I dont know if this is a stupid question but when I have been in CSS or WoW the text is just plain unreadable I am new to 3d vision. Is there just some setting that im overlooking?

In some older games on-screen text is rendered on a 2-dimensional plane at screen level, so if, for example, a toon's name hovers over their head, the toon will be rendered with depth, but their name text stays at screen level. This makes it difficult to focus on the text and complicates judging character depth (LOTRO is a particularly notable example of this problem). Unfortunately there's nothing that can be done about it until/unless the game code is changed to include a z-buffer depth component for text.
Nvidia stated many months ago that this is a known problem that they're working closely with developers on so that new titles will show text that's compatible with 3d Vision. Not sure how much luck they'll have with existing titles, though. Apparently not much.
That said, WoW should give you no trouble. Text in WoW has z-buffer depth and follow the same depth as characters/items in-game, it shouldn't sit on the 2d plane. If you're new to 3d Vision you may just need to give your eyes/brain time to get used to it -- at first it can be hard to interpret the text depth even when it's there. Have a look at a game like LOTRO where it really does stay at screen-depth and you'll see the difference immediately.
