That is very weird....
My settings (In-game):
- VSync ON
- Post process => Enabled
- Volumetric Lighting => Enabled
- Anisotropic Filtering => 16/8X
- Turbulance => OFF
Did you made the .ini file changes?
Also:
In NVPANEL Try to set VSYNC (only for this game profile) as ON (always ON).
Does it help?

Glad it works;))
I really don't know why this is happening... but like DA:I it seems to change "rendering modes" during load screens and "sometimes" deactivating the fix...:(
I looked through 3DMigoto Logs and everything looks fine (both when 3D correct/broken or 2D rendering). So, I assume the 3D Vision Automatic driver has issues with the game (NVIDIA or Dev side).
I know 3D Vision is not "officially" supported so this was the best I could find (so far ^_^)

Just a heads up, this interview says there's another patch on the way. So it may be worth holding off on a playthrough for that to happen.

Fix is excellent now. Looks very very good and I can't wait to pimp my PC in order to play in very high. Thanks a lot!
I only have the problem that the 3D turns sometimes off, e.g. when a loading screen comes. This did not happen with the first fix. By pressing the Windows key and turning 3D on and off this can be solved. But then it turns off again...

Yeah the engine is weird and changing rendering modes during loading screens...
Another thing interesting is that this seems to happen only in the Citadel Exterior area.
Every other interior area + Rodgar Land doesn't have this issue for me...
Very weird I know;))
Also on my Desktop Surround the exterior zone loads correctly every time I start the game, but on my laptop I usually need to restart the game around 4-5 times until it kicks in...
Nothing we can really do about it as this is an engine/game problem.

It seems to be a problem in this area, that's true. I encounter another problem. The game crashes every 45 minutes. Does anyone know if this happens also without the fix? I really like the game and with the fix it looks very good in 3D, but I start becoming annoyed by restarting it way to often and loosing everytime all my points.

I've never encountered crashes in the game ever (unlike many others) both on the desktop and laptop IF GAME IS PLAYED NORMALLY.
The only time I encounter crashes is If I alt+tab to windows or change a lot of resolutions. It will crash after some time (5-10 mins or so). And by crash I mean CTD without an error message...
This is unrelated to the fix.

One way you can test it without the fix is to rename/delete the d3d11.dll and nvapi64.dll files (e.g. rename them to d3d11.BAK and nvapi64.BAK) and then start the game. It will start in 3D and look like a complete mess but then dial down the depth using the pyramid wheel or the ctrl-F4/3 keys all the way to 0 so it looks 2D - *do not* just press ctrl-T, you need to keep 3D "on". You will then be playing in full 3D but still be able to see everything, you can then play it like that for as long as it takes to see if the game crashes or not, and if it does not crash in the same way as it does with the fix in place, then the fix is the problem. If it does crash then it's the game/drivers. If it's the fix, then we have something to go on.

Okay, thank you. I will try your idea Mike.
@ Helifax, yes I have had the same crashes without any important error message. I encounter the crash quicker and more felt more often, if I change back to windows with the windows key and get into the game again in order to fix the render issue.
I just had a session without crashes but with different weird render modes as described above. Hope I get out of this first area soon. :D
