Are my glasses broken? They don't turn on Red light constantly on the glasses
So I was playing Borderlands and everything was going fine except I noticed I was getting a low framerate. So I went into nvidia control panel and noticed that SLI was not enabled, so I enabled it and went back to the game when I noticed my glasses wouldn't turn on. Instead of a green light, it shows a red light that won't go off. It's on the glasses not the emitter. The light goes off if I hold the button down, but as soon as I let go, it comes right back on. It's even on when my computer is turned off. I tried updating the drivers, and turning SLI on/off. Nothing works. It's like the glasses just broke for no reason at all.

Yeah that was pretty much my only option since I couldn't do anything else. Well the light finally went out. I plugged in the USB and the orange light comes on to let me know it's charging. The red light did not come back on, but neither did the green light, nor did the glasses work. I guess they are broken.

I have had the same problem, but I forgot what I did
for it to happen.
I bought new glasses and the old one is still waiting
for a fix, i did contact nvidia, but they couldnt tel
me more then what i already know.
Im From holland and bought THE glasses in
the US, so no garantie, maybe you can send them back,
I think we are not the only one with this problem so please
nvidia, how do we fix our glasses.....
I don't see any number or email address to contact nvidia. The support page just defers you to the different manufacturers of mobo's and graphics cards. It's not helpful at all.
