3d vision and mits wd 65738 3d vision glasses = uncoll sunglasses
heres the deal. I replaced a mits 65 inch recently and come to find out that the new drivers dont allow me to use 3d vision. Only 3d tv play. which is great but only if i want to use the glasses that happened to come with it. expand 3d shades. I bought the emitter kit and 3 additional pairs of glasses in 09. Loved the whole deal. Came back from an extended trip and replaced my old gtx260`s sli cards for a pair of gtx460`s. All good right? Wrong. I installed the cards fired up the machine and was able to actaully show the girlfriend the 3d preview that is started after the wizard runs. yes the wizard ran and asked for the generic dlp selection the whole bit. I power down and load the 270 driver release and BAM, nothing. Cant get the emitter to light up bright green as it has done in the past. So my question goes out to the nvidia engineers. WHAT THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH $750.00 WORTH OF NVIDIA GLASSES NOW? I understand that the whole universal standard for 3D is necessary, but really cant you add some backward compatibility to the software? I have built my rigs specifically for the geforce line of GPU`s. To the point of paying more for hardware in order to maintain compatibility with nvidia products. FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF 3D VISION. So help me help you, by showing those of us who have been loyal dollar spending customers, some loyalty in return and please bring some backward compatibility to an awesome product that was working up to its expectations, till you broke it. thank you much
