You like some people have a problem with one of the shaders.
-Go to Rage and look for Shader Folder.
-Make a copy of it and Delete it.
- See if it works then.
If it does:
- See which shader is causing the black screen problem by putting them back in the Shader folder from your copied location.
It should be only 1 shader that is causing this issue.

i went trough the shaders and deleted some which made it run and i apprechiate your effort to tr to make rage 3d compatible but 30fps is not playable with 3d this hurts the eyes so bad because the screens arent in sync i just ran it 5 mins and got a headache
this coming from someone that has played thousands of hours in 3d i dont get eye strain or headache easily if at all
wolfenstein is locked to 60fps too so this is gonna be the same and if this particular issue cant be resolved then no shader fixing can help to make it 3d compatible if you dont want to get blind from the horrible out of sync screens

My friend, thank you for the feedback (useless but nevertheless thank you:) )
This issue has been discussed before ...quite in-depth.
You don't like it, you don't use it. It's not like I am forcing anyone to use it.
As a matter of fact I created the wrappers for myself and then decided to release it to the public.
I for one played Rage from 0 to 100% using my wrapper and I didn't get dizzy or anything (or BLIND as a matter of fact). Of course it really depends on your play style. If you are the hectic gamer who likes to jump "the screen" 180 degrees in less than a second then yes, you will get dizzy and possible a headache or two:)
Nevertheless, you asked for help and I gave it. What you do with it it's up to you. If you think you can do better, then PLEASE by all MEANS!!! I will also help you with what I know... but somehow I doubt it....
Anyway, back on-topic: Will have an announcement to make very shortly ^_^
Yes, what's the framerate/sync like? And are there any issues at all?
i dont seem to be the only one that feels unconfortable with the 30 fps and out of sync eyes in rage
there might be a difference in how well cards handle syncing eyes with low fps and or vsync off/30fps with vsync
my old gtx480 worked like a charm without vsync in 3d but this 780 now needs vsync for 3d else it strains the eyes still not as much as wrapped rage does

Interesting article focusing on the game's system requirements and problems:
http://www.hardocp.com/article/2014/05/21/wolfenstein_new_order_performance_review
Unfortunately, since I'm an OpenGL advocate and would have loved to see the game push that API to its limits, the author seems to have found that the game suffers from the same issues as RAGE did and actually uses OpenGL 3.2 (basically the equivalent to DX9).

Been doing some reading, and apparently SLI is completely unsupported. It performs worse with it enabled, and often crashes. Due to the limitations of the engine, it sounds like it never will be supported. Might be a problem for some. Though with a 60fps cap anyway, probably not.

Hi all, hi helifax,
i tried the Wolfenstein Wrapper.
Everthing seems to work, i can turn on 3D Vision an my emitter is turning on the green light.
The thing is, that the picture stays in 2D. So all the hardware seems to work but the game stays in 2D even if 3D Vision is turned on.
Any suggestion what the problem can be?
Hi, ok so I've played a couple hours with the wrapper.
I got used to the max 30 FPS, so that's not really an issue anymore. As helifax said in another thread, about RAGE, just don't run around and spin and shit and you should be ok. It's not perfect but still a hell of a lot better than 2D.
That being said... there are still some problems that render in one eye, in 2D etc.
- Blood = 2d/annoying, I wish I could just turn it off (just the splatters that are 2d)
- Facial features = Sometimes the facial glare (sweat, etc) is in 2d so it looks like it floats around on both sides on their face.
- There are sometimes also shadows that appear in one eye.
- During cut scenes, the depths seem off sometimes, and the FPS is chopped in half down to 15 FPS. I can't even CTRL+T it to return it back to 2D for the time being, because it just turns it into 2 screens side by side.
Other than these problems, the game plays fine. Its a fun game with lots of fun gun play. As for the 3D I'd rate it a Very Good, dropping down to just Good because of the FPS limitations, which is the game engines fault if anything. Cheers and happy fraggin.
Thanks helifax for your contribution to this community.

Big thanks for the feedback! I wish more people would give this kind of feedback. Everything that you said there I experienced as well.
I will try to fix the remaining 2D elements (or disable them at least in the future).
A real shame the FPS is locked at 60:(

Oh I also forgot another thing...
I recommend you disable the in-game cross hair by adding +g_showHud "0" to wolfConfig file (search it on your machine), and activate the nvidia red crosshair as it works well and will give you much better aiming. Certain guns can get in the way sometimes but at least you know where you are firing.

Hello Helifax!
Can I ask, is there maybe a 3d vision wrapper for Doom3 also?
Doom 3 BFG supports 3D, but won't run if mods are installed. So I would like to make original Doom3 work with absolute HD pack in 3D vision.
Thanks, and greetings!
