Glad you all like it,
I didn't manage to finish the game yet, but got around 75% done. I am still playing it. If I encounter more things that need updating, I will update the fix;)

Thank you Helifax! I got the game and tried it today.
When I play the game with 3D Vision enabled (with or without the fix), the blue and red color channel got swapped. The blood, the maple leaves, the cloth, the menu cursor, etc, everything that are supposed to be red are blue on my system, and it looks terrible. The problem is there even I removed the fix so it has nothing to do with it. However, if I just push ctrl+T to disable 3d vision, it becomes normal immediately; and press again to enable 3d vision, the blue/red color messed up again.
Am I the only one having this issue?

I take it that you mean "3D Vision Discover"? Nvidia's anaglyph mode.
Are you also hacking 3D Vision Discover to use a Head Mounted Device at times? If so, did you unlock the registry and revert the changes back?
If you recently installed a new driver, try re-installing the driver using DDU. Drivers can sometimes get corrupted during installation and cause weird issues.

I am out of ideas :( I don't have this issue on neither my 3D Surround system nor my 3D Vision Laptop :(
(But I am using 3D Vision with certified 3D Vision Ready displays).

ALT-TAB solved my problem, thank you! I have played many other games in 3d vision and this is the first time I encountered this issue, very strange. I have not upgraded my driver for several months nor I have used any kind of HMD. I am using EDID override on a passive display.

Hi Helifax,
may I ask you how many FPS you get in 3D surround?
I have very similar hardware (edit: sorry must update my signature...) but no chance for me to get 60 FPS at 5980x1080 resolution (= 3 x.1080p without bezels). I get only around 40 FPS which is not fluid enough for me.
There is only one other surround resolution with much less pixels I can choose in the game (don’t know the exact values at the moment). This one would give me fluid 60 FPS but the picture quality is of course not so good AND the picture is a bit stretched to the sides and therefore looks unnatural and the HUD is also stretched and therefore hard to read, especially when behind the bezels...
Would be cool if I could have „normal“ 1080p-resolution on the middle screen and for example only 2/3 of the screen on the left and right monitors with black bars on the outer sides. That would save pixels and performance and maybe I could achieve 60 FPS.
Same problem with other games (like Dead or Alive 6...).
Just wanted to know how you play such 3D-surround games...

First, fix the game to actually work in Surround:
http://www.wsgf.org/dr/sekiro-shadows-die-twice/en
Secondly. I don't have any issues with maintaining 60 FPS in 3D Surround.
Then again I see you still have an i7 4770K. I have an i9 9900K. I got roughly 50% FPS increase in some games just from the CPU.
Both my CPU and GPU are overclocked, so maybe that is why.

Thank you for infos. As I wrote my signature is not updated yet (I also have 2080Ti and i9-9900k).
Not overclocked but can't believe that this makes such a massive difference (40 FPS -> >60 FPS)!?
There must be a problem on my side, therefore I was asking.
Do you get the 60 FPS with everything maxed and also 5980x1080 resolution? Don't know what's the problem that I only get around 40 FPS...

I am plyaing on 5760x1080.
I am getting anything between 50s to 60FPS. There a very few zones where I get down to the 50s. 95% of the time is 60 FPS.
The only thing I disabled was motion blur and depth of field is set to low I believe. Everything else is on MAX.
I didn't paid too much attention to the FPS as it's always fluid and constant, but the few times I looked it was always between 50 - 60 FPS.
What area do you see the 40 FPS? I am curious to try that as well and see :)
