Hey all, I am still learning about this. So forgive me if this has already been talked about and answered.
Please let me know what I need to do in order to fix this.
(also random note playing alice madness returns with 3d on 4k, I am unable to get physx to work on the GPU, this is a problem because then I am unable to get 60 fps. I have already unlocked the framerate and installed legacy physx drivers as well as current. Physx does work on the GPU if I disable 3d allowing for 60 fps gameplay)
This issue occurred after I updated to the new windows 10 APRIL update. Before I did not have this issue.
This is what I have done to trouble shoot.
1. Re install Jooker's EDID.
2. DDU uninstal all my nvidia drivers and re installed the new nvidia hotfix driver.
I did test batman AA and alice madness and there are no artificting.
The problem:
I am getting artifacts while trying to play Alien Isolation and Metal Gear Solid Ground Zero
below are two photographs showing the artifacts.

It might be due to available memory. Using the 4K resolution itself, will eat up a lot of memory. Are you monitoring memory peaks? I seem to recall it being mentioned in the Isolation thread.
I'm not sure if it might also be SLI related, did you try disabling it?

I will disable sli but I never had a problem before the April update.
Like you quoted I have two 1080 ti in SLI. Cram went to around 5 GBs
I have 32 GBs of ram.
I will see if this is an sli problem
Yep SLI is broken. I have no idea how to fix this.
This is the photograph with SLI disabled. As you can see it appears Vsync in this game is not working. This was not the case prior to the update.

I reenabled SLI and it looks like this.

So it appears that for my system SLI is broken. Has anyone else have this issue?
Well for Alien Isolation, have you done any of that silly SLI stuff that they recommend SLI users do on the game's blog page?
Anyhow, GL I do not have W10 nor SLI, so I can't confirm anything on my end.
You might also check PCGaming Wiki and Steam Discussions, that's if it is also doing it in 2D. If not, try the game thread here.
Also, it's always a good idea, to try reinstalling the drivers using DDU as a start.
I want to give a small update.
maybe drivers fixed the issue with aliean isolation but now this is occuring with tomb raider.
I really don't know whats going on.
Please let me know what I need to do in order to fix this.
