3D Vision, Projector and a Light Gun? You know this is what needs to happen......

I have a light gun that works with any display and anything as it doesn't rely on the old CRT technology, it has it's own receiver.
Have used it on PC and xbox.
KJD, your suggestion is not as easy as it sounds... and you should know that if you have ever tried. The camera tracking on the Wiimote is not so good with a single sensor, especially when using a projector and you have a big screen. And in the normal Wiimote the accelerometers are not enough to be used for adequate movement data without having to rely on the IR camera, so you need to get the Motion Plus accessory, then the Nunchuk for movement as well... and in the end you need to learn how to program scripts for GlovePIE (not that it is that hard) to get everything working the way you want it to as the ready and available scripts might not be just enough for you, but some people just want to have a working out of the box solution... ;)

On mame there are some 3d lightgun games available like the virtual cop series. The question is if mame supports direct3d? If not maybe there are mame direct 3d ports?? OpenGL maybe could work aswell in combination with the OpenGL to Direct3D wrapper.

i can recommend sega model 2 emulator for virtua cop 1 & 2 and hotd.
