Thx DHR! And also thx to DarkStarSword for implementing Regex feature.
Btw I just tried OVERKILL's The Walking Dead (Unreal Engine 4 game), Looks pretty nice in 3D. However there are some minor issues on the floor with the universal fix (I think the reflections). When I've looked in it more I'll start a topic here. Maybe it's fixed just by reducing graphics quality.

Finally had my first fail with a universal fix, but I am guessing its because it is using UE4 tech that is not normally used by other games.
Claybook : was #4 on Digital Foundry's Best Gaming Tech of 2017
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1g3z3bkrK3o&feature=youtu.be&t=337
I had never heard of it, picked it up during steam sale since I found it used UE4 and imagined it would look great in 3D and I love physics based games. It uses ray tracing (not RTX), in fact from what I can tell, everything that is clay in the game is not working with the 3D fix. The room and everything else look to be fixed for 3D. So the tech used for all the deforming and physics probably doesn't work well in this case. Will probably refund it, but thought I'd mention it here just for the interesting UE4 tech used.

Can you please help me with UE4-universal fix.
In the last time it's very hard for me to get 3D kicked in when using UE4-universal fix, especially with Milestone games (Ride 3 for example).
Normally I only copy the fix in the game-directory (the right one of course ;-)) and start the game exe.
But in the last time 3D won't kick in or only when I'm lucky (I tried everything Alt+Enter to ensure Fullscreen-mode, Alt-tab out and in again and so on). Very rarely it works, but most of the time it doesn't kick in.
My 3D-vision setup is okay though, because other (professional fixed) games are working (I have only problems with the universal fixes)...
Did I miss something?

Thank you DHR for your answer. Unfortunately it didn't work. I already had the entry FullscreenMode=0.
Did you mean FullscreenMode=1 (because 1 = on, right? and we need fullscreen mode for 3D-vision, right?).
Tried "1" instead of "0" too, but still 3D vision didn't kick in with universal fix for UE4... :-(

I can confirm that it gets harder and harder to enter exlusive fullscreen mode which is required for 3D Vision! For Call of Cthulu for example I had to do really weird things to make it work. In game options fullscreen hat to be set to Off and in the ini file "PreferredFullscreenMode" had to be set to 0. Then in game ALT + Enter worked at last to enter exlusive fullscreen mode.
Sadly "Fullscreen" in Unreal Engine 4 games often meens borderless windowed mode. That's the reason why it doesn't work for 3D Vision and you have to apply weird hacks...

The other way to enable that worked for me in State of Mind was to enable in the d3dx.ini this:
force_full_screen_on_key = no_modifiers VK_F7
Wait until all the intro ends, and press F7.
Just update the UE4 Universal fix:
- Update to 3Dmigoto 1.3.12
- Tweak that improve a little performance on decals/effects regex
- Extend coverage for "Objects" shaders (objects40)

You have to add: -window-mode exclusive not -windowsmode excuse
Sometimes you need to set full_screen=0 to full_screen=1 in the d3dx.ini and check the options in game to set full screen and relaunch the game. I also recommend uncommenting force_full_screen_on_key = no_modifiers VK_F7 and toggle_full_screen = no_modifiers VK_F7 in the ini file, may you need to press F7 in the game than.
And no, the version does not need to be matching exactly. You have to try witch one is matching. Even if the game has another version. But you should start with the version that is nearest matching the game version. For The Game 11-11 Memories retold I need RegEx from 5.6 because 2017 was not performing well in any case, even if the game was 2017.4.
