3DSolutionGaming returns with complete site revamp. 3D gaming video's, screenshots and tips
Things have been a little quiet of late, but SG has now launched it's new site. www.3dsolutiongaming.com is a 3D website dedicated to Nvidia 3D Vision users, providing both streaming 3D video and 3D images which can be viewed directly within the browser. SG also provides tips and advice on achieving the best possible 3D experience. Those of you whom have been on these forums for a good few years may well have visited the old site, which contained videos and solutions for well over 200 games. Over the coming days and weeks we will be adding both completely new content and slowly but surely transferring over all the old content into the new site. We are also keen to promote the invaluable Helixmod fixes and provide information and crosslinks whenever possible. Be sure to check out the most recent titles which include in-game 3D video footage of games such as: Metro: Last Light, Pinball FX2, Mars: War Logs, Far Cry 3 among manner others Also in early development are our social media pages FACEBOOK:- https://www.facebook.com/3dsolutiongaming TWITTER:- https://twitter.com/solutiongaming

Great Metro Last Light video. I've still not bought the game yet, I have been consumed by Pinball FX-2...

Site looks great, long time fan of site. Saved me lots of times in past like teaching me about first person witcher, getting beyond + evil to work, etc.

Hey, that's where I first learned about fixes, tweaks, and settings for 3D gaming before I learned about the HeliX Mod.

So much, that ive added BGE to the new site. With the fixes, BGE becomes a worthy addition to any 3D gamers collection - See link below http://www.3dsolutiongaming.com/2013/05/beyond-good-and-evil/

Its solid game still definetly. Gameplay just feels great. The stretching is not noticeable after playing for a bit. I added a link to your borderlands 2 page on my patch page. I don't touch helix's pages though tbh. Wierd, I tried AaaaAAaaaAAAAa A Reckless Disregard for Gravity and I could of sworn it was 2D crosshair. I will have to check it out again. Maybe I was messing with profiles. Looks good, its one of those games that I could just see a preview of in 2D and know it would be amazing 3D. It adds a different dimension to it [imo]. I have a page for Fable 3, but it doesnt really belong on Helixmod site. I removed depth of field just to add it to site because I didnt want info to get lost. Its more on the lines of your site. I saw you upload a screenshot so if you want, I will take it down. I forgot to check your site but it wouldnt surprise me if you already had some of the instructions.

I will copy the text and apply on SG though thanks. It does make perfect sense for both sites to work together as closely as possible.

To help improve the 3DSolutionGaming website, Im trying to get a hold on how best to communicate with the community, namely when a new game is added to the SG site, how best to let people know about it. So ive added a very quick single question survey to the site, all help greatly appreciated. http://www.3dsolutiongaming.com also, added today another Helix 3D Ready title, namely XCOM: Enemy Unknown

To suggest a note about Xcom - I just played through the whole thing over the last few weeks. I used the tweak to increase the depth of the hud elements, combined with a 360 controller, and xpadder to bind clicking the right stick to cycle hud depth. That way I was able to easily flick the hud to where I needed it to be, and I didn't have to use the 2d cursor. So it was basically perfect in 3d.

Thats how I played as well. I didnt find it really playable any other way. But with depth hud I really enjoyed it. Everything lines up with a bit of tweaking. third person distant camera, crosshairs on enemy[targetting]. Helix didnt include the option "out of the box" but he mentions the setting in the notes he wrote/ in his dx9settings.
