Hi to all,
for a multimedia totem stand alone info point in a Museum, I need to realise some 3dvideo that could see through Firefox.
My intention is to have a simple html interface in Firefox with some link that the user could use in order to see the video.
The video should seen using the active Nvidia glasses.
So I need to know the procedure in order to realize the HTML 5 video. I know that is possible to upload the video to YouTube and see them in streaming, but my needs it to have the video in my local machine, since I'm not sure to have an internet connection in the Museum and I don't want that the user have to wait for see the video.

In addition I want to clarify that I know about the use of the software that allow to make a 3dstereo video (like StereoVideo Maker), but my needs is to know how to convert the video to an html 5 one that could seen through Firefox and obviously the 3D vision system (stored in local hard disk).

I tried to fiddle with HTML 5 video (I forget the name of the format) a few months ago but FFMpeg kept crashing when I tried to convert anything to that format. Lots of other folks have done it, though. You might try looking up that open source program to see if it works better for you.
