would be nice if Windows 10 had an option to let different administrators to use different drivers, so the OS would have different video drivers installed but each user is using one.

Rise of tomb raider does not need to be patched, it runs in native 3D via the game engine and the 3D patch does not work anymore. To make it work choose Dx12 full screen yes and not for full screen exclusive. It worked on my config

Solution that works for me (Dx11), latest 3D vision drivers will not work directly and thanks to @Pauldusler in the SOTTR thread for the information, we need to change the flag 0x70ccb5f0 to 0x00000000 via Nvidia Profile Inspector (it doesn't work for me via 3DFM) then go back to the SOTTR launcher and On option will be available again.

please could you take a look with Losti in order to give a means For 3DFix to "include" his "special drivers"

i'd like to know if it's possible for you to offer an automatic installation of 3DVision drivers from 425.31, or maybe the very last 3DVision release included in :

i let you choose the best way for you to show it. thank you !!

Losti's solution sounds very interesting. Reminds me that I wanted to test it but I completely forgot while working on the new 3DFM version. My idea would be that in best case 3DFM is offering an automatic driver download similar to Geforce Experience where you always get the most up to date custom driver with 3D Vision still included. At least with an explicit warning that this driver is not guaranteed to work. But it's the best option we currently have as long as Nvidia doesn't remove the hooks from the main driver. I try to get that procedure working manually on my PC then I try what we can do to automate the process if this should be required.
Also I indeed have to remove the driver check version from 3DFM then. Currently the program refuses to activate 3D when the driver branch is beyond 418.

Something strange happened to me when I tried to update 3D Fix Manager to the latest version in Windows 10. Update failed and after that the program stopped working. I uninstalled it and then installed the latest version but it just didn't launch anymore. I uninstalled it again, deleted the whole folder and then tried to install it but it didn't launch. Then I tried older version without any luck. I even tried to install it on different hard drive but it didn't help. I tried to use the installer and the program as an administrator but that didn't do anything.
It used to work just fine before but now nothing seems to help. I've even used Ccleaner in case there would be something wrong with registry but that didn't help either. Has this happened to anyone else and if it has did it start to work again somehow? My driver is 425.31 if that matters.

Finally got it working. I had whitelisted the program in Avast when I first installed it months ago but for some reason it wasn't whitelisted anymore. So I whitelisted it again but that didn't help either. In the end I had to reset Avast's settings and then ensure that it's still whitelisted and that finally helped. Now the latest version works as it should.
