Is there any way to watch youtube videos with the nvidia 3dvision kit? I turned on the crosseyed option and went full screen but it doesnt allow me to turn 3dvision on it just shows 2 images.

Presently only Silverlight content can be played like that. For Flash stuff you could install the firefox webbrowser then use an addon like Downloadhelper to rip the videos from the browser into a format that then can be played by the Nvidia video player.

The 3D Vision Blog posted a way via ReMichael's little "bookmarklet" app. You just go to the YouTube video page, click the 'bookmark', and it puts on a little window giving you all the URLs for the video. Right click on one and copy the URL. Open the 3D Vision Player, pick 'open URL' in the File menu, paste it in, wait a few seconds for the video to begin streaming, pick your viewing option, and off you go!
You may need to set up some codecs in the 3D Vision Player to get this to work, but it should work.
