Nice! Love the Trine series and, by association, Nine Parchments and Shadwen - can't wait to see what Frozenbyte comes up with. I hope they stick with the idea of trying to open up the world a little and that they don't go back to the strictly side-scroll presentation found in the first two.

Wanted to post about it earlier but wasn't home and wasn't able to log in. Hope they won't ditch 3D like they did with a recent title. But again maybe someone here can get a working fix. It's just that they were so nice supporting 3D and it was a let down when they told me NP wouldn't. In the end, does it? Haven't looked at it at all.

3D Vision must live! NVIDIA, don't let us down!

I was a fan of Trine 1 and 2, but the 3 was way more inferior to me. It was less fun, and less enjoyable than the previous one (maybe because of its open levels and new gameplay). Trine is a superb side-scroller coop game (and 3D ready!) but trying to make it as a 3D platformer is a bad idea. I hope Trine 4 will come back to the roots of the serie.

If it's only a polished engine of Trine 3 but without 3D support then I won't buy their game. Trine series always was a showcase for 3D Vision and if they let it down for no reason I won't spend any money for this game. Just my opinion. Because if it's still basically the old engine it would be no great effort to keep native 3D support.
