Nothing is impossible on Linux :)
But there are some dificulties /haha.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':haha:' />
A Linux stereodriver can show stereo applications, only that meant to be seen in stereo initially (by the instrumentality of a quadbuffering). There is no possibility to see usual 3d-app in stereo on Linux. As to anagliph - you can create your own 3d-app using OpenGL (even without support of a quadbuffering) - it is the only way for it :)
