I think in theory that it should work and have no conflict.
If you could give it a try and let us know if it works, that would be very helpful.

theworse MOD doesnt work with current patch version of the game which auto updates when you launch it, unless you have a warez version.
The MOD i use is below in my video (using latest version of WD), using my camera effect for DOF. I shall test it tonight and let you know as I intend in making some adjustments.

Really? I can't find any definitive info for this, I'd have thought there'd be much outrage if this were the case. I don't have the game, so I can't test myself.
Mike and bo3b, congratulations on what looks like a great release. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Whaaaat!
When Watchdogs is patched it adds/replaces the common.dat, common.fat and the patch.dat files inside "Watch_Dogs\data_win64', so when an update is released you either have to several things.
[list]
[.]Hope the "modder" is going to merge his MOD with the patched files using the disrupter scripts[/.]
[.]Cancel the update to Watchdogs[/.]
[.]Mod the game yourself and add the modded content to the newly created .dat and fat files[/.]

EDIT: This is why there are so many folks in various MOD threads on GURU3D asking for updates when the game is patched.

For the SLI users in the crowd.
I have had a LOT of problems with SLI in WatchDogs, and I can't quite put my finger on it. It draws the same in SLI versus single card, so it's not changing shaders like SR4 did.
Performance tends to be fairly feeble with SLI, my scaling is in the 40% range in general.
I also have gotten a lot of bad launches, where 3D is disabled, but it's running. Ctrl-alt-F11 makes fake-3D work, so it's sort of working, but regular mode is disabled. Happens often in SLI, sometimes happens on single card launches.
When running in 2D mode, with 3Dmigoto uninstalled, I also get wicked stutter/stalls while driving. Same as you'd get with too little VRAM, but I'm running dual 4G cards, with settings using 2.9G of VRAM, so I don't think that's it.
That's all driver 340.52. I'm not sure the latest drivers even work correctly anymore.
Going all the way back to 320.49, I get much better SLI scaling, and no freaky bad launches. No watch dogs profile, but BFD. It's not like the profiles are worth a damn anyway.
Cures the stutter when driving, much better scaling.
Anyway, I'll be curious how SLI and WatchDogs works for you.

I had planned on testing this fix in SLI 3D Surround this morning, but ran into the bad launches you mentioned here Bo3b. So thanks for letting me know I'm not crazy, or thinking it had something to do with the Flawless Widescreen hack.
And I've gotten the SLI stutters since launch. The only thing I've found to reduce them is to put textures on high and reduce the resolution to 720 vertical lines. I am running 780 ti SLI.
And its strange when the real 3D doesnt kick in. I hadn't installed the fix yet, I was just making sure all my settings were correct first. When i switched to real 3D, i could still see some of the broken effects like tail lights on cars. i.e. there would be two sets of lights, one on the car, one off to the left a little bit. But none of the models i.e. cars, people, buildings were in 3D at all. Very strange.
I'll give it another go this evening with the old driver and report back.
Thank you guys so much for this, and everything else you have done or might do in the future.

I finally fixed my busted desktop and set this up last night in SLI and it worked (though it turns out I was using an old launching method and need to try the new approach tonight). Having developed the fix on my laptop with a 780M using 3DTVPlay, I can say that 2x770 is a big improvement over that, though I have not tried tesing just one 770 yet. There is stuttreing though. I will also note that my 780M has 4GB VRAM, and it uses 3.5Gb of it, whereas my 770's max out VRAM of 2GB - a 780Ti still only has 3GB so you might be getting the same VRAM maxing out problem.
One thing I did with this game was turn off "Shader Cache" in the control panel, just in case it conflicts with the games shader compilation. ONce everything is running nice and smooth, you could turn it back on I guess. I have seen the issue with the game starting not in 3D, but that was when I was developing the fix and regularly screwing things up. The solution was usually to rename the d3d11.dll, launch the game without the fix and have it do a "clean" start, then put the d3d11.dll back again. Another random thing I did was toggle between combinations of stereo on and off and CM on and off, and quitting the game, until eventually it worked again. It was all a bit hit and miss, but I have not experienced that outside of development. Finally I will note that I have seen this issue with just the CM mode and no fix installed, so I do think somethings up with the game.

Thanks for the feedback. You can change hud depth by changing the setting in the d3dx.ini file, explained on the blog page. This setting changes all the HUD (including the cross-hair) so it's about balance. We could not separate the cross-hair unfortunately. It is possible for us to disable the minimap though, we could use one of the other constants in the ini file that you can set to 0,1 or something for us to disable in shaders.

The motorcycle issue looks to be the headlight? We saw that once but were not able to catch it. This will help. And there is a missing shadow shader in the bar. How far into the game is the mission with Kenny? I've barely even started the game proper yet so would not know where to find it. Thanks again.
