Now that I got my K4000 and SEIKI working together in stereo on Ubuntu 14.04, I need to get get my application to work.
When I last worked with 3D visualization a few years back, I was able to put several normal OpenGL programs into stereo (Matlab worked to certain degree). The problem is that I don't remember what did. I think that http://chromium.sourceforge.net can work, but it is probably an overkill. I know that there are some wrappers for Windows, but I'm stuck on Linux for production.

Download and compiled cr-1.9 from http://chromium.sourceforge.net. Used stereo2.conf and ran a few sample programs with forced quad buffer stereomode CrystalEyes and none worked -:)
