I'm having a problem with 1703 and 3D Vision and my Asus PG278Q. 3D Vision doesn't turn off when I exit a game and if I try to switch to G-Sync in NVCP I get a black screen and "Out of Range". Unplugging and plugging back in the monitor fixes that but this is ridiculous.
I am on 388.59 and noticed the issue immediately, so I rebooted into Safe Mode and ran DDU and then reinstalled the same driver and still have the issue.
Any help appreciated.

I had the exact same problem with 1709, now rolled back to last version of windows and it works again. But windows already wants to install the update again. Not sure how long I can postpone this update?

Create a system image and if youre on Home there is an option to stop the updates from downloading under Metered Connection:

If it tries to force the update on you simply use your system image. It's painful, yes, but there's really no other options at this point.
Really tired of Microsoft. Starting to regret upgrading to 8700k. This is becoming a legit nightmare.

Still can't get new drivers to install on CFU without the 3d driver going missing. Given up now and installed an additional windows 7 partition and 3d is working with the latest drivers, and the colour is correct, and the resolution switches properly. Windows 10 is a joke. They keep adding more 'features' I don't want, breaking what used to work, and slowing the OS down with more bloat.
