Hi - lets coordinate on this. I have fixed loads of stuff, so we don't want to duplicate. I'll PM you.
Let me know if there is some chance of BETA-Testing your joint-fix. So i would start with it and may discover places with unknown issues ^^
Will do - hope to post an alpha tonight.

What version of the wrapper are you using?
I'm having a crash about 10 min in-game when using 3Dmigoto wrapper....test with 1.2.7 / 1.2.6 / 1.2.1 / 1.1.36
If i remove the wrapper there is no crash. very strange.
**Edit: i just test with flugan wrapper (the version in DA:I....flugan.net is down) and works fine.
Using win7 64 / 358.91 driver

I'm using 1.2.7. If I have trouble I'll let you know.
I have run into a lighting issue though. I can fix it, but at certain angles it breaks again, like the stereo correction is simply not applied. I'll post a screenshot at some point, but I have seen this in other games.

I have a crash in 10 - 15 min using 1.2.7 version (without the wrapper or using flugan wrapper works fine)... i don't know why. Using flugan wrapper i can't use the separation texture for the HUD :(
I see that light you mention (is the light in the kitchen wall, near the fridge and also in the curtains). If you are a little far and looking to the left or right, the fix broke.

Yes that's right, except it happens everywhere outside as well with shadows, and in the vault... Basically everything. Does it in SLI and non-SLI and at all quality levels. Sigh...
**EDIT I think I worked it out. It switches shaders for some reason. I fixed it for reflections in the vault.
**EDIT EDIT Am seeing crashes now as well.
**EDIT EDIT EDIT Many of the issues re due to shaders that don't decompile so I am fixing the ASM.

Interesting - sounds like the same 10 minute crash I'm hitting in Far Cry 4 using 3DMigoto 1.1.x and 1.2.x... guess I need to redouble my efforts to track down the cause

Using flugan wrapper don't crash the game. I'm using the version included in DA:I. flugan.net is down, so is not possible to download the last version.
if we want to use 3Dmigoto, we will need bo3b/DarkStarSword help....i saw the logs from 3Dmigoto and there is nothing related to the crash....is some kind of "silent" crash to desktop.
**EDIT EDIT EDIT Many of the issues re due to shaders that don't decompile so I am fixing the ASM.
Those shaders also are not possible to hunt (normal NUMPAD hunt), right?
I see a couple of effect that are not possible to hunt, either VS or PS in this game.
Also noticed that some reflections in the ground have the same decompiler issue than CoD: Black Ops 3.....so may be possible that some shaders are not working properly in HLSL with that "ld_structured_indexable" issue....not dumped and not hunted in HLSL....in COD:BO3 there are also shaders that CAN'T be hunted normally......maybe the issue is that "ld_structured_indexable" instruction....and also related to the crashes.

Ok, VS2015 can stop FC4 in the debugger, so at last I have a stack trace of the 10 minute crash:
> ntdll.dll!RtlpWaitOnCriticalSection() Unknown
ntdll.dll!RtlEnterCriticalSection() Unknown
dxgi.dll!CDXGISwapChain::GetDesc(struct DXGI_SWAP_CHAIN_DESC *) Unknown
d3d11.dll!HackerDXGISwapChain::GetDesc(DXGI_SWAP_CHAIN_DESC * pDesc) Line 1448 C++
FC64.dll!000007fedbd72f7a() Unknown
So, looks like something has gone wrong with the original swap chain and we crashed on a NULL pointer dereference in the lock (maybe it's been released prematurely?) - I'll keep investigating.

I fixed a number of the reflections by fixing the ASM, but I identified the ASM file by dumping the HLSL and getting an error. I also did a bulk fix of shaders that conform to the "pattern", but there are some outstanding issues I can't track down (either find a shader for via hunting, or find as part of the pattern).
So right now I am not able to complete the light/shadow fixes. The game crashing is not helping, because just as I step through the shaders it crashes, but I have been able to step through all shaders and none of them change the effect I want to fix. This was true of other effects as well but they got fixed with the bulk patter fix, so I am guessing there is something in the 2400-odd shaders that I need to identify a different way.

Can't wait for a 3D fix for this game and it runs well in 2D already. (except for camera stuttering when using a X360 controller...) Will provide feedback once alphas are released.
=========== Quick Question ==========
I've been trying to install the display drivers for my 770 for the last 3 non-beta releases and it simply won't work. Never happened in 20 years of gaming.
I got a Nvidia install failure. Whether I install the display drivers only or the 3D drivers as well.
If I try to manually install I got a "catastrophic failure".
I did a clean install, drivers cleaning, restarts and disk checks. I can only successfuly install 355.98 and below.
You guys ever had this issue?

Try using DDU
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Get your drivers from here

Use custom install and do not install GeForce Experience unless you use ShadowPlay or something.
