So how does that work? Do I just line up left and right image horisontally next to each other, and then wmp11 can play it?
Does it need to be in .wmv format, or can I use .mov or any other container?
What about framerates? Can I use any framerates below 120fps?
Hi
You need StereoMovie Maker to sync/align/adjust/cut/save a 3D video. It's free.
If You load Mpg files You can get stereo sound. AVI works also but in mono unless You make a stereotrack Yourself.
Framerates depends on the recorded framerate and the bitrate You save the 3D video it with and how fast Your PC is. It's separate from the monitors 120Hz just like in games.
You can save it side-by-side so You can watch it in 3D with Stereoscopic Player/Nvidia player or crosseyed. If You want to make a red/blue version for Youtube just reverse eyes and switch stereo type in StereoMovie Maker.
If You find a good videoclip joiner let me know. I use Windows Movie Maker but it degrades the videos I think.
(I have to convert the raw vidoes from the cameras for them to load in StereoMovie Maker BTW).

videoclip joiner: Have you tried Adobe Premiere Elements? Might be worth a shot to try and grab a trial edition?
