3D Vision with Pre-Rendered Content?
Can these glasses be used to view content that is already rendered into 3D like if someone has posted a 3D rendered video or picture to a website and you can't view it in the "NVIDIA 3D Vision video player" but just want to try to watch it play on the website?

I'm sure to get flamed for not searching for this answer, but I did search and cannot find my answer.

It is possible but not through conventional means.
The website needs to inteface somehow with the nvidia 3D vision driver in order to activate the 3D mode and transmit a different picture for each eye.
Conventional html isn't designed to do it, you need a browser plugin : Adobe Flash could do it but would require Adobe to add the feature.
The 3D vision live website was developed in partnership between Nvidia and Microsoft and is powered by Microsoft Silverlight.

Having stuff viewable in windowed mode falls down to the 3D vision driver. I think Nvidia added windowed support to 3D vision recently (I have to check that).
