That latency sounds terrible. I get annoyed when I have to wait 30 seconds when it hangs on the 3D Games compatibility list. If everything hung like that, it'd be annoying. Especially when I had to go in and change the refresh rate when the monitor gets stuck in torch mode after 3D.

Thanks for the all the replies everyone, I was busy over the weekend so I didn't get to play around with the 3D till now.
Unfortunately, setting the pre-rendered frames to 1 does nothing to fix the issue. I have also been playing around in other settings and found that this 3D issue only happens in SLI, with SLI off it does not happen.
I will put a similar thread in the nvidia drivers section so hopefully nvidia staff can see this and rectify this issue.

Well, yesterday I reinstalled my OS on an SSD, and I downloaded the 331.40, and as soon as I started up the nvidia test logo, I noticed the "depth wobble". I just said, oh hell no, went back to 320.49. All my current games play just fine with that driver. I do hope they fix this issue. I would like to keep my drivers up to date.

Ladies and GENTS...nVIDIA STRIKES (BACK) AGAIN.... This time in awesome way!!!!
Windows 7 x64
Intel i5 3570K @ 5.0Ghz
8xGB Dual-channel DDR3
2SSDs in RAID Strip (Raid-0)
Asus Maximum V Gene (updated to the latest bios)
3 x Samsung Syncmaster 2233rz
GTX 590 running at default clocks
Updating to the latest drivers(331.58 WHQL) BASICALLY makes 3D Vision Surround Completely BROKEN AKA NOT WORKING. I cannot even run the WIZARD all I get is a 3 black screen. Sometimes I DO get an error.
I can setup the surround resolution just fine, however when I hit either the "Run Setup Wizard" button of thick the "Enable 3D Vision", the driver tries to enter the 3D Vision config wizard/setup but fails.
Tried it 5 times 10001% replicability....
Re-downloaded and re-installed the drivers 3 times. Purged everything (every time) with Driver sweeper. Same result!!!
I have also created a small clip to show this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kbAuHiKX8Y&feature=youtu.be
All the previous DRIVERS WORK (at least for 3D Vision and with their weird anomalies, etc but nothing is 100% broken...)
I wonder WHAT NEXT? Blew our PCS? Screens? give us an epileptic attack or something??? :))
SOOO... Anyone tried their AWESOME WHQL drivers and FOUND WORKING???? and if so HOW and WHAT way... please give details:) (submitted them a NICE BUG....as this is totally unacceptable...)

I can confirm that Geforce Drivers 331.58 WHQL fixes the "depth wobble" issue I was having in 3D Vision with SLI enabled.
I tried the nvidia Depth demo, Grid 2, Metro: Last Light, and GuildWars 2, all of these games work properly.
Unfortunately I cannot speak for 3D Vision Surround users as I do not own that setup. I at least can tell you how I updated the drivers, it could help (I hope);
I had the the 320.49 WHQL drivers installed with a clean install of that driver, I then updated to this new 331.58 WHQL driver WITHOUT making it a clean install. From there I activated SLI then I ran the 3D Setup Wizard. I would also like to add that I had all overclocking programs closed until I finished testing the 3D.
If that doesn't work, try re-seating your SLI bridge cable and Video Cards, I recently had a separate issue with my GPUs causing weird artifacts in games only in SLI. When I dusted and re-seated the SLI cable and the GPUs, it fixed the issue.
Does it fix the tearing most games are showing, and does it break Chiri's convergence fix?
Yea Chiri`s fix doesn`t work with Metro at least. In case of tearing - it is not a problem anymore.
Adjusting FOV to 100 substituted it for me - gives me a little bit better "feeling" of depth.

Yep, also happens to me with Metro Last Light....Chiri's tool don't work with the last whql driver. The screen moves trying to increase convergence, but nothing happens.... to bad!
