Here again for all users: no, i haven´t a HDMI 1.4 receiver. It works great without a receiver :-)

I´ve installed the drivers normal. Pretty easy. And 3DTV works perfectly. I don´t know why it works for some users and for some not :( But one thing is sure: It´s integrated in the new 260 drivers. Maybe, Nvidia have it not "unlocked" yet.
I have a High Speed CAT2 Cable, like this: (german link from amazon) http://www.amazon.de/K%C3%B6nig-1-3C-CAT2-...5552&sr=8-5
Do you have the latest firmware for your TV??
The emitter light is green all the time and when I change the monitor setup to my Samsung 120Hz 3D TFT as primary device the 3DTV Play logo change to the 3D Vision ready logo.
When I run the games at first time since the driver setup and 3DTV is enabled with STRG+T, come´s the information with the rating, press STRG+ALT+Insert to toggle this info ;)....this show me: it works definetly and 3DTV is (unofficially) released ;) maybe not for all HDMI 1.4 TV´s......i don´t know....
Me too, but I still can't get 3DTV Play to work, guess I'll have to wait for the drivers that will oficially work with all 3D vision users. Manuel from Nvidia said that those new beta drivers shoudn't work for 3DTV Play and that he doesn't know nor undestand why it's working with a few users, cause it shoudn't.
I have my 3D vision IR emitter always dim green and still If I set my Samsung Plasma 3DTV as primary display I can only see HDMI 1.4 bluray 3D in the Nvidia control panel, and all my 3D options are greyed out. I guess I'm not the only 3D Vision user that was not able to make 3DTV Play work, I read other users complaining about this in this thread.
It shoudn't be a problem with my TV, cause all new 3DTV's uses HDMI 1.4, so it's not a matter of brand or type of 3DTV, if it's Plasma or LED, Samsung, LG, Sony or Panasonic. It should work for all.
Like I said before, I'm using a mini HDMI-HDMI cable that came with my GTX 480 to connect my PC to the 3DTV. I don't know if this cable is a 1.4 version, but I don't really think that matters.
BTW Nightboy, this cable you're using, the one you showed in this german amazon link, is a HDMI-HDMI cable, I don't see a mini HDMI, so How can you use this one to connect your VGA to the 3DTV??? You need a mini HDMI-HDMI cable for that. A regular HDMI cable woudn't fit in a GTX 480, 470 or 460. Unless you're using a DVI/HDMI adapter.
Anyway I've just ordered a high speed, mini-HDMI-HDMI cable. So I don't know if that will maybe make these driver enable 3DTV Play in my Sammy Plasma. But I really don't think this will matter. I've spent 5 dollar with a high speed HDMI cable, I don't get it, why you spent 41 euros with a cable, that's a lot of money for a HDMI cable???
That's the one I've ordered to connect my GTX 480 with my 3DTV, instead of the cables I'm using now, that came with my GTX 480.
Just clear this out for me. When you set your TV as primary display you can see the 3DTV Play logo and 3DTV under display settings in the Nvidia control panel??? I can only see HDMI 1.4 bluray 3D. So, that's why my games are not shown in 3D when using the TV.
I could see 3DTV play logo when using the leacked drivers, 260.53, but still I coudn't see any games in 3D. Now, using the new 260.63, I don't even see the 3DTV Play logo anymore.

i found it strange that it worked for me straight away.... i am using plain hdmi cable the cheapest i could find with an dvi hdmi adaptor, i have 2 gtx470 running in sli.... i used to run 3d vision with samsung 2233rz i disconected it installed the 260.63 and it worked with the panasonic plasma...
ps maybe it is because the dvi to hdmi adaptor came with an ati 4870x2 i owned /ermm.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ermm:' /> /haha.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':haha:' /> /teehee.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':teehee:' />

Maybe it only works using the DVI-HDMI adaptor. So, you're using the DVI instead of the mini HDMI.
I'm using the mini HDMI input in the GTX 480, not the DVI, the DVI I'm using only for the Alienware AW2310.
Is there anyone that was able to enable 3DTV Play that is using the GTX 480's mini HDMI input instead of the DVI? Maybe that's why I can't enable 3DTV Play using this new beta drivers, I'm not using the DVI, but it should work with the mini HDMI, as it's 1.4 version. I really don't get this...

Here again for all users: no, i haven´t a HDMI 1.4 receiver. It works great without a receiver :-)
@ francomg

Just clear this out for me. When you set your TV as primary display you can see the 3DTV Play logo and 3DTV under display settings in the Nvidia control panel??? I can only see HDMI 1.4 bluray 3D. So, that's why my games are not shown in 3D when using the TV.
I could see 3DTV play logo when using the leacked drivers, 260.53, but still I coudn't see any games in 3D. Now, using the new 260.63, I don't even see the 3DTV Play logo anymore.
Here again for all users: no, i haven´t a HDMI 1.4 receiver. It works great without a receiver :-)
@ francomg

I'm using the mini HDMI input in the GTX 480, not the DVI, the DVI I'm using only for the Alienware AW2310.
Is there anyone that was able to enable 3DTV Play that is using the GTX 480's mini HDMI input instead of the DVI? Maybe that's why I can't enable 3DTV Play using this new beta drivers, I'm not using the DVI, but it should work with the mini HDMI, as it's 1.4 version. I really don't get this...

I have a mini-HDMI to HDMI cable for my 1080@30p Canon SX1 camera. So I tried it...
When i unplugged the DVI to HDMI cable on my HMI 1.4 receiver and plugged the mini-HDMI to HDMI one, the logo 3DTV PLAY was gone...
When i plugged back the DVI to HDMI cable to the receiver : 3DTV PLAY logo came back...
So don't buy mini-HDMI cable if you want to play with 3DTV PLAY... ;)
