Wierd Problem Need help 2 different systems combined
I have 2 different setups. Tried to combine for a movie night and it didnt work.

Setup
1. Windows 7 64, Acer h5360, 10 Foot HDMI Mini to Hdmi Cord, Gtx 480 Workds Fine

2. Windows Vista, Acer 3d Monitor, a extra dvi to hdmi cord I had, Gts 280 Works Fine

I tried to combine the

Windows Vista 64, Acer H5360, 6 foot hdmi cable that came with my glasses, GTX 280 graphics card.

I hooked everything up fine and it was working but then all of a sudden the projector started to make a crackling noise. I unplugged the hdmi cord and the noise stopped. I plugged it back in and the noice started up again. I tried to restart everything and that didnt work.

For the short time in the beginning when it wasnt makeing those noises I was able to run the nvidia stereoscopic test and that ran fine. but when I went into power dvd it wouldnt allow me to select my 3d display.

The crackling noise had me worried so I reset up both my pc for 3d again and bam both worked fine. I am thinking it may be the hdmi cord I had hooked up but I dont know for sureanyone have any idea's what it would be.
