Stereo-only glDrawElements Exception
I've tried 2 different versions of the NVIDIA stereo drivers with a Quadro FX 4500. With stereo disabled, things work find. With fullscreen stereo enabled, there is a consistent crash after (or during) a glDrawElements call. Any ideas why the crash would only occur with NVIDIA stereo mode enabled?

Also, the crash does not occur (on the 4500) with the "standard" OpenGl stereo method where the application itself renders the scene twice.

And, the crash does not occur on an older Quadro card when using the NVIDIA stereo mode method.
