im using "260.99 WHQL"
then i installed this "NVIDIA 3D Vision Controller Driver v260.81"
is this correct
thank you for replying
Yes, I think that is right. Try downloading the 260.89 driver and install that, then restart your computer. Within that download there should be a folder called USB driver (or something like that). Go into that folder and install that USB driver. I've read that the 260.99 has broken some peoples 3D vision.

ive been having this problem for quite a while, with diffident drivers, and that driver was no different.
something interesting though, the 3d vision works in mirrors edge, but in any other game it switches back to 3d discover. does this mean its a game setting problem, if so what settings do i need to change?

No there aren't any in game settings you need to change, only nvidia control panel settings. If it works with Mirrors Edge I can't see any reason it wouldn't work with other games. How about completely uninstalling your nvidia drivers and try using 'driversweeper' to get rid of any leftover config files, and reinstalling them again? Other than that I don't know what to suggest James.
