Hi Andrew ...

I have downloaded the new player today in hope off it would fix my problems.
I actually just think im doing something wrong here ?
When the player starts up a movie it asks if i want to view side by side or over & under.
I then choose side by side and the movie start´s up, but the two pictures are to far appart (but depht is there) ?

Is it a setting i am missing maybe ?

Im on :

GTX 580 SLI
Windows 7 64 BIT
Intel I7 930

Regards Peter

Hi

Can you provide more details?
- Do you have a 3D Vision emitter installed and its working with games?
- What movie file are you using? Can you send a link?
- Are you sure the format of your video is side/side?
- What driver are you using?
- What GPU are you using? Are you using SLI?

Hi ...

1. 3D emitter is installed and working with games
2. I am using a x264 1080P Matroska movie file
3. The movie is not a 3D movie, so no (I thought you could see a 2D movie in 3D with the 3D Vision Player, just not as good as a real 3D movie ?)
4. I am using 270.51
5. im using GTX 580´s in SLI

I guess the moviefile is the problem and i need a 3D Blueray to watch 3D, with the 3D Vision Player ?

The NVIDIA 3D movie player will not convert a 2D movie into 3D... a 3D movie clip is needed in order to see it in 3D! /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

There are commercial movie players that provide realtime 2D to 3D movie conversion; look for the latest PowerDVD from CyberLink or TotalMedia Theatre from ArcSoft.

Ok so i got hold of a left & right image file :0)

It´s working very nice in Nvidia 3D Vison player ...

Is there any way to sharpen the picture ? It doesnt seem like the video options in the NV Controlpanel works, when viewing 3D and there is no options in the player itself ?

Tried via the Codec tweak tool to sharpen picture but that does not work either :0)
