It is said to be a DX10 on Steam store,but I tried with Tridef and I shows as a DX11 game,so I tried with the Skyrim SE made by masterotaku and DJ-RK from Helix mod list and It worked pretty good.

Hmm, that's very odd, that shouldn't work at all.
Supposedly, this game is using the Unreal Engine. If it is, you should use the Universal Fix.

Edit: You can confirm if it is dx10 or dx11 by using MSI AfterBurner. Enable the overlay and check the appropriate box to add it to the list.
