting to experience with this whole 3d experience. :(

Have you unlocked the 'advanced in-game settings' so you can adjust convergence? That makes a huge difference in games ... http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2943/ ... also have you turned up the depth? It defaults at 15% which is pretty conservative for most cases, set it as high as you're comfortable with ... most monitors can be set to 100% easily but with larger screens you probably wouldn't go as high. Mine is 65" and I'm usually at 45-50% or so.

You swap the icons, and it sets the eyes. It doesn't work for 3D Vision use though, it just gives you a 'hardware failure' error if you try this there.
Also, there is definitely a difference. If you swap eyes, the image is turned inside-out, sort of. It's dramatically inferior, but also sometimes hard to tell.
What you are seeing with your friend's setup is the Convergence. Dial it higher and you can get that too.

I have a BenQ W1070 and I use 3D vision with Edid modified of H5360
When I launch a game, the 3D is actived but the eyes are swapped. There is a way to swap eye ? The option on VP to swap eye doesn't work because he considerate that 3D is desactived
I have found a way to swap eyes but it work only with passive 3DTV.
Thanks a lot for answers !

Anyone brave enough to try this? Seems a bit sketchy to me.

I've never used it but it might just changing the "InterleavePattern0"=dword:aa55aa55 and "InterleavePattern1"=dword:aa55aa55 Values in the registry, or perhaps (an)other one(s) like it, those are the ones present on my DLP(Checkerboard) setup, I'm thinking changing them to 55aa55aa would reverse stereo but I've never bothered to try it as my DLP Link glasses have a 'reverse' function.
