GOG Fall Sale encore sale 2016
GOG is having a Fall sale. Brutal Legend/ Gianna Sisters: Twisted Dreams/ Stick it to The Man are on sale now, among others that are good in 3D. FYI: Keep in mind that some banks will tack on a small fee for currency conversion. http://www.gog.com/

does 3d vision work on GOG the way it works for STEAM games? As in pressing ctrl T to start 3d or do you need tri-def?

Yah they work the same. The difference with GOG, is that the games usually work without any issues. Unlike Steam, where on occasion, you have to browse their forums for solutions and workarounds. Edit: I do recall that the Chronicles of Riddick OpenGL patch made by Helifax, has a statement in the readme file saying that it only works with the Steam version of the game.
.... Edit: I do recall that the Chronicles of Riddick OpenGL patch made by Helifax, has a statement in the readme file saying that it only works with the Steam version of the game.
Actually that game is not on Steam anymore so I actually bought it from GoG anyway;)) Also the wrapper should work on any variant of the game as I am not doing any memory injections there;)) I will check the readme file and see if I do say that and remove that copy paste error if is so;)) EDIT: It does actually say WORKS ONLY WITH A LEGIT STEAM VERSION !!!... My mistake.... Damn copy paste error... I will remove that stuff.... In the meantime I let everyone know that the wrapper does work with GOG version.

Brutal Legend looks excellent in 3D, as does Stick It To The Man.

gog is great for some old classics that aren't available on Steam like Arcanum, Lionheart, Might and Magic series, Ultima series, etc. With the windows 8.1 cherrytrail tablets coming next year, it's quite possible many of these will be playable on the go.

The Witcher Enhanced Edition and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is on a flash sale for $4.98 atm. Also Age of Wonders, an old turn based strategy game is free. Age of Wonders 2, 3 and Shadow Magic are on sale, if your a fan of those type of games and the series.
