display? gpu? 3D Vision? 3DTV Play? HDMI? VGA? DVI-D DL?
i'd rather not blindly guess.
my first thought is there's a resolution conflict. the wizard normally looks for a native/primary display resolution.
so disconnect any other displays. set your desktop to 1280x720 @120/60Hz whichever your display accepts. then try again
Hmm, that monitor is supported via 3D Vision and I haven't heard of any problems with the 680s activating.
It may be a driver issue, have you tried looking in the "Diriver" forum and reading the 310.90 thread?
https://forums.geforce.com/default/board/33/geforce-drivers/
Something quick to try is uninstalling the 3D Vision portion of the driver and reinstalling.
Manually the install the 3d driver on its own by opening the NVIDIA folder in the C: drive where the downloaded driver unpacks and run the 3d driver exe file. Maybe try it with the emitter unplugged if it doesn't work and restart (maybe) your PC. I've had that happen a few times for unknown reasons with various drivers. I'm 99% sure that'll solve your issue.

To other users, if your Nvidia 3D vision has stopped working, please disable EVGA Precision X.
Any ideas?
