3D Vision 2 Ready?
Hello just wanted to get some feedback on why I can't get the Stereoscopic 3D option to show in my Nvidia Control Panel. Specs: Monitor: ASUS VG278HE CPU: AMD 8350 GPU: GTX 780 - Driver: 326.41 Beta Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 OS: Windows 7 64bit Okay I have a 3D Vision ready monitor and I have read that 3D Vision drivers are now supposed to be included in all Geforce driver updates now. I have my 3D Vision 2 kit as well but my problem is the Stereoscopic 3D Settings aren't showing in the Nividia Control Panel. I've tried using the Nvidia Inspector but changing the settings there doesn't make a difference. What else could I possibly need to get this to work?

Are you using the Dual Link DVI-D cable? Try unplugging the emitter, then plugging it back in.

Yep I'm using the Dual Link DVI-D Cable. From my understanding thats the only way to get the higher refresh rates. And unplugging then plugging it back in didn't do anything. When I first plugged it in it did install a Stereoscopic 3D USB Controller Drive but as I said earlier, the options aren't showing up the Control Panel.

As long as the emitter and display are detected the setup stereoscopic 3D option should show up in the control panel provided the 3D vision portion of the driver is installed. So the only option is to reinstall the same driver or a different one. Unfortunately your choices are limited since only a few driver versions support that GPU.

Thanks. The Re-installation seems to have helped fixed the issue. If that didn't work I really would've screwed.

Be sure to enable the advanced hot keys via set keyboard shortcuts in the setup panel. Enjoy
