But i have at this momment one hd5450 with dvi-hdmi dongle connected to my receiver and it can be bitstreamed Dts HD master, and the native hdmi output is connect directly (just in case if don´t need sound) to my plasma and it works nice. I know it can be done with one hdmi cable only in mey pioneer HD receiver but sometimes i don´t need any sound to copy movies, music, and other stuff. So you are telling me that is not possible to have both outputs working (one for sound and other for 3D) or you are saying that can´t be done with native 1.4a 3D?? Please be a litle more specific, and thanks for quick reply,

Regards,

HV

You can't do both. I have tried too, using both your solution and the sli-card. You either have to passthrough the hdmi 1.4 signal via the receiver that supports it,

or go 5.1x analogue.

You can use this card with good DACs to get full sound- from HD-material:

Hi, and thanks for your answer, but that DAC audio card doesn´t bitstreams Dolby TrueHD and Dts HD MASTER audio tracks, is not possible to passtrough Lossless audio by spdif coaxial or optical, only with DVI/HDMI 1.3, if you want a card that does the job, here you have the Asus Xonar with HDMI out for Video and HD Audio http://pt.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=QY0Ud4MG0DMfXNiQ, i will test one of my 460GTX in HTPC tonight and i will give you some feedback because as i told you before i have my HD5450 connected via HDMI directly to my Samsung TV PS50C7000 and a DVI/HDMI dongle to my Pioneer VSX-819HK receiver and get 1080p/24 with 3D SBS and Dts hd master decoding...i will post here the results tomorrow, thanks for your participation any way..

Yes, you can connect this GPU to a TV but you may need an DVI to HDMI adpater to make it work. We sell those on store.nvidia.com if you want.

Please read this FAQ on audio formats supported by GPU. http://nvidia.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/nvidia.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2796

Ok, tested with my GTX460 and it works, Dts HD master on receiver and Full 3D playback with original Thron:Legacy blu ray movie using both hdmi out from nvidia card.
