Adds 3D Vision Window Mode support for the following games and applications:

Guild Wars 2

Added the following 3D Vision game profiles:

Could anyone from nVidia comment on this? ^^ Because it's pretty obvious that the game hasn't even been released yet! :)

Nvidia commonly works with devs on high profile titles prior to release.

That would make the sense. If the game was scheduled to be released in the next few months.

But, the game will probably be released Q3/Q4 of this year (Seems the most likely; all the speculation seems to agree), and no sooner. So why now? Just curious as to the timing.

They probably have builds from the developer, and they were going through enabling windowed 3D on most of the MMO's, the games been playable for quite some time.

For some reason I don't see either Guild Wars game in my stereoscopic compatibility tab in the control panel.

*EDIT* Nevermind, I found it. Think I am getting old....

It's obvious Guild Wars 2 will be 3D ready. I have a new respect for these devs. I enjoyed guild wars 1 and now more than ever am I looking for to part 2.

Too bad Bioware are too freaking stupid to have any foresight when it comes to technology.

someone mentioned rift didn't work in 3d, I hope they fixed it. Btw it looks like with the new drivers FFXIV works now in 3d, I ordered cheap at zavvi.com for 12 euro, I know the game was broken on release, but being so cheap, with 3d and hoping that a four month period may have helped them make the game more playable by now. I'll post how it works when I get it.

I am pretty sure the 3D problem with Rift is because of the engine and will be up to the devs to fix.

The dumb thing is Rift already has a profile, or maybe the drivers are just confusing it with another Rift game. It would however not be the first game that works perfectly during earlier development stages and then doesn't work properly or at all when it is released. As if developers lose interest in 3d midway...
