Payment Authorisation Failed 3DTV Play
Hello, I have tried to purchase 3DTV Play software about 10 times now, different CC's and even PayPal, I've tried the US store, the UK store, the Indian store, and I've tried to register different accounts and addresses. But it always ends with Payment Authorisation Failed. I would really like to purchase this thing. Can someone please help me? (I am in Australia)

Contact your credit card company. They're probably blocking nVidia as a merchant with an automated anti fraud system. I've had similar things with other companies myself. Card works on most merchants, just one is blocked.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think that is the cause, as I've used two different credit card providers from two different banks as well as paypal (not linked to either of the cards). I guess its possible that they all have blocked the nvidia store, so I will check it out in the meantime. I've also noticed that I have order history in my account and it says cancelled by system.

Fixed woohoo! :) Well I ended up filling out the form to UK customer service, and they got back to me in less than 12 hrs (they were probably asleep since its a different timezone) so that's a great turn around. They sent me an email saying that my order was now ready, and I went through the payment again and it worked this time. Not sure what they did, but whatever it was it worked! Thanks very much :D
