Glasses flashing on and off happening more and more often
What causes this? Ive tried turning off the lights in my room, tried it at night, and it still happens. The glasses just turn off for a split second for no reason every once in a while and it really takes me out of the game.
It hasnt always happened though, it just started about a month ago.

No one has this issue? Do you think its an issue with the glasses themselves?
Im kind of in a bad situation here if this isnt something that can be fixed... I won this 3d vision set at a raffle at a big LAN and dont have proof of ownership so I cant RMA it if thats all that can be done /confused.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Hi Snake, nice prize from a raffle. Best I've ever won is bottle of scotch!
Have you tried reinstalling the drivers? Do you reinstall them the correct way too? Ie uninstall, reboot into safe mode etc.

This has just started for me too, although I put it down to a graphics card upgrade and new drivers, as it was fine before the change. Hopefully it'll be fixed with the next driver release...

How long do they go off for and is it both lenses? Do you run monitoring software too like Rivatuner? Software like that is known to make the glasses 'flicker' every now and again.

Wow Im pretty sure you nailed it... I turned off the temp monitoring features on EVGA precision, and changed it to only FPS, and it works perfectly again!
Thanks a million!
I wonder what they changed in recent drivers to cause this? It wasnt a problem before.

I'm glad it helped you both. It does seem to be only the temp monitoring that causes it. I can keep fan speed monitoring and I have a fan profile
to keep my cards cool and I like to keep checking the temps whilst ingame to doubly make sure they're not overheating. I guess I'll just have to live with the flicker until it can be fixed.
