3D Vision Photo Viewer not working with new Surface Book with GeForce GPU
I have a new Surface Book with the NVIDIA GeForce GPU. An app called "3D Vision Photo Viewer" came preinstalled but when I try to use it I get "Primary display adapter does not support NVIDIA 3D Vision." This doesn't make any sense to me. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. Tracy

It's very likely that the Surface Book uses Optimus to switch between the two GPUs. It does have a single Display Port output, which may or may not be available for 3D Vision. It needs a direct connection to the GPU, and that's actually unlikely, I'd expect it to be directly connected to the intel GPU. So, the 3D Vision Photo Viewer being installed is a bit of an anomaly, because that laptop/tablet is really unlikely to actually support 3D.
