I have a question about this product before buying it.
I have a PC running on windows xp pro sp2 with a g-force 9800 GTX, the monitor is 60Hz refresh rate but i also have the computer hooked up to a 40" Samsung LN40B630 120Hz refresh rate with a VGA cable.

If the 40" LCD TV is a DLP TV .... then yes, it will work. Just cause it says it is a 120Hz, does not mean its a true 120Hz.
Also check to see if the monitor has been labeled .... 3D Ready
I bought the Kit, with the Samsung 22" 120Hz LCD ... and it is labeled with the 3D Ready label..... and your TV being a Samsung, should resemble the same, as they are both from the same Manufacturer.
I suggest you confirm with Samsung, before you purchase the 3D glasses.

Will the g-force 3d vision work with my set up?
Thank you.[/quote]
First your gonna need Vista or a version of Windows 7 in order to run it because if I am not mistaken 3d vision doesnt support XP nor are there plans for it to do so in the future. Also as the other guy said just cuz your tv says 120hz doesnt mean it can do true 120Hz, most of those TVs use some sort of Interpolization process to achieve 120hz and its just not the real thing. Actually its quite misleading. The next thing is you may want to consider upgrading your video card to a gtx260 or higher, or at least bare minimum add another 9800 gtx for sli. Keep in mind that 3d vision takes serious power and if your card is barely cutting it now when you make the leap to 3d your machine will choke.

besides the point been mention by others there is an issue with your set up.
In yours set up as you mention, you connected your TV through a VGA cable. In this case it will never works since 3D vision require a DVI-D cable (digital signal),
and your VGA cable is an analog signal and it's highest refresh rate only up to 60 Hz. Since analog signal can't not fully convert to digital signal, it can not go up to 120 Hz.
2 things you can make it works is by upgrade your system to vista and get a 3D vision ready monitor or TV.
