If the 64 bit driver leaked I wouldn't have had to spend an hour loading a 32 bit OS! At least now that I've seen it I can rest easy knowing that when NV finally polishes it enough to release it to the masses it's going to be amazing.

Do those drivers enable regular surround?
Yes the drivers enable regular surround. Just like before, 3D Vision is an option that can be enabled or disabled at any time.
I have to say it's pretty damn amazing. The significant investment will likely prove worthwhile as the library of 3DVS games opens up.
In terms of performance, I'd say don't expect miracles. You have to remember that 3x displays in 3D surround is 6x the pixels of a regular single display non-3d setup. That's a pretty huge performance requirement. My rig is an i7 at 4.4GHz and dual GTX 480's and BFBC2 was mostly playable with AA and HBAO turned off (everything else maxed out). Hopefully 3DVS will support 3-way SLI because it can use all the help it can get.
How is the performance of regular surround?
Is it worth me doing a dual boot and installing 32bit?
Performance of regular surround is great. With two 480's you can pretty much max most games. Maybe not Metro 2033.
I wouldn't bother going through the hassle to dual boot. I'm sure the x64 drivers will leak out here soon.
