3DTV Play only works with HDMI 1.4 compliant displays via a HDMI connection. Unless you have an Acer H5360BD, 3DTV Play will not work with it. 3DTV Play is Nvidia's Stereoscopic Gaming middleware and is not required for Blue-ray playback if you are using a HDMI 1.4 compliant display. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ HDMI 1.3 projectors are a different case because of the shitty software players that do not have a frame sequential option as display choice. Instead, they'll only output frame sequential if you have a certified 3D Vision projector "and an Nvidia Emitter". So because you have an Acer H5360 and not a H5360BD, you need a NVidia emitter. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ It's possible that some of the free media players might support 3D Blue-ray play back and work for you. But that's only if they output frame sequential.

thank you for having answered, I have an acer H5360BD. before that worked very well with windows 7 nvidia 3d tv play. Now playing 3D Blue-ray is no longer done.

One thing you can try is reinstalling the drivers using DDU, sometimes they fail to install properly. http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html The biggest problem with 3DTV Play lately has been that the activation servers are not functioning correctly. If the servers are still down, you might try the trial. http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dtv-play-14day-trial.html Also Arcsoft is no longer supported, they quit selling it. So it's probably not updated to work with Windows 10. Cyberlink PowerDVD Ultra or Corel WinDVD Pro are alternative options.

Glad to have helped. It might be possible to still use Arcsoft by choosing compatibility mode prior to installing or after it's installed. No idea, I'm still using W7.
