3d vision support for samsung UN40C7000WF does nvidia support this tv yet
So i have the samsung UN40C7000WF with the active shutter glasses. On the nvidia control panel i tested the stereoscopic 3d option and it worked however Call of duty black ops doesnt notice that my tv isnt 3d or 3d vision isnt turning on. Any suggestions (no i am not forking out 200 dollars for nvidia glasses when mine do the same thing). Or do i have to wait for nvidia to add my tv to the support list.

Your TV is on the supported TVs list. But if you dont own the Nvidia Emitter+glasses kit you have to wait for the 3DTV Play software that will be released this month. It will cost something (49$ maybe). Only Bluray3D support is free but ofc bluray software player costs if you dont have it from any bundles /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

I own this exact same tv and I can tell you positively that you need the 3d vision usb emitter for 3dtv play to work. I figured out the only thing keeping me from having working nvidia 3d was not having their emitter.
I got tired of waiting and went ahead and bought the 3d vision kit. With the kit you get the glasses and the emitter and a cd, but right now you might as well just download the latest graphics driver and you'll also need the 3d vision usb controller driver 260.63. After you have done this and confirmed the usb emitter is connected, you should have the 3dtv play logo on your Nvidia control panel screen-Set up stereoscopic 3d. Then you're ready to go.
A question I have is---What will be the status of the 3d vision glasses that came with the kit afterwards? Obsolete forever?
