Hi, I am just passing by and do not want to interfere or increase preasure ;)
I just started playing Elex, and sadly this geme also crashes with the 3D fix installed (mx-2 posted it here in the forum). Are the two problems related? I am asking because if so, a fix for Elex would probably as likely/unlikely as for Dishonored 2...

Might be related, but probably not. The problems that different games have are really diverse and tend to be unique. Another example of a game that worked on Win7, but not Win1 was TheDivision. That was unique to that game, the game is cheating the APIs in a funny way. Win10 is a giant source of pain.
I'm still looking at Dishonored2 and have made some progress toward an experiment. It's tedious and error prone, and is taking far, far too much of my time. No answer at present.

It's coming along nicely!
I played in 2d and the game had some really weird lighting issues in a few places. Shadows would move when the camera moved! There weren't too many of them and they were normally off in a corner where most people won't even look.

The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. Instead of altering their views to fit the facts, they alter the facts to fit their views ... which can be very uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering.
Thanks bo3b!!!
bo3b is doing a massive refactoring in the wrapper...a lot of works is going on!!
Yesterday he share with me a "engineering build" to test...is not near the final version but works for hunting. So i take a look and manage to fix a lot of stuff...this engine/game have in every surface a shader for shadows, lights and reflections so fixing manually will take forever...here ShaderRegex is a must!!!
Those screenshots are using only ShaderRegex + 2 shaders fixed manually (1:variant of lights and 2:volumetric lights). The second picture is similar that one take by bo3b...to compare.

Still need to solve some clipping that one CS have, water reflections, Crosshair/HUD....this in the very first 20 minutes of playing. I also want to try a couple of profile tweaks to solve the clipping, i think i can solve using a profile tweak.
