Blurry Vision & Stereo 3D
I have blurry vision in one eye that contacts or glasses cannot correct. I can see 3D at a local amusment park ride without a hitch (polarized version I presume), but when I use the traditional Blue & Red route I only see one color because one eye is too dominent. I simply can't just buy the bundle and hope for the best and I also have no place to try the system out. Does anybody out there have trouble with their vision but were successful in viewing stereo 3d through nVidia's method with 3D Vision?

Let me guess. Your right eye is the dominant one?
The red filter on the left eye is much darker than the blue one and if you have a blurry left eye that would compound the issue for sure.

Unlike the red/blue glasses, both lenses on the shutterglasses allow the same amount of light go thru . Shutterglasses are also brighter than anaglyphic and the 3D Vision are among the brightest of the shutterglasses. You may want to test just any shutterglasses out there instead of limiting to just the 3D Vision and the result should apply to the 3D Vision as well, that way you don't have to buy the bundle just to find out it's not working for you.

Hi

I actually am right eye donimant myself. Anaglyph and colorcode (the Super Bowl Glasses) tend to wreak havoc on my eyes. I have had corrective eye surgery so I dont wear glasses, but my left eye is still really week.

Put it this way, I used to have a lot of trouble viewing those 3D computer generated stereograms they had in malls back in the 1990s. With shutter glasses, I see 3D just fine though, including our own 3D Vision.

I can't guarantee you will have the same experience but the other poster on this thread summarized whats happening pretty well I think you will see depth just fine.

I'm left eye dominant, but the scenarios are about the same. I freaked out when I saw Journey to the Center of the Earth and basically just saw one color. At work so I don't know if it was red or blue. So I didn't even bother with Chuck and watched it in 2D online. I also cannot see Magic Eye paintings at all, but like I said, amusement park rides were fine. Thanks Andrew as well as the poster above you because you guys gave me some hope. I'm glad I'm not alone.
