Thanks for the update helifax. I just tried with the latest version 3.19 beta, but the 3D didn't kick in. Do I need to modify the ini file in order to get the 3D kick in? :))

I released the first version of the fix: Homeworld Remastered The readme file extract:
=========================================================== HomeWorld Remastered - 3D Vision Patch. - v.3.25 Beta =========================================================== =================================================== Install & Important information regarding the fix: =================================================== - Copy all the files in: "\Steam\steamapps\common\Homeworld\HomeworldRM\Bin\Release" - Launch the game - Use F1 to change the separation on the main menu. Press F1 again when in-game. To Uninstall: - Run "Uninstall.bat" file ========================== Fixed: ========================= - UI (See Known Issues) - Some lights - Shadows - Haloes - Some elements might still render at wrong depth. - Other rendering things ========================= Supports: ========================= - The wrapper features auto-convergence for most scenes. - Both Window mode and fullscreen. - Supports convergence, separation and depth adjustments from nvidia panel (or via hotkeys). - Reported to WORK with 3DTVPlay at 720p but NOT at 1080p ========================= Known Issues: ========================= - UI cannot be pushed into depth. If is pushed the text will clamp. - Thus all the UI shaders have been updated with a "smart" algorithm. - The center of the screen will have the UI in-depth. (So you can use CTRL+number to assign groups) - The UI around the border of the screen will be closer (to screen depth).
I had to update the wrapper with support for multiple key to be bind. You can now define your own keybindings in the ini file:
| Params: (Key Code, separation, convergence, toggle?) [Alternative_3D_Settings] NewKeyShortcut|(0x70, 0.0, -1.0, true) NewKeyShortcut|(0x71, -1.0, 200.0, true) [End] | Value of -1.0 is ignored
You can change the values in the ini file if you feel like it. As always, RUN THE GAME WITH ADMIN RIGHTS the FIRST time after you installed the wrapper !!! This is basically all that I can do. The fix should be perfect if it wasn't for the UI problems (expained above).... Hope you like the fix and I always welcome any feedback;) Cheers!
I released the first version of the fix:
Homeworld Remastered

The readme file extract:
===========================================================
HomeWorld Remastered - 3D Vision Patch. - v.3.25 Beta

To Uninstall:
- Run "Uninstall.bat" file

==========================
Fixed:
=========================
- UI (See Known Issues)
- Some lights
- Shadows
- Haloes
- Some elements might still render at wrong depth.
- Other rendering things

=========================
Supports:
=========================
- The wrapper features auto-convergence for most scenes.
- Both Window mode and fullscreen.
- Supports convergence, separation and depth adjustments from nvidia panel (or via hotkeys).
- Reported to WORK with 3DTVPlay at 720p but NOT at 1080p

Hello! I downloaded your fix but it shows 2 scenes separately. It looks like "split screen" mode in older games. I have admin rights and even ran the launcher with "Run as Administrator" command, it doesnt work anyway. I'm sorry if its a stupid question thats been answered b4 multiple times. If so, could you please just link me to some FAQ with the answer?
