Is there anyone here using SVP + Stereoscopic 3d player or NVIDIA 3d vision player?

I had issues with Stereoscopic player/Nvidia player remembering aspect ratios and loading sound codecs - I uninstalled them both and switched to sView http://www.sview.ru/en/

I already tried SVIEW. You can't configure it to be used with ffdshow raw filter & LAV video decoder which are requirements for SVP. I actually emailed and spoke with the developer of SVIEW.
Still, it's good to have SVIEW installed, so I'm glad you brought it up! It's a fantastic player that I plan on using for 3d movies that I can't get working with SVP+Stereoscopic 3d player.

I have never used SVP (24FPS doesn't bother me with film), so I can't help with that just yet. I might download it have a play.
I do agree with Ragedemon, however, if this forum comes up with a solution to your issues you should seriously consider donating to our shaderhackers, they are the remaining lifeblood of 3d gaming and, by extension, 3dvision usage.

SVP is just like the 200hz Engines of some TVs that create artificial frames in between the real frames making a more video like look. As 120hz transllates to 5 frames od frames per Eye when going down to standard Movie 24 source.
Can we all agree he has a perfectly working player and tries to load SVG in sterescopic player and is unhappy it doesn't work.
Do you see how he is a internet pirate and is breaking international laws.
I own Avataar 3D Blu-ray and it has nothing HSBS going on at all.
Maybe he should learn the value of Money and not steal other peoples property.
Avatar is a great Movie BTW.

He might rip his discs, but more than likely, you are correct.

If you end up trying it can you report your results in this thread?
Excuse me my ignorance, but what is SVP?
It plays back movies in high frame rate. When watching 3d movies, sometimes you get too much motion blur, but SVP remedies that problem and you get a very pleasant effect on your eyes. It's just smoother and easier on the eyes for me. You should try it and report your results here. I'm curious what other people think of it. If you need help getting it installed and running let me know.

This is a complex problem. You don't understand what is going on here and I don't expect you to if you're not interested in SVP, Stereoscopic 3d player and optional video decoders.
I'll explain it again. Basically SVP + Stereoscopic 3d player only works properly in full screen with 960x1080 SBS movies. If a movie has any other resolution that deviates from 960x1080 SBS, it results in aspect ratio problems in full screen or black bars on the left & right hand side. The aspect ratio settings do not get applied. Mind you, this problem only happens when you specify alternate video decoders like ffdshow raw filter and lav video decoder, which are requirements for SVP.
My goal is simple, to get other people to confirm this problem so I know it's not me. I've found one other person who has the same problem, so I know it's not unique to me. The more people who report their findings and video settings, the higher the chances of finding a possible solution. However, I'm content with being restricted to 960x1080 SBS, that's fine.
In regards to the other comments, sometimes a man wants to watch movies alone in his office instead of on the living room TV, but I need a high frame rate solution on the PC.

I could honestly be interested in looking into this situation as I Always wanted to try SVP. Problem is you better pay me first accordng to value could take weeks to fix in the worst case. I promise nothiing.
You know where my paypal lives. But if doing this lets use steam to communicate like normal people.
You probably can't afford it.
Right now it seems impossible.
At least will not disappoint.
Best of luck with your "problem".

I'll give the Stereoscopic 3d player developer at 3dtv.at $50.00 to fix the problem. Then once he fixes it I'll buy an SVP license.
The only help I need from you guys is just testing, so if you want to do that feel free. SVP is great if you want to get rid of motion blur.
I can give you instructions on how to get it running, then come back and report your findings here to me.

As I stumbled upon exact same issue as OP and get into this thread I checked again with updated Nvidia 3d Player. It seems that now you can configure it with SVP and watch HOU movies with high frame rate :)
