3D Blurays on Samsung 1100DF 21" CRT only 85Hz ?! samsung,3d vision, IR, only 85HZ, but game
Hello, i own a Point of View Gtx 580, the 3D vision kit, and a samsung 21" CRT 1100DF old tubemonitor:
i have the problem, that when i watch a 3D Bluray with PowerDVD 11 or stereoscopic player 1.70, i only get 85Hz or less out of the monitor, although i can force on windows 7 desktop 120HZ and higher?
but as soon as powerDVD 11 switches to fullscreen mode to enable 3D vision, the Hz drop from 120 to 85 and that hurts the eyes/brain.
i tried already powerstrip 3.90 to lock the framerate of the monitor at 120Hz across all resolutions, than powerdvd 11 would also start the 3d bluray with 120Hz, but than the new problem starts, that the 3d vision IR glasses do not sync probably, and i get some kind of black line scanning going up and down in the visible field of my glasses (and the S-3D is not working either: i could see both overlayed half-frames although watching through the shutter glasses -> no 3D!)

the weird think is that any 3D games (e.g. MAfia 2) work flawlessly at 1366x720@140Hz with this same monitor, drivers, cables, setup...also the 3D stereoscopic setup wizard worked fine and finished without any troubles, i could see all the nvidia slides in s-3D and also the "test S-3D" with the rotating NVIDIA logo works perfect up to 144Hz...but only 3D blurays do not...

has this something to do with the thing that my Samsung 1100DF screen is NOT HDCP ready? or why is powerdvd11/stereoscopic player always switching back to 85Hz, and when i force 100/120/140/144HZ the 3D glasses do not SYNC...
do i have to disable Pin 12 on the vga cable to disable DDC data feature? i also tried to make custom resolutions at 120Hz within the nv control panel, but still it reverts to 85Hz or the glassed do not sync...

help please?
thanks
