Do any TVs support 1080p + 60Hz + 3D vision Yet? I'm trying to buy a new TV for Skyrim and some
I'm about to get Nvidia 3D vision...I've been highly anticipating getting it forever, and would have bought it ages ago if it wasn't for people stating that TVs only support 720p.
I'm really interested in buying NVIDIA 3D vision, a new TV set, upgrading my PC and the rest...but I dont want to buy all the parts and only get 720p in 3D...that's just a waste of
money. So does anyone know if there any tvs out there(not monitors...I'm looking for something in the 4x" size for tvs) that allow for 1080p 3D vision, or alternatively any manufacturers
who have stated that it's in the pipeline or upcoming? Thanks in advance! Hope to hear from someone on this.

Almost all tv brands make 1080p tvs also they make 120hrz tvs which I belive you need 120hrz for 3D anyways

My tv is a LG 1080p 120hrz 47 inch and it's like 2 years old they have been around awhile now :)

I'm afraid you have to checkercount the beanboard. But roller will let you know soon enough.

For now, there is no 3DTV that supports 1080p and 60Hz in the first place.
Most 3DTVs don't support Nvidia 3D vision emitter and glasses, they use their own brand of glasses and emitter (most of the time embedded in the TV and not replaceable)
The closer you'll get to your objective is with a Mitsubishi rear-projection DLP TV, some of which have a 3D-sync plug in the back on which you can plug an adapter cable for the 3D vision emitter (found in 3D Vision packages in some countries), the pixel count however won't be full 1080p but checkerboard 1080p (half resolution)

No TV manufacturer has yet announced Full 3D at 1080p60Hz, but you can be assured it'll come, and when that happens, Nvidia 3D Vision won't be supported : these TVs will require to use the TV manufacturer's glasses and emitter just like the current 3DTVs do.

There is only one exception right now: the Acer HN274H

It's 27", 1080p and supports BOTH 3D Vision (for full 120 Hz 1080p 3D), and HDMI 3D as well.

You use the 3D Vision glasses for both. The monitor has a built-in 3D emitter that works with 3D Vision and HDMI 3D so you can use it with the PS3/Blu-ray 3D players.

It is literally the only official product that lets you use the 3D Vision glasses with the other 3D standard (the 3D Vision glasses are the monitor's native type of glasses). I think this is because of Acer's own doing though and completely sidesteps Nvidia.

The Sharp LE835u, their latest Tv, seems to put out 1080p60 in 3D since there is no flicker at 1080p, unlike my Sony, which has major flicker at 24hz. The problem left is that the input lag makes it unplayable. In 2d, the input lag is lower than my Dell 3007 and 2407 monitors i think...

The le835 has seriously low crosstalk btw, i have meant to do a review of it. I'm returning it for a weird 2D image quality problem, but the 3D is very very good, Mirrors Edge has very low crosstalk compared to my 2010 Sony NX711.

46" Samsung ES7500 3DTV (checkerboard, high FOV as desktop monitor, highly recommend!) - Metro 2033 3D PNG screens - Metro LL filter realism mod - Flugan's Deus Ex:HR Depth changers - Nvidia tech support online form - Nvidia support: 1-800-797-6530

Once a while you should read about how they make this LCD garbage, its funny, especially if you don't own it.
