Bad performance on Assassins Creed - Brotherhood in 3D
Got AC the other day and wanted to give it a try - since apparently Ubi or Nvidia (dunno which of the two) made a big fuss beforehand saying it runs well in 3D.
Soo...not sure if I heard wrong, just fell for a rumour or if something is amiss but on my system it runs....well....bad. I currently got the 266.58 drivers installed; with those the game looks alright in 3D but the framerate drops to headache-levels very often. I also noticed that the voice during the ingame cutscenes is terrible out of sync when having 3D enabled. I tried setting the game details to the lowest avaible setting - no change in performance there.
I also tried the 270.51 beta drivers - which resulted in heavy ghosting (even with the 3D slider on the lowest setting).
