OpenGL 3D drivers?
Hi, I'm wondering if there are plans to support OpenGL games in 3D in future. I'd love to play Doom 3 or Quake 4 in 3D. Anyone knows? If Andrew has time I would appreciate if he can drop a line.

Its on our roadmap of new features, but I have no news to announce.

Without forgetting the upcoming fly simulator "Storm of War: Battle of Britain" from Oleg Maddox (Maddox games). That promises to break standards in fly simulators not only graphically, but also and very much in the simulation side, as IL2 did before.

IL2 1946 was developed in OGL although they used also a "wrapper" to render it in DX alternatively, at choice of user. Storm of war is being developed in OGL too (maybe with DX wrapper?), but judging by the astonishing effect of IL2 in stereo (only with old drivers 162.50... ), Storm of war should be incredible. Nothing compares to dogfighting in a propeller WWII plane in 3D; the 3D shines more than in any other simulation I have seen, imo...

I hope Storm of War will not be missed from Nvidia list when it will be published (sometime next year). Maybe previous contact with developer could be very interesting!

By the way, and to my deep dissapointment, IL2 doesn't work in DX mode with 3D vision! The 3D simply doesn't activate, I don't get even the "double image" as seen without glasses, nothing, only 2D as usual... I don't know the reason or if it could be solved.
Anyway I hope that 3D Vision OpenGL support for games will come "soon" and IL2 will work then.
