Electryic, how does this compare to other 3D vision displays, what do you like or dislike about it?
I like the immersion of it. On the downside, the ears are a bit tight, and the signal is a bit finicky and can drop. On more demanding titles, the sound signal will often drop out.

The one thing that stood out to me in the NewEgg reviews, was that it was stated that the Field of View is small compared to Google Cardboard and such....

It is nothing like a VR headset you simply see a small screen inside.

But on a positive note although it is listed as having a 720p resolution, I'd say it looks more like 1080p.

When you say small, doesn't your brain see it equivalent to something larger? What would the equivalent be in your opinion?
This was said about the Sony HMZ-T1
Also the screen didn't really feel like a 100" screen. It felt more like a 40" monitor from a few feet away.
Being that this is plug and play with 3DTV Play, is certainly a huge positive.
BTW, thanks again for your replies.

Anyone considering this headset (summarized)
Positives: Bright & colorful screen, 3D Vision out of the box
Negatives: Not VR, no bigger than a regular sized monitor
I'd recommend it for anyone who uses 3D Vision and wants a private theater type HMD.
