I am very new to 3D and only got it up and running Yesterday. I couldn't get most of games to actually work properly whilst using the 275.33 Drivers, Crysis 2 for Instance had a wierd ghosting effect where one shutter (I think the right) got stuck on an image and EVE Online (which is what I play mainly) just appeared to do nothing at all.
I quickly checked for a beta Driver and Installed 275.50 which fixed Crysis 2 and that looks amazing now and most of all my other games are working perfectly but I still cannot get EVE Online to work at all. When I enable 3D Vision I get the Nvidia Rating but the images look exactly the same with or without 3D enabled.
Is anyone else having this problem or perhaps someone could provide me with a work around as I cannot see many posts about issues with EVE and the latest Drivers?

Hmmm... first, make sure you depth is turned up by twisting the dial on your emitter. Second, hold down the green light (which is also a button) and turn the dial some more to turn the convergence up. If either of these are set very low, you won't get much 3D.
(Crysis 2 looks amazing? Oh my - you ain't seen nothin' yet!)

I have tried turning the emitter depth control but doesn't appear to make any difference but I haven't tried turning the dial for convergence, I will give that a go later when I finish work.
Thanks.
What games would you recommend that are better than Crysis 2? /thumbup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

That doesn't appear to work either. I have completely wiped off all drivers and Installed them again but still no joy at all, really gutted I can't get EVE to work as I see plenty of people saying how awesome it is.

well i quit eve quite a while back (because i dont need an extra job) but i will say that it looked actually very good in 3d vision. first of all the 275.xx drivers have had really buggy 3d vision support my first recommendation is to get the 266.58 drivers (im still using them right now) these drivers should work perfect for all games albiet you may experience abnormal amounts of ghosting and if you do just disable usb 2.0 support on the usb hub your 3d vision emitter is hooked to and this will elminate ghosting (almost entirely.
also if you care to play some games that really are nice in 3d heres a short list of mine :)
Metro 2033 (this has to be my all time best experience in 3d vision. . .just awesome)
the elder scrolls: oblivion (go to TESnexus for a 3d sky fix then its amazing)
left 4 dead (and practically every other source engine game)
battlefield bad company 2
starcraft 2
world of tanks (i may be addicted to this game. . .)
Borderlands (make sure to use that 3d fix for this game)
and ive heard really good things about
batman arkham asylum
Trine
happy flying and no griefing/ getting griefed /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

Thanks for the reply, I have a 590 card so will these older drivers actually work with this card?
Also I don't seem to be able to find them in the archive, oldest I can see are v267.91, would these be ok or if not do you know where I can find the ones you suggested?

No problemo , and yes those 267.91 drivers should work just fine. the 26x.xx signifys the branch and so those drivers should be identical to the 266.58 drivers except nvidia usually does tweaks to the drivers for the release of a new card like yours so they should work just the same.

Unfortunetaly Installing those drivers stopped 3d working, one lens would stay on so they didn't actually shutter, the Wizard worked fine but games were broken /sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />. I tried disabling USB 2.0 but the shutter was so slow it wouldn't work.
I think I will just have to use the latest drivers and hope Nvidia fix EVE Online in a later Driver.
If anyone has a 590 card and is able to get EVE Online in 3D Post Incarna I would very much appreciate if you could let me know so I can continue to try fix rather than assuming it's just broken.

For the 260 series drivers I think you need to install the emitter driver separately, and it has been changed in the 270 series, so the newer emitter driver doesn't work with the 260 driver. Also I've seen reports of an EVE update breaking stereo support, but since I don't play it myself, I don't really know.

I am having the same problem, was really looking forward to the Eve in 3d Experience as it's really the only game I play often, but it doesn't seem to do anything at all, the left eye sees only the mouse and the NVIDIA quality display, and the right eye sees the game. Really hope the next driver that Nvidia releases fixes it and works with eve.

Hmmm... first, make sure you depth is turned up by twisting the dial on your emitter.

Thanks.
What games would you recommend that are better than Crysis 2?

left 4 dead (and practically every other source engine game)
battlefield bad company 2
starcraft 2
world of tanks (i may be addicted to this game. . .)
Borderlands (make sure to use that 3d fix for this game)
and ive heard really good things about
batman arkham asylum
Trine
happy flying and no griefing/ getting griefed

Also I don't seem to be able to find them in the archive, oldest I can see are v267.91, would these be ok or if not do you know where I can find the ones you suggested?

No problemo , and yes those 267.91 drivers should work just fine. the 26x.xx signifys the branch and so those drivers should be identical to the 266.58 drivers except nvidia usually does tweaks to the drivers for the release of a new card like yours so they should work just the same.

No problemo , and yes those 267.91 drivers should work just fine. the 26x.xx signifys the branch and so those drivers should be identical to the 266.58 drivers except nvidia usually does tweaks to the drivers for the release of a new card like yours so they should work just the same.
Cheers
