Ahh, so it does, I take it back then. Sorry nVidia.

As promised, screenies showing shadows, if anyone cares. :)[/quote]
Thanks for the screenshots. I probably should of stated more clearly, my shadow problems are mainly around the main character max, they are not that bad, ground shadows are ok for the most part. My problem is tweaking the look till i get it right. I just turn everything to normal or off, FXAA off and MSAA off and stereoscopic depth to about 10% and the other setting to about 7 this is Rockstars default stereoscopic setting. Sun shafts/ god rays? are probably the worst in stereoscopic 3d if i have the video setting very high. Those screenshots don't really show any issues but in game it varies for me, but it is still much better than other 3d vision ready games, at least it has real 3d depth, it is sure one of the best i have played in stereoscopic 3d.

Yeah,
Sun shafts/god-rays/sun glare (whatever it is called) - awful.
Exactly the same issue with Just Cause 2. That game's 3D is pretty much perfect in every way, apart from the sun-glare effect. You couldn't turn it off in that game either - grrrrrr!

Not sure what i did right but the shadow problem is nowhere near as bad as before. I took some screenshots and looks great, i tested 10% sterescopic 3D and 80%.

Some post earlier, someone says that last patch of MP3 breaks some 3D effects that was OK with the original game. I manage to play (finally have some time to play this game) with none patch aplies and i don't noticed anything rare (except some sun/god rays in some parts, minor bug).... i'm still don't get the boat sequence.

This game has so many 3D problems (both performance and rendering) that I'm dropping the ball.
I'll play it in 2D.
I just did the boat sequence in 3D, latest 304.48 drivers and game patch (steam), and it was pure garbage.
Thank God I have Batman AA, a true 3D gem.

Must be something wrong on your side...
Also running steam version with latest patch..
Only problems with sunrays here, that appear only in a short time ,in some levels...
No performance troubles of any kind !
