Great idea! Here is my gaming setup /geek.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':geek:' />

Custom mount and centre speaker pocket. Powder coated matt black.
Wireless keyboard. g9x gaming mouse and pad. 360 controller. Beautiful 7.1 surround sound, with correct speaker location, you can see the rears at the bottom of the photo(the speakers and their wire can slide back into the floor out of way when im not gaming. When I want to 'game' with correct speaker placement, i pull the stand and wire out from the corner where they are out of the way, then when the wire is pulled taught; the correct distance for placement is done! And of course 3d vision!

I do wish for a biiig screen too. That would top me off. And a black desk/table with lots of elbow room would be nice :P

oh, and obligatory Robocop /teehee.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':teehee:' />

I attached my pics, not sure how to access them with this forum tho, never uploaded before..

My goodness my rig is a state! The piccy of 'The Money Pit' explains why I havent upgraded for a while. :)

The case, a veritable antique was purchased in 1999 when I was at uni.

I know, but the monitor is behind blinds, also I typically have the curtains closed...

However, my eyesight has actually improved since I have purchased the 3D system! I used to need glasses for driving but I can now comfortably see number plates at the obligatory 21m away. I also notice the difference in my classroom at work and with projected lyrics which I can now see (not perfectly but I can quickly read them - no chance before). I can only assume it is because my eyes were alway focused at the screen 40 odd centimetres away but they now focus much further away. Placebo or no, I am happy about the effect. :)

Okay so Im using a projector Viewsonic PJD6210 for my main gaming rig,
the screen is 72" currently, also have a 3d Vision Surround setup which
is currently running triplehead2go, and just waiting for the 3d
Vision Surround Drivers. And last but not least my poor Samsung
50" 3d ready Plasma that just hasn't been gettin' any love lately.
What do you think, obsessed much ?

When I have kids they're going to have lots of fun. And to think, I was happy with 8-bit Mario growing up.
