I am in a process of getting my PC to be 3D-ready with the Nvidia 3D vision and I was wondering if I can get some help.
I am looking for a 3D-ready display, somewhere between 32-40 inches, widescreen.
I live in the US(I say this because some displays seem to be unavailable in certain regions) and I have been searching for quite a while but I can't seem find a good one because the requirements for 3D Vision are a bit sketchy and it seems that a lot of the so called "3D-ready" displays are actually not compatible with 3D Vision for what ever reason.
I was hoping someone here knows any good display that would be compatible, since the official 3D Vision ready monitor list is pretty limited.

If you want to know what is supported look on the official list, that is basically it as far as monitors. Meaning there is nothing in the 32" range for 3D monitors at the moment. I believe ASUS has a 27" model coming out soon but that is the largest 3D Vision ready display I know of. Otherwise you could wait for some more HDMI 1.4 3D HDTVs to come out and use that with Nvidia 3DTV Play. I know Samsung has a 46" but I think thats the smallest.

So the very very small list of supported displays are THE ONLY displays that can use 3D Vision?
Is't a 120Hz LCD enough?
That is what I meant when I said the list of requirements is a bit sketchy. They say you need a 120Hz monitor but then turn around and say that 120Hz is not enough, it has to be something else.
I found this website http://www.3dmovielist.com/3dhdtvs.html are you telling that pretty much almost every single "3D-ready" display listed on it is not going to work with Nvidia 3D vision?
I searched for "32-Inch 120Hz" on Amazon and this is the list that came up, http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url...amp;x=0&y=0 are any of those TVs listed good enough to run 3D vision?
See my problem is that I already play on a 32 inch display, and while I would love to game in 3D, I do NOT want to downgrade to 22-inch monitor.
I hope someone can shed some light on to this dilemma.

Many agree on the Mitsubishi DLP tvs being the best for 3d.
Ghosting/crosstalk is one of the primary issues for almost every lcd to my knowledge. Plenty of threads here on these forums. And the mitsi dlp has no ghosting so they say; ie zero. That is reason enough in my books to make it display of choice. I don't own one tho, they are not sold in my neck of woods, I have a samsung 2233.

I'd love to get a Mitsubishi DLP TV, but the lowest they have is a 60-inch, and a 1,200$(which is actually not bad).
I want to get a 32-40 inch monitor/tv for gaming. I have a feeling that using a computer on a 60-inch would be quite awkward, not to mention that I doubt that monstrosity would ever fit on my computer table xD
Btw, look at my link above with the 3D-ready monitor list, I was wondering if someone knows that if those are compatible?

You have to be careful, "3D-ready" and "3D-vision ready" are two different things. It like when people say "HD-ready," "Full-HD," "720P HD," and "1080P HD." They are all marketing buzz words to get uninformed consumers to buy their product and usually have different meanings from one another.
For 3D-vision ready, Nvidia will only support displays and projectors on their official list. More will be added as time passes.
Everything else is YMMV and you are doing the testing for them. If it fails, you maybe SOL.
There isnt an official industry standard for 3D yet. Many companies, including Nvidia, are pushing to make their product solution as the standard.

Yea that is why I am here, doing the research, asking around :)
I hope some company will step up soon and make the 120Hz/3D support a standard in their merchandise.
But until then I guess I'll either have to wait, or get a wireless mouse/keyboard so I can stay a few good meters from a 60+ inch 3D-Vision ready TV and hope my eyes wont pop.

Also, I won't buy anything else until I have confirmation that it works, hence why Im here, making this thread.

Does anyone know if the TVs with the "3D-ready' logo are the ones that support 120Hz inputs?
It seems that these forums are a bit empty, but I still hope someone can help me find a compatible match.
