I'm currently on 378.78, tried three different drivers and this one is the oldest. After two days of search and testing I uninstalled the game with anger. But Old Blood is still installed, will try with it after some cool down for my nerves. :) Thanks for the suggestion.
Yeah:( PC gaming and Graphics Drivers has been always a bit "messy" ;))
I know it worked before! I don't have the game installed, but I can try and give it a look in the weekend;)
I know some people reported things not working properly in OpenGL&Vulkan with the latest drivers so.... I thought this must be the "thing" that changed;)

Probably it will work without an issue for you. I'm currently suspecting from my G19 keyboard and/or it's software. Years ago with Prototype 1 had a similar issue with a g15 keyboard, somehow game was effected by the G15's screen and you couldn't pass 10 fps until you disable keyboard and remove software.
I'm unwilling to disable or remove G19 and it's software just for Wolfenstein, but will continue to experiment with older drivers or other things.

I read several driver threads (after some inner peace) :) and there's lots of people effected by OpenGL issues as you said. A very similar one to my issue was a guy getting 5 fps in game with the newest drivers, but still better than mine, lol. While Vsync activated it took about 15 minutes for me to get pass the intro to main menu.
I hope it's just driver related, so that I can continue to use G19 without questions in mind. I first played the game when it's newly released, I didn't have any issues like you, but GTX 580 was my GPU at that time and keyboard was different.

After testing it, it appears the latest driver breaks stuff for OpenGL in general (performance)
Reverting to 382.19 fixed it for me!
This affects all OpenGL games not just this one. I didn't try all the driver version between 382.19 and 384.76(latest), but if somebody is interested in find the last good known working driver, at least you know where to look at:)
Cheers!
