Could really use some more action on that thread guys. Though I've found it quite playable with the laser sight and ignoring the crosshairs.
As an aside, my performance issues were resolved by disabling SLI.
Makes sense that something silly like SLI was causing performance issues. I was running smooth as butter with a 660ti (only the textures turned down since I didn't have 3GB VRAM) and was wondering if people were reporting stuttering issues because they're GPU was downvolting from under-use (and they needed to apply "prefer maximum performance" in the control panel.
That said, games just not for me. I wanted to like it and thought maybe it was going to be radically different from CoD, but it's not really.

So I tried the game. Can't get 3D to start at all. I am utilizing Surround, have not tried without Surround. Don't want to go through the hassle of disabling Surround mode.
Has anyone had any success with this Game?

It worked in the beta, the full game isn't actually released. If you're playing it, you've been playing a modified exe, I believe.
Speaking of Titanfall though, I picked up a copy for about $32, from here.

It's legit, I received the key immediately, and it installed the US English version. Using the site is an exercise in google translate, but it's a hell of a good price. I believe their Dark Souls 2 is region locked though, so maybe don't pick that up here.

I've seen a number of articles talking about the launch last night. Maybe it launches on different dates in different countries? US seems to have been last night (not really interested in the game personally).

Apparently it's out for Asia, nowhere else yet. I just played with a VPN, and can confirm it's exactly the same as the beta in terms of 3d. No surprise. Crosshair/hud at screen depth, background at wrong distance. Fairly playable with the laser sight though.

It's out for the US but I had to delete the titanfall profile with nvinspector to get 3d to activate in surround. (335.23 drivers) Then it looks pretty good aside from the issues Pirateguybrush mentioned. You don't notice the wrong BG depth so much when running through streets with buildings though.

It released on the 11th at 12am EST Pirateguybrush. Yeah I went down to single monitor to play it in 3D. Will try deleting the profile for 3D. Was getting bad framerates for regular surround though

I've been in touch with someone from Respawn during the beta, and contacted them again about the issues in the final release. The final word (for now) is:
"3D isn't our priority at launch and we're a small team so we have to focus our efforts. We would have to look into this in the future."
Shame. Is there any chance of fixing/removing the hud with 3dmigoto?

Nvidia rate this as good! Its terrible, the cursor is 2D and the name tags are also 2D. Not sure how that is "good", also the background is 2D.
Looks like this one is in the too hard basket for the green team (again). How many games has Helix and co. had to fix. I think it comes down to Nvidia's inability to know how to fix these problems, because if they could fix the games which the community have already nailed I'm sure they would have done it already.
Clearly the problem is skill set.

So they tweaked an engine that works perfectly well in 3D until it no longer does
*facepalm*
