I don't believe I've seen a more broken 3d screenshot. When I cross my eyes my eyeballs start to bleed. Sigh compatibility mode it is then.

Plenty of games have looked this broken on release, and since been fixed. Not to say this will/can be fixed, but I wouldn't discount the possibility.

Current status is that we are stuck. When I install 3Dmigoto, the game silently exits after launch, no error, not crash, just stops. Without 3Dmigoto it runs fine, including in 3D.
I looked at it a bit, and they have some wacky debugger they attach themselves, which blocks my debugger. I don't see any errors in the logs.
It's possible I can work out some way around it, but I see a LOT of threads on the Steam about 2D users getting the same results.
I'm suggesting we wait for first patch to see if they address this problem for 2D users and accidentally help us too.
Keep your eyes open to see if there is ever a DX9 option, which would open up another venue for fixing.

The game starts in borderless window mode, you need to change to fullscreen in the menus.
CM is actually pretty decent. At half depth and convergence so that the back of snake is a bit deeper than screen level it looks not too bad. Partially because you're sneaking around so the CM "mask" works quite well. And another great thing, I think it actually downsamples the game when you up the resolution. So I was playing it at 1080p with 3DTVPlay which looked great and was a solid 60 fps. I tried it with 4k and it still worked but was running at like 35 fps.

Seems like nVidia just released a driver improving the experience for GZ.
Also, a guy posted that he got good results with nVidia 3D on GZ with Blacklist's or Unity's profiles, here:

Any chance we'll see decent 3D on GZ any time soon?
