Ok so I have had the 3d vision setup for awhile now but I just got my first 3D movie in but I cannot get it working, I downloaded the trial version for power dvd 10 to try it out but it will not play. Is there any other video players that will play 3d blu rays on the computer?

Hey, people, how are you? Have you tried 3D half SBS movies?
I usually use nvidia 3d vision player for 3d videos, but i cant play many formats, like mkv, dvd mp4, some mpeg.
Yesterday I download 3d half sbs video, it played with stereoscopic player, but i cant watch in 3d ready. the player
converts video like red/cyan or other formats, but my 3d vision doesnt work with this player. I use nvidia 3d vision player
v.1.6.4 which is the newest one. Do you know how to make it work compatible with codecs??
thanks in advance

Disable SLI the first time if you have it enabled. Worked for me.

Today i bought full version of power dvd 10 ultra 3d. But It cant play blu-ray 3D movies.
The programm just stops working. I think it is because of file size (10 gb).
But for small size videos up to 3 gb it works well. I tried to change the format.
But file also changed, and it is not 3d anymore. Maybe, do you know any 3d video cutter applications???
power dvd 10 can play 3d blu ray (tested Monster House 3D blu ray till now).
Make sure you update the lastest firmware of your blu ray reader (I had to do it at my side).
Nvidia stereo player can play mp4 and mkv, you just need to install the codecs (K lite codec pack)
and edit the settings in the player like this:
I just got Alice in wonderland, it also works fine with powerdvd.
Note: click on the 3d icon on hte bottom bar of powerdvd and select stereoscopic, otherwhise 3D ir transmitter won't turn on !

Dload a trial of anydvd hd, run in background and see if that fixes it. I had that issue.
Also download a trial of Arcsoft total media 5. Which is another player.
I couldn't get the latest powerdvd working and tm5 works like a charm.
It's a thing of beauty...
