Tomb Raider Legend - update - new vid and x54 screenpack TR Underworld / TR Anniversary / Lara Guard
Another update - this time thanks to zloth
Video and 54 screenpack has been added to the SG database, also quick links to the other Tomb Raider / Lara games added to each page - Legends here
I got mine at the last sale a few weeks ago. I'm afraid it's likely to be quite awhile before another sale rolls around.
While the 3D is excellent, Legend itself is a bit 'meh'. It's pretty good when you are tomb raiding but they keep throwing in other junk like motorcycle shootouts and quicktime events. The controls drive me nuts, too. I want them to be relative to Lara, not relative to the camera. And do the bosses HAVE to repeat the same three lines over and over again!?
Anniversary has a lot more tomb raiding (it's a fairly faithful remake of the original) but not nearly as much story.
I've moved on to Starpoint Gemini now. The S3D is pretty bad in there but, as near as I can tell, I'm a "significant portion of the playerbase" all by myself, so maybe 3D Vision can get some love over there. /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
