I'll look in the control panel again for the stereo format, maybe I need to click the 3DTVP button? I saw the resolution and hz to select, but only up to 24hz, I assume selecting checkerboard in the CP will default to 30hz, or allow selection of. I didn't try depth, only convergence. And I trying on Metro LL, which I see I need to unlock. Soooooooo close!!!!!! Thanks everyone for all the help!!

Checkerboard is only active if your game resolution is set to 1080p 60hz. 3DTV Play is only active if your game resolution is set to 1080p 24Hz. Start with Checkerboard. i never use 3DTV play as it looks horrible... Checkerboard Process > From the nvidia display panel > 3D tab; Select Checkerboard (not 3DTV Play) move the depth slider up to 100% (or thereabouts) Click on the shortcut keys button, enable the advanced controls (remap depth and convergence if you like) > Resolution check If your resolution in windows is not 1080p 60hz, go into the nvidia resolution properties and set it to that. that is the native res of the TV. Don't let 3d Vision set a 3D res for you. although it technically shouldnt matter what res windows is, sometimes games default to the windows res, its best to be sure the game and windows are the same res and refresh rate. 1080p 60Hz. > Game Start the game if its metro LL wait for all the ads to pass they are in 2D, the main menu will be in 3D, leave it at the main menu for now. > From the Sammy TV remote Press the Source button Press the Tools button Change the label name to PC. not Game or anything else. it must be "PC" Exit the menu Press the 3D button on your TV remote you should see about 6 options, thats how you know the label name is set to PC. anything else and you will only see 3 options. > checkerboard is the 2nd from the right. it looks like a checkerboard select that and press exit. > From the Game If you don't see two overlapping images press Ctrl T (this toggles 3D on/off) Once you see overlapping images, turn the goggles on 3D should pop out NOTE: I found that windows (movies,3d setup) and games had the opposite left and right eyes. When gaming i had to turn my samsung glasses upside down, watching movies was fine. Either way turn your glasses upside down to check. whichever way is correct stick with it. If your game 3D is upside down... > From the sammy TV remote Press Menu > 3D > Options? > Flip the left and right eyes (its in there somewhere). now the glasses should work the correct way up. Happy gaming (that was all off memory but you get the gist) notes; i found that i couldnt switch the left and right eyes using the nvidia 3d wizard. it simply didnt work. i had to use the samsung tv 3d settings to flip them. Once you get it setup and working all you have to do is enable Checkerboard before you start the game (it always defaults to 3DTV play). I switch between "Game" and "PC" as my input labels on the sammy. movies = game as you get all the Motion Plus settings, PC for 3D as you get Checkerboard.

GOT IT! I messed with it as soon as I got home, just before I saw your post. Feel like a total idiot, should have hooked straight to the tv, installed the app, and actually looked at the CP. Found the checkerboard, turned on stereo from the shortcut in game, adjusted depth/conv, omg should have been easy. LOL THANKS!!!

One last thing im not sure was mentioned or even applies to your 60", but on my es7500, i have to go into the tv's 3d options and reverse the shutter direction. R-L for checkerboard, L-R for 3DTV Play (frame packing 720p).

I have the 7500 as well. I'll try flipping eyes, Everything seems good without swapping, but I'll try it and see how it looks. Thanks!

You only need to swap eyes if the sync signal is inverted. If the sync signal is inverted, the image will appear to be flat and not stereoscopic. Easiest way to tell, is putting the glasses on upside down. If suddenly things look stereoscopic, then swap the eyes sync in the display menu and put the glasses on right side up.

It looks like 3D LOL but I'll turn them upside down and see if there is a difference.
