I saw this article linked in another forumn, it's a review of the Panasonic TX-L42ET5 a Passive 42" 3DTV.

"One final problem we detected with the L42ET5 is that it produced a rather inconsistent input lag measurement during our tests that varied between 38ms and as much as 80ms. This higher measurement certainly has the potential to damage your gaming performance - and experience suggests that the blame for it lies with LG’s core panel."

If these input lag measurements are correct and tested under the right circumstances, it would ruin gameplay on this set in a majority of games.

So I'll reiterate that when buying a HDTV whether it' for 3D or 2D gaming input lag is a huge factor to consider.

Mits DLP TV, IMO.
Absolutely no ghosting or lagging and of course size too matters.
