I doubt this game will have 3D stereoscopic support and being a Windows 10 store exclusive means it is built as a windows app which means:
"No SLI/Crossfire,
Vsync is always on,
Always borderless fullscreen,
Game files are protected,
Can't launch it via the exe (So adding it as a non steam game will not work)
No fps/hardware monitor software works with it,
Mouse software which lets you create custom binds for each game doesn't work
No sweetfx, wrappers, and mods."
This really makes me sad. In fact, I'm fearing that this game might even be the same game they have on the XBOX ONE. They might not even let you change any graphical settings, god I hope not. At first, I was happy when it was announced, but now I am worried. Not sure if the game would be crackable or not. Unfortunately, even for paying customers this might be the only way a 3d fix might work. I don't encourage piracy, I believe it is a terrible thing for many reasons. However, I would really love to play this game on 3D. Not sure what is the moral stance on the people that fixes these games, but if all of those things listed above proved to be true; I wouldn't blame you for releasing a fix on a cracked version of this game.

If that's the only option, I'd have no objections to having this game fixed on a cracked version. (if a shaderhacker is interested enough to fix it)
That being said, the right thing to do would be to purchase it first, even if you're planning on playing a cracked version.
That's a pretty offensive list OP has posted. It's like the exact antithesis of everything that makes PC gaming great. I had no idea the Windows 10 store was that locked down. I guess MS figures if the original Live didn't work on PC, make the successor even more console like.

First 3Dmigoto or something new would have to work with DX12, because I currently don't expect almost any new game to be good by default in 3D.
Slightly off topic, but looks like someone found a way to apply a profile and get SLI working on Tomb raider at least. I don't have the game so I can't verify.

If you have the Windows Store Version of Rise of the Tomb Raider the SLI fix coursing through the web might not help you. This was an issue for me but I've found out how to make it work.
1.) Go to C:\Program Files\WindowsApps which is hidden by default.
2.) Likely you will not get access to that folder - follow this guide: http://superuser.com/questions... to grant yourself access.
3.) In that folder you'll find the game directory which will be called something like that: 12345xxx.RiseoftheTombRaider_1.601.0.0_x64XYXYXY
4.) Open the folder. You'll find "ROTTR_UAP.exe"
5.) Now open your NVCP and add "ROTTR_UAP.exe" to your 3D-Settings
6.) You can close NVCP and the folder now and open NVIDIA Inspector
7.) In the profile settings you'll now find a profile that has the exact same name as the install directory of RotTR (like in step 3)
8.) apply the SLI fix changes to that profile!
9.) as a reminder, the SLI fix can be found here: http://www.dsogaming.com/news/...
hope that helps some of you out there.

Yeah I was really looking forward to this game coming out on PC, would be a good reason to dust off my ROG Swift and glasses, but those store limitations are a massive kick in the balls to PC gaming as a whole, and pretty much a deal-breaker.

Here in Germany you can get Quantum Break for XBox One since yesterday and I received my XOne copy today. So far it's getting pretty good reviews and seems to be quite an awesome game.
I ordered it for XBox One to play it via XBox game streaming when I am not at home (at home it's 3D only ;-))
What bothers me now is the fact that Killer Instinct (another Win 10 exclusive) turned out to perform quite awesome in 3D out of the box (against all expectations). So I am asking myself now if the same could apply to Quantum Break.....?

Could it? Sure
Is it likely? No.
Fighters are conservative with just about everything. They care more about fluidity then graphical fidelity. Even then its focus is mainly models. Even looking back on games that made it to pc they had a high compatiibilty rate.

Tekken 7 is looking likely to change this looking at the arcades latest upgrades, if it ends up comming to PC, but at least it will be steam.

Indeed those more or less 2D fighters surprisingly often turn out to perform well in 3D Vision out of the box. Almost every fighter that came out lately was more or less at least playable by default. Mortal Kombat X was very well playable out of the box, Street Fighter V was at least playable in tridef without a fix and now Killer Instinct also seems to perform quite well.
I absolutely feel no need for Quantum Break to be playable in 3D as I currently have absolutely no shortage of awesome 3D Vision games at my disposal (currently playing Rise of the Tomb Raider and WWE 2K16, also pending preorders for the Rift and the Vive) but the struggle is always the same. I couldn't enjoy my XBox One Quantum Break (played via game streaming while not at home) if there is just the slightest chance of the PC-version to be playable in glorious 3D Vision.

If Quantum Break is DirectX 12 3D Vision doesn't work with DirectX 12 games the frame rate is crippled when 3D Vision is enabled.
I own Gears of War Ultimate Edition and Rise of Tombraider I was getting 6 FPS average with DirectX 12 once I disabled 3D Vision my frame rates jump to 75FPS average.
I have a ticket with NVidia for the above.
If anyone owns Gears of War Ultimate Edition try it with 3D Vision enabled.
Also No 3D with Killer Instinct but it runs fine do to it is DirectX 11

Just tried Gears of War in 3D.... it is about 5 fps)))
But Microsoft has promised to make things better in the games for their store. Like the vertical sync, SLI...etc. Maybe they will fix 3d.

This is a NVidia driver issue with DirectX 12 is not supported with 3D Vision the above problem has nothing to do with Microsoft.
The above problem happens with Rise of the Tomb Raider.
I would open a ticket with NVidia the more users who open a ticket the more likely it will be solved.
