If you don't have the laptop or PC with that card yet, I'm sorry, but I hope you find the answer because I want to know before I buy a system that uses a M family card.

I would really run that tool above, in all honesty tho, if you can attach a monitor to the laptop via a DVI socket then I would think you could, however if you only have vga out then I wouldn't think so.

My understanding is that the 3d requires dual dvi sockets as well tho I could be wrong.

The M are mobile cards, meaning they are for laptops.

Unless you can find a way to get the 120hz display onto your laptop, you are S.O.L.
It may work by plugging the monitor into your laptop, however the 9700 is barely
powerful enough to render stereo images.
