I guess You can choose now as output iZ3D shutter / force 100 Hz?
After the IR emitter is activated by using the IE it is very important that when starting the game the monitor doesn't change the resolution or frequenzy. Otherwise the IR emitter stops working as soon as the monitor gets black. So make sure that in the game the resultion is the same resolution as in windows desktop. Also make sure that the frequency settings for Nvidia, iZ3D and the desktop are the same.
There also are some games that don't seem to work with the iZ3D shutter output (Shaun White Snowboarding, Shift 2). If both Nvidia 3D drivers and iZ3D are activated at the same time games usually crash if You try to start them.

Yes,output is iZ3D shutter / force 100 Hz.In IE 3D is activated(3D Vision live photos) and I can see the glasses flashing even on windows dektop, but quits when a game starts.I verified all refresh rates(100Hz for desktop, nvidia and Iz3d)including in the game control panel.I think I will try reinstalling windows.Thank you.
Edit:
Do you know if It works with project 64 and pcsx2 emulators?

I'm sorry for You /confused.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
Perhaps in my case the Nvidia drivers don't work correctly and allow me to use them in combination with the iZ3D driver? BTW way I have not installed the latest driver 270.61 yet.
@Xerion: When a game gets out of sync I get somtimes a black screen for a second and the game stops. It is similar to switching to desktop with alt+tab and switching back immediately. But after this short interruption the game and IR emitter will work again. Reducing the resolution to prevent sync problems could fix this problem in my case.
@ricardokung: I don't use project 64 and pcsx2 emulators so I can't test it.
If a program doesn't work with 3Dvision because the S3D effect can not be switched on then it also won't work with the iZ3D driver. If 3DVision can be used with a program but there are problems with irritating effects (post effects, water reflections, halo, fog,...) then using iZ3D can help to prevent these problems in some cases.
The iZ3D driver is also helpfull if the trick with renaming the exe-file of a game to ofdr.exe to solve issues with water surfaces is not possible as renaming prevents the start of a game (e.g. Steam apps).
So it wasn't possible to rename Faery.exe of the game Faery Legends of Avalon that suffers from issues caused by water surfaces. Only using the iZ3D driver allowed me to play the game in excellent S3D.

If you manage to get it working with the iz3d-drivers you should use the iz3d-controls:

I sometimes got these messages when I played older games in windowed mode - but not with the games I tested until now using iZ3D. I remember this message also beeing displayed when I opened 3DVision content with IE and used older versions of Nvidia drivers. But with the actual drivers this doesn't happen any more.
Did You try to change Your desktop settings to basic BEFORE You start IR emitter and the iZ3D driver? Then the system doesn't have to change the scheme and perhaps the IR emitter won't stop...

I did what you said, changed desktop settings to basic, and It worked. The messages disappear, but despite 3d glasses working something very strange happened:
The games I was testing(tomb aider anniversary and GTA San Andreas)seemed to be running in 3d(glasses blinkig)although when I activate Iz3d(Shift Num *)the images Keep just like dancing(characters and scenario)and convergence just keeps away one image from another(near and far,Shift + or Num -).Thank you very much for your help.Sorry the bad English.

It seems that Your system obstinately refuses to work with iZ3D /confused.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
What do You exactly mean by "dancig"? Is it a very fast swaping between left and right eyes (correct S3D and "inverted" S3D)? Then it is a sync problem.
Sometimes I've got this flickering when I've just started a game but it usually disappears after some seconds. Wait a little bit and see if the picture gets stable. Afterwards it may still be wrong: if it is inverted use shift+F8 to swap L&R. If it is a stable double picture then the IR emitter and the driver have a phase shift. In this case switching to IE with alt+tab and then back to the game often helps.
If You don't get a stable picture even after some seconds: like my GTX 260 Your GTS 250 is not the strongest card so it could be that it simply cannot manage to deliver constant 100 Hz. I had this problem with Hydrophobia. In this case it helped to reduce the resolution and graphic effects of the game. BTW Tomb Raider Anniversary works excellent with the Nvidia drivers so I don't believe that iZ3D will provide better results...

Attention: I just discovered that You can't activate the experimental beta version of the iZ3D driver after the trial period - even if You have bought a license for iZ3D!

Attention: I just discovered that You can't activate the experimental beta version of the iZ3D driver after the trial period - even if You have bought a license for iZ3D!
iZ3D now offers the release candidate version for 1.13.
This version includes the iZ3D shutter output that can be used in combination with 3D Vision the way I described above. It seems that the driver now can be used permanently if You by a license (didn't try to activate the driver yet as there is a new trial period of 30 days).
Unfortunately the option to force a certain frequency was replaced by the single option "default" that seems to use the graphic settings of the game (?). So if a game uses only 60 Hz and You can't change it the driver can't be used. This also means that You have to check the in game settings for the frequency to find the right settings for the frequency in the Nvidia system settings. Some games seem to use the same frequency as the desktop.
As the trial period for the experimental driver expired some days ago I could test some games with the iZ3D driver only now.
So I discovered that e.g. Hunted - the demon's forge seems to work flawless with the iZ3D driver whereas there had been some issues using the Nvidia drivers (see http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=201745 ).
