ok, so I know that i-o display and e-dimensional produce glasses together. .
they both claim that the glasses purchased through e-dimensional are polorized differently for lcd monitors.
also, there seems to be a claim that these will work better for a DLP projector. I'm trying to get these to run on an Optima HD72 projector.
Any tips for getting these systems to work? or which polorized glasses I should use?

ED glasses re very good. Probably the best and well known... as long as you don't have an ATi card ;)

thank you!
and now I'm confused!!! I thought that ED was repackaged IO hardware? so the hardware seems the same, and the pricing seems the same on both sites. what am I missing?

You are missing the fact that IO is a horrible company to deal with. If something happens to your hardware, it will bea nightmare for you to have your warranty honoured, especially if you live outside the US (yes it exists, places outside the US are not a myth).
ED on the other hand, are curtious and will get right on your problem from the start of the inquiry.

or if there's an even better system for this?
