I tried the lasersight today for the 1. time and my fps dropped to 1 /fear.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':fear:' /> I never use it normally. Odd graphics too. The driver for the 6xxx and 7xxx series card behave differently for sure.

I use 4% seperation and adjust the convergence (Ctrl F5/F6) until the crosshair/front iron sight is not double. I the case of racing games I adjust convergence until the hud/speedometer/steeringwheel is not double. It has allways worked fine. No need for more than 4% seperation in my opinion.
I do have to Alt-Tab 2 times in BF2 to raise the fps from 10 to 40 for some unknown reason which I didn't have to do with my old 6800GT card. I still haven't seen the lasersight in action... ('cause it don't work on my com).
As a sidenote: I've never managed to adjust Frustrum, Screen Dept and Backplane. Nothing happens when I hit the buttons. The 3D stereo driver works like a halfcomplete beta but as long as it works I won't complain. Imaging gaming without 3D... /fear.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':fear:' />

Mainly Half-Life 2.. I used to play it with low separation and high convergence which gives a nice effect, but that's impossible to use with normal crosshair cause it gets separated.
Guess I'll just have to start playing with low convergence in HL2.

I tried 91.31, 91.47 and 93.71 stereo drivers.
It did not have this problem before, but after upgrading from 6800gs to 7950gt 512mb it started.
Any ideas?

By the way how do you play FPS without laser sight? Separated crosshair is annoying, or maybe you play without any crosshair :)

Probably the suggestion already given to use F5/F6 to get the existing crosshair to line up is the way to go.
