Hey cool, I didn't realize they finally have HD movies up for sale on this site.

I just ordered Final Destination and Coraline 720p to watch on my projector :D

These will be my first 3d HD movies, I don't really care about the content I just
hope the quality is really good ! Will report back with findings.

I have 5 disc pack and at least 2 of the disc are being replaced.. I have still yet to test the other 3..

Coroline (what I was able to watch) - was great.. looked just like I would have expected in the movie theater (never saw it in the theater).

Final Destination = not so much.. what I could watch gave me massive eyestrain.. at least in scenes with heavy blues. There is no popout at all and the scenes that have popout are really akward.

Im going to test the rest of the movies in the next 2 days and let the guy know what I need replaced.. He is really cool about it - he punched the disc out to me in record time - so I wont fault him for the problems with the disc - bad burns happen.. he is really cool guy to buy from and is going to out of his way to make it right..

A+ on the service
A+ on coroline
c- on final destination
the rest are still to be tested

Yes, i have to agree, Dann is a real enthusiast for 3D and was into 3D waaayy before it became holywood fashion.

He has sent me replacement disks out in double quick time (USA > UK) when one of mine got lost in the post. Guys a star.

As for the HD movies, they are excellent. I like Coraline the best i think, but Bogs big break is good, if a little short.

I too get eye strain with the FD4 movie,...the quality is good but i think one or two of his other movies are better.

But until they release BluRay 3D i think he makes the best 3D movies one can buy at this time.

Anybody looking for good quality 3D movie content should have at least one of his movies in their collection.

I want to get one of those movies...which one you guys offer the best 3d quality? I prefer Final destination movie wise but it seem is not the best here.

i would have to say mmy favourite is Coraline followed by Polar Express.

i've not seen Journey to Centre of Earth yet, not a fan of Brendan fraser

Got my movies today, Coraline HD and Final Destination.

Coraline looks AMAZING, really great picture, high quality and the
color seems perfect.

Final Destination looked a little weird, but I didn't get much of a chance
to test them out before I had to go to work.

I ordered the 720p versions as I'm using the Viewsonic PjD6210 projector.

Well worth it !!

When I talked to Dann the Final Destination 4 has issues because of the red/blue source that it was taken from.. I havent gotten a chance to watch them yet because I have not yet received the replacement disc.. but its all good.. I have nothing but time.

I really want to finish watching coroline because the 3d in that was by far the best of the 3 disc I did watch.. center of the earth just didnt seem to have a lot of depth at all.. some scenes did.. and some just seemed to lay flat..

anyone else have any other sources for 3D stuff --- Im jonesin for some NEW 3D stuff.. someone call nvidia and tell them to release bolt in full 3D

Yes that Bolt trailer still has to be the best 3D video i've seen thus far. Damn thing was flawless.

Wonder if that Korean chap has the Star Wars demo Nvidia were showing ?

Very excited if thats the quality to come, see now reason why it would'nt be?

What's that link worth for if 3D Vision only works in full screen mode??? So in order to watch this youtube video scene of FD4 in 3D I have to use a anaglith glasses??

So, let me see if I understand, all those videos you guys are talking about were converted from 2D to 3D, they were not made in 3D?? I believe the real Final Destination 4 in 3D will only come available in Blu Ray 3D. I've watched in the theaters, cheesy movie, but awesome and impressive pop out effects, really cool.

I have the Journey to the Center of the Earth movie 3D in my hard drive. It's the only full lenght movie that I have in 3D. It was not converted from 2D, its actually the original version cause it's the 3D copy that was shown in 3D theaters a few years ago. The movie sucks big time, but it's real 3D, nice depth and some pop out effects. It's not a convertion, it's the real deal. I still haven't seen any converted 3D movies that look amazing, they are all weird somehow.
Anyway I haven't seen those 3D movies you guys are talking about so I can't judge it. But I'm curious about it. You have to buy it, can't download somewhere???

You can select the 3D format below the video...cross-eyed, parallel, anaglyph, interlaced, etc.

In this thread, 'conversion' is not from 2D to 3D but rather from 3D anaglyph to full-color 3D, processed from the anaglyph and 2D video streams.
