GTX470 SLI running in 2D clocks
Normally my 470s in SLI work great. However, in some games, like HL2 and Splinter Cell Conviction my 470s are running at 400Mhz instead of 800MHz.

If I disable 3D vision from the NV control panel, the problematic games work good again.

Looks like a driver issue. Has anyone encountered such an issue?

If a driver issue is suspected, information such as the version would be useful...

I maybe able to confirm this as well actually. I will have to check later again. I'm pretty sure he's right though. I'm on GeForce 197.41 and then I downloaded the latest CD and ran the 3D wizard. CD 1.25. As directed.

I've tried the 197.41 and 197.55.

The 197.55 is directed solely at providing 4-Way SLI to the new GTXs - that's why other cards aren't even listed in the .inf and the specific reason they don't do anything right when others install it. That's the easy one.

But as to the 197.41, I gotta ask if you've tried the newer 197.45 yet before continuing...
