With PowerDVD 11 Ultra when it goes into 3D mode, the right eye is totally black. No 3D.

I contacted CyberLink support, but they wouldn't help me. They said to talk to Nvidia.

Found a thread where someone using an old driver got it to work
I'm too lazy to swap, I got faith in andrew though.
Not older driver, I can use patch 2113.51 and PowerDVD10 Mark II will work flawlessly in 3D. If I update PDVD10 with any newer patch than 2113.51 than 3D no longer works. I play a bluray3D and the emitter light goes bright green like 3D mode is on, but the movie is displayed in 2D, only subtitles and main menu are in 3D, very strange issue.
The only I can make PowerDVD 10 work is to use patch 2113.51 or any older patch. I am using Nvidia latest WHQL drivers.

Does this surprise you? Surely everyone is aware of the absolute crap passing for customer service delivered by Cyber Link. They don't even know what is on their own website, and they will do things like send you a link to drivers that are hopelessly out of date. I guarantee that, should my PowerDVD stop working, I shall simply get another product, not attempt to resolve the issues.
Gotta award the "Worst Service and Dumbest Personnel ever" to CYBERLINK CUSTOMER PISS OFF!

Yeah, CyberLink support sucks. I don't think they even read what I said, because their reply didn't even make sense. They were asking me questions I clearly answered in the first few lines of my email. Really annoying. Why should I have to talk to Nvidia? 3D games work, the 3D Vision video player works. Its just CyberLink's software that's bogus.

FYI, CyberLink released PowerDVD 10 Mark II (build 2916) & PowerDVD 11 (build 1719) updates last week which address the R275 compatibility issues:
Not sure how NVIDIA support is unaware of this issue...
PowerDVD 10 has a known issue with 3D bluray.
Upgrade to PowerDVD 11. The issue was resolved. They even notated that. If you have support they issued a patch for PDVD 10 but it never actually worked (for me at least)
