I see "HDMI v1.4a stereoscopic format" is actually came out along with BD3D which was much later than NVIDIA 3D Vision. It even support input signal of "Top-Bottom" and "Side-by-Side" which NVIDIA 3D Vision only output as frame flipping. Can either these two projector support it?
- compatibility (3D Vision, DLP 3D, HDMI v1.4a format, etc)
- C/P ratio

Owned both of them. Started with the HD66 and was quite disapointed.
it was quite loud and i got a really bad rainbow effect from it. (I am suseptable)
I took it back and got the Acer and I am much happier. it runs quieter and i get no where near as much rainbow from it (zero in 3D mode).
The only issue with the acer is that I use DLP link glasses and the "3d mode enabled" message really does my head in! (stays up for like 30 seconds)
As for 1.4, I beleive that there are no 1.4 projectors out at the moment - but they all work fine for 3D vision, blu-ray and games alike.

OH, then I think I shall hold my purchase to wait till HDMI v1.4 LCD monitor / projector then.
I cannot ensure every where (living room TV and bedroom monitor) can hook up with nVidia, right?
3DBD player / PS3 are target as well~

I took it back and got the Acer and I am much happier. it runs quieter and i get no where near as much rainbow from it (zero in 3D mode).
