Movie titles that ends with "3D" Are they watchable in full 3D with the 3d glasses?
I haven't really figured this question out. Soon there will be plenty of "3D movies" to downl.. buy/rent. Ice Age 3 will be released in a 3D version, isn't Monsters vs. Aliens also to be released in a 3D version? Does this mean that I can watch 'em on my computer in full 3D with the 3D vision glasses?

Check the release notes & disc details and look for "Field Sequential" or "Anaglyph" versions of the movie. If the disc contains an "Anaglyph" copy, you can watch it with the blue & red glasses. If it contains a "Field Sequential" version, you'll be able to watch it with 3d Vision. :)

Here's another link specifically catering to field sequential DVDs: http://www.3d-geek.net/fise3d.html

Ah nice. Thanx. So you know what "type of 3D" Ice Age 3 will feature?

I don't know, but probably anaglyph 3d (blue & red) if at all. Actual field sequential dvds are very rare as the technology really isn't in enough households to support mainstream releases. I know "Coraline" is being released in 3d format, but it looks like it's only going to be anaglyph. :(

You might have better luck finding a field sequential torrent, but as with any such "bootleg" material, download at your own risk.
