Hopefully someone can help, not 100% on what my problem is here.
So I got my new Acer 3D screen today with included NVIDIA 3D glasses. I installed the latest driver for my GTX 590 like 2 days ago, so I went through the wizard and as soon as it turns 3D on, my desktop starts flickering through the images on the wizard but only through the right eye, it's never in the same place on the screen so I don't think it's part of the monitor being stuffed. Then I tried to play Crysis 2 and as soon as it starts up the left eye is kind of dark(this alternates sometimes right is dark, but never both at same time) and after the first CryEngine eye logo i constantly get that logo staying on my screen, but only through the right eye (it is not always that, sometimes it is EA logo that does it or sometimes I manage to get into the game but as soon as I pop the menu up it stays in the right eye forever.) So I guess I am just trying to find out whether I have some settings wrong, screen is a dud, drivers are off or the glasses are borked.

Did you use the DVI cable, that was delivered with the monitor?

Yes, I did.
I had trouble initially with my acer. I had dual monitors and stereo previously installed. After reassigning primary, adjusting the ir output selection from my Nvidia emitter to the acer, it all started working. Sorry I can't be more specific.

Mine only came with the glasses so I don't have the emitter. I am just using the inbuilt one.

All fixed now, updated monitor drivers and turns out I missed the last gfx driver by about a day when I last updated on Monday.
Thanks for all the help.
