It works perfect on my setup:)) On the 2nd reading I was like..."Hmm what up with the 2 ?...aa wait Bioshock 2 ^_^" Of course it is possible! Anything is possible:) To my disgrace, I haven't played Bioshock 2 at all:)) and not even the first one to its end:)) (I know I know) But I will defo take a look at it;)) Problem is I am currently finishing my project for the Master Thesis and until 16 August I am on a close schedule. I like perk 1. If Chiri and friends set up a donate, I will, as I do where/when/how I can, (mostly on Sunday...) and want nothing in return except to see this small group work together and succeed. Oh, and to play some of the games now and then :-)

It's nice to see you so active in the forum, stereovision is living up again!
I also looked at Helix's Lua script for Bioshock Infinite for a minute, and yes, I'm cluesless of WHAT it is doing.
The script is doing what's exactly right for BI: Sneaking in stereoization calculation on all parts not done by NVidia, using some extra parameters provided by his wrapper and some vertex shaders. It's a piece of art and also I don't understand how this can be achieved with a rational brain - Helix must have a gift to write such things. I also don't know how he managed to directly patch the shaders without recompilation in DX11. Those are signed by Microsoft and normally unchangeable. On my side, I tried to make things as abstract and generic as possible: First all vertex shader position outputs are stereoized. Then screen to world coordinate transformations are corrected. This corrects too much and the result is wrong lighting in BI, so I had to post-correct dynamic shadows and lighting calculation by providing some variables, which are manipulated by custom formulas, all defined in the .ini file. Best way to explain the process would be to start an AC3 thread and correcting calculations live here on the forum. But I really don't have any time for that at the moment.
ich mache auch viele fehle mit meine Deutsch verstandinis!
Let me correct that: "Mir passieren auch viele Fehler beim Deutsch Verstehen!" ;) BI at the moment is perfectly playable for me with most lighting fixed so far. The videos from 3DSolutionGaming.com are recorded in an odd resolution with a wrapper version which was not prepared for dynamic resolutions, therefore they're a mess and do not represent the fixes. Here are some screenshots in 1080p: http://sg.bo3b.net/Omni3DMod_BetaV12_Screens.rar I could fine-tune the shadows a bit more, fix the rest of the lighting issues and make a 3D laser sight, but there's really no point in perfecting everything when Helix is busy finalizing his own BI patch.

Ah. You are correct 3dsolution gaming plays/records at 1680x1050[16:10], I asked him before because I was interested in what format he records for his site. Out of curiosity does resolution matter or just ratio? Helix's lua scripts are the scariest thing in the world. I know what hes doing as far as UE3 DX9. As far as writing/modifying it... I dont think many individuals on this planet can. There is just so much room for error and I dunno. I really think its beyond skill where it takes a certain mind to handle it. I have neither. Its amazing he can write lua script since UE3 is king as of last 2 years and thats been a huge help especially for me and certainly a time saver. I cant speak for him, but if you ask him he will probably tell you how he does it. I could be wrong though.

I don't share everyone's enthusiasm for two alternate versions. I think the community is too small to be talking about 'monopolies' and 'healthy competition'. In reality, I think "fragmentation" is a more accurate word. For example, I can easily imagine some of the following situations happening: (a) Someone fixes a game using helixmod, but some issues still remain. Someone else fixes it using indigowrapper, but some (other) issues remain. Instead of two people working together to create 1 perfect fix, we get two people working separately to create 2 imperfect fixes (b) Talented programmers who come onto the scene choose to learn indigowrapper instead of helixmod because it has a gentler learning curve. But indiegomod isn't quite as powerful, so their fixes end up having issues. This wouldn't have happened if helixmod was the only solution available, because those programmers would have learnt helixmod instead. (c) There is a particular issue that chiri or elbartino manage to crack in their wrapper. Unfortunately, their method is incompatible with helixmod, so Helix's fixes continue to suffer from this issue until Helix has time to crack the same problem in his own way. I'm very excited about more people working on fixes. Though I think I'd rather see those people work on one streamlined system that becomes the golden standard, with all the knowledge and experience feeding back into it, rather than being dispersed across two methodologies. Though I'm not a programmer, so I can only speculate.
As an example, while surfing for "DX9 injectors" there's now at least a handful of different ones that allow you to add/change sharpening, color and other visual effects. "ENB" may (or not) of been the first but now there's "SweetFX" and a few others that do the same sort of things.
no disrespect to those generous souls, but I don't think doing visual enhancing mods is at the same level of complexity as fixing 3D Vision games. late to this drama, but just feel like throwing something out there, even though we speak of a "3D gaming community" all the time, everyone in this "community" does anything of his/her own volition; for me, no one has any right to demand anything; we don't employ or assign modders to do what they do, there's no obligation from both of those who share their modding efforts and those who enjoy the fruits of the "community" effort. I, for one, am deeply appreciate Helix and co, and never would think of demanding them to do anything based on my own interest, or in the name of "community." from the start, Indigomod in nature seems to be more like a kickstarter project rather than conventional "community" effort (Helix mod: pure and simple free sharing; widescreen mods: the creaters, Helifax is one, do set an option for donation, but the software is put out there already and completely free to use). The BI part of the Indigo apparently is finished, but the project could go on, and if it does, there will certainly be "official" discussion of obligation between the programmers and the "sponsors," or later the customers (should the indigomod have a price tag when done).
