Nothing pops out of the screen in practice only in Nvidia stereoscopic test.
When I run the stereoscopic test the Nvidia logo appears to pop out into mid air. Sadly this isn't carried through to games. Any ideas? I am using anaglyph glasses for now, I know they aren't the best but if things can pop out when using them during the test why not in games?
Zara.

You need to change the convergence for each game separately. First make sure you have turned on advanced shortcut keys in the nvidia control panel. Then in game press Ctrl-F5 and Ctrl-F6 to decrease and increase convergence ('increase' convergence means 'more pop-out'). Sometimes you need to hold the keys for about 30s.

You need to open the NVidia Control Panel -> Stereoscopic Functions -> key modification -> enable advanced ingame functions -> press in the game CTRL + F6. Should work now. :)

Thanks both, no really thank you :) your advice has made a major difference. To be honest I couldn't get the keys you said to work as in game they were for another function however keeping say F6 pressed after a while it kicked in.
This is gonna take some getting accustomed to my eyes are kinda popping out now! All this with discover mode gotta get the ir and specs just got to.
Thanks all

The Nvidia control panel allows you to change the keys if the game is using F5 and/or F6 - worth a try :-)

You can go into the Nvidia settings and set your own convergence key. If you set it up well, it seriously has a huge impact on the quality of the 3D experience.
It's the difference between a really bland looking 3D image like this

vs a really popping and cool 3D looking image like this.

Can one of the mods please sticky this, or some other thread about convergence settings? I can't believe we were insulted by only getting one sticky so far, and its about CM 3D :-(
