Can i run 3D Vision? title says
Hello,

I want to know if i can use nvidia 3d vision on my pc,
my monitor isnt on the list but with stereoscopic 3d provided by my graphics card(watching it with one of those paper glasses) i can watch all the 3d vision photo's and video's on the nvidia site so i thought, maybe i am able to watch it with nvidia 3d vision too(i assume that 3d vision is a lot better then stereoscopic 3d)
I have a Samsung LE40C530 40 inch lcd tv as my monitor and a nvidia geforce 9800GT graphics card.

So am i able to use nvidia 3d vision?

I think you need atleast 120htz TV or monitor tho....is your tv atleast that? I know here most newer tvs are 120 now.

Also is it 3D ready?

Here is a linkt o supported monitors I found on the nvidia site http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-displays.html

All my games are set to 60 hz but i dont know the specs from the tv
Is 120hz the minimum, or is it recommended so that if my tv is less i can still use 3d vision?

You either need a monitor on the list for 3DVision.
Or a 3D TV with 3DTV play

nothing else will work.

Your TV is not 3D so no luck I'm afraid.

You should be able to enable 3DVision discover and play in Red/Blue anaglyph 3D.

How about 3d arcade machines as advertising? Could be nvidia branded and have a few games and a smart cash taker, maybe credit cards and demo modes , hopefully glasses free, had a nice holographicic one back in the early 90s with a dome and a spinning mirror array at maybe 10k rpm :P might also be worth it to make a computer/phone/iphone style gadget thats 3d and more gaming , like half 3ds half iphone :)
