90% off in Steam Store... I applied the universal fix it looks like it maybe just needs motion blur disabled somehow... all looks good but the main model is extremely blurry. Is there some way to disable motion blur in the fix? Doesn't seem to be a video config file or settings in the game that I could find.

UE4 has a File Hierarchy
https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-US/Programming/Basics/ConfigurationFiles/index.html
Which is why config changes typically go in the Engine.ini

No luck using the link I posted?

Try to turn of AA or choose lower AA, often causes motion sickness in UE4 Games in 3D. You can also try to hunt the responsible shader if AA and ini setting changes D-Man11 suggested are nopt working, may you are lucky that there is a shader that you can simply disable.
Open the d3d11.ini and search for hunting=, and set it to hunting=1
than use the numpad 1/2 for hunt the pixel shaders. May you find a shader that turns the effect of you mentioned. If yes, press nupad 3 to save the shader. Oben the ShaderFix directory and sort by date. use the latest modified file here and copy its hash to clipboard. In the d3d11.ini add the following to the end of the file:
[ShaderOverride_Dissable_1]
hash=TheHashNumer (without -ps.txt of course)
handling=skip
You can also try to hunt vertex shaders with num 4/5 and save it with num 6 if you will find one. But i dont think that this is a VS ^^ .... IF there is a shader responsible for this, its not soure but you can give it a try.
dont forgett to set hunting=0 if you are finished to get back performance and rid off the green migoto overlay.
