Textures aren't appearing correctly on right side of screen in some games
So this is only happening in 2 games for me, but it's the same issue so I thought I'd ask the forum. In both Kingdoms of Amalur (with helix mod), and Star Wars the Old Republic (no mod), in some scenes, the right side of my screen has major texture issues. Like they're not being drawn in at all or just not being drawn correctly, and as I swing the camera around the problem follows the camera. It goes from top to bottom of the screen and is only about the right 10% of the scene. Every other game doesn't have this problem that I've tried so far. Anyone know what this is and/or how to fix it?

The game in 2D only renders a certain amount of infomation (what the screen shows) with 3D enabled you see further then the original engine intended. This means you get objects missing etc. to cycle frustrum, enable advanced settings in nvidia 3D and then press f11 i think to cycle frustrum settings (you can add a black border to prevent this, or stretch the screen)

Didn't work :( Cycling the Frustrum settings did move from stretching to creating black borders and what not, but the problem just changed where it was happening to whatever the new right "edge" of the screen was. Eh...it's just strange that it happens on both of these games, and I must have tried about 50 other games the past few days and they all didn't have the problem.

This problem crept in drivers during the past 12 mos. Use frustum cycle together with: Other things which work to minimize this problem in some games: 1. In NvidiaControlPanel set max prerendered frames for app to 1 2. Using 3D Vision settings turn on Nvidia Crosshair and set transparency to 100% Baragon

Well, Baragon's stuff fixed it...mainly changing that prerendered frames thing to 1. What did that exactly do and how will otherwise affect stuff?

It makes little to no difference. You will only hear it brought up when people talk about mouse lag. Its mainly for people on lowend computers, setting to higher value will make it feel smoother. I always leave it to 1 because of this issue but im always running at 60 fps. I feel no difference.
