This game was the reason I bought the XBox One! Although it didn't get much love from the critics it is still one of my alltime favourites.
The game will be released Octobre 10th and from a technical standpoint this one shall set a new limit for graphics quality (according not only to Crytek itself but also to journalists who already saw those 4K-demos).
Since no one would expect an official POSITIVE word on 3D vision compatibility these days there is still hope that Ryse will somehow run in 3D Vision (by default, possible fix.....)

It runs on CryEngine. I've never heard of a Cryengine game supporting real 3d, and to the best of my knowledge, none have been fixed either.
Very unlikely this will be any different.

CryEngine 1 and 2 have native stereo support (but still need fixing some elements and effects of course)

Everyone going on about 4k is beginning to irk me. I would rather have a game at 60fps 1080p in perfect 3d anyday than 4k rez.
Oh well from what I have seen on xbone this game just seems like basic combat with QTE in a pretty package so I'm not too fussed on this one.

Cryengine 3.0 supports real 3D but is necessary to modify the file game.cfg, i have a post of Star citizen in this forum with some screenshots to prove it.

DHR has tested the latest 3Dmigoto with forced automatic mode, and it seems to be working correctly.
In the d3dx.ini settings file, change the automatic_mode=1 and it will force the game to use automatic mode instead of their built in fake-3D.
The game has not been fixed, and Mike said he was stuck on shadows, but if anyone is interested, you can take a look this way.

No real 3D in this engine unfortunately
