Sonic and All Stars Racing Transformed, any success?
You're right i have been noticing it while installing latest driver...the real profile it is listed under is launcher (the one right after lattice) but you have to scroll down quite a lot to find it.
Ah, that's odd, but you're right. Using the newest nvidia driver I see the exe under the launcher profile even though the error points at the one prior. I was able to remove the exe from there, then add it to Prototype.
Still, I'm left with the same problem, even after using DDU to make sure everything was absolutely clean, then running a clean driver install. When this game's assigned to a profile like Prototype, for some reason it's not hooking in and only the left eye renders. I'm about to throw in the towel on this one, but I'm certainly curious about what's causing it.
Quick sanity check: are other people really able to get this game to work properly in 3D in an environment like mine? On win 10 using a recent nvidia driver and the prototype profile?

You need to reassign the game's exe, not the launcher exe.
ASN_App_PcDx9_Final.exe needs assigned to Prototype.
There is not an existing profile for Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed from Nvidia.
So after a fresh install, you would simply assign Prototype to ASN_App_PcDx9_Final.exe without having to unassign it from anything.
Once you have launched the game, a default gloal based profile will be generated after you've used ctrl+alt+ins. At this time, you would have to unassign it, prior to assigning it to Prototype.
As eqzitara stated, if the profile was re-assigned properly, it would now say "Prototype" in the overlay.
I just tried it on W7 64 362.00 and the game launched ok in 3D. I didn't play it, so no idea about water. But you can try setting the water to low, medium, high and see if one makes it better. Also will probably want to turn off motion blur.

It just dawned on me. Earlier I was looking at Nvidia's YouTube sight to see if they had uploaded anything from GDC, unfortunately, they have not.
But I did see that they uploaded a GeForce Now announcement for Sonic All Star Racing Transformed a few days ago.
I wonder if Nvidia borked the profile or mistakenly assigned it to the wrong profile or did something in the process of adding it to their game service in 364.51.
You might need to use an older driver :(
You'd probably want to be sure not to install the GeForce Experience, I never do.

you were right. even when assigned to prototype profile, now that i am on windows 10 i get the same issue where one eye remains black.
[s]Also for some games with no profile which used to work fine on windows 7, 3d vision does not kick in at all under windows 10 and i cannot find a way to make it work. anyone has been through that?[/s] found a way you just have to assign the exe to an existing profile.
EDIT : so on windows 10, i tried to attach the sonic transformed game exe to a lot of profiles and every single time i had the black eye issue (only one eye rendering). The only way i found to not get the black issue is to not attach the game to any profile but then the fix does not work anymore.
Is any of the fixers reading this thread went into something similar for other games and knows about a kick way to fix this ? I know this is not a AAA game but in the family fun kind of game it shines...had a lot of fun with kids on this one. thanks !

Not sure if it'll work but try adding it to the "Section 8" Profile, if that doesn't work try adding it to the "All Zombies Must Die" Profile... and if that still doesn't work maybe I could come up with a custom Profile for it.

thank you for your help. Just tried both profiles but unfortunately no luck...still the black eye issue. So far all profiles i try give me the exact same issue..
thanks for trying to solve this....do you own the game on windows 10? do you want me to provide you with it to check this out?
EDIT: This is the line triggering the black eye (if i remove it from the profile not black eye but water reflections are off) :
Setting ID_0x701eb457 = 0x2241ab21 InternalSettingFlag=V0

I finally found a very simple fix for the old fix to work on prototype profile on windows 10 latest drivers (368.22). in the configuration tool of the game just choose windowed/full screen instead of full screen mode...and voila ! the game works 100% with no shader problem.

I have the game but I'm still running Win7x64 on my main 3D setup... the Win10 setup isn't really hooked up at the moment.
This is really odd, the line that's giving you trouble is the MysteryStereoSetting... usually necessary to enable 3D in some games, I can't see why it would be causing that type of an issue.
The Profiles I was suggesting had similar Settings but different StereoTextureEnable Settings. I've seen that cause one-eye/blank issues before.

Hello !
With nvidia inspector, we can't unassign ASN_App_PcDx9_Final.exe.exe from 'Lattice Technology XVL' profile, without delete the entire profile... :(
Finally, what's the updated means to make the fix working on STEAM please ?

Nvidia Inspector does not point to the right profile holding ASN_App_PcDx9_Final.exe when you try to assign to prototype (the lattice one you mentionned).
You have to unassign ASN_App_PcDx9_Final.exe from "launcher" profile, then assign it to "prototype" profile as described in the install procedure.
If you run it under windows 10 you need to launch game configuration tool from Steam and change display settings to "Windowed/Full Screen" instead of "Full Screen", otherwise you'll have the black eye issue.
