GeForce Driver 262.99 from 3D Vision CD for Desktop GPUs v1.40 install error
Hi.

I have a problem installing the geforce 262.99 driver from the 3D Vision CD for Desktop GPUs v1.40 package.

This dwnload:
Version:CD v1.40 (GeForce GPU driver v262.99, NVIDIA 3D Vision Controller driver v262.99) WHQL
Release Date:2010.11.10
Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit, Windows Vista 64-bit, Windows 7, Windows Vista
Language:English (U.S.)
File Size:238 MB

It says no "compatible video card detected" and aborts the installation.

I am using a GeForce 460 GTX EVGA with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Is this card not supported with this driver?

Thx

Try the 1.39 drivers released on the 8th. I just installed them last night with my dual 460s no problem, haven't tried the 1.40 since it just came out today. There is no difference between these drivers that I can tell, just added support for the new 500-series GPU and a game profile for an nvidia demo.

That's correct, CD 1.40 is for GTX 580 only. No new fixes for 3D Vision users, so dont worry :)
