Hi Andrew,
I'm experiencing severe ghosting issues with every game, especially bright areas of the screen. COD4, has the least, but L4D, Far Cry 2 etc are suffering a lot. So, I tested the glasses by blocking each eye and noticed that only the center of the lense is dark enough...a little off center and I can see the image behind it. Even when I'm sitting straight in front of monitor (2233RZ), I can see ghosting on two sides of the screen, and on top. Based on your knowledge of the product, do you think I received a defective part? If so, then hows the RMA process at nVidia? I'm not sure if I'm asking these questions in the right forum, but this is the only place I found to get some help from an expert like you.
If you think the product is not defective, then what other steps I can take to minimize ghosting? I appreciate that.
I have GeForce GTX285, Samsung 2233RZ, and I'm using the 1.05 beta drivers.
Thanks

Same thing happens to me. I called the tech support number that came with the bundle, and after getting transferred from the offshore tech support guy (who couldn't even figure out what I was talking about) and back to someone at Nvidia, I was told that this is normal for the glasses and there's nothing that can be done about it. Funny how none of the glowing reviews of the system mention it at all.

If you close one eye while wearing the glasses and see double image I would imagine you have defective glasses.
I don't see double, but if you hold down the button only a tiny amount of light gets through on mine, but it's still opaque.
I've showed this technology to all my friends and family and they love it. Everyone is blown away.
