Apparently there is no way that Dolphon will support quad core as there is nothing further that can be split to seperate threads. They say the way forward will be cleaning up code etc. One tip though was that if you have a quad core, set affinity to 2 & 3 or 3 & 4 as this will avoid moost other apps running at the same time.

I haven't installed the new drivers...but Im scared now! I'll put that off till more people come back and elaborate if this is true. Id rather play these dolphin games for now than have latest drivers to be honest...

I just got this up and working today, but to my dismay it is not working so well. I have the latest drivers fyi.
I cannot get 3d vision to turn on at all (is there a trick to it?), and there are lots of corrupted textures. Also I have been trying to play tennis from wii sports and it says I am getting no less than 30fps but it' like playing in slow motion. Reducing my res down to 480p doesn't help either. I have an i7 920 @ 4.2ghz, and a gtx 295 @ 675mhz so I dont really see any possibility of going much faster.
Kind of a let-down so far...I thought it would be a cool trick to have wii bowling in 3-d the next time I throw a party.

1. you have to find the specially patched 3D capable version of Dolphin. Google something similar to find the latest version that someone patched or look up on their site how to match it yourself...
2. Your video card doesn't matter for Dolphin, its all CPU. You need to play with the settings. With that set up you should be getting 50-60 frames on most games
3. sometimes textures are slightly off, but not very ofter looking at the games that I tried.

Got a patched version and its freaking awesome now! 3-d works, and I'm getting 60fps constant, not sure why dolphin 2.0 was giving me such slow performance. Trying to get the mii channel up and running now.

Just got Dolphon 2.0 working in S3D and muramasa is AMAZING!!!!! wow is all I can say, plays perfectly wit the 360 pad(via 360 pad plugin), tried, Zelda, and Super Mario Galaxy, and Sin Vs Punishment 2.....wow, wow and double wow.
I got the latest version to work by copying the DX9 plugin from the working older version direct into the V2 folder.....

Models and textures flash and it looks pretty ugly!
I've tried it on Umbrella Chronicles, House of the Dead and No more heroes 2 and they're all affected. The only to escape so far is SMG.
Anyone else having this problem?
Running core i7 and gtx 480
