I have the same problem with Youtube (but Nvidia 3d vision videos are ok). No-one here or in tech support seems interested or willing to help.

I just tested it here locally and both 3D Vision and YouTube 3D is working at the latest FireFox 12.

Do you have MS Silverlight installed?
Do you have the latest version of flash?
Do you manually enable 3DV in games or do you have to set to automatically activate when 3D applications are started?

At the time of this post 3D Youtube was not working as noted in the post in this catagory:

3D Youtube and 3DV Live are working as intended now.

I had same problem. Make sure AERO is enabled and you have newest version of firefox. Then go into NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL and set "SELECT WHEN THE DISPLAY IS IN 3D MODE:ALWAYS"
