There is a lot of ghosting in these screenies

Sorry, I should mention that I overcrank depth to 150% /tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Combine that with a bright screen and the ghosting is more noticeable.
I suppose in the future I should take the shots I plan to post with normal levels of depth. It looks a lot better in motion though.

Gha! I think your eyes must be further apart than mine, Arioch, or you are sitting further from your screen than me. Those distant mountains are drawing past infinity for me.

LOL, I have been 3D gaming for many years but I am pretty sure my eyes are in normal positions. /tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> I think it's something that you either get used to or not. It took me some time to get used to the extra depth. Personally, I blame Pahncrd for his registry hack batch file. /haha.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':haha:' /> I know some people prefer lower depth and higher convergence and I can respect their personal choice. That's the good thing about how 3D Vision works over what the consoles will be using and even at the theaters - we all can tweak it to our tastes.
Just curious, what resolution does your monitor run at? The registry tweak is basically a hack that tricks the registry into thinking the monitor is smaller than it actually is. The lower the monitor size in the registry than what you actually have, the higher the depth will be. I am basically telling the driver that I am on a 16" monitor when I use the depth hack!

I've got a 23" going at 1920x1080. It's the second picture that kills me. However, if I sit way back (like five or six feet back) then it looks great. Whether its monitor size, distance from the monitor, or eye seperation - the end result is that the distant stuff appears further than infintely far away and I end up with smoke coming out of my tear ducts. /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

About these pictures, the character looks ok, but the background is making my eyes loco and it looks like i'm seeing double. Is this normal for some? I can see 3D fine when i can configure it myself, but can this actually be that different person to person?
[/quote]
I think its the maximum depth, unless I'm focusing 'far' the pictures are painful, after that they come clear but are kinda annoying depth wise for me and I wouldn't personally play with those settings.

Here is a screenshot I took with the depth at the default 100%. I will try and not destroy you guy's eyesight in the future or at least post a disclaimer if I do!
