BombShell an isometric shooter / ARPG from good old 3D Realms, it runs on Unreal 3 engine.
Graphics are good and I like the kickass Rock music too !
I use 3D-hubplayer profile - 50% Depht - crank up the convergence till the pointer is alligned with Shelly. Also disable bloom and maybe dynamic shadows, I find it runs best in DX9 !
Perhaps more experiments is needed, but it's absolutely playable this way !
Edit: I did enable 3D in the baseengine.ini to AllowNvidiaStereo3d=True ,but it didn't do anything as far I could see.
Eqzitara took a look at this a little over a year ago... but I don't think anything ever came of it, all the different camera/views, HUD, etc. Pretty sure he was using the lua scripts but then they updated it to DX11, so no lua scripts and no Presets via texture CRCs... two of his specialties... :/

This game has both a 32 and 64 bit executable, as well as the choice for dx9 or dx11.
Here's eqzitara's comments, from when he looked at it

Yea... you seem right. Not confident about it anymore. Each level uses a different camera angle. I thought that was only conversations/pip boy kind of view. Its like 8 views now.
I think I am going to let this one go.

Yea I am giving up on it. Its all fixed but the hud/camera makes it a hassle to play. Id only be capable of something mediocre since the only possible solution I can think of is putting whole hud on depth buffer and I cant do that.
TBH, its a DX11 game now that they update it with updated features. They even added in-game cutscenes with update.
Bink video cutscenes = dx9 | ingame cutscenes = dx11.
Not sure if its regardless. I played for maybe 3 hours and got stuck 3 times in geometry.
I might be picking this up, after I watch some gameplay footage and see how the camera behaves.
