So I bought a Geforce 550 Ti boost graphics card and got it up and running by downloading the drivers online, since my DVD-Rom has yet to arrive yet. So I finally managed to get a 3D monitor and it worked great in the Nvidia set up and test. So I go to use the 3D Vision Photo viewer, but it doesn't launch when I double click it. So I thought something must be wrong with it, so I deleted the driver and started looking for a new one for my operating system (Windows 8 64-bit), but couldn't find anything. Any idea what I'm supposed to do here to get the 3D vision driver and Photo Viewer again?

Yes, but I need just the 3D Vision driver. I already have the graphics driver required.
Edit: The good news! I managed to get the 3d Vision driver back by reinstalling the full driver. The bad news is that I still do not have the 3D Vision Photo Viewer (Preview?) that came with the driver download.

If you unistall 3d vision you need to reinstall driver.
3D vision is built into every driver update.
Like 3d vision 320.18 --- nvidia drivers 320.18
Click this picture and see if 3d viewer loads it when done installing.

[Crappy picture but I just grabbed one from my ftp at random]

Dont take this the wrong way but if your using that card for gaming you are going to have problems [your whole system may be to outdated]
You need 120fps in 2D for 60 fps in 3D.
If your using for movies just ignore this
