Setting 3D up problems
Hi Guys, I have been trying for months on and off to get 3D working but i'm having no joy, so decided to come ask the experts after hours of hair pulling! I have a GTX660 running through HDMI to my LG 3D Monitor model D2342P, When I use the setup option through Nvidia control panel everything works fine, I change res to 1080p HD 3D, run the test stereoscopic 3D, works fine. Issue is when I start my game and turn 3D on it's way off, I have tried SBS L>R and R>L but I get half the picture of the left of the screen and half off the right, puzzling though as the setup etc runs fine and 3D through my xbox works fine in SBS. I've tried the other monitor options of Line interlaced and Top/Bottom but neither do anything. Tried with 3 games through my PC with 3D enabled- Skyrim, Just Cause 2 and today Sleeping Dogs. Any help would be very much appreciated, cheers

I'm guessing that 3D is just enabled for 3D Blu Ray playback, and not for gaming, as it looks like a passive 3D monitor. Does your control panel look something like this? With all the gaming options greyed out? http://litby.org/photos/nvidia3d.JPG

It does yeah, does that mean I can't go 3D with PC games? :(
