Hi all,
Sorry, it might be a silly question. I have a 3DTV (Sony HX750) which has its built-in IR emmiter and active glasses. When I use single link DVI to HDMI to connect PC and Sony TV. The 3D Vision type will be identified as 3D TV play and use Tv's stereoscopic system even I plug my NVidia 3D Vision IR emitter to my computer.
Is it possible to just use 3D Vision Kit and external 3DTV? I think it is possible since the TV already can display 120Hz at some certain resolutions. If the answer is positive, then it will be great if I have various types of 3D display with all of them are connected to 3D Vision system.

3D HDTVs that are HDMI 1.4 compliant are supported by Nvidia's 3DTV Play using the manufacturers glasses.
3DTV Play, currently costs $40.
If you have a 3D Vision emitter it's "FREE" and enables as long as the emitter is connected to the PC.
The Nvidia 3D Vision glasses will not work with a HD 3DTV, except for the select few HDMI 1.3 DLP TVs that were supported by 3D Vision.
D-man...Ive seen you say that its free if you have an emitter connected to the pc. I do yet I keep getting the thing that says my trial is over. What am I doing wrong?

Is it an official Nvidia 3D Vision emitter?
Is your TV 3D? Is it HDMI 1.4 compliant? Is it on the supported/requirement list?
Do you have all of the drivers installed?
Is your TV being recognized correctly and not as plug and play?
