Lately SLI works just fine in Windowed Mode games under Windows 10. Surround has nothing to do with either Gsync or SLI or whatnot. If the engine supports Surround resolutions that it will work. For 3D Vision to work is more questionable but other people reported other Windows Store games that work with 3D Vision.

Yes, but the 3dvision keys and especially advanced keys do not seem to work, which is a bit of a major problem.

I mean is doable, but not fun doing it;)

Hmm I am not sure where to start here. I feel only you and DJ-RT know too much about this at this point. How would you go about setting a custom convergence via the profile? (for killer instinct for example) Don't worry if its too complex to explain here.

Windows Store games are Dead on Arrival. Don't buy them, unless you are willing to accept their console restrictions. Microsoft does not allow any modding of Windows Store games. We can't load 3Dmigoto or HelixMod, which means we cannot fix anything. Basically Microsoft wants the PC to be a console too, because they are control freaks. Just say no.

Killer Instinct is free to play and there is no other choice as it's windows store only, Otherwise I would never bother. * No full screen * can't turn off Vsync * no mods * Can't even use bind in mouse software or advvanced settings in 3dvision It's a literal shock 3dvision starts at all and looks so good as it is in this game. Microsoft have their heads up their asses. This is even worse than GFWL and that's a feat.

If you can't kill off gaming on the PC and force them to buy on consoles, turn the PC into a console. It actually was pretty nice for that "dark" period when MS refused to release PC games and even convinced their partner in crime, EA, to follow suit for a couple of those years. Of course, EA didn't last with their boycott for that long. Seeing Steam swallow up the digital publishing landscape got them back off the sidelines. But this power vacuum they left resulted in most of the things that are awesome about PC gaming today.

You are saying this game that doesn't run in Exclusive fullscreen is working in 3D Vision in Window Mode? Is it a DX9 game? Last I checked only DX9 supported or better say HAD Windows Mode support implemented and DX11 always required you to run in exclusive fullscreen mode? If that is the case, you can easily modify the convergence used by the nvidia driver from the settings using NVINspector: The image above tells you how you can calculate and modify the convergence value using NVInspector;)

Thanks I will play around with this. Apart from the shadow moves (which is really annoying they can't be disabled) its the only thing that's really broken with the UI at screen depth. I was actually pretty shocked, just a freak accident I assume. Well I had a great deal of grief getting this to start in 3dvision. I just assumed it wasn't working until I saw the thread here on it. Ended up having to turn off SLI, and then toggle off 3d mode in the windows display settings and reboot. The game definitely runs in a borderless fullscreen mode. As far as I am aware it's Dx11 (as stated on the page.) So it's looking like 3dvision does work in this framework in Dx11 in borderless windowed, at least. It was originally an exclusive xboxone title. *edit* Ok this is weird. Those options are not in the profile, and If I try to manually add them with the profile manager there is no killer instinct entry at all. (even though I can see it in Nvidia inspector)

Forza Apex is out on the 6th of May. It is also free. Finally 4K forza. Would be nice if they added in VR support, that way it would work in 3D vision by default wouldn't it? No steering wheel support at launch is a bit crap though!

No steering wheel support at launch, hahaha That is so wrong, what were they thinking? Anyhow, what does everyone use for racing wheels? I've thought about buying one a few times, but I'm not a big fan of racing games. (no hate please) Thrustmaster recently released a new steering wheel that is compatible with the Xbox One and PC. I've been considering it once it gets a few reviews. Release Date 5/20/2016 http://www.guru3d.com/news-story/thrustmaster-tmx-force-feedback-racewheel-for-xbox-one-and-windows.html

I've been looking at the fanatec wheels and pedals. I bought a cheap offer on hotdeals (UK deal voting site) and picked up a Logitech G920 for £99 brand new. I tried it for 30 mins and haven't used it since. Great pedals (which surprised me) but the wheel is too small! It also has the same problem as the xbox one controllers! A bright white retina burning X light that is almost blinding when you are in a dark room with the projector on! There's no option to turn it off either! Buying the state of the art equipment and then having to cover things up with black electrical tape is not the way it should be. I think the fanatec stuff is what I need but the price of the clubsport wheel base alone is eye watering! I'm keeping my eye out for a 2nd hand one. I really hope Microsoft don't cock this up!
