Mass Effect 3 Extended Edition with Helix Fix
Took me a while to figure out.

Move your d3d9.dll to a different folder.
Go into origin. Enable origin in game.
Start Mass Effect 3. Should be downloadable content tab now. Download extended edition.
Exit out. Move d3d9.dll back to folder. Reenable origin in game.
Play.

Nvidia's profile is still not fixed for me3. Though it says it is. I hope it will be better when patch leaves beta.
But to get past the nvidia profile use this fix by Helifax.

All dlc will probably use same method so keep that in mind.

Is there any way to disable the reticle in Mass Effect 3 so I can use the Nvidia crosshair?

Edit: Never mind, figured it out from this thread on Mass Effect 2
