To see the above video as the link takes you to several videos. Select Real + VR Fusion in 2K and you will see the Acer Z650 use 3D vision and how to acieve it..

Ya, this is the one D-Man11 mentioned several months ago. What's interesting, is that the projector is listed under the "SUPPORTED 3D PROJECTORS" tab:
https://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-system-requirements.html
Hmmmm...
Here's the product page for Icarus 180 avenger.

Keep in mind that the reference to 2K in the video, is for a [s]3 Projector[/s] surround setup. Edit: 2 PJs
It would be nice if Nvidia would add mosaic and warp to the GTX 1080.
It's feasible with them talking about VR caves in the press event.
For those that do not know, The_Nephilim has a sweet curved screen 3D Vision surround setup using 3 projectors.

@The_Nephilim
BTW, did you get your nThusim problems solved?

3D Vision will work via a VGA or HDMI connection as well.
I was just looking at the link by DJB, which is odd because it's using the old format for the page vs the new one that is currently shown when accessing the site.
Also the newer site does not have it listed as being supported, which isn't surprising because the list has not been updated in a long time.

Do you have an Nvidia emitter? If not, it will not work with 3D Vision.

No, I don't have an Nvidia emitter, i only have a 27" 3d Vision Monitor with built-in emitter.
I tried cloning the image with both connected and the monitor as primary so that I can select 3D Vision in NVidia Control Panel but the projector had only freezed Image when launching a game :(
When I connect the monitor with HDMI i can only select 3DTV Play in Nvidia Control Panel.
Is the resolution described in the "Real + VR Fusion in 2K" Video even possible with HDMI in 3D because u mentioned in https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/884748/3d-vision/is-there-a-future-for-3d-vision-the-hardware-version-/8/ that there seems to be a Limit?

@D-Man11 The problem with Nthusim was DX9 so to fix it I had to buy another warping program called SimPitWarp.. nThusim is going to fix it but I am not going to hold my breath as the patchs are far between..
I was wondering if we need to use CRT Mode will we also need to use the glasses upsidedown to fix the parralex inversion?? or will that not be a factor for some reason I just thought that will be the only drawback..

Hi guys,
(i'm the guy from simpit responsible for the fusion VR setup (icarus Avenger) and the Black Pearl surface (ambient light rejection screen).
The acer z650 is HDMI 2.0 and even officially certified from nvidia to run 1920x1080 in 3D (120Hz). Benqs are good for 3d at 1280x800 max and you can get even the uncertified run in 3D (i did some experimenting with it - most of it works but I've run to interesting issues with DCS and star citizen)
I've got the emiter but I run everything with 3DTV play as a generic CRT display.
The simpit warp currently supports all DX and I've redesigned the Black Pearl surface for 3D (apart from removing ambient light, rainbow effect and pixel grid + boosting contrast and color (if you'll be curious to know more let me know :)
