My physX is set to a dedicated card, but I only get an 0.7fps increase if I use it, with about 9% usage max. It's as if whenever the 650ti is doing PhysX, the Titans are sitting there doing nothing, instead of getting more work done.

This is 100% awesome, and a fantastic start to fixing this game. It's been out, what 2 days now? And we can definitely expect patches from CDPR.

I patched the crashing bug for 1.1.6, and figured out how to force full_screen=1 to work better here. When I first run the game, it automatically used my default screen size of 720p@120Hz. As long as you don't save the settings it seems to work.

YMMV: this is seriously alpha w/ alpha. But please do report your results, good or bad.

(Helifax, Mike- Overlay works in this game, shader_hunting=1, hit Insert key for on/off.... Assuming it doesn't crash for you.)

[/quote] Thank you very much, Mike, i wish i could try it right now but at work :-( The game itself looks nice in 3d but for the broken shadows and some lights, 38-45 FPS with everything high/ultra, grass distance medium, hairworks off. It doesnt make much difference with everything on ultra (hairworks aa2x looks like sh*t in 3d and eats fps (27-33FPS), it is better when it is off) 2500k@4.4Ghz/GTX670SLI.

I have to say this fix is already excellent. and workds fine in the second world if you do not change the default set convergence. I made a comparison between real 3D with the fix and the CM mode. See pictures.

Here some more pics from the second world. Shadows are on low, the rest is on ultra. The HUD is not correct because I change a bit the convergence. But it is already very good. Thank you mike for sharing this already so early with us! I continue my playthrough with your fix instead of the compatibiliy mode.

I adore the first two games, love the universe and books. Almost cried when i saw the game with Mike's fix. Thank you for making my weekend and the fix! 720p players who are unable to select that resolution, are you on 120hz 3d vision device or 60hz with 3dtvplay? I have both working with a workaround, 120hz projector requires me to make custom 1080p resolution downsampling to 720p. I select 1080p in-game after and its working. 3dtvplay requires me to use custom resolution utility(cru) and delete all resolutions above 720p so i can use dsr 1080p and again select 1080p for in game resolution. Heres my bin file for 720p dsr with 3dtvplay. Working with my projector and sony hmz so i see no reason why it wouldnt work on your system.
