Recently got anaglyph glasses for stereo gaming. After installing 3d drivers from here, then enabled in Nvidia panel. Went to game and noticed FPS loss, checked with 3DMark06 and got results x2 lower. Looks like whenever i enable 3d stereomode in panel, half of videocard doesn't do anything and another half takes full load (Even more fps loss when enabling 3d rendering ingame (CTRL+T), so 1/2 of card must do all job)

#1 - Stereo mode takes a huge amount of graphics processing power. It will cut your fps in half when enabled. Even if you have dual 285s, you will see a drop in fps.
#2 - the current 185.85 drivers are capped at 60fps in stereo mode, or 120 in non-stereo mode when Stereoscopic 3d is enabled in the nvidia control panel.
It's not that half of your video card(s) isn't doing anything, it's just that stereo mode takes a lot of processing and operates differently on a very basic level than normal graphics mode.
Always always always DISABLE stereo 3d mode in the nvidia control panel before running any kind of benchmarking suite. Having the 3d drivers enabled at a system level will dramatically affect your score.
And before you advise against "wannabe help" you might want to share a bit more information about your system, i.e. what fps are you getting, what OS are you using, what graphics card(s) do you have, etc. It's difficult to give any sort of useful advice when you have shared zero useful information.

Oh well, sad to hear, but why i get more fps loss with CTRL+L enabling ingame while 3d mode ALREADY enabled in Panel?
Btw, i use anaglyph (red/blue) 3d rendering, not Nvidia glasses, does it matter?

Honestly, I don't know what the performance decrease in anaglyph mode is like vs 3d Vision mode as my experience is only with 3d Vision mode. I wouldn't *think* anaglyph mode would take nearly the processing power of 3d Vision mode as 3d Vision mode actually renders everything twice, while anaglyph mode renders a blue & red shadow of the forms twice. Not really the same thing at all. But that's just a guess.
In any case, though, stereo mode definitely eats into your fps performance when it's enabled. How much performance you lose in stereo mode usually depends on what game you're playing, what resolution you're playing it at, and how high you have your visual settings. Overall, though, the more gpu power you have, the better. Some games you'll be able to play in stereo mode with everything maxed out, others you'll have to back off the settings to maintain playable fps. It just depends. For the most part, you should be good with your 295. If not, try turning Antialiasing, shadows, or texture detail down a notch and see if that helps.
