You mean something like a 'ghost' image? This is usual for shutterglasses, because the monitor - even crt's - glow a little longer, so both eyes see both images -just one less time.
You could try a different refresh rate maybe 100 or 120? or even lower - what causes flickering...
You could increase brightnes (gamma), so there are less dark areas.
You could by a different S-3D solution/a better monitor...

I used the hotkeys while the nvidia demo was runing and now the picture is still 3D but I see the picture only in the monitor not out of it anymore.
