Anyone elses monitors ever go black and u gotta restart?
Sometimes when switching into 3d mode while watchin a video on the nvidia 3d player my monitors will black out and i cant do anything but restart the pc.
I have all proper drivers. And compatible hardware. I am however running a 2nd monitor Via Sli that only has a 60hz . ( I have Asus 120hz into one video card, and the Gateway 60hz plugged into another video card)

I noticed this on the Acer H5360 sometimes, i found pressing the re-sync button or restarting the projector would do the trick without needing to restart the pc. hope it helps

I have experienced that, recently in my Samsung 2233RZ. At first I rebooted as you, but now I discover that it only shuts off, so I only need to turn it on. So easy.
I have two screens conencted to the same card, and although the second one, is normally turned off, nvidia control panel see it (normal). Maybe it has something to do. Maybe I'll test without the second monitor.
