Hey guys..I just got the game today and it keeps crashing and i dont know what else i could do...Please help!
My GPU : 630M 2GB GeForce
Driver version : 314.22
OS : Windows 8 Pro 64-bit
I have some good and bad news... good news its i fix the low res issue (yesterday i play 2 hours without the problem)....and the bad news its further in game there are some tree shadows in 2D (big trees, so 2D shadows are all over the screen)....Hope Tridef release a new profile soon.
Low Res Issue: In Tridef forum a user post the solution, but i think people are confused and start changing the wrong ini.
In My Documents-My Games-BioShock Infinite-XGame-Config folder there its a XEngine.ini file....DONT change anything in that file.
In ...-BioShock Infinite-XGame-Config folder (Install game folder) there its a DefaultEngine.ini file...change the original values for this ones:
UseTextureFileCache=FALSE
TexturePoolSizeReductionMB=500
PoolSize=2000
LowPCTexturePoolSizeMB=2000
Crosshair
Follow the instructions in the link that eqzitara post. In this case changes have to be made in the XGame.ini in My Documents folder. In Tridef OSD options enable Crosshair (its Dynamic), i use a white dot (25 size and 20 Transparency).
Yesterday i play more and in some point i have a feeling that i was playing Dishonored (in the other thread another user post something similar...i totally agree)....Graphically the game looks good, but its like playing a dx9 game...i dont know why they use dx11 render. There is some flowers (roses) in some bushes that are 2D images with low res.... and i found in some parts low res textures that dont match the high res textures you have around.
I did everything as you described ... But the collapse of the textures going on. From the first time played 1:00 ... Now the texture disappear after about 15 minutes ...

you play in 3D vision? the game doesn't support 3D vision.
if not, you should go to the driver forum.
if you play with Tridef, shouldn't it be easier just go to Tridef forum asking for help?

Yes, you need tridef. If tridef doesnt work your kind of screwed. Need side by side/ top and bottom support on display.

just go to nvidia control panel, under Stereoscopic 3D option, you can disable it.

If somebody owns BS Infinite: Can you look in the game-folder(and subfolders) for a file called "shaders.spk"?
I don't know if there is still such a file(has been in BS1) but if it exist, we could probably eventually edit the shaders...
Hey Flint, unfortunately I've looked, seems like there is not a single file headed as shader.spk or something similar in infinite folders.
Still playing Infinite in 2D... to be honest, it's too good to stop! Damn it.

Anybody have any issues installing the driver for the GT 330M?, halfway through the installation it crashed my pc, I had to redownload Bioshock because the only way I could fix the problem was doing a system restore.

Its far from perfect from what I read. Id either go surround or wait. Might be a good excuse to do a second playthrough down the line.

HMZ-T1 supports side by side. So yes. Driver has nothing to do with it though. You just need to download tridef. http://www.tridef.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3565
Select 720P. Side by side. [Then when game loads you need to set the the hmz-t1 to side by side mode]
