Well, I think it is.

It's a "mature game" for sure but the gfx are very good and work great in 3D Vision. No problems there. The story is an adult one as is the voiced dialog (F Bombs galore) and overall I think it's a AAA title for sure. It has it's glitches as do all games, but if you want a decently immersive story, very good graphics, fun physics (which use PhysX to a degree that is useful) then it's worth picking up for sure. There is some DLC that I haven't gotten yet either but the game is very good for sure, I have no complaints about my playthrough, and plan on a 2nd one and probably will pick up the paid DLC.

It's alright mate, gets boring pretty quick, does look very nice in 3d though.

Forgot to mention it does ghost quite badly and the convergence is locked which leaves it a bit flat, lokks better for me using tridef as i can converge it to suit my needs.

Cheers guys. Why do they have to lock convergence? Cant they just post a warning about cutscenes in the green message popup? *mutter mutter grumble!*

Its not too bad. But the performance is lacking and there is nothing I can do to improve it. Minimum setting = low FPS, Max settings (without PhysX) same low FPS. Do I remember correctly that the snow bit is slow but gets easier on the GPU later?

Hope so.

Yeah I'd get it at the price Steam is offering...not a bad game, but I felt it was kinda short.

beautiful in 3d and a wonderful story. The press hates the 'bad guy pops up every now and then to get shot' part but goddamn that is so intended it's a late 40s take on mafia life parodying many old films. Don't let anyone stop you from getting this. Bloody good game to show off physx too.

100% agree. I thought the game was fantastic. I'm actually yet to play the new story DLC "Joe's Adventures" - I hear it's a great addition to the game.
