question about Acer GD245HQ
so im thinking of getting this to replace my first gen screen (samsung 2233rz) but first of all i just wanted to know if the Acer GD245HQ is still the best 3d vision monitor out there right now, any input would be awesome because im about to place the order =P

EDIT: also i just found this Acer GD245HQbid, what is the difference between that and Acer GD245HQ?

There is minimal difference between the acer and the first gen monitors.
I have 3 acers and a viewsonic, the acer has marginally less ghosting, but it's a minimal difference.

Yes, contrary to all the hype and stories, there is still a drought of quality monitor options, nothing over 24'', I think the Acer GD is still the best one.

Asus, was MEANT to release a big 27'' 3d screen 9 months ago, but err, they sorta just trailed off, stopped talking about it, and now it is considered vaporware.
