Hi,
After several years i have pulled out my 3d vision to play some games on my new gtx1080ti.
Unfortunately there is some weird issue, which I do not understand how to resolve.
The driver is installed, I can run setup wizard and test 3d, it all works just fine.
But when I launch any game, 3d mode doesnt activate. Even if a game isnt supported, 3d mode should activate automatically. I have tried also the shortcut Ctrl+T, and it doesnt work either.
Any ideas will be appreciated.

I had the exact same issue but it was with 3DTV Play when I tested this with a projector.
But you're saying you use 3D Vision (+ probably a monitor?) In this case try reinstall graphics drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). I would only really know how to solve this issue with 3DTV Play.

Thanks for support! :)
issue resolved. I have two monitor setup.
i disconnected the second monitor which is non3d monitor. then reinstalled the drivers and now its working fine.
got a perfect experience with the latest Tomb Raider.
dissapointed with a couple other titles, which graphically looks simple to run in 3d, but the 3d mode doesnt activate at all. the titles are: AER Memories of Old and Firewatch.

As BazzalB stated you need to add the start parameter for both of the games. The reason for this is that these games use Unity game engine which does only provide Borderless Fullscreen mode by default. However we can force exlusive fullscreen mode with the start argument "-window-mode exclusive". Without exlusive fullscreen mode 3D Vision and 3DTV Play don't work.
I don't know why but 3D Discover, Checkerboard and 3D passive mode don't need exlusive fullscreen mode. This is the reason why some people say "I don't have any issues. Everything works for me" and other people say "3D does not even enable!"
Btw 3D Fix Manager already has the required start arguments set + does some more optimizations automatically. Check it out here: http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2017/05/3d-fix-manager.html

As a new poster, you should be aware of the stereoscopic compatibility patches made by members of this community, found here http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2013/10/game-list-automatically-updated.html
Firewatch fix is here http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2016/02/firewatch.html Please follow the instructions carefully, sometimes useful knowledge can be found in the comments on the game page comments as well

The fixes can be installed manually or using an app made by Pauldusler http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2017/05/3d-fix-manager.html
If you have any problems with a game, please post in an existing game thread. The forum search pretty much sucks, this will help

If you have the skills and want to fix a game, the place to start is https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/766890/
It's geared towards the dx9 wrapper by helix, but also is a good basis for 3Dmigoto, which is the dx11 wrapper

3Dmigoto also has some export/import features like ninja ripper

Also please mention your OS and display model, someone with a similar setup can be more helpful in some instances.
Also, in some games SLI may not work or will need special profile flags added to the game, this info will typically be posted in the game thread

While this statement was mostly true for dx9 games, with dx11 games or Windows 10, it often does not apply. For "Unity" games only, you need to add -window-mode exclusive
I think for firewatch you might have to add "-window-mode=exclusive" to the startup launch options.
(close, but the equal sign should not be there)
So for a Unity game without a community/helixblog fix, you need to add that command line.
Then something new this year, is the availability of "Universal Fixes" that work with Unity, Unreal 4, Frostbyte and Telltale. (maybe some more)
These can be found on the blog and be sure to follow the instructions. For example, the Unity Universal fix requires that you adjust the ini file for the version of the Engine being used.

If you ever have trouble passing the setup wizard on W10 (it crashes or hangs up), there is a bat file that does this automatically. It can be found here on the forums.
It's also available in the 3DFix Manager by Pauldusler
