We are aware of a problem. The issue is when shadow detail is high the games is using some post processing due to which our crosshair algorithm cannot derive the correct depth information.
We are still investigating it to see what we can do.

Please don't flame me but try playing without the crosshair, you do get used to it. And used to it pretty quickly. :)
Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

This is what I've been doing. I kind of prefer it without the crosshair now. The only time that I find it to be a problem is with a bow and arrow which I don't use too often. I'm usually pretty accurate with my spells.

I found that with Oblivion, but with practice, you get good at it and what a great sense of achievement when you do!

The only issue I have with the crosshair is it incorrectly picks up the depth of the sneak indicator, and displays at screen depth when you're sneaking.
When I turn off sneak it seems to be fine to me, but I haven't changed any graphics settings since it auto set them the first time I ran it.

I play without crosshair, sometimes turn it on for archery, but actually you work out how to aim without it. And anyway, moving around the world without a big cross in the middle is much more immersive in my opinion :)

@Andrew: Do you have any idea how to fix the water or prevent the glitches (water displayed at wrong depth, double image of objects/charcaters near water)? The water glitch is not connected to refelctions (as the Nvdiai driver description sttaes), but rather to transparency/refraction. Many thanks in advance.

If you're not gonna do it just say you're not gonna do it. Don't **** around.
And for anyone who asks "but the crosshair works just fine for me", try using it during combat over & over again.
