So today I have learned hard lesson from Nvidia QA. If you are watching TV in Windows media center in window and then maximize that window stereo driver hangs whole system.
But I think that this problem is only outfall of series of Nvidia failures. Incapability of delivering new products to the market, inability to admit imperfection of 3d vision kit (ghosting) and mainly extreme arogancy.
Yes, arogancy of managment that is spreading like cancer throughout whole company with direct impact on nvidia developers that are producing inquality drivers.
PS:
Hard to understand why stereo activates in Windows media center. And what I really dislike is that Nvidia is destabilising Windows Vista's basic components.

Hi, but you're forgetting that maybe this is happening only to you and can be an isolated case. Here the Windows Media Center works flawlessly in Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Do you have installed Nvidia 3D Vision driver 191.07. And activated this driver? I doubt.
I am talking about Nvidia 3D Vision driver here, not GeForce driver. But GeForce drivers are bad too in some specific configurations.
Do you have TV tuner? What model, pls. And are you using windows media center for watching TV?
I see that you have 64-bit Windows, so I will try also if it is happening in 64-bit.
---
I tried it also in 64-bit Vista and Nvidia driver hangs system there too.
I have nvidia geforce driver 191.07 and stereoscopic driver 191.07. 3D vision activated (it's always enabled here, since I'm always playing in 3D), I'm usingo Windows Vista SP1 and Windows 7 Ultimate, both 32bit.
Windows Media Center is working normally in both OS's, no problema at all. I have a Geforce 9800 GTX.

Yes that is because you have only one graphics card.
I have multiple graphics cards and system hangs only if multi-gpu is activated. If I disable it it Nvidia drivers do not freak out.
But fact that stereo is activated in windows media center is odd. If you have anaglyph it distorts colors, if shuttered stereo, video is "blinking" and glasses oddly activated (with one lens dark).
This is total fail of Nvidia QA, I do not know what they are doing at work, but it seems that only drinking cofee with legs on the desk.
PS:
Firstly I did not believe you, because I have supposed that everybody using Nvidia 3D Vision has a lot of graphics cards in system, but it is clear now.
PS2:
What I can not withstand about Nvidia QA that multi-gpu and 3D Vision system hangs are regressing, typical testing task.

So your system hung and 3D Vision craps out. Wow, so far I see the only person having this problem is you, sir. I certainly don't see a worldwide epidemic of biblical proportions.
"Windows Media Center devastated by 191.07 drivers" ?? Sounded like your PC was destroyed or something.

It does not sound like my PC is destroyed. It sound as usual - operating system is destabilised by Nvidia drivers. I used "devastated" word because system hang is serious issue and Nvidia should not implement that.

and this must not repeat.
My PC is in fact total fail, because all essential products there - chipset and graphics cards - were designed by Nvidia (uncapable deliver stable drivers, otherwise hw is fine).
-----------------------
I of course did all stability tests, latency check, xperf -> and system is in champ condition. Only geforce and 3d vision drivers are not.

I tested it now and really with anaglypg driver aplicates anaglyph to windows media center, but if you have real 3d vision driver kills.
