Driver CD v1.08 released - Windows 7 supported!

Bah, still don't work properly on windows 7. Removed all previous drivers, installed new ones running launch.exe from the new driver cd. Went through the wizard. Then test stereoscopic 3d (nvidia logo test) went into stereomode just fine. Then I disabled stereo, still ran, then enabled it again and computer freezes :( BTW a profile for GuildWars would be nice, still one of my favorite games, and awesome looking in 3d, but unplayable with nice convergence settings because the HUD is no longer visible then.

EDIT: w00t I think I figured out the fix. Removed all the UMBUS devices in device manager. This worked on both my computers. I thought of this because on vista where 3dvision worked all along there was no SMBUS drivers installed.

That's great news! :D. I'm travelling right now so I haven't been able to check it out yet, but now I can't wait to fire it up next week when I'm back home. :)

Are you sure you can see DX10 effects ? I didn't notice them on other games (comparing with CD 1.07)...I think it would have been implemented on all of them...

I can confirm 3D pointer now works in Vista64, thank you Nvidia

Cooooooool!!!

Haven't installed them yet, is the flashing gone (in games where you used to have flashing with 1.07, such as Frontlines Fuel of War)?

Yes, still playing lotro in dx10, at least all the dx10 boxes are checked. The shadows are finer and move better and the quality is definetly better. I am using win 7 rc 32 bit. I haven't tried any other dx10 games, but lotro is defenitely working.

Funny thing is if you read some of my earlier posts, I couldn't even get lotro working in dx9 with 1.06 drivers and had it running in dx10 with quite a few bugs. Then I finally got dx9 running by removing post processing effects, and landscape lighting with the 1.07 drivers. When I installed win 7 and the 1.08 drivers I told it to try dx10 and it is working great, except for Lorien, where my glasses randomly shut off, or turn on if I'm not in 3d mode... which is really weird.
