TV price question for Lg 65" 4k screen!
  2 / 2
I have both 65" and 55" E6 TVs - each is great (I use 55" E6 as my main 3D Vision gaming screen). I recommend either E6 or C6 model, before they disappear.

Right, another question: How do you find the input lag, in reviews they state min 55ms up to 65ms? oled c6p review

Other review sites rate it at lower inputlag. https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/c6-oled Even if it is 55ms is managable.

The 55E6 is my only computer “monitor” - I view the screen from about 4 ft away (closest distance maintaining 3D across screen’s FPR). I generally use Xbox controller for games, and keyboard/mouse for all 2D activity (2D has no minimum viewing distance). For a game like XCOM2 (requires keyboard), I use https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01MZWGD3F?psc=1&ref=yo_pop_mb_pd# to extend keyboard operation. I should note that the minimum viewing distance for my 65E6 is also about 4 ft, so it actually has a little better 3D FOV - but it is more expensive and consumes more power. I use 65E6 for 3D movies, 4K Netflix, and other 2D media in separate room.

so the MINIMUM viewing distance for both 55" and 65" are the same? So if money is not a problem and since you got both 65 and 55 version, which one would be best as a PC monitor & provide the optimal/best experience when playing 3D games? I prefer to sit close to my monitor also, why me466, your last msg got me confused. You said that 65" gave better 3D FOV but i read your other post which said 55" has better 3D FOV (link below) https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/975074/3d-vision/what-is-the-best-for-3d-gaming-with-maximum-fov-85-quot-4k-tv-or-3d-vision-surround-on-3-projectors-/post/5013060/#5013060

Surprisingly, both TVs have about the same minimum 3D viewing distance (therefore, 65E6 has bigger 3D FOV than 55E6). This improved 3D FOV was not true for some older LG models that I have tested, like 65UF9500, where the minimum viewing distance was at least 5 ft. If money is not an issue - then I would get a 65E6 or 65C6...

I plan to get one since I recently purchase the OLED65G6P and plan to use it as my main monitor

So i found this TV again used for $1500 USD in a pawn shop. I tested The Tv and so far everything works fine but the remote, some buttons are not working. looks like the remote had water damage. Volume and on and off works, but not the cursor or 3D button. TV works fine with another remote. I'm on the edge with this TV and I don't really need it, since I already have the 55' version of it. But since this TV is discontinued. It may be worth the investment. Also if my Tv goes bad. I won't be able to buy another one later since they are all out. that's another incentive. What would you guys do?

@sebastatu I would keep the TV due to the TV is discontinued also check LG site and Amazon to see if you could purchase a new remote.

My backup 3DTV is severely worse than my current (65"E6) so I will cry myself to sleep each night if...I can't even type it...

Thank you guys I bought the Tv and it works perfectly I got another remote from the shop from a diff LG tv. the only problem it doesn't have the 3d button so I have to go to settings and Activate 3d. Its annoying but it does the trick. Also, under 3d settings what options do you guys use under manual for 3d depth and 3d Viewpoint? Or do you set it at auto? Just want to get some opinions from anyone who has this TV. Regards,
