3d vision and acer 5360 problem
Ok to start with i have a alienware m15x laptop with gtx 460m card and latest drivers. the laptop has a display port connection , i have a displayport to hdmi convertor .
when i install and the drivers and cables etc , the laptop and drivers recognize the acer projector as 3d ready but here is where i get lost .

I have the options of extending display , duplicating display , laptop , or projector only

Problems seems to be with screen res etc as the projector seems to be fussy or the res.

i can start up 3d contect or test it will show on the laptop display , but its only 60 hz but the projector display goes off and it starts to search for content....and remains blank till i turn off 3d vision ..

I managed i think by luck to get the nvidia d test page working once at 800x600 120 hz , you know the one with the spinning logo etc..... but havent got it to work again , so any suggestions ? i am tearing my hair out here ?

It might be the cable - I don't know if displayport is supported. However, this is the 3D Vision Live forum, which is the forum to support 3D content on web pages and such. It sounds like you want the 3D Vision forum one level up so you might want to try asking again there. Be sure to include what projector you're using.
