I'll assume we both know devs only spend time implementing those technologies that have a future and will continue being pushed by manufacturers.
Actually, let me be more precise: publishers and, in turn, producers, have their developers do that, if those conditions are met (usually devs have very little freedom regarding which features make it into the final game, unless we're talking indies or very small studios with managing-devs).
I'll also assume you noticed nVIDIA stopped showing any real interest in pushing 3D VISION for a while now (you don't even get a proper, up-to-date media player with 3D Vision HW & Drivers, and the 3dvisionlive.com site is all but dead). So, yeah, *COUGH* *COUGH*.
But don't worry, I'll get myself checked at helixmod.blogspot.it...

Whatever...
They are still fixing 3D Vision driver bugs and supporting stereo. It's not like developers couldn't implement it, if they desired to do so.
@maurizioclaudio21, @Zythus: Thanks very much for giving that loader a try. That suggests it's at least not too bad, and will most likely work for most people. (and @Zulu77 by accident, since it worked on your machine without crashing.)
I could not reproduce the crash that DHR and Zythus have seen. I tried both Win7 and Win10, and changing any and all parameters in graphic options did not introduce a crash. Most likely this is somehow driver related. I'm using drivers that are a little older.
I did see the Access Denied error once on Win10, but after the first time, it no longer appears. I'm fairly sure this is a game bug that we tickle by changing the code path.

For what it's worth, I could change every single setting in the game without it crashing on me - I know because I was thinking broken shaders were being caused by some wrong settings.

Well they are removing the loot boxes and re balancing the the end game .. well, well well. I will probably pick this up at some stage now, but I guess I should finish the first one as well.

I still don't finish the game, so if i found more issues during my playtime i will update.
I know there is an Halo issue in the army/military screen when you learn about a orc.

Don't happens always...is kind of random.
But playing without changing anything in the graphics settings is all OK...no crash :)
