GTX 970 Displayport adapter required for ASUS VG236H (1920 x 1080) 120 Hz monitor

Yes I have tried the Asus VG236H monitor by its self and only 60Hz was available. I tried 3 display port adapters but all were the same brand and model. I also purchased an Accell adapter that could do 120Hz solely or with surround at 5860 x 1080p but was not in sync with the other 2 DVI cabled monitors. Maybe a display port monitor would work at a higher refresh rate but I only have DVI and HDMI inputs on my 3 Asus VG236H monitors. The Accell adapter would work fine for 3D at 120Hz if you only had one monitor on your system. I could try more display port adapters but feel the best solution is SLI as I had before.
