Hello!
Did someone tried this in 3d ?
And maybe someone knows how to disable shadows because tried different profiles and no one can help to arrange them correctly :(

Tried Your fix and it's works perfect!
Only when I first launched the game it was black, only menu buttons was visible, but when I pressed Caps lock, it turned on and was fantastic 3d :)
Thnx one more time for the great fix, because in 2d I can't play anymore, but in 3d without a fix it was unplayable.

I just purchased this with the current Steam Sale. There was DLC released in 2018. I'm wondering if that broke the HUD & UI part of the fix. Everything else seems to work great, but the HUD has too much separation and the variable set in the d3dx.ini file doesn't seem to affect it any more.
I tried the Unity Universal fix as well. That keeps the HUD at screen depth, which is preferable, but doesn't get all the lighting that the Helixmod-specific fix gets.
I'm wondering if it's relatively simple to basically disable the part of the fix that would be affecting the HUD. If anyone else happens to have this game installed, I'd be curious if you're seeing the same issue.
