So we must hand it over to our tame PC tweaker. Some say he sticky tapes a block of uranium to his dinner before eating it and that he sucks moisture out of ducks. All we know is, he's called Hooks.

God Wipeout looks amazing in 3D.
I need to get a 3DTV or find some way to make a 3D monitor work with the PS3. Ooh, I'm about to have a spare room. If I buy 2 projectors, is there a way of making them work with a PS3 in 3D and 3D Vision? Right now, I'm imagining a personal mini 3D cinema...
Oh, and yeah. F-Zero is a very pretty gamecube game, I guess emulated through Dolphin.

I have my PS3 hooked into my 120Hz monitor. I'd imagine it being quite easy to make sure the signal from the PS3 reaches my monitor, but what about the 3D vision glasses? How would that work?

Depends on the display you have, but generally, as the PS3 doesn't use 3D Vision as there is no signal telling the glasses when to turn on and off so you wont be able to use it with the PS3. Would be nice if we could plug the IR emitter into the PS3 and it all worked that way... I believe you can do PS3 gaming on some of the later ASUS (hdmi 1.4) monitors and the upcoming ACER H5360BD projector. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Well that's the point. The monitors definitely support the 3D signal coming to it. The problem is whether 3D Vision is compatible with the PS3.

3D Vision monitors use DVI dual-link : they do not support the PS3 hdmi 1.4 output. These monitors will never work with the PS3, no matter what glasses you use.
If you want both 3D vision and PS3, you need one of these brand new monitors that have just been released and which have the Nvidia emitter embedded and offer both DVI Dual-link (for Nvidia PC) and hdmi 1.4 (for everything else).
