We bought online a license of 3dtv play, but we can't authorize the product.
Internet is available, but there is also a firewall which can't be disabled (company)

Contacting nvidia is a bit of a problem .. they are somehow hiding the email address on the webpage.
The PC is part of a presentation plattform in the company, so i can't take the pc away from there.

Also know that there have been activation issues with several users.
