Yes, if you had looked through the FAQ page before anything else it would tell you to press Ctrl+T.

He basically wants to enable and disable S3D via a shortcut so he doesn't have to go into Nvidia control panel each and everytime.
I know once or twice I saw the option in the start menu but not sure how to do the short cut.
On a second note I disabled the S3D in the control panel but for Dark Void it still enabled. :(
