I was playing Just Cause 2 in 3d, for about one hour. Well, when I touched the IR Emitter it was hot. (Actually, it was not too hot, so I can tell that it was very warm).
I need your help. Is this normal? I'm afraid that someday the Emitter will catch fire.
I have Windows 7 and the newest drivers from Nvidia.

Oh I don't think so dude. I've had mine for bout a year and a half. I've never had to unplug it, and I've done some pretty heavy marathon 3d gaming sessions.

But, do I have to stop playing and unplug the emitter when it gets warm?

I mean, do all Ir emitters get warm during gaming?
