Stalker FPS issues when 3d Enabled Stalker FPS drops to ~10 if 3d is enabled
Just picked up my sli asus gtx460's and figured try some games in 3d. bioshock worked really good but the stalker games that i tried (call of pripyat & clear sky) shows some strange behavior. basically if 3d is enabled via nvidia control center, stalker fps drops down to ~10, regardless of whether 3d is toggled on or off via IR switch. ive tested this multiple times by turning 3d off in control panel then restarting stalker (fps goes to a nice 40-60 constant), and if 3d is enabled and toggled on via IR switch, fps stays at around 10-16, and even more strangly, if 3d is enabled in control panel and toggled off via IR switch, fps stays at 10 no matter where i am or what im doing, just sticks at 10.

so just wondering if anyone else here has similar issues with 3d stalker and if anyone has possible fix?

Have you tried switching off the laser sight? worked for me with a similar problem in source games.

yea i tried that, seemed to fix fps in call of pripyat, fps is about 25-40 with 3d toggled on, max settings, and 40-60 toggled off. but in clear sky its a bit higher but still really low, at around 10-20 fps max settings in 3d toggled on, and about 20-40 toggled off
