It says there are objects that are n o longer present, so I continue anyway, then after a minute the game CTD's. You must have some mods/dlc that I don't. Can you remove them and create a save that is "vanilla"? Alternatively check in the Fallout4Prefs.ini file that you have set the compute flag I mentioned in the instructions to 0. Your screenshot looks just like the problem this causes.

The HUD needs a new approach, but I don't have time at the moment to look at that. I am just using more key toggles to deal with shaders that get affected by the HUD. One that really surprised me was a shader to bring the power armour hud into less depth, and that affected a particular lighting shader so lights would shine through a wall. This is crazy. But for now, I have a toggle key. Later I will try something more sophisticated.
... The HUD needs a new approach, but I don't have time at the moment to look at that.
Not sure if it helps, at all, but in my quest for better performance I came across some ini tweaks that modify how close to the edge of the screen that the HUD elements will appear. I remember you mentioning the issues were with parts of it clipping, so I thought maybe these might have some application towards this. Were you aware of these and/or would this possibly help with the issues you're facing with fixing them?
