3D vision working in games, but not with videos and photos
Hi, I'm using 3D vision with a projector through what I'm assuming is 3DTV Play. When I run the demo from the stereoscopic 3D section of the control panel, it works fine and gives me 3D for both 720p and 1080p (at 24 Hz). I've also used it in several games, like Crysis and Team Fortress 2. This works great! Unfortunately that's where the 3D support ends on my PC. I recently wanted to start enjoying 3D movies, so I tried the HTML5 3D mode on YouTube. I set my monitor to 1920x1080 @ 24 Hz and started a video. Although my projector recognizes the 3D signal and regards it as frame-packing, the video shows as two frames stacked vertically. When looking through my 3D glasses at this, both images appear 2D. When I look at one of the photos on the 3D Vision Live website, they're also just stacked on top of each other. I've also tried the 3D Vision Video Player and it also shows it like this: The input footage is half width side-by-side and I've configured the player to read it like that, but seeing as all the other applications don't work either, I don't think that's the problem. How do I solve this problem? Edit: It does work with my NVIDIA 3D monitor, odd. Edit: Either connecting my 3D Vision pyramid or running the 3DTV Play Activation application at least made it work in the player and for photos now, but not on YouTube yet.
Hi,

I'm using 3D vision with a projector through what I'm assuming is 3DTV Play. When I run the demo from the stereoscopic 3D section of the control panel, it works fine and gives me 3D for both 720p and 1080p (at 24 Hz). The input footage is half width side-by-side and I've configured the player to read it like that, but seeing as all the other applications don't work either, I don't think that's the problem.

How do I solve this problem?

Edit: It does work with my NVIDIA 3D monitor, odd.
Edit: Either connecting my 3D Vision pyramid or running the 3DTV Play Activation application at least made it work in the player and for photos now, but not on YouTube yet.
