I realllly have to update my system soon but looking at the intel chips i just shutter at the cost of getting something that will only be relivent for another year lol. The new amd 6 core is only three hundred bones and it may even plug directly into my AM2 board with a bios update. Six cores at 3.2 vs my 2 cores at 2.2 and if i wait a little longer they will be even cheaper. Has anyone picked one of these up yet? It would be nice to see some real world 3d vision results.

I heard they 6 core AMD chips are a good bang for your buck... unless you are into gaming.
