You´ll se that you must forgive on using opengl stereoEnable iincluded in the OpenGL lybraries, is only for Quadro or better said quad buffered cards. This will not work on a consumers desktop and sadly, this is another way of relegating stereo software to very especialized target markets and away from consumer market ideas.
Please, dont choose that, for that it is the fast and easy way and just do your best for creating your appplication the more 3D compatible possible; I cant be of much more help to you; have you visited www.MTBS3D.com ? there is some good tips for developing software for 3D, and some good ingfo about the technology you seem to need learning about if you are to develop an S3D widely compatible app., like things that will destroy 3D functionality at this time with nvidia stereo drivers. etc
