First, let me thank you for taking your time to read this!
Long story short I bought a LG 42LW450 assured by a sales advisor that 3DTV Play would work with it. I now realise I should of checked personally as it doesn't.
According to http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/3dtv-play-requirements-uk.html the LG 32LW450 & the 42LW550 work so why not mine?
I've been raging for the past hour searching forums for an answer and stumbled across this:

Hi
If you have a Philips 40PFL9705H, please send us the EDID and we can support it.
More info is here http://nvidia.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/nvidia.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2774

With this glimpse of hope I instantly followed the instructions and submitted the report!
So here's my question, has anyone ever filed one of these reports and how long did it take to get a response, good news or otherwise?
I bought the TV on Tuesday and the longer I wait to take it back the more I fear they'll argue and try to deny me the right /sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
I will be extremely grateful for any help or advice /smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

HDMI 1.4 3D HDTVs/Projectors can be added to the requirement/support list if they meet the necessary requirements by following the instructions at http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2774
Did you actually try to see if it worked?

Managed to get it working using the rollermod.inf before I read your reply but thank you! :)
I think I'll be trying tridef when my 3dtv play trial runs out then weigh up the pros&cons, atm I've got the new BETA driver and Skyrim has got laggy as hell :(
