Playin in the dark. Illuminated helps
Hi,

i'm using the 3DV for a while now. One problem i had was that i can't see my keyboard while playing. The glasses works best in the dark, plus the glasses dim the view. So in order to see my keys I bought a keyboard with some light behind them.

Works great. I use the logitech illuminated keyboard but there are many other keyboards with that feature.

Just wanted to tell. :)

Later.

i use a xbox pad, map the mouse movement to the right stick, WSAD to the left stick and away you go, never again will you press G instead of F.

I have lens flickering when keyboard's backlight is up, so I have to turn it off.

Colour helps too.

I personally use a Razer Lycosa keyboard and have no flicker. I also tend to look down rather than move my head down (that way I'm staring at the keys through the bottom of the glasses as opposed to looking through the glasses.

+1 the Lycosa now has WASD only illumination, very handy if you have low light when playing. For the Logitech user with 3d, you could add a little USB powered LED keybaord light, that should get round the flicker.

Nice! That's the same keyboard I use with my 3D Vision rig. Makes playing in the dark with the glasses on a lot easier.
