I just tested and I couldn't find any broken reflections in Haven. Are you talking about the ice reflections or other reflections? I am going to check those decals now and see what is wrong there;)
Edit:
Regarding the decals:
Go to shaderFixes folder and remove these:
df682774de7b526c-ps_replace.txt
df682774de7b526c-ps_replace.bin
That should make the decals render properly now.

Did more testing and I removed quite a few of the decal shaders... Thing is it looks correct without any manual correction of the PS shaders.... So I imagine, that the vertex shader associated with those pixel shaders is already corrected.
I need to do more digging.... But simply removing the PS makes them render properly in 3D (I expect a double correction takes place...somewhere..)

If you look at my previous post on the last page I provided a save file, and screenshot, wasnt sure if you tried my save. I should be in the exact location (in a dungeon) its pretty obvious, unless it is just my install for some reason. (and if so I apologize) but I have since reverted to v3 and its fixed again apart from the offending decal. (the other shader problems introduced are actually much worse.)
Some shaders on the floor around the symbols are completely broken on my game here in v4 (as well as certain places back at the stronghold) It happens in far more places but this was just the best example.
I've been playing with v3 this morning and I haven't seen any more problems at all. (apart from the decals)
*adding again here with a better image of the problem , rename save file to .das*

Not had chance yet, but I will. We removed some shaders that seemed to cause problems elsewhere and I suspect that these are the problem. I will roll back to v3 as well and start at your savegame.

Something is not right here. Both the PS and VS are needed. I have fixed many of them. Are you saying that removing the snow decal PS shader in necropants save game place fixes the decal? There might be something else wrong with that shader that needs fixing but it is needed to fix decals. I might get chance to look tomorrow.

Exactly. Removing only the PS (not the VS) fixes the problem with the decals.;)) So far I found 2 decals Pixel shaders that seem to fix most of the decals. (Vertex shaders are un-altered).

The MaxVariableFPS line is exactly what it says. IT DOESN'T HAVE anything to do with the refresh rate. It just controls how MUCH fps the engine will render. The reason I capped it is to prevent the engine to CRASH in certain locations. As you can see, the engine still crashes in loading screens.
Why? Because it is ignored in loading screens. If you leave the FPS counter up you will see the renderer getting high to 200 fps then dips to 30-ish and then crashes to desktop.
It is taken into account in the actual game however and thus you don't crash even if you play 6 hours straight in an area no matter how many transitions you have between gameplay and cinematics.
Sure, but setting "GameTime.MaxVariableFps 120" @ 120 and leave the RefreshRate ingame @ 60 Hz results in broken 3D for me. I have to set the Hz InGame to 120, or change the "GameTime.MaxVariableFps 120" to 60 (if in game 60 Hz is set). Otherwhise the 3D fix will not work for me (sometimes shadows or lights are broken, the wrapper will turn off sometimes, the grass is making strange things ... and so on. Just let you know this if someone have the same problem.

Losti, this happens for me sometimes regardless of that setting being in sync with the display setting. I have even had to switch to single card again then back to SLI for it come right. The engine is weird like that.

Very interesting find;)) I have no idea why it does that for you;)) But if it's working... I guess is working ^_^. I've also experienced the "stop" part where the game/wrapper decides to simply stop working and everything is back to "normal". However I am getting this when traveling from map to map. (The game doesn't crash just the 3D afterwards is really messed up)
I am also using the same 60fps with 60Hz refresh rate.
I did more digging and apparently either the game or driver goes out of sync one with the other. That's why we get the 3d vision driver disabling the fix. It seems to be related with vertical sync somehow...
If I force Vsync OFF in Nvpanel the game won't even start for me...

Can you send me a save-game in the location where you made the screenshot? I see the marking there on the wall is 2D as well as the decals near the ice;))
