How to configure 3D without the wizard?
My CRT goes 113hz @ 1600x1200
(I installed a proper INF file to let me choose those refresh rates in windows and NV control panel)

I'd like to use this display for 3D...

But the wizard is retarded and doesn't detect the display, forcing me to only be able to choose the anaglyph glasses.

If I could only turn on the normal 3d glasses I'd be good to go.

Anyone know how to force it to use the normal 3D glasses mode?

Thanks,

You might want to do some more reading if it applies to your situation, but anything after version 1.15 had trouble with CRT/DLP detection, although I thought most of that was fixed in 1.19 for CRT. Nvidia meant well with the wizard, but their support level is no where near the level it needs to be to not allow any tweaks or workarounds for broken wizards.

1.19 worked

Thanks!

Left for dead 2 is STELLAR.
You can tell the developers had this in mind because the targeting reticle is placed at max-distance, all the manus look right, it's A+.

MW2... UGH, the red dot is F'd up. Sigh.
But for the first time ever, Iron sights are pleasant to use.
