Thanks Helifax for the answer, here I am reassured. And i'm ok it's weird sometimes.
I don't have the evil update KB2670838 installed perhaps there is a relationship? The author of FAR says to install this update but I play again with DA Inquisition and this game doesn't want this evil update!
Now I'm going to test the game and appreciate the work of your little group of Genius :)

The changes I made in the code were to specifically better support platform_update. If you can run without, that is a much simpler runtime environment, and less likely to introduce problems.

Thanks helifax, you help so much.
I had problems just maintaining 1 fix with various peoples inputs. You do a whole ton!
I didn't really fix anything lol. I just pushed cutscenes into depth.
I can't say I have that problem.
I think maybe is somehow related to FAR?
Can't really say... :(
It could be one of the shaders I disabled in order to remove SOME of the excessive damn FOG that annoys me...

If it happens to everyone, try opening "d3dx.ini" and setting "rasterizer_disable_scissor" to 0 (I don't know if it's set to 1, I don't have the game nor downloaded the fix). That avoids overflowing when it happens in HUDs. But with more HUD depth you may be able to see how some things are cut.
I saw that happen in Dark Souls 2 SOTFS (and set it to 0 in the fix) and Van Helsing, for example.

Dark Souls 3 was the same. With that one on 1 it would simply kill the FPS and induce the Green Halo everywhere.
As what that function does, is easy... It does exactly what is says: Disables the Scissor Clipping:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clipping_(computer_graphics)
But is on a specified plane (like a TILE that has a mask or is bound to a specified zone instead of fullscreen).
[color="orange"]
EDIT:
Whatever you do, DON'T SET "rasterizer_disable_scissor = 0"! It will break a lot of things and the whole UI!

One small annoyance that i noticed is that if the HUD is placed at a negative depth value to have it pop out it squishes some of the HUD elements horizontally. Is does the same things to the movies so everything looks like it was playing at 4:3 aspect ratio and everything is also squished. I generally play games with a high convergence, so i like to have the HUD elements pop out so that they don't clip through the scenery and give me a headache.

Use a negative value in the ini file for the hud. (I think is the x value under constants)
Funny, how it gives me "a headache" the other way around ^_^
