Not sure if it's worth that much, I'd keep looking for a C6V (the model from the year afterwards) if you can.
I have a 55EG960V, only difference between mine and the 55EG920V being the HDMI ports as far as I know, but mine has the later HDMI 2.0a ports anyway, same as the 55EG920V.
It's great for 4k 3d, but the C6 model has substantially lower input lag.
Don't get me wrong, the input lag is acceptable, but it's circa 45ms and I think the C6 has nearer 25ms. LG never updated the firmware on my model to improve the lag :-(
Apart from that, the 3d will basically be the same. Oh sorry, pretty sure it does have HDR, mine does and that's what the HDMI port upgrade was all about.

@chtiblue I have no idea on that. I've never seen any reliable figures but I have no reason to think it's an issue.
When I first bought my OLED I spent hours and hours testing for crosstalk and stressing about whether it had a misaligned FPR. It turns out, as usual, that even professional reviewers exaggerate and talk crap. It tuns out that when a reviewer says that a display has "absolutely no crosstalk", what they really mean is that it does have crosstalk. Unless it's a HMD.
Anyway, the point is that eventually after hours trawling avforums and getting no help, someone suggested that the best test for a misaligned FPR is a simple black/white image. I.e. Left side all black, right side all white (or vice versa). If the filter is misaligned, you'll get visible sparkles. It it's not, you wont.
@jhgator1777 I would say 100% yes, although I don't know which firmware you're on, as it would be related to build date.

Thanks for the tip, I had to send back my first " 49" Philips 49PUS7100 4k interlieved 3D " because of misaligned passive filter, it was easily noticeable just watching 3D movie or 3D ingame
