- "Lightboost" at the max setting, because the name is fake and it's just brightness (a lower setting won't reduce motion blur).
- For dark games, 50 contrast (default setting) is fine, but bright objects will have more crosstalk. A good setting is 42 (it's what I use), and the safest is 37.
- I use gamma 2.5 and disable adaptive contrast control and dark boost. It may not be a perfect gamma, but I don't need to deal with ICC profiles that are ignored a lot of times in fullscreen anyway.
- Don't touch color/contrast/gamma settings in the Nvidia Control Panel.
