Brand new Glasses "blurp" and unsync occassionally?
Every ~40 seconds or so my brand new glasses kinda 'burp' and unsync for a second then go back to normal.
I literally just got them like an hour ago. Is this a problem I can fix? I really hope they aren't defective...
My PC is vista ultimate 64, dual 9800gt SLI, 4gb ram, quad core2 @ 2.5ghz, viewsonic 120hz
any help? I'm sooo dissappointed, I've been looking forward for these glasses to be delivered forever
Edit:
I'm charging them, hoping it was b/c of low power or something... really nervous they are defective, there's like... no 'user' support I can find b/c they're still fairly new and still a fringe commodity. I used to have edimensionals a long time ago and they never did that ever. Its like the shutters both open at the wrong time then have a tough time resyncing. Could it be IR interference? Maybe I'll try altering the settings next. I just wish there was a troubleshooting faq someone could point me to.
Edit 2:
IR Transmitter settings don't seem to be the problem, but I ran the set up again and kept just one eye open and every few seconds now it UNSYNCS COMPLETELY, like I look through my right eye and only see the triangle, but then suddenly I see the polygon, then the polygon and the triangle at the same time, then finally just the triangle again. I know I'm just one idiot on the internet that expects too much but I'm still not finding any sort of 'self help' to diagnose or fix these things, or determine if they are defective. I'm not really a fan of phone support if I can avoid it.... and I figure this is "THE" place to go for community support?
I want to stomp my feet like a big baby, because as they are they are unusable :\

I had that problem. Try and turn off multi GPU so your only using one GFX card. That seemed to have fixed it for me. they are now usable and dont flicker or unsync but I have lost performance until a fix is released.

Just a shot in the dark to be honest
I experienced this a few times, mainly on NFS Shift, but disabling SLI seems to have cured it, I've not really seen it on the set-up screens. Also, talking about dark... try it in the dark too, see if anything changes ?

Yeah I JUST found the massive thread, I didn't really think it'd be called "flickering" but I guess that's what it does, it's the exact same problem. Honestly with just one 9800gt... ugh games are not gonna be running all that great :) I'm going through the thread. I just deleted nhancer and that seems to have helped a little bit. I'm gonna try another game run in a few and see if its solved.
Thanks guys. I feel better knowing they're not defective, it's just nvidia dropping the ball :)

I had a lot more issues with three GTX280's installed, but after reading that it doesn't yet support 3-way SLI (unless it does now?) I removed a card..
80% of the time, I can play fine with SLI enabled, its only occasionally and game specific for me, the problem occurs.

Did you chgange the usb settings in power management, and I removed a few of my gadgets that kept report GPU temps and so on. Flickering is non existant for me now.
