GT240 has hdmi out, not sure about the other cards
Dvd's and PowerDvd 10 does Stereoscopic
Internal BluRay and PowerDvD 10 (next update) will do Stereoscopic

You will be fine I also have GTX260.
I actually already have powerdvd10 ultra 3d, I'm just awaiting an actual 3-D Bluray to try.
Have been using the 2D-3D convert function with this, at the moment it will only do a DVD and not from a file.
You can get around this however by converting the .avi to DVD format than use a virtual drive and it will think it's a DVD.

That's twice now I have seen someone say PowerDVD 10 doesn't support 3D Bluray yet, you obviously need the ultra edition like I have.

They said a patch would be available in the summer to enable BluRay 3D support.

Not yet, it's still Spring. Summer would correspond with Winter in Aus. Last day of Summer is sometime Sept 20th? First day around June 20th.

im looking forward to get the update and to get a hold of a 3d blu-ray . Main reason is to see if it works good with the acer 5360.

I hope they add support for blu-ray conversion to 3d like the dvd bit I know that will take a huge ammount of cpu power and will need the help of the graphics card.

Total Media Theatre (TMT 3) also will release a BD 3D version of their software - it has been demonstrated with 3D Vision.

The wait is killing me, thanks for clarifying that it needs an update.
Would love to check out the structure of the streams on a 3D bluray disc, at the moment it seems there isn't much information on this. Surely this could be broken to down to a left and right avi and played through the stereo player for the interim.

The exclusivity of manufacturers with certain 3D bluray titles is going to kill this for a year I'd say.
Imagine you buy a Samsung 3D tv and 3D Bluray player only to find out that is the only title you have access to for a year, besides perhaps Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs which will be up for general sale.

So if I purchase PowerDVD10 Ultra Edition right now I can watch DVDs converted to 3D on my Acer GD235HZ with 3D Vision?

And then when the update comes out I can watch 3D Blu Rays with my GTX 260 and cheap-o internal blu ray drive over dual link dvi?

Edit: I too am now somewhat worried about the GT240 listing
