nvidia do u know this? about vsync problem on 3dtv
i d tested many games on my samsung 55c8000 3dtv as s3d mode
i found 1 problem
it is about vsync

in some games for example WOW:catallysm and H.A.W.X 2
when i play dx11 mode then vsync doesnot work perfectly
but when i play on dx9 mode
then at this time vsync works very finely

i d tested at 1920*1280*24hz and 1280*720P*60hz

but the result is same
even though i use(activate)vsync option enable 3dtv does not work correctly
whenever i play games on dx11 mode then there is some tearing appear on the screen
i mean not fully tearing but small tearing on screen
when i enable vsync then most of tearing is went out
but it is not perfect
there r little tearing still remain

i wonder why this things happen?

why the result dx9 and dx11 is different?

gtx480 and gtx580 gave me same result

in my thinking dx10 and dx11 mode has some trouble with vsync with 3dtv

i am sry bad english :)

With vsync locks the framerate at the hz of monitor so if you have it at 1080p at 24hz it would be 24fps so I guess that could explain it.

yes i know it exactly
then why tearing appear still as u think?
why the result of dx9 and dx11 is different?
do u think tessellation is concerned with vsync?

the main key(problem) is this
on dx9 mode is very very fine
there is no tearing , vsync function seems to be works perfectly
but it is not fine only on dx11 and dx10
i wonder just about this :)
