BazzaLB, how are you getting Chiri's version to work? I tried again, but I'm still having the issue where I get the Nvidia overlay profile info but no 3D. The other versions of Dolphin with the 3D Vision option activate 3D just fine, but it won't initialize with Chiri's... Are you using any particular version of Dolphin with Chiri's exe? Are your graphics settings similar to these?
My Graphics settings are:
Backend: D3D11
Resolution: 1280x720
Refresh Rate: 60
Aspect Ratio: force 16x9 (tried multiple options with no changes)
V-Sync: yes
Fullscreen: yes
Internal Resolution: Auto (window size)
AA: 4 samples
Anisotropic: 4x
Scaled EFB Copy: yes
And the rest is default...

The Chiri exe I am running is fixed at 120Hz (can't be changed). There is no setting for internal resolution either. I use 3DTvPlay though which I think his exe was geared for so maybe it only works with 3DTvPlay? My Chiri version has the word "dirty" in its version number btw.

I'm using 3DTvPlay as well. If a program doesn't run at 60hz, I will get a message saying that 1280x720 at 120hz is not HDMI 3D compatible and to change to either 1280x720 at 60hz or 1920x1080 at 24hz. (Because it sends 3D content in tb format at resolution of 1280x1470) Could you download the link in first post and see if it works for you? You might have an older version that works right. The version I have is labeled as 3.5-1759-dirty.

Wow... the problem was the internal resolution. I changed it to 2xNative and it works perfectly now. I'm not sure why this was an issue, but I'm glad it's working now. Thanks for the help BazzaLB!

Cool, glad I could be of at least some help (even if I am clueless LOL).
I am playing Donkey Kong Country returns in the latest Dolphin build and it looks absolutely marvellous in 3D. However, the game requires a couple of different convergence settings during gameplay. I typically just adjust this in realtime via the 3DVision hotkeys (holding down ctl-F5/6). I figured I'd like to just have a couple of presets activated by a single key press so last night I tried adding the Helix mod and ini settings for different convergence settings that can be activated by pressing a key ("U" in the sample I used). I couldn't get it to be recognised despite using deprecated Dx9 setting in Dolphin graphics settings. Has anyone else tried and had luck with using this with Dolphin?

I downloaded the newest Dolphin from the site however I keep getting "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application" when using the modified exe. It works with the original dolphin from the site. Any ideas

Here is a current version of dolphin now working with 3D vision:
https://dl.dolphin-emu.org/prs/pr-506-dolphin-latest-x64.7z
Note: Make sure "Render to Main Window" is off and of course use the d3d backend.
Has 3 issues currently but has improved greatly since the last 3d vision version.
-Pop-ups will knock the 3D effect off like Sleeping Dogs.
-Make sure you go into windowed mode before exiting or you'll get a black screen.
-Windows cursor is doubled.
Dolphin dev said that he will be able to fix those 3 issues soon.

Unfortunately I don't sorry. I heard that the graphic plugin called GPU BladeSoft had that ability (works with pcsxr and epsxe). But I don't think it's being worked on actively even though it is fairly new. I've never tried it though. It also uses runtimes that only a handful of programs use on the internet called gtk2 which may be too much for just one plugin. But that's just me xD.

I tried the GPU BladeSoft v1.42a with epsxe but had no success. In fact I found an stereoscopic option in the gpuBladeSoft.ini marked as 0.I changed It to 1 but had no effect.

Thanks! I also want to try Wind Waker in 3d better than the HD remake, I'll check this out, though I'm also tempted to try it with the Oculus Rift once my DK2 arrives, apparently you can cheat first person in Wind Waker to make it work https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLfOxG3hvvw .
My biggest problem with Dolphin was making the wii controller to work, there had to be something with my bluetooth dongle that was constantly losing connection and weird control problems, a pity since Mario Galaxy and others looked fantastic.
