I think, after spending what seems like a lifetime of tweaking and upgrading, I have finally reached gaming heaven. My setup:
Acer H5360 3D Projector
84" Screen
Overclocked GTX Titan
Asus P8Z77V Pro
Intel I5 3570K
12GB RAM
5.1 Surround Sound (cranked up loud)
and Crysis 3 at a butter smooth 60fps. I can say that what I have been striving for in 20 years of gaming has been achieved:) I just wish all gamers could experience it. I also hope that the PC survives with the next gen consoles and developers continue to elevate PC gaming rather than pump out crappy ports of dull games. I hope nVidia don't forget about 3D Vision as it really is special. So I'm a happy gamer for now and I don't have to spend any more money (phew). That's until Oculus Rift comes out;)

great setup, though Crisis 3 in 3d is terrible. You should check Bioshock Infinite with the latest helix patch or Tomb Raider in 3d if you haven't already to really test your 3d setup

Make sure you know what convergence is and how to use. Nvidia control panel->set up stereoscopic 3d->set keyboard shortcuts-> advanced.
Assign keys. and hold down for a few seconds in game[at most 30] till you see screen shift. If you look at left/right RE5 images it sums up what convergence is. http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2012/06/how-to-unlock-convergence-in-locked.html
If your using less then 80" projected image [not sure because you might not be using full screen]. You are not getting 100% depth. Nvidia assigns projector size to 80" if your using a smaller size. PM me and I will give you a depth hack.

If you're that blown away by Crysis 3's fake 3D just wait until you try a real 3D game like Bioshock or Dishonored (turn up the FOV ingame) with the Helixmod fix. You're in for a treat! :)

We kind of make fun of how new 3d gamers like Crysis 2/3 in 3D since they didnt see true 3D. Even though its ignorance = bliss [not poking fun or anything, just from my viewpoint]. They kind of have advantage over us. C3 seemed like a meh game but I really wanted to give to C2 a chance.
*shrug* Just saying is all.
Also is it just me or is it weird that many new 3d gamers start on Crysis 2/3.

It's probably because they're known as the "most advanced" games technically out there and also there's loads of posts and topics of how awesome they are in 3D (most of them of course posted by people who are either completely new to 3D gaming or just don't know better), so naturally many new 3D gamers fire them up as their first 3D game.

Oh I know about Crysis 3 having fake 3D and I'm no noob to 3D Vision, I brought mine in 2009. If was more of the fact that Crysis is a PC killer but my rig is finally at the point now where I can run anything at 60fps in 3D with all the sliders on max. I've played so many great games in 3D and had so many nVidia cards but could never quite get perfection. I think my favourite game of all time in 3D is Just Cause 2. That Avalanche Engine is different league and still stands up today. Can't wait for just Cause 3:)

Glad you're enjoying it, I still think projectors are the best option for gaming and even more for 3d, nothing beats a huge 80'' screen, have fun!

I got Crysis 3 looking pretty reasonable in 3d. It wasn't as good as real 3d by a long shot, but if you persist with the tweaking you can get something quite enjoyable.

I love my H5360, i got mine hooked up to a 85in screen too. Make sure you message eqzitara for the depth hack it makes a huge difference. You really have overkill with a Titan though at 720p lol.
I really wish someone would come out with a 1080p 3D vision projector though.

Crysis 3? with DLP projector at that?
no thanks, that's not kinda Gaming Nirvana I want to be.
and I did try it, Benq W710st, 3D vision on 80" screen, and only Tomb Raider sustains acceptable image quality. Crysis 3 is the usual broken fake 3D self, and worse as it's @720p.
even @6050x1080, Crysis 3 with 3D vision is worse than 2D Surround, since 3D actually delivers poorer image quality than 2D. this is the most significant sign of poor 3D implementation: in good 3D vision games (many need fixes from Helix and co. of course), 3D offers much better image quality than standard 2D does, and Crysis 3 isn't the case.

Wow I just installed Bioshock Infinate, holy Sh1t!!! I take it back, now I'm in gaming heaven:) I need to try out this Depth hack you mentioned as I'd not heard of it before. I'll send a PM. As for buying a Titan to game in 720p, haha you are correct but its future proofing so I dont need to worry for the next couple of years, and I sold a load of crap on ebay so what else am I gonna spend it on. I also game in surround at 5670x1080 for games that dont support 3D so it does get taxed some of the time.

I had SLI 680's since a year ago for 720P. Crazy AA / Downsampling / max settings - 60FPS. Its nice.
I've went through 6 displays ranging from HDTV/Monitor/hmd/projector and god knows how many 3D glasses before I wound up on projector + 3d vision 2 glasses. Nothing else felt right... so spending a few extra bucks on video cards for piece of mind is nothing.
