Refund of VAT for 3DTV Play Purchase
I live in an area with different VAT value than mainland Spain. I was advised by one of your operators (Igor A.) to buy the software with the full VAT included and later mail back with the order number so the VAT could be refunded. I bought it 2 days ago and 5 minutes later sent the mail, since then 2 days and counting without any news from you. You were quick to ask me to purchase, now slow to refund. You don't even have a support phone number in my country.

As D-Man11 explained this is more of a user to user forum, a user forum that's for 3D Vision/3DTV Play support, not Customer/Sales Support ... your best bet is to keep trying to contact to Customer Support ... and perhaps check your junk/spam folders.
