3D Newbie - Wont detect monitor
I already have a dual SLI GTX 260. I just bought the 3D Vision kit & an Acer GD235HZ. No matter what I do the setup wizard cannot detect the monitor.

Here is my config:
Windows 7 x64 Ult
12GB
Core i7
Dual GTX 260 (I have dual monitors but I disconnected the other for testing purposes
DVI to HDMI connect from GTX260#1 to Acer GD235HZ

Here is what I have done so far:
Installed Driver set 258.96_desktop_win7_winvista_64bit_english_whql
Installed NVIDIA_3D_Vision_CD_v1.33_WinVista_Win7_English

Run through the wizard and wont detect my monitor. If this $500 setup doesnt work Im going to be more than a bit dissapointed.

Come on I cant be the only one who has ever experienced this?

(PS - If your wondering how I got the images - If youre using Windows 7 its called the Snipping Tool.)

Based on your post you have the monitor connected improperly. You have to use a dual-link DVI cable from the video card to the monitor for it to function in 120Hz 3D mode not DVI to HDMI.
