I know that suppose not this image color because my 3D glass is turning to black but when i running i turn on my glass and it was not turning to black and i saw the testing image is red/blue mode . is there any way to change some setting or my hardware problem ?

If you browse to NVIDIA Control Panel > Set-up Stereoscopic 3D there is an option on the page that says 3D Display Type. Currently you have it set to 3D Vision Discover. Try changing that to ASUS 3D Vision AIO or whatever the other option is.
