Which monitor should I get for the 3d vision?
I am a little tight on money, so I was thinking of going with an open box ViewSonic seen here:

Is this ok? What are your impressions on this monitor because I have heard complaints but mainly about the stand. Should I wait and save, or is there more monitors coming out in the near future or is this one fine?

Can't vouch for the quality of the Viewsonic as I haven't used it (I have the Samsung), but if I didn't already have one I'd snatch that up in a heartbeat. That's a really good deal for a 3dV monitor.

How much was it? It's showing up as deactivated now.

I've got the viewsonic, and it's "meh" in my book. It's got some bleed through, the stand causes the screen to wobble back and forth, and there aren't any real manual controls of the screen, what you see is what you get.

If given a choice I would switch for the Samsung, but if there is a significant difference in the price it might sway my opinion.

It was $259. Doesn't surprise me that somebody snatched it up in a hurry.

I strongly doubt the Samsung is better enough to warrant a $150 premium.

That Veiwsonic was an Open Box product. Apparently someoen bought it and returned it. thus the lower price.
I think the actually Viewsonic pacakge and the Samsung are running arround the same prices with the Samsung beign about 50 bucks more expensive if I can remember carefully.

Damn, at that price, I might have picked up a second regardless of the wobbling.
