I try with Emachines v700, custom resolution 720p at 100Hz, it worked,
but nvidia write a text on the video in RED color:
This mode is not acceptable, please change to 120Hz, blah, blah.
But i want to view my 50Hz PAL 3D videos, so for this 100Hz is more acceptable,
and 120 doesn't! Why don't disappear this stupid warning message?
The flicker is very low even with 100Hz especially in dark room!
Come on Nvidia!

I will look into this issue. I wasnt aware that the Acer H5360 supports 100Hz in 3D mode and I have tested one in Germany.

Awesome! Thanks, Andrew. I know a lot of us on this forum have been looking to do this a long time.
Well, I made myself several .inf files to test out refresh rates. And I still don't know what to think about that 100hz, I'd tend to think its not supported.
On one hand, it looks like the 120hz color generation process is in action , R G B segments are added together for something like 700 lumens.
On the other hand, one would prefer to see the 60hz color generation process in action, which is R G B W Y segments added together ( RGB+White+Yellow) , and that would net something like 2200 lumens!
I think Texas engineers recommend stricly RGB for 3d , which is very bad news on the brightness front, but good news on the rainbow front. I'd sure prefer the former. /ermm.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ermm:' />

Any news Andrew?
I have even more 50i videos so 100Hz 3D is a must for me!
And the projector is capable of it! It's sure, but now only
with vga connection :(
Have some news again.
I created a modified INF file for my Emachines v700, that contain the 720p 100 Hz mode.
I installed it and restart windows. Now i can select 100Hz, but anytime 3D vision start
(for example in Stereoscopic Player), it goes to 120 Hz. So i get bad motion again
with my 50i videos.
The only thing that work a little is when i set desktop to 100Hz, and run
Stereoscopic Player with software pageflipping mode. This time i get full screen
3D video from 50i, without any strobe, because 100 can be divided by 50.
Very nice! And no scaling artifact! So this test confirm, that:
ACER H5360 and V700 CAN DO 100 Hz 3D with DLP Link technology!
It is supported by the projector.
Now Nvidia, please support this mode in the vision driver too!
(because now with pageflipping mode i am out of sync for a little
time, about once per minute)
any news on this? I really would like to see 100Hz on my H5360. The judder with 24fps Movies on the H5360 in 120Hz mode (=60Hz effective) is just annoying. With 100Hz mode, one could use 'Reclock0 to accelerate movies to 25fps, which would give buttersmooth playback (tested on my 3D Monitor in 100Hz mode).

Hi
We have looked into this projector and currently the EDID doesnt technically support 100Hz in 3D mode. I know many of you are forcing it, but it was never intended to run at 100Hz.

Hello I have the V700 emachines DLP 3d ready projector with gtx660 geforce nvidia 3d vision GPU.
I m trying so many days to make it work.
I made a custom resolution 1280x720 at 100hz wich is the higher of this projector as I read on the manual.
I add manually the acer H5360 inf driver, so my pc think that my projector is this model ( I read it on other forums that worked).
When I try to test my 3D guide from Cpanel of my GPU Card settings, then the screen goes black(flickering etc) and I need to press Alt+F4 to see again.
It seems that this 3D vision module is working on 120hz as I can understand. But I read that I can see Via DLP option of my projector with 100hz.
Please can anyone help on this?

but nvidia write a text on the video in RED color:

The flicker is very low even with 100Hz especially in dark room!
