get MSI Afterburner and make a custom FAN PRofile.. the stock settings are not enough to keep it cool.. If it still gets too hot try running MSI Kombuster and see what temps you get upto while running the burn in test.. it could be a faulty card..

I made fan speed at 100% and tested but result was same

Only When i make 3d on then this problem happen
Battlefield 1 and crysis no problem though play more than 1 ohurs
But in gta5 and witcher 3 appear this problem within in 1 minute

DDU/Clean Install the latest Drivers...? edit:although if it's happening in both WIn7 and Win10 it might be hardware related...

Driver immaturity is the likely issue. They typically suck for the first couple of releases for new model GPUs, until they work the bugs out. There's a new driver today, try it maybe.

It would be more accurate to say drivers suck like for the half to a year. Atleast with 980ti that Was the case

So I'm assuming you keep looking at all the system temps and the CPU is not the problem either. Worst case scenario it's the PSU not providing the required power for SLI + 3D although it should've been more obvious but to eliminate another factor have you tried playing with only one card + 3D ?
