Well at least it's a step in the right direction. I saw the new 196.75 Geforce drivers listed on the beta page this morning.
Maybe we'll have new 3D vision drivers before the end of the day. (fingerscrossed)
I installed the 196.75 and the 196.21 Stereodrivers. After that the stereodrivers inside the 196.75 package. For me it works for Sammy DLP.

I got that too but only when searching beta and/or 3dvision drivers. The normal geforce drivers are accessible though and the pack contains the stereo drivers. I have not yet installed them but I did look at the contents of NvStRes.dll. Seems Bioshock 2 and Mass Effect 2 are added to compatibility rating. Don't think they actually did anything to improve ME2 though judging from the notes: "Go To: Configure/Video: Dynamic Shadows=Off Hi Quality Bloom=Off Motion Blur=Off To turn NVIDIA Laser Sight On/Off: Ctrl+F12 during story sequences. Depth of field causes halo around objects Some objects render at wrong depth". But really I should install them and see for real, will do so in a few minutes.

Wow, in all honest sarcasm, with AvP's lighting issues and the boss-eyed causing sights in BC2, we're doin real well with the big titles supporting 3D this year, aren't we?
Fortunately, the same few older games that work with it flawlessly or near flawlessly keep me from considering this a poor purchase decision... that and the news about CryEngine 3 having full 3D support.

just tried loading up a game for the first time since installing the new drivers and i noticed that the emitter is strobing amber, so i went into the NV control panel and enabled 3d but the wizard keeps telling me to plug in the emitter. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and restarting my PC and even reinstalling the driver, but no go. Anyone else having these issues? I should note that I installed the new driver the first time when i had my computer at a different location (no emitter or 120hz display plugged in at that time). I guess i'll try a roll-back and see if that works, but even if it does.. wtf?

Wow, in all honest sarcasm, with AvP's lighting issues and the boss-eyed causing sights in BC2, we're doin real well with the big titles supporting 3D this year, aren't we?
Fortunately, the same few older games that work with it flawlessly or near flawlessly keep me from considering this a poor purchase decision... that and the news about CryEngine 3 having full 3D support.

As long as they are working with iz3d instead of nV, otherwise, we probably won't get proper support until many months afterwards.
