Mine have the light on the bottom near the usb port when charging, that light does go off once fully charged.
Have you tried a different USB port on your computer or a different USB cord as well, I had another device that didn't seem to get charge until I used a different USB cable. Just a thought :)
Are you in Australia?, if so welcome fellow Aussie.

I know what you mean about no warranty or hassels just getting the product here down under.
Currently am returning a faulty Samsung 2233RZ monitor to New Zealand and can you believe my luck its stuck up in customs since last Wednesday.
Seriously Samsung and Nvidia if you had have released these products here in Australia like you have in the rest of the modern world I wouldn't be going through such stress at the moment!

I realize this post is a bit late but I was just having trouble trying to charge my glasses. I tried a couple different cables and a wall charger but none worked. In a last ditch effort to charge I floded the glasses up to set them on my desk and the charging light came on. I have no idea why. I opened them back up and the light still works now.

Both arms of the glasses have ribbon cables running to them, it's possible that it's beginning to break. I try to never close mine after reading the following post. Lightboost is just a low persistence mode, done entirely by the monitor. Deniii As to the glasses - I advice to buy it. Just don't bend the cable too much, and if I were you - I wouldn't close them, ever. Put them "opened" on the shelf, when not used, but don't move the (I don't know the word in English - the part that goes on your head, over the ears). My 3D Vision 1 glasses (wireless) are dead because a ribbon inside broke. I tried to repair it, but the LCD part fell off (my clumsy hands :/) and it probably was the end of hope (another death-bend at some point on the ribbon). Professional electronics repair shop tried, but failed. I had to buy new pair. Beside this known flaw, they had even more known flaw - batteries, but since those are wired - you're not in danger. Be careful, keep in mind that this is ultra-low quality hardware (thanx Nvidia...) and you should be able to enjoy 3D on it, for many years.
https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/794760/3d-vision/do-wired-glasses-work-with-3d-vision-2-monitors-/post/4387726/#4387726
