Dear Support-Team,
Like discussed on many internet-webside for example: http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=89261, I have the same problem with the 3d vision kit an my Samsung LCD 2233RZ. Severe ghosting at the top of the screen and only there! Please help, because that's not the promised fantastic experience! I am using a gtx 285 with a amd phenom II X4 955(3.2 ghz)processor and 6 GB of ram."

Thats what your Adminstrator of the nvidia-Forum has written:
"Upon further review, I can see about 5% of the top not being in 3D. It appears that everything is appearing in both positions (L eye & R eye) on every redraw. I didn't notice it before in Fallout 3. Anyone have a 32-bit copy of Vista with some of the older drivers installed? I'm currently rather stuck in my driver version for some testing.
Anyone care to tryout the v1.04 3D software with 181.22? Kindly completely wipe out the existing NVIDIA software before installing the older versions.

Dear "Support"-Team,
I quote: "Your question has been received. You should expect a response from us within 24 hours." Is this only joke? I'm waiting over week now, is that really what you call support? I'm very disappointed in nvidia, that's not the right way to deal with customers, when obviously something is wrong with the product!"

Let's hope for an answer and more importantly a SOLUTION!

It's ok, I've been waiting weeks for a reply.

They blamed Samsung, so I rung them and told them NVIDIA are blaming them, yet I know it's a driver issue.

The monitor is flawless in everything else, yet NVIDIA pass blame.

I fu***** hate this how on earth is it possible to blame Samsung just like that. Did they test it?
This is madness... how can they say it is the monitor's fault when not even on DLP projectors or any other models won't work. Why are they labeling the Samsung monitors as 3D Vision Ready if it doesn't work?
Why the heck they collaborate with each other to promote the damn product?!To blame one on other?
Stupid stupid stupid....
Hope the higher management will hear about the issue so they won't sell crappy hardware anymore.

why you say exacly the 1.04 ?
do you know wich was the latest driver release when the registry commands below still works ?

1. The functionality of GlassesDelayPlus, GlassesDelayMinus, and GlassesSwitchDelay was disabled in newer versions of the drivers. They no longer work, but used to.

2. The functionality of GlassesDelayPlus, GlassesDelayMinus was controlled with the value of GlassesSwitchDelay (if it was 0, the others were disabled, 1 would enable them)

3. When GlassesSwitchDelay was enabled, pressing Alt-equals and Alt-minus would adjust the timing of the shutters, which is what most of us want access to atm.

Hope it works and if it works i hope nvidia re-enables that in future driver releases....

That's what shocked me!
So now I have a useless kit, NVIDIA are blaming Samsung and won't do anything about it.

My emails aren't being replied to.

What am I supposed to do?

You could return it as many people did or sell it.
I keep it because with the new 3D Ready games it is cool so I am again playing in stereo.

But the problem is, I want it... but I'd like a reply from NVIDIA about it.
Instead of being completely ignored or them passing the blame onto Samsung.
