I think it doesn't reconige the 1920 x 1080
and still uses the startup resolution,
I think I have to set it to 6:19, but don't know
how?
Btw thanks for the reply
I changed the resolution in the ini file then started the game directly from the icon. Although the resolution was change in the ini file, it did not appear in the video setting menu. The only reason I know it worked is because my screen did not switched back to 1024 (it shows the change in the top of the screen on my LCD TV).

@Manippi:
Genesis1 is right. Change the INI and then start the game directly with "RichardBurnsRally_SSE.exe". Don't use the "RBR_Startup.exe".
And check your INI again. Maybe there is a writing-mistake.
XRes = 1920
YRes = 1080
I guess other games are working fine with 3D-Vision on your system? So it can't be hardware- or driver depending!?!?

quick question, how to properly install the RBR 2010 mod?
http://www.virtualr.net/rsrbr-2010-released/
First you need to install the RSRBR-Base-Package.
Then you install the latest RSRBR-update.
At least you install one or more(or all) car-packs.
But I found the mod a bit confusing. I don't like the way it hooks into RBR. I tried three times or so and then I deinstalled the whole mod.
I've read some stuff about the Czech-RBR-Community. They also have a Tournament plugin and most of german RBR-fans are registered there(one big reason for me).
And it seems that CZ-Plugin is more quality - they have strong rules when including new tracks or cars.
RSRBR unites all available RBR-stuff - not checking if physics and other stuff is correct or not. They modify tracks and don't ask the creators for permission. /ermm.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ermm:' />
So I think I will go for the CZ-plugin later. But at the moment I hardly can reach the given track-records so I don't think I will have a true chance in an tournament /wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /> .

if you are talking about the richard burns record, I blew past it on most of the tracks. There are only two tracks where I could not beat the times (australia, with the huge jump, and another one).

I wonder if they would release a new RBR game. I know he passed away, which is a terrible loss for the rally community, but they kept going with Colin McRae even though he passed away.

Genesis1 is right. Change the INI and then start the game directly with "RichardBurnsRally_SSE.exe". Don't use the "RBR_Startup.exe".
And check your INI again. Maybe there is a writing-mistake.
XRes = 1920
YRes = 1080
I guess other games are working fine with 3D-Vision on your system? So it can't be hardware- or driver depending!?!?
