I'm glad to know u think the acer is better (since I have one lol). At the time I bought it, the optoma were unsupported so it was my only choice. My problem is I cant get an image bigger than 110 inches because i am limited by distance. My projector is literally hugging the wall so I can get a maximum picture size. I really wanted 120 though

Brain storm! what if i use the zoom lever to make the image bigger? would that be the same as moving the projector further away?
Aww guess I remembered wrong. Its already maxed.

so the optoma has bad rainbow issues? dont they all? is it as bothersome as ghosting? sounds like the acer could be better cause less rainbow effect.. but if the both have it... then i dunno.. guess ill skip the whole thing till they get it right and deal with my lcd.
