Im not going to add it to blog namely because Im not sure it will stand test of time [game patches/whatever]. Also game feels soulless. I really doubt its gonna be around in 6 months. Its pretty much just Helix's script and I did the quick fixes to get it to work. Its got a few issues which I didnt bother with. I basically did as little possible. Id give it a rating of Great. I might give it an entry on my blog[ramblings] eventually [Prob not. Its dull to me]

Ty Eqz and sorry for late reply.
I found that Rivatuner server was causing the issue after 1.11.
Now the game version is 1.15 and it is still working fine.

Sorry to resurrect such an old thread. is anyone still playing this?
I recently gave it another look. I was firmly in eqzitaras camp on release. But it really has improved tenfold since then with a whole bunch of new characters to boot, and actually seems to have a very healthy player base. With this 3d fix it looks awesome, (especially the particle effects.)
However with the helix fix I get pretty horrible performance, without it the game is extremely smooth. (constant 60fps+) and with the standard 3d vision support its just as smooth (with the problems the fix resolves obviously).
I haven't had this issue with any other 3d game and helix fix.
Something in either in the patch zip is causing major stuttering particularly when new graphical elements are loaded characters/area's/drops. Something in the shader overide or the dx9.dll itself?
There is also this file
PSscript.lua
anyone know what this does? Has anyone run into this issue or have an idea how to resolve it?

Yup Necro, game has improved a metric tonne since release. I've had no problems with the 3d fix, except when they put the new Loki themed start screen, that has some problems but I think that's understandable. Performance for me has been fine.

Ok weird. i'ts really night and day with the fix. but as soon as I remove it and run with the broken 3d it's back to 100% performance.
I wonder what's different on my system to make it so bad. I've tried various configurations, even disabling SLI but the same issues. No amount of changing the settings makes a difference even on lowest quality. But once I remove the fix it's back to normal.
I have SLI 780GTX 3gb 12 gig's of ram and a I7 quad core overclocked to 4ghz. This machine laughs sadistically at any other game I throw at it.
Guess it sounds like I am an isolated case :(

@necropants....do you change the config "AllowNvidiaStereo3d" to TRUE?
i have a similar issue in another game (scourge outbreak) when i change this value to TRUE, performance was horrible. Try to change this value back to FALSE.

Thanks, will give this a shot. Its a funny setting since turning it to false doesn't seem to prevent you from running the game in 3d at all.

It worked great up to now but after the last update 1.11 the game crashes before starting
Any ideas how to fix that?
