HOLY SHIP! There's a new Dirt Game!!! This is the first I've heard about it.. Don't suppose anyone could post any 3D Screen shots.. Looks like it's about time to dust of the old G27.

I can't get the game to use 720p for 3DTVPlay. There is simply no 1280x720 resolution selectable. Played around with .ini files with no success. Just to see how 3D looked, ran 1920x1080x24hz. Looked great at least but can't play at that refresh rate obviously.

I'm having the same problem. I can't select 720p resolution. There's only 1280x768 or something daft like that. All my other games worked. I tried setting the desktop to 3D 720p res and it still didn't work. I really want to get this working in 3D as il this rally game is what's have been waiting for for years! Any tips to get it while doing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Nothing I tried could get it to fire up in 720p. Edited config xmls and started game with desktop at 720p. Defaulted back to 1920x1080.

I forgot to mention this game is early access so if you e-mail codemasters with the problem it should be solved with a patch. I would e-mail them but I'm not having a problem I use 3DTV play hdmi checkerboard at 1080P@60 on a Samsung UN55HU9000 and the 3D works fine.

It looks SUPER shallow. For a minute I thought that just the hud had depth, and everything else was flat.

/\ Interesting. I've held off on purchasing because I only want to play it on the Rift. Right now, one of the big issues is that there's zero 3D in Rift mode. I assumed the 3D was working flawlessly with 3D Vision.

I'm sure it has something to do with the fact that they're playing on a 55" TV where the depth would be much more pronounced than on my 24" monitor.

If they are playing on a larger screen, and take snapshots, those snapshots will look like low depth on your smaller monitor. The IPD is a constant, and for an up close image the left and right will be much farther apart. Think of an object at infinity. It will be at full IPD. Up close that's a huge percentage of your screen, maybe 1/3. On a distant TV or projector, that same 65mm will be maybe 1/20 of the screen. So, if you shrink that projector screen down to monitor size, that 1/20 screen looks to be much, much closer than infinity. Hence, looks like low depth.

If anyone could help with this missing 720p resolution in settings I would appreciate it. I really want to play this game in 3D but there doesn't seem to be a way. Thanks.

ANy one got this working yet. Doesnt mater if I have stereoscopic 3D enabled or disabled in NCP, there is no 720p resolution in game. Ive been on the forums and twitter/facebook to codemasters but no response. Ive tried manually changing the ini files and making them read only to no avail! Starting to do my head in as this game is awesome! Someone throw me a bone please!
