Ok, i flipped the left and right images and parallel free viewing looks very good. The anaglyphs are also good. What do you mean they were not shot using a 3D camera? How else would they get the two views?

No-ones been to the moon. It's not scientifically possible. Everyone knows the moon vanishes every 28 days. How would an astronaut find it?
Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

I found some stereo images taken from the Mars rover. You should be able to download these, and rename them as .jps files for use with the 3D Vision Viewer.

Thanks for the links. I viewed Mars quite a bit a couple months ago when it was prominant. It felt really wierd looking at those images taken from the planet's surface after observing a blurry Mars from my scope - phew!
