Brightness does drop at 120hz but guys, it isn't the end of world or anything. There is plenty of brightness for 3d gaming. If you are in a semi controlled environment from a lighting standpoint then you should be fine. A few tweaks of digital vibrance and gamma and you'll be all set. I have my Optoma Pro350w set up in my "man cave" and it is perfect. I painted my own screen using 2 coats of primer and 3 coats of Behr Silverscreen that you can purchase at home depot. Cost me $50 and couldn't be happier with the results!
For those worried about gaming at 720P, simply download NHANCER, select or set up a profile for the game you want to play, override antialiasing settings with supersampling 4x4 and you will be amazed at the results! I fired up one of my old favorites last night, Far Cry, and supersampling made a HUGE difference! Take 4x4 and add in the natural antialiasing properties when gaming in stereo and the results are quite remarkable!

Can anyone figure out the degamma setting? 2 and 6 seem to be the same. And it doesn't seem to go as the manual says, getting brighter as you move up the scale. 3 is darker than 2, but 4 is brighter than 3.
Also, do others find if you set it to say Movie mode, that when you power off and on again, its back to standard?

Is anyone with an Acer H5360 having problems with it shutting down while ceiling mounted? I read on another forum that some users were having this problem.

Hey, after checking the amazing Killzone 3 trailer on E3 I was wondering if there's any way to use PS3 in 3D with our h5360? There are some games in 3d out already for PS3, has anyone had any luck?

How can I tweak registry (Windows 7 64bits) to have better deph? Is it really a must with H5360 pj? In games like F1 2010 is not enough also 100% of nvidia driver deph, and also convergence seem to have a limit in this game.
Also would be good to have a color profile for windows from anyone with experience and a good callibration hardware toy, saying what parameteres of brightness, contrast, etc and degamma, temperature, etc use, because this pj is great but colors seem to be not well callibrated (I´m using a HDMI cable).
Usually I use "eco" mode just because noise fan increases, not because lamp longevity. Would be great to have eco disabled and low noise.

heres the 10gain angular reflective screen recipe, I found something else I'd try first (retroreflective). If my new recipe works , I might share it , depending how good it is. Basically any kind of silver with metal flakes will work as high gain screen, my recipes are different, so I dont want to talk about silverpaint , pretty hard to apply anyway.

 Im definately not doing that!!
Say no to oversaturated dark 3d! Dont have to be like that!
You just need a brighter screen than matte white. Thats called a screen with "gain". See below.
