I don't know if anyone said it before but:
- Apparently there is a profile for the game but is using different executables.
- Just search for Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor profile in nvinspector
- add the actual exe of the game
- Use a depth of around 15%-20% (for some reason the depth in this game is INSANEEEE)
- tweak a bit the convergence.
- You should get a less broken image where the main geometry renders in 3d
Also: set shadows to low to avoid some lighting artefacts.
This will give you strange haloes and wrong shadows. But if these can be disabled we would have a good 3D experience.
Sadly I don't know how 3Dmigoto works to do this:(

Should figure ways to let nvidia know you guys want a compatibility mode 3D profile [since its only option at least for a long time].
Compatibility mode is still new and with new "focus" on VR 3D they may be agreeable to listen. It shouldnt be hard implement.

But 3D does not work at all!

4. Press 6 to save the vertex shader and 3 to save the pixel shader.
5. Go to the shaderfixes folder and find the specified shader.
6. Find a line that says something like [code]out float4 o0 : SV_Position0[/code] (the important part is that it says SV_Position0 or something similar as that tells the shader where to go)
7. Add [code]o0 = 0;[/code] before the return line. The o0 is what float SV_Position0 was assigned to. So if you instead found this:
[code]out float4 o2 : SV_Position0[/code]
put o2 = 0; instead. We just need to tell the position float to be 0.
This works most of the time. Considering migoto doesn't require additional fixes to work with shadow of mordor like it does for dead rising 3. If migoto doesn't decompile the shader fully then there's nothing you can do right now regarding that specific shader. I think you can find out if the shader is decompiled properly if there are no tbuffer definitions but don't quote me on that. Basically ctrl+f "tbuffer" (no quotation marks) and if nothing comes up then you're good.

Using Metro 2033 profile i was able to fix some models....the game have a lot of issues: 2D shadows and halos mainly.

The other bad news is Shadows don't have any depth info and no projection matrix ... There are some workaround to this, but the main issue is other, so no point to invest time on shadows right now (in screenshot i disable shadows btw)

If anyone finds that there are shaders that are not decompiling properly, let me know and I'll fix the bugs.
If you have 'calls=1' set in the d3dx.ini, you can look in the log file. It will log any errors it sees during decompile or recompile.
Is the Ultra setting grayed out as the game detects that the GPU doesn't have 6 GB VRAM, though you have installed the HD Pack separately ?
Or you can still enable it and play on the Ultra settings ?
Oh boy, how far have we come. We 3D gamers discuss how to make that ugly Fake 3D work. Not even dare to speak of real 3D Vision. It is a real shame.

Some games can not be fixed so a 3D compatibility patch is better than nothing and again the sniper elite series is excellent with 3D compatibility mode.

Some games can not be fixed so a 3D compatibility patch is better than nothing and again the sniper elite series is excellent with 3D compatibility mode.
