BTW, in the "Action=" command you have to put the buttons names in the OS language...example, my OS is spanish, so i have to put "Botón 1", at least for me is the only way to ini works.
Yep, I understood that too, and that's probably why it didn't work.
Sadly, I have to play with a gamepad (yup, RSI shit) and I'm still fighting with the log file in order to find what i must copy in the ini. :D

I also play with a gamepad (xbox360 wireless controller) and the wrapper dont work with gamepads (already send a PM to Chiri), The "Input=" command works, but the "Action=" dont do nothing. Left trigger for this gamepad is the Button 7 (if i dont remember wrong). In my case the ini should be:
Input=Controller (Xbox 360 Wireless Controller)
Action=Botón 7
So, i made a profile with xpadder (mouse button only) and work perfect with the gamepad (Nvapi.dll + xpadder)

Above DHR tells that "button" must be written in OS language, so i did so but still not working.
Seems that Im only one here who can not get the 3d work. I m so mad to nvidia becouse Programming is their job, not mine. I have paid them a large sum of money, and their job is to make the programming of the game, not mine.
Whether you no longer have any ideas how I could get my game to work too?, PLEASE.....

@jorkkako, make a ini only with this:
[Logging]
Input=1
Enter the game, play 1 min and exit. Attach the file "nvapi_inputlog.txt" (this file is generated where t6sp.exe is located and where the dll suppose to be).

DHR. Im sorry this is not help me, (im level 1 with PC) please if possible put some pictures here so i could watch where i have to do the changes.
Example: step 1. open the folder x by clikink right button on your mouse... etc. and then picture what it should then look like. Ok?
I understand that is frustrating but it is only way to help me, people who has lot of experience with PC, usually leaves somethin out of the instructions becouse they thought that everybody knows it, but i believe that people like me is more than people like you who knows lot of programming and i understand that it is lot of work to help people like me who dont know nothing, but still i dont have nothing but one word...PLEASE , try to help once more, ok? If i learn this method i can use it other games olso. Please.

1. Extract the content of the file attached in the same folder where t6sp.exe is (game executable)...look your installation game folder. If you dont find the .exe use the "Search" option of windows.
2. Enter the Game, Play 1 min and exit
3. Attach the file "nvapi_inputlog.txt" that is generated in the same folder of the first step (where t6sp.exe is).
Hope it's easy enough
Just for curiosity, What do you do to successfully register in this forum?

Have you enabled the keyboard shortcuts for 3D Vision from the nVidia control panel? You do this by opening the nVidia control panel, navigate to stereoscopic 3d -> setup stereoscopic 3d -> there's a tab that says "set keyboard shortcuts", press it and from the menu that opens, tick the box that says "Enable advanced in-game settings". Then either use the default keys that are used for increasing and decreasing convergence, or you can manually change them to something else (I have changed the keys to the following: Increase convergence = Numbad + Decrease convergence = Numbad - , it just feels easier for me, but you can set them to anything you feel like) but of course you can use the default keys as well. Once you have these enabled, you can adjust the convergence in-game by pressing the buttons you have set-up for them. Sometimes you may have keep them pressed for a few seconds until you start seeing any difference in the convergence.
Just out of curiosity, do other games work for you in 3D? What's your setup (meaning your computer and monitor and such)? Have you installed the latest nVidia display drivers and gone through the 3D Vision setup process (you can do this by ticking the box that says "Enable stereoscopic 3D" in the nVidia control panel-> Setup stereoscopic 3D)? I suggest you get the latest beta drivers for your GPU (short for graphics processing unit, which also means your graphics card. You'll run into this term a lot in these and other forums, so you should try to remember that term so when someone mentions it, you'll know what they're talking about). You can find the latest beta drivers for your GPU here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/win8-win7-winvista-64bit-310.54-beta-driver.html
Also a bit out of topic, I suggest you visit a site like : http://www.guru3d.com/ and go to their forums and just read various topics, especially ones that talk about similar hardware (and also software like gpu drivers and such) you have. Hopefully you'll learn some more basic stuff about your hardware and also about computer usage in general.

Hello again.
I've been playing for about 6 months to 3d. and this same problem is also in some other games (BT3 etc ...) but i can aim their weapon, however, so it does not matter if I can not increase or decrease the Convergence those games.
I know how to use the nvidia control panel and set keyboard shortcuts.
Maybe broblem is my gtx 690? You have one prosessor cards and 690 is 2 x 680?
I dont find any other reason why my game does not work, i think that I have been make changes to what you are here to advise right but they do not work for me.

I can't get the logging to work, and therefore can't identify the input name for the xbox 360 wireless controller. Does anyone know what it is? Thanks.

So are you saying that this game doesn't work in 3D for you at all (it doesn't go into 3D mode when the game launches), or is the 3D working, but only not properly? Medal Of Honor Warfighter doesn't work in 3D for anyone, so you're not alone on that one. This game however, should. I suggest you uninstall the game completely and then re-install it. Do the same for your GPU drivers (I suggest you do a clean install as well) and then try to run the game again (first without any of the mods installed) and see if it runs in 3D (sometimes the 3D doesn't activate automatically, you can try to press Ctrl + t to activate it). If the 3D is now working, then extract the contents of the NVAPI.rar to your games installation folder (where the game's exe is located), like I advised in my previous post. Also I don't think your GTX 690 is the problem here, however I would make sure you have SLI turned on in the nVidia control panel just to be sure.

Yes, this game start with 3d and works fine and looks nice but the broblem is the aiming, i cant see enemies trought scope because gun is too close. If i could change converce it would solve this broblem at least it does with other games.
I tsek the SLi from control panel is it right when i get home.

Amazing how much feedback there is for this little hack. I did't had much time to code this thing and haven't even played BO2 so far. I still need to find some time to finish L.A. Noire, for which this was originally made. Working 2 jobs doesn't help..
Anyway, I will arrange some time this evening to fix the controller support. Maybe also switch from DirectInput to XInput API for XBOX360 controllers. About the ini-File: Anyone with some basic programming skills should be able to understand the .ini-File handling (source code is included). Sorry for not writing a manual, but I just don't have time for it.
Also a little GUI to create a working ini-File would be very easy to implement in which you could just press the desired button and it would create the required entries in the ini-File. Anybody here knows some windows programming?
