Hey, I have a gameplay related question about Alice. (Sorry but I can't really find any decent forums for the game). I'm a little confused about some of the extra content. I've finished chapter one and collected all the hidden stuff which, according to the manual, is supposed to unlock bonus content like concept artwork and stuff. So far it hasn't unlocked anything, even though the bonus items are clearly grouped by chapter. What's up with that?

Just finished the game, and loved every minute of it even though I am not a big fun of platformers. Alice has restored my somewhat failing confidence in 3d vision by its beautifully crafted and macabre 3d world. It's one of the rere games where s3d is so superior of plain 2d that you swear you'd never play any game without stereo again. To those of you who are in the middle or about to start the adventure - have fun! I guess I will go for Fable 3 now given the positive feedback found on these forums while awaiting for Witcher 2's 3d fix
.. and nVidia - you should really upgrade your rating to Excellent for Alice, because it is excellent.

I found the 3D in this to be fantastic, turn the depth up to max and fiddle with the convergence until there is no ghosting. Ultra Settings, 1920x1080@24Hz

Just installed driver 275.50. Now steam and fog effects cause haloes around the objects (the usual issue with UR3 games, not observed when I used 275.33).
So using 275.33 the game looks excellent but is rated fair - using 275.50 the game looks fair because of the the haloes but now it is rated good /wacko.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Sorry haven't noticed the halos. To busy noticing the fixed stuff. The only problem left is the double aiming reticle - but that might only be there because of my convergence settings. It looks too awesome to tone it down just for that.

no halos appear with new drivers, maybe you are doing something wrong

What can I do wrong when installing the new drivers? Also the game was correct identified by the driver and I had no problems with other games. As reinstalling 275.33 solved the problems it is obvioulsy the fault of the new driver. In my case the haloes appeared when Alice was floating within the steam columns during the jump'n run sectors. Did You test these situations, too? What are Your graphic settings for the game?

HaYdeN @ WSG done it again. He created a profile in his tool that enables you to play in 3D Surround (and Eyefinity). The tool can be downloaded from http://www.flawlesswidescreen.org/
Unfortunately for some, it will work ONLY with a "modified" executable like the "Theta or Skidrow" executables. I personally tried this on my retail version and it is working.
A quick note on how to use the tool:
- Start the game.
- Launch the tool.
- Once you reached the main menu inside the game ALT+TAB to the tool and select "enable" checkbox.
- Alt+TAb to the game and wait like 10-20 sec for the game to appear. Voila, the game runs in 3D Surround (on all 3 monitors) and it's looking awesome.
I made a couple of 3D Surround pictures of "Alice Madness Returns" and can be seen here: Alice Madness Returns 3D Vision Surround Gallery

Ummm... Are you talking about Alice showing double? Because I don't see anything that I would describe as a 'halo.' If you're talking about Alice being split in two as a double image, that's your convergence setting as the others mentioned.

Sorry haven't noticed the halos. To busy noticing the fixed stuff. The only problem left is the double aiming reticle - but that might only be there because of my convergence settings. It looks too awesome to tone it down just for that.
