Stereo Photo Maker is now supported by 3d Vision sort of
So, nvidia says this:

StereoPhoto Maker
If you are a professional photographer with a two camera setup, you can use the StereoPhoto Maker Software to create your own JPS, PNS or MPO files from a variety of different sources. These files can be easily viewed on the NVIDIA 3D Vision system.

So, I guess the translation is, you cannot use Stereo Photo Maker to view ANY 3d images in 3d. BUT you can create them with this software, then exit this program and start up their nvidia 3d photo viewer to view them. ?????? you can use photoshop too I guess, or 3d combine, or any graphics program for that matter, just as long as you do not try to view them in 3d. For that, you still need their viewer.

They also have a beta version of some features that allow you to change the alignment of 3d photos, buuuuut just for the MPO files for some reason. If you change your X and Y alignment and try to save a JPS file, you pretty much get nothing, it doesnt save. So, maybe it is designed to only allow alignment for the people using MPO files, all two of them. Why that feature would not work for jps is baffling.
