This is an issue I am facing since I switched to the Titan X (when switching back to my GTX-980 I also got this error recently):
Normally a given game is launched as it should with 3D Vision active (green emitter light brightly lit) but then suddenly the game switches to 2D although the emitter is still brightly lit pretending 3D is active. I am facing this issue mostly in Far Cry 4 but got it in Mortal Kombat X also a few times. When I switch 3D vision on/off via the hotkey while it is only displaying 2D the displayed 2D image just shifts a little bit to the left or right - no 3D at all.
While a game-restart normally solves this problem Far Cry 4 seems to be stuck on 2D now.
Any suggestions?
