Driver 332.21 and Chrome 32.0.1700.76 m break concurrent EVR video recording
The 332.21 driver suddenly causes refresh rate to change from 60 Hz to 120 Hz, and activates 3D Vision whenever Google Chrome 32.0.1700.76 m is launched, even though NVIDIA doesn't offer 3D video playback under this browser. Every time this happens when LeadTek WinFast PVR2 2.0.3.48 is running and recording video, the recorded file will be lost from the beginning of the recording up to the point where the refresh rate change occurs. Earlier releases of the NVIDIA driver did never activate 3D Vision on launch of Google Chrome. I noticed the driver might be interpreting the [CTRL][T] combination used by Chrome as "Activate 3D Vision", which also didn't happen in earlier releases. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP, IT IS REALLY ANNOYING AND DESTRUCTIVE! Sometimes something comes up on the news and we have to use the browser while recording, but this makes it completely useless because the video documentation is lost in the process of cross checking the web for related info. There's already a fix for this issue on this forum. In fact, you've posted in the thread where the fix is posted. Why did you feel the need to create a second thread on the same topic?

Because the problem I describe here is not about Chrome or its profile, but about EVR recording being disturbed by the refresh rate change. That is a bug by itself, additional to the bug with the Chrome profile. Miguel

It's not a bug in itself it's what happens when the refresh rate is changed while recording ... something that happens when 3D is engaged, remove the profile using NVIDIA Inspector and 3D won't engage and your refresh rate won't change, right? I can't blame PVR for not working properly after a refresh rate change but I wouldn't call it a bug when it's something that happens by design.
