So i have had 3D Vision from when it was first launched, I recently upgraded my machine as part of that I get a Blue Ray player and expect that I might finally be able to watch a few good films in 3D on the computer.
So my experience is this..
1. Find out you need additional 3rd party software to allow viewing of ANY blue ray. (Not Nvidia, but its ok to sell a blue-ray player without supplying any software to actually use that facility. !! Really?)
2. Find a recommended seller of the software required.. Thought wisely that I would like to trial the software before going ahead... To my delight, It played Blue Rays, finally, im getting somewhere.
3. Flick on the 3d, my eye glasses dim to life. You know what i mean, and I am met with a weird error, something to do with HDMI having to support protection? So a quick wiki later and a few other sources because I can not understand it..
So my 3D ready monitor can not play blue rays in 3d (Samsung SyncMaster 2233).. Seriously... Seriously my monitor cant get passed the protection on Blue Rays. Is this all Blue rays i might purchase because it really does not tell me anywhere I might be blocked from viewing because of some anti-piracy software. The Monitor is genuine, computer is genuine, 3d Vision is genuine, and its a real physical blue ray duel disk I bought on the high-street.
Well No 3D for me i guess. Anyone have suggestions, or understand this at all. Id appreciate better understanding of this if anyone has anything.
Am i doing something wrong here?

Cyberlink powerDVD14: PowerDVD comes up with an error, when i click information it links me to a knowledge base
Why can't CyberLink PowerDVD output Blu-ray or CPRM disc content to my display device?
In some OEM versions, CyberLink PowerDVD cannot output Blu-ray and CPRM disc content to analog display devices due to copy protection. To play this content, you must use a display device with a DVI or HDMI input interface that supports HDCP copyright protection.

Obutto R3volution.
Windows 10 pro 64x (Windows 7 Dual boot)
nVidia's 3D Vision player is Stereoscopic player with a different icon. There's even a way to upgrade it to the latest version of Stereoscopic player for free (I don't have the link for the instructions handy, but I'm sure someone does)
How are you connected to the display? You should be using a dual-link DVI cable.

@Teravoc
What driver are you using?
What OS?
Are you using a Dual Link cable?
I have Ultra 13 and it works via a Dual Link connection.
Yah, I'm pretty certain that monitor requires a Dual Link cable for 3D, it's easy to check the cable by looking at the pin configuration.

As Kyson says, 347.09 is known to have issues.
344.75 was comfirmed to be working.

I'm using PowerDVD 14, build 4704, 344.65, win 7/pro, 780 ti, dvi to hdmi cable to H5360 Projector, Guardians of the Galaxy, it's beautiful :-) , yes for "monitor" dvi-d, from previous experience. But anyway, the latest PD14 build 4704 and 344.65 works. Looks like build 4704 adds displayport support.
