295.51 2x470GTX SLI Dirt3 CUDA - GPUs 3D-Vision

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Found a solution for this issue on my system - using SLI and 3D-Vision for Dirt3 with the 295.51 drivers. I had to alter the CUDA - GPUs setting for the dirt3.exe under 3D settings from standard using both to 1 of 2 or 2 of 2 (so only one card ).
Had a lot of other issues popping up with this new 295.51beta driver as well. One was a problem with the USB-Transmitter, solved by adding another USB-Card Transcend TS-PDU3 (connected to the PSU/ the IRQs of the GPUs are still the same) because with the new 195.51 driver the transmitter went offline from time to time. This changed unfortunately the 3d-vision setting automaticly to 3D-Vision Discover without a notice. You might notice it when the MSN messenger changed its colours.
Now connected to the new USB 3.0 card it doesn´t do this anymore. I faced also the issue that the resulution changed after reboot again and again. I did study the Release Notes and found the hint NOT to uninstall the GPUs via the Windows device manager, always it has to be done using the Controlpanel / Software if you use W7. May be some stuff went wrong while installing the drivers. In total I spent more than 15 hours to solve all the problems. I had a spare 470GTX , so I started to swap cards and so on, but all 3 cards are O.K. At some point I couldn´t activate SLI, two minutes before the system told me to shut it down, add the SLI bridge and reboot.
A workaround for the resolution change after boot was to disable and enable the cards in the devicemanager. But you have to do the disable and enable very quick ( before the monitor wents black from the disable action). This always helped with the resulution.
But certainly I wasn´t happy with this and I tried more things. Now all is good.
Benchmark 1920x1080 average ca. 80FPS all maxed out. ( with 3D Vision enabled only average 40FPS )

I have passed this on to driver team however it also reproduces on single GPU which would then not allow you to change the CUDA setting.

I have passed this on to driver team however it also reproduces on single GPU which would then not allow you to change the CUDA setting.

We can't fix your bug if we can't reproduce it. Please provide as much details as possible including specs, steps to reproduce, graphics settings used, etc..

For GeForce driver issues, please leave feedback in driver feedback form: Driver Feedback

For GeForce Now PC issues, please fill out feedback form below:

Thank you Sir. After doing some more testing this morning I modified my previous post (more info added).

I can confirm that Dirt 3 in DX11 now works again with the new 296.10 WHQL driver and no crashes (game crashes not car, I'm doing plenty of them). 100% depth and high convergence and away we go. Looking amazing again in 3D (except some dodgy water reflections).
