Resident Evil 7

@Metaloholic: Thanks for the generosity mate. Indeed, the thought does count. With the amount of time and effort it takes into fix games it can sometimes almost feel a little silly of a life choice to keep doing it (especially when under less than ideal life circumstances), so it's always a nice surprise to get a little bonus/thanks or funding towards new projects to help keep us motivated. As for the game now being on the account, again, I'd like to give Mike and bo3b first cracks at it. If, however, either won't be looking at it for a while, or will only be planning on using it during certain times then feel free to let me know and I'll see what I can do with it during those off periods. Alternatively, we could add each other on Steam and we'll be able to tell who is using it at the time. My Steam ID is D'Shanz.

Using the shared access, I tested the regular game, and it looks to me like the 3Dmigoto crash we were seeing is fixed. Alt-Tab is working without any problem on the real game. Overlay was working, and shader hunting was working. I still only see some 60 shaders live in the early part of the game, but I think that is correct.

@Pirateguy. I donated to 3 users instead since the shaderhackers account currently has enough funds and this game is currently bought. I still will donate to a few more shaderhackers. But I'm out of donation money :p

Does anyone have Any Number what to expect in terms of high setting @ 3D with 980ti ? Im upgrading to sli or Titan x but im currently strugling to find cheap Titan or Evga model 06G-P4-4990-KR Or 06G-P4-4991-KR to sli from EU. ...so just wondering would the one 980ti be enough for decent performance... I don't use AA but still i fear its not enough.

Also tested the released game on Win10 with Anniversary, as it is now the default branch for Win10. Game runs OK with 3Dmigoto, although I found that setting it to Windowed in the game settings is needed to launch it without crashing. After that, Alt-Enter works to go full screen and shader hunting. No crashes for me at any following alt-tab out or back in. Mia is better with a chainsaw than I expected.

Hi bo3b, How is your progress coming along with RE7? No rush; just curious. Thanks.
@Pirateguy. I donated to 3 users instead since the shaderhackers account currently has enough funds and this game is currently bought. I still will donate to a few more shaderhackers. But I'm out of donation money :p
Thanks for the donation;) Really appreciating the effort;) I'm "currently a bit on leave" from 3D fixing (due to time constraints and some other personal matters), but I'll be back in 1-2 months. Especially for the new Mass Effect;) Again, I want to say a big thank you !

Game is so awesome and I can only imagine how cool it would be to play it in perfect 3D.

If you think you can't handle it in 3D imagine what it would be like in VR! Only a year to wait until the PlayStation exclusivity deal expires :/
