Yes you can hack the profile to disable 3D Vision. In this case you will get Side-by-side.

Huh, I have no idea how I managed to make it "work" today.
I don'T have any 3D Vision hardware, but last week I managed to make Minecraft and your wrapper work with 3D Vision discover. So I had anaglyph 3D in minecraft through 3D Vision.
All I did today was re-enable 3D Vision discover, redownload and copy the java runtime x64, re-copy your wrapper "v.3.25 Beta" to the runtime, and I had a SBS view.
Hmm, it's probably working how I want it because I didn't give admin access to anything. Your wrapper sees 3DVision enabled and activates SBS rendering, but it doesn't have access to the API so it cant tell 3DVision to activate 3D mode.
So I'm using TrinusVR and your wrapper to play Minecraft in real 3D VR with a Google-cardboard-like headset.
The effect is pretty good.
The easiest way to test it is:
- Get the demo: Minecraft.exe from the website.
- Run it one time.
- It will download Java Runtime and will make a folder called runtime.
- In The "Runtime/xxx/bin" folder (where javaw.exe is located) copy all the files from the FIX.rar file.
- Set javaw.exe to run as administrator.
- Start the game using Minecraft.exe. Use the DEMO profile.
- Once you click Play the splashscreen appears.
- The game starts and it should kick 3D vision.
Let me know if this helps. Also remove any profile in Nvidia Inspector that has javaw.exe attached to it.

OK I have not played the game for a few days I went into check something and now I get a SBS image when running the game.. I figured how to get SBS Running while using 3D Vision..
You need to set in the NCP/Stereoscopic 3D/Setup Stereoscopic D under select when the display is in 3D mode and set it too only while full screen 3D Programs run..
Well the 3D Vision fix DOES work with Realms ;) SWEET!!
That's good to know - I was going to try out Realms for my son.
Can you still use Optifine? Whereas it is a mod, I don't think it does anything to change the world contents like a normal mod, and it does give a very good to performance.

not sure about optifine so you would have to try it yourself as I was unable to get the mod working before.. there was a 30 day trial for realms I am not sure if it is still avaialable or not..

If the Runtime folder is missing I bet is running using Java located in "Program Files(x86)/Program Files" folder. Look there and see exactly what version of Java is using (32/64bits) and apply the patch to the Java location that the game uses;)

OK I have spent the last 3 hours messing with Minecraft and all I can get is SBS Rendering..
I am using minecraft 1.8.9 with the Minecraft3D Vision OGLx64 wrapper.. all the other wqrappers fail miserably this is a close as I can get..
I read and reread this entire thread and still no closer to solve why I only see a SBS image..
here is what I did:
1. Install Minecraft..
2. Installed JAVA 64bit standalone
3. Installed WrapperOGLx64.
4. Configured the game to run 1.8.9.
5. Made JAVA.exe run admin
6. made JAVAW.exe as admin.
the game runs fine and I see the Wrapper splash screen and the pyramid does not light up but the image is a SBS one..
I looked for a java.exe in NVidia inspector but Ill be damned if I can find one..
Not sure what else to try and this is a brand new fresh install of windows.. I run Win 7 64bit with SP! latest updates and the 361.543 drivers..Help!! ;)

Probably a profile is there somewhere...
The best way to find if an exe is attached to a profile is to try to add that EXE to any profile. NV Inspector will say something like: "Nope can't do Sir! The exe is already in Profile X" ;) This way you find the profile name;) You can delete it afterwards and the wrapper should generate a new one;)
The other thing you can do is add Java.exe and Javaw.exe to the "3D Vision Player" profile;) In theory that has the bits required for 3D Vision to kick in;) but is missing other flags.

No idea what to say there.. Something is preventing the wrapper from writing the Nvidia profiles though.
If you enable the log and look inside it it will say this. (If you remove the exe from the profile you associated it with. Now will say it is found and skipped).
