Please Answer Quick
Im trying to get a replacement for my 3Dvision glasses because the top part of the frames are loose. The sager representative is trying to say that is the way they are supposed to be. However, when I had my qosmio, the glasses weren't loose at all. Can anyone pitch in and tell me if their glasses are loose too? The part under my thumb is the separated top part of the frame. That is not supposed to happen right?

Ok, thanks. How come my Qosmio pair didn't do this? Different production type or something?

This piece was added after the intial design of the glasses - to add more light-blocking material to the top of the frames. On some glasses this piece is looser than on others, and it's relatively easy to secure with an adhesive. I believe the glasses that came with the laptop you mention were 3D Vision I and thus did not have this strip - and have smaller lenses.

By 3Dvision I do you mean 3Dvision 2 version 1? Because both glasses were 3Dvision 2 type glasses.
