Surround sound screwed up MSI K7N2G with latest drivers
I have MSI K7N2G motherboard and I installed latest drivers. Including NvMixer & audio codecs version 4.62 (for N2 generation motherboard)
Stereo sound has no problem. But when I listen to surround sound, NvMixers spectrumanalizer goes through the roof. Every sound type gives constant peaks, even if I mute the sound from my player(s). (every player does this)

Being a smartarse asside, I might be able to help. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling all your drivers and make sure your Wave and Master volume are no more than 80% or it will cause "clipping" truncation of the wave audio, and all sorts of other artifacts.
Mods, can you PLEASE change the name of this forum to "Virtual Reality"
having sound products and then making a forum called "3D Stereo" is just asking for trouble :)

What can I do?
