Issue with XL2410T and 3D-Vision
Hi all,

first my sys:

Intel i7 2600K
GTX 560Ti Phantom² from Gainward with 1 GB Ram
8GB Ram
Asus P8Z68-V Pro Board
with Win7/64 SP1 Home Premium
Monitor BENQ XL2410T
3D-Vision Set Wireless

Nvidia Driver: 280.26

Got the following Problem:
When i start games in 3D Mode there is a bright white part and the left bottom of the screen. After playing and back to Windows it still there unti i deactive the 3D Mode in the NVIDIA Panel.
I returned the monitor to amazon (had a pixel fault, other story), got an other and: The same issue. Checked different USB Ports for the transmitter - always the same.

But i´dont have that bright white thing when is start the nvidia test grafic (that with the logo that come up and the "nvidia" letters) - its only in the games.

Maybe its the already known "ghosting problem" i dont know....

For information: You CANT see the issue on screenshots.

I think you should take a deep breath,

And check that photo on a CRT, how it looks. How the white looks, how the colors look. Don't look for blacks , look for everything else.*
After you saw how this thing looks,

You need to make a big decision, & blow the screen size up with LED projector like upcoming Acer K330!

You will be so glad you did, the colors ( RGB led instead of blue ), and the 3D fidelity will be so much better ! Also don't think about white screen , you'll need high gain screen, preferably rear projection , so it works like a huge TV really (way better quality than TV's, & can be paralleled for EXTRA resolution and brightness!!! no way you can do all this with a dumb flatscreen)

*
That black level is fake, the camera simply won't register it, but you see it in real life, this is done because image compression (crushed blacks).

Update: You can see the problem in the nvidia test chart too :( was only hard to see...

additional info: i´ve got "interlaced scanlines" on my dektop too after using 3d games or apps.

-its called backlight bleed, colors are out of the window too, welcome to the wonderful world of real low standard post-CRT era.

You think you get decent glassesfree autostereo from Toshiba or LG?

AHAHAHAHAH.flat.wrong.

Its because they do anything possible to get the brightness figure up to anything meaningful, and its still dark.

2D is a different tale, stress on backlight can be reduced.
