monday,E3 is over, and still no response from andrew or any update /sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> /mad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> /sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

This.

I'm getting very impatient with this. We should be hearing about some fix from either studio (CDPR or Nvidia) concerning this matter.

Even with all the problems it was the best game I've played in years, and I'm beyond sad that I've finished it. I'm already planning on re-playing it with mods that make it more difficult.

As for the 3D problems, with the latest nvidia driver you can disable stereo3d in the control panel then restart the game when you get to the broken-spots, then when you get back outside you can save & quit, enable stereo, then relaunch the game and play in 3D. Note that I'm not saying just pressing ctrl+t to enable/disable, but actually disable in the control panel. (In the older driver even doing this would still not work, you had to actually uninstall 3D Vision driver, that's why in the first pages of this thread people were saying that)

Buy the game, it's worth it despite the 3D bug.
I disagree. Get the game ONCE the problems have been fixed. Companies should not be rewarded for this shlock.

Honest question here folks ....

I've scoured the Witcher 2 website for any statements regarding support of 3D Vision ... and found none.
NVIDIA's supported game list ( http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-3d-games.html ) also does not mention it.

Was there ever an official statement saying this was a "3D vision ready" title? Does anyone have hyperlinks to that?

Are we all basing our expectations on the "excellent" rating in the NVIDIA 3d vision driver profile? If so, we may be outta luck if the dev never said they'd support it.

ManuelG has been active on the forums lately (as recent as yesterday) but there's no sign of AndrewF. Here's hoping he will at least update us on the situation with the beta driver.

Well then! It's even more curious that NVIDIA has rated it at 'excellent' in the driver.
Now that's false advertising at its best.

NVIDIA - care to comment on this 'mismatch'?

I'm going to be liked for this I feel.

I've managed to use the interwebs to persuade a lot of people not to buy the witcher 2 until the 3d vision is released and have been spreading the horror story far and wide in the hope it will be corrected soon. Don't worry these people will buy for sure but are holding off until I post it's fixed all over the torrent sites etc I posted on.
