Oops. Had to do the same to the Zanarkand waterfalls, because they affected water in the second part of Kilika :p.

6th version (I've skipped posting the 5th here): https://www.dropbox.com/s/4voka9ucm8j5jqh/ffx_3D_fix6.7z?dl=0
Changelog:
- Another water shader in Kilika, and another water shader in the distance in the Kilika temple, outside.
That's it for today.
Yesterday, I downloaded an almost complete save to check if there is anything else broken.
The water shaders I fixed are used in other places, so I can confirm all water is correct :).
So mostly only that problematic shader I have mentioned other times remains, and then the fix will be ready to be posted on the blog.
I have modified a bit the depth of one shader that was at less depth than what it looks correct. I will post a new version this night.
If anyone of you uses the Untitled Project X mod, it's not compatible with the fix at this moment. I use modified exe files for Japanese voices. Sad that custom textures can't work with the fix yet.

7th version of the fix:
Changelog: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bmr5cxipax46th3/ffx_3D_fix7.7z?dl=0
- Moved a shader to a bit of depth (shiny surface in trial balls and a few other things) to correct its position at extreme convergence settings.
I have also enabled shader caching, so for next versions (hopefully the last for FFX), using uninstall.bat will be mandatory before installing a new version.
Edit: I have now found a value to make the problematic shader at correct depth..... when convergence is 0:
o2.x+=separation/2;
So anything related to convergence has to be equal to 1 (at 0 convergence) if it's multiplied by separation...

I've applied that partial fix to the mentioned shader (not perfect, but not as bad as before. Still, perfect with 0 convergence :p). And the new thing is an HUD depth hotkey :). Press "m" to cycle between depth values. The save menu and "escape" menu will look cut at the sides in some elements, and also the sides of the minimap. It's unavoidable.
Uninstall the previous fix with uninstall.bat.
So basically -> hotkeys:
- "m": HUD depth cycling. Starts at screen depth, and each key press adds +20%.
- "k": 0 separation, for situations where you are in 2D backgrounds.
- "l": to cycle through multiple convergence presets. The low convergence ones are intended for cutscenes.
- "h": toggle 0 convergence. For testing purposes.
- "j": toggle 1 convergence. For testing purposes.
I don't know if there is anything broken in FFX-2 not covered by this fix (I have barely tried the first battle).

There was a water shader that I didn't see in Macalania Forest until today. Now it's fixed.

10th version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hjmsbghv137yd8i/ffx_3D_fix10.7z?dl=0
Attention, Macalania spoiler: when you are at the bottom of the lake after falling, there is a whiteish fog effect. It was affected by convergence so it was broken at medium-high convergene settings. I put it at screen depth.

"It seems unlikely, until the authors of 3Dmigoto stop referring to DXGI 1.2 as "that evil update." That mentality is pretty much the kiss of death, not only does it break compatibility with my software, it also means it's never going to work with any games sold on the WIndows Store."
By the way, people. Are you interested in hotkeys/settings to disable motion blur (FFX in some cutscenes and places) and depth of field (Eternal Calm at least. No idea about FFX-2) for the next version? I have already made one for motion blur.

Changelog:
- Fixed another water shader in Macalania Forest. Sorry for missing it before.
- "g" key now toggles motion blur in some cutscenes, locations and some battle attacks. By default motion blur is enabled.
- "b" key enables the shader that is still wrong. I have disabled the shader by default. There will be a few effects missing, but in my opinion it's better than seeing the effect incorrectly. It's "heatwave" effects mostly.

Thanks for the ongoing work! I've started putting a few shots on 3DVisionLive.
