You guys picked up anything yet? I've got my eye on a bunch of stuff, but I'm only buying in daily/flash/community sales - so far that's netted me Battleblock Theatre. I'm going to pick up the Outlast DLC along with FTL today, but I'll wait until the flash/community deals play themselves out in case I can throw anything else in the cart and minimise credit card fees.

Not much here, Retro/Grade($1), Unepic($2.5), Marlow Briggs($1), and Tiny Brains($2) ... was thinking about Saint's Row IV($10 today's daily) but by the time I get to play it/get SLI it'll [s]most likely[/s] definitely be cheaper. There's a few older titles I'm wishing would drop lower than the $5(ish) mark they've been sitting at, Advent Rising, Call of Cthulhu, TimeShift, Fate, GUN, Beyond Good and Evil ... in hopes 3D will work. There's a few I'd probably grab if they hit <=$10, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD(I know I already missed a deal on it), DMC, Resident Evil Revelations and 4.

So far Arkham Origins (awesome!!!), Enslaved and obviously will pick Saints Row now, but waiting on AssCreed4, Splinter Cell, Thief, Remember Me still on my wishlist
Also, guys, maybe it's a stealth sales, I cannot see it indicated anywhere but I just wanted to share it with you: The Lego games seem to be 75% off
I've only ever played LOTR, and even as my first LEGO game I enjoyed it a lot. Are there any other that are very good?
EDIT
Just spotted the Lego movie in the daily sale, I'm stupid, nvm

Lego Marvel Superheroes, Lego Batman2 are both great, so is Lego The Movie. I also got Lego the Hobbit (the newest one) for $7.50, but it's DX11 so no convergence fix for that one. Lego Star Wars 3 is good, but no voice acting, and it's not "open world" like all the newer ones. Lego Harry potter Years 5-7 is good as well, but again no voice acting but it's still quite funny.

Great to hear, thanks Mike
Tempted by Batman2 and Super Heroes
But can anyone please guarantee me that I'm going to really play these games that I'm buying? Please?!?
Yeah, I know guys, there is no guarantee ...
Every Steam Sale, there seems to be a new basketball game that mocks me. This time around, it's NBA 2K14. It makes me remember that I'm still telling myself that "I've been meaning to play" NBA 2K11, which I bought at the Xmas Sale several years ago.
Of course, I'll never play it, since there are several newer and better versions out now. But neither can I buy 2K14, since it'll just renew the same shame spiral once 2K15 and 2K16 come out :D
Regardless, don't buy 2K14. It's using the old engine. The next NBA 2K release on PC will likely be using the next gen (now current gen) engine and will look MUCH better.
For what it's worth, I bought 2K13 a while ago and the 2K basketball games are totally fantastic on PC. I don't typically play sports games but it was really fun. Even my friend who ONLY plays sports games thought it was really quality on PC, and that it looked incredible.
Also, at least for 2K13, the games support ENB and look really slick with it.

Fuck you know what, just buy the latest NBA game and then buy it again next year the games really damn good lol.

I can compromise with their action figure Hulk because the game looks SOOO good downsampled with GeDoSaTo!

Velvet Assasin, 49c. Flawless 3D thanks to eqzitara. Killing lots of Nazis, still fun. Challenging game, not dumbed down. 2 thumbs up.

I seem to have hit some sort of Steam saturation point. Almost everything on the daily deals and flash sales is something I already bought at a previous sale or have totally no interest in. The few games that are left are tempting, but I know that I won't have time to play them till at least the xmas sale, if not the 2015 summer sale. So I've spent very little, for the first time in about 10 Steam sales.
I don't know how people can have time for Early Access games, betas, alphas, etc. I can barely get through 10% of the actual published games in my library

Hi Alo,
Are the basketball games perfect in 3D? That would be great, the visuals are impressive and people keep talking on the net that it is a very good game with great "career-type" game mods, and championships, not just basic matches.
I'm more into baseball lately (it's fun learning about baseball as an Europeean, I've got no exposure to it in my whole life and it seems like a king among sports) but would definitely try this in 3D just for the awesomeness of it. With those visuals and teh right amount of convergence this would be out of this world, like watching realistic miniaturised holograms playing on a table top :-)

I remember trying it out in 3D when I first got it and really enjoying it, but I was still in the "Wow! 3D is blowing my mind!!!" virginal phase so may not have noticed smaller issues!
I'll download it and check it out in 3D to let you know how it holds up. I'll post some screenshots as well.

Just gave it another look. This is NBA 2K13.
The shadows are messed up, and there are some UI troubles, but once you're in game most stuff is pretty damn stellar. Reflections look a little wonky but nothing too immersion breaking in motion. There is a helixmod fix that disables shadows, and an ingame toggle for floor reflections if you want to disable those.
Here are some example pictures.

Here's a different playing angle, with the convergence set to pop out more rather than just be deep in.

And here's an example to show off the DoF effect, so if you'd rather it be off or on, since your eyes in 3D naturally add their own little DoF.
