Missing VESA cable
In regards to a missing VESA cable.

I'm also waiting for the VESA cable that was not included in my retail package. I purchased the 3D glasses in Nov. 2009 and was last told by Nvidia customer support in Feb. 2010:

I will escalate the details to concern department and they will ship you the VESA cable.

I have tried to reply to the emails in the mean time, to which no one from Nvidia has responded.
Also tried using the custhelp form to which I get sent to the Create a new account page. I was already logged in. So I don't know whether or not my recent messages ever made it to customer support

Could I get some help here?
