I succesfully go to the stage of 3D test and see 3D Stereo image via glasses on CRT monitor. But in the window of test the button NEXT is disable, and pressing the button EXIT will give message "3D TEST IS NOT FINISHED" "ARE YOU SURE TO EXIT" If to press OK it will disable 3D. I don't see any item 2 of instructions here although item 1 is present in this test window.
BTW it is very dificult to read instructions on the screen because of bad quality text generated by 3D Vision wizard.
I use nVidia shutter glasses with UCB-connected nVidia IR emitter whose indicator gives bright green light so the hardware it seems OK.
How to preserve 3D enable after passing the 3D test in such case ? Does anyone have such problem ?

Make sure you click on the correct medical test image button. There should be two options, one that looks correct (floating box) and one that looks incorrect (just the black and white speckles, no floating box). When you click on the right one, the setup wizard should let you proceed.
If that doesn't help, please post screenshots of the process you go through and at what step it fails or doesn't let you proceed any further.

I am sending 3 screenshots - there are no possibility to choice alternative medical test button because after pressing NEXT button in HARDWARE TEST window (1st screenshot) it is automatically appeared MEDICAL TEST window (2st screen) where there are no any forward buttons excluding NEXT, and after pressing it it will be INQUIRY window (3st screen) with suggestion to exit, and after pressing NEXT button here wizard is finished with disable 3D.
Do you have another procedure in your wizard ? I use the latest nVidia 3D driver dowloaded from their official site.

Ah, I see what's happening. Your monitor resolution is lower than the Nvidia set application is used to. The 3D Vision solution set program was probably designed around a 1680x1050 resolution. You must be running 1024x768? Or 800x600? It looks like it's squashing the window, which makes the selectable elements of that second screen disappear. Two things I would recommend trying are this:
1. Increase the resolution of your monitor. I know the max refresh rate will drop as you increase the resolution, so this may not work, but you can try it.
2. If you can't get the resolution increased enough to see the required selectable buttons for the medical test image, try tabbing through them and use the space bar to select them. Do a test on the first step of the setup to see if that is possible. The setup application may treat the selectable elements as radio buttons, so you can probably tab through the elements of the screen and press the space bar to select the correct ones, just like any other Windows window.
If that doesn't work, here's something else that might work (or you could call Nvidia support):
I've exported the Nvidia 3d Vision registry settings from my machine. That setup wizard might just be reading user input and setting registry keys to configure the product, so it's possible you could do it manually. Cross check your registry configuration with my settings below. If you don't want to futz around in the registry, you can also copy that data into a text file, name it something with a .reg extension, then double click on it to import it into your registry and overwrite your current configuration.

IMHO you should use TAB key to navigate between buttons "next" and "cancel" and then hit spacebar to confirm.
I had a similar problem using HDMI out, the screen was too large to be able to push some button

Thanks again for help,
Changing of sreen resolution has no effect because SETUP WISARD creates own resolution in its windows regardless the settings in desktop. But it is surprisingly that now 3D enable WORKS ! although Wizard STILL informs about unproper finish of the test (because I still can't find necessary OK button or to press NEXT one). I inserted IR nVidia dongle in USB port BEFORE Vista started, and after this I see that stereo is enabled ALWAYS after each Vista restart (if naturally the corresponding mark is put in the item STEREO ENABLE of nVidia Control Panel). I can see nVidia demo test and medical test in 3D without problem now if only IR dongle CONSTANTLY in USB connection during Vista run (any interruption-immediate restoring USB connection during Vista run leads to disable of 3D and it is necessary again to restart Vista whereas IR dongle must be previously (before Vista run) be USB-connected.

To shine 007:
The problem that NEXT button is DISABLED permanently in the window of medical test, I SEE it but can't press it and using TAB button has no effect on this situation (only EXIT and BACK buttons are activated here and became green-colored after putting on mouse cursor on each of them).
I still try to found item 2 in this medical test window - I see only item 1 with suggestion to put on glasses and see the 3D test.
I can guess that item 2 should suggest to confirm that 3D is visible to press corresponding OK button or NEXT button (but any OK buttons are absent at all, and I see only text NEXT in the middle between BACK and EXIT buttons but the corressponding button area is absent here (nothing to press...).

Thanks.

IMHO you should use TAB key to navigate between buttons "next" and "cancel" and then hit spacebar to confirm.
I had a similar problem using HDMI out, the screen was too large to be able to push some button

I had a similar problem using HDMI out, the screen was too large to be able to push some button

What driver version is your registry data from. I'ld like to copy it over to another thread if you don't mind.
