GIVE THIS A GO TO GET STEREO WORKING ON DUAL CORE MAY HELP
HI ALL
I posted a topic in a forum about a game that was not working on my new dual core system and found a useful tip that has got stereo working in flightsim 2004. This does away with adding extra lines in the settings to change from dual to single cpu.
start the game you wish to play in 3d, bring up the task manager ( ctrl +alt+del)
go to processes, select the game in the list( should be at the top), right click on it then click on Processor Affinity untick cpu 1 make sure cpu 0 is the only one ticked then start the game.
I don't shut down the task manager (not sure if that makes any real differnce) I just launch flightsim, enabled stereo(Iam using the paper 3d glasses) and it worked
It did crash when I went to turn off stereo, but if you just quite the game with stereo still enabled it may shut down alright.
Its worth a go if like me you are have trouble with 3d on dual core systems.

Sorry I didn't mean to cause any confusion, and for that I am sorry /hug.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />. I am using the matching 91.47 drivers. Have used the other driver method with no luck.
May need to put the 3d aside and wait a little longer for some new drivers.
