My ROG Swift and the 3D Vison 2-Kit should be here, tomorrow.
I will do a comparison between the ROG and my old Acer HN274H and report to you.
Thats great! I'm sure you will love it.
Make sure you google nvidia inspector and learn how to change the profile from gtav to max payne 3. You basically remove gtav.exe from its profile and add that file to max payne 3 profile. That should fix most 3d issues like text in one eye or some grass looking strange. Find Bo3b's recommended settings for best performance.
Also I did try playing the game on one card so sli disabled. It ran almost the same as when I had sli enabled. The benchmark program showed about 10 fps more but I could not really tell much difference.

Do you have your monitor? Would be interesting to know if you are having the same troubles as others, or if newly manufactured monitors have improoved.

Monitor is here and I could do some tests, finally.
I will keep it. 3D in 1440p is awseome.
GTA V plays fine, even without the inspector fix.
Performance is nice with my single GTX 980, but probably could be better.
Will try the inspector fix and general performance improvements.
I noticed some ghosting which could be annoying if you concentrate on it.
But generally I just ignore it and comes to my attention not very often.
I believe, I saw also effects of the inversion problem.
Same with the ghosting. My brain normally does a good job ignoring that.
Played Trine 2, Trine 3 and Pinball FX, so far.
The extra resolution is fantastic.
I definitely do not regret the purchase, 1440p is fantastic and my single gtx 980 can keep up with
current games.

Some ghosting can be reduced by tweaking settings.
