1536MB vs 1280MB - 1080p - 3D Vision
Congratulations to Nvidia on the new GTX 570.

For budget 3D gamers, such as me, the GTX 570 looks very attractive, especially its price.

My question is, at 1920x1080, with 3D vision on, is there a significant benefit to 1536MB vs 1280MB video ram?

How does more/less video ram affects 3D vision performance while gaming at 1080p? any 3D vision benchmarks?

From the reviews it seems to not have much effect at all. In most cases it's faster than the 480, which has more ram. I guess if you want to crank up AA settings and such you'd probably run into limitations, but for us 3d gamers AA just isn't as necessary since 3d itself takes care of most jaggies. GTX 570 looks to be the cheese! /thumbup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

No AA = less ram usage? I did not know that. I am happy to game without AA or low AA. That's how I play now. LOL.

From the benchmarks I have seen, 400's are better at AA than 200's. dont know why though. I assume the 500's are as good as or better than the 400's at AA.
