I had minimal issues with installation of drivers and such (I think...). My problem is that during the testing phase I will fail the hardware test because only my left lens seems to be flickering.

VG278HE Monitor
I've tried:
Driver reinstalls
A few hours of google-fu
Various USB ports
Hopefully someone could verify if my glasses were broken out of the box, or if perhaps I'm having another issue. Thanks!

Are you connecting via a Dual Link DVI cable?
Are you using W7?
Have you tried setting your Desktop to 1920x1080@120Hz?
When you tried using different USB ports, did you try one that is USB 2.0 and located on the motherboard?
I'm not so sure that these do not have a battery in them, I recall a poster saying his wouldn't work until he left them connected for awhile.

I've confirmed that I'm using Dual-link, and have tried both ports on the back of my 980. I've also confirmed that desktop is 1920 and 120hz. Yes, I tried usb 2.0+. I'm going to leave them connected for a while to see if they do need to "rest" before use. It would make sense to me that an internal battery wouldn't have the energy to power both lenses right out of the box. We'll see!

They may simply be dead on arrival. I can't think of any other reason why one lens would work perfectly, while the other does not. I feel like I've tried almost every trick in the book.

You are using the test app (spinning logo) in the control panel right? Some games and drivers have 'stuck eye' problems.
Yeah, sounds broken to me. There should be no battery in wired glasses, a capacitor would do the same job for far cheaper.
