Had the blinking for 10 to 20 second intervals at first. Did the second option of multiple IR devices in setup and unpluged second monitor in same color card. No more blinking at all. Does't matter what USB port is used; where my brightness is on the monitor, in the game or Nvidia card setup. I don't know if removing the second monitor has anything to do with the blinking. Need to check that out. Also used Nvidia 197.41 drivers.

Hmm, second monitor eh? That's interesting. This hardware seriously needs some re-engineering.
I'd like to add to this. I bought an Acer GD235HZ monitor and ran the setup for the first time last night. Everything worked like a charm. I played Bad Company 2 and even 3 games of DotA without a single problem. Then, in the middle of another DotA game my PC crashed and I rebooted. Since then I have severe flickering when trying to run DotA, so much so that I cannot use 3D anymore in DotA or ANY other game. When I run the "launch test application" in the Nvidia Control Panel it DOESN'T FLICKER!! ?? But here comes another interesting thing, when I view, for example, the Batman Arkham Asylum Power Pack, I can view the images in 3D without flickering, until I move my mouse OR press buttons on my keyboard. If I don't touch my mouse or keyboard, I have no flickering. Unfortunately when it comes to games it flickers constantly...
So I know for a fact it's NOT a faulty IR transmitter or faulty glasses because they DO work in some cases like the Spinning Nvidia logo test application. This HAS to be a very big driver problem.
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit edition. 2xGTX280's in SLi with a 9800GT for PhysX. I've tried disabling everything such as PhysX and SLi, no difference. I've tried EVERYTHING recommended on this board. My mouse is a Razer Mamba and my Keyboard is a MS Reclusa. If that helps. All drivers are 100% up to date.
Hrm im thinking since it only happens when you use mouse or keyboard are they wireless ? if so try wired ...if not thats all ive got sorry and i hope you find a solusion soon !

Another thing that I'll try. After many tests I think it can be aslo a problem with the motherboard's usb voltages. My theory is that if the Graphic card working harder, or the motherboard, at the usb's slots there is a small voltage differences. (not 5 volt constanty) what can make syncing problems to the pyramid. That could explains all of usb's theories and overlocking/unlocking experiences as the changing the power supply. I will try that I'll make a constant 5 v power to the pyramid and see if it solves the problem.

I tried with a separated voltage, not from the mainboard, but it is STILL FLICKERING, no changes. Now I'm sure it is a driver problem.
I think Nvidia comes too fast to the market with this config. Now I'll take it back to the shop I bought and ask for refund. I'll also take back my
acer 5360 projector, which was suggested by nvidia, I just bought for 3d, it is now also unusable for me.

I got some flickering in certain games, e.g. Modern warefare 2 with my old system, driven by a GTX 295.
My new system with Rampage III Extreme MB and 480 GTX SLI doesn't show any flickering or other sync problems at all. So for me, this problem seems to be gone. The only problem I encountered so far is Metro 2033, which does not allow DX11 with this configuration and 3DVision enabled, other people got this problem as well. But everything else is very nice and all games run like butter. Loving my system

After reinstalling Windows 7 (from x86 to x64 Ultimate) i again have problem with flickering (right glass).
I installed ver. 1.25 CD.
I've tried a couple of "solutions" from this thread: maximum perfomance, downclocking, changing USB ports/hubs, off all lights in room - doesn't matter!!!
The heavier graphics in game - the more frequent flickering (Metro 2033 - horrible, BFBC2 - intermid).
Before i have x86 with the same driver ver. 1.25, but after some error in installing 3d vision IR driver (the 3d Vision wasn't active at all), i replugged the IR and reinstall driver - and mirracle was happening - no flickering. At least in BFBC2 for a week i didn't see flickering at all.
But now with changing the system and driver ver (to x64) flickiring is f@cking back!!!
No other software is used (monitoring, soft overclocking, antiviruses) - just clean windows, drives and games.
I 1000% sure, that this is driver problem, and /verymad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':verymad:' /> for NVIDIA!!! My 3D Vision Kit is on warranty untill june, and i'm going to return it to store if no changes will happen...
On weekend i'll try to check driver downversion, - or reinstall diff ver for IR.

I used to get flickering with any ir interference or sunlight but now i get absolutely NONE
Honestly months without any flickering what so ever !
All i changed was in the setup wizard for 3d vision i picked the option that said there was only one IR emitting device in the room , even though i have multiple.

Hi,the option that said there was only one IR emitting device in the room is also for me the best.I have also had severe flickering in games like BFBC2, now it is alot better, I changed the frequency in Nvidia driver,in games options (also everywere vsync on)from 120Hz to 110Hz(or 100Hz in several games)!

For me with latest driver, it seem working really beter !
The only bug I've found is when playing Left 4 dead 2, after some minutes 3D switch to disabled. I need to ctrl + T 2 times for restart it
Now i have same problem.
The interesting thing that I did not had it before.
Played AION, Guild Wars - hours in 3d without any flicker at all. And now i have flicker in these games.
No overclocking software used. I have only updated drivers, updated windows (windows update).
Have not played games for a while and now i have this problem (month before there were no such problems).
Hardware is fully the same. I'v changed RAM, but since i got flickering i'v tried old ram with same settings as before and still flickering.
Tried older packs of drivers with no luck.
Different cables, usb ports - do not matter.
Additional IR emitter helps, but not fully. Flickering occures but more rare.
It must be driver error or windows update that drivers not compatible with. Using win 7 x64. gtx 280

I have to do that ( ctrl + T x 2 ) all the time with BatmanAA
I've finally got my setup to stop flickering. Flickering happens now only when I put my glasses as close to my eyes as possible. What i did was use one of the nose fittings that came with the glasses and wear the glasses towards the tip of my nose so that they are not too close too my eyes.
I think everyones vision is a little different so this might not work for everyone, but it really worked for me and I hope it will help everyone else with this problem. I'm glad I don't have to return my projector and the nvidia 3d vision kit :D

The only bug I've found is when playing Left 4 dead 2, after some minutes 3D switch to disabled. I need to ctrl + T 2 times for restart it

Using win 7 x64. gtx 280

I think everyones vision is a little different so this might not work for everyone, but it really worked for me and I hope it will help everyone else with this problem. I'm glad I don't have to return my projector and the nvidia 3d vision kit :D
