Its official: No native 3D Support for Resident Evil 6
Capcom(Sven) says: As for 3D vision, I don't natively though the driver may handle it just fine. In any event, we do have some PC specific goodies to talk about a bit closer to release. link: http://www.capcom-unity.com/ask_capcom/go/thread/view/7371/29622011/will-resi6-at-least-support-3d-vision another franchise giving up on native 3D

I blame the haters and their constant badmouthing of sterographic gaming even though they've never tried it or only half assed tried it. There really needs to be a Union of 3D gamers that can speak as a whole. I do not think they grasp the amount of people that actually crave 3D support. When 1 million people as a whole say that they'll boycott your videogame if there is no stereographic support, a few ears may perk up

Ummmm, that's what MTBS and S3DGA are for. https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/358668/?comment=2574114 (this is where it all got started!) Our only limitation is we are non-proprietary and have no vested interests in specific technologies. If it's "3D Vision Only" you are after, I don't see that working. Regards, Chopper

Nice Link! I didn't realise that you were around when 3D Vision grew legs and lungs and jumped out of the pond. I know that MTBS is non-proprietary, but perhaps you could point out to Nvidia that their competition (TriDef) supports such awesome things as dual output, nor do they gimp displays to 1920x1080@24Hz, among other things.

For those of you that have never heard of MTBS, you should check it out. It's a great site to read stereographic articles and has a great forum as well. http://www.mtbs3d.com/ They also promote a steregraphic videogame database that you should be aware of, called Game Grade 3D!! http://www.mtbs3d.com/gg3d/
