91.28 stereo driver feedback lets help Nvidia to make a better stereo
  4 / 5
These drivers do not work with WoW. All characters and some scenary objects do not work in 3D at all....

Wazoo

*FIXED* I did not know you had to restart WOW after shutting of the Vertex shader option from the menu. Once I did that, everything works great.

real help? this website suckz lol! only old drivers are tested.
All you need is just read carefully – newest official stereo driver is 78.01 used with new games. Assuredly
presented list of games are not full but it is better than nothing, because nVIDIA does not provide us new games listing.
EDIT: we could start a real database with 3d stereo drivers from lets say 61.77 to 91.28 and hardware from Geforce 4 4xxx to Geforce 7 79xx models and how it runs with games with a consideration of special tweaks/ tunings for 3d stereo.[post="94096"]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post]
Certainly you right. Where can we familiar with YOUR “real database”???

Doom 3 is becoming nearly playable. Maybe next time... Right eye has odd artifacts, as others report, mostly with effects. Some objects in background appear at the wrong distance. If I could get this game working without a hitch, I probably would be (almost) happy even if I could not run anything else.

FEAR has big black shards cutting through it and targeting is next to impossible. Even without stereo, I can't get it to run without intermittent freezes of up to several seconds unless I turn the settings down to "really ugly".

Quake 1 seems playable with several engines I've tried... too bad quake 1 is not that visually exciting anymore.

There is talk about "flickering" --if what is meant is a visual glitch at several second random intervals where the stereo effect is momentarily not working, then I have that, and have always had that, since I was running Win 98 with ELSA drivers. When I remove my glasses to see what is happening, I can see that near the top of the screen there is some momentary distortion, where the image seems pulled to the right. It's really annoying, but with things as they are it is minor on the scale of useability issues.

Has anyone noticed that the control sliders on the NVIDIA demos are no longer present with the stereo drivers installed? More to come...

Intel D865GBF 2.6 GHz HT
1GB DDR
EVGA 6800 GS AGP OC'd
XP-SP2
ELSA Wireless Revelators

*update*

I've gotten rid of the big black shards in FEAR and am getting a decent frame rate with high graphics options, but still can't hit anything with any accuracy. Proper convergence and a convincing depth effect are difficult. HUD is doubled.

DOOM 3 is looking a little better using 91.31 drivers... no more misplaced shadows. On closer look, it's not the right eye creating odd artifacts, it's a stereo problem; close either eye and the problem goes away. There seem to be some invisible circles drawn around lighting effects that for some reason are at the wrong distance, but are visible only in stereo.

7800gs and new beta stereo with Z800

Flicker is gone Yea!

HL2 - Wow - looks awesome, no issues
Doom3 - Still black artifacts everywhere
Oblivion - Screen in each eye is shifted inward so there are black borders on the edges so the 3d doesn't look right
Virtual Jenna - Works perfectly - Sweet! VR porn rocks :)

Virtual Jenna is a game (I guess) not a movie. Direct X mode worked for me although I needed to decrease the stereo separation to get it to look right.

Same problem here with Doom 3, artifacts in right eye.
Well I ran some Test on a Few Favorite Games here is the result:

Total Air War: (F22 Sim)  Graphic Artifacts Screen Flashing Both eyes unplayable. EDIT: It did the flashing without Stereo Enabled as well could be a Main Driver Issue

Lock On Flaming Cliffs  Worked Well 3d wise Framerates still low could use a boost in stereo but Playable

Doom 3:  Some Artifacts in right Eye and the right eye shuterglass seemed to be on all the time didnt turn Off & On

Quake: (YES the Original)  CTD & get an error report NOT Playable

Falcon 4 Allied force:  Seemed OK  slight graphic gliche

HalfLife:  BSOD Device Driver got Stuck in an Infinite loop (that was part of the BSOD Message)  when enabling Stereo on the Start Screen BUT worked after I enabled when the game had already started.

The Drivers need some work I thought it was gonna be mostly the OLDer games that where gonna have issues but it is a mixed bag.

1.25gb PC2700 ram Kingston
I'm guessing that hitman 3 works for you because your videocard is unable to display post-processing effects, however I have personally tested the game with a 5900xt an a 6800gt card and in both cases I can't get the game to run in true stereo, I get only one image.
[post="94136"]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post]
My Geforce FX 5800 Ultra can display post-processing effects! All cards with at least shader version 1.1 can do this in Hitman Contracts. Even a Geforce 4 Ti 4600 can do it (but very slow).

Artox try this:
Edit the line "DrawDll RenderD3D.dll" to "DrawDll RenderOpenGL.dll" (without quotes) in your hitmancontracts.ini (installation folder). Movies/Videos will be not visible (they are black) btw. Press (i think 4 times) ESC till u see the Hitman Contracts start screen (where 47 is sitting on his chair). Start a mission and skip movies/videos with ESC. You can do this everytime. Press ctrl+t and enjoy the game in 3d stereo :). It looks very, very nice in 3d stereo. Post-processing effects are not displayed in OpenGL no matter if u have added the line "PostFilterLOD 1" in your hitmancontracts.ini. I have set it to 0 just in case ;). Btw you are now even able to use AntiAliasing in OpenGL by editing the line "Antialias 0" to "Antialias 2" and set it in your nvidia driver to 2x Antialiasing. I couldn't bring the game to display AA in Direct3D.

P.S.: A small tip in the end:
Add the lines

ENABLECONSOLE 1
ENABLECHEATS 1

to your hitmancontracts.ini.
Now you will be able to see a small, handy cheat-menu, if u press shift+esc in a mission. (You can hide this menu with esc btw). There will be a menu point "Timemultiplier 1.0". Set this value to 0.5 or less (with the left/right arrow button u can change that) and enjoy the game in slomo :). It's very nice to play the game in 3D stereo and slomo!

Thanks MaLow, however I'm getting terrible performance and visual bugs.
Try the third level of contracts, the one with the plane.
I've installed only the demo now, for testing purposes, so this might be also a problem if it's not properly optimised.
Not only am I gatting semi-transperant crates and main character, but the fps gets to 5fps(no aa) and this is not normal.

91.28 Detonator combo
eDimensional wired glasses
Gigabyte 6600gt
A64 3000+
Asus A8N-E
Used stereo profiles from http://gsoftware.se/stereo for all games

Tested games:
Quake 4 - shadow problems even with stereo profile
Farcry - Allmost perfect stereo. Only problem is that on right image, light reflection doesnt fit well leaving a light ghost like picture.
Oblivion - can't get a real stereo to work, only a picture separtion. maybe stereo profile (which I didn't find) could help?
Heroes of M&M 5 - after update to version 1.1 I cant run the game, it reboots my PC all the time! But without patch, stereo worked perfectly, only that menu and other 2D stuff were out of focus (I need a stereo profile for that?)

btw, can anyone explain to me all the wisdom about making a stereo registry fix for games?
And one last thing; how do I activate stereo driver in Autocad?

As far as i know the NVidia stereo dirver only works for fullscreen OpenGL and Direct3D apps. If your CAD program uses either of those rendering methods then it should be able to work. If not... I hope your not doing movies but you can take screenshots or whatever rendered pictures it makes and load them into NVidias stereo picture viewer. Dunno what else you could do.
