World Of Warcraft Convergence Problem Fixed Yet? I still have convergence problem in latest WoW vers
I'm using DX10 in Win7 with 295GTX and it seems this convergence problem still exists.. When I start the game or alt+tab to another window and come back to the game convergence resets itself.. Game setting doesn't work. I always have to hold F6 for a few secs to see it right as it was already in earlier patches..
Help please..
(I didn't update my drivers for months btw. If I need , just tell me)

the only way i could get world of warcraft to hold convergence setting was enabling directx 11 in options and that fixed the problem even though the sliders are gone from in game the usually alt f settings work
but i see you have a directx 10 card but i think wow will use direct 10 if you enable direct 11 anyway if you have no option for direct 11 in game settings try this

I think this is a Blizzard side bug, not sure here is much NVidia can do to address it.
Blizzards use of the NVAPI to forcibly set convergence and depth has caused issues before since it competes with the control panel settings.
My guess is with the change over the the DX11 API being considered "released" they amalgamated some of the rendering code and broke the 3D integration again.

Thanks for the answer but it didn't work. I did'nt have that line in the config so I just added. Then I saw combobox in the game. But when I choose DX11, 3d vision doesn't work, emitter doesnt turn on and no seperation at all.. /blarg.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':/' />
Do you have the same settings, graphic card and OS as me?

On peculiar thing i noticed is that when tabbing back into WOW and everything was all messed up, actually SAVING the config reset it back to the good saved config. was a lot quicker than having to set convergence again.

Revert to DX9, and depth of bars will be fine.
