I have seen 3 problems with this multiplayer game and 3D:
1) Shadows render wrong, always doubled. But strange thing that if I modify convergence there is one point in witch both shadows put together and render good at all depths, but it must be set at that exact convergence and not any other. I have never seen that in a game. I would like to increase convergence, as althoug I can play in 3D that point is not enough convergence for my taste.
2) HUD render totally wrong.
3) The worse thing I experience is that I suffer a lot of drops in framerates, and it is not because not enough hardware. I play at 110hz in 3D, so I have normally 55fps into the game, but a lot of times (depending where I move the mouse) the fps drop to exactly the half (it moves between 27/28). I think it is not because of the hardware because I only see 55fps or 27/28fps, and if I change from 110hz in the Nvidia CP to 120hz I get the same result with 60hz and 30hz into the game. So the problem is not that the hardware is not capable of offer more fps, it must be another thing related either with the driver or the game.

I have seen the last forceware beta drivers includes "War of the Roses" profile, but only rated "fair". I have not installed the driver as I suppose it is not fixed yet.
