No 3D Stereoscopic in Control Panel No other solutions on here are working.
So I am running on an MSI GT783 laptop.
Win7 64bit and a GeForce GTX 580M 2GB GDDR5.
On my control panel I have no option for Stereoscopic 3D.
I am wanting to connect to my Samsung PS63C7000 TV using 3DTV PLAY.
I have tried multiple drivers including the latest driver, then the latest verde and finally the latest verde BETA.
Still not showing, I am at a complete loss here and its very frustrating.
i have had the same problem and i had been looking just like so many other people on the internet to solve this problem.
i have reason to believe i will give you the answer in this post.
First of all just to make sure this is correct = check the following things.
1. you have a 3d vision ready card installed in your computer (compare youre modelnumber with the specs on the site here) + the newest driver.
2. you have a 3d ready television (ofc glasses but the glasses will not solve your problem).
3. you have a 3d capable cable pref hdmi ( it does not and i tested this with 4 devices, it does not have to be the 1.4 hdmi cable to get 3d working).
you checked this a thousand times and its still not working? ok here's the thing that did it for me.
the 3d vision ready card you bought, did not have the 3dtv play mode enabled, meaning that youre card + driver and tv + cable are all fine, but you dont have the 40$ option to use your 3d vision !!!
get a 14 day free trial of 3d tv play here, test it love it spend 40$ and youll enjoy 3d tv :-)
its really that simple, if only the nvidia salesteam have thought of a way to tell people that this download is req. for you to use your 3d vision ready card. (they would have made more money)
but enough of this text, you are prolly tired of searching and trying, so here's nvidia's link to 3dtv play
http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/3dtv-play-buy-uk.html
the link is for the uk version, you can change your country, but that is limited+ when changing your region, you will need to use the nvidia's searchbox and type 3dtv play, to find the product, cause its not in there list of products for some odd reason.
well anywho, have fun trying out your 3dtv and i wish you all a happy summer.

I have tried both of the above.
I already had started the 14 day trial. Ive even got nvidia 3D Vision installed on another PC working fine, so I shouldn't need to pay for it but I cant install the 3D Vision drivers cause apparently they are included now, which they cant be for me because there is no option for 3D for me still.
The 3D Stereo panel simply is not there on my control panel, at all.
Any new ideas? This is soo frustrating. I have just got a compatible TV, I chose the model because its a compatible model.
HDMI 1.4a at the ready also.
But cant even get as far as making the option appear on Nvidia control panel.

2. In Nvidia control panel, disable your laptop monitor and enable our TV...(uncheck the box for your monitor and check the box for your tv)
3. When image appears on TV select "stereoscopic settings" in the control panel and enable it.
4. If you have 3DTV Play software installed it will appear with a logo now. :)
You can only enable 3D on your Main Primary single display with your laptop. You will get the best performance this way.
