Hey guys!!
Thanks soooo much for investing your time in checking out this game, I highly appreciate your interest and your feedback!
Sorry for such a late response, and it's been a while since any updates.
Here's what's going on:
We are down to 1 developer at the moment (me), and I just got a new position at my day job which requires a lot of time and energy (at least 10 hours per day). But once my work project at hand is released, it would free me up quite a bit. On the personal side, my wife and I have two young children in which the youngest is turning 2 soon which require a LOT of time and energy. For the reasons above, I have had no time after work hours to devote to INTERSTELLAR PRIME in the past 3-4 months.
Never the less, this game concept was conceived over a decade ago, and it is something I am very passionate about. I will never give up on this game even if it takes much longer than planned. It would just take some time to align all resources together to make this work.
Background:
The game is created using Unity, and I am the one who is responsible for over 90-95% of the content and everything behind the scene.
The original plan was to get this game to Kickstarter by the end of 2017, and based on what is raised, I would set up a small studio hiring 2-4 additional full-time developers to finish the game by late 2018. But since 3/4 of our original crew have lost interest, I am left doing everything since January 2017.
Moving forward:
With all that I've learned, I am strategizing a new plan to get this game to market by the end of this year. My main aim is to get the name and the game concept to be realized in the market. If I ended up having to sell the title and work with a larger, more capable game studio so be it!
With that being said, my main focus now is to get this game on Kickstarter and to raise awareness of the game.
Conclusion:
This game would only become a reality if enough people show interest in the concept, so if you guys like the potential of this game and what it stands for, please share!
Thanks again!
