Hey, I know there are a couple longer threads about this but I'm just looking for a quick answer. What is the last driver that supports 3d with the current version of windows? 425.31 430.39 430.64 ...????

Technically, none. 425.31 was the last with 3D Vision but Windows 10 1903 wants 430+. It might be possible to do the 1903 update, wipe the drivers, then put 425.31 in there but there's not much point in trying. Go get the 3D Fix manager from the Helix page: http://helixmod.blogspot.com/2017/05/3d-fix-manager.html That will stick just the 3D Vision parts back in to the later drivers. No idea how long that will work but it seems to be OK with 430.86.

The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. Instead of altering their views to fit the facts, they alter the facts to fit their views ... which can be very uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering.

You can use the latest Nvidia driver and install 3d vision separately: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/1109399/3d-vision/the-way-its-meant-to-be-played-/

Im using Drivers 425.31 with 3D vision on Windows 10 1903 just fine. I had issues using the 430 branch with 3D vision. Most games would crash for me, in fact i couldn't game any game to run.. might be just me tho. I might try them again in the future. Right now. Im sticking with official support while I can.

However still not very ideal as UE 4 is one of he most used engines today.

Hey thanks for the replies everyone. How does the 3d vision fix manager work? because the solution in this thread is cumbersome. https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/1109399/3d-vision/the-way-its-meant-to-be-played-/

On app launch you are asked if you want to install latest drivers. If clicking yes the driver is downloaded and the geforce setup automatically started. Click next, next, next in the setup and let it install Geforce drivers. Directly after that the 3D Vision driver install setup is started. Also click on next, next... to let it install the required drivers. That's all.

I gave it a try on weekend and installed the newest driver (430.86) via Fix Manager. While the installation was a breeze and 3D Vision kicks in just like it used to I am now facing a strange issue. I am currently playing Mortal Kombat 11 and Darksiders 2 Deathinitve Edition (both with their 3D Vision fixes). While both games run flawlessly with their fixes when using the last official 3D Vision driver (425.31) both games have 3D Vision related issues when using the newest driver with tacked on 3D Vision support. In Darksiders 2 Deathinitive Edition the shadows only render in one eye for MK 11 it seems some objects and characters are nearly completely dark for one eye while they are rendered correctly for the other eye.

If you are on Windows 10 19H1 1903 the 3D Vision driver installs but doesn't work.

Need to check which Win10 version I'm on. Unfortunately I won't have access to my PC before tomorrow. What I can say though is that 3D vision definitely kicks in and the 3D works. It's just that several things like shadows are broken.

This is really weird! I am still on Win10 version 1803 so everything should work just fine. Somehow when using the newest driver (430.86) with tacked on 3D Vision via 3D Fix Manager I get broken effects in games that work flawlessly when using the last official 3D Vision driver (like Darksiders 2 and MK 11)! In Darksiders 2 I get shadows that only render in one eye. In MK11 characters and objects are rendered like a very dark silhouette for one eye which also breaks the fix....

Lohan sounds like you need to do a DDU clean install. Everything works fine for me including those two games.
