I've just released an installer version for 3D Fix Manager 1.27. It will create a desktop shortcut and an entry in start menu folder for you + adding an uninstaller. So this stuff gets more traditional like in other applications.
If you don't like the installer version you can still stick to the zip version.
@ greatxerox: Auto cooking coffee will be integrated in version 1.28 ;D

Did you thought about a language file?
I will be glad to help you for french translation.
Wonderful user friendly application by the way for the people who don't want to do it the old way ;).

I did not consider it yet. But that's actually a nice idea. Currently all texts are hard-coded and not separated from the xaml code. I'll look how much work it would be to separate this but currently I don't have a computer available for the next 2 weeks (holiday :p). Your help with translating the texts would be much appreciated as my French is a little be rusty ;)

French user here also, from Canada though. Sometimes I still prefer to use programs in english because translations are not always perfect.
I can also help, I already translate here and there.
@paul

this topic regroups infos : https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/986926/3d-vision/3d-fix-manager-application-for-installing-3d-vision-fixes-hotkey-editing-support/
@ greatxerox:
I'll add a list of e-mail adresses for PayPal donations unless the shader hackers say no to this (?)
Yes - a visual donate button would be better. Thx for this idea!
Concerning French / German translations I'll check this the next days (Just returned from holiday)

In the meantime I've looked how to add multi language support to the application. The method how to do it is pretty simple but it's a lot of work to get all hardcoded texts in a separate file and referencing them. However I could do that piece by piece over time. Another problem seems to be when a gui element has a fixed size and the text in another language is too long for fitting into the available space. Also it would be a mixed solution - the texts from helixmod.blogspot are still in English. So you would have a French gui but the fix descriptions are still in English. I don't think anyone would volunteer for translating over 500 fixes to French ;D

Too much work of course to translate all the fixes lol.
Every solution is good to take to get it more user friendly for other language ;).
Thank you for taking a look to this feature, take all the time you need / want to make it partially or completly, as you want.
Thank you again for all this!
I've started separating texts from GUI now. Works well so far. You can even change the language during runtime. However I must look how to fill lists dynamically depending on the language - I really should have paid more attention to the conecpt of data binding in WPF ^^.
I'll post the language file here when I've finished separating the texts - then you can translate it. Of course you can also translate it in any other languages - if anybody wants to do this.

I've finally finished separating all the texts (if I did not overlook something) and uploaded the file here:
[s]http://fixmanager.rentus.de/downloads/StringResources_EN.xaml[/s] Use github instead
So please feel free to translate it in any language you like. I'm currently working on the German translation and nearly completed this.
Some notes:
[.]Only translate the words inside the brackets:
<system:String x:Key="SomeKey">I WANT TO BE TRANSLATED</system:String>[/.]
[.]Don't delete strange strings like this:
;
- this is a command for a line break. Keep those.[/.]
[.]Some entries begin with a <TextBlock> - tag. Textblocks include another tags like , <Run>, ... please don't delete them! These tags are used for formatting longer texts.[/.]
[.]<!-- hello world --> this is a comment and not to be translated[/.]
[s][.]When you've finished translating the texts please send me your file to duselpaul86@gmx.de or alternatively as attachment here in the forum - if this should work. I did not know how to do that.[/.][/s]
[.]Edit: here is a github repository where you can commit your translations https://github.com/Pauldusler/3D-Fix-Manager---Localizations
