How I've fixed the flickering/flashing
OK, Please note that this Fix works for me and in no way I'm suggesting it will do the same for you.
Hopefully you will get the results I've achieved.

I've spent hours looking through this forum and testing different methods on how to resolve this flashing/flickering issue.

The only way i could achieve this orginally was to disable MULTI GPU on my GTX295. However this cost me alot of performance and wasn't a good enough solution.

Today I've found another fix that DOES work and with MULTI GPU ENABLED!!!

OK go to setup stereoscopic 3d, press the Test stereoscopic button and select 110Hz or 100Hz refresh rate AND click the apply this refresh to all games button!

This has COMPLETELY resolved my flickering issues with the benefit of keeping my MultiGPU enabled.

The 110 setting is much easier on my eyes but still causes some tiredness. TBH though it's MUCH better than the constant strobe like flickering in my eyes.

Hope it helps until Nvidia release some kind of fix....

Thanks for that. I've had really bad flickering to the point its like a strobe. The details I've listed on the fix has cured me 100%, I've been testing all day. As I've pointed out, this fix may not work for everybody, but if it helps just 1 guy out then it's something.

This for me is a temporary fix I hope, so I can switch back to 120Hz.

I've tried something new (for me), in the configuration wizard, I've switch to the 2nd option (TV/other 3D Glasses ...)

It's playable, I've got minor flickering issue on the left eyes (like when I got 24 FPS with a 50hz light), switching from 120 to 110hz isn't better.

Poli good news! I've managed to stop the flickering and retain 120Hz refresh!
I've lowered the gaming resolution to 1680 x 1000 theres the slightest of borders at the top and bottom of the screen, but all flashing has completly gone and no more eye strain!

Can you confirm that its the same flickering as myself? A bright white flash in both or one of the lenses at random but frequent times?

This is how I solved my issues (I think). Nothing else worked but I noticed it was mostly game dependent. The games that flicker stop flickering or flicker a lot less at 1280x800 resolution. This is the only thing, out of that huge list of troubleshooting steps, that helps for me.

NVIDIA should really put some official support into these glasses so that they can figure out what's really causing the flicker, instead of us trying five million random things and never really figuring out what the real cause is.

Yep got this (exactly the same as the movie you did)

When I move my emetor from center to left, my little flickering (1 frame miss) disappear. I have a wall and a CRT on the right, perhaps it's doing an echo ?

I have a problem with blank frame being blinkeg rendomly in the left or right glass. I'm playing Call of Duty Moder Warfare 2 which is said to be 100% compatible with 3D Vision.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

After testing for a few hours....I can confirm that the reduced resolution reduces the white flashing BUT does not cure it entirely. Only reducing the 120Hz to 110Hz fixes the white flashing problem for me :(
