An RTX 2080Ti should work fine with the previous driver that supports 3D Vision, so I don't see why having this card makes it not a solution.

Dual Boot
I have not looked closely at this recently, so it might be better now. But as a general rule you pay a performance penalty to virtualize, and anything GPU based was hit very hard. And getting the passthroughs to work correctly for USB and 3D driver is likely to take some work.
So doing 3D would likely be a non-starter for a VM. Better off to dual boot and get native performance.
I use a SSD caddy system for old builds of Windows 10 on my computer and I disable the network adapter via Device manager and you can play till you grow old.
I also use game manager portable on another drive to backup games saves since no I have no internet connection when using older builds.

Or instead of drive swapping, just power them off or on
I just bought one of these, though I've yet to install it.

I need the best drivers for raytracing games and for DLSS (I know its shit...), I play new games too, so I need the last drivers to achieve a good performance.
So, the only solution is a parallel OS with win10 and that driver, what about gaming performance? Is this move going to affect my fps in my other gaming OS??

Yes, then the only solution is a dual boot, as D-Man11 mentioned. You need to install a second OS on another disk partition or another SSD/HDD. Then you'll be able to choose which OS to boot into when you start your PC. It absolutely won't affect the performance.

For the game optimizations you only need the driver profiles from the newest driver. You can use the profiles for an old driver as well. Ill publish this weekend how to get new profiles into old driver directly via installation. Its a way simpler than install the neweset, export profiles, install old and import the newest profiles.
May be its possible this time to merge the 425 with the newesest drivers but i am currently need some testings here if we really get the benefits from the new one. This is planed for the next 2 days. BUT ref gaming performance, only the GAME profiles should be the thing that makes performance changes and this can def. used from the new driver and ported to the old one.

That's only partially true, there's been times where I had to upgrade drivers as a solution to game crashes. With any luck, some new releases will play nice, but don't hold your breath.
But anyhow, whyme466 posted the 430.39 profile here

You can also extract the profile by unzipping the driver package vs installing it
I downloaded an old driver from last year and found that its NVProfileUpdater64.exe in the Update.Core folder downloaded the Mortal Kombat 11 profile (that I removed with Nvidia Profile Inspector). Extract the driver installer exe to see the Update.Core folder. So it seems that NVProfileUpdater64.exe is sufficient for getting the latest profiles, which removes the need to download a driver first. This also means that profiles between drivers are not unique, which I had assumed otherwise. The cons are that you'll be updating your own profiles, and it won't indicate what profiles were added.
Edit: Kaimasta found the exe in C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Update Core, so use that instead. Also I did more testing by installing different driver versions and the MK11 profile is indeed the same.
