DJ-RK, Seregin and Serzhas is the very same person - me ;))) I wasn't allowed to use "Serzhas" in this forum somehow...
With NIP profile game doesn't work AT ALL. I don't see characters, only some white-ish goo on screen. When I imported profile via 3D Profile Manager, things got MUCH better. Game runs and works just fine. However, this lighting issues got in the way after a while. Yesterday I tried disabling SLI, and problem seems to be gone. However, now I can't use nVidia HFTS shadows which are VERY demanding (but looks incredible). If you could suggest a solution - I'd be very grateful! :)

Ahh, gotcha there Serzhas/Seregrin. ;)
Since I ran into some significant performance issues early on (which I later found out was due to running in SLI, which is broken) I pretty much always played using Very High shadows (or just High, if there's no Very High). I read through the Nvidia graphics settings guide for the game, and just found the performance hit to be too high for HTFS and PCSS compared to the benefit they provide over the next highest setting below, so I've played with that entirely, especially since during my entire time of playing the game that I never stopped and thought to myself, "Man, I really wish shadows looked better." So, unfortunately, I can't really help you on that front, at least not for the time being.

Yeah, so far I have MAXED game out on everything except HTFS shadows and it runs DAMN WELL on just a single 980 Ti. I never see FPS go below 60 in 3D. So, this will do for the moment :) Thanks again!

I remember trying the Nvidia shadows and HTFS basically gave me 15 FPS in Surround in 2D on 980Ti SLI...lol... The alternative SLI profile seems to work for me as I get 50% more frames when using it as compared to not use any SLI profile... Then again haven't really played the game a lot...)

Yes, Helifax. I also see big difference with SLI enabled. I can easily use HFTS shadows and still having 60 FPS in 3D. But this lighting issue is killing it... :( (see my screenshots and also there is huge flickering of lighting source, like in real-life when street light bulb is busted).

Good news is the latest drivers have new SLI bits (similar to the unofficial ones used in my profile, but not exactly the same) that apparently work well. People have mentioned having the same light flickering issue with the unofficial bits, so hopefully the new ones will be better. Unfortunately I won't be home until tomorrow afternoon to be able to provide an updated profile, but if you want to get this working sooner rather than later, Seregin, you can install the latest drivers, export all profiles, and just copy the 709adada and 709adadb values from mine/Helifax's profile into that and reimport it, and hopefully that'll do the trick.

Hello,
I am still running with 361.91 (because RotTR with fix works perfectly, for me, only there .... hair detached from head, btw)
I've set up the CM Helix fix for The Division: it's working well, save for sometimes garbled ground textures
please, is it worth to upgrade drivers (to...?) for improving the Division "ground" experience, or should I post another assistance question in the RotTR thread ? ;-)
thanks
********* UPDATE, for another less expert user:
the CM fix works perfectly, after doing things properly (as from Helix site instructions) with Geforce 3D Profile Manager (not Inspector, my mistake): 361.91 work flawlessly

364.51 has excellent SLI usage (At least on my PC, well sometimes scaling has 10% difference between gpus, second card is higher but no fps drops or spikes), I will skip newer driver because I don't have any issues with Division game but FEW people wrote that newest driver fixes their SLI usage to be as it should.

Ugh, finally got to trying the new SLI profile, and definitely getting microstutter with it. Frames are in the high 50's, but feels like 25-30 every other second (with V-sync disabled, of course). I went ahead and updated the blog post to include the new SLI bits though.
While I was testing I tried enabling HFTS shadows, and didn't have any lighting issues, but the performance drop was too much to be worth it, even with both cards running around 75-80% usage, so back to high shadows for me.

I haven't tried it in 3D but yes, game has micro stutter issues, fortunately I can't "see" or "feel" it in game due to G sync (on this game it does 100% excellent job).
Also yes, sometimes it has lighting issues on tall buildings mostly (due to it's GI rendering technique..)

I don`t have any stutter problems - game loads new areas very quick and unnoticeable so I don`t know what is the problem on your side.
3D in CM looks good - only problem is that lose of depth when highlighted items are in your view.
