I'll be sticking to 1.9.7.3 as I like to use NVIDIA Inspector's profile settings feature. :-\ Quite disappointing it's been removed. That feature offers settings that the NVIDIA Control Panel doesn't have, such as selecting a frame rate limit and having half refresh rate standard instead of just adaptive.
EDIT: Oh. Just noticed it's still there but as a separate application. Whew. :P

-silent doesn't work/exist in the nvidiaProfileInspector.exe, fix this please. Why was this changed? This is unbelievable. You cant start/import profiles silently anymore like you could with the old exe...

This has nothing to do with Nvidia or this forum.
I'm not sure what is up with Nvidia Inspector, the old website is no longer functioning.
Try posting in the Guru3D forums, I see that Orbmu2k (the author) is still posting there.

I have not look into this, but I can not see the little button to access to profile games in the main window. To open profiles I must execute "nvidiaProfileInspector.exe" directly, and I don't know if that is normal. My gTX is 660TI (maybe it is not supported anymore). I don't even know if people are using still this program, or maybe it is obsolete.
Why split the program into too separate apps, older version was far better than this, what is the benefit from having them separate?

Because Profile Inspector is now open source: https://github.com/Orbmu2k/nvidiaProfileInspector
He split it because he's no longer developing it as a complete package. being opensource, a person can just work on the overclocking or profile portion now.
Just go to the location of the exe and right click it, create a shortcut and then place the shortcut on your desktop or pin it to the task bar.

I don't like posting on the Guru3D, a bunch of arrogant people never giving answers or are of any help. Especially the authors of those popular tools, like NvidiaInspector or RivaTuner. I asked/reported several things in the forums and never got any answer or feedback. Someone knows where I can download, without any virus, the old working NvidiaInspector before it was split? Which was the last non split version?

I can access his website again, but it's only old archived stuff. 2011 and back

@maffl0r
You can google whichever version you'd like and download it from multiple sites.
No idea what you are saying about Riva Tuner, it has been abandoned since 2009.
Now Riva tuner is part of MSI Afterburner, so again, no idea what the problem is there.
I am talking about the RivaTunerStatisticsServer... but anyway, could someone please answer my questions? I asked what the last version number was before the split.

Really sucks you removed the "Wrench" icon from the app and can no longer change deeps settings. App is completely worthless now.

Nvidia nor anyone here has anything to do with the author of this 3rd party app, so I've no idea who "you" are referring to.
The app is open source now and the author still posts in the Guru3D forum, so I suggest you post your displeasure somewhere more meaningful, where whoever removed the wrench icon might read your feedback. I posted a link to the forum in a previous post.
Anyhow, roll back to an older version and BTW, isn't it a magnifying glass?
