Soma 3D Vision issue with low FPS
I installed the Fix from Helifax and it looks great. However, I read in the read me that high frame rate is required to avoid eye synch problems. I have a Nvidia Geforce 1080 and I can't get higher than 17 to 23 fps in this game with the wrapper installed. thus constantly getting eye synch issue. This even gave me a bad headache. I am playing at 1080 p with Vsync on. My question is for anyone who played the game or Helifax himself how do you keep good framerate on this game?

What is your GPU usage and what is your fps values when 3DV is off? If your fps is around 40-60, then 17-23 is normal. If your GPU usage is not above 90%, maybe your CPU is weak and can't keep up. If your GPU usage is above 90% and if you're using Win7, maybe the 3DV fix is having issues with your system. I saw two examples of 3DV fix incompatibility, first one was mine with Quantum Break fix, the second one, I don't remember which user and game it was. If your GPU usage is above 90%, try lowering resolution. If you gain significant fps, then you don't have the necessary horse power. Also try disabling vsync, if fps increases greatly, use Nvidia's (control panel) vsync option.

Sounds like something funky is going on there... like the GPU idling or something and you getting crappy FPS for some reason... I think somebody else had this problem some time ago and I think fixed it somehow. Try to see if you can find the answer around here: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/879631/soma-3d-vision-support-thread/ If not, Try to install older drivers maybe? There was some incompatibility at some point with some drivers (for some very bizarre reasons..)
