So far WoW works pretty nice in 3D - unfortunately though my framerate drops after a while (usually after a few mins). I noticed that after I alt-tabbed back to the desktop the framerate improved again when I reentered the game - if only for a while.
Is this a common problem with WoW, the Nvidia Drivers or am I simply missing something?

Gonna give it a go with the new beta drivers and see if it improves stuff - I installed Windows completly from scratch a little while ago and I think I haven't used any other driver before the one I currently installed - then again: Doesn't hurt checking :)

Then also check your system voltages in bios to see if your memory is getting enough power to the manufacturers specs.
What videocard are you using?
I have been playing wow for a long while now after I got my mitsubishi tv and everything works wonderfully.
my specs are
e8500 4.0 ghz
GTX 260 vanilla.
mushkin DDr 2 2x2gb 1066mhz at 2.1 v
Everything seems to work seemlessly for me. No drops in fps aside from the normal stuff.
